    If I could give ZERO stars if I could! They are horrible! They continue charge me 9.99 every month! I have called and emailed customer service and each time they say it is cancelled. They told me they would issue me a refund and never did. DO NOT GET THE BLOOMS REWARD MEMBERSHIP!

    I placed an order for a funeral wreath to be delivered to a funeral home for a wake. They were suppose to deliver it on 9/04. I received an email that they weren’t able to deliver that day but would the next day before the funeral service. It needed to be delivered before 11:00 AM the day of the funeral. Well, they never delivered the wreath. I didn’t find out that the wreath didn’t get delivered until I had to call them. I’ve never had this experience with a floral shop. DO NOT order flowers from Blooms Today. You will be disappointed.

    This is the most inaccurate service for florist. They don’t communicate effectively and the flowers did not get delivered yet! This is a third party. Waste of time when all they had to do was call the senders phone. 😡👎🏾

    They delivered something totally different from what I ordered. This was unacceptable for a sympathy gift!! I'll write a negative review wherever I can for this company. I was so disgusted and embarrassed when I saw this arrangement at the coalition! They should ashamed! Stay far away! I've attached photos below.     They are pathetic. Sent my daughter flowers for her birthday. They text her she was right around the corner and asked them to drop them off at the front office. No response, she went to the office and no flowers. She was so upset she's 15 and they ruined her birthday. Esteban text her and she text back and no response. They took my money and no flowers. What the fuck kind of place is this I'm so upset. Nobody use this place they need to go out of business. I'll never use them again and will spread the word. Thought I try them out and huge letdown. I'm furious. Tried to call but they're closed at 5 pm. If you use them you'll be upset, tell everyone don't let them let you down like they did my poor 15 year old daughter on her special day. I'll seek legal actions if this isn't corrected. Esteban should be fired. Please again don't use this shit hole of a company.

    Guys Blooms Today is TERRIBLE. Never again will this happen to me. They're not even a florist company. Lou's florist did a great job at fixing their mess whom was SUB 2 the SUB, explain very well when order was placed w/ them. Two days later. Yes if I could give them a fat 0, I would. Do your homework. I don't write many reviews. I'mma drank now. Thanks for reading and hope this helps the great hearted people out there. 🍻

    I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and the flowers never arrived. I called customer service and the representative was extremely curt. Her response was that the flower should arrive the day after by 7pm. Very rude and dismissive. This was a one off for me. I'll never use this company again.

    Do not use this delivery service company. I paid the extra fee for delivery in the mng of a specific day for my Mother’s birthday. Not only did the early delivery not happen the flowers were never delivered. Their response the next day was “sorry for any inconvenience” and what would you like us to do! Obnoxious attitude with absolutely no remorse or offer of service. Now I wait a week for a refund. Extremely poor response and service. DO NOT USE this awful company, call a local florist with free delivery if possible.

    Ordered over $100 worth of flowers & a balloon for a family member in a hospital out of state. 1st, my order had to be over $90 to get same day shipping. I didn’t get same day shipping because they could not do the flowers I ordered. So, I agreed to a substitution and a day later delivery. Flowers came brown and nothing close to what I spent over $100 on. Disappointed is an understatement. I’ve used them in the past and something very similar happened two years ago. They did credit me $10 back to my card, but this was not what I spent over $100 for.

    I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on July 1st as this was our 25th wedding anniversary. The flowers never came. I called multiple times and they said that they should be on the way but they never arrived. The representative said that someone from their team would reach out to me by the end of the day and never did. Beware, this company is the worst and extremely shady.

    I would give a ZERO IF I COULD!! DO NOT DO IT!!! They never delivered my Bio Moms 85th Birthday Flowers - claimed to had delivered for 2 days - "Oh they were delivered Tuesday." NOPE! "Oh, we delivered them Wednesday." NOPE!! We are trying to get ahold of the delivery driver - They said he doesn't answer WTH?? They are not ethical - based on reviews I'm just one of many.

    I ordered the Plants Galore basket from Blooms Today for my daughter-in-law when her mother passed, and I asked my son to send me a picture of what was delivered. Not only were the flowers not in a basket, but only about half the plants were there. Very disappointing! No wonder they don’t have reviews on the website, I should’ve looked into it. I’m including two pictures, the basket is what she was supposed to receive, the other picture is what was actually delivered.

    Tried to schedule a redelivery for flowers my elderly father ordered but I wasn't home for delivery. Said it would be easy. That was over a week ago. I called and they said my father would need to call. He called and that was 3 days ago and still no flowers. I called again and they said my father would need to call. I explained that he already did and they were extremely argumentative and hung up. This is not the CIA. Not sure why thy can't give status on a flower order! WARNING! Don't do business.

    I placed an order for a funeral arrangement, paid for the expedited delivery and they emailed me the morning of the delivery day to tell me they couldn’t get the flowers to the funeral home by the viewing date. Several emails later, I gave them the address to the church for delivery on the day of the funeral, again they were unable to deliver the flowers. They made an already difficult time worse by there poor performance! I do not recommend this company! They do not provide the services they advertise!!

    I ordered flowers for a funeral on 5/25/25 paying $300+ for the flowers to be delivered on 5/28 at the funeral home by 11:00am. I got to the funeral home and no flowers. Called this company only to find out that the delivery was canceled, the “REASON” the florist did not deliver to this area. Which I might point out is un-true because the florist they contracted with is exactly 2.3 miles from the funeral home and I ended up walking there to get flowers.

    My daughter ordered me flowers with macarons and cupcakes for Mother’s Day. Yes she didn’t pick overnight as she was already maxing out her budget. Instead she called and they said it ships very fast with courier service. Which I don’t think she knew it was Canada Post. Why this company would use Canada post at the moment of potentially striking is beyond me! We received the package 10 days late! When we opened it we weren’t even sure what it was as it came in a box 5 feet high! At the bottom of the box was the gift. However as we opened the box and started to pull out the basket it was wet and stinky! I mean it was disgusting! The rotting juice from the flowers were seeping into the macaroons and cupcakes! The balloon was deflated. I tried to salvage some of the flowers but the smell was too bad. We had to throw everything out!!

    My daughter was so upset and even embarrassed. I called the company and they said they would refund 50%. They seem to think that is a great deal for us getting nothing. It just caused us work cleaning and disposing all the mess it made. So at the end of the day save your money unless you read the rules. Even though they advise against shipping perishables they still take your money and ship it anyway. People just want to do what they can do to feel closer to the person receiving their gifts. They are putting their faith in this company that the product will get there on time and with all the pieces intact. So disgusted in Blooms!

On that day, they sent me a message in the afternoon saying they could not deliver to the zip code I gave. I don't know why they ever accepted my order in the first place.     What a horrible company! I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet from this company. First off they wouldn’t deliver it on Mother’s Day, second they delivered the wrong bouquet and when I complained and asked for a refund, they tried to give me 10% back. What an insult!     I've order from here 6 times, The first 2 times were amazing. The last 4 times I paid hundreds of dollars for flowers that when received it was not what I orderd. I've complained multiple times. The last order I did was for my wife for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers and paid extra for it to be delivered on Mother's Day. Well they never showed up. I contacted them about this and the multiple other orders that they failed at. And they responded saying. "We reviewed your email and we apologize and the flowers will be delivered today." Well still no flowers. This place is absolute garbage. Do not buy from them. They will either rip you off or send you some random flower bundle for the hundreds of dollars you sent them. Absolutely the worst customer service and reliability I've ever experienced in my life.

