I got PODS for storage and had a great experience. It was quick, good, clean, reasonably priced, and they're very courteous. My wife went on Angie's List and Better Business Bureau and then researched PODS on the Internet before finally picking them. We booked online and it was simple. The container we got was 15x10x8, and it was just the right size. PODS initiated all the contact and they were quite efficient and very pleasant. The guy who delivered the pod was very professional, fast, and easy to talk to. We'd use PODS again without hesitation.

I booked with PODS over the phone and their rep understood everything perfectly. They explained everything, they sent me an email and it all went really smoothly. I got the biggest container which was a good size and PODS stored it for me until we closed on our house. They dropped it off, we unpacked it and they picked it up. It was very convenient.

PODS' price and availability made us select them for moving. We requested for a 16-foot container over the phone and the reps were very good. We had a slight delay of a couple of days but it was because of the weather. Other than that, the service was amazing. Everything got there perfectly and there were no problems, so I was very pleased.

I rented a POD and had it delivered and stored in their facility for almost eight months, and I had them deliver it back to me. They basically did a drop off, a pick up and storage, and we did everything else. I made every effort to book it online unsuccessfully. I tried their website which I found to be very difficult to deal with. I may be old but I'm sharp on a computer. Their site is not intuitive in the way I do things and it said, "Well, it may take five minutes for the changes to show up on the site." So I wound up calling them.

But when I asked them about discounts, they were not able to provide me any until I found it from my insurance company, USAA. Then when I went back to PODS, they adjusted the price for me. Overall, PODS did exactly what they said they were going to do. They picked the equipment up and dropped it off when they said they would. He telephoned before he arrived and the pod was put exactly where I wanted it, both for picking up and dropping off. As far as the professional attitude of the people, everybody was good.

I had a container dropped off and then delivered from Connecticut to South Carolina. I booked with PODS over the phone and their rep was very good. I got a 16-foot container which was perfect for what I needed. The driver was quick, did what they said they would and was on time.

We didn’t know timelines and have a place on the other end of our journey that was secured yet, so I knew I could have PODS move our things and then move it into storage until we found a place. We had 16-footers and a 7-footer and they were very clean and sturdy.

We got our hardwood floors redone, so we moved everything out of the house for storage. With PODS, we didn't have to take our items to a storage facility. My wife called them and we got their 16-foot container. We'd use a bigger one if they had it. The driver was on time and seemed very professional and confident about the way he was doing his work. We talked to him while he was unloading and it was a good interaction. I was fascinated by the whole process. The only problem I would have with it is if I were shipping across the country or to a different place because it would have taken a whole lot of pods to get a whole house full of stuff moved. But other than that, it was a very good experience. They provided the service I expected and with no problems. I've already recommended them to different people.

Our closing got delayed, so we needed a container to store some stuff for our home. The PODS military discount was advertised in the post exchange and I'm military so I chose them. I talked to them over the phone and I was very happy with everything. The three drivers I had were all great. One container was placed on a bit awkward spot and the driver who came was straight-up about how he had to place the container so that he can get it back out. Everything was good. The tie-down hooks inside the container could be a little bigger but, aside from that, I had no issues.

I had a very positive interaction with their staff. I requested for the 16-ft container and I packed it full. The carrier driver was very nice. He was worried about trying to get the container into my driveway and he took his time. He did a great job. The only issue I had was that I was supposed to get a lock but I never got a lock. I called them and they took it off the bill.

I was looking for the most efficient way to do moving and storage from Charlotte, North Caroline to Bakersfield, California. I found on the internet good things about PODS then I called them and booked them for moving and storage. The lady who took care of me on the phone was good selling the company and their product, and giving me the customer service that I want. It was also cool with the pickup and drop off of the pod. Everything went good. The guy who picked up the container in Charlotte and the driver who dropped off the container in Bakersfield were both professional and nice people and they did well.

PODS was the best option that was convenient. It was just really expensive. Another company was less expensive but I would have to put everything in multiple pods and it seemed very confusing. Also, if I try to drive across country with a truck driving my Ford Escape, the car wreck would have been even more expensive. The representatives at PODS as well as the delivery and pick-up were great. Once I buy a house, I'll probably use PODS again just to move over because it is easier. You get a month to use it or hurry along or leave it there and it's their driver. I don't have to drive a big giant truck because I'm not that coordinated.

We needed the store furnishing between our closing date on the house we sold and the closing date on the house we were buying. We had heard our son and daughter-in-law had used PODS when they went to a similar thing several years ago so we went with PODS for our moving and storage. We contacted the representative over the phone and it was informative. All my questions were answered and we got things set up. Everything went fine too with the delivery. Overall, we were satisfied with the service. And if we move again, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

And then, they were really flexible with us when I called. I gave them a couple of scenarios and they said they can do them, which was really what I needed. I recently used Pods. Having used them in the past I thought that it would be easy. I tried to get my rate lowered and they said that my rate is locked and there was nothing they can do. I find this to be poor and inaccurate information. Due to the fact when I first rented my Pod they said the length of time that I was renting it would affect my my rate. Having just gotten off the phone with them trying to renegotiate my rate they basically told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to keep paying the ridiculous $180 a month! I'm not happy with their customer service or the overall service that they provide. Be wary about the price they quote you when you use pods!

We were moving cross-country, from Arizona to New Jersey, and we have to get storage because we don't have any place to live yet. We've heard about PODS before, and we also checked the Better Business Bureau and PODS had a high rating. So we checked them out online first and then contacted them on the phone. We had a conversation with them and, basically, found that they seem somebody we could trust. We figured it would be easier than having a regular moving van take it and drop it off at a warehouse and unload it, and then, load it again, and bring it to the house. Economically, it would be cheaper in the long run.

I'm a realtor, and I had a client who was in a predicament who needed to get out of a house and move into another house. We couldn't get him out of the house fast enough to get into the second house. I booked a service from PODS over the phone and they brought a pod, and my client was able to move the stuff during the week. It worked excellent and their reps were all great. I would definitely recommend them to other realtors who are in a glitch and don’t know what to do.

PODS helped me with my moving. I decided to book with them because of the time period and stuff I had. Also, I went with them because the container was on a trailer from North Carolina to Michigan and for the ease of them leaving the container at my place like a motor at my own pace. It worked out great. The container I got was a smaller one with seven-foot size, which was the correct size for my needs. The carrier driver was great and awesome too. Everybody I dealt with was super helpful and the container got delivered on time.

I had a great experience with PODS when I used their moving services. I went with them due to the proximity of one of their storage facilities to my home location. I got a sixteen-foot container. It was bigger than what I needed but it's what they had. The drivers were professional and on time.

The only two storage/moving companies that I knew of was PODS and PACK-RAT, I compared the prices, and PODS was lower in price. Then, I hired them to move from Connecticut to Florida, and booking was over the phone. Then, I had numerous interactions with their people because there were a couple of times when I had to change the pick-up and delivery dates, and they were very pleasant in doing their job for me.

