LOVE the selection of items. With persistence, you can find almost anything there. Good to great prices. Most sellers do exactly as they are supposed to do, they ship and sell on time and send you what you've bid on. However, I dislike the occasional jerk seller who sends something that isn't exactly all it's advertised to be. I've also had a few sellers who added hidden shipping fees and were jerks about it. Some buyers did not ever pay and some of those were big ticket items. However, that is rather uncommon, thankfully. I also do not like that a seller can no longer leave negative feedback for a buyer who does not pay or does not fulfill their part of the deal. I have bought hundreds of items through eBay and have sold dozens of things as well. Most have been very positive experiences, with myself being surprised often by wonderful, friendly, lovely people who buy and sell. It's so much fun. Excellent experience overall.

My overall experience when I shopped online with eBay was a good experience, whereas I will shop again, by me being a reviewer of various types of products on different websites. I am familiar with spotting out very good brands and eBay is one site that has such brands that you are probably looking for. When I shopped on ebay.com, I liked the variety of products they had and the low prices because I had been searching for such vintage toy products from the year of the 90s era and it is very hard to find such items, but when I hit the eBay website my request was instantly granted without the long wait or constantly searching online. However certain items that I looked up and got to see, when I got a view of the prices, they were a little out of my price range and there were no way of having the individual or individuals that were representing the products to come down lower off the price so I could obtain the item or items.

eBay is easy to figure out for any beginner or novice or even for people that's not computer smart. Everyone can do ebay. It's also easy to find what you are looking for and reasonable prices that anyone or everyone can afford no matter what your budget is. If you only have $5 I’m sure you can find what you are looking for.

eBay is a great online shop when you are looking for a bargain. Everything is sold on eBay, including cars. I feel that eBay is the knick knack store of the online world. You can find books, movies, trinkets, plates, jewelry, and any number of other items. The site provides a variety of ways to make a payment, and all of them are secure. I have been able to do research on items I own based on posts I found on eBay. There is a place to rate the seller and the item, providing feedback for other people that might purchase from the seller. But if you give a seller or buyer a bad review, that review seems to only affect their rating for a short period of time.

They have just about anything a person could be interested in buying. Sometimes the number of options can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't very familiar with how eBay works. But it was fairly easy once I found the specific item I was after. It just takes a bit of looking sometimes to find exactly the right item and then decide which buyer to get it from. Some of the sellers aren't as stand up and they claim. They sell cheap items and then they won't stand behind the warranty if something happens to it.

We avoided eBay for almost 7 years after our past bad experience getting scammed there. After seeing changes to the site, what appeared to be improved policy against scams by buyers, and having received lengthy apologies and reassurances from them, I figured I would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. Here we are years later, only to find out nothing has changed. The customer service reps tell you just about anything to get you to go along with them, only to give you the polar opposite response later, in an effort to shirk responsibility and pass the risk of loss onto someone else who cannot defend themselves. In short: they go back on their word to sock you with the cost of fraud so they don't have to take responsibility.

I have been a buyer and a seller for many years with eBay and I have had a great experience with them. They provide many services to users and it’s easy to find help on the website. I haven't had too many serious issues and it’s easy to resolve them through eBay. I like the ease of buying and paying for items as I buy it now. I also like that there is a mobile app to use when I’m away from my laptop. I can check on my account easily and I continue to do business on eBay. But sometimes, the sellers can't be trusted and it’s difficult to get payment and I have to go through eBay and it takes a while. I also don't like that eBay makes us put at least 30% markup on our items we are selling if we are using the buy it now option.

I have been using eBay.com for several years now and I have purchased a lot of different items over the last several years. I love shopping on eBay, the product selection and finding deals on items I want. I like interacting with the sellers that sell on eBay. I like that the sellers are from all over the world. Sometimes shipping can take longer but if you can wait you can find some awesome deals. The only thing I don't like about eBay.com is sometimes the shipping charges are outrageous. I can see charging a few dollars more to cover fees but I wish some sellers were more honest on the charges.

I buy and sell on eBay. I love the variety of items and the ease of doing business with them. My son did his senior project selling items on ebay and made over 2,000 in just a few months. Very nice but I think all shipping should be free, I know when I sell I always making shipping free. But it's absolutely wonderful and unique experience.

My overall experience using eBay ranging from mostly good shopping experience to bad. It's all depending on who my seller is and how that seller described the item, how fast my purchase ship out, returning merchandise as well as how good the seller is at providing customer service. I like to shop on eBay because I can get good deals and products that I can't find anywhere else. Bidding is also a fun experience. If I see an item that I like I usually get stuck into a bidding war. However, item not as described or item not received is certainly the most frustrating experience that I had with eBay as well as seller wasn't being honest at describing their products.

