This was the first time my move wasn’t stressful. My movers showed up on time and were very helpful and professional. They wrapped all my furniture. They were very careful. I was surprised how fast they worked. The job was finish in two hours. I recommend Safe Ship Moving Service to anyone who wants a stress free move. Finally we went over my list of items and placed them on the moving truck. Now all I have to do is wait for my delivery date. They Have Five Stars.

Safe Ship Moving Company did an excellent job with our cross-country move. The process was efficient, timely, and well-organized. The team was professional and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I would definitely use them again.

I had a full packing and shipping of a 3br 2b house. I'm now missing gym equipment, all my and family winter clothes and shoes (including military uniforms, and suits). Had many broken decorations, and computer screen. Now they won't even respond.

Long Distance Movers were great on both ends. They were able to move their schedule up to better accommodate my needs and it was appreciated. There were some pricing issues with Safe Ship but Jake was good to work with at attempting to minimize the issue.

I had great experience with "Moving Express &Storage INC" for pick up thru Safe Ship. The pick up was on time, Jonathan and Team handled everything carefully. Communication was well throughout process from whole Team. Great Team work. I highly recommend for stress free move. Quick and reliable for quick move!

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made moving fun! Ashley from customer care was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Of course we were excited to move into our new home, but the moving of our belongings not so much. That can be stressful, to say the least. So we decide to look into a moving company. Safe Ship Movers was an easy decision to make. After one simple phone call we were off and running! They took care of everything! Completely satisfied with our service!

We’ve always been hesitant to use moving companies because of horror stories about scams, hidden fees, and honestly just trusting strangers with our entire lives packed into one truck. Because of that, we’ve always moved ourselves with a U-Haul. That changed when we got an accurate quote from Elizabeth at Safe Ship Moving. The price was nearly the same as moving ourselves, and after speaking with her, we felt confident enough to take the leap.. and I’m SO glad we did.

My experience is that the sales people lowball the quote in order to get your business. This happened to me. The salesperson quoted me around $5000 for the move. I then got rid of about half my stuff and the final quote was $8000. When I asked how that was possible I wasn’t provided a good answer. The salesperson also led me to believe that I would likely get my things within two weeks. He did say that he couldn’t guarantee it but he stated at several times that I would probably get my items in two weeks. It’s been over three weeks and I still don’t have my stuff.

This business went through an inventory of all my items to be moved with exact measurements. They gave me a price and I paid it. They said they would be moving my items themselves and the items would not be taken out of the truck and reloaded into a different truck. Some ** guys showed up to my house with a different company name and quoted a higher price because they had picked up the contract from Safe Ship. They wanted another $2500. I didn't have a choice at that point so I paid. They said there would be insurance on all items.

Very professional company. The movers were on time and took extra special care of my furniture during pickup and delivery. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Called to get a quick quote. Spent 30 min in the phone where they tried 4 times to get me to put a deposit down on a quote after I repeatedly told them I wasn’t ready to schedule yet and that I needed to talk to my spouse first. They then moved me to the Manager who ended up saying “so you wouldn’t book this right now if I said the whole cost was $100?” I said no, I need to confirm with my spouse. He hung up on me right after that. They constantly talk about being a veteran company and how they like to help military. I told him from the beginning my spouse and I are military and they kept trying to use that as a selling technique when I just needed a rough quote. If you’re not ready to book right away be prepared to waste time and get treated badly.

Great service. Movers were very honest. Even found very valuable Jewelry that I had forgotten which they gave to me. They were very careful with all of my belongings and packed everything with great care. They were kind, considerate and respectful.

I definitely recommend these people. They are fast, efficient and well respectful. Highly built with speed and waste no time in doing the job. They are not expensive either. Way better than Uhaul and faster

Our experience was amazing January 1 of course I keep Car a snowstorm. Everybody ran late but when they got there, poor guys get out of the truck and they just hit it. They made everything so easy. They took care of everything, got it wrapped up appropriately. Can’t say enough good things.

