PODS moved my household goods from Houston to Colorado and they stored it for three or four months before I was ready for it. I went with them for the price and convenience. I booked online. The Houston office was amazing and they saved the day so I deeply appreciate them. I had some people who didn't do a good job of packing the pod and I ended up having to need a second one and it was on a Saturday. I called the local Houston office and they found me one and got me one out there so that they could load the second one. The drivers were also outstanding.

I chose PODS over other storage companies because of my familiarity with them from seeing them around. I had a medium-sized pod dropped to my house and stored on location for a month or so. The whole end to end experience was better than expected. The people I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and helpful. Also, I met the driver during drop off and talked to him as he was maneuvering the pod into position. I understood what he was doing and we had nice a little exchange to make sure everything was at the best position possible. The driver was courteous, very skilled at what he was doing, and I appreciated the calls along the way.

Everything went perfect and extremely smooth with PODS. We were having new flooring done at the house, so we had to move the furniture out and put it in a pod and move it back in. I booked PODS’ services over the phone. I did not have a problem with their reps. They were here when they said they’d be here and the pod was picked up when they said they were going to pick it up. We got the big pod because it was the size that I needed. It was clean and wasn’t beat up. Its appearance was excellent. The driver who dropped off the pod put it where he suggested it. He asked where we wanted it. I told him and he explained to me that that wasn’t a good position to put it and I agreed. We were very, very satisfied with PODS. Completely, 100% painless.

March 27, 2017 our renters had PODS coming to pick up their moving POD. When dropping off the POD the renter had to warn them of the overhead power lines (which you would think they would have acknowledged on their own). We are a farm and have power lines that belong to us that power our water for the houses and the barn. In the process of pick up the container POD's driver torn down 2 of our 3 power lines to our pump house. I had to leave while he was over at the house, so was not here when he removed it. Returning, in the afternoon I found we had NO WATER. Located the problem and began trying to get a hold of someone from POD. Very frustrating, you can only seem to talk to people in Florida that do not listen to anything you say.

If you're planning on making a big move (across the country) I wouldn't recommend this company. I'm convinced this company is designed to keep as many people as possible indebted to them. I want to think me and my husband's naivety are to blame – thinking pods was the cheapest way to go. But boy were we wrong! 8 months later, and we're still paying just to keep our belongings stored in a site that's in a completely different state. This is because we can't cough up $3600 up front. Pods does not offer a monthly payment plan. Their rates fluctuate and we are essentially re-buying everything we own, over and over. They wouldn't even accept half of the cost upfront, and pay the rest after the transport. On top of that we're paying a credit card just to keep the aforementioned machine going. No words can describe how awful it is to have everything, and still have none it to show for. It seems greed always wins.

We sold our house and moved, and got a moving container from PODS. Booking the 8 by 8 container over the phone was a piece of cake. I called a few times to change some dates 'cause we were having the house built, but it was fine. It was dropped off and picked up on schedule. The experience was absolutely positive and I had no problem. The drivers were wonderful and the whole thing was great and easy. Overall, PODS was a fantastic choice.

With PODS, I was able to store my things for a while. I didn't have a place to move into yet but I knew I was looking for one. I booked over the phone and the rep and I had very straightforward interactions. It was easy and he was able to answer the questions very quickly. The container was clean. The drop-off was good but the pick-up wasn't as neat. It was snowy and flashy that day in Calgary and some branches on one of our trees were knocked off because the driver slid in towards the curb. He kept trying to go up the hill rather than back up down. My brother and I guided him out once we saw he was stuck. Overall, it was a really good experience. It was really helpful to be able to put my things into storage and then leave it. I knew it was safe somewhere and I could go and grab what I needed to if I needed it. I would recommend PODS to a friend if they're moving.

We recently rented a PODS container for a move and were promised that PODS could store the container off-site and deliver to our new house when we were ready. We are finally ready for our move and PODS says their container can not be on the streets of Minneapolis without a permit. We offer to get the permit and the customer service employee says they still can't put on the street because the city workers are rogue and will tow it away even if we have a permit. So the solution they come up with is we need to rent a U-Haul truck and pick up our things from the storage facility. When we rented the PODS no one informed us of this rule. I AM LIVID. I am now forced to incur extra cost because you failed on your end to be transparent as an organization and I picked PODS because of the ease of moving they claim to offer, and you have failed miserably. DO NOT USE PODS IF YOU LIVE IN MINNEAPOLIS. YOU WILL INCUR EXTRA COSTS.

Ordered PODS 6/01/16. Delivered on time. Completed rental on 6/25/16. Called PODS and asked for pickup on 6/26/16. No Show. Called 6/27/16 asked to be picked up a second time. No Show. Wednesday 6/28/16 called again. No show. 7/1/16 picked up POD and charged cc for the full month of July. Refused to pay July rental. Sent two page letter explaining times, dates etc. Recorded all conversations. PODS' solution - send account to collection. 1/30/17 spoke with collections and explained everything again. They said they would look into it and give me a call to discuss. No call. No correspondence. 4/24/17 receive second collection notice.

I moved from San Francisco to Florida. My father searched everywhere and then found that PODS' quote was the best one. I booked over the phone and got the small container since I didn't have much for moving. PODS has a very good service.

I saw advertisements for PODS and they seemed like they were a good company. I booked their moving services over the phone. I got the largest size container for delivery and pick-up. I had no doubts about it. It was sturdy enough and it was the right size. Everything was great. Someone even called to see how I liked everything and I have nothing bad to say about them. If I ever have to use the service again I would definitely call. I would recommend them.

