Good experience minus the lack of communication on location of my pod. POD picked up 11/24. Went to storage in FLORIDA. NOT ONTARIO Where I was being charged storage in US dollars. 11 months later when I was moving into a permanent home I called for delivery and discovered my pod was still in Fl. Waiting for a letter stating WHY I was moving to Canada. This had been stated several times and written on the customs form. I did end up getting my pod on time. But the fact I was charged 369.00 month US instead of Canadian was a huge extra charge.

Wonderful! Would 10/10 recommend for any moving needs. Wonderful service, huge size and great to use! We did not use the entire time. We only used it about 2 weeks so I wish we could have only paid for that and not a full month. It was so nice to have the time if we did need it though.

Each step from start to finish was easy. The POD was essential to our remodel. I changed the pickup date three times with no issues. Make sure you know all the charges in the beginning. There was a pickup fee that I wasn’t aware of. Great chance that was my fault.

The website is easy to use. The drivers are pleasant and cooperative. Delivery and pickup were on time and the Pod was placed exactly where I wanted it. The cost was exactly as stated with no surprise add ons.

I had to call a couple of times because my credit card would show a transaction but I could not match the cost to an actual service. This should be corrected. When I get an e-mail for a service, i.e. pickup / delivery, the cost of that service should be included in the email. Then I would know what I am being billed for. This is not the current practice.

I contacted PODS for my relocation from Austin to a nearby city. They made the process really easy by providing a portable storage container that I could load at my own pace. I had about 15 boxes and some furniture, all securely packed. PODS picked up the container on time and delivered everything without damage. The whole move was smooth and stress-free thanks to their flexible schedule and reliable service. I’d definitely use them again.

Great long distance move from a great moving staff! Picked up and delivered the POD when they said they would. Pick up and delivery drivers were helpful with Belongings and furniture arrived with no problems! Exceeded my skeptical expectations!! Highly recommend their service on any type of move and/or storage.

A family member had used PODS a couple of years back and I liked that I would be able to put my furniture and belongings into a place where I didn't have to worry about, so it would be safe, and I could unpack it at my leisure. I called PODS, and the rep I spoke with asked me what my requirements were because I wasn't sure what size pod I needed or how long it could stay in my driveway before they loaded it into a secure environment. She was good and answered all my questions.

We are so glad that we found PODS while we were planning for our move. It was super easy to schedule and load the items we needed for our move. It delivered smoothly, and pick up was prompt after we were done unloading after a few days. I think it is a super convenient option and will definitely use PODS again if we have to move again in the future.

Deliver 3 PODS, pick up after we filled them, store for 7 months, deliver to new house, and pick up when emptied. Prompt service when called, and professional driver service. Very pleased all around with the services. Would recommend to friends and acquaintances. We visited the PODS storage facility to retrieve a few things, and it was very clean and easily acceptable.

I like the fact that PODS can hold the pod at their storage location indefinitely or you can pay monthly, and then have it redelivered, which is a great feature. I got three of their 16-foot-long pods. They were in good shape. They were very nice and clean. The last pod was supposed to be picked up two days before closing of my home when the new owners are gonna take ownership. But PODS kept changing the pickup date and the time. The time kept slipping. I was at the house waiting and then it ended up going to the next day and I was freaking out because I didn't know if it was gonna slip another day with the new owners coming into the house. So, it was very stressful. But the first two pods were phenomenal. They were great delivery people, pickup and delivery. Overall, I'm still happy.

PODS delivered the container and found a spot to put it. We used it for however long and called recently to have it picked up. The gentleman that came to pick it up called me and he said that as long as he could get to it, I didn't need to be here, and it was gone. The only thing is that the pod is not quite as sealed as I would like, but then it is what it is. When you live in an area where you can have critters, they get in there.

I was redoing my house, so I had to move my furniture out and then back in. I reached out to PODS and booked one of their containers. It was right in our driveway, so there's no problem. It was very convenient. I got the 16 feet pod because they didn't have the size below that in stock. I probably needed it at the rate I was going. Plus it was at the same price. They didn't charge me any more for it. I used them for about six weeks, and I paid for two months. I also had to change the dates, with the delay with the remodel, and they were very accommodating.

I booked the pod over the phone and the customer service was good. Everything was okay with the pick up and delivery. The pod was good too.

I wasn't sure when my new place was gonna be ready and Pods offered storage as well. That was an incentive for me to go with them. I originally started booking a 16x8 pod online, then I called in and found out they also do military discounts, so I ended up booking over the phone. The discount helped me tremendously with cost-efficiency. Almost 90% of my stuff went in into the pod. Some shifted and there were some damage, so I filed a claim. Pods emailed me once I sent in all the paperwork they requested along with the photographs of everything, but I'm still waiting to hear back about that the claim.

The real estate agent gave us the information for PODS, but we already knew about them because of commercials. We booked over the phone and the customer service was fantastic. The drivers who dropped off the pod and picked it up were punctual and polite, and the pod was clean.

I got the largest pod and it accommodated everything I needed and wanted. I wish it’d been bigger, but it is what it is. PODS' price was a third of the price of a big moving company. I also hired movers to load it and unload it, and all that total was still a third of the price.