    I ordered $118 flower bouquet along with the balloon bouquet to have delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday. I got a small horribly put together bundle of flowers in a cardboard box, no balloons, no care put into the bouquet. Customer service is just an automated system. I got $16 back on over $100 order when they forgot half of the order and completely ruin the surprise by not having what I ordered. Never again. Your customer service is horrible because it's a computer.

    I ordered an arrangement for my friend who has been going through a difficult time at the moment. The product that she received looked so chintzy and cheap that I had to complain to "Blooms Today". When I did they got back to me with an offer of refunding my money or sending another recipient an arrangement. I opted to have them send an arrangement to my friends in Washington state and even sent their home address. I never heard another word back from them. I'll trust my business with TELEFLORA in the future because Blooms Today is a joke.

    Terrible company. Does not deliver on time or in fact even deliver at all in my experience. Order Valentines flowers which they finally offered to deliver on the 19th of February. Tried again because of the Groupon coupon I had and ordered expedited delivery. They failed at that (my wife's birthday) and are still saying it will be delivered by 7 pm, Don't use them. They are terrible.

    Do not order from this company if you expect to get your flowers much less any kind of flowers that look decent. Unfortunately I didn't see all these bad reviews before I ordered from them. They never delivered the flowers on Valentine's Day for my 86 year old mother. They do not have a phone number where you can call and actually speak to a person. It just tells you to send them an email which is no good because the response you get back is automated. I encourage everyone that has been had by this company to turn them into the Federal Trade commissioner so they can get shut down because they are stealing people's money. Which I will be doing that first thing Monday morning!!

    I ordered a dozen pink roses for my 10 year old granddaughter to get at school for Valentines. I called days before to make sure they would be delivered before school let out at 2pm. I was assured it would be and even sent a confirmation email. The flowers did not arrive before 2pm. Luckily they got there around 3pm so at least the teachers hadn't left yet and I was able to go get them since the school is closed until Tuesday. I contacted Blooms by email since they aren't answering their phones today and explained the delivery was unacceptable since she had already left the school an hour before they got there and they had ruined her Valentines tradition. I just got an email letting me know they had been delivered. I did not pay $140 for flowers to be delivered to her an hour after she left the school.

    I ordered next day delivery of flowers to a loved one for special occasion. The day of I noticed flowers wasn’t there. I was told they were on their way to deliver them. Called back half hour after the time line has passed. They still assured they was being delivered. Well loved one has left the office and they didn’t have much concern of the matter.     **Blooms Today: A Complete Scam in Every Sense** Blooms Today is, without a doubt, the worst flower company I’ve ever dealt with. As someone who adores flowers and purchases or receives them often, I find their service to be an absolute disgrace—especially during Valentine’s season when quality should be a priority. Even outside of the holiday rush, their blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction is appalling. Their portrayal of their products is pure deception, their execution is laughable at best, and their attempts at rectifying issues are beyond insulting.

    Here’s what happened: I ordered a specific arrangement, making it clear I did *not* want lilies because they’re toxic to cats. What I received was an underwhelming display buried under a tacky spool of ribbon—ribbons that should never have been part of the arrangement. The bouquet had maybe two roses, and to my horror, lilies were prominently included.

    Naturally, I requested a refund and a replacement because what they delivered was unacceptable. What did I get instead? A pitiful offer of 20% off my next order, which I can assure you will never happen. Blooms Today doesn’t just fail to deliver; they actively scam their customers. If you value your money, your time, and your trust, stay far away. I’ll be sharing my experience far and wide to ensure others don’t fall victim to this terrible company.

    The flowers were pretty but the delivery service couldn't have been worse. They were left at the front porch in the freezing cold. The delivery person didn't even bother to ring the doorbell to let anyone know that they had arrived. They could have been severely damaged or destroyed. And they didn't put my name on the card so the recipient didn't even know who the flowers were from!

    Horrible experience. Wanted to send anniversary flowers and they messed up the first order. It was actually the ugliest set of flowers. Not even bloomed yet. Then sent another set the next day.     I ordered a flower delivery for Nov 10-11, I didn’t care which day they arrived. Come Nov 13 they never came. I called twice on the 11th and was told the delivery was coming.     I am a loyal customer of my local florist. Out of town I had to resort to using Blooms. The flowers were overcharged (should have been 122.00 was charged 244.00 on my VISA. Tried the ‘customer service number’ at 3 different times, “No one is available to take your call…" The website is unresponsive. Visa is investigating and will refund the charges. Meanwhile, no flowers, no surprise, no present for my friend’s birthday. Pretty disappointed, but should have read the reviews at this site before I ordered. Stick to your hometown florist. You know where to find them if something goes awry. Local business is honest business,

    I specifically purchased sapphire blue skies flower bouquet for $95. I received pink, purple and white flowers in a red base. With lavender balloons, the bouquet looked more like a $40 bouquet and that’s with delivery.

    Do not order. WORST EVER. Please always read the views on anything. You order for delivery like this. I ended up crying Ryan. 'Cause these flowers needed to be delivered. And now I have to wait for my money back. I ordered on Friday the 25 October. They Said that they could not deliver to my daughter's home address. Change the address to her employment at a bank in a very big town. Received an email that they could not deliver to that zip code again. I changed the address to my home address again. They say they cannot deliver to this address.

    Then I receive an email that says that the florist didn't have fresh flowers that it would be Monday monday. The florist wouldn't get fresh flowers until the afternoon. Cannot deliver till tuesday. Now we're at Tuesday. Receive an email. Cannot deliver until the thirty first this is that will equal one whole week. I purchased these for my grandson because his girlfriend had a swim meet on friday. Now they say that they cannot deliver to the 31st in her next swimming is today. I called them. I have to get A refund. Just gonna take me 21 days to get back. And I called my local florist. And I had flowers within 45 minutes. This is the absolute worst.     My son is in the army. He ordered me a flowers. They were supposed to be here on the 26. Today is the 29 and I still have not received them. He paid extra for same day delivery... $115 was his total. Customer service refused to give me any tracking information unless it was him who called but he's in a different state in the army and cannot call... So who knows when or if I'll ever get them. I'm so disappointed... He tried doing something kind for me and couldn't because there's no tracking available no communication and no way for me to check on it... This was a horrible experience and I feel like they ripped him off with extra fees for same day delivery. False advertising and very heartbreaking.

    Worst experience ever with ordering online. I should’ve read the reviews and looked up. Local florist myself. The communication was good with Bloom, but their delivery services and who they are associated with is just about the worst ever. They really need to figure that out. I first had ordered on a Sunday with extra to expedite it on a Sunday on a certain timeframe for my girlfriend and I anniversary. They failed to deliver or communicate that they couldn’t until after the timeframe. The next day I had them delivered again and they fail to show up, didn’t get delivered, no communication once however, third day rolls up finally came through even after the timeframe.     Ordered anniversary flowers that never came. Pay attention to the reviews, they tell you everything you need to know. When I tried to use the text for help option I did not in fact get text support but rather a emailed response telling me that if delivery wasn’t made that it would be delivered in the next available delivery time. I think the whole point to people making flowers orders is that they are for an occasion that has timing attached to it. Do what you say you will do.