I ordered a PODS online to be delivered to my Housing Authority (a government account). The PODS confirmation scheduled the delivery between 10:15-1:15pm. At 3:00pm the PODS had not been delivered so I called to ensure that it was still on its way. I was told that it was rescheduled and the new delivery time would be 3:15-6:15 but no one had bothered to notify me! At 6:20pm there still was no PODS. At 8:00am there still was no PODS! My moving people who had showed up to load the PODS arrived and there still was no POD. Customer service couldn't provide any answers because they do not have any authority to make decision or change orders.

I moved my apartment and studio from Seattle, Washington to Albuquerque, New Mexico so I rented the largest pod from PODS. After I booked over the phone, several guys picked up and dropped off the containers. We moved my apartment first and then we had to move it to my studio. Everybody has been great, very professional and helpful. However, the only thing I found a bit odd was when I asked for a hard copy of the compilation of expenses, I did the math but I still didn't see any actual printout of what my final bill with everything included was. Also, there was a brief delay but it was weather induced. I got here in early February and I was coming from the North. So, that time there was some snow North of me. I didn't want anybody risking everything that I owned just to get it there, so I'd rather them to take their time and get it here in one piece. Overall I had a good experience with PODS.

PODS is convenient for moving and storage. I needed to load everything up at my own rate and have a place to store it. I hired their packers and loaders too. I ordered over the phone and it was a fine experience with their representative. The packers and loaders that they recommended were good but I found that the bosses called every half hour checking on them which is distracting. They were like stalking them and at one point I asked them to stop and said that the guys were on the clock and if they would stop calling them they could finish what they were doing. The guy that dropped the container off was very nice. I was worried because it was new construction but he put cardboard down and he was good. I was happy with the experience.

I was affected by the flood in Baton Rouge and I had seen pod advertisements on television. When I tried to rent a pod because of its notoriety, I couldn’t get one because none was available. I started calling everywhere in different storage companies and it turns out one became available at PODS before any of the others. PODS have put me on a waiting list and they were very prompt about getting back to me. Their rep was professional and the service was very good. I got the 12-foot container and the driver called to let me know he had picked it up.

I needed storage during our move so I looked online then I called PODS and booked the largest size of container they have. The convenience of not having to load the container and then unload it to another building is why I went with PODS. There's less work. The container was perfect, has enough room and clean. My interaction with the driver was good and there were no issues. My experience with PODS was good and was like I expected. I’d very well recommend PODS to other people.

I sold my house and I used PODS to store my furniture for about six months. I booked online and the booking process was fine and easy. The container that I got was perfect for my needs. It was the next size up from the smallest container. The driver who dropped off the unit at my new house was good and real nice. I was very happy with the service. I'd probably do it again with them.

I needed a container for me to pack, to store and transport to the location where I needed it. I used PODS before and have had good success with it. Also, a friend had used them and recommended them. They did exactly what I needed. They put the pod where it was supposed to go and it stayed as long as it was supposed to stay. Then they took it where it's supposed to be. They came and picked it up when I called them. So they did everything they were supposed to do.

We booked both moving and storage services from PODS. It's convenient. We put our things in, close the door then walk away. My sales rep. Richard helps us out a lot. Richard’s taken care of all of it. We've gotten both little containers, medium and big ones and they've been great. All their drivers have also been good. We’ve done a lot of PODS over the past and still have PODS rented right now.

I needed a pod delivered, picked up, and then delivered again to a different location. I talked to a couple of movers and a couple people and it seemed like PODS was the best fit for me. I got the smallest one but it was substantially larger than what I needed. All I did was had one layer on the bottom. There wasn’t anything that was higher than the knees. I would have been happier to have a smaller one.

PODS seem to have a great setup and they're local here. I used them for moving and storage and the storage was convenient. I tried to book with them online but the online site wouldn't load. So, I ended up having to call them, wherein I've told the representative when we will be needing the pod. We needed four different pods, four different drop-off and pickup times and storage. And PODS organized it all. It was a bit complicated to do it online. So, it was better to do it on the phone. I got the largest container they have and the drivers were very polite, friendly and conscious in not tearing up the yard. I would recommend PODS. They're great.

Company representative misrepresented product and its capability to me. I was told 2 containers could fit side by side on any 2 car driveway. That is far from the truth. I had movers scheduled to load them. PODS could only bring one at a time and the time delay between them picking up and redelivering was going to be anywhere from 3-6 hours that I would have movers standing and waiting. I canceled the entire order. Was told all my money (over 2000.00) would be refunded and any future orders would be canceled. That never happened. The one pod they had delivered was picked up some time that day. Then I kept getting robo calls to confirm deliver on one and another pick up of one and insurance coverage for all of them.

We’re a boarding kennel and we had to take down our kennels to have some work done on the floors so I needed to be able to store my kennels. I know there’s a couple of moving and storage companies out there but PODS came to mind first. I booked a pod online and got the largest one. Then, I had to change my date so I had to call them up. The only problem I had was that the container came from another location and the slide where you have to put the slide handle so you could lock the door didn’t work properly. I don’t think PODS had the chance to look at it or maybe the people who used it before me didn’t say anything about it. I had to hit it with a hammer to open and close it.

PODS was fine. They did what they said they’d do when they said they’d do it. They got in contact with me at all times that I called them. The quote they gave me was also accurate and reasonable. I’d recommend them.

I graduated school at the end of December. Was interviewing in a few different places. Using POD storage unit until I knew where I was going seemed like the perfect solution. And it was, until I tried to get my stuff back. Then they became the most unhelpful, poorly trained people I have ever dealt with. After signing my lease for apartment, POD was the first call I made to set up a time delivery time. Over the first week, I talked to many different customer service agents who all gave me different instructions on what I need to set up a delivery (not the mention a quote to drop-off/pick-up months rent and delivery when I was clear they already had my stuff and I just needed a finale delivery quote).

I needed a storage service and PODS was the name that came to mind first. Their reps were very good. I requested for a small container, however, the driver delivered the large one first so he then had to come back and deliver the small one. Everything else was good other than that. I already have recommended them.

