Super disappointing. Try placing the order this morning with some kind of issue between Groupon and this floral service. After speaking to one of their customer service representatives for over 39 minutes, and asking to please verify that the flowers would be delivered today since it was my niece's birthday and today is obviously her birthday. We were reassured that the flowers will be delivered today.
After paying and placing our order, we were contacted sometime later to be told that the florist was not taking any orders. This of course is not acceptable considering we asked for the order to be verified before placing it. And now we’re being told that there is no way to deliver it today. Tomorrow only on Tuesday. I realize that there’s a holiday but as I mentioned the beginning of this review we asked for it to be verified that delivery would be today. And we were reassured that it would be. Now to be told that it would not happen for three more days is unacceptable. All I can say is buyer beware and we will never use this service again.

I ordered some roses for my wife to be delivered today for our 10th anniversary. After paying $93 for roses and a guarantee that they would be delivered by noon, not only was the order canceled, but I didn't receive an email until it was too late for me to do anything else. When I called to find out what was going on, the 1st lady hung up on me. I called back and got a different person who was nicer but only wanted to push a new delivery date the next day. Now I have money tied up for close to a week and my wife will not get roses until later. Just horrible service all the way around. This company needs to learn to set expectations cause I had other options before choosing them.

Do not use the service, have have little to no control once they pass along to a local flower shop as it seems. Flowers were ordered for a family funeral member and they did not show up for the event. Calls were placed and no return call was made back to use with detail on how they would fix it.

I had Groupon coupon for Blooms Today that I used to order a bouquet. I am giving 2 stars for on date and time delivery. However, roses and other flowers start withering within 2 days of delivery. It seems flowers were not fresh.

I ordered a heart-shaped funeral arrangement on a stand on behalf of my mom for her deceased brother's funeral. Blooms Today website gave me the option to select "Great" or "Greatest" and of course, I selected "Greatest" for the arrangement type assuming it meant size and presentation. The site did not have the measurements of the arrangements available and after what I received, I know why. The arrangement delivered was very small and did not have the banner I purchased, "Beloved Brother" on it PROBABLY because it was too small to adequately display it. The plants on the floor had a better appearance than the arrangement that I received. I spent $95 (was $150 supposedly), $5 for the banner and $20+ for delivery fees. Also, when you select the discounted item, you are automatically enrolled in their Rewards Membership with a fee of $9.99 monthly, which totally caught me off guard.
I had contacted the company immediately regarding the membership to cancel PRIOR to seeing the arrangement delivered, BUT after seeing the product they delivered, this really confirms why I can't wait to cancel the membership (7 days to cancel can't come fast enough). Be very careful ordering from this company. If you decide to give this company business, you may want to call and ask lots of questions to ensure that the item you purchase is what you want AND, you may want to get it in writing. So very disappointed in my purchased. :-(

I ordered flowers from Blooms Today because I had a Groupon. The flowers are nice, but the pink roses do not smell. Overall, I cannot recommend this company because the flowers are very expensive. I think next time, I will buy loose flowers and arrange them myself.

Do not count on them for a special occasion! I bought a Groupon for $16 to receive $40 off and placed an order on August 1st to be delivered on August 2nd for my mom's 70th birthday. First of all - I either did not read the fine print (which is entirely possible) or it just didn't mention that these flowers arrive by UPS! I had no idea until I received the tracking number from UPS that these would not be delivered by a local florist. The UPS tracking info stated that the order was delayed and would not arrive on time.
I called Blooms Today around 10 am and they told me it was on the truck and out for delivery. I received another update from UPS around 1 pm saying that my flowers were in a different state so I called Blooms Today again. They again tried to tell me that they were out for delivery until I had to explain to them that they were in a different state. I explained to the person on the phone that these were for my mom's 70th birthday and it was imperative that they arrive on time. She said she would contact a local florist and have them delivered. At 4:30 pm I called back to get an ETA on the flowers and they informed me that no one could deliver them that day. By then it was too late for me to have any delivered from another company so I called my mom crying to let her know that I tried to send her flowers on her birthday.
I spoke with a supervisor who kept apologizing for the "inconvenience." She said she would refund my money and that the flowers would be delivered the next day. She also had the nerve to offer me a discount on a future order - which I obviously declined. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday. Blooms Today offered “same day service” and “no delivery charge.” I placed my order the day prior to the delivery date and was told that everything was in place for delivery on her birthday with a delivery charge. WRONG! I learned from my daughter the day after her birthday that she never received the flowers. When I called Blooms Today they were unapologetic and stated in a very perfunctory way that they would refund my money. What a waste of time dealing with this company. Horrible customer service!

If I can give this website a ZERO STAR, I would because it's just that bad. I ordered flowers for a funeral and what I got was nothing like the picture on their website. Not even the vase!!! My 4 years old could've made a better bouquet. I didn't spend $20 for the Groupon plus an additional of $32 for something my kids could’ve made themselves. I emailed Blooms Today and they said they will send the full refund... I just read some reviews in the past that some people never got their refund. Supposedly it takes 5-7 business days... I will wait and see if they do.

First it was the deceptive mark-ups when using a Groupon. Surprise! Then (ordered on Wednesday) delivery expected Friday. Received an email Fri evening, unable to find a florist to make that time frame. $5 more if you want Sat/Sun, or retry delivery on Mon. Monday evening receive another email, unable to deliver on time. Will deliver Tues. Phone call to customer service nets $7 credit to my card for the "inconvenience". I'm furious! They claimed they "struggled with multiple florists and it was a limited delivery area". This address is in a major metropolitan area, numerous florists to choose from. $7 is less than 10% of what I spent. I would have cancelled the order, but her birthday was Saturday and it's already 3 days late! Customer satisfaction = 0

I complained about the flower order for my brother's funeral. I was told I'd receive a full refund. Months went by without the refund check so I contacted the Attorney General in VA. He was told by Blooms Today that a check had been sent to me [dated after the AG's involvement] and that they couldn't contact me by phone. Not true in either case. I NEVER received a refund check and I NEVER received a phone call. Not a dependable company!

I used Groupons on Blooms Today and bought two bouquets for two different graduation celebrations. Both arrived on time and each bouquet was simply amazing! I ordered the Florist’s Choice on both of them and it did not disappoint. Each one was beyond expectation, especially since I ended up paying a total of $70 for over $100 worth of bouquets. And that $70 included the shipping and handling, plus the sales tax! I am so tempted to give myself a bouquet from Blooms Today, just so that I can also enjoy the experience of receiving it.

I purchased an arrangement using a Groupon coupon. The coupon was for $40.00 and with the additional cost of the product the retail of the arrangement was 102.00 which included Saturday delivery and a vase. I sent the flowers as a gift to my daughter-in-love. I asked my son to send pictures. I was disgusted to see what she received. No gerbera daisies as depicted in the product photos and the colors weren't represented in the final product either. What I sent was a modern, beautiful arrangement for a young woman, who while working full time completed her master's degree with two toddlers to boot.
I wanted to send something lovely and tasteful. What she received looked matronly and I as a 60 year old would have promptly returned them had I received them. Do not waste your time or your money and embarrass yourself by sending someone flowers from Blooms Today. This was my first and last time sending from this company. Lesson learned. I hope to visit a florist on my next visit to Charleston and pick up something that is as elegant and special as my sweet daughter in love is to celebrate her accomplishment.

Was very dissatisfied with my order. I ordered a bouquet that was essentially $77 (I had purchased a Groupon towards it- $20 for $40 value) and I paid the difference $37 plus my $20 for the Groupon) but what I ordered was an all pink bouquet including 2 pink hydrangeas and 3 pink roses with other flowers in a shorter glass cube shaped vase. What I got looked nothing like the picture on the site. Only one hydrangea which was green and the 3 roses and some other purplish flowers and lots of greenery and an ugly silver mirrored vase with black scratches all over it. So I would not buy from this company again.

Initial online ordering was ok. It quickly changed to disappointment when the flowers I ordered were cancelled and I was double charged. They only refunded the initial amount and not the unauthorized second charge. If they refunded initial amount immediately, Why would the second unauthorized charge take a week? Only compensation they offered was a 20% discount if I made another purchase right then. No thanks, I will stick to the big name brands from now on where I know I won't be scammed.

Great Service and Quick Delivery. Used a Groupon coupon and ordered a beautiful $50 of flowers, the "Let the florist pick". Very fresh arrangement and nicely done. A nice selection of flowers. Lots of different colors in a small clear vase. The vase was "made in the USA", I was shocked. Using the Groupon for this bouquet of flowers, the delivery was included, so you really got your money's worth of flowers.

*BEWARE!!* DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible service. I purchased a Groupon deal for Mother’s Day and scheduled delivery for May 11th. May 11th came around and flowers were NEVER delivered! I received an e-mail CONFIRMING THEY WERE DELIVERED. This was FALSE. I did some research on the company after this and was horrified at the reviews I found. This company does not deliver on time and they false advertise. Their arrangements are nothing like what they have on the website. Take your money elsewhere!! I called and they told me they would try to redeliver next week. That is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I do not know how they are a business.

On Saturday I purchased a Groupon for this flower shop. I was upset that Blooms Today couldn't deliver on the following day which was Mother's Day but I accepted that they would be delivered on Monday instead. What I got were the flowers in the photo delivered on Tuesday afternoon. While these are decent flowers they are not worth $77 and being delivered a day late. I didn't even get an apology or notice that they would be late. This is completely unacceptable.

Purchased voucher through Groupon for Blooms Today. Placed a order on Friday May 10 for delivery on Saturday or Sunday for Mother’s Day. Received a voicemail on Sunday afternoon say the where unable to find a florist to deliver the flowers. I called Monday to find out what was the issue. I was promised the flowers would be delivered on Monday. Again Monday afternoon received another voicemail saying the where unable to deliver. Called Tuesday and requested a refund so disappointed. All they could say we will refund you we dropped the ball. First time trying to use this company but I will never again try to use them. End of Story my Sister didn’t receive her Mother’s Day flower. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!

We ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day, 6 days in advance. It was supposed to be delivered on 5/11, one day prior to Mother's Day. We spoke with my mom in the evening of 5/11; she had not received any deliveries. My wife called their customer service at 8AM on 5/12; she was told the flowers would DEFINITELY be delivered that day. No delivery arrived. We called on 5/13; customer service and was told, "Sorry, the florist ran out of flowers!!" It would have been nice if they notified us at the time. Customer service offered to deliver the bouquet on 5/15 at a discount, which we reluctantly accepted; a discount to us won't make my 88 year old Mom feel better about not receiving the flowers on Mother's Day.

A week before Mother's Day I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my 93 year old Mom on the Friday before Mother's Day. I chose that day in case there was a problem with delivery, so I'd have time to inquire, adjust, etc. So I call Mom this morning, Mother's Day, and learn that she didn't receive any flowers. I contacted Blooms Today; the customer service rep informs me that the florist ran out of flowers so they cancelled the order. But they never contacted me, by phone or email, so I didn't even have the chance to figure out another solution. I asked if they could deliver flowers today, since it's still Mother's Day and was told "No, Tuesday is the first available day". So, I am certain I would NEVER use Blooms Today in the future.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers almost a week ahead of Mothers Day. Site said could not deliver over that weekend. Chose the option of the Friday before. When I received the receipt it stated Saturday delivery with an additional charge. I was good with that. Saturday came and went. No delivery! I called on Mothers Day, they stated that they could deliver the following Tuesday! What!? They were for Mothers Day idiots! They then offered a 10% discount on my next order. Talk about not being self-aware. Needless to say I canceled the order and will never do business with them again. I apologized to my mother and sent her a picture of the order as that's all I had. Do yourself a favor and stay away from their hype and sales job. It will save you grief and money in the long run. Lesson learned.

Ordered flowers Thursday morning for Mother's day. NEVER DELIVERED!!! It's Saturday evening 10:30pm. These people are beyond pathetic, no phone call no text no email. Customer service is a joke. They know nothing. What company cant find a florist in Philadelphia that can fill orders for Mother's day. No apology is necessary. I dont order flowers often but you can best believe that when I do Blooms Today will NEVER get my money again. I am going on Facebook and every site that I can find to post this review. What is wrong with you, 3 days and no flowers, not even a sorry. I will get my money back, starting with my bank for fraud, then going to Groupon to have your company removed. If you order from these people even after my review then good luck.

I purchased two arrangements at the end of April, one for my mom in Washington and one for my mother in law in California. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on 5/10 but were never received. I called early on the morning of 5/11 only to be told that they were overrun with orders and ran out of time for deliveries. I was assured the flowers would be delivered today. I called again at 4:45 pm PST only to reach a voicemail stating that the customer service department was closed. I'm completely dissatisfied with this company and urge no one to use them. I'll be taking this matter up with my credit card company, but for now I'm trying to find a way to make up Mother's Day to two important women in my life. Thanks for nothing!

Don't fall for their Groupon and then $75 vouchers for $10. The entire thing is a scam. Maybe the Groupon went ok, but still cost me $35. The $25 voucher costs were inflated over Groupon and they had a $20 shipping fee. Flowers to Kalispell were sloppy. Flowers to IA went undelivered on date they were supposed to be. Both of those orders still cost $30+. I called customer service twice and was livid both times. Save your money. The reviews are fake. I cannot review on Groupon or their site. They won't let you??? Not cool.

My original order was never delivered but I received an email saying it was. Then when I called customer service and waited a very long time for a representative to answer my call. I was told they were going to cancel the order and then reorder the flowers for the next day. First I did not get the flowers delivered when I needed them to be and then I am charged for both orders. I had to call back to see why I now have a second charge on my credit card to be told I will get a refund for the first never delivered order but it will be a few days. Also a completely new charge than the first order. I should have researched this company before buying. Will never do that again.

I went through Groupon to order my floral arrangement. The arrangement was pretty and my mother was pleased. BUT it was not what I PAID for!!!! It almost looks like some convenient store flowers that was put in a vase.

On 4/29/19 I purchased a $20 Groupon for Blooms Today. I used the voucher code to partially pay for an order of flowers which were supposed to be delivered. 5/1/19 - the remainder of the flower charge was charged to a credit card. 5/1/19 came and went with no delivery even though a confirmation of delivery email was sent to my email. I called customer service and said they actually were not delivered and the email was sent out by mistake but they would be delivered 5/2/19 by 8:00 pm. That date and time came and past without a flower delivery even though I was assured the flowers were on the delivery vehicle and would be delivered that day. This process is a nightmare. If you need flowers for a specific date, please do not rely on your guaranteed delivery date - they might not ever make it.

I rarely complain about anything, but this experience was mortifying. Wrong names written in card was just the start of this bad experience. My best friend’s dad passed and services are across the country & since we aren’t in the know of good local florist in the area. Since we were unable to attend, I carefully selected & purchased an elegant & respectful SYMPATHY arrangement to send with heartfelt condolences since I cannot travel there. What I ordered & what was sent in its place were vastly different. I understand minor substitutions from florists, but what florist in their right mind would send this in its place for a SYMPATHY arrangement!? Looks better suited for a centerpiece on a picnic table.

Super Disappointed. I order on April 27. Supposedly will be delivered on April 29 to Surprise my mother in law on her Birthday but they called me at almost end of the day that they won’t be able to deliver my order. This is just so sad that I thought I will be able to surprise her. I will never try this site anymore!

Called April 19th to be sure the order was received and I was told, "Yes, the flowers are out for delivery". The recipient never got them. Called April 20th to see what happened, they were too busy to do it because of Easter weekend. Well then tell me that upfront so I can make other arrangements! When I called April 19th I was told they would be delivered that day with no worries. What a scam. They will lie to get you off the phone and make you think everything is going as planned when it’s not. They take your money ASAP but I’m STILL waiting for my credit for services never rendered. Ridiculous company -stay away - ordered flowers early AM and paid extra for same day delivery. Called mid afternoon and was told the flowers would be delivered by 5:00 PM. Called back at 6:30 and was told the order was cancelled. I was never notified and it was too late to order from another place. The representative said we can deliver to the home in a couple days. If I wanted that I wouldn’t have paid extra for same day delivery. They just said we will credit the money back in 5-7 days. So now they ruined the moment for my daughter and I have to wait to get my refund. Stay far away from this company...

Flowers were supposed to be delivered by Friday 4/19/19 and received an email they were delivered and they were not. Called Saturday 4/20 and told problem would be immediately resolved. Today is Sunday 4/21 and no flowers. Stay away from this company. You will see other similar reviews online.

I ordered flowers for delivery to a loved one's funeral 2 days before the services. I received a call 3 minutes after the start of the funeral that the flowers could not be delivered. To make matters worse, the agent offered to have a vase of flowers delivered to the house 2 days after the funeral, on the following Monday. I was fit to be tied! What type of shoddy operation are they running!!!??? The late call was absolutely unacceptable and the resolution was frankly, an insult. I don't know how these people stay in business. I would think twice before ordering from this vendor if you want your arrangement to be delivered at all. I am heartbroken to know that these flowers were not delivered at all.

I placed an order with plenty of lead-time and even let them pick whatever flowers they had readily available. It couldn't have been an easier order to fulfill. They didn't deliver at all. They finally sent an email telling me that the flowers weren't going to be delivered at the end of the day - one minute before they closed! The recipient waited all day for 'something special' when the company knew at the beginning of the day that they weren't going to make their deliver. Even so, the fallback position was to authorize a delivery for the next day.
I specified that the person would only be there in the morning which they said they would honor. Again, no delivery. So, they ruined the surprise I had planned for the recipient on her birthday and, even after all that, didn't even deliver the next morning when they said they would. Find someone else to do business with. These people were totally unresponsive. An offer of a refund at this point is useless as they botched the reason I was ordering flowers to begin with! Their ineptness cost them nothing!

This is the first and only time I have ordered from them. What we received was not at all like picture in the ad. I could do better but going out into the desert and put some wildflowers in a glass. I did call them and they offered to replace them and I did accept. We will see what happens today.

Flower to be Delivered Monday 4-8-19. Not delivered for my brother’s wife Lisa. Her birthday 4-9-19. No confirmation sent to confirm delivery so I guess I needed to use my ESP. I have been calling every day and sometimes several times a day to get the flowers delivered. They told me the flowers were on the truck today 4-12-19 to be delivered by 7:30 pm this evening. Not delivered. They lie, lie, lie lie. I did not want the money returned but the flowers to be delivered. Go somewhere else to buy flowers that has a better reputation. This company gets a big thumbs????

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet of yellow tulips for my daughter in law who just gave birth to my grandson. When I got to the hospital for a visit I noticed this bunch of wilted, most of the flower heads hanging almost dead and tulip greens wilted! I was mortified!!! I could have gone to the grocery store and gotten 3 dozen tulips for 6.99 a dozen and purchased a vase. It would have been cheaper and much better quality! I will never order from Blooms Today again and definitely would NOT recommend to anyone.

I made my purchase at about 6 in the morning and they promised it would be delivered the same day. It even said so on my confirmation. But the flowers never came and I missed my grandmother's birthday. To top it off the very next day they attempted to deliver and she was not there so now she has to call and make arrangements to get this delivery. I will not use this service again.