I booked a 16-foot and 12-foot PODS containers for moving and storage over the phone. PODS was really the only place I found that had that convenience. All the interactions with the representatives were really great though something went wrong when I made my initial booking. They must have made some error which resulted in my pod map showing up, but it worked out okay. I called the morning they were supposed to come and they did everything they could to remedy the situation and got the pod out there within a couple hours for me. Even our interactions with the container driver were all fantastic. All the employees themselves were really topnotch.

We booked a seven-foot pod online for moving and storage. The booking was easy and I went with PODS because I like the convenience of having it delivered directly to my house. Everything in the move worked out really well. The only thing was it's expensive. It would be nice if they would have some different payment options. Instead of having a monthly storage fee, they could make it a weekly fee or a bi-weekly. Because if someone rents a pod in the middle of the month and only need it for a couple of weeks, then what's the point of paying for an entire month?

I've used PODS before and compared with another company, it was a better deal and value, better performed, and better experience. PODS has a fair price for what they are doing, coming across the states. They dropped the 8 by 10 container off, picked it up, and it was done. I made a reservation online, and then confirmed everything over the phone. The drivers were very presentable and helpful. I would highly recommend PODS. It's definitely very easy, and I get what I pay for. They did a great job.

We got PODS for storage because a house across the street was using them. I booked everything online and requested the big container but had a hard time figuring out how to schedule my pickup online, so I called them and the customer service reps were able to help me with that. The driver that picked up the container when we were done with it was really nice. It went really smoothly. I would recommend them to a friend.

I went with PODS because they touch the merchandise one time. They load it and then unload it. Also, it was easy to keep my stuff in the POD while I settle down, then call upon the stuff and get it. The customer service communicated well. They let me know exactly what was happening. They were professional, knowledgeable, and were able to help me out. Not a lot of work was needed on my side to be able to do what I wanted. Upon pickup they locked the container and put the tag in it. They showed me what they were doing. It's neat how they have that machine that picks it up or vice versa dropped it off. Everything was safe and secure. I'd use them again.

My cousin and I needed delivery and from Florida to Indiana, but with an actual pod, and PODS seemed to be the only logical choice. We had to deal with six reps because of the issues, and each representative was phenomenal. I sent an email for one of the girls that helped us out originally, how good she was. But the management and the people in finance were ridiculously unaccommodating, rude, didn't care, and wouldn’t listen to what we were saying. The whole process with PODS was horrible, and the worst part of the process was the paying of my service.

They deliver the pods and we just had to load them up and they would move them, as opposed to us having to move it to a storage unit. I then looked into them, as well as three other options, and I felt that PODS' website, their pricing and the description of the services were very clear. I needed a pod when I moved out of state and PODS was the most reasonably priced. I called over the phone and got customer service right away. They explained what the rates were and the reps were really good. The drop off driver was wonderful - very pleasant, very nice, and very accommodating, but he should have instructed me to put the lock on the second notch and not on the first one, or the pod won't be picked up. Every driver should tell that to any person he comes in contact with. It would have been a problem had somebody taken off or had I been not close by because the pick up driver called and told me he can't pickup the pod because of the way it was locked. So I did go all the way back to the house which I didn't want to do to unlock the pod and re-lock it again. He told me he only got 15 minutes and I was driving like a maniac and hoping I don't get an accident or anything else like that because I was freaking out.

It was my first experience with PODS, and I was very pleasantly surprised that it was good from start to finish. I got online, I looked up the phone number through Google and called their customer service. I didn't have to wait too long to get in touch with somebody, and when I did, the rep was efficient, she wasn't overly friendly but she certainly wasn't rude. And as we got talking more, she became friendlier and it went perfectly smoothly. She told me what I needed to know so I didn't come away from it with any questions about how things are going to work. And then, I'd forgotten some other stuff but she directed me and so I got it taken care of and got the delivery schedule.

I went with PODS for the convenience of scheduling everything online and being able to have access to my belongings and the schedule that I needed. I spoke to both pickup and drop off drivers and everyone was very professional and took care of business in an efficient manner. It was a good experience all the way around. The climate-controlled storage seemed to be appropriate in Florida because it was during their hottest season, so everything went well.

We did a commercial rental and our equipment came in. We were told by the mall that we had to use PODS so we rented a POD and they got it off of the shopping center for us. I booked it online and they called me right away. I talked to them on the phone then we set everything up and the reps were very professional. We got the 16 foot container and had a little trouble trying to get our equipment through the opening door. We had to put it sideways to get it in.

We saw PODS in the neighborhood and gave them a try. We booked over the phone originally then used the online service when we needed to make changes. We had three 16-foot containers dropped off at the house. We probably could have gotten away with a 12-foot container instead of a 16-foot one but they said they didn't use 12-foot containers for long distance moves. The 16-foot containers were picked up and put in storage for a short period then delivered to the new home. The only interaction I had with their customer service went well and I was really impressed with the online service. Their drivers too were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. They did a great job, did what I asked, put things where I asked them to be put, and picked them up from where I asked. It was a good experience.

Pods gave us an amount they would take out of our account when they would bring the pod but what they did was take the full amount in advance. When the pod got delivered it was too small so we called them and they said they would only charge us the delivery fee but what they did they charged another 735.00 to my card besides the original 1290.00 they took out the first time. Now they credit the 735.00 but they won't credit me back the 1290.00 and only charge me the 178.00 for the delivery fee. I would not recommend this to anyone. This was our first attempt to use them and I was so disappointed with them. The person answering the phone are not trained and they keep transferring you to other people hours on the phone and nothing is getting done. I hope some manager gets this and calls me.

PODS did a great job. I booked a 16-foot pod over the phone, and the rep was very helpful. I had to call and get some other information, and when I called back, he called me right back and we were to set up the rental. We needed on-site storage, and they delivered and picked up when we asked them to. We had no issues at all. Everyone did what I asked, and I appreciate their business. I would recommend them.

Some of my friends have used PODS in the past and I didn't know any other way to get my stuff home. It seemed like a logical thing to use. I needed a POD down in the state of Florida. I had some people put some stuff in it then it had to be taken up to Rochester, New York. And it had to wait because I hadn't closed on my house yet. When I did get it, they brought the POD in and I hired a couple of guys to empty it out. I got the 12 foot container and I wish I ordered a bigger one because I could've used a little bit more room. Also, it was a little awkward when the guy came for the POD to my place because I live where there's a bunch of townhouses and the parking spots are numbered. I had to ask permission from three neighbors that I didn't even know because he had to get the POD and needed at least three spaces to do his maneuvering. So I had to do a lot of extra work getting the spot secured and not pissing anybody off.

I tried booking online and then I had some questions so I ended up talking to somebody. I requested for a 16-foot container which was the right size for all our needs. I had a very good experience interacting with the rep. In addition, the people that picked up our container were helpful, everything went really good with them.

It was convenient that PODS brought the pod container directly to my home. I needed it for storage for a few days. The driver who delivered it was very informative and explained exactly what he was going to do. He suggested the best place to place it, and it worked out great. Although I was very satisfied with the experience, I wish that they would have different rates instead of having it on a monthly basis. I had it for a week only.

