Anthony was such a pleasure to work with. He was communicative, on time and very thorough. I was very impressed and overall had a wonderful experience. The extra hands hired to help load and unload the truck were also excellent and very hardworking. I would highly recommend First Class Movers.

Customer service called me the same day I put in the review. She listened to my experience and since I didn’t have property damage to file a claim, she offered me a partial refund. I still can’t justify a 4 or 5 star rating but the pickup in NM was fine and he customer service was great, so my rating is for the delivery service in TN.

Movers were on time and worked efficiently. They showed respect towards my mother's belongings. Everything was packed, loaded and delivered much quicker than I expected. I would definitely hire again if needed. Everything was packed and delivered safely and handled with care and respect. Thank you and your help is greatly appreciated!

Cobra Van Lines was the mover and packers. They did an excellent job, would definitely recommend!! They came on time, packed everything neatly and left as per schedule. Safe Ship was excellent as the brokers as well. They also helped with clearing up some trash in the place. The pricing was also extremely transparent and competitive.

Fantastic customer service. Very professional and helpful with answering questions. However I have an issue with moving company that picked up our goods. Professional until the end, job Foreman tried getting us for an additional $12,000.00 then said if we pay cash he would cut it to $4,000.00. We settled with credit card of $990 but at wrong rate which Safe Ship caught that we were charged incorrectly. The moving company tried scamming $12,000 grand from us. Not okay

They were very personable, explained everything and took good care of items being packed. They wrapped and taped all furniture pieces. They packed some of my snake boxes in a large box. They were very careful packing my Tiffany lamps. Dario explained all the paperwork before having me sign. They told me the things would be taken to a storehouse and I would receive a call 1-2 days before delivery. So far I am pleased. I did not like that they couldn't take the money order as I had made it out to Safe Ship.

They came on time, and also make sure they pack my stuffs nicely and cover them with special blanket. I was impressed. They were very gentle with my stuff. They were very attentive when I was talk to them. They were not in hurry at all. For sure they were professionals.

The move was smooth and efficient. Ezze and his team helped me pack an item and were able to move all of my stuff. I would certainly recommend them. The team arrived on time and finished loading the truck within a couple of hours. They were supportive and explained all the costs involved.

This move could not have gone any smoother. The communications was outstanding between the company and the movers. The movers kept me informed as to their arrival. They were very professional and courtesy. They were very efficient and careful to pack my belongings. The company did a follow up to see if I was satisfied and that everything went well. The movers were on time for pickup, very communicative, wrapped everything with care, and were in and out in less than an hour. They showed an interest in my pet which was very sweet and were very respectful of the property. The guy who was driving the truck was an AMAZING driver. My apartment parking lot is a little tight and he drove that giant truck in and out like it was nothing. Moving with Safe Ship has been an amazing experience so far, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a pleasant experience with Roy’s Moving. Roy’s Moving was very kind and efficient in moving my belongings. They showed up at the given time and were communicative in the time before moving. Although my experience with Roy’s Moving has been pleasant, I would like an update from Safe Ship on when my belongings are going to be delivered.

Had a few bumps in the road. Spoke with Lily who seemed very caring and wanted to make her customers feel better, which she did. Thank you for your effort, Lily! Also had a good encounter with Gigi during the beginning of this process, she fixed what went wrong and for her I am grateful.

Our movers were great! They were very quick and took care of everything and gave us a heads up when they did need something from us. They gave us a heads-up and a chance to box some stuff ourselves rather than charging us for them to box it. They also put a lot of effort into packing our stuff tightly to save us on extra square footage in the truck.

I was quoted $6,000 for my move. 3 days before the move I was required to do a "quality call" with them. The result was a new price of $24,000 for the same move. The worst possible result and the worst possible time. A complete bait and switch. Do not trust Safe Ship!

Highlights: Our move was postponed several times between Thanksgiving and the New Year. The individuals we dealt with by phone we amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. They were very accommodating. Challenges: The cost more than double from the original quote to the final payment. Very stressful. Final payments were complicated because of the third party approach.

We just had our things picked up to be moved across country and the company has been awesome so far. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and made our move as easy as possible. Our sales agent along with the customer service team were both extremely helpful, as well. Would definitely recommend them and use the company again in the future.