We've used PODS five times, and with them, it's much easier to move if you're not positive when you're going to need your goods at the other end. With a moving truck, you have to be positive or let them damage your stuff. First of all, they pick it up with a small van, take it to another place, unload it, reload it to a bigger one, bring it to the new place, and if you don't need it, unload it to storage. Then reload it back on the truck to bring, which is just a pain. But working with the reps at PODS, everything was perfect, as usual.

While my home was being built, I decided to sign up for PODS and had a pod at my parent's house for storage. I went with them because their pod could be dropped at my front door and I wouldn't have to load up a truck. But it didn't work out that way for me since my driveway was too steep for them to put the pod on it. I still had to load a truck and they'd take it from my parent's house to my new house. But truly the cost of the truck, of moving the pod to there, it all washed out to be about the same amount of money anyway. It was just a little bit more work.

I had a long distance move and PODS was comparable price-wise and more convenient than the other options. I went online to try and get a quote, and then I was contacted by one of their reps. There was one issue though and I don’t know if it was me to blame or the movers. I had to call and speak to a local representative where it was delivered to have them help get the door open because everything shifted against the door. And they got it all resolved. They were very friendly and very efficient. I was very satisfied.

Ordered PODS and it was delivered on a Friday afternoon with a cracked roof. When it started raining on Sat. and roof began leaking, we call PODS to have it replaced. We're told no replacement was available until Monday (leaving us in a very tight spot as we had to move out of our house on Sunday). The rep cancelled my order (without my confirmation), removing any history of the order and delivery. When I called back, they informed me that there was no history of my order and that no POD had been delivered, even though I was staring at it on my front lawn.

I used PODS to store some of my furniture and household items in the pods container when I was trying to sell my house and move. Their reps have been good and were very timely. And when I figured out I could do things online, I started doing whatever I wanted that way. If I want to change some schedule, I could do it online. We put everything in the 12-foot rectangular container and then we stored it at their facility in Manassas. Everything I need to put in there, fit in very well. It was neat and clean, nothing was messy. Then when I moved, I got my pod back and they delivered it to me.

I booked PODS online since price was good, as well as their reputation and the ease of process. Navigating the website was easy. I ended up calling in because I had some questions. I need to make sure things are what I want. The representatives on the phone were super helpful and so was everybody that I spoke with at PODS. I was really impressed with them.

I got two 16-foot pods for moving. The driver who picked up the container was helpful. Everything was fine and I would recommend PODS.

I’ve used PODS before and they were a good company so I went with them again when I needed a container. The driver was very nice because he followed me. I was at work and have cameras around my house. He was on the phone and I was watching him on the camera. He repositioned the pod for me so that I can park my car. He asked if the position was enough and moved it when I asked if he can. I also asked him to move it a little bit more and he did. PODS provides good service very consistently.

My grandson had used PODS and he liked it so we also used them when we moved. We booked over the phone and the rep was very nice. We got two very nice and clean 16 footer containers. The drivers were very good and we had a good experience with everybody. I was very pleased.

I didn't want to use a truck so when I moved, I chose to use PODS. I wanted the convenience of it and the controlled environment that my possessions were stored in. I booked the pods online and the website was very user-friendly. I got the 12-foot and 16-foot containers. One is brand new and the other one was an older model, but it was very clean when I got it and it left the same way. They delivered the pods to my former address, stored all my possessions for nine months, and then they delivered them to my new address.

I rented the smallest container from PODS, and moved my stuff from Washington State to California. Using PODS seemed to be cheaper since I can't drive a U-Haul myself. That would be a tedious thing to do. The person that I dealt with was helpful, and gave me the quotes. But I could have rented a larger container if he told me because I thought I would only need the smallest one, and had to leave out some things and went back in summer to do a U-Haul. But then when I looked at the bill and how they divided the cost, most of the charges are on the moving rather than the container itself.

I saw a pod when I was up here visiting and I know that PODS came all the way across the country. I booked a pod over the phone to go from the Orlando area to Springfield, Oregon. The rep was very informative and helpful. It was fine. I really could have used the medium-sized but they don't do it coast to coast and I couldn't possibly fill the large container and that would have been a waste of money as far as I'm concern. So, I got a small container and it didn't fit my needs so I sold my stuff. The drivers were pleasant and professional. If I'm going to do it again, I would choose PODS. Everything went smoothly and I'm very satisfied.

PODS was more affordable over the others. We rented a pod from them, had it put in our driveway, and then it was picked up. My husband booked the pod online and doing so was easy. The pod was a solid built and big enough to fit what I needed. I had it for three days in my driveway. We loaded it up and then when it was time for delivery, they delivered it on time. And they did good. The drivers were friendly and did what they had to do. We had a good experience. We were pleased with their service and wouldn't hesitate to use PODS again.

We needed PODS for storage and they have the convenience of having the storage unit at our house. We booked online and we had two of the largest ones. One of them was clean and the other one was not. Also, we got two different pricing which I thought was strange. It had to do with a promotion that we had one month so we got one pod much cheaper than the other one. But if they could have a more consistent pricing, I think that would be something nicer.

Was moving a couple towns over so thought it would be a good idea to used PODS. We needed 2 PODS for our belongings so we asked to have one delivered right away and one to be delivered a month later. They delivered the 2nd POD 2 weeks early. Then we called 3 times to confirm that they would be delivering the PODS to our new home on the day we closed as we had a moving company meeting us there to help unload the PODS. Every time we called they confirmed they would be there on that Friday. That Friday comes and we have not received a call on time of delivery. My wife calls and they say we are not scheduled even though the previous week we had talked to 3 different people that confirmed we were scheduled. I was able to get the moving company to unload the PODS at my old house and bring it to my new house which ended up costing me an additional $600 I was not expecting to pay.