We used PODS for drop off and pick up as we needed the longer time to be able to load and unload the pod. Booking online was awesome. It was convenient and easy to understand. I also was able to pick the date and time and it gave tips on what size pods is to like based on the house size. We got a 12-foot and we could have gone a little bit smaller, but it was nice to have the extra room because we weren't the most efficient with packing. It was sturdy and clean. The one thing that was where we were supposed to tie things down, could be improved upon because there were just some little small eyehook and had we actually been moving a long distance, I would have been a little concerned about the security of it. Everything else was great and we actually had items in a pod for about three months and we felt like it was secure and we weren't really worried about the weather or anything like that.

I had a very good, highly favorable experience overall with PODS. Before I set the booking online, I made some phone calls and they were very informative. I booked with them because of their flexibility and pricing. We got two of their sixteen-foot containers to be used for moving and storage. In retrospect, I should have gotten the twelve-foot for the second one, but it was fine for what we had to do to move the contents of our home. The delivery drivers who dropped off and picked up the pods were very approachable and able to answer any last minute questions about logistics. We had some very minor damage when the contents arrived at the location but still, I would definitely use them again for the future.

I contracted the services of PODS for moving as I could afford the POD, but not the movers. I started my booking of the POD online, but then it wasn't going through, so I called and set it up with an operator. I requested the 7-foot container. It was the correct size for that time and was perfect. But I'm going to be doing another move in June because I only took part of my stuff at that time, so I'll need another container of the same size.

We knew someone else that used PODS. And then, when I called around and read some reviews, PODS came up with a very good reputation, so we decided to use their moving services. I booked online but the moving date got changed, so I ended up calling and speaking with a representative who was very helpful to me. The drivers were very punctual, nice and knowledgeable. In fact, they were like a bunch of retired men that needed to have a little side job and knew exactly what they were doing, and they enjoyed it. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend PODS to anyone. And if in the future, we need another moving or a storage, we'll definitely use PODS again.

I helped my mother to move interstate and we got PODS service for the move because of their price and convenience. I also talked to some other people and read some reviews, and they all had good experiences with PODS. So after I searched, I booked online and got the 16-foot container. We did all the moving ourselves. I'm 69. My husband’s 71. We loaded the stuff up and it was good. I even had the places that I can tap for the routes and all was clean. I was surprised and it was great.

We were renovating the house and needed to move all the furniture out. PODS was the only name I was familiar with that had that type of on-site storage. We booked a pod over the phone and moved our furniture there. We got the larger container which was in good shape and clean and everything functioned perfectly. We filled it to the brim and it held everything. I liked that their reps knew what they were talking about and they gave me concrete definitive answers. I spoke with their drivers on the phone too and they were very good. PODS was able to fulfill the function that we needed them to.

I thought using PODS would be less expensive and easier than hiring movers and then having things put into a storage facility when we moved up to Michigan from Georgia and then have it brought over from the storage facility to whatever house we purchased. I wanted to do everything online, but for some reason, I wasn't able to, so I ended up having to use the phone. I had a couple of weeks to pack up. I got the largest sized container but if we could have had a bigger one, we probably would have gone with that, but it was good enough. It’s got all our stuff in it and then donated whatever wouldn’t fit.

My contractor recommended PODS and they were awesome. They made my transaction very simple. I wasn't available during the move but my contractor didn't tell me about any problem so I assumed everything went great.

Even though PODS was expensive, we got it for the convenience of having a POD, being able to take a couple of weeks to load it and then a week to unload it. We went with the smallest container and booked it online initially, and then finished up on the phone. It worked well for us, and it was a very positive experience.

When my dad moved, not too long ago just earlier this year, he used PODS and absolutely loved it. He said that there's no other way to move. We needed the storage while we were in between. They dropped it off at our old house, we packed it, they checked it, stored it and then they had it delivered to our new place once we were ready to go. Because I was a procrastinator and I waited until last minute we ended up calling them to see how soon we can have it delivered and yet, they took care of us.

We used PODS for storage and for moving our stuff from one place to another. It gave us time to pack around our busy work schedule. We're able to pack and then load it right into the POD that night. They gave us a big white box which was clean, perfect and well-kept. They called us every time they were on their way to our place. Then the guy who dropped off and picked up the PODS from our second location was the same guy and he was very friendly. He was worried about some trees in the way but he did a really great job.

We needed a storage at our location. Then I've seen PODS around and we gave them a call. The representative was very helpful and awesome. They had to set up our account different from ones they normally do and he was able to do that. It was about 15 minutes we got it set and had scheduled to show up. We requested a 16-foot container. We’re doing work on the Sheriff's Department and this was sitting right outside the door. The container was new. We got the right size and it was completely full. Then I spoke to customer service about the billing. We don't pay taxes and they initially had it in at least 20 of our invoices. Now, they had to fix it and the other lady's trying to work it out with them. But it was an unbelievably easy experience. They hooked me up with an online account and when I was ready for them to pick it up, I clicked the button and they came and got it. I'm gonna use them for my house when I redo all my floors.

We rented a POD over a month ago to have it placed in our driveway. They met our needs and the price was good. We booked our POD online, and then I also spoke to the rep over the phone. She was very nice and helpful. We requested a 10' by 6' container. It was very clean. We had the container dropped off and then picked up by the drivers. They were very nice and friendly. They asked us where we wanted the container placed, put it right where we asked them to, and asked if there was anything they could do to help us. It was a very good experience. We would use PODS again if we ever had a need for them.

We moved from New York to Tennessee and needed somewhere to store our stuff and PODS was our only option for the task. We started the process online and then we had to call them. The reps that we talked to were all extremely helpful. We got a 16-foot and a 7-foot container, it would have been better if we had the option to have the 12 foot instead of the 7 but that wasn't an option. We ended up having to get another hauling device to bring stuff down when we actually came down. This was because we were moving from out of state. The 12 foot was only available within the state, which is silly. During pickup and delivery, everybody was super helpful and nice. They arrived on time and I didn't have any issues at all.

PODS was great to reach out both online and by phone. Their customer service reps were excellent and the nicest people. They were kind, wonderful, considerate and accommodating. Pick-up and delivery guys were also great. They were fun, nice, and outstanding. They spoke on a personal level. They were working but they took a minute to say hello. I was very happy and would do it again with them in a heartbeat.

Using PODS for storage and moving was cost-effective and very easy to do. I booked in online and talked to them in person. Their reps were excellent and I got the 16 foot container which is the biggest one they have. The drivers were very good and did everything they could to get the POD where I wanted it. They were also nice, very respectful and very helpful. And when I needed to get the POD picked up faster than I originally thought after I unloaded it, they worked it out great.

I went with the 12-foot because the 16-foot was too much. PODS took the stuff from the house and put it in their own storage then we moved it to another storage. It was cool to watch how they unloaded the pods like little Transformers thing. It was easy and convenient using PODS. They’re quick and good on their time.