I would like to give negative starts if I could. My husband ordered flowers 9 months ago and we just realized we've been charged 9.99/month since then. It seems like this same situation happens to many people and that they say customers are told of this "rewards program" at purchase. That is completely untrue. I purchased a Groupon ($20) on 3/1 for Blooms Today and had a delivery scheduled for same day ($32 after Groupon). The person I had them delivered to was pleased with the flowers but I wasn't. Since she was happy I decided I was being a little too picky. While purchasing these flowers I was presented with another coupon option of spend 10.00 to get (3) 25.00 vouchers for future purchases. I felt this was an amazing deal especially since I knew I had to send lots of flowers coming up. I had to place 2 separate orders on 3/4 to use the vouchers.
The first purchase of flowers on 3/4 for same day delivery ($62 after voucher) was delivered but the flowers looked nothing like what was ordered. They had no white in them and no roses. The second order on 3/4 was also for same day ($62 after voucher) was delivered and looked pathetic. I was so embarrassed! I did call and was given 20% back for my first order on 3/4 and refunded full amount on second order on 3/4. I felt maybe it was just a bad local florist that they used as I read reviews on the local florist and they were all negative. When I called Blooms Today I was advised I could request that they do not use that local florist for my next orders as I still had a few arrangements to send. Still happy with Blooms Today at this point.
On 3/7 I ordered flowers for a funeral arrangement ($62 after voucher). Flowers again were not what was shown but I was pretty happy with what was delivered so felt we were on the right track! I again was provided with an option from Blooms Today to purchase 3 more vouchers for 10.00. Again I purchased this option as I knew I had at least 2 more arrangements to send. On 3/12 I purchased flowers to be delivered on 3/13. I followed their directions and called and requested that they did not use the same florist as last time. I was informed that this time the flowers I ordered would be sent directly from Blooms Today. Felt I hit the jackpot that these flowers would be exactly as pictured. Spent $52 after voucher and the flowers were not delivered on time as promised.
In fact the recipient was retiring today so delivering tomorrow was not an option. I called and was given a full refund and I pray they cancelled the delivery so I don't look silly tomorrow. The second delivery also today today 3/13 did show but again not as pictured. I spent $47 on these flowers. I definitely will not recommend Blooms Today and would rather lose the "vouchers" than to be humiliated any further. The flowers you guys send look like they are discounted few day old flowers. I will attach pics of what was supposed to be gotten and what was actually gotten for all orders.

I chose this company because I got a Groupon. Maybe that is why the flower I ordered looked so terrible. You can pick 3 sizes of flowers great, greater and greatest. I pick the greatest and got the great size, if that. These flowers were for a Grandmother's funeral and they were very embarrassing. I would never recommend this florist. The arrangement sizes that they show on their website aren't even close to what you get. Very disappointing.

Trust me - Use some other flower delivery vendor. I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day but they were never delivered. I called customer service the next day, waited on hold 8 minutes, left my phone number for a callback but never heard anything. I called them back a week later and they acknowledged the delivery was not confirmed and only offered a refund or a discount to deliver them late. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Don't make the same mistake as me - choose another vendor. There are other good options available.

When I called customer service they were barely apologetic and offered no solutions to get flowers to my friend before she was going into surgery on Tuesday. I am very disappointed indeed.

They took my money and I got no product and no one is willing to help. I have requested a refund and still have not heard back. My husband ordered me flowers from this company instead of our usually company because of the advertisement he heard on the radio. Big mistake! Flowers were supposed to arrive on Wednesday February 13th and never showed up. My husband called them and they said they tried to deliver. Not true! Not only was I here all day but we have Ring with video so we could see no one came with flowers. Then they said they would be delivered the next day on Valentine's Day which is our 34th Wedding Anniversary. Same thing - I was here all day and they never arrived. We have been charged but no flowers! We will go back to 1-800-Flowers which we have used for years and years with no problems. Blooms Today is the worst company we have ever dealt with!

I ordered flower for Valentine’s Day early enough to get to my wife and daughter. My wife got her flower, but not the one that I ordered. She got totally different one. For my daughter – she never received her flowers. Not only that I called so many times to customer service and sent e-mail – NO RESPONSE. Called again around 5:00PM PST, got recording saying all the flowers being delivered, and office will be open next day. It is now 6:00PM – no flower being delivered. I was going to surprise her at her workplace, and I got the surprise. On the top of it, I found out that they enrolled me in reward program and charge in my card monthly $9.99. I do not recall, there was anything that I click to sign up for this. I tried to call up again and could not get HOLD of any customer service. Left my number no one call me back. I have to call my bank to cancel this.

I would recommend to anyone that if you're ordering flowers to go directly through the florist, because the florists clearly don't care whatsoever about orders placed through this third party, and they place you at the absolute bottom of their list to be delivered. It is Valentine's Day, and dealing with this ALL day has ruined the what-should-be-happy day. I placed an order for flowers 2 weeks ago to be delivered to a business today. It's now 4:00 pm, and the flowers have yet to arrive (I'm sure they won't for quite some time at this point). I get that the "rule" is that the florists have until 5 pm (which is inconsiderate in itself since it's when people are leaving their place of work?), yet that is also less than ideal considering how much you are paying for these, especially when they are ordered in such advance. I've tried calling customer service twice, and they have been zero help in contacting anyone else. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

So I got my flowers in today. I ordered sapphire skies. As you can see in the picture it wasn’t sapphire. I bought from Groupon $20 then $32 when I placed the order so for $52 I would have expected what I ordered. So disappointed it was the first time ordering and probably the last. You have a bless day.

The plant delivered did not compare to the online photo. I even upgraded to a higher product. It was a little embarrassing to see what was at the visitation with my name on it. The basket was cheap and the promised flowering plant was not included.

I purchased a Groupon to buy some flowers for my best friend for her birthday. I had accidentally selected some wrong flowers and I contacted customer service right away. It was great customer service and they refunded my money right away. I then, selected some other beautiful flowers to send. The website was easy to use. The flowers were delivered the next day, and they were beautiful! My best friend was happy. I would definitely use again the future!

My husband was having a bad day at work so I decided to send him flowers to cheer him up, He received them same day and though he was happy with the gesture when he brought them home I was horrified! They looked store bought with tag as if they are purchased at a grocery store. I called and emailed Blooms Today and talked to Cindy, she was amazing! Friendly customer service and immediately gave me a refund. She did a wonderful job fixing the situation, she impressed me. I don't blame them - I blame the florist. Hi, just joining the other 176 customers on here that have given this shop one star. My mom ordered flowers for me. Was told they would deliver them yest. Yest. they told her they had delivered them to “the intended recipient”. Well, I am the only person with the apt number and complex number in this apt. and I was home all day yesterday. No one delivered flowers. So they told my mom they would re order them and have them sent today. They were delivered today and I asked the delivery guy if they tried attempting yesterday and he told me no. He also had me sign a paper stating they were delivered. So, if they were delivered yest. while I was home, who signed?
When I called and spoke to Abby about a refund (because the flowers are abhorrent) she told me the flower shop was lying to me about not delivering and I had a second delivery coming today. I told her, "Regardless, you’re in charge of your vendors." And the flowers are not acceptable and to cancel the “second order coming in today”. She interrupted me multiple times and kept trying to blame the flower deliverer. Completely unprofessional if you are going to blame someone that you’re paying to deliver your flowers. Regardless, no refund has happened. She claimed the first one was refunded to my mom's account and would take 5-7 days. My mom’s bank statement instead says she was charged twice for two orders. This company is a complete rip off.

TOTAL SCAM. Go elsewhere to order flowers!! Anywhere else! We ordered a huge spray a week ahead of time for an out-of-state funeral. Not only did they take our money, they sent a CONFIRMATION that the flowers WERE delivered. Guess what?? NO FLOWERS ever showed up at the mortuary as promised, for either the viewing or the funeral the next day (same location). We only knew because we sent the family a picture of what we ordered and they said nothing was there.
I started calling "Blooms Today" this morning to try and get something delivered for the service at least. Called them 4 times today. Twice I was cut off and once I was promised a call back. After hours of waiting, I called again and after a looong wait still was given no explanation except that they had left messages for the local florist. WHAT A LOAD OF BS. The funeral was long ended by then. We've demanded a refund. Good luck to us. This online SCAM should be called "Blooms Never." BBB should investigate these clowns.

I called the number to resolve the issue and there is nothing they can do to rectify or make up for the situation. All they offered is to have the same flowers delivered again, and not until tomorrow. This is 4 days after the intended delivery date. If I would not have called then the recipient would have never received the flowers and I still would have paid for it. I paid to have the flowers delivered on 12/31, not 1/3. The person I spoke with only offered excuses that they were busy on New Years Eve with deliveries.
If they were unable to deliver on New Year's Eve, then that time should not have been offered to the customers. I’m very disappointed that I have to spend my hard earned money on something that I did not pay for or want. I will not use this service again and will warn others that my money would have been stolen, if I would not have contacted the recipient and found out the order was not delivered. This seems like a fraudulent service based on all the similar complaints here.

I placed two orders with this company since purchasing the Groupon voucher, Simply Blooms and/or Blooms Today as they appear to have two different names. The first was ordered on December 18th for a delivery date of 12/24 to my Dad in PA. The second was ordered on December 21st for a delivery date of 12/24 to my mother. My Dad & stepmom received the delivery of the candy cane basket however the arrangement looked nothing like the one I ordered but thank GOODNESS THEY CAME. I received a confirmation via email. The flowers that I ordered for my mother who lives with me?!? NEVER ARRIVED ALL DAY NOR NIGHT OF CHRISTMAS EVE. Then to top it off, the company sends me another confirmation that those flowers arrived!!!! Can you IMAGINE THAT?!?
My mother was at the residence all day and I was there in the afternoon and all night. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED AND NO ONE TO CALL. Only a recording to say that Christmas orders are being delivered and that they are closed until December 26th. They talk you into buying another voucher for 10.00 which gives you three purchases with 25.00 off each purchase. I bought it. In retrospect, I would’ve never purchased that voucher for two dollars with such a despicable display of disrespect for people's most special events of their lives. I expect to resolve this issue bright and early the day after Christmas with a FULL REFUND INCLUDING THOSE BOGUS VOUCHERS FOR 25.00 off of my next three purchases because there NEVER WILL BE ANOTHER PURCHASE FOR ME. If you can mess up a Christmas order then I have zero use for your lack of services.