    I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering flowers from these people. Should be called Blooms tomorrow. Their website wouldn't let me select today's date so I went with the next day. Paid $10 extra to have them delivered by 12:00 because my girlfriend has to work. I got a call at 12:00 saying they are stuck in traffic as if all of a sudden we have traffic. And the flowers did not look as nice as their advertisement as you can see. I highly recommend that everyone should go somewhere else.

    The assurance made to deliver flowers to my family member's funeral was treated like it was of no importance. They did not let me know that they could not deliver until 15 min into the service.     I ordered flowers in an upgraded vase and a box of chocolates. The flowers arrived in the wrong vase, with no chocolates. I called the company, who apologized and said the chocolates would be right out. We'll, that didn't happen.     This sounds like a great idea doesn't it? But there's nothing better than doing it hands on for your special occasion. Just save yourself a headache and go to a local flower shop! Our grandson was arriving and we were excited to send flowers to his momma to bring a smile to her face for all her hard work. We paid extra for the delivery to make it there that day by 2:00pm.     I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. I made sure I asked that the flowers be delivered by 11. I got a call from a florist in Santa Clara which told me that she has my order and asked me if I can come pick it up, as they don't delivered. It was close to the cemetery, so I said yes. The next morning I got a call from the same florist who told me that the order was canceled and moved to another florist. I called Blooms Today and spoke with a sales representative who told me that my flowers will be delivered by 11. At 11:30 I called them back and another sales rep said that my flowers will be delivered by 2. I canceled the order and called a local florist.     On 4/19/24 I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on 4/20/24. Despite a confirming email, by 5:00 p.m. nothing was delivered even though I paid to have it done by 12:00 p.m. Contacted customer service through email since it was closed for the day. No response. Called the next morning and was told that the order was on hold because they needed to confirm address information related to my credit card.     If you have lost someone dear to you, please do not purchase flowers from this company. I ordered a spray for a two year-old’s funeral who was murdered. I received an email stating that the order had been delivered to the funeral home. Lies. I contacted Blooms Today. They had me on hold for 35 minutes and came back and told me that the flowers would be delivered by 2 PM the following day which was the actual shield they never arrived. I never was able to reach anyone by phone after this and then I received an email the following business day, telling me that my order had been canceled, all they had to offer me besides a refund was $20. To say the least this was a slap in the face, as a business owner, this was completely subpar and unacceptable And it is clear that they do not care about the people that use their service.

    I purchased a Groupon for Blooms Today (I've used them several times in the past). I ordered a plant with a Lily for my mom. (She's allergic to so many different flowers but the Lily is the one she can have, and loves it) So...My mother received a bunch of flowers that she is allergic to instead of what I ordered and paid for. Also, I upgraded my order so I paid an additional 60.00!!!

    I spoke with a woman (Audry) at Blooms and she was WONDERFUL! She refunded the entire amount and explained what probably happened. Blooms has no control over what the actual florist sends. Sometimes they do not have what you order so they make their own substitutions. She said it is better to call Blooms give them your Groupon over the phone and securely place your order and specify if the recipient has any allergies. So, Bottom line for me is... I like Blooms and will continue to use them.

    I wanted to order some flowers for my mother for her birthday so I decided to give Simply Flowers a try since I live in South Carolina and she lives in West Virginia. I picked a beautiful bouquet that had yellow roses and these nice purple flowers so I was pleased. Well she sent me the picture when she got them and they look like pure trash. First of all there are zero purple flowers at all. And not a single yellow rose, instead all yellow daisies that look like they were just picked out of someone’s yard.

    Secondly, the arrangement of the flowers that were actually received looked horrible as if the vase had fallen over on the way to her or something.     I placed an order for an arrangement and paid an extra $10 plus tax to ensure it arrived the next day before noon. After calling 4 times between 11:30-3:30 they gave me no updates and couldn't track the order. The person I sent these to left so I had to cancel. All they did was give me my money back in 5-7 business days. Didn't try and compensate that they ruined an anniversary surprise by their unprofessionalism.

    My sister-in-law's company ordered a plant for my dad's funeral. It was never received. I called Blooms Today, they said florist said it was delivered, I asked for confirmation because it was not received. They "couldn't" tell me anything else because I am not the sender. They were supposed to contact the sender. A week later after hearing nothing, I called back. Same story but this time she said they don't call the sender, sender has to call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOUR RECEIVER WILL NEVER GET WHAT IS ORDERED AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

    We relied on Bloomstoday.com for my father’s funeral floral arrangements as they were recommended by the obituary site Echovita. A lot of our friends and relatives used that link on the obituary for the bloomstoday.com and sent floral arrangements to be delivered at my father’s funeral. Well, from all the flowers that were ordered and paid for, not a single bloom made it to the funeral at the time they were supposed to be delivered, or later that day or the day after… No flowers were delivered. When I reached out to bloomstoday.com, I was told that they can help me with my order, but all those other people that sent flowers for my father’s funeral will have to call themselves….

    For my order, the bloomstoday.com lady said she found the delivery confirmation number “but it didn’t look right”… She would not provide me with the local florists info so I can address this locally, because she said “bloomstoday.com are the florist and they take responsibility” for the heart breaking failure. And yet, they can’t help me with the rest of the flowers, not even to redeliver, unless each person who sent flowers called them directly. Now, my father is gone and buried, we trusted bloomstoday.com to simply do the job we paid for and they failed. This is not a moment we can take back and redo, my father is already buried. Shame on them for allowing such reckless incompetence at people’s most vulnerable time!

    My mother transition and I wish I would have checked this website, first! Never will I order from this company, nor use Groupon because they are tied together and fraudulent companies. I paid over $200 for a heart stand-up arrangement with a banner that states OUR MOM, but I received a small floor-bound circle with a glue and glitter ribbon!! How embarrassing! I called trying to rectify the situation, but first they said they don't have time while toying with my emotions! Shame on Blooms Today! They also refused my refund request til I told them I had pictures and I have legal representation!

    They refused to fairly compensate me, by remaking the arrangement and righting their wrong! Then, when I asked how do they support their customers emotional well-being with such service, the Dept. Manager stated, accidents happen and blamed the florist! Such a scam -- Don't SUBMIT YOURSELF TO THIS FRAUDULENT ORDEAL AND COMPANY! There is no integrity and respect for the consumers! I hope Consumers Affairs helps shut down this business because it is a disservice to the community's it's suppose to serve!

    Ordered flowers on the 3rd for delivery the 7th or 8th. Checked in late on the 7th when the order wasn't delivered. They said it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. Next day, still not delivered. Emailed again. Then said, "Oh sorry, now Tuesday or Wednesday." Email Wednesday when order STILL hasn't been delivered. Get a message Thursday morning, "Order is on hold. Waiting for approval to be delivered." What the heck?!?! Email yet again saying, "It's been supposedly scheduled for delivery for days now." Email reply, "Oh we didn't have approval"..?! Email yet again saying, "Just deliver the order already!!" Save your sanity. Go with another company.

    I purchased what was supposed to be a beautiful plant arrangement for a coworker and her family due to a lost loved one. What we paid for and what they received was completely different. The basket the skimpy plant came in was so flimsy, it was already falling apart when they went to move it. I called to let the company know that what they sent was in terrible shape and not at all what I ordered. I was told to email along with the order number and pictures. I did that and I NEVER heard back. So I went online to Blooms Today to click on contact us and I submitted yet another complaint. I don't expect them to rectify the problem, reimbursement, since I am now finding hundreds of bad reviews. I wish I would have researched them a bit more.

