I found the company informative and efficient along every step from drop off to pick up. They provided information when I needed it and the drivers that delivered and picked up were excellent at their job. The people in booking the service also were thorough in letting me know service fees and what to expect and what to do prior to delivery and pick up.

The ease and convenience of the PODs made our move easy. The communication, delivery and pick up were great. Not having to rush while packing made the move less stressful and the cost compared to using a moving company was so much less. It was a great value and a great experience.

We rented a driveway unit for storage...It was efficient and served our needs! The cost was reasonable and the drivers both delivery and pickup were professional. We would recommend PODS to our friends and would certainly use PODS again in the future. Happy New Year and have a nice day!

Pod is the best experience I’ve ever had with moving. I’ve used the for 4 moves (md, la, nv, la) and everything was seamless. The helper they recommended were courteous and on time, calling when they were on their way. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also discounted my order for being a repeat customer.

Thank you, great service provided, very helpful on the phone setting up the appointments and answering all of our questions before moving my dad out to us. Would recommend the drivers to not have flat tires or to check beforehand, so that way they can place the pod where we want.

PODS made my cross country move super easy. Everyone I worked with was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I made several changes through the process and it was really easy to contact customer support and make changes. The website was easy to navigate, too. It was a great experience all around.

We moved from the West Coast to TN. We utilized 4 PODs total. We loaded two PODs before listing our house and then two more after the house was under contract. The PODs were stored at local PODs location nearby until we told them to ship them to TN. We staggered the deliveries two at a time because our driveway had enough room for two at a time. We never utilized the feature where we visited our PODs at the local PODs storage location. But what a cool feature. Anyway, working with PODs was incredible and I would recommend them to everyone. Every interaction with their staff (drivers to phone reps) we comforting and professional.
My dollars were so very well spent. We have a large extended family and I will tell them all use PODs. But more than PODs professionalism, using PODs allows us to control the packing and the move timing. We never felt the stress of meeting a timeline set by a standard moving company. Our pods were dry, undamaged and unopened when they arrived. WIthin each POD, we utilized our own locks, ratcheting webbing, and moving blankets that we purchased at Harbor Freight. The webbing was used to keep contents from falling against the POD door and preventing it from opening. We had no problem with the POD doors.

I was in need of on-site storage and I remember seeing the PODS around town. I checked out their website and it was so easy to book one. Everything was online, no waiting on hold, super easy to schedule drop-offs etc, price was great. The delivery driver called before dropping off and recommended a spot to drop it. Scheduling a pick was just as easy. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience for loading, storage and delivery of our four PODs. Our only dissatisfaction was with the raising of the price of our fourth POD because it wasn't ordered with the first three. I had requested this be reviewed two times and was never responded to unless I had called back myself. Since this transaction was through Costco as an Executive Member, I had hoped that there could have been something done since our belongings were stored for five months. This price change ended up costing me money that wasn't told to me when they said I could order additional PODs at a later date.

Using PODS for moving was a great decision. The customer service agents were helpful, clear and empathetic with every call. The service was exactly as described, and the portal let me manage my PODS timetable. PODS communicates your timetable frequently (maybe just a tad too many texts, but better that way than too few). Drivers arrived almost exactly as scheduled. I had one unexpected poor experience with the very last driver, who took his disappointment with placement of the POD near snow out on me, and then on the POD when the Podzilla punched a hole into the POD with one of the guiding wheels. I sure was glad the POD was empty, or we unquestionably would have had damaged furniture. Aside from that poor interaction, the team and service as a whole was excellent and I highly recommend.

My entire experience with PODS was excellent. Reservations were easy, communications were extensive and detailed, delivery and pickup in FL were seamless as was the delivery and pickup in WI. I was appreciative of the care the delivery person showed to my sight-impaired family member who received the POD in WI. Keep up the good work!!

We are very happy with our PODS experience. We used PODS to put our belongings in storage for a while, then moved to a new city and had it delivered. It was easy to make our initial booking, make changes to our delivery dates, and schedule a visit to the POD while in storage. We were very impressed with the care of the POD while in transit, our belongings did not move/shift around. We also liked how it was stored in a warehouse (versus outside in the elements).

Pods was wonderful--price was right, drivers were great, timeline was a little long but the efficiency of your group outweighed the timeline. Was keep fully informed of everything through email. Drivers would call and give me a window when they would be there and were very professional. Would highly recommend Pods to anyone. Enjoyed watching how the pod was put on and off the truck.

I was afraid that working with PODS would be complicated and expensive. Just the opposite. Easy to order and schedule online. PODS were delivered and moved as scheduled, drivers were efficient and professional. Priced very reasonably. I especially liked that friends and family could load and unload at our convenience.

The process was smooth and efficient. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered quickly and taken care of without delay. The technology being used is very cool, and you can tell that Tim was very experienced with using it when delivering and picking up the container initially. Driver picked up wrong pod. Now the other pod that needs picked up isn’t going to be picked up when scheduled. I’m not happy at all. We worked hard cleaning it out so it could be picked up. Since your driver messed up, even after I told him which one to take, we have to wait a week. Not happy.

I had a great experience. From the person I spoke with to book the pod to the people that delivered and picked up the pod. All around, I would recommend this service. It was seamless and priced well. The pod we chose actually fit way more than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

This was my first experience using PODS and it was great. I used them for a move out of state and everything went flawless - they did a good job of informing me when the POD would be dropped off, delivered, and picked up again and the drivers were great - they dropped off the POD exactly where I told them and I couldn't have asked for more!

I booked PODS over the phone and they explained the process. There was very little pressure on me to do it. I was definitely satisfied. The container was a little big, and I might have been able to get by with the smaller one, but it worked out fine. The drivers on both ends were great, both delivering the container and then coming to pick it up, although I wasn't around when they picked the container up in Arizona. But it got to Oregon with no issues.

I used PODS for storage. I checked other service providers and PODS' prices looked better. Their online booking process is user-friendly as well. It was easy to do. The driver was friendly too. In fact, we chatted when he was here and when he delivered and picked up. Though PODS was a little high on their prices, it was great as far as using them for what I needed them for.

We were selling a house and needed to store some things to be able to show the house. It was convenient using PODS and my experience with them was great. The first time, we weren't home but they told us when they were coming and called us on the way. My husband was here when they dropped the pod off to our new house. They stored it for a month 'cause we weren't ready for it. They were excellent. We also got the service on a sale, so it was a reasonable price.

We didn't have a place to go and had to store our belongings. I wasn't physically able to do process of putting it in a truck, taking it to a storage unit, unloading the truck, then finding another place. We liked the convenience of using PODS and we booked the largest pod over the phone. The drivers were great. We had some damage to some items inside including table and chairs that were scratched up, but it wasn't anything that they did other than the moving of it. However, it was a little pricey for the length of time that we had to do it for.

My experience with PODS was very good. I used them before in 2013 and decided to use them again. I like that they were very flexible. I got the biggest container and the drivers were excellent.
PODS did a system update and they charged us for a date change that we didn't initiate. Once we called them out on it, they immediately refunded because they admitted their computer system was during an update. The lock was also put on in the unlocked position by accident by my son, and they called me and they waited for me to show up to relock it. It was great. Kudos to the driver who waited. We're very happy with that.