Great customer service, from start with Brittany, Tyler, Jonathan, Reinier, Sebastian, Lorenzo, to finish with Dexter!, Great movers. Acted like they were their mom's stuff! Superb, could not have been better. Friendly, humorous, so helpful. Will use again!

Extremely clear expectations and good communication. Very easy on my end to follow the instructions. The initial conversation was very thorough and then the follow-up conversation double checked everything we had talked about before. They were quick and accommodating!

I'll be perfectly honest: I almost didn't stick with Safe Ship. A day or so after I signed the contract, I got cold feet. So, I called the company intent on cancelling. After an hour and a half on the phone, Joel and Grover presented a very compelling case and convinced me to give it a little more time and consideration. They even extended the cancellation window as a goodwill gesture. I decided to give them my business. But it came with the warning that any "bait and switch," "gotcha," "red flags," or other potential negatives would be met with consequences the likes of which their company had probably never experienced. They were confident that I would end up being a very satisfied customer. I wasn't sure if it was confidence or stupidity on their part, but I admired the "can do" attitude.

Moving is stressful and Safe Ship helped make it less so with their organization, professionalism, and communication. The movers arrived on time and were very competent and efficient. We moved from Pennsylvania to Ohio and the price quoted almost doubled by the time the move was over. They pressured me when I initially called and made promises they didn't keep. They sent a crew with a truck that was too small and were unable to get everything on their truck with no solution. We had to rent a U-Haul truck and pack the rest of our things and move them ourselves at an additional cost. They took 14 hour to pack our house and when they finally arrived at the new house another 10 hours to unload. I was extremely overcharged for the worst service I have ever received. When contacting the company they took no responsibility and offered no compensation. This was the worst experience of my entire life and they should be put out of business. They are total scammed and should be prosecuted. No one should ever use these people. They are criminals as far as I'm concerned!

Veniamin ** and his team were fantastic and extremely hard working gentleman. They were very thorough and walked the house with us to make sure we did not miss anything for the move. Truly appreciate these guys and the fact they were upbeat, positive, and courteous was very reassuring for our move - which everyone knows that moving is very stressful. Rushmore Van Lines INC. showed up and got right to work after going through the house and verifying what were moving versus what was staying. They were able to fix a problems that came up because they came prepared with everything needed.

They will milk you for every cent you have, the quote reels you in and sounds nice then it flips a 180 and you end up paying triple when all is said and done, go directly through a moving company. Do not use this broker.

I have moved cross country with Interstate movers prior and my move was good but a couple things broken. Safe ship got good reviews so I decided to go with them instead for my move from South Carolina to Denver. Huge mistake. The actual movers were nice but literally threw my stuff around and when it came time to move in, boxes were all different directions despite arrows. My furniture is dinged and scrapped and some other items broken but nothing bad enough to claim so I have to just live with it. The real awful part is the company itself and their customer service. My movers were 5 hours late getting to my location. No one texted or called to check in and no one from the company could tell me anything. I had a two week delivery window and when it started to get close to the end I contacted them. I kept being told my items “were in transit” and a driver would get back to me.

Forced to give one star they don’t deserve! I would NEVER in a million years recommend this company. They are crooks and don’t care about anything but getting their money. I was charged over $8000 for a 2 bedroom apartment move across the country. They scammed me out of an additional $2000 because their shady sales guy Mike “misquoted” something on my manifest, but I got screwed out of the $$ because of HIS mistake. They don’t listen and they take advantage of you when you ask them straight out for help.

The moving crew were very professional, polite and fast!! I really appreciated how carefully they wrapped the furniture. We went through the paperwork very carefully and checked off the items that was going to be moved and marked the items that were not going to be shipped. I would definitely go with this company again!