I love eBay and using them was a very good experience. eBay is one of my favorite online websites to shop. I love the way you can shop for any item you need and it's easy to find it within seconds. It's easy to view items and fast checkout. There's always low prices available for the products you want to purchase. They also have fast shipping. My items arrived earlier than expected and that was satisfying enough for me. I just wish that not everything went through PayPal. Not everyone has an account. Nevertheless, I will definitely recommend people to shop at eBay.

Some sellers are not always honest in their dealings and they try to make it the buyer's issue rather than that they were not honest in their item up for bid. I've sent a complaint to customer service about a dishonest seller, gave all the pertinent info and received no response from them at all. I followed up with an additional email and still no response. Also, I would much rather go to an actual auction, where at least I'm sure of what I'm bidding on. Other than those, I've had a good experience most often.

My experience with using eBay overall was pretty good but there is certain times where some of my friends that have been ripped off by not getting the right things they ordered or getting something that isn’t right. eBay is a pretty good website but when you buy something expensive you must always make sure to know it’s a trusted person.

eBay was ok but it took a long time for me to receive my product though and sometimes it can be a fraud. There was also a point where the person wouldn't ship the product to where I was living. Some people won't take the time to ship things to soldiers overseas who are in need. But I like the fact that you can bid on items and get them cheaper because of it and it gives a variety of different products and the prices are cheaper than buying it new.

eBay is a great way to find a wide variety of items with great prices. I shop a lot for my grandchildren, buying them toys and clothing. I also bought things for my garden and for other members of my family. I have also did some of my Christmas shopping on eBay too. But if I bid on an item and win it, I have had the seller cancel and say they no longer have the item because they didn't get what they wanted out of it. Most of the time though I have had positive results and it was a great experience. Overall, eBay is great!

My experience has been both good and bad, varying by seller. The product quality has such a huge variable because it is a different seller for everything. I have also found some wonderful deals. I like that there is a huge variety of items, both unique and pretty common. If I can't find something somewhere else, I can usually find it on eBay. However, things can be difficult to find, especially if the lister spells something wrong. The prices can also vary quite a bit and it can be difficult to find a fair deal at times.

Large variety, depends what you are looking for. Easy to find and search and ships right to your front. Would recommend them to anyone that wants to shop on line door. It's also easy check out. You never have to leave your home or talk to anyone and arrives right at your house. Prices are very good and you can also bid on certain items depending what you are looking for and easy to return products without leaving it. Everything seems to go smooth and easy. But, sometimes the shipping charges and you do not know where the item is coming from or from whom.

I purchased a softball bat on eBay. Seller had high approval ratings. The purchase was charged to my credit card. The seller never shipped the merchandise, never provided any USPS tracking number and never responded to my emails. eBay for its part did nothing. I was told I had to wait until the outside delivery date, then eBay would give the seller 4 business days to respond, then eBay would need 2 business days to make a determination. Not cancel the purchase, but then to decide what to do. I guess when you buy on eBay (this was my first and now LAST visit to the website) you are committed to the purchase forever.

It was an enjoyable but nerve-racking experience since I didn't know to trust the seller and had heard bad things about it. In the end it turned out ok. The seller was honest, the price low and the product was delivered on time as promised and in good condition on the agreed or projected day of delivery. It was exactly as depicted in the picture, too. So overall a good, safe, secure, trustworthy experience.

You can get a lot of food for cheap so I can't complain and I'm impressed with the outcome. They also have a lot of varieties of clothing to choose from and good health and beauty products. This site is a life saver. Take long to deliver order, sometimes don't have tracking info and sometimes they have people who are scammers. Also, had a little difficulties but they got solved with a refund so I'm a happy Customer. Awesome and no complaints from me. Just good sales, happy faces and proud moments. I am a proud customer and I wouldn't trade this place for anything. I love eBay and its products. Will continue to buy. All hail eBay. Thank you for your service.

I've almost always been able to find what I wanted, even if I had to wait a little bit for it to pop up. It can be inconvenient when I'm not able to find it at the moment I need it but other than that, it's quite alright. If I'm really desperate for something, I can always buy it from a store. But I like that I'm able to find things that are little less expensive than retail prices and sometimes I find unique things. Plus, using PayPal makes it a lot easier and safer to purchase things. I haven't had any trouble since I've first started to use it and it's better than meeting someone on Craigslist and get murdered.

There are lots of different items that you can buy on eBay. You can also use the site if you are looking for old items at a reasonable price. The item that was pictured was the exact item that I received. The item arrived in excellent condition and was shipped and packaged with care. This item arrived earlier than the scheduled day of arrival. But you have to be careful who you buy from, if the person you are buying from will send the item that is pictured. Read what other people think of the person selling to see if they have had a bad experience.

Ebay seems to have almost anything new or used that you need. It's nice to be able to use PayPal to purchase items so you know if the seller is not trustworthy that you will get your money back. I like being able to find used or older items, to bid on items and get them for a lower price. I also like being able to use the "Buy it now" on items I need to get in a hurry. However I don't like that not all sellers are trustworthy and that shipping isn't always very reliable.