I booked with PODS through their website and it was pretty easy. I opted for their largest pod and although it was mostly satisfactory, there was an issue with the door being slightly uneven when shut. Despite this minor problem, the pod was clean and sturdy with no leaks. Overall, I found the service reliable, and I would recommend PODS as a convenient option, especially when coordinated with USAA.

I was thrilled with the service, but an extra monthly charge appeared on my credit card bill 6 weeks after pickup. I reached out to customer service via the chat, who said they would send it over to billing for a refund. Simple mistake, simple resolution, but it could have been missed had I not checked my credit card statement.

Would have been happier with pick up of empty pod if driver had stopped to close driveway gate so animals could not have escaped. As you can imagine, this created a huge problem for us in trying to recapture every one especially animals at a new location who didn’t know how to get home.

PODS was great. This is the second time I've used them and I used a 16-footer and a 14-footer this time. I had them in storage for two and half months and then they delivered them to my new house. The booking process was easy and the delivery was all good. I really liked the driver, Lee. Didn't have any problems at all. They really make it a lot simpler.

PODS was wonderful. I had done them before and liked it. The men who come out are very nice, incredible, and just so precise. We moved and we loaded all the small stuff in the pod and locked it and they picked it up. Then the movers came and took the big stuff and then we unloaded it and it was easy. It was worth it.

I needed to store and transport furniture and PODS gave me a better quote than the one I got from UNITS. It was a very easy process. I called, told the representative what I needed, and he said he’d get back to me. He called me back in 25 minutes and gave me the complete process, cost, and it was easy to make a decision. I've been very happy with their service.

I got the biggest pod to take my stuff out of my mother's house so my stuff didn't get mixed up with hers. The pod was storage for a little bit. A woman brought it and she was phenomenal. We have a low hanging power line over our driveway and it is not flat. It goes down and she couldn't get the truck with the pod under the wire. So at the top of the driveway, she lowered the pod and had a little motor, drove the pod down and positioned it in the driveway. She was very confident and nice.
When they came to pick up the pod, the guy pulled in the driveway, looked at the pod and left. So I called PODS back and said the woman did a great job. They were very nice and said that they would schedule her to come out, but on a different day. That was fine, but I don't think it was her. I wasn't there when they picked it up, but my neighbors told me that it took them a long time to get it. They had some trouble. Still, I was so impressed with the woman. She was wonderful and so competent.

PODS is probably the best way to move considering how easy it was with the pod being right in the driveway, not having to lift up into a U-Haul and not having to drive with it. At first, I was tentative ‘cause it felt like a scam. It was kind of weird having to set it up on the phone. I felt like it was kind of an outdated system. But then once we got started, I was like, “This is amazing.” The guy I talked to was super nice, and I ended up getting a discount, so that was helpful. Pick-up and delivery was amazing. The drivers were on time for everything. It was super easy

Navigating the PODS website was very easy. The delivery guy was great. The delivery was fine, but they missed many times for the pickup time they had scheduled it for. I was here the day they were supposed to pick up and I spent the day here. I had to work from home. I thought I had to be here, but they were not clear.

The whole experience with PODS from beginning to end was perfect, and the booking process was very easy. The driver came on time, set the pod up in the driveway, and dropped it off. We spent a few days filling it up and then they came back, retrieved it and moved it East for us. And when it got delivered with all our furniture and stuff in there, everything was fine. Nothing was broken and everything was clean. I’ve moved a lot and it’s the easiest moving experience I've ever had. It's great.

I used PODS for convenience, since they would do most of the work, and they’d deliver the pod here. We could empty it in front of my house. And the price was about the same as having a moving company do it. The booking process, and communication was good. The emails were clear.
I wanted the pod moved to a storage facility in Maryland, but I couldn’t because they wouldn’t allow any PODS or PODS carrier near their units. A PODS driver had damaged the parking lot when he put the pod there. So, instead, they had to bring it in front of my house, which I would have preferred not to do. But it turned out to be fine.
The drivers were easy to work with, and it was all done in very good communication style. Everything was done in a reasonable and timely manner.

The booking process with PODS was simple. I got online and looked up their number and made the call. And customer service was an easy transition. They ask what I am moving, how much I'm moving, and if it's heavy.
Delivery was fine. The condition of the pod was clean. I didn't like it at the end because, where I moved to, it was only supposed to be for two days and I had to wait till after the weekend. They were supposed to pick it up on a Saturday and they didn't pick it up till the following Monday.
Communication wasn't difficult once I spoke with them. But just the fact that they never came and picked up the pod and I had to call them on that, that was the only negative. Other than that, I would use them again.

PODS is more convenient over other moving companies. I had no problem with the representatives. Everything went fine during the move and they were okay for what I needed. I just don't like the marks that they leave in your driveway when they leave.

The are very departmentalized. AND each department does not communicate effectively with next. When one department makes mistake … they are quick to deny accountability and responsibility leading to no concern to retain you as customer or need to make anything right. I ordered a pod that was never delivered to my address to be loaded … It was mistakenly delivered to some other residence … It took months to resolve despite the house it was mistakenly placed at calling them to remove it. Do not use … No accountability.

PODS was good. I needed it just for temporary storage. I was having my floors done and I wanted to get as much as I could out of my house so that when my cousin's doing it, the stuff is out of the way and he can do the floors and everything.
They came and dropped it off when they said they would. The pod storage was very clean and it served its purpose. I got the medium-sized container. I was able to store my stuff in there. And I did forget to schedule a pickup time, so I had to call them for that and got charged for an extra month, but it wasn't as much as I thought.
I didn't see the guys when they dropped it off or picked it up. They did call to let me know that they'd be there and it was gone when I got home. It was there for about a month and a half, but I needed it out of there when it was going to snow soon. So I emptied it out and they came and got it before Thanksgiving. They were pretty good about working with me for picking it up too.

Do not do business with this company. Spent thousands of dollars with them, returned my pod and they still charged me for a month's storage. Admitted they made a mistake, but will not refund my money. I’m considering a lawsuit. Again, there are other options. Do not do business with this company.

I chose PODS because I liked the amount that they were charging per month. I also liked how the video showed how they were delivered and how they were taken away. And it was done exactly like the video showed me.
The booking process was easy. The pod itself was clean and sturdy. I wanted the pod on my property, and I really liked the man that delivered it. He knew I was gonna have it a month or two, and he cared about exactly where to position it for me because he could tell I was particular.