Pods are a convenient way to try and move from one state to the next. The drop off was easy. It’s just all the work to pack and load the pod. That is the hard part. It is costly to keep hiring someone else.. Move was 1000 miles.! Drop off again was excellent. The drivers with the machinery are very knowledgeable and very careful where they place the POD. No problems at all with that service.

I used PODs for an interstate move and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an option for moving, even just locally. Booking was extremely easy - I chatted with a customer service representative online and it was a very simple process and all of my questions were answered even via chat. I love that you can manage all of your move details online, and making any changes is very easy and you’re not locked into anything at the time of booking. My details were still very fluid when I booked but going in later to update things was a very simple process and they give you a generous amount of time up until the day of drop-off to still make changes. I received a ton of communication throughout the process so I was never left wondering if my POD was really coming or when.

This is how a business should run. Phone call, agreed on cost, set up dates, PODS on their end did everything that was agreed in a timely fashion. When a pickup up or drop off was requested, they say they will be there, they were there. The interaction with ALL the staff was great. I do highly recommend PODS!

The guys that dropped the pod off and picked it up were fantastic. The service was so good. PODS is A-plus. I had a great experience. All of my stuff arrived in perfect condition. The guy gave me a heads-up right out of the gate. Everybody was so great. I paid about 5 grand to get the stuff here and it was worth it.

I called PODS to book and the process was simple. The delivery was great and we had the pod for about a month. It went to storage and then delivered to the new house. PODS is convenient and easy to use. It's a little pricey but overall, everything’s good.

From the men who delivered the pods to the men who picked them up, it was a great experience with Pods.

I was contacting another company to compare the PODS pricing and when I told the customer service agent the amount that their competitor was going to charge. She proceeded to tell me how PODS was superior and what their company offered by way of protecting our goods in transit. Besides that, she offered us a lower price than the competitor. I was very impressed and everything went smooth from start to finish.

From the first phone call to a PODS representative, to the delivery of our empty POD, to the movers who packed our belongings, to the pick-up of the full POD, to the people we never saw who moved the POD across the country, to the deliverer of the full POD to our new address, to the movers who emptied it for us, and through the removal of the empty POD, our experience was absolutely first rate, really outstanding. We'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Kellie and team made our move seamless! Even with unfortunate events due to family emergencies, they were able to accommodate us even with such short notice. We appreciate the team working with us and being flexible. They coordinated the transportation of goods as well as the unloading at the destination. Highly recommend PODS!

Upon return delivery of pod the driver didn’t follow placement info and left the pod blocking the sidewalk and more than 20 feet away from placement spot. Neighbor said driver urinated along side the truck. I called to get pod moved and it would take 2 days before they could come back so I refused that and was given 3 extra days at no charge because the distance was much further that I expected the pod to be. The next month of billing started 10/17 we were charged a full months fee when we had turned in the pod before the new billing cycle with the 3 day extension. We shouldn’t have been charged at all but it took 4 or 5 phone calls to get it all straightened out waiting more of my time & adding to my frustration of having to deal with all the unnecessary complications of getting the pod back.

Dealing with the office was easy and pleasant, very helpful. Both drivers placed the PODS perfectly where I needed them. And didn’t rut my wet yard up! I will use them again if I need it. My credit card had changed and I forgot to change my autopay! They didn’t come pick it up with my things still in it, I just had to catch up on my account. Any storage facility would just sell my belongings with letting me try to pay it.

My experience with PODS couldn’t have been better! Excellent customer service, on-time delivery, and flawless storage — I received all my belongings in perfect condition. Communication through email, text messages, and with the driver was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’m already recommending PODS to my family and clients. After this experience, I’ll never rent a moving truck again — PODS only! 🚚💪

Remodeling our basement. Needed to temporarily move our furniture to replace the carpet. It was a good solution to move it out to the driveway and back again a week later. They delivered the POD on time and picked it up when we called to have it picked up. The door was a bit beaten up but it worked ok. The rest of the POD was in good shape.

Everything went as we had hoped. Really good company. Was what we expected for our move. All the people we dealt with were very polite and helpful. There was nothing broken in our move from Idaho to Az. Again thanks for all that you did to make our move go smooth.

Renting the PODS unit was the best choice for me as I was closing on the property I sold and the property I bought on the same day! I was going to have it placed on the street as I had a steep driveway, but the driver convinced me it would work out just fine by putting it in the driveway. I’m glad I took his advice, because it was so much easier to load than having to walk down the steep driveway to load! I would definitely use your PODS again if needed!

The communication and professionalism of all employees we dealt with both on the phone and in person were exemplary! Help on creating and making changes to our dates was extremely easy. The drivers and those working at the storage facility where our POD was located for about a month were excellent and helped up beyond our expectations.

The whole service was excellent. Always on time, communication was clear during the process. The support as well was really good. The PODS were clean and in good condition, really easy to use and the space is more than enough. I definitely would recommend the company for moving stuff. Personally, if I have to move again, PODS will be my first option.

My move, downsizing from a two story, four bedroom home to a half size, senior friendly, single floor home took 13 months. Having my pod in the driveway made my sorting and keeping process doable. I was able to keep donate and throw away. I hired pods recommended moving help to load and unload my pod. Their help was invaluable. The actual delivery, pick up, storage, and re-delivery of the pod itself was timely and efficient. Pods was not the least expensive service but as far as I’m concerned, they were the best.