I had a really good moving and storage experience with PODS. No problems. They brought the container when they said they were going to bring it. They picked it up and stored it. When it got here, there was no damage. My wife booked PODS over the phone. She was extremely pleased with everything that she did. She called and the rep answered all her questions. Any time she wanted to know something, she called. She had one particular representative whom she was extremely pleased.

We got moving and storage services from PODS back in January and the experience was all positive. The company was recommended by a friend. We booked online and it was easy. I didn't have any hiccups. Their website is also easy to navigate. We got two of their largest containers and they were the correct size. The containers were clean and sturdy. We really had no complaints about the process. Their drivers were helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable too.

We had PODS bring out a PODS unit ahead of time, about two weeks before we actually moved. Then they picked up the PODS and moved it to Illinois from North Carolina. We had also looked at other storage and/or moving companies such as iPack, PackRat, U-Haul, and U-Pack. They're basically very similar. But what happened was, we got a lower price with PackRat. We really didn't want to budge on the pricing because I had a strong quote from PackRat, U-Pack, and another company. We had a wardrobe that was probably too big, although in a little hindsight it probably would have fit because we laid it down anyway. I told PODS, "I have a little less expensive quote," so I expressed my concern. But PODS said, "Well, this is the price and that's just the way it is." The pricing was not in the budget as I would have liked it.

I booked a POD over the phone for moving and storage. The rep was very good and the container they sent to me was a good size. It got my items safely each way, so I have no complaints. I was on their customer service quite a number of times because I changed dates and then if I had questions, and they were able to accommodate me without any issues every time. But I took the POD back because I found it a little expensive.

I had a coupon for PODS so I used them and it turned out to be a very good experience. I found booking by phone and talking with the rep much easier than doing it online. I was gonna use them originally for moving only but then our date got pushed back so I also used them for storage. They were able to work with me and we were able to change delivery dates with no hassle at all. PODS was very flexible. That's why when I need to do something like that again, they will be my first call.

I like that PODS could store offsite because if I were to do a moving company, I would have to move my stuff to a storage unit. And, if I’m moving it to a storage unit, I might as well have them pick it up then deliver it. So I reached out to them over the phone. The PODS' representatives quoted me a price and it was exactly what it is. I’m the kind of guy that needs to know everything and within half an hour later, I want all the details. So, they explained to me all the details. They’re really knowledgeable, friendly and were really patient with me, too.

We'd used PODS in the past and the service was great so we used them again when we moved from California to Arizona. We also had them put the furniture in storage until we bought a new house. When I spoke to their reps, they were cordial, responsive and helpful. We got a 16-footer POD and crammed our stuff in there really well. It was clean and sturdy. The moving of my container was timely and efficient and the drivers were extremely cooperative in placing it exactly where we wanted it, both on when we first had the delivery for loading and then again when we had them for the second time for unloading. They were friendly, courteous, and explained what they were going to do. Overall, PODS makes moving so much easier and has great value. We told everybody that it's what we use and if we ever move again, we would not hesitate to book with PODS.

I needed PODS for moving and storage. I went with the company because of the convenience of it. I didn't want to have to move into a storage unit, then move my stuff and then move it again and then move it again. It was very easy to book online and when I talked to the reps on the phone, they answered all my questions. I requested for the biggest container and it was clean.

I was moving out of state and needed storage. PODS has a facility that wasn’t far from where I grew up so I called them and got the 16-foot container. It ended up being more than what I needed, but I was able to put other things in there that I thought I had to leave so in the end, it was sufficient. It also had some damage to it and it probably needs some attention at some point, but I still used it.

My experience with PODS was okay. They're good and reliable. I had to move from a location that was close and they had my stuff for a couple of days. I knew I was going to use them because I've used them before when I moved to where I moved from. I called them to get information on what they needed from me as far as setting it up, and they let me know when they're coming and they're there. I hired guys to pack my stuff and they tried their best to get everything in their giant box container. However, the yard furniture did not fit but it worked out okay. The guys were helpful and a neighbor helped me out too.

PODS have been around for awhile and I see them everywhere in TV and ads. When I looked them up, they were really easy. So, I booked online then I called and spoke with someone to make sure what was going on. It was easy to deal online. Also, the payments were great because I only took out a certain payment once they dropped off a certain amount. So, I'm not paying the full amount upfront and that's awesome. So, they were going to my brother's house in Pennsylvania and the carrier driver called me and said that they're gonna be there in half hour. I was not there but my brother already knew that they were coming so I just texted him. It was really easy. Instead of getting all these phone numbers I just had them contact me.

When we needed a temporary storage, we requested a container from PODS since it's a well-known name. Everything was great except that they didn’t show us how to open the container so we had a huge time initially opening it, not being able to know that one has stand on the handle and push it down. So it took us a day to open the storage locks. We called the local person and they told us they checked out the locks before they left then they told us to try doing something and that was fine. So overall, it was a great experience, that's why we have recommended PODS to all our neighbors.

We were redoing the flooring and painting so we needed storage. I looked for PODS' phone number online and then I called to book. Their reps were good. They helped me pick the size of the container and answered my questions. I got a small pod. I could've used a little bit bigger but it worked well. I was afraid that if it rained, it might leak but it didn't. However, I didn't know that there was a fee for them to pick it up. I was disappointed in that but they reimbursed part of my money back. So, it went well and I would recommend them.

We were moving from Arkansas to California and used PODS since it would be easier for us to move it on the pod at our convenience and we liked that better. We booked the big pod over the phone and the reps were great. They provided the information about what we needed, when the move was going to be, and how much time we thought we were going to need in between time. They also explained that we can take all the time that we needed. We then called them back and let them know when we were ready to ship it out here to Los Angeles. The pod was clean and very sturdy. When it got delivered, it shifted a little bit but everything was fine. The men were also very friendly and very helpful. It was an overall good experience.

