I was lucky enough to get the best move team I ever had. I used moving companies a dozen time during my 25 year military career, but by far, the Star USA Moving, LLC team was the best. Sean and all of the other movers went above and beyond to make me and my family happy with the move. Great work. Thank you, guys.

Now that it is all done I am very happy! Not just glad that it is over but very happy with the way it went. Safe Ship provided support and coordination throughout the entire process. It was communication from Safe Ship to it subcontractor American Central Moving and the subcontractor communication with the employees on site or on the truck that made this move a success. I must admit I was a little stressed out moving my family’s heavy furniture, antiques, Art, china and glassware across a thousand miles. Communication with Safe Ship by phone or online was effective and served to set up the process in advance. Prior to the move my daughter took the Safe Ship representative through the entire house using her iPhone while the representative itemized the inventory and to project the cost. This was sent to the subcontractor for review. The subcontractor showed up prepared and ready and on time communicating their arrival time.

Morris and his team were extremely personable, thorough, and efficient. They were on time and took great care of all of my furniture. Definitely could not have completed this move without them. Highly recommend them and Star USA moving.

Mark, Nikolai, Oleg were extremely professional and moved everything in a very timely matter. I will absolutely be using their services again and will be recommending. Without them I would not be able to have moved.

The crew from Rushmore Vanlines Inc. did an outstanding job. They where on time and very polite. They were extremely careful with all my belongings. Veniamin ** controlled his crew and answered all of our questions. I will recommend Rushmore in the future.

Be very careful about using this company. They require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable after 4 days. We canceled a month later due to a family emergency. They offered no refund. So we are out 8k. They did zero work and got to keep our 8k. Do not recommend this company.

Original Review: Absolutely bait and switch criminals. Hours before our move, their quote of $7,900 that we gladly agreed to went up to over $11,000! They kept our full deposit of over $3,500 and lied to our bank that we had "buyer's remorse" and that is why we cancelled our move with them. They are legally set up to operate with this business model. So much for supporting veteran owned companies.

Paul and his team went above and beyond. Very professional and efficient. Paul really took care of me, and gave me complimentary materials and discounts that made my long distance move a extremely smooth and pleasant move. Paul and the team made sure I was happy all the way. Definitely would recommend Paul and the company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I questioned the reviews they had (I found them as I was on the phone getting my original quote). They transferred me to a salesperson who gave a spiel about the reviews being only 1% and "lowered my price" only for the price TO DOUBLE after they had my non-refundable deposit. When I asked to speak to the person who promised my pricing, they said "Oh they won't talk to you, they just want the sale". My things arrived late and damaged - I took photos of how my things were tossed in and crumpled into the truck (only attached a few, but there are more). Every chance they got, they tacked on another fee. This company is a scam, they put you into duress before each new signature because you know you've already sunk thousands into using them. This move cost me 10k, and I don't even have my stuff intact.

I used SafeShip Moving for a move from Louisiana to Texas, and Moving Solutions was the carrier that handled the job. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The movers were punctual, handled my belongings with care, and kept me informed throughout the process. There were no surprises, no damage, and the delivery was completed as expected. I would definitely use SafeShip and Moving Solutions again.

Fast and reliable service. I don't have that much, but still need to move back home after 4 years in cali. Ilya and Dosan polite and professional, they've used blankets and plastic wrap for everything. Will use Safeship and Rushmore with a heart beat.

The pick was smooth and it was done carefully and thoroughly. The customer service is excellent and accommodating. The communication with their customers were superb and they arrived on time as they promised.

Thomas and Antonio with Rushmore were amazing, they were very delicate with all of our belongings and made sure we were catered to at every step! The guys we completely careful with everything we own, made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way and the pickup went smoothly.

Seriously the sales agent was very rude. Told me not to raise my voice (when I wasn't even speaking loudly, just was saying hear me out). And told me I was head of the house and my wife was not. Who talks like that. I really wanted to use profanity, but am holding my horses to inform people that the sales agent they are using are aggressive and rude.

The crew did amazing job working fast and efficient. Be respectful of things and still respectful of my time! They were very polite and understanding how we both could be efficient in the long haul! Would recommend again.

Me and my partner have been living in Cali for a long time and to move for retirement to Arizona. My friend recommended Safeship and I called them. They gave me reasonable price and sent professional movers from Rushmore van lines, who packed and moved everything super quick, appreciate these useful hardworking guys.