Started out great. Our movers were wonderful!! Courteous, friendly, hard working, respectful. We adored them. But after that things went from bad to worse. Our stuff was picked up on Thursday 12/26 and as of 12/31 we still do not have our items and haven’t heard from the company as to when we will receive them. I will not recommend this company to anyone. It takes too long to get your stuff. The worse part is when we asked them will we get it right away they implied we would, even though it can take up to 7 days. We were told that we will get it sooner. Even though the movers were wonderful, customer service was short with us and didn’t help. All we got were Lies, all lies!!!

Contracted with Safe Ship to move furniture my son inherited from his grandmother’s house in Upstate NYS to his home in Austin. Has a great experience. Furniture arrived safe and sound and on time. We did not need to move a vehicle but they offer those services too and based on this experience I would recommend for that as well.

I spoke to Andrew or Alex ** who swore everything would get delivered and how outstanding they are.. Moving from Ventura, California to Johnston, Rhode Island. My name, address and stickers on boxes. They brokered my stuff to RIGOS DELIVERY AND MOVING. 2 young guys came and wrapped up my stuff, 1 2 piece couch,1 full size mattress, 4 small end tables and a sm bench for the end of my bed.10 med-small boxes, 2 large and 3 med. bins. Period!! They charged an extra 450.00, said I took up too much space??? Wth!!

The gentleman that packed our stuff was very professional and efficient. He kept us updated on his ETA with plenty of notice and arrived within the estimated window. He took good care of our stuff and made sure everything was protected. He also answered our questions and provided us with all the information necessary. He got all our stuff loaded in a timely manner and was very organized. Overall a very smooth and positive experience.

I was not there when goods were picked up but I heard nothing but positive feedback from my family who was. I heard the job was completed in about two hours so it seems the movers are very efficient. Looking forward to the drop off and getting my goods! Thank you!

They didn't have to go up or down any stairs because my adult children made sure everything from the basement was on the driveway. We are extremely angry and disappointed with Safe Ship Moving. We are missing boxes, personal items and medication. We’ve called movers to no avail. Move was done over 30 days ago and still have not received missing items. If items are not delivered in 5 days, we are calling the Better Business Bureau for immediate action.

The 2 guys that came were great. Took the time to wrap everything securely and were very professional. Was not told ahead of time there would be a $75 penalty for stairs at the delivery destination. The supervisor took the time to walk through paperwork to make sure I understood everything and that my delivery address was correct.

They came and wrapped everything very carefully and also took apart some things so they would not get damaged. Nice guys did a very thorough job. After wrapping and padding everything was loaded onto the truck. Afterwards they left with everything and I fly back to Florida. In a matter of days they let me know they were on their way to my Florida address. They came unloaded and unwrapped everything. They put the furniture exactly where I wanted it. The whole move went very smoothly. There was no damage and the company was in contact with me thru the whole move. I wouldn’t even hesitate to use them again.

Don’t not recommend. There is no communication between them and the moving company. I was charged in additional 2000 plus by the moving company. The move was from Florida to Arizona. For your sake stay away from Safe Ship!!!

The moving personnel were extremely courteous and helpful. They kept me informed the entire time. They were careful to make sure they were doing everything I needed them to do and did it fast. I hope I don’t ever have to move again but if I do these gentleman are the ones I would want to do the job. They were wonderful!

Started of great, booked and got everything set up. The moving company showed up, Oasis, no clue who it was going to be, I "assumed" they would only use reputable moving companies. We had a quote for a 3 bedroom house, had to move our things to a storage unit, closer to the freeway, less drive for them and a 10x10 unit. They charged us an additional $5,000.00 saying we had more things, no we did not, we downsized, at this point you cannot argue since they had all of our belongings loaded, with our help.

I’m moving my father across the country to Denver, and selling his house. We originally were going with PODs who was the worst experience ever, they decided not to deliver the pod without telling us. We found your company and you guys came to the rescue and movers were there the next day at the time they said. Reliable and stress-free!

The sales rep was pushy and did not want to provide the quote to be valid for longer than the time we were on the phone. The movers added small charges all along the way with no itemization. Upon pick-up, we were told that items would be reassembled in the correct rooms. The team who unloaded denied this service and did not arrive at the property until 8:30 pm and unloaded until after midnight. For those with children or elderly, these hours are completely unacceptable. Following the pick-up, I was again high pressured to complete THIS form with phone calls and text messages as though I had nothing else to do in the middle of a move with elderly parents.