    I understand if they did not have the product but replace the item purchased with something comparable. THIS is NOT comparable! Next time I need a plant or flower delivery, I will be calling the LOCAL florist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The picture on the left is what was ordered, the picture on the right is what was received, what THEY THOUGHT is comparable. Harrumph. NOT!

    This company should be ashamed of themselves. I sent a thank you arrangement to an employee and the arrangement received versus their picture of the $70 arrangement was completely different. If I could have given a zero star rating I would have. I am so embarrassed that I was associated with this poor arrangement with only about 25% of the flowers and way too many cheap greens versus the picture on their site. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I wish I could upload a picture on this site to show you how sad the arrangement was. I would have left this review on their site also, but there is nowhere to do a review and now I know why.

    If I could give 0 stars I will, I’ve paid a lot of money for my order and even paid extra to get it delivered on a certain day and they delivered it late with my order being incomplete. I didn’t get my full order and it looks nothing like the picture. I’ve tried contacting them through email multiple times and have yet to received a reply. The online ordering lets you pick a date, but both times I received a notification late that delivery day that the delivery could not be accomplished. I won’t be using them again.     I ordered flowers in plenty of time for a very special occasion. I checked with my receiver at 4:00 if they had been delivered. No! I called Groupon and was told that Blooms would be contacting me. Did not! Flowers were delivered at 6:00. Way late in the day to help celebrate. When I complained to Blooms, was told I should have ordered the option of window delivery time which cost extra. 1. I shouldn't have had to follow up on delivery. 2. That's ridiculous to have to pay extra to have flowers delivered at specific times.

    I’m so sick of online florists giving such a scammy vibe. I purchased a Groupon voucher for $40 off a purchase with a free vase. Here I am thinking, “Awesome, I’ll go pick an arrangement without upsizing, and not have to pay anything else out of pocket except maybe tax and a small shipping fee”. Nope ... as you can see in my screenshot, what you are led to believe is not actually the case. None of these additional charges are mentioned or shown until the very last step of the checkout process. Before arriving on this page, the customer is given the impression that the order total is a fraction of what they will actually be charged in the end. You’re basically paying full price by the end of the transaction. $40 on Groupon + $23 in “fees”.

    I’m tired of online florists giving obscure names to their fees. What is a “service fee”? What is a “care and handling” fee?? Don’t purchase the Groupon or from this company unless you want to be nickeled and dimed into oblivion. Hey, Blooms Today, why don’t you leave the brief mentioning of the $20 service fees out of the fine print and put it up there in the item description. Might make y’all seem a little less deceptive.

    I was raised by my grandfather and was informed he passed on Tuesday. I was unable to get a flight that I could afford to attend his funeral on Friday. I was deeply distressed at not being able to go and honor him, so I ordered flowers to be delivered graveside at his Military Honors service. I starting chatting with a representative this morning to make sure they would be there before the service started and they informed me that they would not be delivered on time for any part of the service! They asked me who's house I could send them to!?

    This is a huge spray of flowers that sits on a tripod, who the heck wants that gody thing in their living room??? It was meant to be left at the graveside. They told me they had sent me an email notifying me the night prior of the inability to make the service, guess what? No email what so ever! I asked what the problem with my order was because I gave them plenty of time to make this happen and they said "We had a hard time located a local florist in the area to make the arrangement". ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I am absolutely heart broken that no matter what, I will not be paying tribute to the man who sacrificed and gave me everything. It will never be ok they way they ruin important dates in people lives. Please don't buy from them, they have no soul.

    I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. Two days before delivery was supposed to occur I received a call from Blooms Today to tell me they had no florist in the area to complete the order. I asked how that could happen when they had all my address information when I placed the order. They couldn't explain this. I asked for a full refund. Two days later my wife received an email from Blooms Today with my Groupon certificate for flowers. She ordered her flowers and surprise surprise she received them.

    I called Blooms Today to get an explanation and was told that my order for twelve long stem red roses was not pricey enough for the local supplier to deliver. Her order was for twelve multi-colour roses. How does that make sense? I also commented that due to exchange, I am in Canada and they are in the States, I had not gotten a full refund. It turns out that was my problem. In summary I bought better flowers and did not get them and I paid for terrible service. I will never use Blooms Today again and would suggest you find another supplier if you are looking for flowers.

    I purchased 2 vouchers on Groupon and ordered 2 arrangements with the vouchers and paying the difference with my bankcard. The first order was cancelled because they were unable to facilitate a delivery during the holidays. So I placed the order again for after the holiday. That was to be delivered on December 30th. They then pushed it out to December 31st. It is now January 5th and we are still waiting for an update on this order. The other order I placed the same day was delivered today but was a major disappointment on the arrangement. The one I ordered was so full and had color. The one received was a fraction of the size and was only green with a few yellow flowers. I'm embarrassed to have my name on this.

    I ordered six orders of flowers and upgraded them all as Christmas gifts. One arrives looking horrendous as though it’s been dead for weeks. They were all to arrive on December 21 I got an email saying they will head arrives. Well the one I sent to my aunt never arrived. She checked every single day at her front desk. When I emailed Blooms they didn’t respond except some premade response that was sent back immediately so when I called them they said oh yes they see that it said it was delivered but it actually wasn’t delivered.

    Meanwhile Christmas past I asked them what they could do for me and they offered to take $10 off the order and resend it. Well the website was giving $10 off anyway so they did nothing and they weren’t nice about it. They should’ve done more. Of course the flowers that they said were delivered that never arrived or from my 92-year-old aunt who is isolated in an assisted living because of Covid. I would never recommend this company. Their customer service is horrendous.

    CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE BLOOMS TODAY! I purchased a Holiday Centerpiece, on 12/14 scheduled for delivery on 12/17, order was confirmed and delivery was confirmed. CENTERPIECE NOT RECEIVED. Called and emailed, Customer Service said they would refund and send another one express. Credit card charged again and then I received a phone call telling me they have no vendor to send centerpiece to recipient.

    If I didn't check on original delivery, credit card was already charged, they would have never contacted me in the first place that they didn't have a vendor to fulfill the order, not once but twice. A RIP OFF... Your card is charged at the time you place the order and they have your money but you have no flowers. In this instance they had enough time to contact me and let me know they could not deliver! If I could I would have not given any stars!!!!

    I tend to buy a lot of flowers for different occasions and it really adds up. I went on Blooms Today and after visiting a couple sites and getting to the end of their checkout page, I believe I found a very fair price. I ended up calling because I noticed their membership and after inquiring it seemed a great fit for Me. You would have to weigh that out yourself. Like I wrote, great fit for me because I buy at least 15 bouquets a year. 9.99 a month and save 25 on any arrangement, no limit, and they send free shipping offers regularly. Also can be used for discounts on other things ie. movies, clothes, food. I doubt I’ll use it but it looks legit.

    Now the customer service. The rep walked me through everything and answered all of my 99+ ?’s. She placed the order over the phone (which you can do anytime) and voila!! Done. About the flowers. My sister had just been approved to go home from the hospital after a long fight with the soul sucker. Of course I had to send her flowers to remind her of the gravity of her illness and also to cheer her up. She took a picture and messaged me that they were beautiful. I agree. Now I won’t have to give blood to give flowers????