The interaction with the PODS representative was very good, but not afterwards. I was selling my house and building a house, and there was gonna be a delay between selling and repurchasing, so I was gonna be homeless, so to speak. No one from PODS bothered to inform me that they would only be available to deliver on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and I closed on the purchase of the home, Wednesday afternoon. That meant I wasn't gonna be able to get my stuff until 6 days later. Had I been told, I could have changed closing by one day and would have gotten the PODS on Wednesday without a problem.
When I went to schedule for redelivery, it was a very difficult conversation because the representative did not speak English very well. 35 minutes in, she informed me it was gonna cost me $80 extra per pod to schedule a Wednesday after 2:00. And I was like, “You didn't mention that 32 minutes ago. Let me have your supervisor.” So then the supervisor gets on the phone and informed me there won't be a charge because they can’t provide that service. I asked for the supervisor’s supervisor, who then said they can only deliver on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. I told them I’d be calling corporate and hung up the phone.
I could not get a PODS corporate office phone number, but I found an alternate number. I got a gentleman who said, “This is a simple solution. Within 24 hours, you'll get a notice whether we can do a Thursday delivery or not.” 16 hours later, I had an email that my pods were gonna be delivered on Thursday, the 20th of November. A week later, I get an email that delivery had been changed back to the 19th of November, which is a Wednesday, which if they showed up before I closed, nobody would be there to tell them where I wanted the pod. And technically, it wasn't my property yet.
Fortunately, I had a hair appointment the next day, and the barbershop that I go to is basically across the street from where the PODS warehouse was. I was planning to go over to PODS, knock on the door, and talk face to face to somebody in administration. On the day of my appointment, I got an email that the schedule had been changed back to the 20th, which was Thursday. Still, after I got my haircut, I went over there, and the forklift driver gave me his boss's cell number. Turns out she was on PTO. But she took my call and apologized for changing the dates. She said, “If you have any more issues, you just call me.” And I never had another issue. Showed up Thursday.
When I finally finished loading one of the pods, I ran a rope, but I kept having trouble opening and closing the door. My rope was catching the door latch because of the location of the tie area. So, it's basically a default or a defective area that causes an issue. PODS also requires a lock when it goes to storage, but it’s a very thin piece of metal that slides, and a pair of tin snips could cut it.

The online experience with PODS was easy to do. I went to the website and I just selected what I needed. I wasn't too sure about the sizes, but I did select the bigger one. It was easy to set it up. Just pick the size and pick the time. I picked three months, just booked it, and they delivered the day that they said.
There was a lady who came to drop the container off. She was very nice lady. We didn't talk much, but she just said that the driver was good for the size of the pod and she proceeded to drop it off that day.
Everything was fine up until the point that I needed to book my return for it. They never mentioned that they had a return fee. I reached out to them via chat to make sure they don't charge me another month of the pod. They told me the date that I had to book for it to be picked up so I didn't get charged another month and they assured me I won't be charged. But after they picked it up, I saw a charge of $75 in my account for a pickup fee, which was not mentioned anywhere. That was the only sour thing about it. Everything else was fine. It allowed me to do what I needed to do and I appreciate that.

Overall cheaper and easier than most services. However, they are very inflexible and unhelpful should anything go awry. I had to change addresses after I had it shipped out and when I called the representative said the system would not let them make the delivery from the current storage facility as the new address was too far. In order to ship it to that new address they would have to ship the pod to a warehouse in that state which was almost 6 hours further than the current facility and would have to charge me more for that service. As long as you're fine with doing all the work yourself and don't expect any changes it's not bad.

A wonderful experience at both Pompano FL and Loudon TN. Constant contact from administrators and Pack and Load employees, was very reassuring. I am beyond happy with my experience. All your staff were professional, super friendly and an absolute joy to deal with. The driver was prompt on delivery, pickup and one move that needed to be done. Generally, our experience was a very positive one, from start to finish. From agents on the phone to delivery and pick up drivers - all very pleasant, easy to communicate with, which is indicative of them loving serving people. With the exception of the driver who picked up the first container in Vancouver, 4 hours early. Based on communication via email from PODS, the pickup window was 12pm -3pm. He showed up at 8 am (5 am email said the window was 12-3). This young man, who has a ** accent, had a smug, righteous, smart ass attitude with my wife and then with myself when we told him we’d be ready at noon when container was to be picked up.
I understand there are no guarantees in your business with pick ups and drop offs. One thing PODS should guarantee, is that your drivers not have a smart ass, condescending attitude - this guy obviously didn’t have any clue who was paying him his pay check. Probably the only thing PODS can do at this point, is to make certain this punk isn’t out on the streets representing your brand. He is doing you a disservice. He shouldn’t be on your payroll. PODS was the only one who was able to accommodate my quick turnaround time. I had to get out of my house ‘cause settlement came. And I was planning to use U-Haul, and my son-in-law was gonna fly down from Pennsylvania to drive the truck for me. But then we had the government shutdown and flights were either delayed or canceled, just the insecurity of whether or not my son-in-law was gonna get there to drive the truck, I needed a sure thing. And PODS helped.
The representative was very nice. He told me I needed two pods and that I could manage the whole thing online, and I ended up doing that. They sent me frequent communications about upcoming pick-up dates, drop-off dates, and pick-up dates. They were very much proactive in moving things along.

We had to clear out the house a little bit so we could stage it for sale. And we weren't quite sure where we were going yet so we just stuck it all in a pod. We got the largest pod.
The PODS customer service was good. The pricing was reasonable, except if I had any qualms about the operation, it would be the pick-up of the empty container cost me nearly as much as it would cost to take the full container from 120 miles. The final bill for picking up the pod from here to a storage unit in Bellingham, Washington was about 750. And to pick up the empty pod, they charged me another 650. I asked them and they said they notified me about it, and I told them I don’t recall being notified. But I'm 71 so it could well be they did notify me of it being that steep of a pick-up charge. I went over the contract again and I didn't see that indicated there.

PODS customer service was really good and the representative was very helpful. And the PODS people, when they picked up and dropped off, were really careful not to damage my property.
I was so impressed with the drivers because they just were so professional, on time, and they communicated well. And when the driver dropped it off, he was kind enough to help me open the door because I was concerned about it. The only thing I have to say is my pod did leak, but they told me it was waterproof. I called them and they said that they would test it when they got back. They gave me a credit of 50 bucks. But I didn't have any damage.
But I have a design suggestion for them. Before the back door comes down, there should be a sliding door that goes across. So that way, if anything moved, it would be stopped at that gate and then the door would go up and down.

We have recently completed a long-distance residential move using PODS. The initial booking process was handled very professionally by the PODS consultant. We were kept informed every step of the way as far as the drop off of our storage containers, the picking up, the red delivery at our new home. My hats off to the drivers that re-delivered our PODS to our new home, especially a gentleman named Arthur. He went above and beyond! My only complaint with PODS is the fact that they use offshore support agents when you call back with any questions, rescheduling issues, etc. They are very difficult to understand, and it is very difficult for them to understand your issue and concern.

I used PODS to move from Florida to New York because of the cost, the customer service, the convenience, and the ability to online chat with someone on the front end. They were really helpful and they offered me a nice little discount. The drivers were fine, too.
The only thing was a lot of my items were damaged, which I didn't expect. Everything was packed really nicely, so I didn't understand how that could have even happened. And it took three guys to open the door because one of my boxes had shifted and jammed the door shut. But I would still use them again. I just might do things a little differently, knowing that it's gonna get jostled around.

PODS was very flexible as far as how long I could have the pod and how long it took us to unload the pod. They are also one of the cheaper ones. Interaction with them was fabulous. If I had any questions, I could get on the phone and call them. I use the app mostly, but I didn't have any problems at all. When they delivered the pod, I had a female delivery person and she was fabulous. She asked me specific questions about where I wanted it put and what would be most convenient for me. That was a very pleasant experience.
When I received the pod at my destination here in Tennessee, I had a wonderful driver who pretty much did the same thing. He stopped at the end of the driveway, asked where I wanted it, what was most convenient for me, and he put it right in that spot. When he came to pick it up, he asked if everything was okay, if we had any problems, and was just the most personable young man I've ever met. It was a really good experience. I would definitely recommend them.