Working with Pods was the easiest part of the entire move! Every time I had a question it was answered professionally and they made allowances/changes for us as requested. Everything was very, very smooth. Every driver we encountered was very professional and pleasant and friendly. We have already started referring Pods to our friends and family.

So much easier than a storage container. With the pod, you just have to load it once and then unload it. With storage you have to load it, bring it, unload it, when it’s time you have to load it, bring it to your house and unload it. Pods is so much better.

The whole experience was smooth. We were worried because we were moving cross-country. But everything went great! We coordinated the dates that we wanted the PODS (we had 2 16-foot ones) at our new house. The people on the phone explained the process and where the PODS would be stored after coming from Arizona. (They didn't come directly to the house). The drivers were fantastic when they dropped off the PODS. The driveway isn't as wide as we first thought. But the drivers were careful and the PODS fit perfectly in the driveway. We were extremely pleased all the way around with the whole process.

When I moved about 17 miles, I booked a 16-foot pod and the price was acceptable. The 16-foot pod was enough for my needs. It was my first time with Pods and they were excellent. I'd use them again in the future 100%. One of my good friends asked about it and I recommended it, so he's about to get a pod himself.

I used PODS for moving and then storage for a few months. They were very professional. I felt the pricing was reasonable, and I had no problems with the pickup and the delivery.

My mother passed away, so we moved her stuff from Arizona to my house in Oregon. We booked with pods and they were excellent and professional.

I booked with Pods online and it was fairly easy. However, every time I logged on to my account, it kept saying I had to change my password. That was a pain in the neck. Also, the customer service guy talked me into getting an 8-foot, which was too small. When they came, I said, "There's no way this is working for me.” So, then I got another one. I had a 16-foot, but I didn't really need it. I needed a 12-foot, but they don't do 12-foot across country. But my experience with the drivers was good. However, they didn't change my delivery date along the way as the same as it was prior and they weren't ready to deliver for another week. Then when I wanted to have it picked up, it was here at my new residence for longer than I wanted.

Everything was great except PODS kept the pod in our yard too long. It was three weeks before they could pick it up. But the guy that delivered and picked it up was great. Also, it didn't leak.

I was getting a garage floor redone, so I needed to put stuff in somewhere for three weeks. My wife saw Pods on a commercial and we booked a pod. The drivers arrived on time and everything worked out well. The pod did what it was supposed to do and gave me the storage space to put the stuff in my house instead of carrying it in the house.

I would highly recommend PODS. I had a pod sit in my driveway while I redid my garage floors. It was the first time I've ever used them and the service was phenomenal. The drivers were fantastic and polite in both drop-off and pickup. The price was perfect and setting up either online or by calling them are both productive and easy.

Using PODS is very convenient if you're having something done in your property. It's a great experience. They will come at the time that they promised and then pick up the pods afterwards on the time and date they promised. But PODS should explain more to the customers or put in your website the required room area or space that is needed for each kid of pod. They should maket that easier for customers to see. Also, I needed the pod for two weeks but their pricing is good for a month. It would be better if they could just make a breakdown. If somebody needs the pod for just a couple of days or a week or two, they should also have that kind of pricing.

We had to move my renters out of a couple of rooms. So we needed a smaller area to put the stuff in while we were getting it redone. We got the largest container from Pods and it worked out perfectly. However, I was surprised by the price at the end because I didn't quite understand they needed to charge me extra for picking it up. That should have been included in the thing. So that was a little confusing at the end. But their customer service was good. The people who came out were pretty good and they worked with us. Some information didn't get transmitted to the person who was delivering and then picking up and they were flexible enough to make that work.

My experience with Pods was awful representatives of the company. Hardly understand what you’re explaining to them. They constantly try to push the price higher then when something goes wrong with your items inside the pod they wanna deny that insurance was in place only to receive an email that we charged you an error for insurance and our refunding you your money for the insurance after the items in your pod broke.

Several days ago I booked a same-day drop-off and pick-up for Monday, November 3, 2015. Today, Saturday November 1, 2025 your scheduling department called to say your Los Angeles facility can no longer provide same day service and that PODS must reschedule for drop off on November 3 and pick-up November 4. I informed your scheduling department that I DO NOT AUTHORIZE any changes to the schedule and to keep the same schedule as PODS previously confirmed with me via several emails and text messages and in the contract I signed with PODs, which is now in breach because of PODS' actions.

Pods were great but the company doesn’t employ smart people. They had my dates and times messed up from the beginning and still continued to mess things after pickup. Called and got yelled at by them. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them. I would have rather rented something else from someone else.

The 16-foot container I got from PODS worked out perfectly. The whole process of booking it was an amazing experience. The drivers were really good.

I looked at reviews and PODS seemed to fit our needs. We got a 12-foot one. My interaction with the drivers was great and everything was delivered okay.

I had seen PODS in the neighborhood before. I just thought that since everybody's renting them, it must be good service. In fact, the service was super. Their drivers are excellent and were on time. Things were done exactly as they said they were gonna do. I appreciate PODS.

I needed to have a container moved twice and PODS was the only one I knew of. I got the biggest one they have. They tell you the prices upfront and it was easy to book online. The drivers were really professional, did it on time, and always let me know where they were. It was actually great.