Happy with the choices of what I was looking for and pleased with the transaction and delivery. Able to view a number of products from various sellers and make my choice and order with confidence. I like being able to trust the sellers and eBay enforcing their rules. Also liked the speed of transactions. I like to be able to see prices both asking and prices actually charged for the products and items I was interested in buying. I have reviewed some of the complaints I have heard from others and find little substance to these complaints. Am satisfied and consider my experience to be very positive.

I was able to find the item I was wanting to purchase right away and the price was very affordable. It was very easy to order with step by step instructions. And item arrived on time and was able to track my item that I purchased whenever I wanted. I was satisfied and I will definitely order from there again soon. However I got word that sometimes you can send money to purchase an item and never receive that item. And I think that is horrible.

Overall experience was solid and easy to use eBay online auction. It was fairly decent. I purchased a NASCAR back pack that was unavailable. Also, like the fact that see pictures of the products and detailed information. The selection was large. Was able to use visa credit card and prices were reasonable. However I dislike about eBay - concerned with buying from private person. Sometimes quality control would be difficult, unsure of vendor of its reputation.

I love eBay. It's usually easy using it and I like the ease of using it from home, not having to use cash or actually deal with someone face to face. I also like that you can find unique products you couldn't find in a specialty store even, and the variety of products you can find quickly and easily from your phone or laptop that you couldn't find if you just went to one store. I like that you can also save so much money, that you can sell your own items and that there's ratings so you can judge and choose who you deal with. I've only had one problem in years and I can't say it was handled in a timely matter but the good outweighs the bad so I'll use it again. But my biggest complaint would be that when dealing with a situation such as fraud, eBay holds your money until the problem is resolved. In my case it was $1000 and it took 3 months. It kind of messed up my cash flow. Also, sometimes you can't tell the quality of items there such as clothing.

Great company and I love it. I like the quick shipping and great low prices. Also, sellers in most cases very easy to work with. eBay is the life for me. Easier to browse than Amazon and loads of other sites. The site itself is very well organized. It’s a really well done site with no shipping charges. In a lot of cases, it’s just fantastic.

I found eBay frustrating and time-wasting, largely due to the poor search function which is very unreliable. Irrelevant results come up and I often have to search wildly in order to stumble on what I really want to find. However, I enjoyed seeing some of the unusual items that I wouldn't have found in a regular store (e.g., slightly used items, items from estate sales, and decanted fragrances). Also, I can sometimes find clothing of my preferred brands and sizes more easily on eBay than in stores.

There are lots and lots and lots of stuff, a wide range of products and prices. It is easy to check out after you have bought something but some things could be expensive and the thing could be damaged from poor storage or use. Also, you do not know if the description matched the products. But it's okay, easy to find stuff and I like to look at the products and buying from there.

I like eBay a lot, except when I sell on there I get nervous I will be scammed by the buyer. I don't like the possibility of being scammed and poor customer service when I've had a problem. Seller fees are too much, so I quit selling. If they keep it up they'll end up closing. However as a buyer it's pretty good, except a few times I've ordered something and it was cancelled because the seller was a scammer. I like the low prices, lots of items, new and used, good selections. I can easily price items when I'm out and about. I like that I can shop from home and the app is very useful.

eBay is a very good shopping site. I've shopped on this site on several occasions and was pleased with every purchase. It has anything that your heart could desire. It's easy to browse, it's easy to find what you're looking for and prices are good. Love the easy way to maneuver the site. The eBay stores are great. You can go to a seller's store and see what they have to offer, what they sell or have sold. Customer ratings and comments are so very helpful. I always check out the comments and ratings before purchasing. I recommend this site to anyone who asks if I know where to find a specific item.

It was ok. It was quick and easy to find what I was looking for however, some of the things were outside of the scope of my search. I was looking for car parts and got things like accessories, cup holders and things from the Disney movie Cars. It showed me stuff in Washington State before stuff on the East Coast. They really need to work on their refining.

I really like everything about eBay and it was a very good experience as far as shopping online goes. The item was pretty easy to find and order and it was easy to select the payment method of my choice as well. It's a nice change from always having to pay full price for things and the seller will still get a good deal out of the sale as well. And when you bid instead of just buy the prices can turn out to be quite low. The item even arrived much earlier than the expected date that I had received.

It was a good experience with eBay in general. It is easy to see the products on the website and to find what you need. I also like the different and very numerous payment options highlighting Paypal as first choice. And I like the security of the page to do business and the facility to find the products that I need. The prices of the products are very competitive as well. I would like that the products that are in auctions do not appear in the first option of the search, since it is annoying to visualize them as first options.