Arther was AMAZING! He is the reason I am writing this review!! He moved everything BY HIMSELF because they had some issues with their truck so his other 2 movers had to do that. He was so professional, kind and helpful. He is seriously the best mover me and my boyfriend have ever had. He deserves all the recognition and more. I hope this review reaches his company!

Great experience. Very good attention to detail and good follow through. Everything was wrapped well and handled with care. The move ended up costing a little bit more than the estimate, but this is why it is called an estimate. We also needed to tip the movers but this was also expected. I highly recommend Safe Ship Moving Services.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the move so far. The gentleman were quick and efficient, kept me in the loop regarding what they were doing and cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a long distance move. They also cleaned up tape, packing material etc before they left.

Movers were excellent! Safe Ship was good, but not great. Cost was extreme! The cost kept changing. They don’t ask enough questions in the beginning to give a very good estimate. Then they only give 48 hours to cancel. Satisfied with the movers, but not with Safe Ship. Thank you.

They buy their reviews and when someone post an honest review of how bad they are, they try to buy them off. Although they wrote to me on Dec 19, Stating, "To address the concerns you’ve raised and demonstrate our commitment to making things right, I am pleased to inform you that the moving team will be refunding the shuttle fee in full. Additionally, as a gesture of good faith, Safe Ship Moving will be refunding $1,409.67 directly to you."

If we ever have to move again, they would be my first choice. Superb service. We had an issue with dates, but it was handled with courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company for any move.

The guys worked really hard. They were on time and efficient. Nothing was damaged. The only problem was the crazy mixed up scheduling. I don’t understand why it was changed so much. I admit one change of mine was because my destination was delayed due to carpet cleaning service was running behind.

This is an amendment to an earlier review that I posted that has somehow become unreachable. SafeShipMoving set us up with “One of their best”, Citi Van Lines. Thus far this has been a nightmare since the day of pickup. It’s been 13 days since our House Hold Goods were picked up. We communicated with the company on the day our HHG were picked up and they told us it would take “3-5 days” for our items to arrive. This was not true, and after reaching out to the company directly they pushed the date back to a date 20 days after when they were picked up.

The drivers were very professional and quick. The pickup was flawless and without incident and I look forward to the delivery and can only hope it goes just as efficiently. I would definitely use them again but hope this is my last move. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a mover.

The team was top-notch. Manager was well respected by team. Great team effort making me feel comfortable with all going on. All packing is so safely wrapped. Much communication to ensure all being taken care of. I can't praise them enough for their great work. Thanks Safe Ship for your great care.

No complaints with how they worked. Only issue was they left a lot of empty tape rolls and wrapping on the floor when they left. Packing seemed to go smooth. Total cost of the move was about $4000 more than originally quoted however. This created a hardship due to the total cost of moving.

Very rare I give 5 stars but they definitely deserve it. They were quick, efficient and very kind as well as generous. This is my first time actually using a moving company so as far as first impressions go it was a phenomenal one. Definitely recommend using Safe Ship if you ever plan on moving. ✨

The movers arrived late due to traffic which is understandable. They packed everything up for me pretty quickly and I was impressed with their professionalism. Before leaving they basically asked for a tip which is pretty annoying. Other than that I have no issue with the service. I was called several times after the pickup presumably to get my feedback. I gave feedback over the phone but apparently that is not enough and you want me to fill this review out and I even have a minimum word count I have to adhere to like I'm doing homework or something. So that's kind of annoying too. As far as the pickup experience itself goes, well it was good. They worked quickly and efficiently and acted professionally if you don't consider the tipping thing and showing up late. So happy with the service but it could have been better probably.

Andrei and his crew with Azimuth were absolutely amazing. Unlike other moving experiences, I had, they were careful and very meticulous with all of my belongings. They treated all of my items with care and respected my house. They had a very positive, can-do attitude and were flexible and delightful people. I would highly recommend them.

Good service and timing. Customer service has been helpful. Which I don’t like is that company increased the estimate when they called to check the inventory and then they did it again the day of the moving based on the type of the mattress not the size. The moving guys were respectful.

Everyone that we spoke to throughout the process was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our only bad experience happened when we were told that we needed to unload 3 tool boxes since they didn't lock. We estimated 13 boxes and that increased our estimate by $1000. When the shipper arrived he said that the tool boxes were small enough and didn't need to be unloaded so that amounted to wasted time and money. We had already been charged a flat bulk fee for each of them.