Was given a gift from a friend on Groupon. When I clicked on the link to order the flowers there was an additional cost to me. When I contacted them they said, "Read the fine print," and sent it to me. It was a gift, but when I read it it was very confusing and said it included delivery.

I have ordered from several online florists over the years. However, Blooms Today uses only local florists. I have NEVER been disappointed and when I order through Groupon. There is no delivery charge. I will continue to order from them. Thir flower arrangements are beautiful.

My email to Blooms dated 12/6/2018: This will be my 3rd contact with you and I am greatly disappointed. Flowers were NOT delivered on date requested. Luckily the service was postponed. When I found out I called Tuesday and was told the flowers would be delivered Wednesday. Got a call from my daughter who sent this picture! DEFINITELY NOT what I ordered or PAID FOR!!! Vase can hardly hold the 8 Roses, I ordered 12 and NO FLAGS!!! Called and spoke to Heather. She said those weren't my flowers that they were scheduled for delivery before the service tomorrow. Gave me a tracking number and assured me they would not send something like what I described. Daughter called and said the mortuary found the card. No flags and those 8 Roses were my order.
I am beyond incensed! What is going on? This is someone’s funeral for Christ's sakes!! The receipt below is what I ordered. The second pic is what was received. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I ordered flowers on Blooms Today for a funeral. When I arrived, I saw my flowers and noticed that some of the flowers were brown, wilted and dying. The arrangement looked as though it had been made days prior. Very disappointed.

Ordered flowers for a funeral in Ohio, Blooms Today got wrong funeral home in VA. I sent email to contact me-no reply. I called customer service and was told it "would be taken care of". Received confirmation email that the flowers were delivered day of funeral, they were not. Called again, was told that I didn't contact them in time and that the email confirmation of delivery was for the funeral home in VA. The conversation basically said it was "my fault" for "their error" and I should have called instead of using the electronic method-- this is 2018! They also said they called me and sent email to tell me the order couldn't be processed, never received phone call, VM, and found the cancellation in junk mail after being told to look there-it was sent too late.
Surprisingly all the other "junk" emails they send with purchase offers go directly to my email. I called the funeral home in VA and they told the florist they had the wrong place and the flowers were not delivered. I was not able to send flowers to honor the passing of a Precious Life. I pray no one else has to deal with this during a time of loss. What a waste of time to have an undesired outcome. Hopefully you learn from your mistakes!

Ordered 'Magnificent Life Spray' flowers to be delivered at a Shook's Cedar Grove Funeral Home for the recent loss of a family friend only to see that 1) the delivered flowers were not what was ordered and 2) the flowers looked like they were days old! According to the company website, 'Magnificent Life Spray' will have "green roses, green carnations, white gladioli, white stock, white cushion spray chrysanthemums and bells of Ireland is accented with green tea leaves, spiral eucalyptus and lemon leaf" but the flowers that were delivered were not even close to the description on the website.
The message was handwritten with Blooms Today fake contact number (999) 999-9999; the company's real number is (800) 359-5309. The representative suggested a refund to compensate the poor quality service but informed the person that a refund is not wanted because the flowers were purchased as a sign of condolences for the dear friend my family lost. Horrible experience and would not give any stars if there was an option not to! Save your money and time elsewhere!

If I could give less than one star, I would. We placed an online order for a plant the night before a funeral in Orange TX. The funeral was at 10:00 am the next day. Confirmed with Blooms Today about 8 am the morning of funeral that they could deliver plant by 10:00. We were assured that they could make the delivery - funeral was in a small town. Blooms Today called me at 11:05 (the funeral ended about 10:45) to say the plant wasn't delivered because several florists in town did not have the plant we ordered - a Peace Lily. I asked why didn't they substitute a plant, and she said it's not their policy to substitute.
Why didn't they call me before the funeral? They're a 3rd party service so you don't deal with florist directly. I told her I learned a valuable lesson and will never deal with a 3rd party service for a funeral again. That was the first and last time for me. If I had called the florist directly the morning of funeral, they would have delivered a plant in time for the funeral. Blooms Today had the audacity to offer a discount if I wanted to have something delivered somewhere else like the decedent's wife's home. I said No, Thank You!

Flowers didn't show up even though I ordered days in advance of funeral service. They're only waiving service fee. I wish I would've read the reviews of this company prior to ordering seeing it's a common theme of this happening. I'm in the military and can't be home from my uncle's funeral so this really made me feel terrible. Highly disappointed and do not recommend this company. Buy directly from local florists.

I ordered funeral flowers for my husband's godmother from Blooms Today. Paid extra fee to have the flowers delivered by 5:00 viewing. Flowers were not there. I checked each bouquet in case it was different from the bouquet ordered. Called the next morning and was told the flowers were delivered at 2:36 pm. We went to the church service at noon the following day - no flowers. Nor were they at the gravesite or reception at the church. Called again and was given the option of getting another delivery with $20 discount (the bouquet was $148.50), or getting a refund. I requested the refund.
I went to the Blooms Today website and- surprise! surprise! -there is no place to comment on the company or its service. I wish I had read the comments on the ConsumerAffairs website before ordering the flowers! This company should be put out of business! Make sure you read the reviews before using this company - then go somewhere else!

Ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral days in advance. I show up and no flower to be found. Called twice and finally someone answered saying there was an emergency, flowers were dropped and damaged and stand could not be replaced. They could provide us a basket with “upgraded flower”. Have a feeling unless I called them, no flowers would have ever showed. Will never be ordering from them again.

My wife placed a order to be delivered to her mother in a time sensitive manner. My wife found this company on Groupon and the deal looked appealing, so we went and ordered the flowers. On the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered the order never arrived. My wife called customers service and was told that the delivery services stopped at 7 pm; and it was past that time. They asked her if she wanted a full refund, and she stated she want the flowers to be delivered as promised. She said she would give the delivery person some extra time in case there was a backup with the delivery. Blooms Today agreed and that my wife would call back if the flowers were not delivered.
She called back late that night and Blooms Today then told her that the drivers were running as late as 11 pm. Both her and I thought that was ridiculous because who is going to stay up that late for flowers, especially for a surprise. Still the flowers never showed up by 11 pm so my wife called asked for a refund. The flowers clearly were not going to be delivered. She was told by the representative that the flowers would be delivered and that she would get a refund. The next day the flowers were not delivered and they told her that the flowers were not going to be delivered because she had asked for a refund. My wife had spoken to multiple reps who were rude and not helpful, and failed to follow through on their word.
My wife called the next day and when she finally got to a supervisor they told her that they still would not deliver the flowers but would offer us a 20% discount to replace the order. Overall this company is a big scam and a middleman company that don't actually stock flowers but uses other florist to make the arrangements and delivery. They hold zero accountability and blamed the florist and not their own company. Do not do business with the company and save your money. The customer service is beyond poor. When a company messes up they need to rectify the issue. They had no intentions of fixing the problem outside of giving me a discount and sending the flowers on a date I didn't want. The date of delivery passes and I was not interested. Worst company - don't use them!

I just want you to know that I am very dissatisfied with the quality of your flowers and service. I ordered flowers initially to be delivered to my daughter yesterday before noon, and paid extra for it. They did not arrive before noon and was closer to 1-2 pm. When my daughter got them there were like 5 flowers and one dead. I was angry. For the price and what the picture looked like, I clearly did not get that. I called and explained my displeasure with the quality and delivery. I used your company because I recently got flowers from your company and they were beautiful. Your customer service rep apologized and said she would refund and I could reorder and get 20% discount. And I did.
The flowers arrived today. Still not what I was expecting, as it was nothing like the picture and I even ordered the large version. I honestly could go to Safeway and get better arrangement and half the price. Then to add the last nail to the coffin the person that delivered the flowers asked for the other ones back! So very very tacky!!! I have ordered flowers elsewhere before and they messed and up and gave me a refund and delivered FREE replacement within the hour! I don’t think I will ever order flowers from you and will be letting the person who sent me flowers about the horrible quality and customer care. If you wanted to retain a customer you should have apologize and made sure the replacement flowers would exceed my expectations. These flowers were important for me that the recipient got them before noon, epic fail on your part.

I went with Blooms this time because there was a special going on. I am out of town on work and it was my wife's birthday. I made sure that the order went in ahead of time to establish a firm delivery date. They charged my card and sent me confirmation emails that it will be delivered. Her birthday came and went with no flowers!!! I immediately called the next day to find out who was sleeping on the job. They told me my order was put on hold because they flag my card as fraud. I was wondering why they couldn't have told me that sooner so I could have went somewhere else. Didn't get an email or anything from them about this. They wanted a lot of extra information about my card like Names, Numbers, Routing and stuff. This to me says (Blooms is a Fake Business)!! Go elsewhere and be warned! The ONLY reason I gave them a star was because cancelling service from them, so far, appears to be easy. Good Luck folks.

Bought a Groupon for $20 off of $40. Ordered my flowers for an extra $15 for my sister-in-law who just lost her mother. Today I get an email saying they had to cancel my order. So I called. They said they have no florist in the area so the flowers would have to be shipped UPS, and the cost would be an extra $ 40. This is nothing but a scam.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday 10 days before the actual date from this company. Today which is her birthday they called me at 12:15 pm to say that there are no available florists to deliver to my mother today but that they can overnight some flowers to her tomorrow. I said okay and asked if they would be taking care of the shipping since this was their mistake and was told that no, I would need to pay more. I just broke down and cried. My mother is 76 this year and has been battling cancer and I was not able to be with her today. I am angry that they are promising products and services that they cannot deliver and that they are preying on people’s emotions and asking them to pay more money for delivery of products that are not even on the days they should be delivered. Shame on this awful company. Buyers beware!!!!