I had an extremely distressing experience with SafeShip Moving Services and MQ Movers, and I feel obligated to share this so others can make informed decisions. While paying in cash or cashier’s check was explained upfront, it was not explained why. It only became clear after going through this experience that this requirement exists to ensure the company is paid regardless of the level or quality of service provided, as full payment was demanded before unloading and before I was allowed to inspect my belongings. There were dishonest verbal promises and misrepresentation of the delivery timeline. I was repeatedly told someone would call me with updates regarding delivery, but those calls did not happen despite continued assurances.

Excellent experience with Safe Ship and Premier Moving and Storage. Very professional, courteous, and skilled. Would work with again, absolutely. Majd did a great job organizing and arranging my things efficiently and with care.

We contacted Safe Ship in September 2025 to get a quote for a coast to coast move. We didn’t have a move date, but we were pressured to sign a contract, which was first assessed at $15k. They insisted that we needed to put a deposit down to secure a spot for when we did have a move date. We did make a deposit of half the cost of the move, with a disclosure that we had 7 days to request a refund. At no time did they disclose that they were a broker and hired third party movers.

Really great experience, they keep reaching out every step of the way. I'm looking forward to the second half of the move thanks to the team over at SAFE SHIP MOVING. Things are going well. And so onward and upward. Highly recommend this company.

Safe Ship Moving has been a great service to my family and I on our out of state move. Especially during the month of December I had a lot of changes on moving dates and they were always on top of it and made my move worry free.

The movers were very professional and did a great job. I had a lot of stuff and they had to call for another truck and they were very patient and understanding. The move took all day but they didn’t stop until everything was done.

Safe Ship was a great experience. Was helping move my son from Washington to California and did not have to move anything. I have physical issues and I would not be able to function today if I had to move and load/unload the furniture and boxes. The movers and ASAP, who was contracted to actually move the units, were professional, courteous and efficient. Want to thank JP and Oscar personally.

We recently moved from MN to AZ, & I want to write a Huge thanks to Safe Ship! They handled my heavy furnitures and several large wardrobes with ease. No scratches on the floors or walls, and they even helped reassemble my bed at the new place. Their pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, definitely worth every penny.

**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SAFE SHIP***. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. They don't even deserve 1 star. My wife and I hired safe ship moving company to move us from Tennessee to Idaho. At first they were very thorough with the list of items we have that needed to be shipped and moved with them. We were given a discount at that time to get us to do business with them as well. A few days later we get a call from another guy who magically increased our price by over $800 for the move therefore making the discount null and pointless. (One of their tactics to nickel and dime you.) Claiming that we added more items when we didn't. He said we added 7 items. (Basically 7 medium boxes that I told them in the initial conversation/quote). (How does 7 medium boxes cost an additional $800+??)

I will start out. I am a veteran, and this was my last move to reviews online. Look, great. Initial conversation pressured to sell you. The move went ahead, read reviews. Military good, I will use them, showed up my house $7000 more. Everything agreed on had to change. Movers were mad, moving from Maryland to Florida. They held my furniture and everything. And said would be in a climate-controlled atmosphere, was not did not tell me my items will be taken off. The initial truck stored, put back onto another truck and destroyed in the process. Just a big items was over $10000 to damage. Do not use these people. They are just a middleman, you cannot contact them and tell the last minute and then everything is screwed up. Let's not talk about the movers. They use Mine like I said, destroyed antique furniture. All artwork was wrinkled and they will only give you a certain amount of money, caution, caution, caution.

The movers (Thomas and Antonio) were extremely helpful. They worked really fast and hard to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it in the home. They were very skilled at everything they were doing and were all the time.

All seemed to be going will as I spoke to Arnold. We went through the house room by room to get a quote. He assured me that the accuracy rate of the quote is very high. I paid thousands of dollars a couple of months in advance to maximize the discounts. A week before the move, I was contacted by Kevin the “QA” rep who began prepping me for a higher quote when we went through the house again this morning 12-22-25. I contacted Arnold again who assured me that the quote was solid. When we finished going through my house today the quote literally doubled in price. Kevin said I added a lot of items to the inventory and now needed a full pack. I had boxed the vast majority to the items myself in original manufacturer boxes since I have high value media gear for a home theater.