I was attempting to move but have not moved into a permanent place yet. I have a 16-foot container from PODS and I stored it all myself. I'd stored it for about 18 months and they have been pretty good. However, when I went down to access my POD I was told that there had been some damage to it. Evidently, a forklift had hit the unit and almost tore the door completely off of it, but there was no damage to anything inside. It was one of the older wooden style PODS with the fiberglass exterior and it couldn't really take a good hit.

I liked the size of the container that I could get from PODS. I booked over the phone and the rep was fine. When the pod was dropped off, they set it down where we wanted it and showed us around. So, that was fine. The one issue I had was not being able to know where my pod was after it left for the move. That was really inconvenient. And when I called at one point to try to check on that, the customer service rep said that I would be told when it got to the end place. And then, I wasn't and so I lost time when I could have picked up my stuff. But overall, the pod was useful and for the most part, it has good quality.

PODS has the most reasonable price and was quicker in getting things to us. It's easy to navigate their website and check on the order. But, they don't want to give the estimate on their website and so it would be required to talk to a human. It would've been better if they just showed how much it costs. But they're absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful on the phone. I requested for two 16-foot containers. The driver at the origin site was absolutely outstanding. He was on time, called when he was arriving, and he was there as advised. It was the same with the guys at the destination bit as well. They brought out the containers and came and picked them up after we had unloaded them. We based the whole thing off of what they said and they did them as they said they would and as expected. So, it all ran smoothly.

I've used PODS before and never had an issue with them. Recently, we rented a pod storage whilst my parents were renovating their house. Booking them online was easy and straightforward. We got the biggest container and its size was perfect. Also, their drivers called me and told me that they already picked it up. Overall, it was efficient.

The ease of moving with PODS was the reason we chose them and I wish every company was like them. The feedback, follow-up, customer service, questions, not one person that's an A plus. We had stuff taken from our house and then we had a boat made. So, we were having to dry it on the Evercoat. They brought the lifeboat and every single person acted like they had the biggest passion for what they did in their life. We were so pleased with every step of the way. We even tell people it's the best customer service that we'd ever dealt with. Through the hurricanes we've always seen them around and no one ever complained of our friends that have their houses being mildewed, hurt or damaged in transit. It's incredible and we'll definitely use them again.

We booked a pod over the phone and we had it April of last year. Then, we returned it in February of this year. We went with PODS because of the convenience of it being delivered at my home and being able to load it and have them come pick it up to store it. My interactions with their rep were good. The only issue that I dealt with was the payment process. I was paying for PODS via my checking account online. But then, they were under an impression that they were going to take it out automatically and during the time that I had the pod, my check card number changed. So, the check card that they had on file was no longer active. There were some issues there for two months. Other than that, everything was good throughout the whole process.

I needed a container to take everything out of my garage so I could redo my garage floor. I booked from PODS online and it took a couple of minutes but it worked out well. I requested for an 8' x 16' and I barely got everything into it but it all fit. Also, the containers were both sturdy and clean enough. It was delivered and picked up on schedule. I called them when I was waiting to have it picked up and the driver went to the wrong house initially because the data that was taken down for the address was off by a digit. If I hadn't heard the beep-beep of the truck backing up when I was waiting for them to show up at my house, I wouldn't have gone out to check on it. But that worked out well and there were no issues. It was as advertised, as expected and trouble-free.

I needed a pod for storage and I learned that PODS would take it, stick it somewhere when I didn't need it, and bring it back. So I requested for a 16-foot pod. Everything came out like I've put in there and that's the most that can happen. The reps were all excellent and the drivers were all very pleasant and nice. So everything was fine and it was what you want it to be. It was a very good experience.

I placed an order for a move from CA to OR. I gave the zip codes of the Origin and Destination. PODS confirmed my move and set my mind at ease for a moment. I called to make changes a few weeks before my move, and they let me know they were no longer servicing my area... I argued since they agreed to do it before, they should honor it. PODS confirmed they would honor their initial quote. I called again to make sure the change had been made. PODS again assured me they would honor our initial agreement, they would call me before the end of the day. PODS has cancelled my move and left me scrambling to find a competent mover with only a few weeks to go before my planned move. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

I've used PODS in the past and I've used them again for moving and storage. I went online and got all the information I needed. I wanted to add some PODS at the same time, so I had to speak to someone to find out. I requested for two 16’ and a 12’ containers and when they came, they were very clean and neat. The doors and their lock mechanism were fine and everything works good. They were put exactly where I wanted them to be.

PODS was great. They did every single thing right with the seemingly complicated move. I booked over the phone and when I had a couple of adjustments for timing, I did those over the computer. I called one of their competitors first but it was negative. I own a business and I deal with a lot of people. I had two pods that went to two different locations in Massachusetts. They went from there to a storage in Florida and I was able to access them in Florida. Then, they delivered them to where they needed to go in Florida when I was ready for them. Everything arrived perfectly.

One of my neighbors referred me to PODS so I used them for storage for a period of time. When I called the number, their rep was really good and very helpful. On the delivery, I spoke to the driver briefly to let him know where to set down the pod. There were no issues and I was really very satisfied with the whole experience.

I've had friends who've used PODS before and said that they were very good at what they did so I booked mine online and it was very easy. I just put in the addresses and then I received a phone call from them to confirm everything. They gave me the arrival times for the pods, when they were going to drop it off so I could fill it up, when they were going to pick it up and when they were going to deliver it. The driver called when he was a few hours out to give me a window as to when he would be here. I called them to have it picked up and they did so. They were on time and responsive and they did a great job.