Everything was the best. My order came fast. I had no problems whatsoever. I like everything, especially the bidding. It's fast on shipping and answering and helping me resolve my issues fast without hesitation. I love the website, it's superb and one of the best.

A great selection of just about anything and searches are fairly accurate. However, sometimes it can be difficult to find specific items because of a lot of search results caused by a seller having so many of the same items for sale and the proliferation of sellers. I like being able to use gift cards though. Plus, good prices can be found but you have to be wary of who you are buying from as not all sellers are honest. The seller rating system is a decent indicator but I wish there were more personalized suggestions for sellers. I like sellers with a store as it makes finding items easier and I've found a few sellers I stick with but it took quite a while to discover them.

eBay was easy to use and had a lot of choices as to where and who to buy items from–making the process fun like a game which was cool to do. There was also a big selection of products to wade through to decide what to buy from whom at the right moment and right price and when to pull the trigger on the purchase. Navigating on the site can be tough when items are in several different categories but that may be the problem of the person who posted the item and not the site’s fault.

My experience is about the same as most online websites. eBay can be compared to sites like Amazon and is great to use for online shoppers. I like to shop at websites like eBay because I like to have a variety of buying options. eBay has decent deals and variety of products. Easy to use too. But, the way the website is setup can be a little annoying when trying to search a specific product. Still, I would recommend to another person.

My experience was pretty good. Lately it has been better than in the past. When I first used it, lots of problems. I tried to explain a time when I did not follow thru on a sale and got blocked by a seller. Before that I always paid and still do. This incident was unfair because I did always pay and had a death in my family. I like the fast experience. However I get aggravated when PayPal doesn't work. Also, when I twice ordered items and one was broke, badly packaged and other I did not get, period. Seller was not nice on either. I also dislike it when I have to go back to original cart of PayPal and it requires other information. Sometimes the menu to look at items is long and lengthy. That gets on my nerves too.

My experience with eBay varies because the seller varies greatly. You could be stuck with a random seller of sketchy quality regardless of the rating system. I'm also not sure about the entire verification process but at least my credit card information is secure. I like the ability to both bid on goods and buy them instantly, that eBay is the most reflective of the market prices of goods at any given time, and that eBay usually has a good turnaround time on goods. However, I dislike the inconsistency in payment methods by the seller. I dislike that the company that owns the auctions also owns the payment terms.

The purchasing process is pretty easy. I like the user friendly process and the large selection of products. Sometimes when it's hard to find what you need on Amazon, eBay has just what you need. They offer basically anything you can imagine with good prices upon comparison. However, some sellers are unreliable and products are not what they seem. Sometimes the actual product's quality in comparison to the online product photo is poor. But customer service is generally fast and helpful.

Excellent - have never had problems with products ordered and no problems with shipping. Understand what the return policy is, know what is new, used, etc. You can also contact seller and ask questions, can see if there have been good and bad reviews, see % reliable status, know what shipping and taxes are. Have been extremely satisfied with eBay and hope it remains this way.

The overall experience was just fine. eBay allows you to find just about anything you would want to purchase whether it be new or used and you could generally find very good deals. I specifically like the variety of item for sale on eBay and the prices they are offered at. Also, everything always seemed to go smoothly. eBay has been around for a very long time so I guess that shows how reputable it is and I have never heard any complaints from anyone about shopping there.

They had the product that I was looking for. No other website nor the manufacturer had the item I wanted in stock. Also, they seem to have items that out of stock. The items was described very accurately in detail outlining exactly what it was that I would receive and what I would not. It was also easy to use and to navigate. The product description was really good and that fact that it was available when I trouble finding any merchant that still carried it was really exceptional.

I have purchased a lot from eBay and have had good experiences with them. For the most part I am pleased with the transactions. I have contacted customer service and had my problems resolved. I have contacted sellers and had all my issues addressed. They are very helpful when you have issues with things you buy. When I did not receive what I ordered my money was returned. They have different avenues that you can use to fix your problems. I will buy from eBay again.

I purchased a cat tree from eBay - the product was as promised, delivered on time and I was very pleased with my purchase - I did not need to follow up about unmet expectations. Their prices are competitive with other sites too. They take major credit cards and you can rate the seller's service which gives you a chance to see if they have met their previous customers' expectations. But even though sellers are rated on their performance, I have some concerns about buying from an unknown individual and the ability to get my money back if not satisfied.

I have had very good experiences shopping and purchasing items on ebay.com. There is such a wide range of items available, and the delivery is usually prompt and any problems are usually quickly resolved. There is usually a good selection of items available on ebay.com from new to used in almost any condition in between that you can think of. Not being able to physically touch or hold or inspect the item that you are purchasing is a draw back to buying on ebay.com but this is not a deal killer because they usually will stand behind the sell. I recommend using eBay.