Setting up my move was quick and easy. Everything went according to plan and they took good care of my belongings. Customer support was very accommodating and helped me whenever I needed it. I'd work with Safeship to move again.

Ok this is our 1st time using a moving company. I’ve always just moved myself. Well we’re moving across country and Safe Ship Movers really went above and beyond to make sure it went smoothly. They will call you a lot from many different people to make sure that everything is going as planned. Luis ** called after the movers came to make sure it went all well. I’m very impressed. A veteran owned company that I will definitely use again.

I was lucky enough to get the best move team I ever had. I used moving companies a dozen time during my 25 year military career, but by far, the Star USA Moving, LLC team was the best. Now that it is all done I am very happy! Not just glad that it is over but very happy with the way it went. Safe Ship provided support and coordination throughout the entire process. It was communication from Safe Ship to it subcontractor American Central Moving and the subcontractor communication with the employees on site or on the truck that made this move a success. I must admit I was a little stressed out moving my family’s heavy furniture, antiques, Art, china and glassware across a thousand miles. Communication with Safe Ship by phone or online was effective and served to set up the process in advance. Prior to the move my daughter took the Safe Ship representative through the entire house using her iPhone while the representative itemized the inventory and to project the cost. This was sent to the subcontractor for review. The subcontractor showed up prepared and ready and on time communicating their arrival time.

Morris and his team were extremely personable, thorough, and efficient. They were on time and took great care of all of my furniture. Definitely could not have completed this move without them. Highly recommend them and Star USA moving.

Mark, Nikolai, Oleg were extremely professional and moved everything in a very timely matter. I will absolutely be using their services again and will be recommending. Without them I would not be able to have moved.

The crew from Rushmore Vanlines Inc. did an outstanding job. They where on time and very polite. They were extremely careful with all my belongings. Veniamin ** controlled his crew and answered all of our questions. I will recommend Rushmore in the future.

Be very careful about using this company. They require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable after 4 days. We canceled a month later due to a family emergency. They offered no refund. So we are out 8k. They did zero work and got to keep our 8k. Do not recommend this company.

Original Review: Absolutely bait and switch criminals. Hours before our move, their quote of $7,900 that we gladly agreed to went up to over $11,000! They kept our full deposit of over $3,500 and lied to our bank that we had "buyer's remorse" and that is why we cancelled our move with them. They are legally set up to operate with this business model. So much for supporting veteran owned companies.

Paul and his team went above and beyond. Very professional and efficient. Paul really took care of me, and gave me complimentary materials and discounts that made my long distance move a extremely smooth and pleasant move. Paul and the team made sure I was happy all the way. Definitely would recommend Paul and the company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I questioned the reviews they had (I found them as I was on the phone getting my original quote). They transferred me to a salesperson who gave a spiel about the reviews being only 1% and "lowered my price" only for the price TO DOUBLE after they had my non-refundable deposit. When I asked to speak to the person who promised my pricing, they said "Oh they won't talk to you, they just want the sale". My things arrived late and damaged - I took photos of how my things were tossed in and crumpled into the truck (only attached a few, but there are more). Every chance they got, they tacked on another fee. This company is a scam, they put you into duress before each new signature because you know you've already sunk thousands into using them. This move cost me 10k, and I don't even have my stuff intact.

I used SafeShip Moving for a move from Louisiana to Texas, and Moving Solutions was the carrier that handled the job. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The movers were punctual, handled my belongings with care, and kept me informed throughout the process. There were no surprises, no damage, and the delivery was completed as expected. I would definitely use SafeShip and Moving Solutions again.

Fast and reliable service. I don't have that much, but still need to move back home after 4 years in cali. Ilya and Dosan polite and professional, they've used blankets and plastic wrap for everything. Will use Safeship and Rushmore with a heart beat.