I had a pod moved from Chicago to California. PODS was the only company that had a depot close to where I needed it to land in California. I started the booking process online and initiated the quote to a certain point. I then had to call them, which isn’t a bad idea because when you’re moving all your personal possessions, it’s good to talk to a human being. I thought that it was really a good experience. The only thing that was a little confusing for me was it felt like every single time I called to ask a question, make a change, or drop the pod off, I got another quote. So I had this whole pile of quotes and I felt a little insecure about cost differential from person to person. It made me feel uneasy. I thought, “Oh, my gosh. I’d better make sure that this is the same as what I got last time.”

We had a great experience with PODS. They allowed us to drop the pods and put our stuff in them at our leisure. We requested for two 16-foot containers and they were fine. The carrier drivers were great and they did a good job. We wanted to schedule our stuff to be picked up on a certain date and they said they couldn't do it that day. But when we told them that we had to have it and that we needed it, they made some arrangements where they could pick it up the day we needed it done. They did everything they were supposed to do, that's why we recommended PODS.

We needed a pod unit to store something temporarily while our kitchen was being remodeled. I'd seen a lot of PODS around the neighborhood and they looked in good condition and watertight. When I looked them up online, the price seemed very reasonable so I went ahead with their service. I called initially, but I've been using the online services quite a bit and their website was very user-friendly. The scheduling was good, too. They came when they said they were going to. And the pod was in good condition. The roll-up door and everything worked fine. There was no a problem loading stuff in and out. I did extend it one month and it rained several times but there was no leakage.

We had planned on using PODS to move from the Seattle area to the Tampa area. We got a quote and schedule the move. We found Pack and Load services on the PODS website. These people did a horrible job of loading our stuff. They had no regard to protecting the furniture. One example is they put tape directly on finished surfaces of our tables and chairs. We have pictures that clearly show scratches to the surfaces of these tables and chairs. They did not even follow the recommendations found on the PODS website for roping off the load every few feet to secure it as if was moved. As a result we submitted a claim for damage that was denied because we did not hire them again to unload the POD.

We were gonna pick a moving company because we were going to Tennessee, but then we changed our minds and decided we were moving to Tucson and decided to call PODS. And I went online and compared things, too. I booked a pod on the phone and my experience with the rep from PODS was perfect. They were great all the way through. They also suggested places to contact to help pack and unpack.

I got a 8' x 16' container from PODS for storage and long distance move from Wisconsin to New Jersey. I originally booked it online and then I made phone calls to change the dates, pickup times and drop off times and the reps were very good. The container is very clean and secured and everything was perfect. Also, the driver was very knowledgeable and he knew to put the container exactly where I wanted it. The only problem with it is there's no signage to find the storage place in New Jersey in Boonton. If you didn't know exactly where it was, it's hard to find. Other than that, their service has been excellent.

I liked PODS's price point and used their 16-footer from California to Tennessee. It was stored there for a few months. And then we found our home and PODS transferred the pod over to the house and were able to take everything out of there on time. However, when I had the money to pay the large payment for the transport, it was very weird system. I ended up paying the driver the cashier's check. PODS didn't trust me making payments or paying someone directly, and that was very disconcerting. I would have cancelled it if I had a chance, but I didn't. It was already committed and it's too difficult to change everything, time-wise and so forth.

At first, I tried booking online but for some reason it wasn't going right. So I had to make a call and talk to somebody. The person I spoke to was very helpful and set me up with it. I had a little bit of a complex move but it worked out okay and everything went good. I even adjusted my delivery time and they all just rolled with it and got it done. I was really glad about that. I hired one of the movers that PODS recommended and they worked out real good too. I had the pod delivered a couple days earlier and it worked out great.

The workers from PODS were polite and nice, but they dropped the pod too close to a hydrant and the police left a note on the pod saying, "If you don't move it in one or two days, we're going to tow it away." So I called PODS. They had to move it another six feet down from the hydrant and they charged me $119 for it. I followed up and upon final removal, they said they would credit that after but I don't remember seeing a credit. I could be wrong and I'd have to go back and look. But at that time, I didn't remember seeing a credit. In the scheme of life, it's not a big thing but it was really niggling at that time. But other than that, the gentleman who brought it and picked it up was very nice and everything's fine. Also, I would be very happy if they'd refund the $119. I'd recommend them but I'd tell my friends to make sure to be careful where they put the pod.

My family moved from Tennessee to Colorado. We tried to do all the research we could do before we made our move. After changing my mind with U-Haul I decided to go with PODS even though their services were almost twice as much. I liked the idea of how they transported it with such care plus they offered a $10,000 content protection insurance. After arriving in Colorado Springs we quickly realized that this was not where we wanted to make our new life. We decided to let PODS store our contents for a couple of more months while we found the right place for us. So 3 months later we are about to close on our new home so I decided to call and arrange to have our container shipped.

I needed to do my move piecemeal so I used PODS' moving and storage services. I booked online and requested for four large containers. The only complaint I have is that all of them had a jammed door on delivery. The design of the doors is less than desirable. Other than that, everything was great so I would use them again.

I did some research and PODS had good reviews so I booked a pod with them over the phone. We had it delivered to Maui, Hawaii, to be taken to Henderson, Nevada. We loaded it up and at first we didn't think that everything was going to go in the pod, but we had extra room and I'm sorry I didn't bring a few more things that I wish we have here now.

PODS was a lot more convenient to me because I needed the storage unit since I wanted to be able to take my time little by little. I browsed it online and booked it over the phone. The website asked me all the details to get the quote from them. So when I spoke to the representative, they gave me the price. He was always very polite, helpful, and explained to me everything in detail. We had a special quote for people that needed two more months of service which was really convenient.

I was cleaning my basement and had to clean it up to look at it to make sure there was nothing leaking around the wall. I didn't have any room left moving around the basement so I had to get a POD to pick the overflowing. I wanted to try PODS to see how it works and I like it. I booked over the phone and it was very good with the rep. They answered my questions and got a date that I can get it done.