It was a terrible experience. They divulged my personal information to the recipient's ex-husband who called Blooms' customer service representative demanding to know who sent the floral arrangement to his ex-wife. They obliged because he threatened to have the flowers returned. Upon learning about this privacy invasion I called Blooms immediately. They apologized and said they can't refund the money but they would look into the situation. I wrote to Groupon and they were understanding and kind enough to issue a refund. It was not for the money, how dare them share something so personal with an unknown voice over the phone! I would think twice or go to your local florist. The card read nothing threatening, terroristic or vile that the information need to be handed out so leisurely. So unprofessional!!!

I was at Legacy.com signing a guest book for a deceased family member and decided to order flowers thru their site. The arrangement was $60 plus $20 delivery. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral I was mortified. See the 3 pics below- what it was supposed to look like and 2 show what it was (pink flowers in pic not part of the arrangement). When I called to complain she offered me 30% refund, when I said their website said 100% money back guarantee, she didn't skip a beat or say anything except you will be refunded 100%. Terrible product and then try to squirm out of their policy. Legacy.com should not allow them on their website.

I live in Ma. My Aunt Lived in LA. When she recently passed Our family wanted to send flowers to the funeral home. I used the website provided to me by the Obituary site. The business was Blooms Today. The day after the funeral I received a call saying they failed to get the flowers there on time and were sorry IF there was any inconvenience. IT WAS A FUNERAL. They had one Job. Deliver Flowers. They FAILED! Apologies and refunds don't make up for your failure. After talking to other people I've found out that this is the normal routine. My advice is go to your local florist because this company is not competent enough to be trusted.

I will never order from this fraudulent company again. Flowers were never delivered to my Dad for Father's Day. I called and was told an attempt was made and no one was home and a tag was left. This was a complete lie as more than one person was home all day and no tag was left on any door. I was told they'd attempt delivery the next day. No flowers. I have called in 3 times to customer service now requesting a refund and being advised I'd receive a refund confirmation email shortly. Never received. No refund, no flowers. This company is not legitimate. Do not use them.

I asked the name of the florist, and when I contacted the local florist, they had no idea what I was talking about and had no order for me. I am traveling for work, so my wife never got her flowers and has to wait until tomorrow as I called another local florist for delivery tomorrow. Not the same at all. I was out of town when my sister in law's mother died so I ordered flowered from BloomsToday.com. I spoke to my sister in law the next day and she didn't mention the flowers. Curious, I asked if she saw the flowers I sent. She replied that she had not. I called BloomsToday.com and found they never delivered the flowers. How many people never find out that the flowers were not delivered and still get charged for them. They said they would refund my money but that really is little help. They said they could send the flowers onto my sister in law now but that is no help either. I will never order from these people again, and I suggest anyone else go to another company.

I received flowers at work the Friday before Mother’s Day from my son who is currently in the army training to protect our country. I was surprised and emotional from the thought that my son sent me flowers, I miss him terribly. I had mixed emotions, the flowers were half dead, brown tips, leaves falling off. Apologies for the length of this rant but the truth must be known!!! Consider it a public service message... So my wife's aunt passed away last week and as we are in Europe we could not attend the funeral service. Last Thursday, we went online to read her obituary and saw a link to send flowers to the service. We clicked the link and were sent to #Bloomstoday.com. We ordered a wreath and scheduled it to be delivered on Friday before the funeral on Saturday. On Friday we received an email from them, stating that they contacted every florist in the area and that a circular wreath was not available so they would replace it with a heart-shaped one. My wife was concerned it would be tacky, so we called the 800 number and were reassured by their customer service person that it would be appropriate and that the florist would email us a picture of the wreath prior to delivery.
Having never received the photo, I emailed them on Saturday, 30 minutes before the funeral service and demanded the promised photo of the wreath we had paid for. We received a response email AFTER the funeral that stated a florist could not be found to fulfill our order and that they had cancelled it. Then they suggested that we order another arrangement to be sent to the family belatedly. This pathetic "company" has one job to do, coordinate the delivery of flowers. It is their one purpose for existing and they utterly failed at it. BTW, we called the funeral home and they confirmed with the only florist in that small Texas town that no order for a wreath had ever been placed with them for the funeral. So to recap, on top of being completely incapable of performing the single function they are in business for, they continuously misled or outright lied to us the entire time. Whatever you do, avoid this company like the plague.
Also, if you need further proof of how disgustingly bad they are, they do not even allow reviews of their company on any of their social media. Apparently, they are fully aware that they are a horrible company and are afraid that the truth will come out if they let their customers review them! BTW, do not be impressed with the fact that they have hired someone to apologize for all of the negative reviews they are receiving. They would not need someone to do that for them if they actually provided even decent customer service beforehand.

I ordered flowers on-line for a funeral. First I got an email stating that the flowers had been delivered. I went to the funeral; I didn’t see my flowers but I was not concerned because it was a big funeral. After the funeral I got an email stating that they had “tried many times” to contact me but that the flowers had not been delivered. My phone number was correct; they never called me. I ordered flowers for my dad's neighbor as a 'thank you' for her assistance in a recent medical crisis dad had. I received my confirmation and tracking number but, when checked for delivery the address I gave was incorrect. Blooms Today had contacted and told UPS to destroy the shipment. I STILL have not been contacted by them - not for a corrected address or that it was undeliverable. I should have read these reviews first, then I would have known about the lousy customer service. Now, I'm out the money and still need flowers delivered.

I ordered the ‘Greatest Precious Hearts Bouquet’ to arrive on Valentine’s Day, I placed this order 3 weeks in advance. It arrived today February 13th. Blooms Today, February 13th is NOT Valentine’s Day. I am mainly upset because the bouquet is SO small. It’s the size of the small bouquet, if not smaller. They even got the type of flowers wrong. I spent a fortune even with a Groupon. This is absolutely pathetic and there is no excuse. This place should be out of business; they’re robbing people. Please save your money and go elsewhere unless you want to be furious.

My good friend lost her mother and lives in Illinois. The funeral in Robinson, Illinois uses a flower vendor called Legacy who then uses Blooms Today. I ordered flowers and waited for a confirmation email and never received it. I then called them and they said it was overlooked and didn't get delivered. How can a florist overlook a flower order? My heart sunk as they gave me excuses.

I ordered a Peace Lily plant on Jan. 11, 2018, to be delivered to a Rochester, MI, funeral home for a Sunday only visitation. I went through the funeral home's website which directed me to Legacy.com. They then passed my order off to Blooms Today. The visitation is today only, Jan. 14. I indicated that I wanted the plant to be delivered on Saturday, the day before. I looked at all the floral arrangements and plants, but to my shock, mine wasn't there. We tried to call from the funeral home, but they didn't have a phone number for me.
I drove back to my home, looked up my confirmation, and called Blooms Today Customer Service. Got someone who really didn't give a damn. She claimed she would have something delivered today. TOO LATE!! I told her I wanted a refund since they didn't fulfill the contract. She said she would send me a confirmation of refund. Didn't trust her, so I called American Express and gave them all the details. They gave me an immediate credit. If I do not get an email tomorrow, after the funeral I will be calling them again. UNACCEPTABLE! I cannot tolerate incompetence. ISN'T IT ODD THAT I WAS BILLED ON JAN. 11 AND NOT JAN. 13!!

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my wife’s birthday to be delivered to her job. Paid extra to have it there before noon. It is now 6:30pm no flowers. Called several times. Got a runaround and different answer each time. My wife came home from work. I told her about what happened and she had to call herself. They told her that they should be delivered within the next 30 minutes or so. She told them to cancel the orders and told them that they can keep them. Now I need to wait 3 to 5 days to have the money refunded on my debit card and I have no gift for her birthday. Thanks Blooms Today, you sure know how to ruin a special occasion. You’ve lost this customer for good and I’ll make sure that I tell everyone I know NOT to use your company because you’re disgusting and have no customer service skills whatsoever!!! You shouldn’t be in a delivery business.

I am irate. I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral. I put a lot of thought into the "arrangement" that I picked out. I called the funeral home to see if they arrived. They have not. The funeral home told me that they will be BOXED. What in the world?! For 120.00 they should be fresh and as pictured. I put a lot of thought into this. I went to several stores online, as I live 650 miles away! Now, my beloved grandma will get boxed, crap flowers. They changed the delivery date without even telling me. I cannot understand how a company can prey on those grieving. I sincerely hope that they are caught with their lies, manipulation, and false advertising. The Alton Telegraph should be ashamed that they recommend this company.

I preferred flowers for a funeral, it was terrible. I arrived and flowers NEVER did. I called and was told they were in “transit”. I ordered early Sunday, the rosary was late Wednesday. I had called customer service number to verify order on Tuesday and was assured they would arrive early that day. So disappointed! I would never order from them again!

Hey dear friend of our family passed away, by his death noticed was the name of this company to order flowers. We ordered flowers in plenty of time for them to place the order and have them delivered to the site of the funeral. They called us two hours before the funeral and said they were not able To deliver. We scrambled and ordered on our own. What a joke. It’s now 12 days and we still have not received our refund of $110. Once again do not use these people.

Ordered flowers weeks in advance for my aunt's 92nd birthday. Called them at 3 pm. They said the flowers would be delivered in 15 minutes. I called and was told they left on the porch at 6 pm, they never rang her bell. After I called I was told they were on the porch, they were there all night. Terrible service.