Thomas and Antonio with Rushmore were amazing, they were very delicate with all of our belongings and made sure we were catered to at every step! The guys we completely careful with everything we own, made sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way and the pickup went smoothly.

Seriously the sales agent was very rude. Told me not to raise my voice (when I wasn't even speaking loudly, just was saying hear me out). And told me I was head of the house and my wife was not. Who talks like that. I really wanted to use profanity, but am holding my horses to inform people that the sales agent they are using are aggressive and rude.

The crew did amazing job working fast and efficient. Be respectful of things and still respectful of my time! They were very polite and understanding how we both could be efficient in the long haul! Would recommend again.

Me and my partner have been living in Cali for a long time and to move for retirement to Arizona. My friend recommended Safeship and I called them. They gave me reasonable price and sent professional movers from Rushmore van lines, who packed and moved everything super quick, appreciate these useful hardworking guys.

Safe Ship set me up with Wayflowers moving and storage out of Charlotte. Ivegen, Angelo, and Jordan were great. They showed up in their window, beat their estimated arrival time, and worked hard to finish the job. I’m writing this review as they finish packing, so I’m unsure if it will all make it in one piece, but they seemed to show care while handling my household goods. They were polite and courteous. I have no issues with them, and if my stuff arrives unbroken, I definitely would use them again.

I would highly recommend Safe Ship. The movers were professional and friendly. They were able to troubleshoot problems that came up! For example we have a CNC machine and it’s about 1200 pounds and they figured out how to transport it. Al and Chris were amazing leaders and Jake ** reached out and was a great contact. Great job!

SafeShip did a fantastic job with my move from Mississippi to Pennsylvania. The crew showed up on time, took great care wrapping my furniture, and handled the loading efficiently. I appreciated the consistent updates during transit and the transparency around delivery timing. All of my items arrived safely, without damage, and exactly as expected. Updated on 03/25/2026: This is an amendment to a previous review. I reviewed Safe Ship in Dec., 2025 to share the horrible experience I received from their consigned carrier Fabri Express. Safe Ship themselves were great to deal with. In March, I amended my review, because Ashley from Safe Ship reached out to address my complaint further, which was appreciated. I'm amending my review again. Ashley has continually been in contact with me to share her concerns and conversations with the carrier. She has negotiated an additional settlement for me in the method of payment I preferred. I honestly hope they discontinue using the carrier I was assigned. However, the follow up and customer care I was provided by Ashley and Safe Ship warrants the increase in their review.

Really great deal. We are moving from Texas to South Carolina and they were the cheapest and best option around. Definitely recommend. They were able to schedule us 4 days out and provided very friendly service. They are a veteran ran business and are the best option military or not.

Safe Ship Moving & Storage did a great job finding my moving company, Safe Ship Moving Services. Any questions I had I would just call and they answered right away. They were there 7 days a week and were always very happy and helpful to answer my questions. I needed a service to pack and take already packed boxes. They set me up with Paul of Century Moving Services. I would recommend them to friends & family.

I asked them a lot of questions and they asked us a lot of questions. We thought that we covered everything. Later, we were told that my daughter’s move was subcontracted to another company. The day of the move was when the nightmare really began. The moving company reported to my daughter’s apartment hours and I mean hours late. They were rude and disrespectful. No disrespect, but they spoke the entire time in a different language. They tried to increase the estimate at the time of pick up. That should have been a RED FLAG. She had two days before her move out date. So, we could not hire anyone else in two days. This was the worst move that we have ever experience. I refuse to believe that anyone would give this company anything above a negative zero star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would not recommend Safe Ship Moving Company to anyone.