It was a little bit tight in our driveway because there was another car parked next to us but the one that picked up the container was able to get it in almost perfectly so that was really good. It was a smooth and efficient experience and I was happy with it.

I used PODS for short term storage for a month when I had to move everything out of my house. They were the only ones that I called because of their reputation. I’d heard things from different people over the years. Their reps were professional and provided excellent service. Their 16-ft container took care of everything sufficiently and I could move around and look at things if I needed them.

PODS is a good company and they have a lot of things for their customers. When I went to their business office, the clerk took care of me. I rented a pod storage that’s 16 by 8 feet because I didn’t have enough place to put another one or a bigger one. The storage container is very nice and I didn’t need any lights. It’s dry, clear and better to store things.

I utilized PODS for storage. My co-workers had used and recommended the company to me and they looked like what we needed so we went ahead and booked it online which was very easy to do. The drivers and I had very nice interactions. We had to move the container because it wasn't originally in the right spot and the driver was right back in the next day or two and it was moved perfectly. If we ever had to move, I'm sure we would use PODS. I'd recommend the company to anybody and say that they were really good.

I chose PODS because I wanted to keep my storage on my property instead of putting my things in storage and moving it multiple times. I tried to book online but it wasn't really working. I prefer to talk with somebody and feel it’s easier so I booked over the phone. Everyone at PODS was nice to talk to and I didn’t have any issues. It was a straightforward and easy interaction and I got the biggest container size they have. The driver who dropped and moved the POD for me was very nice, great to talk to, and easy to deal with. I was moving and remodeling so I had to hold on to the PODS for a while. It has been a pretty good experience for me.

PODS offered convenience and flexibility so we used the company for moving. I called first and then did the rest of the booking online. The salesperson I talked to was lovely. She was informed, able to answer all my questions and helped me navigate because I had never used PODS before when I called. She was very helpful. The driver who dropped it off was very professional and showed me how it all worked as the container was lifted off the flatbed and dropped down. Everybody I worked with was great. And the online notifications and phone calls as far as when people are coming were great, too. I've been really happy with PODS.

I was going to use PODS for moving but it ended up for storage. I booked online but it looked like I had to do a certain amount of things over the phone since the website seems half-built. I wanted to schedule the rest of the drop off and delivery on the site but I had to do both of those over the phone. The guy who dropped the container off was very nice and friendly.

PODS happened to be the first one that I looked at and the gentleman I spoke with was really awesome so I decided to go with them. He told me the information I needed, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The pod was delivered to us and we filled it. They kept it then returned it back to us once my mom and dad moved. The drivers were very friendly, did their job quick and was out of there in no time at all. The only hiccup we had was they told us that they needed 24-hours notice to deliver the pod. We told them on a Monday that we needed it by Thursday and they couldn't deliver it on that day so we had to wait until they could. But we worked it out. Overall, the experience was pretty good until the end. I'd use them again.

We used PODS for moving. At that time, they were cheaper and more convenient. I requested a 16-foot container which was the correct size for my needs. The guys delivered it and I had no problem. However, the time having it cross country was a little bit longer than I expected but it was an easy experience.

I chose PODS from where I was in Texas because they offered the largest POD, the 16-foot, that I couldn't get anywhere else locally. Also, they were willing to store it in Portland until I finished remodeling. The people at the Wilsonville where my PODS were stored were outstanding, helpful and very easy to deal with. They were all very nice except for the day that I left and they were supposed to pick up the PODS.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They canceled my order without my authorization or notifying me and I ended up across the country in an empty apartment for two weeks. Horrible customer service, horrible company overall. Read their BBB reviews 82% negative. Don't make the mistake we made.

I sold my house so, I ordered myself a pod. I always thought they only had 12ft so I ran out of room. I ended up getting a 12ft and 7ft. Mike went out of his way because I was in tears when I thought I will have to unload the 12ft container but they’d store it until I could move into my new house. He fixed the problem. My stuff was picked up quickly so it's really good. The carrier driver was absolutely wonderful. He got the container where I needed it and positioned it correctly. I've already recommended them to my several friends. PODS repaired the problem and it ended up being a really good positive experience for me.

I moved and had storage for a month with PODS and everything was fantastic. I went with them because of how easy it was to do it with them. Everybody I've come in contact, they're nothing but professional. The only trouble I had online was when I was trying to make some changes as far as dates for it to be redelivered. After they pick it up, they store it and they are gonna deliver it to me as well but when they were gonna deliver it to me, I had to change dates and even the address and it would not let me do it online. It made me call, which may be policy procedures the way that they do it so there’s no confusion. Other than that, I didn't have any issues and they did exactly what they said they were gonna do.

The storage and moving company I dealt with in Lexington did not travel more than 500 miles so they suggested PODS to me. I called and talked to the PODS personnel on the phone and they were excellent. PODS brought the load to Florida for us and we had a great moving experience. I've referred them to three other people since then. I recommended that people get PODS versus local companies because I felt like I had more control over my stuff and I liked that. The price of PODS was significantly lower than other companies. I got the 16-foot container and their rep was very helpful. The drivers who picked up the container also did an excellent job. The only problem was I noticed a bunch of tarred-like particles in the bin when it arrived and it’s taken me a while to clean them off my floor. Those were probably roadway particles that somehow got into the PODS. Otherwise, my stuff arrived in good condition and everything worked out quite well.

I wouldn't use PODS again if my life depended on it. I moved from CT to CA with a mix of personal and business stuff in the POD - business stuff I needed immediate access to upon my arrival to CA. The day I left, I was contacted saying that they were delaying delivery for a week because they hadn't received a gypsy moth form - a form no one thought to tell me about in advance.

I found out about PODS when I moved in October of 2010. I hadn't gotten a house to move in and I didn't know how to handle that. When I was going to the store one day, I saw a big, white container in somebody's driveway and I thought, "What is that?" I called the number and they explained it to me. I used them and I was thoroughly pleased. I used the phone when transacting with them because I don't trust what I'm putting on there online and I'm thinking I might put on the wrong thing.

I know storage units where I can take my stuff to a storage company but what I wanted was for someone to bring a really big box to my house where I can put all my stuff in and keep it at my house. I started to book online with PODS then I called in because I was hoping to find a better offer. I ended up with the better offer after calling in and they offered me a good deal where I got three months and the fourth month will be free. The reps were incredibly helpful. I was only supposed to rent a pod for four months max and I ended up renting a pod for almost two years. I requested for the 12-foot pod and it was a little bit bigger than I needed. But it was perfect because I was able to add stuff later that I wasn't expecting or wasn't intending on adding in later.

We used PODS because of the referrals of people that used it. Booking online was easy. We got the 12-foot PODS which is approximately seven foot high and was adequate for what we had to do. It was a little expensive but it was a good, clean unit so we were happy about that. We were also pleased with the way it was moved because it didn’t have to be tilted so it wouldn’t ruin any of our things. We had three different drivers because we moved it once before we had it taken away and they were all excellent. They had to get the container into and out of tight spots.