I had ordered for Maybelline Colossal Super Black Kajal and they provided me a fake product. When I asked them through live chat, they say they are not responsible for quality of the product, very disappointing. My request to all, don't buy anything from this website.

I recently had an experience on eBay wherein a buyer filed a defective product return request, but in an email using eBay's communication system, she admitted that she simply did not want the item. It was not defective. I had to wait 3 weeks and make multiple calls to eBay to finally resolve this in my favor. Ridiculous amount of time and energy. In the past, eBay has cheated me out of a payment despite the fact that the returned item was in said working condition. It is very unethical to set up a resolution system where eBay is the judge and jury all in one. Plus they collude with PayPal to freeze your money until they've decided what they will do. In addition, they have eliminated negative feedback from sellers towards dishonest buyers. Do you see this trend: eBay primarily supports buyers, not sellers.

When I buy a item it looks great in the pictures. But when I received it, it looked nothing like it! So I check to see if it was fake? It turns out the buyer sent a fake item. I was SO MAD! I called eBay to let them know what happened. The customer service representatives was insanely rude, barely spoke English. No wonder nobody buys from eBay anymore. I am sticking to Amazon. Until they get rid of these "representatives" or change eBay policy about sellers I am never buying from Ebay ever again. Such a disaster! A horrible nightmare. I hope nobody else has to go through this.

I've recently had a couple experiences where buyers have refused to pick up items shipped to them by express mail, due to import fees, requiring me to issue a full or partial refund, with eBay not refunding any of the final value fees. In the most recent case, I refunded the full purchase price minus the shipping fees. EBay kept the final value fee stating that they resolved the issue and sided with buyer:

Biggest mistake I did buying stuffs from eBay India. I was totally carried away by their false claims of guarantee eBay that "Replacement and refund for this product is covered through EBAY GUARANTEE". Much more sellers writes in description, “This is JBL Flip II Portable Bluetooth Mobile/Tablet Speaker New Black Edition Excellent Condition 9/10. The Product Is In Excellent Condition” But when my item reached on 21 Jun 2017 afternoon...utter disappointed. That item did not work at all... I called seller over the phone describing issue. Seller said, "Your item is under eBay Guarantee please raise your claim."

It seems that eBay doesn't require sellers to speak fluent English, and it is very hard communicating with someone who only responds with 1 sentence, non-descriptive responses. I ordered a part for my computer, for about $150, expecting it to be a priority order for the seller, and after a long quarrel with my improper address, the seller and I finally got it solved. But the nightmare didn't end there. I ordered the part on June 10th, 2017, and paid almost immediately straight from my credit card. All was going well, and I expected the package only about 4 days later. Again, the seller and I got the address mix up fixed, and the package was shipped. Unfortunately, to my despair, they sent me the wrong item. It is now June 23rd and I am still waiting for the proper item to be sent, bummer.

I bought an engagement ring on eBay that was consistently described as being a diamond ring in the description, and even came with a certificate of authenticity showing the diamonds as real. There was no mention of the ring having any rings other than authentic diamonds. Later, a relative who was a jeweler appraised the ring and told me the gems were actually cubic zirconium, and not diamond at all. By this point, my fiance was already attached to the ring, and we had the fake stones replaced with real diamonds for about $450 (family discount). I contacted the seller to scold them for their deception, and they admitted to it, not even denying it. The window of opportunity for leaving negative feedback had already passed though.

Luxury Englon Lightweight Leather Bumper Case Cover For iPhone - I ordered 2 different iPhone leather cases. 1 for iPhone 7 & 1 for iPhone 7 Plus. The seller sent 2 iPhone 7 Plus cases. After much going back & forth with the seller the seller agreed they sent the wrong case & they were going to refund my $. I could not receive the refund back because I did not have a PayPal acct. So I requested the item. The seller agreed and stated they would send the correct case. Next eBay closed the case because the seller showed they sent 2 cases but not the right cases. On eBay's messaging center the seller even stated they sent the wrong case. I have it in my email. This is the 2nd time I had this experience with eBay. Now that eBay closed the case the seller doesn't have to send me the right case. My money gone. This is the 2 time I had this happened with eBay.

I reported this to them and BBB. I sent a pair or high-end boots to be sold. This was over a year ago. I've asked many times about my boots. I get no answers. That is a very expensive loss. At the same time I sent several brand name expensive leather jackets. All above 300 dollars, all in excellent condition. They sold them for 14.00 or less and took a commission on them. After seeing that I asked for my boots back. I'd rather keep or sell them myself. I never got them back. They said they could not find them. It has been more than a year and nothing.

Ebay might be the worst company I've ever worked with, which is sad considering I use Alibaba for the majority of my business. Ebay is not transparent in their listing prices, along with their accounts. I had a person use the "Buy it Now" option on a listed item, but then turn out to be a complete scam from Russia. Luckily I never shipped the item, and I didn't receive any money. Then eBay tries to charge me $100 for the sale that never went through?? If you're going to make a "Buy it Now" option, maybe you should vet your contacts to being active for at least 30 days??? I can't understand how a new account is able to even click that button, let alone when the sale is canceled eBay charge me for something I didn't even sell.