I had to move 650 miles and I thought PODS was a simple and less expensive way to move. I got the 16-foot, but we should have had another pod because there was not enough room. After you book it, you have to do it online and confirm things, but everything was as it was explained and I didn’t have any trouble with it. The price was also exactly what they quoted me. Pickup and delivery went very well, too. I had a good experience.

I had a great experience from start to finish with PODS. They held my stuff, delivered it, and picked up the pod in a timely manner.

I had used PODS before when we moved from California to Panama City Beach and was happy with their service. So, I chose them again because I moved from Florida to Ohio, and then stored my belongings with them for a short time.

We went with PODS because we wanted control over our move, and we also found that utilizing PODS was a much cheaper route. I booked over the phone, and it was super easy. We got an 8-foot, and we did have to throw some stuff away, but if we had gotten the 10-foot, it might’ve been too big, and everything would have been falling over more. The lady driver who dropped off the pod was a huge help when the door was jammed ‘cause she was strong and we managed to get it open.

Terrible service and mismanagement. Their driver won’t drop PODs in front of my house. It causes me too much trouble to move out from the house. The driver won’t drop it on my lawn too, although the salesperson agrees.

My husband and I were moving from Texas to Idaho and decided PODS would be the best idea. We felt like we could get everything in the 16-foot container. I wanted to go to the original company that started the whole movement of these containers. From the very beginning, everything was very smooth. They’re very professional and thorough. They were very good about all of the discounts and applied them to our account.

I’m in Delaware and I am moving into a new house in Florida. I've seen PODS so I knew about them. I had questions when I reached out and each one was answered. I called numerous times to find out more information, and if they didn't know, they found out. I asked if people usually put down something underneath the pod when it's being delivered with the furniture on it, and they said, "Not usually." The gentleman that delivered the pod with the furniture in it said it was a first. He said, "You got a landing pad for me." I got some wood ordered from Home Depot and put down runners, a 4 x 8 ply, cut in half, and used that so that the weight wouldn't be directly on the perimeter of the pod. This way, it was spread out because of the ply that was put down.

It was so easy to access PODS information and easy to schedule. The price was good too. It was a breeze to navigate their system. I got the medium size pod, 16 x 8 feet and was very clean. Being so lightweight, I was surprised how sturdy it was.

I used PODS a few years ago. I got 12-foot pods both times and the size was just right. Their service is fast, easy and one of the cheapest. I looked at Pack Rat when I did it the first time and PODS was the cheapest. Their website couldn’t be easier too.

Overall very pleased with PODs. The online platform and the telephonic customer service reps were both outstanding. Drivers were good and always on time. Called ahead as well. Pods themselves were a little beat up but worked for our needs. I'd highly recommend based upon my experience. I was also very surprised at how reasonable the price was.

I used PODS for moving. Heard about them through word-of-mouth. I went online and also spoke with a representative to set up everything. They were more expensive than an alternative similar company. But it was very positive. The rep was well-informed, made it very easy, and was very personable. I did the 8 x 16, and it was enough for my needs. I would absolutely use PODS again if needed in the future.

My son used PODS when he moved and he was happy with it, so that’s why we used it. I did all the booking over the phone. Customer service was very good. We’ve been happy with the service.

Overall the experience in New Orleans and transport to Seattle was great. But once in Seattle we struggled twice with the same driver, he didn't want to drop off and pick up our pod because of parking space, he wasn't really clear on his instructions and presumed we knew how to save a spot on the street for the PODs. The other drivers that did drop off and take the POD were really nice and made things work.

We were buying and selling a house, but there's no way that we could do a U-Haul and rent one of those storage facilities. We didn’t know how long it would take to pack up the house and move it to storage and then have the storage unit moved. I researched a more streamlined way to do it, and I found PODS.

I needed to move from Florida to Pennsylvania and didn’t have a place where I could store my stuff. PODS had exactly what I needed for a competitive price. The customer service was excellent. They brought the 16-foot pod and placed it exactly where I needed it. We loaded it. They came on schedule and picked it up when they said they would. They kept it for about three months in a nearby area where we finally moved. It was just the easiest and best way to do the move, and everything was done very professionally. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was easy to book the pod and they sent out reminders all the time. They gave us a date that we wanted and it was delivered on that date. They called with a time frame ahead of time and it arrived within that. Then, we filled the pod up. We called and said we needed it to be picked up. They were right there like they said they would be.

We used PODS because we had to empty my son’s apartment so we could redo it, and then we moved the stuff back in again. Booking the pod wasn’t bad. The representatives were helpful and explained everything. The delivery guy was also nice and pleasant, and explained how it was gonna sit and where we were gonna put it, and helped us decide where would be the best place. And the pod was clean. It was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t need a lot of space. We just needed to put his furniture in it ‘cause he didn’t have enough room for it in his garage. We didn’t have any trouble with PODS at all. It showed up when it was supposed to, and then they came and picked it up right away.

We used it for storage for about three weeks. The cost was good and the driver was great. I'd use them again.

I’m on the roads, and PODS was recommended by USAA Insurance. The customer service was good and I had no problems, no issues with the PODS delivery drivers.

I heard that the people on my block used PODS. Their service has been excellent. The workers were timely to hit the door. I’ve already told people which company I use and what type of service I received.