Just want to share my experience and learning. Despite Several calls with customer services team, I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my order (Job Number: DA *****66) and a full refund. I am appalled by the unprofessional conduct and pricing discrepancies I have experienced throughout this process. Initially, I was quoted $Z,ZZZ for the agreed number of items based on the pictures I provided to your sales team. However, I was later informed that the price had increased to $Y,YYY—an almost 84% hike—and subsequently reduced to $*,***. This still represents an outrageous 51% increase from the original quotation. To add insult to injury, I was left with three unacceptable options: Pay the inflated 51% higher price. Ship only 50% of the originally agreed-upon items. Lose my $2,300 refund entirely.

I was drawn to the concept of using a Veteran owned company as my wife and myself are both Veterans. Unfortunately when their carrier arrived I was charged a magical additional $3500. Customer support only made it worst by the rationalization of not giving the service requested and making excuses. I asked for a supervisor multiple times to be told I am speaking to one. I was offered to talk to another but the transfer never happens. Do not trust this company and please read others reviews or live with the regret like I have.

First Class Movers was a great experience with impeccable service. I was helped by Anthony, Daniel, and Kelvin. They were simple, straight to the point, chill, yet detailed and protective of my stuff. They were able to move quickly with a short elevator reservation even after a full days work upon arriving.

Our moving experience from Southern Ca to Northern Ca went perfectly as explained to us. Safe Ship took great care packing our household items. I was so nervous because our things had to be put in storage for a couple of weeks before they could be moved up North. when the time came they arrived when promised and unloaded all of our things. The guys were great and brought everything in our new house and put back together the items that had to be disassembled in order to transport. I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

I just moved long distance for the first time since 1997 and using a moving broker for the first time. They delivered on their promise and the moving company hired was great. They were on time for the pickup and finished in 4 hours. Delivery was the same. I cannot complain about the service provided. I was disappointed that they left boxes and material they provided after unpacking our furniture. Just one more thing we have to deal with.

The two gentleman that did our mover, very professional, and very thorough. Everything got to its destination in great shape. They took great time and attention to make sure all of our boxes were packed nice and neat, and that nothing got broken. It was a real pleasure to have them do our move for us. It made everything go great, and gave us peace of mind, knowing that our furniture and items in boxes made it to its destination in great.

Well organized and efficient with packing and delivery. Since I had 2 households to combine, there were a variety of service men. ALL of them were very considerate and treated personal things with extreme care!!! When I scheduled both moves, I didn’t realize that Safe Ship outsourced the actual movers. Also, I had expected follow up from Safe Ship before 4 months had passed.

Very good communication from everyone with several follow up calls. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The gentlemen who packed my shipment were awesome. My shipment has not arrived yet so this is just based on pickup. The service is expensive, especially for a small shipment due to their minimum size requirements.

They arrived before we did in our cars and had everything set up and placed and we gone when I arrived. One of my family members was here to show them placement.

From the first contact to the delivery day my concerns were met by this company in a professional manner. Actual movers were polite and hard working. On the schedule that was set up for pickup and delivery, all went well. Would use them again if I needed their service. Salesman found discounts for the job that I didn't know were available.

BOTH Safe Ship Moving Services and the local company, Direct Relocation Services reached out to me too see how they could make this right! What wonderful customer service! I figured nothing would ever come of my complaint, but they really took the extra effort to satisfy me!

The moving experience we had with this company was great. The two gentlemen assigned to load my mother in laws belongings were amazing. Communicating between 3 different companies in 3 different states/time zones was not fun. I feel that Safe Ship moving company needs to work on their communication skills. Everyone was nice but gave wrong info most of the time. The actual movers did a fabulous job!! Very courteous. Handled my belongings as if they were theirs. Great experience, only one item was damaged on delivery. I don't hold that against them. Office chair wheels are not the most sturdy of things. Also they delivered earlier than expected which I was impressed by.

Safe Ship brokers and Cobra Van Lines moving system packed and moved my household goods from Palestine Tx to Hattiesburg MS. Mohammad stayed in contact with me on the job and in between coordinating everything needed. He was very professional and helpful. The whole crew was very friendly and helpful. They were extra careful with everything. Would definitely recommend Mohammad and this crew. Very satisfied.