Updated on 07/06/2026: This is a scam. Don’t do it. They sell you out to other parties. Half my stuff was broken or stolen. My PlayStation VR in the box completely gone never arrived!! And the insurance is designed by weight so when they broke my heavy desk, my TV stand they broke my all my China dishes, my tables, chairs, and I went through the whole process that was so long and time consuming. It takes hours to put in all of this stuff and you have to take 100 photos of it!! They offered me $75!! Then you have to go get that notarized and I still have not seen the $75 to this day and I’ve moved five months ago!! I paid like $5000 for this move for everything I own; to be broken or stolen!!

Move was fantastic smooth as they promised when I booked with them. I strongly recommend Safe Ship for your next move. Alex and his crew do an amazing job. They pack everything with care and focusing in service.

Benyamin ** and his crew are the most professional, courteous, and hardworking people I have ever worked with in my many moving experiences. I was especially impressed with the speed with which they loaded and unloaded. I am an avid sportsman, and had a large number of bins, duffels, and tool boxes to move. They spirited them all out of the garage like magic, and did not even flinch when rolling my gigantic rollaway tool chest down a 12-degree slope into the new garage.

Safeship is a great company. Lewis is the best. He helped me so much. And Paul and his workers were outstanding, they helped me so well, they came early and wasted no time, they got the job done. They worked so many things out for me, and I’m very thankful for Lewis and Paul and his workers’ gratitude and understanding and supportive hands during this difficult time in my life. Overall SafeShip was a great company to work with. They communicated the price, timeline, and expectations well and frequently. The actual movers, Tamir and Gene, were phenomenal to work with and speedily packed our boxes and furniture into the truck. They showed up early and were efficient. What began as a very thorough informative discussion with all parties, ended badly because the broker, Zachary **, who did work very diligently lost patience with me because I did not respond immediately to his high pressure sales by securing a deposit. I explained that my husband had to be involved in the final process and that he wasn’t home at the moment and I needed an hour. He called back right away with another sales tactic. I expressed my concern again more firmly and he got upset.

Safe Ship movers did an excellent job, they were friendly, not just polite, they worked with my schedule and kept me informed. They were always ahead of their projected times and delivered my belongings on time and undamaged. They even asked me about their shoes, knowing it would be inconvenient to their objective. I don’t usually write these things on the phone but I just had to say something. The two young men from Rushmore moving company were just WONDERFUL, very polite and patient with me. They carried all my heavy things like it was nothing and were so careful, not a scratch on my furniture or the walls. They kept asking “Is this ok ma’am? Do you want this here?” and didn’t rush me even when I changed my mind a few times 😊. At my age that kind of kindness means a lot. God bless them, I would call this company again in a heartbeat.

Did not realize they are a Broker when I called. They conducted the inventory based on my home listing online. The quote/estimate was $2,000 more than when I went direct to other moving companies. Their site recommends you get three quotes, their sales try to push you into a contract immediately. I believe they released my phone number to other movers, as I immediately started getting texts from "Dispatchers" offering discounts on my move. Initially they were professional but the higher cost, the pushy sales, and releasing my phone number are not okay with me. I did not choose them for my move.

Safe ship was amazing starting from scheduling to delivery! The movers were on time. Professional, friendly and polite. They were very conscientious about moving the larger furniture so not to bump into the walls and doors!! Delivery was timely and again very conscientious about placing and reassembly.

A very smooth pick-up process by Plymouth Line Movers, under the auspices of Safe Ship Moving. They called to schedule our pick up just as planned. The moving truck arrived on time, calling 45 min out to keep us apprised of their schedule. The two gentleman movers were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. They took great care with all our items, padding and wrapping more than expected to protect each piece. They worked together very proficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. The documentation and payment process was handled equally efficient. We were very impressed with how great the entire pick-up process went.

The worst company and experience ever! As the previous reviews have stated, no one comes out to actually survey/inspect the amount of HHG’s on hand and then lowball a 3rd party company, who in turn charges more for pick up and delivery of goods. I’ve ended up paying an additional $7000 due to their lack of integrity. For them to be “Veteran owned,” they’re scamming Veterans and their families.