We were extremely pleased with the service PODS & their team provided in our move. We had two PODS that we needed at different times as we staged our new home for the Parade of Homes with our furniture. From setting up deliveries & pick ups their employees went above & beyond to accommodate our needs.

I used PODS five years ago to ship. I had my aunt passed away and I shipped stuff from her place in Florida to mine using their service. It was super convenient. When I was booking, the online option would give me problems. So, I ended up talking to the representative for this time, and she got me straightened out. She was very good. The driver was cool and he picked the stuff and delivered when he said it was. Very good service.

After a battle with the movers, NOBLE MOVING AND STORAGE you were a heaven sent! We were allowed to pack things anyway we wanted too! I thought an 8’ would be too small… We literally got EVERYTHING in with not an inch to spare..I recommend PODS to anyone thinking about a move!

They came when we needed them and they were picked up and delivered when we needed them straight from one house to the next. YES, absolutely YES, I recommend PODS. The only thing I did not like was trying to get things done on the computer…the program kept spitting me out. Talking to a LIVE operator worked really well.

I had what I considered to be a very hectic move with multiple aspects of the move going wrong. I guess it was optimistic of me to think I could empty a house of 40 years of memories and thousands of useless but private records of paperwork from before shredder was purchased! I can’t think of a single part of the move that went as smoothly as using a Pod. They delivered it when they said, picked it up when they said and delivered it more than 800 miles away without a scratch. Every person along the way was professional and personable! I would definitely recommend them!

PODS people were very professional and polite. They loaded and unloaded my pods very carefully. They were prompt and called when they were going to arrive. The only problem was their call center didn't update my new phone number so when the driver called it didn't go thru even though I told them the new number.

I had ordered 2 Large PODS for my move. In speaking with the representative, we discussed how it all works and the true size needed for my move. It came to two large and possibly one small. I opted out of the small. The drop-off and pick-up for both states were truly amazing. The drivers know how to place and pick up their PODS. The overall experience was super.

The whole process was easy from speaking on the phone with customer service to schedule a drop off, to the delivery. Everyone was very polite and professional. My things were well taken care of while the POD was stored at a facility for three months. I also think the way they deliver and pick up the POD is really cool to watch.

I moved from crazy Portland, Or back to my hometown in Florida. PODS made it easy! I packed everything in the container, and the driver picked it up and off it went. The container was delivered on the day I requested. I went to ** and got two guys to unload my container. I went on the pods website and requested my empty container to be removed and a driver came two days later to pick it up. It was worth every penny to move from Portland and it could not have been any easier!!!!

I was very happy with the crew from Pack and Load services. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. I was far less happy with my experience with HQ. It was necessary to reconfirm (fine) but no one answered the call (I tried 5 times). I finally reconfirmed with the broker. In addition, if you really have to call the call center, be prepared for a half-hour on hold.

After my dad passed in Florida, I needed to get some of his belongings to my home in Maryland. PODS was a fabulous option. From the professional communication, to timely delivery and pick-up, I could not have asked for better service. The cost was reasonable and saved me the time it would have taken to rent a vehicle and then drive both ways.

We had a great experience with PODS for our move from Washington State to Southern California. The POD was delivered and placed exactly where we needed it and in the time frame supplied to us. It also arrived at our new residence on time and both drivers were very helpful. The POD driver who picked the empty POD up was also very helpful and polite. Moving is stressful... PODs made it easier!

The second operator that the PODS assigned to deliver my second container seems inexperienced, as he was struggling to straighten the wheels of his podzilla and had several attempts to put the container down. He damaged my pavers due to his too many attempts. He even paused to call probably their office to seek advice on what to do. I did not catch his name as he never introduced himself. He did not call me in advance like other operators; he just showed up in my driveway and did not bother to talk to me nor my husband.

Was happy with the service. Couple of minor items damaged but only because they were too fragile. Notifications were great. Time of delivery and pick up were also great. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Had to made one change to the placement of the pods, but done with ease. Thank you.

I couldn’t leave ZERO stars, but this was the worst horrible experience. My pods were not delivered when they were supposed to then they charged me an extra month of storage with no pro-ration. I called and got nowhere with the rep or supervisor. I definitely would not recommend PODS to anyone.

Pods were easy to use, easy to order, the price was reasonable, and the staff were professional. Highly recommend. The ordered POD was dropped off on time, and pickup and delivery were also timely. We were very pleasantly surprised by our experience using PODS! Everything went smoothly with pickup, transportation, and drop off. The customer service was great, and when I called with questions every representative I talked to was helpful and friendly. There was a little bit of water on some boxes in my POD when it was delivered, but luckily none of our belongings were damaged. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely use PODS again with a long-distance move or recommend it to others for that purpose!

We used 2 of the large pods to move from Ohio to SC. We staggered the delivery and pick up dates to allow for easier packing and unpacking. Every single driver was extremely professional, helpful and kind. Our pods were dropped off on time, each with a notification beforehand. We would HIGHLY recommend PODS to anyone!

I have used 3 16' PODs to relocate from Oregon to Florida. So far all the deliveries and pickups have gone well. My last POD is in transit to Florida now. I intend to use it for longer term storage. There have been a couple of billing items that were quickly resolved. Everyone from the phone support to the delivery drivers have all been very professional and helpful.