    I ordered a $62.00 Fall bouquet Which should have had roses, sunflowers, fall leaves and bow for a friend and she received a $10.00 grocery store variety bouquet of mums. Not only was I humiliated, but I was so upset at being ripped off. After I calmed down I sent the company pictures of what I had ordered and what was actually delivered. I received a reply email asking for more information so I called customer service. They were very apologetic and said I would receive a full refund and I would receive an email confirmation of the resolution. To date I haven’t received either.     I placed an order earlier in the week to be delivered on Fri. Aug. 21. My Aunt did not receive her delivery. I did not receive an email nor phone call to let me know that order was not delivered. Spoke with a supervisor this am. She reassured me my order would be delivered by 2. Received email to let me know unfortunately they could not complete my order (technical issues). Spoke with supervisor. She began talking to me in a not so professional tone. I told her that I would not tolerate her talking to me like that. She said all vendors within their network could not complete order. I told her I knew that she could go outside her network to make it better. Still no delivery.

    It is scheduled for Mon. we shall see. I will never order from this company again. Poor communication on their part to the customer. I had to offer for them to do something to make it right. I cannot make up for my aunt's birthday. I received a full refund. I stated that I did not want anything less than what I had ordered initially. She stated that I would receive an upgrade.     Ridiculous, ordered the day prior to needing and got a call late that night that they couldn’t fill my order. They needed my authorization to substitute and it was given.     Ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home 2 days before the funeral. On the day of the funeral, no flowers. They did not call or email regarding lack of delivery until after the funeral was over. They chose to cancel the order without informing me because they could not find a local florist. The funeral was in Indianapolis where there are florists on every corner. The funeral was for my father and the arrangement was from me. The delivery was to the funeral home so they knew the arrangement was for a funeral. This company is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM!

    Placed an order for a floral arraignment, balloons and Tree Planting Certificate on Thursday May the 14th. For my daughter's virtual graduation from Salva Regina RI. today the 17th. Called to verify delivery and much to my dismay they informed me that the order was cancelled via an email. I checked and of course there was no email! I asked for them to send me a copy of that email and of course they couldn't! They sent me a new email dated today. According to customer service they couldn't find an open florist in NJ. WRONG, in the town of Flemington a local florist was and is open today for deliveries. Verified by my daughter! To say that I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

    I ordered through Groupon special. There was a delay in delivery due to the virus....which is understandable. I had tried for 2 days to call, was on wait for an hour, so decided to leave call back number. Never got a call back. Emailed....no response. On delivery day I got email they could not fulfill the order. Groupon won’t give me refund. Can’t get through Blooms.... They gave me $20 coupon but I really don’t want to deal with this company.     Just now. Critical: Responsiveness. I ordered flowers to be delivered five days after I placed my order which was 3 days before Mother’s Day. I did not receive them on Thursday. I called them on Friday and they said they were behind and should be delivered by Mother’s Day. They still were not delivered by Mother’s Day which now was a week that I still haven’t got my flowers. I called back every day after that week went by and now it’s saying the customer care center isn’t available. It’s been a week and a half and they are still not available for me to get my money back. When I tried to call Customer Service, there was no answer, even though it was during business hours. When I have gotten through to a call back service. No call back ever came. Additionally, the site claims to have Live chat, though the chat is always closed. If you want to lose your money, then this is the place for you.     I ordered flowers for my 85-year old mother using this company. I ordered them several days before Mother's Day for delivery. The day before Mother's Day. They did not deliver them. My subsequent emails to the company have not been answered. My repeated attempts to reach their customer service using their toll-free number have been unsuccessful -- I either receive a busy signal or a message saying they are not open (even though I called during business hours).

    This site is a complete and total scam! First, I ordered flower for my mothers birthday. They were to be delivered on the day BEFORE her birthday. She never received them. The next morning I received an email from Blooms today saying, “The florist was unable to make delivery on date scheduled however, we have set up delivery for today and will send deliver confirmation once delivery is complete.”

    I wasn’t too upset because that meant she would be getting her flowers ON her birthday and that’s all that mattered to me. Then the following day I received another email from Blooms Today saying, “Due to the impact that COVID-19 has had on the floral industry, we are unable to successfully deliver your order. At this time, your order has been canceled and a full refund issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you signed up for the Blooms Rewards program, we have canceled your membership. If you used a Groupon Voucher, your voucher has been reactivated and can be used for a future order. Since we were unable to fulfill your original order, please accept our apologies with this FREE $20 discount offer valid for 90 days. This cannot be combined with any other offer. Use this link to place your order.”

    My mother received flowers from two separate companies, so the “impact covid-19 has had on the floral industry” is complete crap. The floral industry is fine. Also, I used a groupon voucher.. it STILL has not been re-activated, nor have I received a re-find to my bank account. On top of that the link they provided in their email to receive a $20 discount didn’t even work!

    I tried calling to talk to someone, however they are closed on the weekends. When I tried calling on Monday, all of the sudden there is no phone number or email address to be found... I mean WHAT?! When I clicked the “call us” button on their website a screen popped up that read, “This website has been blocked from automatically starting a call”. Now I have no flowers and no refund to show for all of this hassle. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are absolutely terrible!!

    Brought Groupon to Order Flowers on May 1, 2020. First of all the Groupon is misleading because it makes you think you are purchasing the flowers already when you're not. You still end up paying a lot for the flowers. My flowers were never delivered. They were to be delivered in May 6, 2020, never delivered, called them and they stated they would be delivered on May 8, 2020, no delivery. Tried to call them back, no answer just sat on hold.     I ordered congratulatory flowers for my daughter. My delivery date was confirmed. I used a Groupon coupon I purchased along with additional funds to complete my $60 order. I received an email on the day of delivery stating that delivery would not take place and asking me to call. I called. Was placed on an extended hold with no answer. I left my phone # for a call back. This happened several times. On one occasion a recording said that they were closed and were not taking any more orders. I then left a written message on their email. I received a response that my order had been canceled. I was never given the courtesy of speaking with a representative or option of a resolve.

    At first, I liked this company. I thought I could get my mother and grandmother sent some flowers. They were willing at the time, to work with me and get them sent today. However, when I awoke this morning, I received an email the day before MOTHER'S DAY saying they could not deliver. They could have warned me earlier in the week, but y'all this place is a scam. Do not order from here. For me, it did not ruin Mother's Day as I have a willing stepfather to take me out to get something for my mom, but for many other consumers, it has.

    During COVID-19, we are going through a difficult time and were just trying to do something nice for our loved ones. Do not order the voucher for Groupon either. You have to pay an exuberant amount of money to get these flowers too. To the company, shame on you for taking advantage of all these people in need. Some are not as lucky as me, having money to go out and get my mother some nice flowers. I will be praying that y'all do not get the same treatment as y'all delivered to us one day.

    Received a Groupon for $40 worth of flowers by spending $20, buying flowers for my daughter for her first Mother's Day. Found the bouquet I wanted, went to check out and was hit with errors, none of the dates for delivery were selectable without paying more (Groupon deal included delivery). Picture of flowers included vase, they added that to the bill on checkout, none of which was clear when navigating. As said, delivery was included, but on the final invoice there is an another adder. $62 later ($82 if you consider the price paid for Groupon) for a $40 bouquet.

