    I just wish that I could have give them zero star not wasting my one star, so my friend ordered me a bouquet on the 13th of February, till now I still haven’t received any order, and the order status changed to delivered. When my friend checked it then call them, they’re saying that they will try to deliver it the 17th of February. Be aware that these people are bunch of scammers. Don’t buy from them.

    Ordered flowers to be delivered same day. Selected from the list of flowers that said they offered same day shipping. Was asked to verify shipping zip code before purchase. Made the order. They took the money off my card. Then informed me that they couldn't deliver to the zip code that they said they could before I ordered. Now I'm stuck waiting 5 to 7 days for a refund. Company is a joke. Don't waste your time ordering through them.

    Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for Valentine’s Day, who happens to live out of state. Paid additional $10 for Valentine’s delivery. The flowers never showed up, even though I received an email stating that they were delivered. Out $155. Attempted to call the evening of Valentine’s Day, which only led to an automated message stating that they were very busy and to fill out and submit a form on their website, which I did. I was, and still am, absolutely furious. I left a review.

    The day after Valentine’s rolls around. Still no flowers, still no email from them, still nothing but an automated message when I call. Went to their website and fill out a form AGAIN. Left another review. Today, still no flowers but I received an email stating I would get my refund in 5-7 business days. This is my third review. It sure did not take 5-7 days for them to get my money! I will definitely be willing to pay more, even double next time than to ever, EVER, EVER use this trashy, piece of crap company. Do not think about using this company unless you are looking for a headache a fight. They are the worst!

    Ordered arrangement and teddy bear. What I ordered was not what I paid for. Late delivery and did not receive teddy bear. Flowers were not fresh, badly put together.

    My Husband ordered Valentines Day flowers for me back in January since he will be gone. My flowers never came and they could have cared less, no apology, no reason. Just a girl with no flowers from her husband of 40 years, shame on you!

    PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I never leave a review but this company is a total scam. I ordered 2 dozen roses, paid extra for delivery for Valentine's ($219 dollars) and never received the flowers! In fact, I tracked down the delivery guy after many hours of research and he finally came and brought someone else's flowers in a cheap container addressed to "Laura" in the worst hand writing I've ever seen. They do not answer the phone. Zero customer service. Save yourself some heartache people.

    2/3rds of the flowers that were supposed to be in this arrangement are missing. It’s only 10 roses and baby’s breath. No carnations or gerbera daisies. The roses are wilting and dying. One of the balloons is missing, the one that came was broken by the delivery guy. And the card for VALENTINE'S DAY is a random smiley face card. I would love to know who the actual florist is who made these so I can have some words with them. WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT.

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Never received order, the phone number listed in website never goes through! How is this even legal!?!? I am trying to get my money back, over $300! I’ve submitted multiple “refund requests” and get automated bot email replies.

    I paid for a special delivery service for Friday, Feb. 13th. I received a confirmation email stating flowers were delivered. However, they were not! Nor the next day. I’ve sent two messages to Blooms Today and have not received any comment back. Most business would have a screen shot with the address for integrity purposes. They have none. It’s time for the Better Bureau and Attorney General to shut this business down. I have not received a refund nor a late delivery notice from the resident they were sent to. Please shut them down! Too many terrible reviews for a wide variety of reasons. The owners should be sued to repay clients. Disgusting!!!

    I, like many customers should of read the reviews first! I paid for flowers on Valentine's Day the day prior. They said they would be delivered next day. Early afternoon they messaged me saying if it was ok to deliver on the 17th because unfortunately they couldn't deliver due to no flowers shops being available and that they would contact me soon. This was $155 I spent and no one has contacted me yet!! I need a full refund! This was the worst experience! I can't believe these people are still in business scamming people!

    Terrible with customer service, terrible with responding, terrible with information, just a terrible group. I wrote a total of 7 times trying to figure out my delivery, and did not get a response til 7pm, almost 24 hours without a response.

    If you are not able to make a delivery and it is right before a holiday (let's say Valentine's Day) you should not rely on emails as notifications. Try calling or texting. This was the second time that this company screwed me over. Stay away from them and stay local. I learned my lesson. Horrible

    If I could give it no stars I would because what in the world is this scam?? How do you advertise an assortment then deliver nothing similar to the assortment whatsoever?!     My experience was amazing! I ordered on Feb 11th and they were delivered by the 13th. I was fortunate enough to have the order made out in an area with many very skilled florists. Of course the size of the arrangement will vary based on the local florists' pricing. No matter the size you choose on the website. Be mindful of this when ordering an arrangement. I chose the most expensive option and the arrangements came out average sized. I later checked the florist's delivery rates and was able to understand the size.