Ordering Pods went smooth - Reordered a second and was smooth - Pods delivered and picked up in Ohio went very well - When we got to Florida I went to Pods office in Daytona and only one pod was there - I wanted a certain pod to be delivered first - The young kid in the office was very nice and told me to come again the next day and unlock the pod so I could request the correct one be delivered.

I needed storage while we were doing a kitchen renovation. I booked online and the process was extremely easy. But what wasn’t clear was that delivery was only on certain dates in my neighborhood and you couldn’t tell that from the website. I picked the date based on my convenience and my work schedule and then the website automatically rescheduled the delivery without my participation in that process. I had to call and change it. Other than that, the guys that delivered were extremely professional and the cost was reasonable. Overall, it was a good process and it worked for us.

The order was easy to complete, delivery was on time and pick-up was the same. It was the large POD and met our needs-storage of furniture while hardwood flooring was installed. I was present for the delivery but it was picked up without anyone being around--a phone call to confirm as we were out of the country. I will use PODs again, when needed.

PODS made our long distance move easier. The recommendation for packer/loaders was great. I will say, I used the most experienced group (national company) who contracted with a local group (would recommend going local w/o going thru national-cheaper). Everyone from the PODS delivery guys to the pickup drivers were helpful, contentious and explained how the Podzilla worked, etc. No damage to anything in the POD. Loved that the POD was locked with MY lock and only we had key. We used #8 security rated locks. Would recommended if you have a 3 bedroom home, get at least 2 PODS, maybe 3 if you're taking appliances.

Moving with PODS was convenient. I was four or five hours away and I didn’t want a rental. All we had to do is schedule for them to drop it off, we load it, and then schedule for them to pick it up. Once I got everything set up, the move didn’t take that long and was probably within a week. It’s just that when they were supposed to have to deliver, there was a mix-up and a delay. I ended up waiting another week when I was told I was gonna get it before I actually got it. But the second time I spoke with a customer service person, they were really helpful and got everything moving when it needed to be. Overall, I had a good experience with PODS.

PODS service was excellent, however, the cost was WAY more than I expected. Perhaps I had not read the fine print as carefully as I should have. I highly recommend that your pricing structure be better clarified on your website so your customers are not in shock when they get the final bill.

Podzilla was fun to watch! Drivers were nice and made process easy. Drivers called when they were on their way and made sure to put in correct location. In order to move between states they made me call and book over phone which was annoying. Wish it could be fully online. Email communication was easy and efficient.

I used PODS for moving. I researched it online, and then I booked it over the phone with a representative. The pickup and delivery were perfect.

I needed to move three rooms of content to have hardwood floors restained. I used PODS to store content until this work was done! They were efficient and professional. I had to decide on who to hire to move the furniture, etc. I would have preferred to have the movers to have been included with the initial cost.

We moved our house of 36 years from MD to FL. We only took a few pieces of furniture and did a HUGE purge before moving. We rented a 16 foot POD and it was cost effective and perfect for what we needed. The drop offs and deliveries were timely. It was easy to change the dates for the drop offs and deliveries. I saved thousands of dollars by using a POD.

The POD was delivered when we requested and placed properly in our driveway. Pick up was easy to schedule and delivery to our new home was also on schedule. The contents were not shifted or damaged when we opened the POD. Overall, the experience was good, and the price was reasonable. I would use PODS again and recommend to others.

The person who dropped off the POD at **, and this same person picked up the POD at **, was great! He was friendly, informative, professional and knowledgeable. The people on the phone were very helpful and awesome when I had to change dates and correct the address. I needed to ask the person who picked up the POD from ** to please put out his cigarette and he willing did, because I live in the mountains with high fire danger. Otherwise he did a good job picking up the POD and delivering it.

We used a POD in our Newton MA driveway to stage and store furniture and other things as we downsized and moved to Cape Cod. When it was full, PODs moved it to Cape Cod, where we left it in the driveway for another month of unpacking at our leisure. Finally it was empty and they picked it up. This was an excellent experience all around--drivers were courteous and professional, booking was easy on the website, and it worked very well for us. Highly recommended.

This is our first time using PODS for a move and we’re very happy with the services! Delivery and pick up were managed well, and updates in the app were helpful. I recommend reviewing details in the app periodically for schedule changes - I did not always receive notice via email.

Pods was great and competitive in price. It was nice not to have to drive a truck also. Only negative thing I have to say is the referral service, Hireahelper, is a scam. They get you movers so far away from you, give you an overpriced quote. Then when you book, they tack on another 250.00 just to use their website; service. I canceled with them and paid less then half I would have paid.

From the delivery of the Pods in Idaho to the transport for temporary storage to the delivery of the Pods to our home in Washington State, we were entirely satisfied and confident our household goods would be safe, secure, and in good condition. We were extremely happy with the drivers who delivered and picked up the Pods on both sides of our move.

Everything fit. We had enough time to load and unload. Calling customer service was simple. They told us how everything was going to work and be billed. Everything was easy and quite inexpensive. Also nothing in the pod was broken.

Using a POD to move our household goods was great. We were responsible for loading and unloading. It was hard work, but worth every penny. We were given updates on the status of our POD as it made its way from California to Washington. We were contacted by the driver when they anticipated picking our POD up and the contacted again with an anticipated time of delivery. PODS provides a short video on how to pack your POD safely. We had no damage to our belongings because of this. Thank you for a smooth transition.