I read several blogs online about eBay censoring reviews. I didn't believe it at first until it hit home. I had a bad experience with one seller who gave me a hard time. I tried several time to contact eBay but no response. I tried 5 time to post review but they refuse to post. Would you not think eBay would be interested in this seller's doings but no they will not post. This is censorship plain and simple. Why they are protecting this seller is unknown. My advice is to shop Amazon where they believe in buyers much better anyway. They don't even have the guts to contact me. They should be ashamed.

I sold a $4,000 item on eBay. After shipping the item with the buyer's transportation company that they sent, I marked the item shipped and entered the shipping company's tracking number. Ebay and PayPal still kept a 21 day hold on my money. I did what they said on eBay and marked the item shipped and entered a tracking number. After waiting on hold for over an hour to speak with a supervisor to show proof that the item was delivered 5 days ago, and signed for by the buyer, so they would release my funds, the supervisor told me that with "Local Pick-up" that the buyer should pay half online and the other half in cash at pick up. There is no option for this when listing my item, only PayPal was the payment option.

Once again, a seller claims they will ship my item the next day. This time, I paid $90.10 for expedited shipping. It clearly said I would have my item no later than a week ago, yet it still hasn't shipped. He had 15 available when I was the first person to buy one. I love eBay, they have almost everything you could ever want to have!! They have so many different products to choose from. So much you can find that is rare. I would love to have endless money to spend there, I could buy everyone an awesome gift! However, I HATE THAT SOME sellers can refuse you because of your payment type. You should be able to pay for any purchase with whatever payment you want, you shouldn't have to limit what you buy.

I like that I can buy toys on eBay for my granddaughter. Also, it is cheaper than a store and I also find older items/collectibles I can't find anywhere else. I have been a member for over 10 years and still use it. I like sitting and exploring all the different items that ebay has online. Once in a while there is an unscrupulous seller but there is always eBay to fall back on if there is a problem. But all in all most of the time the sellers are honest. Delivery is always prompt as well, making this buying online site very easy to use and results in good experience most of the time. All in all it is a great online buying site.I never thought a site like this will be available just a few years ago. I hope they keep up the good work; if they do I will continue to buy products on eBay.

eBay product selection was huge and good. The purchasing process was not very hard to figure out and I had no problem purchasing what I wanted. The customer service was an adequate experience. The process of shopping through eBay is an easy hassle free experience. I would like it more if they had better deals, more free shipping and an ability to earn cash back on purchases so at some point you could buy things with money you earned by buying things.

I liked that they only took PayPal for safety issues. I wasn't concerned too much about security. The experience was okay. I have bought and sold w/ this website. It was mostly gratifying at the time. Do not have too much interest in it these days I'm afraid. I have been ripped off for over 50 USD on eBay before w/ no compensation which may be the end of my eBay days. Most things also seem overpriced. Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder but these guys can get downright greedy when they have a rare item but whatever. I just say good luck w/ a sale w/ that kind of price. I do like to look on there still but I don't feel like I need any of the stuff on there any more since I've changed my routine over these last few years. eBay typically has items that are hard to find/cheaper than retail stores. More likely to find random items during a search that would be of interest.

The price of the products was lower than on any other website and usually, there was free shipping included. The quality was excellent and I have never returned any products. In that case, I have to look at each item to see whether it is what I am looking for, and this can become time-consuming. I purchased an item from eBay for $175. To my knowledge I put my entire address for the seller. After over a week I looked up the tracking number because the item had not been received, the USPS had it flagged as undeliverable and being returned to seller. I called USPS, they said that there was no apartment number so it was being returned to the seller. They held it in a locker for 24 hours, this was June 2nd. And then it was been returned. At this point I am sure the seller has already received the item back. I reached out to the seller who did not respond. I opened up a case with eBay, the seller sent the tracking information and eBay sided in favor of the seller. I called eBay's support specialists and they said that the seller provided the service, they did not care that I did not receive the item. And they would do nothing to help me either get the product I ordered or my money back.

It is easy to find the type of product that you are looking for. The selection is great. I like that you can shop at home any time of the day. Paying is secure and easy, and shipping is fast. Also, returns are handled fast and fair. However, sometimes the selection is not very good for the specific items that you are looking for. They have anything and everything you want on there. You are able to buy or even sell things to make a little extra money and there is also an app to buy and sell on there. Sometimes their products are cheap. You get what you pay for. Also, sometimes when you put stuff for sale if things don't get sold you loss everything you add after so long. But eBay is the best way to go about shopping.

eBay is a reliable, respected online retailer. So far I only had positive online shopping experiences with eBay. Orders were handled correctly and prices are very comparable. Products arrived as expected and within the timeframe promised. If there was any defect return was arranged easily and taken care of within the warranty period. Communications with eBay were handled professionally both on the phone and with email exchange. eBay uses PayPal as their primary financial tool for payments and I have a major problem with PayPal. But since I can use other payment processing tools and methods it's not that big of a problem anymore.