    The web page had all kinds of spots claiming how exceptional their customer service is; they do not return phone calls, they do not answer the phone, they do not return emails and when you send messages to their customer support cancelling an order (shortly after placing), they do not cancel the order, bill you for it and deliver the flowers anyways. Nothing about this experience was positive and all their claims of outstanding customer service are lies.

    I ordered flowers after purchasing a Groupon for this site. They were ordered April 28th and set to deliver May 8th. They were NEVER delivered. I tried to call the customer service, email, and live chat but was not able to get a hold of them. I am SOO disappointed.     Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, got delivery notification that flowers were delivered Thursday 5/7/20 at 6:12pm. Called at 6:40 to see how she liked flowers, to my surprise, no flowers had been delivered. Called customer service (website states they are open to 8pm Eastern time) but the message was that they were closed. Called again at 9am on 5/8 to be on hold for 2 hours, had to go to work so I put in for a call back. Received a call at 12:45 from their 800 number and when I picked up, they hung up. Sooo, no resolution, no flowers, no call from customer service. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible.

    I purchased a $40.00 Groupon for $20.00. I then paid another $47.00 for an anniversary bouquet. The bouquet pictured had at least 4 red roses, 5 red carnations, 3 white lilies, several white daisies in a red vase. The bouquet received had 2 red roses, no red carnations, 1 white lily, 4 white daisies in a white vase. The bouquet pictured was very full....the one received not so much! Pretty disappointed in it for the $70 price tag and that's with $20 off! I wish this would let me upload pictures to show the difference.

    I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my Mom on a Saturday (2 days after I placed my order). Saturday no flowers were delivered. Sunday I called and they said they emailed me about a different delivery date. I check my email and junk mail, no email. I told them, "No problem, please deliver Monday." (The day they stated they could deliver). Here it is Monday and again nothing is delivered. Tried calling and offices were closed 2 hours prior to time on noted on website.     I ordered 19 bouquets to be delivered on a special occasion to different people. 16 were delivered on time, one was a day late, and 2 required 3 phone calls to customer service before discovering the shop did not plan to ever make or deliver the flowers. The two very late ones were delivered 5 days after the requested date.

    2 bouquets looked NOTHING like the ones I ordered. I did not get pictures from the other recipients, but I doubt they were any good based on what I saw. One person in customer service promised me every bouquet looked exactly like the ones I ordered. I even sent pictures of how the bouquets were not even the correct colors. One was 1/2 greenery and no blue in the "Blue Skies" bouquet. One person in customer service told me I should be happy I got flowers at all. Then he told me I needed to call all the recipients for photos of the flowers to verify they received what I ordered. They have no quality control. They do not follow up on concerns, just offer a little cashback to get me off the phone.

    I ordered flowers for my mom's funeral and scheduled to have them delivered a day before the actual funeral, on 3/6/2020. I wanted to make sure they were not late. These flowers were a special tribute to my mother from my wife, and I and our four adult children. We arrive on 3/7/2020 at the funeral... no flowers. I was already with a heavy heart, then to find the flowers I ordered were not going to arrive. I was pissed, disappointed and hurt. I verified and yes, My credit card was charged for the flowers.

    I call Blooms Today to explain my hurt and disappointment. The person on the other end of the phone says... "would you like me to resend them?" Seriously!!?? I told the person, "The funeral was last Saturday! No - I don't want you to resend them!" She said, ok... "I'll make sure to refund you your money. It will take 7 to 10 business days to see the refund. Is there anything else I can do for you?" I had all kinds of ideas at that point. But seriously, one of the most important days of my life and my tribute to my mom is not delivered! I am totally disappointed in the service and the response to failing to deliver. Seriously,

    I ordered a Blue Sky Bouquet, beautiful spring flower arrangement, and what was sent was a mess. It had dark flowers, for a fall arrangement, with a bright blue hydrangea in the front of the vase. I also ordered a balloon and paid for and didn't even get that. I was sent a picture of the arrangement from the recipient and it looked awful. Called and spoke to Abby and she assured me that she would refund the money, but didn't inform me that I would be charged again.     I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day and I even joined the rewards club. I got an email to asking me if I could change my order because the florist couldn't make the original order, so I called and told them that it was ok to change it. I even did a live chat with customer care on the day that flowers were suppose to be delivered to make sure that I would receive the order and they ensured me that I will get the order on time. Well Valentine's day came and went and still No Flowers!!! I called today to ask what happened and I was told that I never did call to give them permission to change the order, which is a lie.     I will NEVER order from Blooms Today again! My mom lives in Arizona and I live in PA, so I thought I would send her a Christmas delivery. My order was not delivered on set date so I called. First they said they didn't deliver the flowers because they said they had to change the floral arrangements, so I got that all settled.... or so I thought.

    I called back a second time because of no delivery and I was told they contacted the floral shop and my order was on the truck to be delivered by 8pm. Well guess what, yes you guessed it. No delivery, not only did my mother not get her Christmas delivery on set date but I was lied to. She said she was checking on my order and to please hold. I could hear her just tapping her nails so now it's 11:48 pm in PA December 27, 2019 and still no delivery for Christmas as ordered. I can't wait to hear the excuse for it this time. My order had a 20$ delivery fee which is obviously a joke. I feel a full refund should be paid as well as the the order still delivered. I'm very upset about this. I will be in contact with my bank to make sure no funds are taken from this hoax of a place and report. Blooms today you should be ashamed of yourself!

    Don’t order from this #Bloomstoday flower shop. I ordered beautiful white lilies for a funeral and they replaced them with daisies. I called and spoke to John at Blooms and he had a lot of excuses around substitutions, which I understand, but that means substitute with a like value flower. He also tried to tell me that the arrangement I ordered only came with 2 lilies. There was only 1 size option on their website for what I ordered and I count at least 4 lilies in the picture they show. I wonder how many people they rip off while they are in mourning. They did give me a 20% refund. Certainly not the 100% money back guarantee they promise. I tried to post this comment on their FB page twice but they must have controls that allow them to only show their customers positive comments. I would highly recommend another florist.

    I had a Groupon (which I think is a bit misleading, but that’s another review) and ordered. Then I received an email indicating that the company couldn’t find anyone to send the arrangement that I chose, so an equal but different one would be sent. Soon thereafter, I received another email indicating that they couldn’t find anyone to do that one, either, so the only choice I had was to have something sent UPS. My friend did get the delivery (quite a meager arrangement for a total of $62) but it’s not what I ordered or paid for. I do not recommend and advise against using this service.

    BUYER of Groupons for this company BEWARE! I checked Blooms Today prices for a plant delivery before I went onto Groupon's site. With the prices I had seen and the information about the Groupon, I believed I could send the plant for the $40 value, with free shipping/delivery. So I went through the steps and bought the Groupon for $16. Then I went on Blooms Today and ordered the plant. They charged me $42 on top of the groupon value! So, I paid a total of $58 for the plant.

    I thought it was a mistake and called customer service and the rep was rude, clearly acting as if the fault was mine. Shame on me, right? What an awful experience.     Price: I bought a voucher on Groupon for Blooms Today for $20 a supposed ($40 value) with free shipping. I was under the impression that I was getting a great deal but that was not the case. I paid Groupon the $20 for my said $40 value voucher, which then led me to Blooms Today's website and there I choose a $75.00 flower arrangement which said 50% off ($35.00) next to the flower arrangement. So I figured $35.00? That's a steal for a said $75.00 arrangement. I thought heck yea....$35.00 plus 5.00 for the vase=$40.00, deduct the $20.00 I already paid on Groupon... leaves me with a $20.00 balance. I was good with that so I thought but at the checkout, I had a total balance of $42.00 so between Groupon & Blooms Today I ended up paying $62.00. How is that a deal? For a $20.00 deal?