I was doing some home renovations and needed storage to move some items temporarily. PODS was the easy go-to. The site was well laid out. I've designed some sites online, and theirs was much more intuitive, user-friendly, straightforward. They are top of the pack. I really like it.
I went with a moderate size, and that worked out for us. We had some items that I didn't get in there, but it was appropriate for us when you balance the cost as well as the size. We made do.
I had minimal interaction with the drivers. It was my husband who talked to them. I thought it was pretty slick how they dropped off the pod. I was surprised that only one person came to drop it off. I thought it would definitely be a multiple-man job. But the equipment they had was pretty cool.

I had some work done on my house and I needed some extra storage in the driveway. PODS was the only one that was available. It was smooth and easy. Everything online was straightforward, super easy to follow and understand. I didn't have any problems with them dropping off the pod and I didn't have any issues with them picking up the pod. When I got the pod, it was completely clean and empty. I didn't have to worry about wrapping up anything because the inside of the pod was cleaner than what I thought it was gonna be. It exceeded my expectations. If I ever need extra storage again for a month, I will definitely be using PODS.

The lady representative from PODS went through the military part of it with us and she was very good. We had to have two pods in two different places, and at two different times, and she was very good at getting everything set up. The delivery drivers were excellent. Some of our deliveries, it took a little bit of extra work where they had to put them, and we we’re really happy with the way they worked with us.

We had a great experience with PODS. We started out with two 16-foot pods, and they got so much stuff in, we knew we wouldn't need another one that size. So, we went down to the smallest and they were willing to change it. Everything was taken care of, no problems.
The only thing is they delivered the pods at 7:00 AM and we were not supposed to be in the house until after closing, which was at 2 o'clock. They called at 7:00 AM and the pods were here shortly after. If something had happened at closing, it would have been bad. But it worked. The pods were here when we got here and we didn't have to wait on them. We went to work immediately, and got a bunch done that day. And then it rained the next day. So it worked out great. The service was very satisfactory.
The drivers were very courteous, polite, no problems. They called and let us know, “We'll be there in 20 minutes,” and they were. The pod was clean. I was very happy with it. My nephew had used them when they moved, and he had nice things to say about them.

We were moving from one state to another, based on what I had read, PODS seemed honest and reliable. I booked the service online and the booking experience was good. The follow-up during the process was also good. We requested a smaller 8x8 container. While we did debate whether getting a bigger one would have allowed us to move more items, keeping the smaller size made it easier for us to keep things minimal and get rid of extra stuff. I am not sure if choosing that size was good or bad, but it worked for our situation.
The driver who picked up the container was very positive. They called before arriving, and while they were there, they are polite, professional and easy to talk to. The overall experience with the container, from having it to our new location, was good. There was a small concern due to parking restrictions at our previous place because of HOA rules, but that issue was not caused by PODS.
PODS made the move easy. Moving is a very stressful time, and they knocked off a little bit of that stress. Overall, my experience with them was good. I would recommend them to a friend.

Our house burned, so I needed storage for stuff that was in our house. The PODS booking process was fine. I set it all up and then my wife took care of payment. There was no problem with the delivery. He was in and out in a very short period of time and took care of everything. We got two pods from them and both deliveries were fine. We had it for 11 months. I would tell anyone not to hesitate to call and use them. The service was fine.

I love PODS. It was the most convenient, excellent way of moving I could have ever thought of. I got everything I wanted in two pods, did it at my own time, and I had people load and unload it for me.

I have already submitted a survey. PODS helped me with move-out, storage and move-in. Harrison did most of my deliveries and pick-ups. He was 5 star! I could not have asked for better! We had 4 16 foot pods. A mover from Jodies stole several items from us. Many times we were unhappy with the schedule of pick up. Also the cost ended up being outrageously expensive. We had to rent 2 additional storage rooms to hold all of our stuff because of the poor packing of the first storage room. Also, lots of our furniture was damaged.

I recently used PODS for my interstate move and paid nearly $3,300 for the service. Unfortunately, one of my tables arrived broken. The item wasn’t very expensive, about $147, but that’s not the point. When I filed a claim, I was shocked by how dismissive and accusatory the PODS team was. Instead of looking into the issue professionally, their response suggested that I was either lying, that the table was already broken, or that I hadn’t protected it properly. That kind of attitude toward a customer is extremely rude and uncalled for. It’s absurd to think I would go through the trouble of filing a claim for such a small amount if it wasn’t legitimate. I’m genuinely disappointed with how this was handled. I’m relieved the damaged item wasn’t something more valuable, but this experience has made it clear that I won’t be using PODS again. A company’s true character shows when something goes wrong, and unfortunately, PODS failed that test.

Everyone who was involved in the moving process was wonderful. Very professional and answered all my questions. This was a great crew to work with. The employees are class customer employees. I was happy that they were able to call me when they were close to my home. I didn't have to worry about any of my items. All the items arrived without any items breaking. I had a 16-foot POD from PODS. It was clean and sturdy, and we loaded it up pretty tight. It was a perfectly convenient thing because the house that I lived in closed about a month before I could close. So I had to live in a hotel for a month. I had no problems with the scheduling, delivery to the new house, or pickups. They had no problems with their equipment picking it up, and it was a driveway-to-driveway move. It was a perfect experience for me.

We had moved 10 years before and had such a positive experience with PODS so we thought we'd use them again.
When we moved from North Carolina to Vermont, the gentlemen who dropped off and picked up were absolutely lovely. When I booked, I had been told that PODS does not deliver to Vermont, so we had to store our things in Albany. I was told that we had to get a truck, go to Albany, and offload the pods there. I called a moving company in Rutland, Vermont, and I was told that they don't deliver to a home, but they might deliver to a moving company.
Two days before we were supposed to book the truck, Caesar, the warehouse manager, called me and confirmed that it was a moving company storage lot. So, that was wonderful. I was still gonna have to pay movers, but at least I didn't have to drive to Albany. He worked it out so the pods were delivered to my driveway. He also said he'd call the booking area to make sure that they have the correct information. He was just a doll, and he made my life so lovely.
Caesar is extraordinary and deserves all the accolades he can possibly get. It not only speaks to him and how great he was, but it also speaks to the company wanting to make things as easy as possible for the movee and that's so important for everybody to know that. It saved us $1,500 because that's how much it was gonna cost for a mover.

The PODs representative was great and very informative, and I found the price was better than the other ones I was looking at. The pick-up and drop-off drivers were great. They were real nice, very personable, helpful, and informative. On both ends, everything was great. Also, their website tools were easy to use, and I'm not an Internet person. A real nice guy from PODS called to see how everything went, and how our experience was, which was very nice. We told him everything was great and we're very impressed.

Compared to other moving companies, PODS had a better reputation and cost. I booked online and then ended up on the phone with somebody because there was missing information. The interaction with the representative was great. They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing and got it done.
I chose the 16-foot, but it was way too big. I wanted a 12, but they didn't have one available. Both the driver in Texas and Florida were great and nice. PODS is reliable and has good value for the service. I would recommend it.

Booking with PODS was easy. They explained their process all online. I got three of their 16-foot containers. But we ended up not moving and needed to bring the containers back to the house. That was a big hassle. When they came to pick up the second container, which we had emptied, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with them to set up a time to bring the last container. Well, they didn't bring the last one because they said it's not on the order.
Unfortunately, PODS uses offshore contact people and every time I'm on the phone with them, I'm talking to somebody whose English is not their primary language. So PODS fails in that area. They need to put their contact center on shore.
The driver was awesome. They need to give him a raise. He cleaned up messes that the system did not. I contacted the driver and asked if he could bring the last container when he comes to pick up the empty one. The company said they couldn't bring it until the 11th, but the driver called on the 7th and said he can bring it on the 8th.