Safe Ship set me up with Wayflowers moving and storage out of Charlotte. Ivegen, Angelo, and Jordan were great. They showed up in their window, beat their estimated arrival time, and worked hard to finish the job. I’m writing this review as they finish packing, so I’m unsure if it will all make it in one piece, but they seemed to show care while handling my household goods. They were polite and courteous. I have no issues with them, and if my stuff arrives unbroken, I definitely would use them again.

I would highly recommend Safe Ship. The movers were professional and friendly. They were able to troubleshoot problems that came up! For example we have a CNC machine and it’s about 1200 pounds and they figured out how to transport it. Al and Chris were amazing leaders and Jake ** reached out and was a great contact. Great job!

SafeShip did a fantastic job with my move from Mississippi to Pennsylvania. The crew showed up on time, took great care wrapping my furniture, and handled the loading efficiently. I appreciated the consistent updates during transit and the transparency around delivery timing. All of my items arrived safely, without damage, and exactly as expected. Moving long-distance can be stressful, but SafeShip made the entire experience easy and straightforward. Highly recommend for anyone planning an interstate move.

Updated on 03/25/2026: This is an amendment to a previous review. I reviewed Safe Ship in Dec., 2025 to share the horrible experience I received from their consigned carrier Fabri Express. Safe Ship themselves were great to deal with. In March, I amended my review, because Ashley from Safe Ship reached out to address my complaint further, which was appreciated. I'm amending my review again. Ashley has continually been in contact with me to share her concerns and conversations with the carrier. She has negotiated an additional settlement for me in the method of payment I preferred. I honestly hope they discontinue using the carrier I was assigned. However, the follow up and customer care I was provided by Ashley and Safe Ship warrants the increase in their review.

Really great deal. We are moving from Texas to South Carolina and they were the cheapest and best option around. Definitely recommend. They were able to schedule us 4 days out and provided very friendly service. They are a veteran ran business and are the best option military or not.

Safe Ship 5 Star, I was very pleased to see movers were helpful, respectful, punctual, friendly & hard working. I will recommend my family and friends anytime over U-haul or any other company, thank you again for helping me out in my time of need, may god bless you all.

Safe Ship Moving & Storage did a great job finding my moving company, Safe Ship Moving Services. Any questions I had I would just call and they answered right away. They were there 7 days a week and were always very happy and helpful to answer my questions. I needed a service to pack and take already packed boxes. They set me up with Paul of Century Moving Services. I would recommend them to friends & family.

I asked them a lot of questions and they asked us a lot of questions. We thought that we covered everything. Later, we were told that my daughter’s move was subcontracted to another company. The day of the move was when the nightmare really began. The moving company reported to my daughter’s apartment hours and I mean hours late. They were rude and disrespectful. No disrespect, but they spoke the entire time in a different language. They tried to increase the estimate at the time of pick up. That should have been a RED FLAG. She had two days before her move out date. So, we could not hire anyone else in two days. This was the worst move that we have ever experience. I refuse to believe that anyone would give this company anything above a negative zero star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not recommend Safe Ship Moving Company to anyone.

Updated on 07/06/2026: This is a scam. Don’t do it. They sell you out to other parties. Half my stuff was broken or stolen. My PlayStation VR in the box completely gone never arrived!! And the insurance is designed by weight so when they broke my heavy desk, my TV stand they broke my all my China dishes, my tables, chairs, and I went through the whole process that was so long and time consuming. It takes hours to put in all of this stuff and you have to take 100 photos of it!! They offered me $75!! Then you have to go get that notarized and I still have not seen the $75 to this day and I’ve moved five months ago!! I paid like $5000 for this move for everything I own; to be broken or stolen!!

Move was fantastic smooth as they promised when I booked with them. I strongly recommend Safe Ship for your next move. Alex and his crew do an amazing job. They pack everything with care and focusing in service.

Benyamin ** and his crew are the most professional, courteous, and hardworking people I have ever worked with in my many moving experiences. I was especially impressed with the speed with which they loaded and unloaded. I am an avid sportsman, and had a large number of bins, duffels, and tool boxes to move. They spirited them all out of the garage like magic, and did not even flinch when rolling my gigantic rollaway tool chest down a 12-degree slope into the new garage.

Safeship is a great company. Lewis is the best. He helped me so much. And Paul and his workers were outstanding, they helped me so well, they came early and wasted no time, they got the job done. They worked so many things out for me, and I’m very thankful for Lewis and Paul and his workers’ gratitude and understanding and supportive hands during this difficult time in my life. I don’t know what I would do without the kindheartedness of these people and they made sure my furniture and belongings are wrapped carefully and they are delicate with my items and for that, I appreciate them. Overall SafeShip was a great company to work with. They communicated the price, timeline, and expectations well and frequently. The actual movers, Tamir and Gene, were phenomenal to work with and speedily packed our boxes and furniture into the truck. They showed up early and were efficient. Would definitely ask SafeShip to handle our next move.