    Delivery: I always thought that when you buy flowers at a flower shop & have them delivered, they are delivered by the flower shop staff door to door service. Am I right or wrong? So I purchased these flowers for my beautiful sister who is disabled, has a (right leg amputee) and ambulation is very limited for her. She's been going through a tough time these past few days and I thought me sending her flowers would brighten up her day at least a little bit. However, I must say I am very disappointed on the delivery time the delivery was made & the delivery manner in which the flower arrangement was delivered. UPS delivered, not a local flower shop as advertised.

    My sister lives in a 4 apartment complex type of housing. She lives on the top apartment of the complex and her door has a number on it. However, despite me writing an address with a apartment number on the address slip, UPS decided to deliver the flowers at 7:15pm per their tracking system, in which to me is late in the evening time. The day is almost over.. and to add injury....UPS didn't even deliver the flowers up to my sister's door. UPS left the (package) flowers outside near the front entrance of the complex. It was 8pm & I still had not heard from my sister, so I decided to call my sister to ask if she had received anything today and her response was "No why?" So here I had to spoil the surprise & ask her to send someone downstairs to look in the hall or outside for a package I had sent for her.

    Sure enough, there was the package sitting outside near the front entrance. If I had not called my sister, who knows if the package would've been stolen being that it is holiday season and it's prime time for packages to be stolen. The flowers were sitting outside in the cold for 45mins before I made her aware. I'm so disappointed. Having to call her to ask her if she received anything definitely took away from what I was trying to do for her which was to SURPRISE her. Nonetheless, she claimed she was happy and she loved the flower arrangement. Me on the other hand....I am not so happy with Blooms Today & or UPS. I will not be using Blooms Today again.

    12/2/19, I contacted you guys, via phone, to find out why the order I placed had not been delivered. Not only did could your co not fulfill the requested delivery that YOU offer on your website and not only did you lie about contacting me to resolve (I have thoroughly checked all inboxes and trash folder for said email and NO voicemail was ever left), but I received a lot of bad attitude from the customer service rep I spoke to. Because this was a first time using you and the experience I had with the service AND your customer service, I promise I won’t ever use you again.

    I do want to share some tips on how to better deal with this next time since obviously you customer service SUCKS!

    1. Understand that the customers attitude/frustration is not directed to the rep themselves, but at the situation. When customers pay for a service and schedule something, they expect it to happen! This particular case was for an 83 year old's birthday and was supposed to be a surprise. I had to call and ask her if she had received them, which made the surprise NOT a surprise. It also made her disappointed that they didn’t come.

    2. Don’t belittle or talk down to your customer- they are paying YOU to provide a service to them. Not the other way around.

    I purchased a flower arrangement for my boyfriend's birthday. We live in different states. I purchased Blooms Today through Groupon. I did the florist's choice. For a $50 arrangement. A extra $10 for a vase. Like what would the flowers come in if I didn't spend a extra $10 for a vase, paper?? Bad mistake. Nothing like the pictures. I was very embarrassed and ashamed to see I sent him this tiny arrangement. Especially when he spends a lot of money on flowers sent to me. This arrangement made me look very Cheap!!! I would have been better off buying roses in the neighborhood grocery store. A half pint flower arrangement with maybe 5 flowers and greenery fill in. This looked like a six year old child picked flowers for Mommy on the way home from school. My first and last time for Bloomstoday.com and to further add insult. I've brought better vases for 99 cent in the Everything 99 cent store. This $10 vase was a comparison to a mason jar.

    I made a purchase, as a rewards member, and the price was clearly indicated as $25 on Thanksgiving sale, plus a $2 care and handling charge. After my order was delivered I looked at my account and they took $47 from my account. There was a hidden charge they refer to as “Standard Service”. This was in no way clear during the checkout process. I paid $10 a month to be a rewards member and that apparently entitled me to pay $47 for a $25 bouquet. Call your local florist and order directly without paying this superfluous website a ridiculous access fee. Canceling my membership ASAP.

    I purchased a Groupon for $40 value with free shipping on Blooms Today. I ended up spending an additional $22 for an arrangement "pure elegance" for my daughter for her Birthday. What was delivered was anything but. Not even close to the picture and small arrangement was put in what looks like a colored Mason jar. When I called I was told I could either get a 50% refund of only the $22 or another delivery of what should of been delivered in the first place. I was going to let them send the right flowers, but they wanted to charge my card again and then process a refund for the first charge? Excuse me? Well regardless I did not have card with, but at this point I think I will just take an $11 refund. Also website boasts 100% guarantee, which clearly is not true. Never again! Lesson learned. Unfortunately I don't know how to add pictures to this review because that would speak volumes!

    I ordered a floral arrangement for a Memorial Service three days before the scheduled service. I requested that it be delivered the day before to guarantee that it would be there since the service was early in the morning. My arrangement got mixed up somehow and never arrived. When I called Blooms Today, they apologized and offered no way to compensate me for the error. I was only asked if I wanted the arrangement to be delivered and this is while the service had already started. I am still waiting to see the credit on my credit card so I will allow a few more days and will then contact them. Unfortunately, I will never order another arrangement from them again.     My Grandmother had passed away. My mom flew out to be with family. I ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered the next day, Friday. They weren’t delivered. I then got an email asking if it “would be ok” if they could be delivered on Saturday. They weren’t delivered on Saturday either. No email or communication. I then received another “would it be ok” email on Sunday asking if they could deliver it on Monday. Really?! My mom was only able to stay with family for a limited amount of time. At this point, I didn’t want the flowers delivered because no one would be there to enjoy them.

    I called customer service to complain about the order and the situation. Outside of a refund if I cancelled the order, they offered a measly 20% of my next order. I can get 20% of or more at any flower service at any time. They said there was no way for them to provide complimentary flowers and refund us for the troubles. I get that Blooms Today works with third-party flower shops and that those shops are responsible for fulfilling the order. But it is Blooms Today’s responsibility to take care of their customers. They did not take care of us. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

    I used a Groupon discount to order flowers from Blooms Today. There was no problem ordering the flowers online from Blooms Today website and using the Groupon code which I did on Monday 10/28/19 for a Saturday 11/2/19 delivery. I called Blooms Today customer service early afternoon to check on the delivery as I had not heard from the party I sent the flowers to that they had received them. I was told by Blooms Today that they were ordered under Standard delivery and that they will be delivered today and that they would call the florist to check. Once delivered they said I would receive an email.

    By late afternoon I still did not hear from the recipient so I called the recipient (which ruined the surprise) and no flowers had been delivered. I again called Blooms Today customer service and was told that flowers get delivered until 7:30 p.m. I was totally shocked by that as it was Saturday and most local florist are not open that late on a Saturday. The gentleman did not offer to call the florist as I am sure the florist was already closed. When 7:30 arrived I called Blooms Today customer service again to find out that they were closed until the next day which was Sunday. I now know there will not be any flowers delivered to our friend as no local florists are open to deliver the flowers on a Sunday.