In our move across country we researched and received quotes from several moving companies. PODS was the only company that could guarantee deliver dates to the exact day without a 3-30 day window. I am happy to say PODS picked up and delivered exactly as the contract stated. Communication and updates were constant and we always knew where our items were. Everything was good. The only issue I had with PODS was they rescheduled one of my pick-up dates, which threw a wrench into the whole schedule of the move. But they notified me, and when I called to get it straightened out, they worked with me as best they could. But it ended up not happening and I had to jostle some things around to make things work. Everything else was fine. The drivers on both ends were absolutely fine. PODS was what we needed for the move. It was convenient, and it was perfect for what we needed to do. Some friends of ours moved ahead of us and they used PODS as well.

Everything was positive. With PODS, you can have it in your driveway and loaded at your leisure. And then you schedule the move and off-load it at your leisure, so it's convenient.
The driver was excellent. He was very cordial, very conscientious, and things went very well. It was 5-star service and made our move easy.

We were very happy with the service and the ability to move on our own time both loading and unloading. The drop off driver was very conscious about what our needs were and position the pod exactly as we need. The driver who dropped the pot off at her new location was the same way. He care about work location, we needed it how close to the house, it was very friendly.

We found the drivers of the trucks to be professional, friendly, and very informative. We packed and unpacked our own POD, Upon arrival and unpacking nothing was broken or shifted in transport. Couldn't have been more pleased. Using your own lock or locks (there is a space for two locks on the POD).

The pod make moving across country quite easy, as we packed all of our own belongings over a 2 1/2 week period, This allowed us to work and do a little every day until the POd pick up. That went smoothly and the POD was delivered on the day I needed to edit and change to w no issues whatsoever. Unloading was much faster than loading, and we had the pod picked up the following day. Wonderful experience, and not as expensive as I had thought it would be.

Great for convenience and loaded/unloading at your own pace. My only complaint is the roll up door on the Pod itself. Consider installing a guard on the upper front part of the pod to prevent taller items from hitting the door roller and preventing it from opening; no matter how tightly I strapped my belongings to the back of the pod, something somehow managed to shift, just enough to hit the door roller and prevent the door from opening with any ease.

We ordered a POD to be stored on our driveway while we undertook a large remodel. The delivery was timely and the PODS staff both at the office and the driver were very helpful and professional. The POD was perfect for our need. During pick-up, we had a little delay in moving a vehicle that was in the way, but the driver picking up the POD was very patient and (even though he probably got in trouble), he waited. We certainly appreciated his patience and kindness.

Quoting process was involved, but customer service made it simple to contact and keep updated on changes. The planning team was flexible on dates and gave appropriate warnings about potential delays near holidays. POD was clean and leak-free. My unit got delivered to the right place even though I was not present.

I rented a POD for the first time. I was kept informed of all the times for the delivery and pick up times for the POD. The POD was delivered on time and picked up on time. The POD was clean and placed where I asked them to put it on both end of my move.

Great service. Convenient and affordable. I liked the option of having as much time as I needed to load and unload the pod, have it stored for as long as I needed, and be able to access my stuff while it was stored. Super convenient for moving into a new house where we had a gap in between our lease ending and our closing date when we were staying with family.

About the only area of criticism would be the volume or number of emails with constant updates. Had to keep track of every little change with trouble keeping track of each different pod and what was most recent update. PODS was very flexible with any changes, however. Also, they handled our property claim efficiently and without any argument.

When I spoke to a parts representative, he said he was from Thailand. He was the one that gave me the quote of what it will cost to have my things re-delivered. He told me that PODS no longer delivers to my location!!! I him I live about 4-5 hours from the villages Florida, and I see Pods truck go up and down Main Street in Wildwood FL every day. He told me that they would sit my stuff in the yard in Georgia which is about four or five hours away from here where I currently live and I can unload my stuff there??. I had my military child on the phone with me and we were so upset thinking that we would have to arrange to go to Georgia to get my stuff. Then he miraculously came back on the phone after a long wait and said, "Oh yeah we do deliver to your area."!!!
This is what Pods pride their business on. Delivering to customers and bringing it back and even shipping overseas. Very disappointed. I will never use Pods again!!. I spent over $19,000 and had my stuff stored for over four years with Pods. The representative wanted to put in the wrong city to have my belongings we deliver it to me. I told him the city he put in is about two hours away and I don’t want my things delivered to someone else’s home. My order# **.

I contacted several moving/storage companies–PODS had the best price and was able to deliver a POD quickest and get my stuff to my new place faster than their competitors. PODS gave me the best price immediately, compared to some of their competitors that gave me an inflated estimate, only to offer me 50% Off that price a day or two later. Booking was easy. Scheduling POD drop-offs and pick-ups was easy as well. Everything went smoothly and every person I had to interact with was professional. I would recommend PODS for anyone that needs to move.

I ordered Pods when I put my house up for sale so I can store stuff in there to keep the house less cluttered during the walk throughs. Best decision I ever made. It would have been more costly to hire a moving company to take it to a storage unit then bring it all back. So Pods basically brought the storage unit to me. So freaking awesome. The drivers were super polite, and even put the Pod exactly where i wanted it.

The whole process was extremely organized and orchestrated. Felt always well informed. Was easy to reach an agent on the phone when I had a question. The delivery persons were very capable and took care to evaluate the drop off site. On initially delivery, it was recommended to make a slight change to protect nearby flowers. Very well done. Very impressed with the caliber of delivery/pick up persons. Would highly recommend to anyone. Also was grateful for the informed emails with reminders of action required by me. The pod was a perfect size for what we needed at the time! The price was great for a months rental. The delivery and pick up of the pod were on time and communication was great. I did think the drop off and pick up costs were a little high, but would use them again.

I rented a POD following Hurricane Helena while condo was being rebuilt. I needed a bigger size but, because of the situation, storage was hard to come by. Easy delivery and easy pickup. Unit was solid, clean, and so helpful. The problem is the cost. Even though condo is not finished I had to move stuff back in because I am running out of money.

Awesome service, personable staff and very competent drivers that could move the container accurately into small spaces. We were very impressed with the drivers abilities to move the large truck holding our unit into a small area and their ability to remove our unit off the truck and place it where it could be unloaded by us. The telephone staff were very patient with our questions and very knowledge. There were no worries about where the PODS would be stored until a new residence was found. Also we had keys to our PODS and with notification could go and remove items from our unit. All and all it was an exceptional experience.

16 foot pod hold 2-3 rooms worth of stuff. For a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 3000 sq ft house I should have got 5 pods. We filled the 3 we ordered and still got a 26 ft u-haul truck. Payment was as expected and delivery was on time. Hopefully I never move again, but it was well worth it. Love the fact that I could load and unload at my own rate unlike the u-haul that I had to do everything quickly and the stuff is still in my garage.

Very efficient with pickup and delivery, great customer service. The people on the phone was very helpful in assisting with the right POD. The POD are cheaper than movers with people assisting in the move but it allows me to pack up according to my liking. I did not have to be present at the time of the delivery or the pickup.