Ilya called the day before to schedule the exact time of the pickup. Him and his crew arrived early in the morning (8am) and worked extremely professional and fast. What began as a very thorough informative discussion with all parties, ended badly because the broker, Zachary **, who did work very diligently lost patience with me because I did not respond immediately to his high pressure sales by securing a deposit. I explained that my husband had to be involved in the final process and that he wasn’t home at the moment and I needed an hour. He called back right away with another sales tactic. I expressed my concern again more firmly and he got upset.

Safe Ship movers did an excellent job, they were friendly, not just polite, they worked with my schedule and kept me informed. They were always ahead of their projected times and delivered my belongings on time and undamaged. They even asked me about their shoes, knowing it would be inconvenient to their objective. I used Safe Ship Moving to move my belongings from Az to GA. They were always in contact with me with details on dates, numbers of boxes, inventory etc. I feel like I made a dozen new friends. I don’t usually write these things on the phone but I just had to say something. The two young men from Rushmore moving company were just WONDERFUL, very polite and patient with me. They carried all my heavy things like it was nothing and were so careful, not a scratch on my furniture or the walls. They kept asking “Is this ok ma’am? Do you want this here?” and didn’t rush me even when I changed my mind a few times 😊. At my age that kind of kindness means a lot. God bless them, I would call this company again in a heartbeat.

He was professional, organized and careful with my belongings, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also gave me a significant discount on the packing for my antique furniture and fragile items, which I really appreciated. Without hesitation, I highly recommend their service.

Moving from NY to Virginia, it was a such stressful experience, but as soon as my movers arrived, Deny’s and Java, they immediately made me feel at ease. And they were friendly, professional, helpful, and all my stress went away, as soon as they told me not to worry about anything, they will take care of everything and that they did, the packing it was so professional done, it was amazing. Did not realize they are a Broker when I called. They conducted the inventory based on my home listing online. The quote/estimate was $2,000 more than when I went direct to other moving companies. Their site recommends you get three quotes, their sales try to push you into a contract immediately. I believe they released my phone number to other movers, as I immediately started getting texts from "Dispatchers" offering discounts on my move. Initially they were professional but the higher cost, the pushy sales, and releasing my phone number are not okay with me. I did not choose them for my move.

Safe ship was amazing starting from scheduling to delivery! The movers were on time. Professional, friendly and polite. They were very conscientious about moving the larger furniture so not to bump into the walls and doors!! Delivery was timely and again very conscientious about placing and reassembly.

A very smooth pick-up process by Plymouth Line Movers, under the auspices of Safe Ship Moving. They called to schedule our pick up just as planned. The moving truck arrived on time, calling 45 min out to keep us apprised of their schedule. The two gentleman movers were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. They took great care with all our items, padding and wrapping more than expected to protect each piece. They worked together very proficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. The documentation and payment process was handled equally efficient. We were very impressed with how great the entire pick-up process went.

The worst company and experience ever! As the previous reviews have stated, no one comes out to actually survey/inspect the amount of HHG’s on hand and then lowball a 3rd party company, who in turn charges more for pick up and delivery of goods. I’ve ended up paying an additional $7000 due to their lack of integrity. For them to be “Veteran owned,” they’re scamming Veterans and their families.

The move crew was respectful, and they were in and out in less than thirty minutes! The QA team, Dexter especially, were also helpful and made sure everything went smooth as possible! No hassle, just getting the job done!

So far, halfway through the move, I have nothing but positive things to say about Safe Ship. A small communication oddity was very deftly handled by my customer service contact person, Jake, and I am looking forward to the completion of a pleasant experience and the delivery of my shipment.

I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. The crew arrived exactly on time, which immediately showed their professionalism and respect for my schedule. Safe Ship moving Brokers were very friendly and professional, and did not surprise me with any hidden fees, which is nice. 😃 They set me up with Rushmore Movers who were timely, professional and friendly. They worked diligently. They helped me with some packing decisions and what I thought were problems, but nothing was a problem to them. My storage room was smaller than I thought, and had they not packed everything in there so efficiently, it would not have all fit!!! They made everything go very smoothly AND quickly!!! Very pleased.