I don't like having to bid either. It's kinda annoying. But I have also sold a few things and it's worked great. And if I had anything to sell in the future I would consider eBay. eBay has a wide variety of products since regular people sell on the platform. The sellers I've personally dealt with were wonderful. I like that it gives you some free listings. I also like the wide selection and that you can be in touch with sellers to discuss questions, issues, etc. I don't like that you have to pay eBay for the shipping of items I sold if I take care of the shipping myself. I understand the processing fee, but shipping fee?

eBay is one of my favorite places to shop, fun plac and great stuff with great prices. They have always had everything I want and more. All colors, shape and size and it's easy to get more than one. I look at eBay just about every day just to see the new stuff that I like. There are both new stuff and used stuff but I always go for the gently used stuff because there is so much more life left in it. Shipping can be combined as well.

The prices on eBay were far better than in stores. I was always satisfied with products and the delivery time for the most part was sooner than expected. I could always get product for substantially less than buying them in store and sometimes I could get upgraded or more items for less than store costs. On the other hand, I did not like to have to bid on any items because I really did not have the time to keep checking on the entire process or did not like the idea of wanting something and losing the bid.

I like the wide selection of products for sale on eBay.com and the fact that they have customer reviews, so you can see what customers have to say about products sold by certain vendors etc. It was an overall good experience, but it can be confusing at times because of not knowing the actual price of a product. You can also bid on some products versus paying the full posted price of the item, which adds an extra level of excitement to the shopping experience. eBay.com also has plenty of picture illustrations of the products that are up for sale or up for auction. But, I don't like when some items are advertised as new or slightly used and they are actually in an "old" or "frequently used" state. Also, every vendor has a different setup for returns and some vendors purposely make it very difficult to return items bought online through eBay.com.

It was very easy to order from ebay.com. The products were great quality and it was very easy to find what I needed every time. I have severe anxiety and eBay has been my best friend for years. I like how easy the search engine is and how the quality of being able to find what I need without leaving my house is a great feeling. It makes me happy. You can stay in your PJs and slippers and order it from home. I also love how the products are good and new and how it gives you different sellers selling the same products for cheaper prices than what you are looking at from your search engine. It gives clear posting items too.

eBay has a great product selection at competitive prices, money back guarantees. There are many items that include free shipping and a wide selection of items from cars to office products. You can find almost anything on the site so it becomes a one stop shopping place, very convenient. I don't like that some items are overpriced to compensate for shipping costs when they can be bought locally for less, some of the items searched for aren't necessarily listed in their categorized section and must be searched for independently of the category where they usually would go.

The experience was great, but a bit confusing. Sometimes I dislike how they classify the categories. I think certain items can be found in more than one category and that they should be. Sometimes there simply too many of the same thing/kind that it is hard to choose and the prices were sure all over the place. I also don't like the fact that people can buy items that are popular and sell them in eBay for HUGE markups! I run into this often with Disney products. But customer service is good and I have never had an issue with it.

This would be a zero star review if it were possible. I sold my cell phone on eBay and lost my phone and was never paid. Ebay offered no help and provided quite a bit of incentive for people to use eBay as a forum to commit this type of crime. The first person I spoke with said that it was an obvious mistake and that she could transfer me to someone who could help, but the next person said something quite different. I was sent on goose chase after goose chase with each result not being good enough and something new was required again. Once I had done the things they asked they again changed their tune, and it still wasn't good enough.

I was forced to give a return for a pair of brand new Cressi Scuba diving goggles which cost $70 because the buyer claimed an irregular seal allowed water into the goggles. I knew he was lying because I sent them in brand new condition and he mentioned that he was going on a trip for one weekend. My guess is he needed the goggles for just the one weekend and didn't need them anymore. eBay forced me to return even though I fought it, they reported me to PayPal who then stole the $70 from my account plus extra money for a return shipping label.

I like the ability to research prices and put in a bid for something that I need for less than the retail price. I like the ability to add items to a watch list too. The seller was quick to ship the product. I liked that he had a lot of photos of the figure I wanted to buy. He packed it well so no complaints. I also asked that he answered back quickly about what edition that the figure was. However, it can be hard to sort through all the option. Also some sellers seem to want to cheat you with the shipping cost. If you don't read carefully. I have seen sellers want to charge a hundred bucks for shipping and the figure is just a small basic figure. I think eBay should do something about that.