    Scam. Would not recommended ever using this company. Charged more than what they were supposed to. Got the flowers half dead. Half of them are missing and definitely not what it was supposed to be. Never received the chocolates.

    Ordered from this company. Place days in advance and paid to get the flowers delivered before noon. It was for my wife's birthday and the flowers never arrived on the day. I got a notification saying the flowers were delivered but they were not, they arrived the next day. It wasn’t what I paid for and it was missing 2 balloons I paid for. Please avoid at all cost!!

    I requested sympathy flowers. The flowers did arrive on time, but looked "nothing" similar to what I selected online. Yes, it was a cross. But, the image of what I selected and what was delivered were night and day. Very disappointing, as this arrangement was sent for a dearly departed friend. Moreover, I spent $170 for a tiny 2ft. floral arrangement. Not happy!!!

    WOW I'm mind blown at how horrible the customer service is with this company. The 1 day delivery for my mom's birthday was taking forever and they don't send you a tracking number. I called to see why there isn't a tracking number and they said, "We don't do that because we're using a mom and pop store." I asked what the name of the store was to see if I could pick it up and they said that information is confidential. I asked why and she said in a very rude tone "because we just don't." I said I've read horrible reviews and am worried they're never going to come and she said "oh well I don't know what to tell you." Eventually they sent the cancellation which says it will take 7 days. Service is horrible.

    Quick to take your money, but failed to deliver, and they give no email status updates. Absolute scam. Praying they refund me. Use any other flower brand but this. Can't believe Bank of America promoted this joke.

    Bouquet ordered for my wife was 1/4 of the size represented in the product listing and showed up looking nothing like the picture. When I called to complain, customer service was very friendly and placed a new order the following day. Although the correct flowers showed up, the size was again 1/4 of the size listed. 25” x 25” is what the listing represented. What I received was 17” tall and 12” wide. Very disappointing for $150.

    I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday from Blooms Today. Paid extra for the Saturday delivery, paid extra for delivery before 4 PM, and now, my daughter didn't receive her Birthday flowers. No support team to talk to, no one responded to my questions about my delivery via email, and it appears that there will be no one to speak to till Monday. I am frustrated, upset, and mad at the same time. This is not how you run a reputable business. If you are not able to deliver, don't take the order and don't charge the money.

    I am so mad, but I am so sad too! I specifically ordered the flowers for 12/23/25, so I could thank my sister in law before Christmas for taking such good care of my mother in law while she has been sick. The DAY OF DELIVERY they said they could not deliver and would deliver 12/27/25! They did not ask if that would work. They just said that is what is happening. So yesterday came and went. NO FLOWERS SHOWED UP! Today I woke up to an email that said they decided to cancel my order! Not even a nice email. Just a standard company email. These people have no soul.

    This was our first time using, horrible experience. Never using again! The flowers were not delivered on the correct date and when calling customer service they were no help and rude. When the flowers did get delivered, they looked nothing like the picture on the website, the delivery lady had dropped them so the flowers were all flat and some were broken, they looked awful, the note did not say what we had wrote online. We were so disappointment and not worth the money. We also found out they bought pre-arranged flowers from our local HEB that was nowhere near the amount we had spent. Over all horrible experience will not be using again. I can not express how disappointing this was. Do not recommend to anyone.

    If I could give zero stars I would. This is the first time I used this service, and this is the first time in all the years I've been ordering flowers, that an order was not delivered on the day that was promised. They promised delivery the next day instead, and it's 4pm right now, and the flowers were still not delivered. I spoke with customer service about it, and the best they could do was refund the fee I paid for same day delivery. In addition, I had to contact their customer service number a few times before speaking with an agent, and was put on hold and then disconnected. I will never use them again.     I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. When the flowers were delivered, they were placed on the steps at the front door. The person did not ring the doorbell. I received a notice that they were delivered 3 hours later. The flowers that were delivered were not even close to what I ordered. The bouquet was flat on one side with no flowers on that side. There were leaves hanging down on the glass vase. Very sparse flowers in the bouquet. The flowers I ordered were to come in a basket. The only similarity was the color of the flowers. I did write a complaint and was told I would get a refund of $18.83. I then sent a picture of the product I received with a not-so-happy message. I was then given a full refund. So they do get points for their customer service and refunding my money. They really do need to review the florist they send these orders to. I think the florist tries to get by with sending an inferior product if they can.