Martin and Luis picked up our furniture and delivered it safely. All pieces were wrapped to prevent damage. They placed the furniture as requested and removed all packaging, They were very courteous and friendly. A couple of the pieces were very heavy but they got the job done. There was some minor damage to the stairs. Hopefully, this will be taken care of quickly through their claims department.

We want to preface this by saying we have moved five times in just the last ten years due to my husband's profession. We are very experienced in the process. Our communication with Safe Ship Moving Services was good until the pick up day and of course they were paid. They subcontract out the moving services, which to us is also their responsibility. You would not look favorably upon an Internist to consult an inadequate Surgeon to perform an elective surgery. They consulted Blackstone Movers from New Jersey for a Pennsylvania to South Carolina move in the first week of September in 2025. We can of course, provide all detailed documents and correspondence.

Great movers, handled with care on a semi complicated unpacking, as some went to a storage unit and other items were kept off to the side to take with me to my new place. They allowed me to take the time to look at each box before deciding what went to which place. Friendly and kept in contact, and everything arrived and without issue. Definitely recommend.

Safe ship was very communicative and on top of the entire move process from the initial booking. Their team also followed up with an update to the original estimate to confirm all items to help avoid confusion during the moving. Very good experience working with them.

Safe Ship gives you a quote for your move, but it is meaningless. I had over $500 additional fees added at the end of my move. My Salesman, Shawn ** promised me his quote was all-inclusive and he checked out both addresses of my move. Shawn and Safe Ship can not be trusted. Shawn left notes on my account and Jeff ** called to verify my moving items. Jeff was rude and not at all concerned with backing up the comments left on my account. All Jeff cared about was getting through his call list. No one at Safe Ship seems concerned about promises made during the sale. I would not recommend Safe Ship. Go with someone that keeps their word and stands behind the customer.

The initial and follow-up contacts seemed professional. They asked a lot of questions I expected. However, the day of the move everything went downhill. The original estimate went up with the follow-up call and again at the time of pick up. This made things difficult as we had to get additional money orders before they'd load, thus our stuff sat out in the sun for hours. The mover showed up 5 hours after the time he said he'd be there and had to return to load the following day. His 3-hour loading time turned into a 7-hour nightmare.

I had a great experience working with Safe Ship as the broker and East West Moving as the moving company. Dima and Nikita were the team helping me with my move, and they did an amazing job. They were professional, careful with my belongings, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

Great experience with this moving company! They arrived on November 29, and the young guy on the team was very polite and friendly — he explained everything clearly. Initially told it would be full packing but went from $3600 to $9000. Pick up my furniture in an 18 foot truck and received a call saying that if an 18 wheeler can’t make it into my apartment then they would have to rent another truck to make the move and charge me for the rental. Totally different than what I was told from the start.

Ilya and Semen arrived early in the morning, worked fast, took real care about everything, recommend to anyone. These guys are PRO, thank God I've found Safe Ship and they sent Rushmore movers. They were able to take couple extra items with no additional charge!

Ilya and Gene have done an excellent job today; these 2 gentlemen were able to pack and carefully move our 3-bedroom house in about 4-5 hours. No claims at all, no questions, just keep working till it's done. Respect their attitude, absolute 5 stars for Rushmore and Safe Ship. Hope will never move again. But if it happens, will definitely call Ilya.

I was in a tough situation. I wildly miscalculated my own abilities with moving my own stuff. When I had realized my mistake, I had 2 days to move out my belongings. I found Safe Ship Moving through panicked Google searches. I called their number, no wait, immediate reassurance, help the very next day, within an hour of planning and contacting all their helpers. My stuff was picked up the very next day within 24 hours of scheduling, and the team reassured me throughout the entire process. The same day I had already recommended this company to a fellow neighbor who will be leaving themselves within the next year. Jake had been very professional and polite when verifying my personal experiences and asked I share to help the business reach more people. People who may have been in the same spot as I was just days ago. Thank you very much!

This company does NOT move your home; they contract out to other companies. They have terrible communication with the contractors of their choosing and is basically hands off after you've paid them your down payment. They lost my leather recliner weeks ago, had me file a claim, and I've heard nothing. When logging into the claim it tells me I'm 631 in line. This tells me they lose things often. Do NOT trust this company.

Paul was amazing, he called ahead of time and explained that he would be running late and then helped us change some of the items we needed packing and worked fast, safe and I worried about nothing. He handles everything beautifully.