In fact, when I set this transaction up originally online, there was a hiccup. When the POD unit was delivered, they delivered a smaller size than I needed. I had ordered the 16 foot container and they delivered the 12 foot, so I had to send it back because I definitely needed the 16 foot. However, they actually accommodated me quite nicely and were able to get out the correct size of container when I needed it the next day, and that just rocked my world. Moreover, the container they sent out was nice, big, and clean. Overall, it was exceptionally easy to arrange what I needed, get done when I needed it, and get on about my business, so I was very pleased. I would certainly use them again if I need temporary storage.

If I used the website or called in and made a change, I couldn't see the change on the website. In this day and age, if I make some changes, it should reflect immediately on the website. I booked with PODS over the phone. The customer service rep was terrific. She thoroughly explained the cost right down to the last nickel and both drivers were fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was there were not nearly enough tie-downs. I would've loved it if the strut, the upright, and the beam have a slot in them where you could put something straight in and then twist it and then have these hooks all over the place, rather than have a few welded on islets all over the place. The tied downs were terrible. It forced me to pack the truck with a lot of garbage to feel secure. But that's the only problem. The doors work fine. I just felt as though I would've really liked it if I could've secured it as much as I would've liked and I nearly didn't see the big cost the PODS would've been.

I rented a POD to keep on my property in TEXAS which was fine if you just look at delivery to my location, but and this is important when I called to set up an actual move with my POD is was a Nightmare. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They have unrealistic dates and times for cross country deliveries. Their Customer service people are Beyond uninformed robots that read straight from a script and are uninformed about how to make decisions around customer service. Kenneth the "supervisor" is never in the office and no executive or director to help make things go smoothly with a cross country move. PODS is INFLEXIBLE in every way and they have NO MANAGEMENT that can help make decisions if you need something extra or different.

Twice I had PODS for storage and moving. They have the best price. I started out online but I had phone conversations with quite a number of people and they were very good. I had one pod originally put at my father's house by the company because there was some damage to the property and they had to put a pod. Then they had to have it changed over into my name so I could move the furniture. Everything went well and people were very helpful. Everything arrived on time.

Used PODS when I was moving some things from Alabama to San Antonio, Texas. I had a grandson who also used PODS and I never heard anything bad. Also, their price was pretty in line. But I had a problem at first with getting my date set, which is also their problem. I had to change several times because I had a son that was coming to help me and I was renting a storage unit in San Antonio. I was going to store for five or six months and I never knew for sure when I was selling my house so I didn't know when I'd get out and I was spending things I was using. But when I would have a change, they were so good to comply with what I needed changed. I also wasn't sure what size of container I needed so I decided to go big and we had plenty of room. The timing of their drop-offs and deliveries were great, too. It was a hassle-free move.

Due to POD's reputation, we used them for both moving and storage. I got the biggest container which worked out fine. The drivers who picked up the container were professional. The only negative that I had was that I was told that the storage facility in Ocala was climate-controlled but it was not. At that point, there was nothing I could do about it because there was only one storage facility that was gonna work for us. Besides that, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend and use PODS again.

I got PODS for both my moving and storage needs. I booked them over the phone since I was doing a long-distance move which can't be done online. I ordered the appropriate container size. Both drivers were very nice and incredibly good at maneuvering both PODS. I was so impressed that they put the POD into the single weirdest position and it's perfect. Nothing was broken, everything was safe. They were a little bit late but I don't think that was within the driver's control. I think there were just some other issues that happened. But overall, it was a really positive and easy experience.

Horrific experience- bad people! After relocating after the loss of a child we used PODS to get a container which we packed with the help of the Fairfield police and city employees and the Napa firefighters. When it arrived at our new house 15 miles away it looked like it had been dropped. Everything was shifted and thrown against the door to the point where we couldn't even open it. It was horrific. Then when we submitted our photos and reviews the corporate office said it was our fault and denied any assistance with the most rude degrading email ever. Never use PODS!

PODS was more professional in their approach and the service that they offered in terms of online made me go with them. I had excellent interaction with the representatives. They answered all my questions and suggested a couple of things that were helpful. We got everything on time and pickup was on time, and the dropoff at our destination was on time.

PODS did a great job for me. I needed moving and storage services and since I liked their business concept, I went with them. Everybody I spoke with was very helpful. I had several calls with the customer service department. They were always very friendly, and helped me coordinate dropping containers off and picking them up so that there was space. I had a three-bedroom home in Albuquerque. I told the representative what the house looked like and then we ordered two 16-foot pods. However, when it was all said and done, I ended up with seven 16-foot pods. I felt that they were way off in the estimate in terms of the total cubic feet I needed in order to pack, store, and ship. That was the only problem that I really had.

Using PODS was convenient. They would bring the container to the house, which meant I didn't have to pack it up and move it to a storage place. Although there were storage places in my area, but I'd have to rent a truck. Then, the customer service reps were excellent. They worked with me to get what I needed and told me what time it would be there and what wasn't available. I thought I had ordered a too small POD and I'm glad that I didn't get my information wrong so that was perfect for me. I also liked that the payment was electronically taken out of my account and I had a record to check. It was easy and the service is very good.

We used PODS for the storage unit and the transportation, and then I got the pack and load services for unloading. I had checked on the cost with the moving companies, and I was originally going with the U-Haul truck and having relatives help drive it out. But then, it seemed like the relatives weren't as enthusiastic as when they first said they would help with the move, and I thought it would be easier and better for our peace of mind to go with the POD, and that worked out very well. I booked online at first, but was instructed to call Customer Service, so that's what I did. The rep was very good and helpful. I knew from looking at the stuff online what I needed, and requested a 16-foot container. The container was 8 feet, by 8 feet, by 16 feet in size, had a roll-up door, and was clean and sturdy. The pack and load service folks contacted me.

Booking with PODS online was very easy. However, choosing the correct size container needs to be explained a little bit better online when I don’t have someone to talk to about how much. It says online that a 16 would fit a four-bedroom house and it doesn’t fit. We ended up leaving our appliances with the house so we didn’t have to buy another one. I was charged to drop off and the container be picked up from a residence two streets away from where they picked it up and didn’t charge me but when they dropped it off, they charged me. When I called, the lady told me it was 24 miles and I said, “No matter which way you look on the map from PODS to my home, my address right now is 11.5 miles." She argued with me for a really long time and finally her manager got on and said they would refund me but she was very rude about it. But overall, our experience was great and super, super easy.

I ordered a unit immediately following the flood to store salvageable items. I made the initial payment with my husband's credit card without being informed that this card would be debited automatically each month. Secondly we called to have the pod picked up on the 28th and was told that they would be here to pick it up on the 29th at 7am. Immediately after our phone card my husband's card was debited for the monthly amount of $153 plus the $69 pick up fee. Remind you that we are being billed $153 and will not the pod for use.

I needed a storage unit that I could take my time loading and then I needed those relocated. I was paying for my own dime and I needed time to do it so I went with PODS. I booked online and then I spoke to a rep on the phone because I needed more clarification, and both were very easy. I had a lot of clarifying conversations with them and somebody helped me through so that I got the right sized pod and didn't end up squeezed too much. I got the biggest pod since the second pod was quite a big jump in price and I wished there had been a way of having it through. I did get another one, so that was a bit painful when I thought how much it would cost to get another needless hauling.