The move crew was respectful, and they were in and out in less than thirty minutes! The QA team, Dexter especially, were also helpful and made sure everything went smooth as possible! No hassle, just getting the job done!

So far, halfway through the move, I have nothing but positive things to say about Safe Ship. A small communication oddity was very deftly handled by my customer service contact person, Jake, and I am looking forward to the completion of a pleasant experience and the delivery of my shipment.

Safe Ship moving Brokers were very friendly and professional, and did not surprise me with any hidden fees, which is nice. 😃 They set me up with Rushmore Movers who were timely, professional and friendly. They worked diligently. They helped me with some packing decisions and what I thought were problems, but nothing was a problem to them. My storage room was smaller than I thought, and had they not packed everything in there so efficiently, it would not have all fit!!! They made everything go very smoothly AND quickly!!! Very pleased.

Martin and Luis picked up our furniture and delivered it safely. All pieces were wrapped to prevent damage. They placed the furniture as requested and removed all packaging, They were very courteous and friendly. A couple of the pieces were very heavy but they got the job done. There was some minor damage to the stairs. Hopefully, this will be taken care of quickly through their claims department.

We want to preface this by saying we have moved five times in just the last ten years due to my husband's profession. We are very experienced in the process. Our communication with Safe Ship Moving Services was good until the pick up day and of course they were paid. They subcontract out the moving services, which to us is also their responsibility. You would not look favorably upon an Internist to consult an inadequate Surgeon to perform an elective surgery. They consulted Blackstone Movers from New Jersey for a Pennsylvania to South Carolina move in the first week of September in 2025. We can of course, provide all detailed documents and correspondence.

Great movers, handled with care on a semi complicated unpacking, as some went to a storage unit and other items were kept off to the side to take with me to my new place. They allowed me to take the time to look at each box before deciding what went to which place. Friendly and kept in contact, and everything arrived and without issue. Definitely recommend.

Safe Ship gives you a quote for your move, but it is meaningless. I had over $500 additional fees added at the end of my move. My Salesman, Shawn ** promised me his quote was all-inclusive and he checked out both addresses of my move. Shawn and Safe Ship can not be trusted. Shawn left notes on my account and Jeff ** called to verify my moving items. Jeff was rude and not at all concerned with backing up the comments left on my account. All Jeff cared about was getting through his call list. No one at Safe Ship seems concerned about promises made during the sale. I would not recommend Safe Ship. Go with someone that keeps their word and stands behind the customer.

The initial and follow-up contacts seemed professional. They asked a lot of questions I expected. However, the day of the move everything went downhill. The original estimate went up with the follow-up call and again at the time of pick up. This made things difficult as we had to get additional money orders before they'd load, thus our stuff sat out in the sun for hours. The mover showed up 5 hours after the time he said he'd be there and had to return to load the following day. His 3-hour loading time turned into a 7-hour nightmare.

Initially told it would be full packing but went from $3600 to $9000. Pick up my furniture in an 18 foot truck and received a call saying that if an 18 wheeler can’t make it into my apartment then they would have to rent another truck to make the move and charge me for the rental. Totally different than what I was told from the start.

Ilya and Semen arrived early in the morning, worked fast, took real care about everything, recommend to anyone. These guys are PRO, thank God I've found Safe Ship and they sent Rushmore movers. They were able to take couple extra items with no additional charge!

Ilya and Gene have done an excellent job today; these 2 gentlemen were able to pack and carefully move our 3-bedroom house in about 4-5 hours. No claims at all, no questions, just keep working till it's done. Respect their attitude, absolute 5 stars for Rushmore and Safe Ship. Hope will never move again. This company does NOT move your home; they contract out to other companies. They have terrible communication with the contractors of their choosing and is basically hands off after you've paid them your down payment. They lost my leather recliner weeks ago, had me file a claim, and I've heard nothing. When logging into the claim it tells me I'm 631 in line. This tells me they lose things often. Do NOT trust this company.