I used Safe Ship to move from South Carolina to Washington state and didn’t have an address so my furniture went into storage. It was then delivered to WA and unloaded for me. The only hiccup was that somewhere along the way the screws for my kitchen table got lost. The guys who moved me in were great and got replacements and came and put my table together. Nothing was damaged and I was very happy with the service.

I did have a smaller move items wise but everything was packaged professionally and handled with care. Move king also called with updates on the move. The delivery was nice and smooth and made my move experience stress free as possible!

If I was able to leave a negative star, I would. This company does not deal with veteran-owned companies. They lied to me on a cross-state move and lied to the moving company they used to move me. The lie entailed the salesman starting my quote at $19k, then finally got them down to around $7k. They told me all my items would be transported and moved. Only to find out that they lied on the estimate and I had to leave a full 10x10 storage behind. When I tried to get the company to assist me, they basically told me, "Tough luck, you signed the estimate." I have reported this company to the BBB in Florida and contacted the Veterans Affairs, as the company they had moved me spoke no English and was not veteran-owned.

Professional movers. Set move up on a Friday for a Tuesday pick-up. The mover movers arrived on time and on target with same day pick-up and delivery for my heaviest furniture pieces to include disassembly and reassembly of a message chair. Movers all had positive attitudes. Most importantly there were no hidden fees or surprise delivery fee or charges. Company was clear up front about the price…as long as we stuck to the agreed upon inventory there would be no additional charges. They were good to their word.

I had a close call with Safe Ship Moving but was helped finally by a very nice guy, Jake **, after trying to ruffle feathers and get attention. He called me personally to reassure me and work with me to get my deposit back. Based on my experience I am willing to recommend this Co., Just make sure you read all the conditions of their contract. You then have 72 hours to either cancel or confirm. Because they care enough to employ a mediator, I would say the company is legit.

I called SafeShip Moving for a price quote and found the entire process to be very unprofessional and incomplete. The representative who took my inventory was not thorough at all — he simply asked what was in each room and never offered a FaceTime or virtual walkthrough to ensure accuracy. I later learned that this approach is commonly used to lowball the initial quote, get you to pay a deposit, and then dramatically increase the price on moving day once they see the true volume of items. If you choose to cancel, they keep your deposit, leaving you little choice but to move forward at an inflated cost. In my case, I called to cancel because I had lost a job opportunity and no longer needed to move. I was transferred several times before finally reaching Zach, the sales representative who closed the deal.

So glad I found SAFE SHIP and their team and Matthew ** and Samantha ** in Customer Service were terrific! Through every step of the coordinating on our storage unit pick up in Redmond OR to the delivery way down here in Naples, FL, these folks have been available, cheerful and super at providing information and guidance on load sizes, what to expect on pick up day to details on delivery. I would highly recommend to anyone in need to moving whatever size job they have.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I was quoted nearly $2,000.00 for a less than 10 mile move, with only 5 items that would need to be moved. After I declined their services they have repeatedly called me every day and I have asked for my information to be removed each time! They do not listen and their customer services is terrible. Please use your local movers as they are much more affordable.

I called for a quote. They gave me a ridiculous quote. When I told them I could use another company for less, they said they would beat the price. How unethical is that in that they give you the higher price immediately and this roll over? I told them to put me on the do not call list and I've been getting many calls per day. The last man ignored everything I said and kept hard-sell asking me why I'm going with another mover.

Be aware of this company. They are brokers. They will take your $5k - $15k deposit and then they will sell your move to a scammer company and they will triple your price. Make your homework before. Ask for in house estimate only.

Rigid delivery, moving and storage were very professional and treated our things with extreme care. The movers packed all our things using moving blankets, covered the corners and edges with boxes and used shrink wrap to secure all of the covering

Horrific experience!! Called to get a cost estimate and was very clear that if I wanted to use this company, I would contact them. Next day I got a call. Next day I got another call. Told them not to call me again. Next day I get a text message and when I called them to tell them to stop harassing me, the employee slammed the phone down. No apology, nothing, just him slamming the phone down on me and then guess what…yup, today I get another call!!! Don’t ever use this company!!

Worst experience ever! Safe Ship assigned PVG Trucking to ve my Movers from MN to IN. June 22nd was pick up. First crew was great. My things were to be delivered to me on July 8th. They sent 1 small guy to deliver my furniture, no helper. This guy was literally dropping my boxes from the truck to the ground. My washer's entire top was torn off. My dryer had a triangular dent in the bottom middle! How did that happen? My boxes were opened and re-taped.