The movers were on time and got right to work. They went through all of my stuff and tagged it then loaded it. They moved quick and also retaped some boxes to make sure everything held well. They were very nice and professional and I would have them do it again.

The two gentlemen were polite, clean, and respectful of me AND my furniture. They worked without incident from the on time arrival until they were finished. I am hopeful that the same service is provided at the destination for delivery. The driver and his cousin worked well together so that there was minimal double handling of the furniture, an event that leads to damage.

We had three gentlemen come to move us. They communicated well and were on time. Packed things efficiently and did a great job. They were extremely helpful and worked efficiently. The movers showed up when they said they would, the guys were polite & funny, loaded everything quickly, told us to just sit back & relax, were careful with all items and wrapped or secured the boxes with extra tape, explained everything they were doing, given a copy of all paperwork.

I am actually going to write a detailed letter when I finish this whole process as there have been some things I haven't been happy with, and my focus is on getting to my destination. I am very happy with my part with Ricky B when I initiated this, and it was because of him I went with this company even though it cost more initially than other quotes I got, elsewhere. I am very happy with the actual moving company, even though I was under the impression it was with Safe Ship and it would be veterans that would be doing this, I didn't realize it was a broker situation. It was everything in between, from the QA phone call, to all the different individuals I spoke to (not that anyone was rude, just conflicting information), right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. I've moved several times and this move has actually been the absolute most stressful one I've ever done. Again, happy with it so far but there's several details that need addressed.

The movers were great. They called to let me know they’d be here 45 minutes before arrival so I had time to get everything prepped and ready for them. They came in and wrapped all my stuff for me which I wasn’t expecting, and they were gentle with my items and quick. 10/10 would recommend.

The gentlemen who packed up my home were courteous and easy to communicate with. The furniture was handled with care as was the packing of the truck. The delivery was excellent as well! They were very professional and kept me informed of when they would arrive and when they would deliver in Argyle. I enjoyed working with them and having them take care of my move.

This company is a total scam, the price hiked our move twice and tried for a third. Once the household goods got to our location there was a lot of broken items, dishes, furniture, and figurines. They lost my father shadow box, item that were from Vietnam and can’t be replaced. This was due to several move pack into one truck so when they had to get to ours they had to pull out other customers stuff and I figured that what caused these item to break. They charged me 8000 dollars to move from Nevada to Texas and tried to raise it to 12,000. All they want is your money, their customer service representative are condescending, and straight worthless. I conclusion don’t use this company

They were late arriving. Were hard to understand. But they did great work. Loading up the truck. Very respectful and professional. I can't say the same about the service department. The man was rude and lied straight up to me about what he said just moments before. I won't use them anymore ever. But also I haven't gotten done yet so who knows what other crap they might try to pull.

Kevin ** helped me initially and was fantastic to work with. Closer to move, there was a few hiccups, but overall was a very good experience. Great moving team that communicated well and was proactive. Everyone was willing and able to answer questions as needed and customer service was great. I definitely appreciate everything done to make my first big move a success!

The guys called before showing up, they communicated everything that was happening and gave me plenty of detail. They were quick and efficient and helpful. I really appreciated having them there. They were very patient and the pick up process only took an hour for my two bedroom apartment. The pricing was better than what other companies quoted me and they were able to make this happen in very little time.

Updated on 12/16/2024: Nothing has increased my rating. This company promised my dad a check to cover the damages and lost TV, however they have not provided that payment. Not only have they not paid, they have tried to use this review as leverage to send the payment, saying they would send payment as soon as this review was taken down. Unscrupulous behavior and I am not interested in being bullied. I plan to write this story, take the video and photos that I have, along with an interview of my dad and send this information to my friends at national news organizations.

I was given a $3500 estimate, turned into a $7300 actual cost for less than a 1/4 of a semi worth of stuff. The sales rep Greg, assured me even if we added some extra items, it wouldn't be more than $4300, but it final cost showed this was a lie. This "service" isn't worth it. They are only a broker, and overcharge for what they actually do. Once they get paid, don't expect any sort of communication, reply or help from them. They rope you in, then you are stuck with who they assign to you.