I was moving and I liked the convenience of using PODS. The driver who picked up the container was on time. He had a little bit of difficulty but the job was done. However, though I have the transaction recorded on my charge account, I never received a receipt for the breakdown and I’d greatly appreciate it if they could send one out. I would highly recommend them nonetheless.

The guys from PODS brought the pod to me and put it where I wanted it. I loaded the pod and they came and got the loaded pod. Then they brought it to me when I wanted it. The people I interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable. That was the easiest experience because I had to move across the country.

We moved recently and we had to store some furniture for a while. PODS was easy and the simplest way for us to do it. Compared to all the other optioned we weighed, availing of PODS's services made the most sense. We booked over the phone which was easy and this was several months ago. It was great and there were no problems. We got a 12-foot container and it wasn't that much more money for that bigger one. Their guys came and dropped it off. The container was clean although it could have used some more places to tie stuff up and some hooks or tie-down straps. Other than that, there was no problem at all. I bought some rope and we tied it up as much as we could. We then loaded the stuff we were taking with us to our old house and PODS stored our stuff for three months. When our new house was finished, we had them deliver the container and we unloaded it. They picked it up afterward.

The pricing at PODS was reasonable and I knew they wouldn’t mess up. So, I booked from them, and the online booking was really easy. I do a lot of stuff online and it was very intuitive. I had the storage container on my driveway for a couple of months while I remodeled the garage. It was great and I definitely would use it again. The whole experience was reasonable and easy.

I did some research and PODS met my needs for what I was trying to do. Their customer service rep and the drivers during the initial drop-off and the drop-off at my final destination were excellent. It was a great experience and I have no complaints. I would do it again in a minute and I've recommended PODS to other people. I would never move again without using them. I went with PODS for two main reasons. One reason is that they were serving the area I was moving from and the area I was moving to, and the other reason was simply the size of the modules available. I had a very pleasant experience with them. I tried to book it online, but because I was moving interstate, I had to do it over the phone. At both ends, when the delivery fellows dropped the pod off and picked it up in Maryland and up here, they were very cordial and nice to work with. I've already recommended PODS to a couple of friends.

I was looking for a really safe, secure place to store my mother’s belongings, and I wanted an environment that I felt her belongings wouldn’t be destroyed or damaged. I decided to book PODS based on their positive reviews. However, I had to keep my belongings in PODS longer than I had expected originally. I thought it would be anywhere from three to six months but it ended up being over a year which was a long time. It was set up on automatic bill pay and all of that went fine. But at the end of my contract, they double billed me for bringing it somewhere else. But the person I talked to in Atlanta took care of it completely, and they transported it for free. So, they gave me a credit to deliver it to my home. A few issues came up, but PODS was very good about taking care of it, and I ended up being very satisfied.

I’ve used PODS twice. My mother passed away in January of 2013 and we used the service to do some changes in the home that needed to be done. We had the container in front of the house for about six months and it was a tremendous assistance because we were able to work slowly and move things and reorganize. Then my husband became ill and I had to face another tragedy about health. I then had to make a decision to move my business of 30 years into my home and go virtual. It matched that I would have to have access to things and I had to liquidate about 85% of my inventory. I needed immediate things to handle customers and so as not to turn my house into a warehouse, besides having very large warehouse facilities to support backup, I had the POD in front of the house for files and things of that nature for almost a year. It worked out really well because it gave me the chance to do things in phases instead of having to do it all at once.

I had a POD dropped off at my house, we filled it up, they stored it for a while and dropped it off at the new house. At that time, me and my wife really weren't sure where we were moving so we needed it stored and then have it delivered close to wherever we did get moved to. We ended up with two 18-feet containers and I still got one sitting in my driveway we're working on emptying.

I was gonna rent a U-Haul but someone said, “Oh, you ought to get one of those PODS.” So I called PODS and got a price. PODS sure beats driving a U-Haul for four hours, so we got them instead. I booked it online and then called them afterwards. We got a small, seven feet container and filled every inch of it. The driver that dropped the empty pod off in Baton Rouge was excellent. I had phone conversations with the driver in Troy that dropped off the full pod, and he was very nice. He put the pod in the right location. It was a very good, very positive experience.

We were moving and I used PODS due to their reputation, word of mouth and the price. I booked them over the phone and had a brief interaction with the PODS representative who was direct to the point, knowledgeable and kind. I had a good idea of the size of the container and the rep confirmed it. I got the biggest one they had and it was perfect for my needs. It had some cracks on its top like a hole, but kept everything inside dry. So, it didn't seem to harm what was inside. The container was also clean when we got it, so it was in good shape.

We heard a few great things about PODS and it was exactly what we needed because not only would they bring our items down to Virginia, but we didn’t have a new location to move into yet so we needed the storage aspect of it. There was a really nice fellow down here that delivered the pod, and he was also the same fellow that picked up the empty pod.

I wasn't sure when I was going to move and needed the storage. I've tried other options, but PODS was the best. So I booked with them over the phone for storage and moving cross-country. I did a lot of research online, I ended up having to call them because I had some questions. I had a very excellent experience with their reps. Everybody that I dealt with was very professional, seemed to know their job, and answered my questions. I was very happy with the information I got, which ended up being accurate.

I had used PODS before eight years ago. The only thing I didn't like this time is the day that the POD was supposed to be delivered back to me, I couldn't talk to anybody. It was late in the day when they finally got back to me with the time. When they brought the POD to begin with, it was early in the morning and when I wanted to bring it back so I could empty them, it was going to be late in the afternoon. I expected it would be early in the morning and had help all lined up early afternoon and then had to change my help. But otherwise, it was good and it worked out all right.

I used PODS in Kansas City once before so I went with them again. I rented two different-sized pods and stored them for about six months. They took them to their storage site. However, we had a long driveway which was a flat space and there was a bunch of patio furniture sitting out there and when they were bringing the second pod, they clipped and dented the corner of my wrought iron patio table. But when I called the local owner, he told me to get it fixed, send them the bill and they'll pay for it, which is what happened. So all of it on the local end was totally a pleasant experience and everyone there was lovely. The drivers were great too, and it wasn't their fault.

Overall I am satisfied with the corporate office, however the local office in Fishers, IN has thoroughly disappointed me. I called to have the unit picked up, the office was too busy to pick it up by the end of my month contract. I was told I would not be charged for the next month because it was their fault and not mine. I woke up to find my account had been charged an extra month on top of the $91 pickup fee. I've put a complaint in with the corporate office because the local office is closed on Black Friday. I am so very upset about this!

I moved out of a house and I was moving to an apartment and couldn’t keep everything. I used PODS as a storage unit to keep my stuff together because it seemed to be convenient. The conversations I had with their reps were few and they were very professional.

That way, we didn’t have to load it and unload it and then load and unload it again. We got the big container but it wasn’t big enough for us. We got rid of a lot of stuff.