Terrible experience. It is the moving mafia. Prices change constantly. Everything costs more than they say. Representatives are extremely aggressive, almost abusive and disrespectful. I’d describe this experience as dealing with the moving mafia. Stay far, far away.

This company is absolutely the worst on the market. They bait and switch you into enormous fees and then outsource your move to anyone. Customer service amounted to please contact your shipper directly, and when our belongings arrived they look like they were dropped off of a 6 foot pier. My $3000 Italian suits smell was literally hanging outside of the box dragging and smells like a sea warf. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Everyone I spoke to at Safeship was wonderful. I had to schedule a last minute move and they bent over backwards to help me. I have had some issues with pickup and delivery timing by the carrier (not Safe Ship's fault!) and Marcus and Will Farrell have been ON IT trying to get my issues resolved. My move was small and carriers don’t often prioritize them so I get it. I’m not worried about it as these guys have been SO on the ball. Thank you all so much!

Glad that I used SafeShip to transport my stuff from Denver to LA. There were delays due to a miscommunication with the vendor but SafeShip helped expedite and the stuff arrived without much damage. Updated on 12/11/25: Unfortunately, our items were delivered in a rough state as many were damaged and some beyond repair. We are in the process of submitting a claim but it will take time to document around 25 broken and damaged items. I have never seen anyone pack so poorly, let alone "professional movers". I will see how they respond to my grievance and documentation.

I would highly recommend Safe Ship. They were so easy to work with and really helped me to determine how much space I would need. They followed up throughout the entire process as well. The movers that they sent were great and were really careful with our items.

Do not use Safe Ship, even if it is your last resort. We contacted Safe Ship to assist us with moving. Safe Ship quoted us a price to move the contents of our entire home. We openly discussed with the Safe Ship’s representative that we were moving some items prior to Safe Ship due to our family living and working in two different locations until the move was complete. Safe Ship reported the price would be adjusted according to what we still had at the house to move. When Safe Ship arrived, the movers started debating with us what they would and wouldn’t move. They reported a price increase even though we had already moved 1/2 of our belongings to our new home.

I had a terrible experience with this broker who doesn't actually do your moving. They pressured filling out paperwork, suggesting they would meet a delivery date. They said they would deliver within 10 days of picking up our things, but later referred to the small print contract saying 10 days from when my new apartment would be available. The delivery was very late, things broken and some having been left out in the rain during transit. Thousands of dollars lost. They offered to pay $75.

Safe ship movers did a fantastic job. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone for their upcoming move. Will ** was the best, thanks for all your help.

I did an inquiry online and I immediately received an email and call from Gavin. We spoke for about 15 minutes and rescheduled for a time to talk later in the week and FaceTime so he could see the contents of my home. He called right on time and we spoke and went through everything for about an hour. I am moving out of state so he was just fantastic to talk to. I literally felt like you know we were friends and he cared about what I was going through and the things that I had to accomplish for my move.

SafeShip was a wonderful company to work with right from the start. They were able to help out and answer the millions of questions I had seeing as I was a customer without an actual "move date". I was very eager to get things under control before I left my home state and my family to go work in my new state of residence and SafeShip was on point with all the help and service I could ever ask for. Once packed and ready to go, unfortunately some problems began to arise with the carrier that was chosen. Needless to say, I was upset and full of anxiety. However, SafeShip was right there at EVERY step of the way to help out and fix things to make them better. I hate it happened because I was furloughed and this was not the time to be caught up in a situation like what I got caught up in with them but it happened. We had a disastrous start when I made the mistake of calling Colonial Van Lines. A truck showed up 36 hours late and without enough room for our home goods.. We had to fire them on site at 9 o’clock at night since they only showed up then… And so at 9:30 I called Safeship and 30 hours later Safebound was here taking care of us.

We spent a lot of time working out how to move my in-laws half way across the nation. Father in law is recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and this move was the best thing for their future health. I have had to speak with many agents at Safe Ship and each one put a lot of effort into caring for my in-laws. With any move there has been some hiccups and misunderstandings, however the team we worked with did everything they could to explain what we misunderstood and make adjustments for our logistics.

We had planned a move that fell through due to the government shutdown. The team from the initial call all the way to the cancelation were understanding and helpful. They were understanding and willing to work with me when I explained my situation and gave me an extension on the cancelation policy. They a broker movers who brokered the job to another broker who brokered it to another company. It took 5 weeks to get my stuff for a move from Idaho to Tennessee. Boxes were smashed, bin had feet prints on them and a lamp is missing. Find a REAL moving company NOT SAFE SHIT MOVERS!!!