The service provided in my case was the rental for storage at my home during renovations and the service was very courteous and prompt. The rates were also affordable. Overall, I found PODS' service pretty lackluster. The issues I had with with scheduling the initial delivery of my POD in LA. Were very frustrating and I thought the storage rates that were much more expensive than average. Additionally, despite the hefty fee I paid for transporting my POD from LA to NYC, there was damage (mostly cosmetic, but some structural) from transport on almost every item of my furniture. I would not use PODS again.

It was so easy for me. I had multiple days to fill the pod. It was transported miles away to a distant state. Stored until I was ready to have it brought and again time allowed to empty it. It was picked up and returned. Without this service I was looking at renting a truck, loading it, driving it across country, unloading into a storage unit, renting another truck, loading and driving to new home and unloading again and driving truck back to rental place. I was saved so much time, effort, and frustration in the overall move. It was worth it. Thank you for making this service available.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my experiences of PODS. One area for improvement relates to scheduling. It would be helpful to have the ability to community preferences for the timing window of a POD pick-up (recognizing that PODS drivers are working with a variety of orders and that all orders may not get their first preference). Communication of delivery windows is also a bit frustrating. To not know your delivery window until late (typically after 8:00 PM) the night before a delivery leads to things feeling rushed/makes planning more difficult. Additionally, having delivery windows changed the day of is really inconvenient.

Overall, it was a good experience with scheduling and delivery. The drivers were excellent and helped me as much as I needed to make sure things were working appropriately and I could actually get into my stuff after it shifts during the move. The only thing that was not great was the size of my pod. I know it’s difficult to estimate from what the customer says but my pod was too small and that required some juggling on my part. I don’t know if there’s an easier way or something more accurate that you can do to help the customer estimate the size they need but that’s my only issue. If I ever have to move again, I will probably call on Pods.

Delivery of the PODS for loading went smoothly. I wish I didn't have to give 3 days notice for changes because moving an entire house from MD to FL results in things arising that were not anticipated. Perhaps the rules could be different for long distance moves as opposed to short-term storage and the $150 change fee waived. The drivers who delivered the PODS to my new location were GREAT!!! 10 stars!

We repeat customers, and I like that you can always know what to expect. The scheduling is easy. The Pick Up is easy. The packing is easy. The unpacking is easy and the removal of the pod is easy. Only way I prefer to move. Highly recommend for long distance moves.

I entered into relation with Pods after some up front confusion, but with the need for flexibility of storage, pick up and delivery. And beside not ordering a big enough container, mostly my issue, the process once delivered was easy, flexible and perfect for our move. I would definitely use them again, but error on the side of larger pod next time. Also with flexibility learned to ask then what the cheapest days to book are around event, because some dates more expensive based on supply and demand.

My pods were delivered and picked up as expected. great communication—it is great to get a call from the drivers when they are on the way. I utilized a moving company to pack up my pods & between them & the handling & storage of my pods, nothing was damaged! It was also much cheaper than using a full service moving company for everything.

Great service on all aspects. Drivers made sure to follow specific delivery and pick-up instructions. Only issue was shifting of items upon delivery to final destination. Door was blocked but, driver was able to open door with little damage to contents. Fault was mine as I did not adequately secure some items. Used PODS twice and would use them again. Bargain moving option with professional, efficient, safe operations.

Price was affordable especially after I spoke with someone on the phone who gave me a much better rate than posted online. Drivers were always friendly and on time. Email communication was enough but not overwhelming. Have not received a bunch of spam since then. No items appear to have been damaged in storage or transportation. Very nice overall experience.

They were prompt, efficient and extremely kind. Their communication was top notch. We had an issue at delivery (not PODS fault at all) and the driver worked with us with zero hesitations to ensure our delivery was timely and as stress free as possible. If I ever move again, they'll absolutely be my choice.

The concept and containers themselves are nice, however the company has 0 customer service. They have apologists in other countries who answer a phone, and explain how they can’t do anything. My first container was delivered without issue on a Friday. A couple days before the move I ordered another and was told it would be there between 9am and 12am the next day. When it didn’t show up I called, and they said they could only deliver to my area on Tuesday. The movers were coming the next day. No one I talked to cared, or could affect any change. They won’t give you the number to the local facility. This caused a massive problem with my move, and it was probably the most stressful I’ve ever had thanks to PODS inability to do what they said. I had the container moved to our new place, and called them to pick it up on the 18th of November.
At that point they told me now they only deliver on Wednesday’s and the next two were booked up, but they would see if they had a cancellation. Worst case I was scheduled for DEC. 3. Well here we are and they haven’t picked it up. I spoke to another apologist who informed me that the previous apologist never scheduled the pickup and could do nothing but “open up a case” and then begged me for a 5 star review. The payment is due on the 5th and they are telling me they’ll have to open up a case to see if they won’t charge my card for another month's rent, since they can’t schedule pickup until the 10th. I guess I’m going to have to call back and make sure it’s scheduled. Now If I had to do it over again, I would purchase a shipping container and pay a moving company to move my stuff to the shipping container at the new location. Do not recommend.

Wish I could give them a great review. Unfortunately that’s not the case here. Book two pods. The dropping off the empty container problem there. These containers were to be believed to my house in Georgia November 24. First drop off beautiful. Now this is where I gets interested. The second pod I am yet to bless my eyes on. Today is November 27. I spoke to so many people. Everyone is is telling me different things. I am beside myself because that missing container has 99.9 percent of my things so would I recommend this company? Heck NO.

Updated on 12/06/2025: Just an update because PODS commented they would review the issue. I received an email yesterday that said they reviewed the issue and they’re not at fault. That was the level of additional customer service I received. I do find it amusing Pods responded faster to my public complaint posts than they did any other communications I tried. To have with them. My original opinion to steer clear of pods remains.
Original Review: We had a terrible experience with pods. On Friday November 14 the Bristol facility dropped off a pod that was - facing he wrong direction, had a broken lock, infested with bugs, and an incorrect size. When we attempted to reach customer service both their phone line and their website were down. By the time customer service was back online it was Monday the 17th. At that point we were told someone could come out and flip the pod around on the 18th. I was charged for this repositioning (73 dollars) even though written instructions indicated the pod should’ve been delivered the opposite direction.
When the driver came to flip the pod he let me know the pod was extremely dirty and broken and that he was embarrassed it had even been left with us. At that point I called PODS CS again and requested a new pod be delivered. I was told I could get a new pod delivered on Wednesday, November 19th. I was charged for this pod (yes, you’re reading that - I received three pods total, one of which was infested with bugs and I sent back unfilled. I was charged on my card for that).
The pod was delivered the 19th at 7am. I repeatedly had told customer service that I needed the pod to be off my property by the 21st at 9am because the home was closing that day. The pod was therefore picked up on the 20th around 5:30 pm. This essentially cut the time I was able to fill my pod to less than 48 hours, when I originally had 5+ days to fill the pod but could not because it was infested. Since that time my husband or I have called pods at least three times, and not until today November 26th was I told I would be refunded for the third pod I was charged for.
When I requested additional customer service in the form of some sort of credit for the time lost (again - at minimum four full days), and stress I was told I received a 100$ credit to compensate me for my time/stress and the 73 dollars I paid to have the pod repositioned. Essentially giving me a 27$ credit for the lost packing time and time spent on the phone with customer service simply being reimbursed for a service I did not receive. When I asked for the case to be elevated I was told there was nothing else to be done. When I asked for a copy of customer service transcripts where I was told by a CS employee I deserved at minimum a 400$ credit, I was told I’d have to have a lawyer request those documents through court. When I asked for assistance from my local Bristol pods facility, like a phone number for a manager, I was told that was not done.
I believe pods behavior was predatory and intentionally neglectful. I would not recommend pods to anyone and I am disappointed that this is the level of customer service provided after multiple requests for help and follow up.