This is the second time in less than 3 months that Blooms to Go messed up my order. First order, the chocolates arrived melted, embarrassingly melted to the point that they looked like something foul... it was not packed in a cool package or dry ice. The second order I placed for my cousin's milestone birthday to arrive on her birthday. The order was placed over the weekend for that Monday. I called in the afternoon (3pm) to confirm delivery & customer service personnel was snarky & replied they had until 5:00 for delivery. Her tone was rude & she sounded annoyed… 4.5 hours later I received a voice message from another customer service rep stating they could not deliver since there was a problem with the florist!! My cousin received NOTHING on her birthday after I spent close to $50.00 to have her feel special during a difficult time in her life. Blooms to Go let me down, made me look bad & I am highly embarrassed a second time.
I will NEVER use this vendor!!! I will tell everyone about my poor experience with this business. I don't care for flowers to be delivered the next day - that is not the date of celebration. I ordered & paid for services to be rendered that day, Oct. 16th & it never happened... even when I followed up with a call. If the customer service rep looked into the issue when I called instead of giving me "a line of bologna" then I could have made other accommodations or Blooms to Go could have found another vendor to make the arrangement. This is the last & final straw. My hard earned money will not be going to this terrible business that cannot uphold their end of the contract.

The website for Blooms Today showed that there was Sunday delivery. No such thing! The Monday was a holiday so delivery was expected on Tuesday. Apparently, the florist left the bouquet outside in the bushes even though the homeowners were home and it sat out there for two days. By the time they found it, it was dead. They complained and got a very cheap version of what was ordered. They complained again and finally (on the third attempt) got a fairly decent arrangement. On top of that, there is a selection to be on a subscription which cost $9 a month. I specifically, did not accept that but my bill showed that charge! I was leaving for Europe and not able to cancel at that time. When I got back and went to their website, the website no longer existed! OMG! I knew they were a scam and that just proves it!

I ordered a flower arrangement for my husband's best friend's visiting hours/memorial service through the newspaper's obituary 3 days before the event. When we arrived at the service I looked for the flowers to make sure they were nice. Our arrangement was not there. I immediately called Blooms Today from the e-mail confirmation I had received. Their ad & recording states that they deliver even on short notice and use the best local florists. The rep told me there was a small delay in delivery according to a note on my order. I asked to speak to a manager and received a callback.
Allegedly delivery by UPS (so much for using local florists) had been attempted but the funeral home was not open. She contradicted herself there because she then stated that she checked with the funeral home and they have a side entrance open all day for deliveries. She offered a 20% refund & a delivery by 5 pm. The visiting hours had started at 4 pm. I was furious because we were very embarrassed not to have flowers there and 20% was not cutting it for me. I told her I wanted a 50% refund & delivery in 15 minutes. She then said she would issue a full refund with a 5 pm delivery. At 4.13 pm I received an e-mail that they could not locate a florist to fill my order and had to cancel it.
After I placed another call, which was turned over to the escalation department, I waited in vain for the promised callback. After we got home, I noticed a voice mail from 5.17 pm on my home phone that they could not fulfill my order. My suspicion: They had no intention to handle my flowers from the start and we're going to pocket the money, assuming we either wouldn't be there or wouldn't notice. Once I called perhaps they scrambled to find a local florist at the last minute. If there had been an arrangement in place, why couldn't that have been re-delivered? Or why wouldn't I have been notified the day before or in the morning? Scammers!

I got a Groupon for Blooms Today. The reviews on Groupon were good. I must say their customer service was good. Three times I tried to get the arrangement I wanted sent to my mom for my father’s passing. First arrangement was the smaller version and left out in the Arizona heat so it was all wilted. Got my money back and tried again. Second bunch were sent in a box and were in a UPS truck all day! In Arizona. Flowers arrived dead and smelled bad. Had to wait a week for all my money to be returned.
Decided third time surely will be correct! Nope! The flowers were supposed to be delivered on a Friday but they didn't show. So I called and asked for the delivery to be changed to Monday because my mom was not going to be home all day on Saturday. The guy said no problem. The flowers were delivered on Saturday and again Sat outside. The arrangement was smaller than the first one and the wrong flowers and it looked like a kid had made it. I'm getting my money back but not the Groupon. For some reason they can't give me back my money. So I'm out $20 and very frustrated and disappointed.

I ordered flowers for my father's funeral. The flowers arrived in a timely manner and were lovely, but the salesperson obnoxiously kept trying to upsell me. First they tried to sell me trees in the rain forest or whatever, I said no. Then they tried to sell me a monthly membership. How often do they think I send flowers???Again I said No. Then they wanted me to order expedited delivery or some such thing. I was ordering the flower 5 days in advance, so I asked them why I would need such a thing. They said because the service was before noon. I basically asked "So what" and they said to ensure a timely delivery. Then I asked, "Are you telling me that if I don't pay an extra $10, the flowers will be late" and he said no, not at all.
After I said no to all his attempted up sells, I gave him my credit card number. Then again he tried to upsell me AGAIN. Finally I told him, "Look I have a funeral to plan, and I just want to get these flowers ordered, let's just wrap this up". On top of all of this, he is the ONLY person I have dealt with concerning my father's funeral who did not offer condolences. TACKY, TACKY, TACKY, I will never use this company again.

This website was offered by obituary so I ordered an arrangement for the passing of a close friend. I specifically ordered a white vase with flowers because it looked very tasteful. Not only were the flowers wilted and sparse, but the vase was a clear vase and was cracked. They seemed heartless and manipulative when resolving this matter. I just had a talk with customer service for a full refund. A fresh flower arrangement was send out and sent through 5 hot summer southern states in airplanes and in non air conditioned trucks with the package on a 4 day journey. I was now told they didn't deal with any local florist in the area. They should have called me about this because anyone with a brain would never send out flowers that way. I'm almost afraid to see a photo of them. This was for a very special occasions and I am sick about this.

Ordered through the Groupon app where I purchased a voucher. I paid $19.99 for the birthday flowers along with balloons for $5.00. The delivery fee was $18.99 and there were a couple of other fees. My delivery date was set to be delivered on my mother's birthday. No flowers! They were not delivered. I called the following morning and complained. The representative assured me a supervisor would contact the florist to find out what happened. After that the supervisor would be giving me a call. I never received a phone call. Horrible customer service! I had to call them back and I immediately asked for my money back. They issued me a refund. My birthday gift to my mom was a complete disaster. Used this flower shop that was connected to the obituary. I don't know if they thought we wouldn't see the flowers since funeral was in NJ and billing was from FL. When we saw the flowers (4 snapdragons, 3 roses, 3 mums, small daisies as fillers) that were delivered we were greatly disappointed. The arrangement was small (not what was ordered) in a regular color woven style basket, shameful. I wrote the company and complained but I have not heard from them. funeral flowers - I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed when I saw the flower arrangement I ordered for my brother's wife. I paid an additional cost to get the larger bouquet. What I received was a small bouquet of flowers. Two of the roses in the bouquet had large brown spots. I will never order from this company again. The total cost for this mess was a little over $100.

I order from this site frequently for events at my job. I had to personally use them when my boyfriend had a fishing accident, and hurt himself. I thought flowers would cheer him up during his excruciating hospital stay. When I arrived at the hospital that evening, the 2 balloons were great - but where were the flowers? They were fresh and gorgeous, but just a small handful - unlike the picture at all.
The vase I ordered was a clear vase in a circular shape looking to be about 7 1/2 inches in the picture - since he is a MAN I wanted clear. The vase that was sent was a small ceramic vase - and it was barely 4 inches tall and in a rectangular shape. It had BUTTERFLIES which were not fitting for a male. He did like the freshness of the flowers, but the presentation looked as if it were being sent to a teenage girl.:'( The name on the order included his surname: "Jr." - so there was no excuse for an interpretation that it was to be sent to a female. The arrangement was overpriced, for what he actually received.

I ordered $300 flowers for a Saturday funeral. Flowers were to be delivered on Friday to funeral home; funeral home would transport flowers to service on Saturday. The flowers were never delivered. Blooms Today contacted me on Saturday afternoon, hours after the funeral was over, to tell me that they did not deliver the flowers on Friday. They could offer no reason why the Friday delivery was not made or why they did not contact me sooner.

I purchased the Groupon voucher - mistake! The order (Original order # **) was processed through a cheap local florist with a known horrible reputation (Minnesota Ave. Florist in Washington DC). The flower arrangement received didn't match what I ordered – not even close, wrong flowers and color. They delivered a small cheap flower arrangement, wrong balloon, no card, and never received the Plant a Tree certificate offered on Blooms Today website at checkout. I gave 2 stars, because Blooms Today reprocessed the order through another florist with better results, but we still never received the customized Plant a Tree certificate that was from her son for Mother's Day. Companies like Blooms Today need to make local florist accountable. They should verify with the florist if they can indeed fill the order exactly!

Unhappy with Groupon deal. This Groupon deal was a complete scam. They advertised $40 dollars worth of flowers for $20. All of the flowers on their special Groupon page were more expensive than the ones listed on their website which were all 20% off. You didn't know this until you purchased and entered the redemption code. They also added on $18.99 service fee, $2.99 for "handling" and taxes. When all was said and done my SMALL bouquet still cost me $55.00 out of pocket, which is more than I would have paid NORMAL PRICE on a comparable flower service website. It should be ILLEGAL for them to advertise "50% off" when this is NOWHERE CLOSE TO 50% off. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered flowers for a family that unexpected lost a deeply loved one, but when purchase arrived at the funeral home the vase was broken & they couldn't do anything with it. If it was packaged right it should've never arrived broken & when I called to get a refund, I spoke to a lady that said, "well we can only refund 30% of your purchase", in which on the site is says 100% money back guarantee, well that's a lie. The flowers that you prepared were not complete. There were supposed to be 5 white lilies included and there were no lilies in the bouquet at all. I paid for special handling but the covering on some of the flowers was not even removed. This detracted to the look of the rest of the flowers. The flowers that were there were nice but it seemed empty without the lilies.

The company had the products I was looking for and when I needed help I was able to ask customer service to provide me with direction and assistance. Product delivered on time and were in good condition at the time they arrived however they did not provide good customer service at delivery. There were many products available but the style of the available products were too similar that it felt like there were few items to choose from. Very expensive for the product received. I can get a much better product at the local florist for a cheaper price and they deliver for free.