My pick up experience with Safe Ship was relatively good. A few things that could improve:

Professional, courtesy, answered any question I had, pleasant, informative, helpful, I learned a few things about packing, very helpful, moved everything like it was their own, very responsible, you couldn't ask for anyone more helpful than they were at all. I'm very pleased on the way everything went yesterday. Very pleased. If I ever have to move (hopefully not) they would be my first phone call!!!!

They were friendly, on-time, and transparent! The main guy took his time going through the contract with me and answered any questions. The team wrapped my stuff up sufficiently to protect it on the trip. They were also very time efficient. I would recommend Rigos Moving Services again. Thank you!

I made terribly choice choosing Safe Ship to ship my belongings. My storage unit was 5x10x10 and not even have full, my initial quote was 2,400 but I accidentally told them my unit was full but meant the floor was full, the price went up to 3,800 (that was my mistake). Unfortunately I was not able to convince anyone so price stayed 3800. When they called about it they said they could refund 600 if I signed a NDA so I did but they reneged on the offer.

Working with Safe Ship from the beginning was effortless. Jeffrey took the initial call and explained the entire process in detail and followed up several times before handing me over to Ryan **. I didn't have to follow up with them, they kept me on track. Was contacted day before the pick up and Assan arrived with his team after calling me to give me his ETA. Boris and Alex assisted.

The movers were on time, efficient and very careful with my household goods. They were wonderful. They moved my household goods from Virginia down to Florida. They called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived in Florida four days later and delivered my goods in a timely manner. Thank you!

Juan ** and Henry were swift, energetic, polite, professional and very patient with me. I am 80 years and foolishly do not speak Spanish. We somehow managed. None of us had ever used postal money orders before so we acted out a lot of financial issues with body language and facial expressions. Juan **’s nifty cell phone did some translating too. I would definitely use No Borders Moving again. Edward in night shift was also extremely helpful helping me to fill out the pesky money order and helping me with digital documents too. For me a mental challenge and for them a lot of labor methodically and quickly done. Excellent job!

The pickup went well, they were very professional. There were no issues with the experience so far. The estimate was lower than the price I ended up paying because the furniture took up more space than planned. I might need to change my drop off date so I need to contact the company. Thank you.

Next Relocation was very professional and courteous. The foreman Marco in particular was knowledgeable, patient and explained the process very well, and his team was very efficient and helpful. This company is horrible, liars and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. To start the salesperson (Shawn) was super pushy and told me that that would be the cheapest price I would find. Well yes, it was, however, they lied or maybe failed to mention all the costs that could come with it until after I signed the contract. Their first problem is they ask for no pictures or videos of the furniture to ensure they are estimating the right amount. They call you 3 ish days before they pick up your stuff to go over your list of items. It was then that I clarified I had a 3-piece sectional and went over my other items. He told me I was below the estimated cubic feet and we would keep the estimated space (634 cubic feet) on the paperwork because it's a lot more expensive if the movers get there and you end up needing more space.

Movers were great. They worked fast and communicated well. If I had any questions, they’d provide an answer and would find out if they didn't know the answer. If I were to ever make another big move (highly doubt I’ll ever make such a big move again), I’d call Safe Ship Moving Services.

I really enjoyed using Safe Ship moving company to help with our parents' estate closure. They were very quick to answer questions and were actually able to arrange the cross country move in about a week. The movers texted 1/2 hour before they came and arrived right on schedule. They were quick, courteous and respectful and did an excellent job wrapping each piece for safe transport. I would definitely use them again for any move in the future. The fact that they are a military owned company was just icing on the cake!

Crew was right on time. Very professional/thorough. Friendly. They arrived at destination very quickly. They did a particularly good job wrapping my very large sofa very well. All items arrived in same condition when packed. All plastic wrap was taken with them when they left. Very considerate by asking where items should be placed.

There was no noticeable damage to our home during the move. The movers cleaned up following their load of all designated items onto the moving van.

Worst moving experience EVER!!! I've moved 8 times for work and this was by far my worse experience with a mover. We paid double our initial quote, even though we went over our inventory in detail plenty of times. We were moving 2 households a 3 bedroom and a 1 bedroom house from Atlanta to Dallas and the movers showed in 1 small truck. The driver did a walk thru and said the items would not fit on the truck. We asked why they didn't send a 53' ft truck - he said that was between us and the broker. Ended up with 2 full trucks at double the cost (26K to move 836 miles). Unfortunately they don't give you the final quote until the trucks are packed and they are holding your goods hostage. We have to store the goods 1 month before new home is ready and come to find out they store the goods in Georgia not Texas.