I booked PODS over the phone and the person I spoke to was helpful and able to fill me in on all the ins and outs, of what's involved with doing the whole thing, process and such. Since we're moving out-of-state, they only had two options. And so, we used two of the large and one of the small containers. The containers were sturdy and clean. Everything worked as it was supposed to and got mostly a quick lesson on moving as far as loading. I have been pretty impressed by the drivers and how they can maneuver things into a small space. They were always on time too.

My son and his wife had used PODS and recommended it to me. I then dealt with Charlene, who was very helpful. Also, both of the drivers were very professional and polite when they called to tell me that they were coming. And the move was done within the approximate time that I was given. It gave me time that I could be there or know that everything was being picked up properly or left off. I especially like that PODS recommended the movers. And that company was also very helpful, professional and did such a great job both in packing and unpacking my belongings. I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend PODS.

I've used PODS before and we got great service, so we decided to use them again for moving and storage. I went online to book, then I confirmed with a phone call. The reps were excellent, the pod was great, and the delivery guys were awesome. They were just triple A all across the board, and my experience was smooth and easy.

I had everything set up right. But, delivery was a different issue. The delivery was fine except for the fact that I couldn't get the locks in my brackets in the order correctly. So, I had to follow-up to get that thing straightened out. But I like that I didn't have to move things twice with PODS. One of the great pickups was not having to go in and out of trucks. And jumping up to that next level and having to move everything in and out of there was big savings for me.

We hired PODS for moving and storage. We moved from Florida to South Carolina and thought that the pods would only be stored for about six months. But our process to find or build a new home took more than a year and a half. Since it was our first experience, we didn't know how much the pods would hold. So we had two small, 8'×7'×7' containers. But then they were filled and we found out that we needed a third. So we had three pods. Two were put in storage and the other one was immediately unpacked at our apartment in the Charleston area.

It was convenient to use PODS and they were consumer-friendly. They had the feature that they could drop off and pick up the pod. I went on the website and put the dates in that I wanted, the addresses and everything just worked. The container was clean and functional. It's what we needed and it served our purpose. The drivers who picked up the container were on time, courteous and helpful. It's a great service and it saved us a lot of aggravation and leg time. They did all the work for us and it was something that served our needs.

Most of the comments online towards PODS were leaning towards the positive and there were very few negative comments that would reflect what I was going to be doing. I was gonna move from New Mexico to Illinois so I checked into PODS and other similar companies, and there's one of them that I wouldn't wanna use because they're not as solid a construction as PODS. I also drove out to the PODS location in Albuquerque and met two older gentleman who showed me everything and gave me a brief tour of the whole storage thing. I was more impressed at the caliber and the quality of employees that were working there than the facility itself. They were very professional.

PODS worked well for us. They are reasonably priced and it was easy to order from them. I booked it initially online, but when I had a question, I ended up using the Help. The representative was very helpful. The delivery and the pickup of the pod were both great. The drivers were on time, professional and did a good job. They listened to us and worked so fast. In fact, I would do it again.

My daughters wanted to get PODS because we were moving. They liked that PODS were packing boxes for us and they wanted to put the boxes in the pod. They thought that would be better for us. They scheduled it online and it was very easy. I'd recommend PODS to somebody if they were moving and wanted to just put stuff in a pod.

We needed a storage container and got one from PODS because of convenience. We have used storage units in the past and we found PODS to be 100% more efficient and easier all the way around. I worked with them online and it was very easy, but I also called them because I had some questions. Everybody that I'd ever spoken with at PODS was great. They were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We had the smaller 12-foot container. My husband and I were nervous to put anything super fragile in there, but it was very sufficient. We were not home when it was dropped off, but they were very timely because they called me when they were going to be there. Also, we were really early on with our contract and didn't get the money back. They called to tell me how much we were getting back and when we could expect it.

I used PODS before when I moved down from New York to Florida and that worked very perfectly. They were easy to handle. I found them on the web and just reading through what they advertise, I found them very convenient to use. I liked the way they presented themselves and how I could approach them in terms of the data that I had to submit. It was also really easy to navigate through their webpage.

I had heard more about PODS than any other company so I signed up with them. Their reps were very kind. When I forgot my lock, they brought it back to me when they picked up the pod. Overall, I had a very good experience with them.

I was moving to another city and PODS would move their pod to the city for me. I booked the pod online and though the process is okay, it could be more automated. I still had to talk to somebody once. The pod was the right size for my needs but it was very cheap. It was just plastic and some wood, and it caused mold to go inside of it. I had to throw certain things away because mold had set in. It was cool but if it was an all-steel storage unit, then the mold couldn't have set in. But it was a smooth transaction with the driver. He was cool. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

We were going to renovate a house so we were needing to store our furniture temporarily. PODS was recommended to us by the contractor that was working on the remodel. We did the booking over the phone and the experience went very well. They told us about a special that they had going at the time which we were eligible to take advantage of, and did. They were very friendly and very professional. All was fine. They delivered the two pods, initially, just as requested. They were clean and there were no issues. The gentleman was extremely nice. Then when we got ready to have them brought back, they were extremely responsive. As soon as we called, they got our pods to us. Everything was fine. And then they picked them back up just as quickly as we needed them picked up.

I got a shipping container from PODS to use it for my move to my new house. Last time, I had to move in with my mother-in-law temporarily until we finished the renovations but that move was a pain in the butt. Last time, I literally moved everything into storage and now I'm moving everything back out. So I figured just having it in the container would make it more convenient so I opted with PODS this time. We used the largest container and it was perfect. I love the fact that it was ground level. I literally moved in and out by myself and the dolly. I could not be happier with my experience. They may be a little pricier but a lot less stressful.

I booked for PODS' storage service and it was easy to order. Their drivers were nice, accommodating, and pleasant. I'd recommend them.