The delivery was fast and on time for the occasion I needed for. I had to pay for shipping but only because I was outside the US. It would have been free if I was home. They had a lot of different variety of things to choose from but I was stuck on this in particular item and I knew what I wanted when I was calling for my services. It was kind of costly. After the customer rep took my information and credit card for payment for the flowers was I then bombarded with all kinds of options for rewards discounts etc. I said no thanks to everything this person asked. I finally got fed up and told the cust rep that I was only ordering flowers for a wake and needed nothing else end of conversations. Next thing we know our credit card is being charged $9.99 for the past 3 months for rewards I never asked for. Unreal. I had to call my credit card comp to file a case. Keep an eye on your credit card statement for a 9.99 charge a month whether you said no or not.

They called me the evening of her birthday to inform me that they could not get the flowers delivered that day as promised, but they for sure would deliver them the next day (Saturday). I called my mother to apologize and to assure her that the flowers would get delivered the next day. The EVENING of the next day they called again to say that they could not find a flower shop to adhere to their pricing schedule, and therefore the flowers did not get delivered AGAIN! I think it should be less. I wouldn't use this company again because of their fees. I am not pleased with the way they delivered. They had a decent selection. I was pleased with the arrangements and themes they offered. But compared to bigger brands, they don't have quite as much. But their prices aren't that great either. So overall I was just satisfied. Poor value for the prices and fees they charge. Also the selection is just okay. There are better sites to order floral arrangements. I won't be doing this again.

I didn't really have to interact with much customer service which is a good thing. I didn't have any issues with ordering or anything. It was a bit pricey but not horrible. I've had issues with other services like this but you guys weren't bad at all. To be honest not as good as other flower shops I've walked into and so. It wasn't bad per se but not super great either. Easy to deal with whenever I have a problem. And also happy to help me when I need it but I usually don't need help because their website is easy to use. I had it delivered to a friend's house and it was on time. My friend received the package at her front door and said everything was in great shape. The bouquet has several different types of flowers. I am not a flower person but it was pretty and colorful. It was a good value. Yes it is expense but when you think about what you are getting it's a great deal compared to some of the others.

I feel that the customer service is good and available for twenty four hours a day seven days a week and I would recommend it to any one that wants to use this service. The flowers came cut fresh full of good colors. It was easy to order. The process went very, very smooth and I enjoyed being able to see them for weeks and weeks. Overall it was a very, very good experience. One that I would recommend for others. Delivery options are very easy. Once I made my order they were able to contract with local flower shops to get me exactly what I was able to order. The flowers came in good containers that were fresh and made it wonderful bouquet.
The variety of flowers was great. They were really nice, colorful, smelled great. Some daisies, some irises, some Columbine ferns, some leaves, some baby's breath. The service was topnotch. Took all my request very well. The item was just as described and I was very happy with how you get treated. I got to say, "Wow!" The delivery options were perfect for me. It allowed me to set up the perfect time. It allowed me to thrill my mom at the right time and the right place. Great! Had so many choices of flowers I could choose from, so many colors. The prices vary on type and size, etc., but you get just what you want and at your budget. Not the price is the aspect i wanna talk about. Customer service was excellent very helpful over the phone while ordering. Made such a difference allowing the ordering process for not be stressful. Delivery options for my order were same day, next day, or I believe within a few days. Which I did not need same say delivery, but it was great to learn that it was a possibility if I needed it. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. They lasted very long time. I was very impressed. The arrangement was beautifully arranged and very close to what I viewed online. But better! I thought the customer service was very helpful. They assisted me in selecting the flowers for my occasion. The flowers were great upon receipt. The delivery options were acceptable. I had it planned for some time. The order was placed several days prior so I just used normal shipping. The variety of flowers was numerous. It was hard to pick but with assistance the choice was narrowed and made a great choice. Very happy with the choice. The value was in line with other flowers delivery stores. Still not as cheap as non-delivery option but great nonetheless. Stayed within budget and happy with selection.

The customer service for this particular item was great. The women knew exactly what she was talking about and had great suggestions on where we could put our arrangement as well. It was great. I was going to have the flowers just delivered to my house but I decided that it would be more exciting if I were to have them delivered to her work so everyone could see the flowers as well. Likening said before they had a huge variety of flowers that I really didn't know what to pick but thanks to your guys customer service I was set up with a beautiful arrangement that my wife couldn't be more happy about. They were extremely 1 of the best flowers arrangement I ever had and even more flowers that I thought there would be. They were very nice and I would order them again. My mother was happy. It was quick and efficient. The customer service was simple and helpful for all the things that I needed to get sorted out. The number put me in contact with a real person. There were many options to choose from and they were all really pretty. I liked the prices that they offered and the places that they would deliver to was wide. I liked all the colors and different flowers that the company offers. I was able to pick out several ones I wanted to send, but it was difficult to choose just one because they were all wonderful. The customer service is great. They were really helpful and willing to help with anything. Any problems I had they helped with, and any questions I had they were quick to help. They described the flowers I was getting in detail so I wasn't confused. Made for a great gift and I really appreciated it. They had a lot of different delivery options, including bringing a note of anything I wanted. I could have it delivered any day or time I wanted. I was really happy overall. They had a wide variety of flowers of anything I wanted. Also if they don't have something if you tell them in advance they will get them for you. The flowers are just great. There is a nice variety to choose from and customer service is super helpful. Definitely worth the money in my opinion. You can choose how soon you want flowers delivered. I would use them again the next time that I need floral services. You can have the flowers delivered to your home or any other location that you desire. Delivery services include United Parcel Service and FedEx. A wide range of floral arrangements are available, I ordered red and white roses but they also offer many other types of flowers as well. Gentlemen, further to your flowers delivered to funeral home, the flowers delivered were not representative of what was pictured on your website (on your site they were enlarged) nor when I ordered was there any mention of delivery chargers. Flowers delivered were the worst in the entire funeral home. I was embarrassed and had to apologize to the family. The flowers sent, were similar to flower bouquets at Walmart priced at $14.99. Your company should be ashamed for selling this type of product at $83.98.

Ordered funeral easel-type arrangement online on the 16th. Did not receive order confirmation e-mail, so I called customer service next day. Was told to check "junk mail" but they re-sent order confirmation. Did not receive either e-mail (and was NOT in junk mail). Called customer service on the 18th; still no e-mail. Family member confirmed flowers received, but not the easel-type ordered. No way to determine if the arrangement received was close in cost to amount charged to credit card. My guess is that local florist simply sent what they had.

I was reassured that my flowers would be delivered way before the funeral. 1 hr before the funeral I get a phone call saying that it couldn't be delivered and needs an alternate address. I ordered small bouquet with 1 balloon for our granddaughter's bday. We have sent them to her every year. I called at 2 pm EST 12 MST hers. It was not there but guaranteed by 5pm. At 445 MST still not there. At 530 still not there. They were leaving to go to church so I had to ask for refund. They didn't keep their guarantee. Why would we want flowers there on the day after her bday? I just hope I see my 60 dollars again.

I specifically ordered a sympathy arrangement they had shown that had 3 peace lilies, greenery, and a cream wicker basket to be delivered to the home of my best friend whose mother passed. Peace lilies are her favorite flowers. What arrived was not comparable except it had a few green plants. She received a plastic brown square container with a black & white ribbon with about a dozen daisies which wilted the next day and were completely dead within 3 days. I usually send very pretty flowers to her so she called and told me that my card did not match what was in the basket... I was embarrassed.
I complained and the supervisor told me that they would give me half off which I agreed but got an email the next day of 10.00 off which everyone gets according to the site date of 01.29.2016. Please be aware that even if you do ask for certain details to be honored... there's always that fine print! Thought I would try and save a little money... but, unfortunately got a lot less. Going to spend the extra few dollars and go with the company that I usually deal through from now on.

Don't ever use Blooms Today to order flowers!!! I called and ordered flowers Monday to be delivered to my cousins viewing today (Thursday) and they called me one hour before the viewing to let me know they won't be delivered. Didn't even give me enough time to find someone else to order them from... The customer service agent would answer my questions with "I don't know, that's not my department." I asked to speak to a manager and at first she wouldn't let me but later after my raving, she said they would call me back, they were on another call... One hour later no call yet!!!

I ordered a flower to be delivered on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 12 noon, since the service was to be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 11 a.m. An email had been sent stating that they needed to substitute the plant since they were not able to prepare the exact one that I had ordered. I verified that the substitution would be fine. After checking with relatives after the funeral, they stated that the plant was never delivered. Called back to see what happened, representative stated that she wasn't sure where the ball was dropped.
During the conversation, I asked the representative for a free delivery, she stated that she could give me a discount. I decided to have the plant delivered to the relatives house on Sunday, August 16, 2015. The supervisor called and left a voicemail stating that they didn't have a florist in the area opened on Sundays. I called back and spoke with another representative and stated that Monday, August 17, 2015 would be fine for delivery, trying to be understanding since not all florist are opened on Sundays. Spoke with my relative again and asked them to let me know when plant arrives.
Today is Tuesday, August 18, 2015 and the plant has yet to be delivered. Called the representative a few minutes ago and asked her to cancel whatever order they had and make sure that my credit card is not charged for a plant that was never delivered. I can't believe they were not able to have a plant delivered from Friday to Monday. I have used Blooms Today in the past, but I will never use them again.