They delivered to my home in Rhode Island and then delivered down to Venice, Florida. I did the whole thing within a month. It’s easier to explain and we can make it to our particular needs. They were very helpful doing that. I had to change a few things and they were very good about amending that, and then I had interaction with the drivers who are excellent. When the drivers said they’re coming this time frame, they hit it on the mark. And they usually called when they were 10 or 15 minutes out.

I saw PODS in the neighborhood and thought it was going to be less-expensive. I needed them to drop off a pod so I could fill it up and have them deliver it from Florida to Connecticut. I booked over the phone and their reps were very knowledgeable. The drivers were polite and courteous, too. I did ask them to move the pod because it made my walkway too narrow and they very nicely moved it. They arrived right when they said they were going to and they called half an hour before they got here. Everything was delivered promptly and I was very satisfied. I had no problems and I would recommend PODS again.

We did moving and storage with PODS. We got the medium sized container and I needed a bigger one. We forgot about our attic. It was confusing to me because their website doesn’t really tell people where stuff is gonna be stored. I did not like that part of it so I called them to find out and then they told me where it was gonna be, but then I feel like it got moved. I wanted it to be an indoor facility, however, I’d never called them if it got moved somewhere else. I would’ve liked that information on the website. Other than that, everything was fine with their customer service.

They did it on time and they were good about notifying us ahead of time when they were going to be delivering or when they were going to be picking up. We were pleased with the whole experience.

I wanted to put my furniture in the POD instead of getting a moving company to bring it, put in their truck, then drop it off, and then put it back on the truck, and then move out. I didn't want my furniture to be moved four times because then it would sting up pretty bad. I called Customer Service once or twice about scheduling, and the picking up or dropping off of my things. I requested the 16 foot container. They suggested that I get two containers, but there was no room for the second one where I was. So, I just got one container and had the movers put all of my furniture in the POD. I moved myself to a local storage place and stayed there for a month. So, they were bringing whatever's in the POD three miles away, and I just took everything else in a local storage. It all went well and I was happy with the results.

So when we staged our home, we put the stuff we didn't want in the PODS container, whisked it away for six months and then brought it back, and now we're moving. We loved the service. I've heard positive things from other people that I know who are discriminating and they were happy with their PODS experience. So I thought based upon that, and the price of a PODS type of move versus a more traditional one, it seemed like the route to take. I commenced the process by speaking with someone 'cause I wasn't exactly comfortable with being able to assess online what my needs or what the PODS sizes and things would be. The reps whom I spoke with were fine. In some respects it was a bit confusing because I originally asked about pricing of two PODS and then felt like I could get it done with just the one large size, but had to go back where we ordered a second POD. So any kind of confusion on that end was more of my doing than anything else simply because I tried to get it done with one and I couldn't do it.

I booked a POD online and then I registered at the PODS website and used it to monitor and track the whole process which went very well. We dealt with their folks in Florida and all of our interaction was through the corporate office since we moved from Ohio to California. Then they handed us off to the local office who delivered the POD and things got a lot better and clearer so there was a lot less confusion. We contacted the central office when we moved to California and we were back to confusion again. But then things straightened out when we hooked up with the local office in California. It was a very difficult move but it was a very pleasant experience working with Rose, Al, and a couple of other people. I'd like to interact with them again if I'd do it all over. I went with PODS based on the recommendation of a business associate as well as the simple fact that I didn't have to drive a moving truck. The customer service rep was very informative and thorough. There was confusion, however, on the website when I went to go understand what I had paid. When I called to make some scheduling changes, there were some issues with billing. When I went to go see on the website, the invoice was not clearly understandable and I had to call in to make sure to clarify that. It took about 15 minutes for the representative on the phone to help me understand what I was looking at on the website. Other than that, the drivers always showed up on time and they called ahead when I had asked it to do so. The cleaners were contained and everything showed when I had asked it to show up.

They laid everything out and explained what the extra charges were to be if we needed it longer. The drivers were very courteous and even turned the containers around because they were backwards. They took the time to do that with no problems. I’d recommend PODS to anybody that was needing storage on the premises like we did.

I am having hard time dealing with these employees and later Supervisors wasting 3-5 hrs each days since few weeks and placing wrong orders and wrong debit card expiration and not changing Long Distance order after canceling and still delivering local POD and after adjusting Local POD to long distance and Sup putting on hold, not showing up yesterday 11/15 and PODS container getting picked up today morning even after my email to the owner without any response from him.

Everybody with PODS was very helpful and professional. If we needed to make any changes, the availability was good. The customer service reps were very good and I always got confirmation and emails so I knew things were taken care of.

The cost was about a third of what using traditional movers would be so that was a huge incentive. But they had a huge number of negative reviews that had me very concerned about, especially billing. I moved my daughter back to Florida from Massachusetts and used PODS for moving. They were the best option and I booked them online. There was a little coordination of where they were and when they could come and they did a great job. They came and put the pod where we wanted it. They made the move very easy and when they delivered the pod they put it right in my driveway. It was the first time we had done it and everything worked out well. I'm very happy.

I changed state so I used a medium-sized container from PODS for moving and storage. I chose them for the security and convenience of it all, because they put the pod in my original driveway in Oklahoma. I was able to load it, so it was hassle-free, and then they would deliver it to my new home. The PODS driver was friendly, professional, and quick. I love the courtesy call for delivery because I had forgotten the particular day he was coming.

PODS' people were all great - from the person who did the reservation to the driver that dropped the container off and picked it up. I had a special request when I came to get my stuff. I did not need it delivered any place. I went to their storage facility and they set the container outside so I could get my stuff out of it and that worked really well. It was a very pleasant experience and I'd definitely do it again. They've found a niche that did not exist before that nobody was doing and they've come up with a great marketing strategy. I've also recommended them to people.

I had to do my move over a long term and I had to store stuff while moving so PODS was the easiest option for me. The container I got was sturdy and the moving crew was helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was helpful at our age and stage in life not to move as we normally have doing it all ourselves. We were moving from Connecticut to Florida and booked with PODS over the phone. For the most part, I had a very helpful interaction with their rep though there could've been more clarity with the calling of the different schedulings and payment plans. I wish I had the same person, a consultant, to talk to. That would be very helpful if somebody could be assigned to my case. There was a little misunderstanding about our final delivery to where we live from the holding area. It set us back a few days. It would've been nice if that particular thing didn't happen with better communication.

My advice is: Don't do it. I placed my stuff in storage over a year ago. The company was great selling me their product including long term storage. The problems I have encountered is accessing the containers now. I moved 600 miles and cannot afford to relocate the containers. For over a year, I have called to schedule access to the containers. I prefer to access on holiday weekends (more time to travel and less time off work). Every time that I call I am always told that the container location will be closed (usually for 2 to 3 days) and I can't get to the pods. My experience - PODS definitely doesn't make long term storage a good option. For moving they're a good cheap option over a moving company but long term storage - stay far away from that mess.