The Movers were very fast and efficient. They did a Good job. They handled everything carefully and didn't even get my ex wife hollering or screaming which earned them 3 of the 5 stars. As they were loading I was watching to be sure all was secured properly. I don't know how much smoke I have to blow up this thing with but they were good. Efficiency experts from what I could see. I would hire them anywhere and anytime because they are so efficient.

Do not use this company under any circumstances!!! Our experiences with Safe Ship, from start to finish, put our family under considerable financial and mental strain. We put down a deposit ~3 months in advance for a single house move with full packing services from TN to MI after talking with a rep/sending pics of our home; the initial estimate was $5665. At our quality assurance call 2 days before the move, we did another walk through room-by-room with a SS rep and were then given a new estimate of $18300 - a 3X increase. With such short notice, we had no choice but to commit.

I am moving from an apartment in Dallas to Maryland. Fresh from a horrible breakup and a huge move ahead of me, I was very stressed about this move. My movers were AWESOME and had all the materials I didn’t have and offered me lots of help and support. They were easily to contact and had great communication. They made the move as smooth and stress free- I have never had a move as easy as this one. The movers were very polite and friendly and I was very happy with them. Would 10/10 use them again.

Safe Ship is very kind on the phone but uses used car salesman tactics. They brokered us with a company called Top Notch Movers. We were told that this was one of their best shippers. This was a lie. Both company's have since ended business their relationship. We were also told they have a 3 strikes rule with their carriers. This may sound comforting, but it appears to mean that they do not vet the businesses first. For what it's worth, this is what I think safe ship owns in this experience. But it should be noted that this leads to pore carriers as elaborated below.

The supervisor in charge of the crew on my moving day was very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. He explained each form I had to sign, answered all of my questions clearly. The crew was quiet, quick and knew what they were doing. They wrapped furniture in protective blankets, and carefully loaded each item. I have no regrets choosing them. I'm glad I didn't have to worry about moving those items myself.

The movers arrived at planned time. They were very professional. Listens to my instructions and took care in handling all of the belongings!! They wrapped my antique furniture and moved them down from upstairs bedroom to the truck with care. They arrived at my new residence and again took care and also set up my beds!! Don’t even consider this terrible, awful, no good company. They are only salespeople that will try to get money out of you any way they can. We put a deposit down, tried multiple times with multiple phone calls to cancel it before the 3 days were up. All they did was talk in circles until we finally got a competent person who canceled it. Or so we thought. It’s been a week and we still have not received our refund. We called back and got hung up on. The customer service lady was a jerk. $1K deposit is a huge amount of money. Turns out the refund was never processed even though we signed a document canceling the agreement. This is the worse company ever.

The whole crew was very nice and respectful. Very pleasant young men did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They were very concerned about making sure we got the right things packed. Because we had so much stuff that was not going. They were very nice about it.

I went with Safe Ship because of their claims of being #1 in customer satisfaction and being veteran-owned. First, I was literally hounded to immediately sign the contract—DAILY phone calls, texts, and emails. Second, every time I called for whatever reason, I was told a different story by different employees. Third, the delivery date was way off the contract-stated dates. Next, I paid $400 for the item to be crated and it was “soft-crated”, meaning blankets, tape, and a board across the front. Last, the subcontractor (yes, they seem to low-bid subcontractors), literally upcharged me $500 from my signed contract and wouldn’t take my item off the truck until I paid them and then refused to write me a receipt for the cash payment. I will NEVER use them again.

My parents and I sold my childhood home of 58 years. The movers were on time, professional, and handled our items with care. They made an emotional event, seamless! We were given the estimated time of arrival. We asked for a specific time and the movers were there early ..which was great! There were eight movers that descended on the house after asking us for directions..I could not believe how fast and efficiently our furniture and boxes were wrapped..We could not have done this ourselves. It was worth paying for professionals. The movers were very professional, experienced and polite. If I move again or am asked for a referral I will definitely refer you!!!!

I contacted Safe Ship for a move of about 200 miles. I clearly listed the inventory I wanted moved and was given an estimate of the cost of the move. When a second person contacted me 3 days before the move, he added two queen box springs to the inventory. The original inventory included two queen beds and the person I spoke with did not mention box springs needed to be listed separately. The box springs added $600 to the move. When the inventory was picked up, $150 was added because I lived on the second floor. The move ended up costing $750 more than the estimate or 30% more.