Customer service was were good. They’re reliable. They were very accurate for when we needed to be there, so I appreciate it. The only thing I didn’t understand were the pickup fees, but the quote was accurate.

Great company. They delivered on time... Picked up on time... Redelivered at my new house without damage... Had no problems with the company, drivers, or the pod itself... It kept my belongings safe, dry, and secure all the way from the hills of South Carolina to the shores of Florida.

I used PODS for storage, and I decided to use them because they have better reviews. The setup process was easy. I just scheduled online, and it took a week for scheduling and picking up. They brought it and dropped it off, and then came back when they were supposed to, picked it up, and took it to the storage facility. And then we only stored it for four months, and then they brought it back to the same house. The crew was professional, and the overall cost was reasonable. I will use them again if I need to.

I got a pod dropped in my driveway and then had it moved to the new house. Booking PODS online was easy. Everything flowed just fine.

I’ve seen PODS at a job site in the village. The booking process sucked. The guy I was talking to didn’t speak very good English and was hard to understand. I had to go over each question four times. After we got things set up, they called me back and would not distribute it to me out of Milwaukee. Milwaukee canceled it on me because they said I was too far away.

All deliveries and pickups were On time as scheduled. POD was clean and easy to load. Lots of hooks to secure the contents to on the inside. Pods are the way to go versus moving trucks. Load at your own pace. Also the low entry point. Is great versus lifting up onto a truck.

We’ve booked numerous pods online and over the phone and everything has always been fine. The pods were always clean, everything was right on schedule, and the drivers didn’t miss a beat.

A very polite driver arrived on time, clean POD, picked up and stored with no issues and no damage to my belongings. Delivery was also as promised by another friendly driver. The skill of both drivers was really amazing to watch them handle the POD. Very pleased with the service.

Container was dropped of on time and picked up. We were moving within town so it was so convenient to have had the time to fill it and call to have it picked and taken to our new home. This was my second time using PODS…. and both times the service has been over the top…. Highly recommend them.

Our business, The Junction Coalition. was going through a major renovation of our offices. We had no ability to store our office furniture, electronics, and artwork. We called PODS and got the price we needed. What else we got was amazing. The drivers, drop off and pick up were experts. They suggested the correct place to park our pod. Made sure the function of the rest of our area would not be impacted by the pod. We appreciate their kind and courteous service.

PODS was a superb provider of moving services including the recommendation of packing and loading support. They were accurate in their timing and delivery estimates and fulfilled their side of the equation on every aspect. All of their telephone and driver personnel were friendly, polite and efficient. I will be sure to use them again for future moves.

They DROPPED my Pod from a forklift in the storage center in Chattanooga. The insurance I purchased through them depreciated my crushed contents by 50%! Not only do I want the replacement cost of my contents, but I want my money back too. Nobody at PODS will return my call - not the Facility manager, not the Customer Advocacy Office, not whomever reads the emails sent to customercare@pods.com. Nobody!

PODs sells service to anybody regardless of whether or not they are a good candidate and make them deal with the consequences and extra fees afterwards. NEVER use PODs as they don't care about the customer and just rope you into unexpected fees and hassles. Specifically, they will tell you verbally that your delivery locations look good, then they make you listen to an automated disclosure that absolves them of all responsibility when your delivery location is not adequate. They will then hit you with tons of extra fees for the "special delivery" seeing your delivery locations are in fact not wide enough, etc. etc. As one fellow customer put it: "Don't use PODS unless you live on a paved football field".

We rented two PODS to enable us to empty our garage, reorganize storage and work spaces, then refill the garage (minus all the stuff going to charity or trash). The two delivery and two pickup drivers were met on arrival and advised that they had to stay on the 12 ft wide concrete driveway due to mud on both sides. Both delivery drivers managed to do so with no issues. Neither pickup driver stayed on the concrete. Each left a significant divot; one on the left side, one on the right side. When one driver was stopped while still maneuvering off the concrete, he immediately became defensive and continued onto the grass. The divots are not large but will take some work to remediate. The delivery drivers showed that it can be done. Neither pickup driver wanted to hear it. Other than that, the whole experience was good.

Reserving the POD, delivery and pick up was excellent. The drivers were friendly, professional and efficient. The POD itself was clean and kept our belongings dry. The phone system was cumbersome and removing my credit card from the account was too difficult (3 calls and lots of waiting). I would recommend to others, with these caveats.

We contracted with PODS to move our belongings from Oregon to Colorado. We used 2 PODS at different sizes and 2 different times. The PODS were delivered on time and in good condition. The last POD delivered to Colorado was unloaded in good time and we were able to have the POD picked up earlier than contracted. Everything was handled on time and efficiently.

We had a complicated job and a couple of changes (small POD for large, and different dates and locations). The telephone staff were efficient and thorough. Then for all the moves, we were lucky enough to have Clark running the placements and retrieval. He was a pro with the tight placement necessary for 2 x 16 foot PODS to be side by side in our driveway. It was a pleasure to watch him handle the machines. He was thorough, kind and had a few tips for both getting the sliding doors shut and for opening them once they were redelivered - since we packed them tightly making the opening a bit of a challenge. Also, I requested him for all subsequent moves and he kindly came.