We got a container from PODS and we used their recommended people to pack it up and we stored it for a week. And then they delivered it, and then we had them unload it. We like their price. We didn't know the size of the containers and told them the number of rooms of furniture, and then the PODS representative suggested the size. We got the biggest one and it was the right size and the container was in excellent condition. However, the guy that delivered it was new and he had a hard time getting it in the driveway ‘cause we’re on a hill. But he did it eventually. The experience with PODS was really efficient and very timely. The people who they recommended to pack it and to unload it were great. I would recommend PODS to others.

We used PODS for moving and I like the quality of their actual POD. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and they knew what they were talking about. The only issue I had is when I scheduled it to come up and be delivered, they did it on a Sunday which I was absolutely thrilled about because I was going to be home. And then it didn’t show and no one called me. So when I called Monday morning, they said they don’t deliver on a Sunday. That’s the only thing that I was disappointed about because I had a lot of people to unload it, so then I had to pay an extra month to keep it out because I couldn’t get people to help unload it and had to do it myself. Other than that, I had the smallest container which was perfect for me and their drivers were also on time. They were professional and it’s nice that they knew their job.

I had friends that had used PODS before and they seemed to like it so I went with PODS. Darren and the people that delivered and picked up were all professional and helpful to my needs. It was a good experience in challenging times so I would go with them again if I have to move again.

I had PODS deliver the storage container in my driveway where our stored stuff was because we're having work done at the house. I tried to book online but I found it very annoying so I booked over the phone instead. They came, they dropped it off and then, they came and picked it up. The moving of our container was good. However, it was really expensive and ridiculous to have paid for a drop-off and removal. It was way overpriced and I would definitely look to use another company in the future.

I used PODS several years ago when I had moved before. Then I used them again for storage when I was moving out of my house and then had it moved to my new condo. I requested the biggest container size. Both of the drivers were great but the follow-up pickup was not good because there were charges that I didn't realize were there. I called them to come pick it up and thought I could save money by having them do it a different way but they just kept restating that that is what I was gonna have to pay. They weren't very helpful and understanding. I was very frustrated at that point but I would probably use them again.

PODS provides the convenience for loading and unloading and having the off-site storage was really nice. I booked with them over the phone and everything was quite good. They even helped out with the right service level. The container was very clean and it arrived in good shape. Plus, the delivery was fantastic. The delivery guy placed down wood on the grass to protect the grass while the wheels were rolling over it which was really cool. I called customer service a couple of times to arrange pickup and I needed to have the pickup sooner than what's planned. They helped me out pretty good with that and everything arrived on time. I looked at it online but they didn't have a return date available when I needed it, so when I called, they were able to re-arrange everything and get the date. It was an excellent and professional service. I will definitely be using them again and I tell all my friends about them.

I had one PODS unit delivered to the place I was moving from then had it delivered to my new house. I got them due to friend recommendations. The online process was very simple. Then I had to call to reschedule my move but their reps were very friendly so it went very easily. The container was moved safely and none of my things was damaged. The drivers were on time and delivered and picked up when I was at work with no problem. I had a really good experience. Hopefully, I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I have to, I would definitely go the same route. PODS provided dependable and secure service.

I have been with this company for about 2 years and all of a sudden they choose to take money out of your account because they want everyone on auto payment. They are saying that it has "always been mandatory", which is a blatant lie because they even verified that I was calling in every month to make the payments prior to this... These people don't care that they basically evicted me... Save your money and go elsewhere.

We went with PODS for storage services and did our booking online. It was really easy to sign up and have it delivered to the location that I needed. The container was sturdy, safe, waterproof and worked really well. The driver called a few different times but it ended up being fine. There was some confusion about timing but it was not a big deal at all. It went really well and I was glad that they were able to pick up soon after I was ready for them to come and get it. It all was exactly what I needed and I'll probably use PODS again.

I needed one of the little PODS units to put my furniture in while I renovated my house. I’m pretty much decided for the size I needed and that’s the way I went by. It was about 12 by 20 and I filled it up with six inches left in it so it’s perfect. I like both of the drivers. They were nice, friendly guys and we got along well. There’s only one thing I wish they would figure out a little better way which is to latch the door because it was tough to get it locked. The little 'slidy' thing wouldn’t slide right. It was tough and old people wouldn’t be able do it. I got it done but I'm right on the edge of being an old person myself. Still, it was very pleasant, I expected what I got, and it was really good. I didn’t have any problems and I plan on using them again if I ever need them.

If I could put two in front of my house I would’ve put two but I only had room for one. I got the biggest container 18'. I wish it was a little bit bigger but everything went fine. They came back when the door get jammed and helped me open it. I'd recommend PODS to anybody. I’m always telling friends not to get a truck and to get a POD because it can sit in front of their house for four, five or six days. It’s something that anyone can drop off for as long as they want it to be dropped off in front of their house, to load as fast or as slow as they can or possibly can do. It’s a really good way to move. I’d used them before when they first started years ago.

I ended up with a 16 foot container, which I loaded and unloaded twice, experimented for more than four tries and finally packed it like a can of sardines. In June 2016, I arranged for three PODs for delivery of my household effects from Arlington, TX to Las Vegas, NV. The PODs were scheduled to be delivered, one at a time, allocating time between PODs for packing, and delivery of the next POD. After two PODs, were delivered, packed, and returned to their storage area, I called the company to request a smaller POD. The agent I spoke to seemed kind of "flakey" as we spoke, and then when the POD was delivered, it was the wrong size. I refused the delivery of that POD. They delivered the size I ordered the next day or so.

I got a 12-foot pod plus storage and then delivery service from PODS once we were ready to pick the furniture. I like the convenience of being able to load the furniture myself and have it stored and then delivered to where I needed it to be delivered. The driver that picked up my container at my original location ran over a really nice, old sago palm, at a house that I was still in but apparently the new owner didn't mind that. Other than that, it was a great moving experience.

We used PODS because they could drop the pod off and I could fill it up then they'd pick it up and drop it off where I was moving. At that time, I got the promotional that shows no fees for pick-up and delivery and with pick-up again, which was much better than what I saw on the self-storage or a storage facility, so I took advantage of it. We recommended PODS to one of our close friends that was also moving at that time, and they took advantage of it as well.

We wanted to sell our home so wanted to get some furniture out of there to stage it and PODS was the best, most secure and easiest option. I looked at booking online, but ended up booking over the phone. We were being a little cautious so we wanted the container a little bigger. The container is a free option, it's a big white container, and had a blue door with the PODS on the side. It came very clean, which is nice. However, all I see is the sign was falling off on the side, but it's not a big deal. The driver just came and picked up the container and the drop off was with some very nice, friendly and helpful guys.

I needed moving and brief storage services and I went with PODS since I wanted to give them a try versus a regular moving service. I booked online, and it was easy to understand. I used a combination of the containers - the big one and then the half size. However, I underestimated it. I then called the customer service center for the additional PODS I needed and the reps were very professional, courteous, and helpful. I was able to get the correct size for my needs in the end. I would highly recommend PODS to anyone moving.