I experienced friendly staff who helped make my cross-country move from California to Chicago easy and effortless. The team was on time, helpful and polite through out entire interaction. PODS team and the movers worked quickly and smoothly answering any questions I had and taking care with fragile items. We were finished loading and unloading well before my target time. Would 100% book again.

Pods Are The Worst! Pods nearly caused a moving catastrophe, by scheduling and confirming my delivery date and only when I called to get the delivery window (because I didn’t receive an email) did I find out that not only were they not delivering today (Sunday), they weren’t delivering tomorrow either because they only deliver to my area (only 35 miles from your facility), on Thursdays.
I was then told that perhaps, maybe, if the manager at the warehouse closest to me would permit, I could load the pod there and in the future it could be delivered. And perhaps they could deliver it tomorrow, but highly unlikely, yet there was no way to know until I called tomorrow morning and they don’t open till 9. By then my mover would be here.
I am furious. I have a truckload arriving tomorrow and had I not called, I wouldn’t have known and my belongings would have been stuck outside. The Pods service is terrible. I will never call on Pods again. Perhaps they should have human beings review what is booked on line-especially when you are going through tech system updates. What amazes me is the 10 emails I got asking me to confirm my delivery, and nobody flagged the order.

Absolutely unhelpful, and frustrating! This is the second time we’ve used Pods. The first time no problems. The people both my husband and I have spoken to not only give us different stories each time we call as to why we have not received our pods, but now my husband who originally called to make these arrangements apparently is considered a 3rd party person and they won’t give him all the information, because the person he spoke to didn’t add his name to the account, just his email, but he paid and he set up the pods order and added a second pod. But because they didn’t put him name and phone number, they just used mine from years ago, PODs customer service is not being helpful.
Back to us getting different stories when we called. We got an email stating our first pod would arrive on Nov 17, we got a second pod and a email that said it would be delivered Nov 20. Both those dates came with no text, no phone call, nothing, on Dec 21 I called, to ask what’s going on, both my pods should have been delivered by now. The girl told me one would be there the 24th, then said oh no actually they’ll be there Dec 3rd and dec 8th. I said no why is that? She said oh looks like we needed to sign a rental agreement. Um no you’ve already delivered pods, added a pod, and picked both of them up and told us days they’d be arriving. Why would we all of a sudden have a new agreement to sign without any notification? She had no answer.
How could pods have delivered pods, taken payment, and then picked up our full pods without any notification agreement signed? She said I just need to have my husband log in and sign the document or our contract would be canceled. I then call my husband who is now pissed because he says no no I called this morning and that’s not at all what I was told. The person he spoke to said nothing about an agreement but that their system was automatically sending incorrect delivery dates, but that the should be there Dec 3rd and 8th. Which doesn’t makes sense because they were picked up Nov 5th and the second one was picked up Nov 11th. Why would it take so long? The first time we used them it took two weeks and it was a further distance. This is unacceptable to not only get the runaround but to get multiple different stories.

Would never deal with them again. Gives you a quote for your needs then after agreement they change the price without your knowledge and erroneously charge your credit card. When you try to get to speak to someone you get nowhere. Horrible to deal with after you get your pod. I have to personally go to civil court to resolve. Not worth it. Go with Uhaul or moving company.

When we signed up for the service we were told that the delivery would take 6 to 8 days excluding Sundays. The reality is it took 22 days. We also found out they can only ship 8 and 16 foot PODS - the 12 foot PODS are only for local storage. We also found out they only deliver to our destination on Tuesdays. We were never given a telephone number to call for service and support - the number they gave us was only for sales assistance. Service was provided through an online chat that frequently did not respond. They also lost the delivery driver instructions during an IT system upgrade. All in all it was a terrible experience.

We have been beyond frustrated with our experience in so many ways. We called to have our pod picked up Sept 26, 2025 and told them to come ASAp because rain was forecasted. They attempted to pick it up several days later after it rained but the driver didn’t listen to our directions on how to successfully get to the pod and tore our yard up and was not able to get the pod (but was ably to drive out of the Yard!).
They rescheduled but didn’t call, text or show up for the rescheduled date. I rescheduled and they didn’t pick it up until the next billing cycle! And the driver wouldn’t listen to directions on how to enter the yard as the original driver who dropped it off did and again tore the crap out of our yard! We called because we were billed for an additional month and were told that it would be credited to our account which it wasn’t. After over an hour on the phone tonight we were told the ticket was closed because they didn’t have a reason for the cancellation. We have no idea why your driver didn’t show up, call, text or anything! I called after to schedule another date… not my fault the driver didn’t show up! After an hour on the phone tonight I still don’t believe we have resolution on our refund. Customer service is terrible!

The company's communication is terrible. They came to pick-up my POD and because a lock was on it, they simply left. No communication or reason why. When I called, they refused to refund and booked my next pick-up for 10-days later. Honestly, this company inability to make simple business decisions tells me all I need to know about them.

Customer service told me no issue on being flexible with drop off, as building a new home…very common for delays. After paid several hundred dollars, that was not the case. The rep told me the bill can be revised longer or shorter. Beware. I was deceived. They do not do that. If that was the case would have went elsewhere.

We scheduled everything via phone with PODS. Info was never added to the account. The actual drop off date ended up being 2 1/2 weeks after the scheduled date because they failed to put in the info. When we called them on it they shrugged it off and said there is nothing they can. Not a smooth process for delivery. Drivers were great.

Operators were efficient and friendly, handled all my requests quickly. Although one of the containers arrived with forklift damage, fortunately our belongings weren’t damaged by this.

We used a POD during our home renovation for about a year, and the entire experience was great. Delivery and pickup were both easy, and I really appreciated the frequent text and email updates about arrival times. Both employees we worked with were very friendly and professional. The container itself worked perfectly for our needs. Our local scouts are using PODS for temporary storage while we build a new shed — that’s how good the first experience was!

Was wonderful from start to finish. I tried to get quotes from similar shippers and did not feel comfortable. Pods took care of everything and the young men who dropped off and picked the pod were courteous and kind. Making a move across country is scary enough. And the best thing nothing arrived damaged. We had a great experience with PODS. I booked three of their largest pods, the 16-feet pods. It was a big move. They stored them until they were delivered to the house. The whole move happened within the month. So, we rented the pods for a month. It all worked fine. The service was excellent. Everybody was great. As far as the shuffling, that has nothing to do with the pod. It has a lot more to do with the packers. We used a company that they recommended called Pack & Load and they were excellent, too. We had a 2,500 square feet house we packed up. We've unpacked most of the fragile things and nothing got broken.

We rented a container from PODS and had it shipped across the country from California to Texas, and then had it in storage for four months. We booked online and it was simple. We got the 16-foot container, which was the biggest one they had, and we filled it. They were very informative on when they would come, they came on the days I wanted them to come, and they were very polite and quick. Overall, the process was a very simple thing to do, and it was successful, and we're happy with the outcome.