PODS has made an unfortunate flood situation much more manageable. This was our second flood in three years. PODS delivered the unit we requested in a timely manner and with upmost respect and professionalism. I don’t know what we would have done without the easy access to a unit in our driveway. Thank you.

PODS made this last move for us so much easier. Instead of getting a uhaul and having to get it all done in a day or two we were able to take our time and not hurt ourselves (you have a month with PODS). They bring it to you, pick it up and deliver it to your next location. You don’t have to worry about driving some big truck through crazy traffic. And when you’re done they come get it. So you don’t have to worry about taking back after your exhaust from unloading. Not that I plan on ever moving again but if we do I will be calling PODS.

When our family was planning our move we wanted control over our own possessions and do it ourselves. Since we were moving from Hawaii to California it required shipping a container. PODS were just what we expected the whole process had many steps. The Hawaii team and the Oxnard team were what made it work smoothly. I personally visited both sites & was impressed by their Professionalism! From the Front Office Staff, Warehouse Forklift Driver, POD Delivery of the POD to the pick-up to go driver, all employees were helpful & friendly. I thought the bulk of the process was great. My only complaint was the difficulty of getting my pods to my house at the end of the process. At first they told me it would be almost a month before I could get my stuff to my house even though the pods were in the same town. My destination Pods center seemed to have considerable issues with manpower.

First time using PODS and we were blown away by the experience from start to finish. From ordering our POD over the phone and scheduling pick up and return, to the drivers delivering and picking up during the time windows they projected. It made our life extremely easy. We cannot thank PODs and their staff enough!!

We used Pods to help us deliver our household from Buffalo NY to Denver, CO. Terrific to work with. Such a great staff, from the moment we called to our delivery at our old house to new address. Everyone was very professional, ordered 1 pod and realized we needed another pod and they accommodated us with no issues. Our pods were delivered to Colorado, held in storage for a month and then nothing delivered as we requested.

I had multiple items broken and they add the insurance without asking and when you file a claim, they say nothing is covered unless there was a fire or flood. Complete scam and was super expensive. I should have gone with the movers, at least they load and unload. I will never use them again.

Left 8 messages for someone to call me back No call back yet. Same thing happened to the original claim, no call back. This is not acceptable! This company could care less about the customers!!!! Please do your jobs and call me back and take care of my claim, it's been too long.

Happy to have a company to store my daughter's things on college move out and then deliver to her new location in the fall. Communication about pick up and delivery was good. Not great communication when had to speak to someone at the local site. But overall happy w ease of use.

The moving experience with PODS was all good. I spoke with someone over the phone laying out my needs ahead of time and so when I was ready to order and move forward I had all the information I needed. The prices matched what I was told so there were no hidden fees after the fact! My only issue was with the refund policy, I do not remember nor is it in my notes, that after 3 days, you will no longer get any refund for the month. I was at 5 days-one of which was a Sunday-so I felt I little taken there.

We moved house from WA to TN. PODS provided a cost effective means to transfer all our belongings. The Pod provided was clean, exactly as described and easy to load. Drop off and pickup on both ends was efficient and very professional. I am happy to recommend PODS to any future house or office movers.

Overall, I had a great experience with PODS for my move from Texas to Missouri. Reservations were quick and easy. Everything was thoroughly explained and the price was affordable. Delivery of the first POD was on time. Only issue was the lock I paid for was not delivered with the POD. It was easily refunded. Pickup of the first container and delivery of the second container also occurred on time. I was a little panicky about the 8 ft size of the container. I called and they made it easy to change to a bigger container. I changed my mind again and received great customer service. Shipment and arrival of first container was on schedule. Arrival of second container was on schedule and coincided with the arrival of the folks who helped me to unload. The door was stuck on the first container as the load shifted.

The driver called to notify me when he was en route. He was respectful of the property while navigating the space. The process was quick and easy. I really appreciate him answering my mother's questions. He was punctual, professional and very respectful. PODS has been my go-to for storage for years.

Driver did in excess of $25k damage to my wrought iron gates with the POD trailer and never told me. He came back with a second load and never told me. I reported it to PODs HQ and no response to date. I sent a detail write up and 13 pictures of the damaged gates. They were made of 2” thick wrought iron and they were broke completely in two places and smashed in. To do that much damage.

Wonderful service from beginning to end. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. They kept me informed about the date arriving and being picked up. Couldn’t be more pleased and will use PODS again. The PODS were delivered in timely manners and picked up when I was told. All good! I think it’s a wonderful and very convenient service. From beginning to end! Couldn’t be more satisfying.

Arrived when agreed. The driver placed the pod exactly where it needed to be and I with help was able to get it packed and ready for the agreed upon pick up time. Since my new location wasn’t ready, the pod had to be stored for a short time and then it was delivered to my new location right on schedule. This was the best decision moving wise! Customer support was there every step of the way. I loved the fact that you pay as you go and not all in one shot. Real time updates (calls, emails, text) of what to expect and when drivers will arrive. Customer support is very helpful and answers any questions whenever you call. The pod is clean and I got the biggest pod in size which moved a 3-bedroom house. PODS was recommended to me by a family friend and now I will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving. I used PODS to store my luggage for two months. The service was excellent. There were no delays and everything went smooth. Only recommendation would be if they can provide a six hour service window at least 48 hours before would be great for planning as this helps in planning to make arrangements for the pathway to be cleared for placing the POD.