I ordered a planter to be delivered to a funeral home. 79.00 for a planter! Outrageous, but it was for a dear friend who lost her mother. I was at the funeral home, so I saw firsthand that the planter was Not delivered. I called right away and complained, but since I got a email stating that the planter was delivered, I am not going to get refund. Wanted to send flowers to my sister who broke her leg. FTD (normal florist) couldn't deliver when I wanted so I tried using Blooms Today. What a joke. Definitely don't recommend doing business with these folks. Upon ordering very early in am (7-8) and paying for same day service, nothing was delivered. I called to check on order when at 7 pm I still hadn't received either notice from Blooms Today or my sister. The customer service rep didn't even seem interested in helping me, giving me a big run around. Finally, I get a manager who gives me a bunch of excuses... florist busy, florist doesn't deliver there, we sent to wrong florist... on and on. She then assures me they'll be delivered the next day. Didn't even offer to give me a discount until I pressed her.
The middle of next day I get email saying order cancelled because they still couldn't find a florist. Hello that's what you do!! Then when I called again the lady asks me if I want to buy a mail order delivery set of flowers for delivery on Sat. No, I don't. What I wanted was for you to deliver my initial order. Why would I even give you a 3rd chance when you couldn't do it right the first two? You should be sending a nice arrangement from somewhere for free!!!! Awful 1st impression. Misrepresentation. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my uncle on the loss of his wife. In addition to the flowers, I had a tree planted for her and printed out a certificate all from Blooms Today. They were to be delivered on 6-26-15 by noon. At 1:08 pm pacific time, 4:08 pm eastern time in Virginia, on 6-26-15, where Blooms Today is located, after placing the order on 6-25-15, I got a message there are no florists in that area. This is false. I've been there. There maybe none that work with this company, (and I see why) but they are there.
I called them to find out what could be done only to find they processed a refund that would not be available for 3-5 days! No refund however for printing out the certificate or our mailing materials. So no flowers and no tree and no money to fix it. Other family members were involved. This is inexcusable. Websites have been able for many years to instantly tell you if they cannot deliver or provide services to any area once you put in the address. For shame Blooms Today!

I placed an order ** on Friday 6/5/15 looking for a bouquet of flowers that would be delivered by Saturday 6/6/15. I found a bouquet I liked and purchased it with the website guarantee that it would be delivered the next day with the added "Saturday delivery fee" which I paid for. I needed these for a friend who would be traveling out of the country and expected them to be there on Saturday, as promised.
On Monday I spoke to my friend who first I thought was being rude by not thanking me for the flowers, I later came to know when I asked, that she had never received the order. I immediately called and demanded an explanation, the representative could only say there was a "technical difficulty" with the local florist and that is why my order wasn't delivered. They weren't planning on letting me know the order never went out and just keep my money??? She asked if I still wanted them delivered!! Unbelievable! It sure was easy for them to charge my account for the order. They emailed me a coupon for $10 off the next order. Like if I plan to use their company again! Ridiculous and very unprofessional! First and last time I do business with Blooms Today.

I was unable to attend my brother's funeral in Colorado although I wanted to be with my family. The only thing I could do, aside from praying, was send flowers. I ordered the funeral spray on the 16th of May so they would be in time for viewing on the 17th. They guarantee same day delivery. I received a phone call at appx 5 pm on the 17th that they couldn't find anyone to deliver. Of course I was distraught. They said they could try to get delivery for the following day. As my brother's funeral and burial was on the following day I told them it wasn't good enough.

My wife ordered flowers through this site only to find that we also got signed up for ID Worldwide behind our backs to the tune of $20 a month! This is a total breach of trust and is most likely illegal, sending our VISA number to another company behind our backs. ID Worldwide claimed on the phone that we agreed to signing up and gave them our Social Security number during the flower ordering call which is total BS. We know better than to do that and my wife claims she never did. I can't locate the order number because it looks like they never sent an email confirming the order, but the flowers were delivered. I ordered mother's day flowers on 05/04, plenty of time to be delivered on time. They were scheduled for 05/08, but they never showed with the flowers. We were hopeful they would be delivered on Saturday or maybe Sunday but nope. I called them on Saturday but they are apparently closed on one of the busiest flower time of the year (that speaks volumes). I called on Monday and they said they couldn't give me a reason why flowers were not delivered but offered me nothing. So I just cancelled the order and mother got no flowers. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on the May 7th. I received an email on May 8th around noon stating they required additional information in order to process the order. I called and spoke to the most rude, obnoxious customer service agent. She told me they had cancelled my order. I asked why and she told me they needed the name of the bank that issued my credit card, their phone number, and additional information. I told them that this sounded like a scam and I was not going to give them any additional information than the standard info. required to make an online purchase.
The agent became belligerent and hung up the phone. I called back and another agent refused to pass me to a supervisor and purposefully called me by the wrong name several times and laughed about it. So long story short! They sent an email stating my order was cancelled. They charged my credit card $111.43. And no flowers were delivered to my Mother. This company needs to be put out of business!

I placed an order on the 8th to be delivered the same day. My mother stayed home all day and her flowers never came. I called to check on the order and it had been cancelled. I never received a call that the flowers that I ordered for my mom were not coming there. ** took another order and said the flowers were there and would be delivered today, the 9th. Well, needless to say, that order was canceled too and no one ever called me but sent me an email. Now I have two different transactions that have come out of my account and will not receive an refund for 5 to 7 business days! I called FTD which is the 1-800 number that was given to me to follow up to make sure they would be delivered today and they had no zip code in that area to deliver to. So I called Blooms Today back and they're open on the weekend so my Mother's Day gift to my mom will not happen! I would advise no one to ever use them!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hosp. in which my friend just had surgery. She was being moved to another floor so I called the rep back to inform them to please stop by the front desk to make sure what room she was in... Well, I waited for the call to let me know she got them... silence all day... I called the hosp. and nothing. No one delivered flowers she said. So I looked up the U.P.S. info, they were delivered to a ** at the front desk. I was told there's no one named **.
So after sending my friend's son to track down anyone who comes near the front desk, we found him. It seems that ** was a warehouse worker passing by the front desk and was asked to sign for the flowers. Then he had to find him thru a radio of another worker to have the flowers sent from the warehouse to the hospital. For the stress and aggravation all this took, I could have drove the 4 hours and delivered them myself... unbelievable... Anyone can sigh and take your flowers, and the bad part is the front desk had no idea they were even delivered.

I ordered flowers from Blooms today for a cousin who had just had major surgery and recovery was going to be difficult. I ordered a vibrant bouquet with what looked like daisy's from the pic. And when they were delivered and a photo was sent via text they were disappointing very plain and full of greenery and the focal point were what looked like carnations. I called customer service and complained and was given the option of half the cost of the arrangement back that did not include any of the delivery fees or other fees or a discount coupon I accepted 22.00 which was half the arrangement, but am very disappointed that I was taken advantage.

I ordered from Blooms Today and purchased the one-day delivery and not only were my flowers not delivered, my order was never placed. After calling 7 times (they hung up on me twice) they finally told me it would be 3 more days. On top of that, they secretly signed me up for a monthly account that I did not agree to and withdrew $10 from my account every month. They happily cancelled it and refunded the money, thank God. But the entire experience with them was such a headache and I will never use them again. The flowers that arrived weren't even that great. Awful customer service, awful flowers, lots of scheming. I ordered flowers marked $27.00 with "same day delivery". Upon submitting the order the total was shown for the first time indicating a large delivery charge and a premium charge for same day. I looked for a way to cancel the order and there is none. I called the customer service number listed. Call #1 result - After wait time and IVR options, I reached an "at-home" rep who was unprofessional with dog barking and speaking on a cell phone. While she was trying to take care of her dog the call dropped.
Call#2 Same wait. Another "at-home" CSR. An unprofessional response and the call dropped to dial tone again. Call#3 The CSR picked up the phone. The line was open and connected. No one spoke but I could hear them breathe. The line dropped from the other end. Call#4 I opened with, "I just placed an order and need to cancel, I've been dropped 3 times before please help me." The CSR took my order number and said, "your order is cancelled." The flowers were delivered and I was charged. After canceling I ordered from a brick and mortar florist in the receiving city. The methods and operations of Blooms Today appear to be deceptive. This company is designed to be a rip off. The customer service is beyond bad.

I am an actual florist and we have problems all of the time with Blooms Today, From You Flowers, Avas Flowers, and several other order gathering systems.. That is what these companies are!! They are order gatherers and are not actual florists. They take your order charge a huge fee (they always offer sales on the flowers.. if they are offering a dozen roses for $19.99 on sale question it!!). These prices are well below what it costs for an actual florist to fill the order.. Say you paid $150 for the order by the time it gets to the florist the amount given to the florist is probably closer to the $80-100 mark.
Please whenever you place an order call a LOCAL florist. Yes, they can make mistakes - after all everyone is human but they will take care of it for you. Most true florists will stand behind their work and quality. Also when calling your local florist make sure they are local!! Some order gathering systems are now listing themselves as your local florist!! Whenever you call ask for their address and make sure it is either in the town or a surrounding town.. When in doubt call a local chamber of commerce.

Not acceptable!!!!! I would have contacted someone else to make sure that they could deliver them to the service. I will NEVER order from them again!!! If you want flowers delivered, do yourself a favor and DO NOT call bloomstoday.com. I really wish I had CHECKED THEIR REVIEWS before using them. Here is my story: I sent flowers to a coworker who was recovering from surgery. I received the order confirmation via email and thought everything was all set. Two weeks later, I was reviewing my bank statement and noticed a credit in the amount of the flowers. So I called Bloomstoday.com and they informed me that my order was cancelled because they couldn't find a florist near enough to service the order. (I live in Connecticut, not Alaska. There are two florists within a 10 mile radius, but anyhoo)...
They sent me an email cancellation which went to my junk mail folder and I didn't see it. They also said they called me and left a message but I never, ever got a message from them. I ordered flowers for a wake/funeral that were NEVER delivered. Oh but they took my $100.00! I called to check, they said they would email the florist they sent my order to, and email me back. I asked for the florist # myself. Called left a message. No one called or emailed me back!!! I called back and demanded a credit! Over 36 hours go by and I hear from the florist that they never got my order! I then receive an email giving me a $10 voucher for my trouble. Ten bucks, what a joke! I would never recommend them! They can't get flowers to a funeral, can't get any worse than that!!!