I sold a brand new Judith Leiber bag on eBay and paid to have UPS package, box, and ship it. UPS inspected it and there was no damage. The buyer said there were scratches on the bottom. I informed eBay that UPS would provide a letter stating there were no scratches on the bottom or any damage to the item. I called eBay and spoke with high value claims representative Dave reference # **. Dave stated, since they cannot determine the cause of the damage or who caused it they will usually decide in favor of the buyer. However, he cannot predict the future.

We sent books to a buyer. He emailed us 20 days later and explained USPS had told him the package was damaged. NOT. He called USPS and put in a claim and told them the package was missing 3 books. (USPS told us that the buyer made them upset.) If we had insured the package he could have claimed for missing books! Anyway, did a tracking claim with USPS took 5 days and they had advised package was delivered and buyer put in a claim himself for missing books for money. We asked him to send pics of said damage. He did not.

eBay doesn't care what your experience is. Personally, I think if it is someone that sells a lot on their site then sorry buyer it is tough luck. Their ads claiming to protect the buyer are baloney. And, after they let me get stuck with a faulty watch, I posted a bad review for the seller and it was not published. And, good luck getting PayPal to help you. I tried to call them after eBay screwed me, and after finally getting a machine to answer, I was told that current wait time to talk to someone would be between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 hours. This is all a scam. You are much better off to give them your credit card number. PayPal is a joke.

It is not as popular as it once was so it is much easier and desirable for me to purchase from a different website now.

If I ever had bad experience or any item that was bad or not like the sale said it was and I had trouble with the sales and could not work it out then eBay took care of it for me. I cannot complain too much about eBay because there been only a few times that I had trouble with an item and the sale would not work or respond to working it out and eBay had to help out and they took care of the problem and refunded me the money. I was able to name branded items for less than store sale them. For most people will send free shipping and can compare prices with or the sales until I find a good deal plus find someone the sale close to where I live and get it fast.

With eBay, I get good deals on hard to find products that are not found other places without any problems dealing. I like when I DO NOT HAVE TO CONTACT THEM. It is exciting to bid on things and see what the best price is that you can get what I want without a hassle but sometimes you have to contact eBay. Sometimes it is hard to return items that the seller sold to you that were not as described. They're fun to do business with but sometimes the seller is hard to deal with. But usually it is a good experience.

eBay was interesting because I had to bid on the purchases that I got and the customer service was really good. They email, they notified me of the status of my order and the shipment and it was a very good experience. eBay is very different so I have to get used to using their website and understanding their bidding process on a lot of their items but overall, it was a very good learning experience and I will probably use it again for something that I'm looking for in particular.

Ebay has a great product selection and their customer service is great. I like that there is feedback about the sellers and buyers. I also like that they sell everything from cars to CDs to land to shoes. You can pretty much find anything you want. The payment process is alright. it could use a little improvement. Sometimes it's hard to use a gift card for purchases. Then from time to time I have to wait a little longer than I would like to have my packages that I ordered shipped. But the wait time for the products that I have ordered has been reasonable. I have had a good experience overall and I would use eBay again in the future if I found a good deal.

I love eBay because it was fast and enjoyable experience. Compared to other online site I like this one the best. What I like about eBay is the selection and possible steal of a price. I save so much from buying on eBay compared to buying from retailer. It’s just that there will be times when eBay fails the customer. I hate when seller take forever to ship the product or the seller is a scammer and I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back. Most of the time eBay will back the customer but there are the times where they let the seller win because of a technicality.

eBay has a large selection of many different products. Some of these items are reasonably priced while some are overpriced for what they are worth. There are hard to find items always being sold there and out of circulation items for sale. I like that you have the choice to either bid on an item you are interested in, or you can choose to just buy it without bidding. On the other hand, I dislike how greedy people can be when selling their items. They sell things for way above their value. I also do not like those people that try to sell junk and crap.

There are a lot of products to choose from for reasonable prices. It's sometimes hard to choose what you want but you will find what you're looking for. Then you will buy more so be careful. But I like how easy it is to check out with PayPal and with the dealer you're purchasing from. You just have to be sure that the people you are buying from will send your product. You don't want to be scammed but trust eBay. They have your back when it comes to scammers.

The majority of the time I have good experience on eBay. The purchasing process is extremely easy and 95% of the time the product arrives in a timely manner and as described. I have never had to deal with any employee from eBay directly so I can't comment on their customer service. I have almost always found at least one of the item I am looking for if not more.

Ebay has great deals on a wide variety of items. There are obscure items available on here that you wouldn't find anywhere else. I love the auction feature as well. Ebay is great for buying items but terrible if you require a return or exchange. It is also confusing to shop on because you need to calculate the shipping on each price. I wish they would be clear about the total cost for each item with shipping included. It's hard to look for the best deal when the low prices shown are deceptively advertising without shipping included. It is also hard to return items and contact customer service in a satisfactory manner.