    I called Blooms Today Sunday morning 11/3/19 and yes Jasmine was very nice and very apologetic and offered a redelivery the next business day or a full refund but that didn't take care of my disappointment or the reason I was wanting to send the flowers on Saturday 11/2/19. I took the refund from Blooms Today but I also have to work on getting the refund back from Groupon as I will not order from Blooms Today again as the time this has taken me is not worth the discount I received. I understand I was taking a chance not ordering from a local florist and that Blooms Today uses a local florist that I am not privy to who that is but when I called the 2nd time which was after 4 p.m I was not told by customer service that the flowers had been timed stamped at 4 p.m. If I had known that I could of told them they must of been delivered to the wrong home and maybe I could of had this issue corrected. Oh well, live and learn is all I can say.

    I was happy to get a good deal on sending my mother a bouquet in Maine. I made sure to read the fine print, that didn't list Maine as restricted. Excited, I bought three, hoping to send a regular gift every couple months. Once purchased, I was slightly disappointed to see the value of my Groupon still required an additional fee to meet the minimum bouquet cost. I was dismayed when I tried to complete the order, only to find out my mother's address was not available for delivery. She lives near one of the largest ski resorts in Maine, and I would have expected some caution listed in the fine print if I were to expect an issue. Needless to say, Groupon deferred me to the company directly, and the company has had no response. Despite reading fine print, you can still lose. Love Groupon but buyer be aware with outside companies.

    I ordered a bouquet using my Groupon for my sister's birthday. I ordered October 21 for an October 24 delivery to the school where she teaches. I waited to hear from her about her suprise and when I didn't started calling. When the agent checked with the florist at 11 am, the flowers were on the truck; at 1:00 the flowers were on the truck; at 3:00 the flowers were on the truck even though I shared school closed at 4:00 pm. I spoke with the office administration who shared not delivery person had brought anything for my sister. When I spoke with a representative, I was informed the flowers had been delivered according to the florist. I hoped the delivery person did not leave them outside the school door.

    I had to tell my sister about the surprise and asked her to go to school and check if someone had received them, even though the administrative office assured me no delivery had come for her. The flowers had not been delivered and I called the company at 8:30 am. I spoke with the first representative Brenda, who reviews all my calls and was appropriately apologetic. She offered to either refund my money or place the order again, with a different florist. I opted for redelivery however, because my surprise for my sister was no longer a surprise and a day late, I wanted them delivered today and some sort of compensation. Brenda could comp the same day delivery fee, however was not able to give any restitution.

    When I asked for and spoke with the supervisor Samantha, she was very professional and included a happy birthday balloon for my inconvenience. The flowers were delivered early and beautiful. However the best part of the ordeal was the professionalism, the empathy and the quality of service. I will definitely use Blooms Today again.

    On Saturday I ordered a large flower spray for my aunt's funeral. The order process asked that I specify when the flowers were to be delivered and to where. I chose Tuesday delivery and provided the funeral home address in Maryland. On Tuesday afternoon I contacted Blooms Today to check the status. I was told that the order would be delivered before the end of the day. On Wednesday, the day of the graveside funeral, I arrived at the grave two states away in Woodstown, New Jersey. There were no flowers. The funeral director informed me that no flowers had been delivered to the funeral home by 9 am when they had set out to transport my aunt in her coffin.

    Needless to say, I was highly disappointed. However 10 minutes prior to the start of the funeral service, a van pulls up and a deliver person walks across the graveyard carrying a flower spray and asking if they were for us. How awkward! Unfortunately, the funeral director did not have a stand for the spray or a saddle to place the flowers on top of the casket. That left the flowers laying on the ground. While efforts were made to provide a new arrangement, many of the flowers had not yet bloomed and were still in closed bud form. Had they delivered the arrangement to the funeral home yesterday as I had ordered, more blooms would have been visible. After the service, I called Blooms Today to complain.

    I was told that they had taken it upon themselves to deliver the flowers directly to the gravesite to save me money since many funeral homes charge extra to transport flowers. WTF?!?! First off, they should have delivered to the place I specified on the day I specified for delivery. Second, where and when the graveside funeral was taking place is none of their business. Nor is it any of their business if I would be charged for transporting the flowers by the funeral home. Third, it is crass to have some flower delivery person walking up on the family and friends at a funeral asking if this is where the flowers are to be delivered. Fourth, if the company can't fulfill the order as originally confirmed, they should contact the customer - not take it upon themselves to do something different. I will NEVER use Blooms Today again.

    I purchased a Groupon for flowers. I completed an order on Blooms Today website for flowers to be delivered to my mother in law on her 84th birthday. Order was confirmed. Next day in her birthday I received an email late that they couldn’t deliver. I called customer service and he apologized but said he had no reason why they couldn’t deliver. He said maybe in 2 more days after her birthday. I decided to just get refund but I still lost 16 dollars to Groupon because they said voucher was used.     I had ordered a "Special" cheery type flower arrangement for a dear friend who is losing her husband to cancer. I ordered the flowers days ahead of time and they were scheduled to be delivered on a Friday to the recipient. After Friday, my friend and her husband were to travel for further treatments and would not be home at the scheduled residence. That DAY!

    On Friday (the Delivery Day), Blooms Today sent me an e-mail, with no explanation; that my order was CANCELLED! They did refund my money and sent apologies; but should have NEVER Taken my order or my money; knowing that they would/could cancel my order! Shame on them! I hear from other reviews about not delivering for funerals and other "special" occasions. I wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE I attempted to order. I would have gone with another company. Never again for any "special" occasions will I use or recommend this company. The apology and excuses does not make up for the sadness this has caused me. They DO NOT CARE about their customers.

    I ordered a $100 sympathy flower/plant arrangement and some trees of life to be planted in memory of the deceased party. The Plants Galore arrangement should have been approximately 18”W and 16”H but what was sent was measured at 7-8”W and 11”H and no certificate for the trees of life was sent or even mentioned. The writing on the card on my behalf was barely legible (similar to a 6 yo printing). I called Blooms and the lady stated she would credit me 10% and if I wanted my full refund (which I demanded) they could go back to the house and take the arrangement back. I would never have known this is what was sent if I had not been at the house. I have pictures of the pathetic piece and feel for $113.00, and the embarrassment of the arrangement size, more should have been done. No mention on their behalf as to why there was no certificate for the trees of life. I will never order from them again and feel they did not make right their wrong.

    My friend had hip surgery and we wanted to send her a nice bouquet to make her smile. Flowers were scheduled for Friday delivery. No FLOWERS, no email, NO phone call! I called Blooms Today customer service and the person I spoke to said nothing about difficulty placing the order. She apologized, refunded $22 and placed the order again for Tuesday. This time, I was at my friend's home and STILL NO FLOWERS were delivered!!! No phone message was left but I did get an email that said my arrangement couldn't be delivered in that area. Seriously??? So there we are sitting in the car trying to resolve this debacle with Abby in customer service describing two arrangements that I might choose to replace my first choice (bummed that I couldn't even see them)! She also refunded $22 and charged me again for the new order.

    We are hoping that flowers will be delivered this coming Thursday. When I got home and was able to open the email, I saw a very pale arrangement that Included a VASE that I didn't want! I have No Idea why this was added for $5. Blooms Today has very nice people in Customer Service, but it would be Really Great if we didn't need to call them! Just send the flowers On Time and Be Honest about the Areas you Serve. This has been a very humiliating experience.