I was having the garage floor refinished and I used PODS for temporary storage of the items in the garage. I went online to book the pod and it was a little confusing at first but it was fine once I got through it. The communication was very good with what was going on, when the team was coming and when they were gonna be there. PODS did what they were supposed to do. I used a 16-footer pod, which is the biggest one that they have. I wouldn't wanna go any smaller. It made it so it was convenient to walk around inside. I could have gone to the one down, but I would have been crammed. The price was $30 to $50 higher than I thought it was gonna be. But that's inflation and that's just maybe what the business is. PODS did a great job.

We went with Pods because they can leave the pod on site, so we had time to pack as well as unpack at our leisure. I had two different reservations. I did one online, and then I had to call in for the other one 'cause the pod had to be moved. We got 16-foot pods and the drivers were fantastic. Every drop-off and pick-up was great. However, the door was stuck on one of the pods and it was tough to open and close.

We love PODS. We've used it twice. The booking process was simple and easy. It was seamless. Both drivers were really cool. We'd use PODS again if we had to, but we hope to never have to use you again ever. The pod had great quality. But when we emptied our pod, water was coming in. So the pod is not waterproof.

I was very skeptical about my move. All the horror stories over the years. But it was not like that at all. You know everything upfront. No hidden cost! If you’re running behind loading, you can change your schedule. The drivers who delivered and picked up were very courteous and called you when they were on their way Customers Service was wonderful. Everything was great! I highly recommend getting a larger POD. You always have more than you think. Five star experience with PODS!!

I needed a temporary storage unit because I was having work done on my house. I knew PODS was reputable, and I didn't wanna get mixed up with someone that wasn't. I went online and ordered a pod. I went with the largest because the medium and the large was the same price. It was easy to navigate their website. I haven't had any problems.

We booked a 20 footer online and my wife said it was too big for our storage needs, but when we used it, it was just the right size. Pickup and delivery were easy and straightforward. I met the delivery guy and he said, "Where would you like to put it?" He was very accommodating and made some suggestions on where to put it. It was placed right in our front driveway and it wasn't the most ideal place, but it worked out really well. It was like a staging area for our renovation.
The delivery guy was cool as he dropped the pod and maneuvered it just right. I wasn't even there when he picked it up. When I came home, it was gone. We thought the cost was a little on the expensive side, but when people plan on only having the pod for a month and things extend so that it ends up being two months, it's not the company's fault. All in all, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend Pods.

I loved the fact that with PODS, you could just put your stuff right at your door. You didn't have to load it up and move it out. You could just pack your house right there at your house and do it within your timeframe. I used PODS for storage because I moved in with my sister. So, I didn't need all of my stuff. What we both didn't need, we just kept it. PODS was wonderful.
When I had the pod stored with the PODS warehouse, I didn't have any issues. It didn't leak. I would go in to dust and clean because they can't get in and do that. But it was very sturdy. I had no issues on worrying about if my stuff was gonna get damaged if they moved it or if we had a hurricane. I would recommend it 100% to anybody. I was with PODS for quite many years. They're very friendly. Your pod is accessible whenever you need it.

The first time that I used PODS, the pod size was not big enough so I had to get a storage. But the second time around, the size worked out. The drivers that picked up and dropped off were really nice on both occasions. The call center was okay. There was a couple of times where they withdrew payments on the wrong day and then there was one time that they did it twice in one month. Some of their customer service people weren't nice. PODS was a little expensive. I thought that by me needing another pod in the same contract, they will give me a little discount but they didn't. But overall, I will recommend them.

We were moving about 12 miles, just in the same area and Pods had a good recommendation for good service and communication. I got two 16-foot pods for moving. I booked both on the phone and online. On the phone, the reps had good communication and they took care of me. The online part was very simple and quick as well. They had links to send to my email after I got everything set up with my accounts. They also sent texts with links. So, I went right to my account and adjusted the dates. The drivers were very good too. I had one container that still had some stuff in it, so the guy took that one pod and rescheduled me a couple of hours later. He came back and picked the second one up. It was very well done. All in all, I had a great experience with Pods.

I booked containers from PODS over the phone. I received excellent service. Everything went well, especially when they had to come pick the containers up to bring them to my new house. I needed to be at a certain timeframe because I had the other guys putting the last bit of furniture in. The lady from PODS was able to let the driver know a certain time and that worked out well. He called me, too, so that I can make sure because I was underneath a lot of stress at that time.

We were redoing our garage and somebody else in our neighborhood had a pod out. We said, "Oh, that looks good." We booked the largest one that Pods rents out, then we moved everything out of the garage and put them in there. Everything fit 'cause my husband was really smart and he figured it all out. We did the garage floor, got everything done, and then moved our stuff back in. The metal container was clean and it did its job. It was not a condo on the Riviera, but it was perfect. I'm really satisfied with Pods. My only concern is that because of my age, I found the online stuff a little difficult to navigate.

I had to change my itinerary and plans several times after setting up an account with PODS this last summer. These changes were nothing I could control and PODS handled the changes with grace and professionalism. Or I should say, Johnny ** handled my account and made all the changes necessary. I couldn't have done it without him and I am very grateful to him. I am a tech novice and need help managing anything online, so Johnny was indispensable.
Once the plans were settled, the POD arrived and was picked up on time. It also was delivered to the right place on the right day. It was all very efficient and safe. Buying their lock was a good idea because the design makes it probably impossible to cut open with a metal cutter. Everything in the POD was exactly as it was packed and nothing was damaged or broken. If I have to move again, I will contact PODS, but only if I Johnny ** can be the one to support and guide my experience.

PODS did a great job communicating drop-offs and pick-ups, they were helpful when I needed to call and make changes, and they picked up and delivered both my PODS on time without incident. I would definitely use them again. I appreciated getting both text messages and emails regarding preparing for the PODS and expectations.

We found the entire moving process with PODs to be professional, efficient and reliable from ordering a storage unit to having it moved to our new location. The booking process was very easy online. On PODS' website, they described how much the pod would hold. Through that, we were able to calculate it. We needed a two-room pod and that was what we got. After ordering it online, PODS called and they were out. They explained how to open the door, gave us a key lock, and we were good. The pod was clean, and it made it through a bunch of storms, so it was very sturdy. We got it the middle of September, and we gave it back the end of October. So, we had gone through many storm and wind, and there were no leaks. It worked good. If you need to put something in there while you're remodeling, renting a pod would be an awesome way to do it because you have it right there in your driveway. I couldn't tell you how many times we were in and out of it because there were things we needed.

On time service. Scheduled service met satisfaction. Convenient drop off and pick up as stated. Will use service again if needed. Would recommend to others if as well. Once again prompt drop off and pick up made it highly convenient. Second time using this company with no issues. Pricing was pretty reasonable as well.

Excellent JOB PODS! The move from PA to CA was so smooth. The delivery and pick up gentlemen were all so nice, respectful, and explained exactly how my things needed to be placed in the POD and how when the POD arrives to empty it and it will be picked up. The delivery and arrival was more than I expected. I had no WORRIES. I felt my articles were all SECURE.

I used PODS when I moved from Arizona to Missouri. It was more convenient to use them instead of the other companies. I booked the 16-foot pod over the phone. The rep was very good and the driver was wonderful as well.