I had a great experience with the moving company. The team arrived on time, were polite and professional, and took great care in wrapping and handling my furniture. I hired this company after a pushy salesperson said how great they were and supposedly gave a better deal. I wish I had used local movers. Lesson learned. This move has ended up costing more money for less work done than the other company. Plus when they gave me their “window” and I made arrangements, I found out at 8:30 pm that they, in fact, would not be at my house until between 2 and 4 pm (originally between 10 am- 12 pm a day earlier than originally planned which caused me to scramble to get things in place). There are some things that can't be helped due to the weather but then the driver said he would be here in the morning (presumably to pacify me) because he then texted me at 9 am to say he would not be here until 4:30 pm and my things will not be unloaded until Friday. I live in the PNW and it gets dark at 4:30 pm. This is a miserable experience at an already stressful time. Expensive, pushy, unreliable.

But they keep calling me and check on everything is good. That makes me feel better and makes trust them. I wish it delivers on time and safe.

Do not use. They will lowball your estimate and then charge you double. They were 7 hours beyond the time they were to show up. The movers were completely unprofessional, their customer service was insulting and rude. I called them because they are veteran owned and as a veteran, I assumed they wouldn't take advantage of veterans. I am disgusted that they use that as a ploy only to prey on vets. Used car salesmen are more honest.

My experience with Pack and Go for the pick up and movement of my 12 tubs and 1 stereo from ** for eventual delivery to ** was very good. Pick up was on time and loading on the truck was very good. The men that did the move were courteous and professional. Great job.

The pickup was fast and easy. The crew came in to my Northglenn (Colorado) apartment at 10am, and left around 11am. About twenty two plastic totes, three bubble wrapped frames, and a small wooden table were loaded on to a U-Haul truck. I signed documents during the beginning of the move.

So far so good!!! We were worried about little things, packing, and everything perfect! Crew arrived on time!! Packed and handled everything superb!! The fact they knew how to pack the mirror and grandfather clock was just a huge relief!!!! Just awesome experience. Avoid Safe Ship Moving Company at All Costs. My experience with Safe Ship Moving Company has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They market themselves as a reliable broker, but in reality, their service is deceptive, unprofessional, and exploitative. Here’s why: Manipulative Estimates: I originally had a signed contract with PODS for $6,000 but was persuaded by Safe Ship to switch after being promised a "special discount." This so-called discount turned out to be fraudulent—my estimate was manipulated by removing key items from the list to keep the quote artificially low. When the truth came to light, I was already bound by their contract, leaving me no choice but to proceed and ultimately pay over $10,000.

I advised shipping company I lived on military base and anyone coming onto the base must have appropriate paperwork, to include green card or citizenship, valid driver's license, no criminal offenses, proper insurance and registration for their vehicle. My original pick up date was 11-1617-2024. I got a call from Top Movers verifying pick up time the 16th, 0800-1000, which was verified later for arrival time at 0800.

The team that picked up my belongings was very process, courteous and thorough. They were very thoughtful of the members of the household and did their job with as little disturbance as possible. They communicated any issues ahead of time and worked to resolve the issues immediately. I was impressed with how both members of the team work In Tandem to achieve their tasks. I was kept informed for the entire job.

The pick up and loading of our furniture was done professionally and on time. The truck and the crew showed up on schedule and they loaded everything. They covered all furniture to protect from damage and were done in a short amount of time. The cost for the move from San Diego to Seattle was reasonable.

Movers were efficient, careful, professional and courteous. I would use again if necessary and refer to family and friends. Items that needed additional take or covers was supplied with no problems at all. The movers did not even take a break, they worked so well. We have had other movers in the past and these movers put them all to shame.

We went through the inventory together, and while their price was slightly higher than average, I understood that a solid reputation often comes with a premium. They consistently kept me informed, updating me when a carrier was secured.

The truck driver Diego arrived on time and gave us a 1 hour notice ahead of time telling us when he was going to arrive. He was able to navigate the box truck into a tight space to load from our storage unit. He was very professional and friendly and his team loaded the boxes quickly. The whole process was pleasant and we would recommend them to a friend.