We were moving locally and needed to store items in secure storage for a while before having them moved to our new location in a fashion where we can unload a pod at a time. PODS fit our needs. We booked four pods online and it was a very straightforward process. They were all 16-foot containers, the largest we could get. I wish they were larger but we got what we needed and we made it work. Everything stayed safe and dry and the drivers who picked up our containers were excellent. They were professional, on time, and very thorough.

We rented a storage pod from PODS and had it transported from Seattle to New York. And then, we also had the city service which is for unloading or parking the pod in Manhattan temporarily. They brought it into the city because they're not allowed to drop it off on the street like they do for a different hood. We spoke to a number of coast to coast movers and they all seemed to be a little bit sketchy except for PODS. We also went with the name recognition, the convenience, and PODS' reputability. We ended up with the smallest container because unfortunately, they only do the smallest and the largest containers for coast to coast moves. We had an absolutely pack-full. And then after our move, we got rid of about a third of the stuff that was in there.

PODS supplied me with the container that I needed to move in. We got a 16 footer from them although an 18 foot container would have been better, but everything went fine.

For my storage needs, I got PODS as I had used them prior. I made my booking both online and over the phone and the process was easy. I called to confirm that everything I had done on the computer had gone through. The people were courteous, respectful and professional. I got the largest container and it was solid, clean, undamaged, and had easy access. When I got here, the container was here, and when I was gone, it disappeared accordingly. Everything was on schedule and excellent. PODS is good to go and has value for the dollar. I highly recommend them.

Using PODS gave us some flexibility because were not sure how long we were going to need to leave our stuff stored. Doing it a different way would have required renting a truck and loading it more than once, taking it to someplace, putting all the things in that permanent garage type storage place and waiting for who knows how long because we didn't know. And then turning around at the end of that waiting period and putting it all back into a different truck that we'd have to rent separately from the other one. And finally, doing it all over again to deliver it to the new house would be a big hassle.

I'd seen PODS around and chose them because of brand recognition. I booked the largest container they had and set it up online and it was great. It was very easy to use so I was happy with it. The next day, I got a call from them confirming when the person would be there to drop off or pick up. We weren't home when the container was delivered but it was placed exactly where we put it on the website and presumably on time. They were great.

I called PODS to book them for a move. We did the rest of the booking online and it was very easy and outstanding. They then delivered a pod and I had it for a couple of weeks. I filled it up and then they moved it from Miami to Hookstown, Florida. The whole service from start to finish was very good and I was very happy with them. Everybody was very professional and it was totally a good experience.

We've used PODS a couple of times and we've been very satisfied. I've booked with them both online and over the phone but this time, I did it over the phone. While we were doing remodeling, we had a storage trailer and loaded things in it. They stored it for us for several months and brought it back. We met one of the drivers and he was terrific. I didn't even meet the other fellow, but certainly no issues. They put it where they said they'd put it at the right time and picked it up at the right time as well.

For my moving needs, I went online to look first then I called PODS. I decided what size container I needed, they booked some dates for me, explained the payment process and what to expect. Everything fell into place as it was explained. Payments were drawn out when they were supposed to and the pods showed up and were taken when they were supposed to. I had what they consider an extended move as it was an out-of-state move.

I used PODS before and I was happy. So, I used them again when I needed moving services and got a 16-foot container. But I probably should’ve gotten one a little bit bigger, though. I booked online and it's been excellent. If I had any questions, the drivers would answer them well. They sure tried to please as best they can. They were good employees and I found them to be well-mannered and courteous. It was a very comfortable experience and if I ever have to move again, I’d use PODS.

I checked PODS out online for moving services and spoke to somebody over the phone. My interactions with the rep were perfect. I got the 16-foot container and it was exactly what they said. But if there was a 20-foot container, it would have been better. The driver was cordial and professional. He drove the thign like no one did and it was really interesting. He also explained everything, so it's very cool.

I've heard a lot about PODS so I went with them. I took them for storage, kept my things for three months, and then got them delivered to a different address. I booked PODS online and called them up for confirmation of booking and the timing. I also wanted to make sure that I can leave it at storage. I got the 16-foot container and it was nice, clean, and very good. Everything was intact. Both the drivers for delivery and pickup were good and courteous. They did a good job and everything went smoothly.

Due to their convenience and price, I ended up using PODS over other storage and moving company. Everything went fine with the pod and the representatives were very good all the way through. They had a problem when the container was first brought to the house. The pod was going to sink into the yard, but the guy from PODS had plywood that he had to put on the yard. He did it very well, backed it up twice and was very cautious. We have a difficult place to deliver, but the guy tried to get it as far up the hill as he could and as far as reasonable. So, he did a very good job.

We live in Pennsylvania and my parents live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. My dad passed away, so when we moved everything home to Pittsburgh, we used PODS It was really convenient that everything will be delivered right to my door. I started online when I was booking, and then I had a couple of questions so I ended up speaking with a representative who did a great job. I was in Pennsylvania, and my brother and my husband were in Albuquerque so we were going back and forth. I said, “Well I can book it but I might have to cancel it depending on time.” The rep said, “Well I can wait on the phone while you give them a call.” So, I did. But because I wasn’t able to get them at that very minute, I disconnected with PODS, then they called back within five minutes and I was still talking to her so I booked it. So it was more convenient to be on the phone versus online.

When I was moving across the country, I got multiple quotes from different moving companies and PODS ended up being the cheapest. I also have a family who had used them for long distance moves so I trusted them and got their 16-foot pod. Everyone I spoke with was always helpful. I met the one who dropped it off at my house in Massachusetts and also the one who picked it up and both of them were pleasant and professional. The one who placed it ended up having to go in my neighbor’s driveway 'cause mine was a hill. He was very helpful in figuring out where it could go when working with what my neighbor requested as far as where it could be.

My ex-husband passed away and I needed to get a POD to store his stuff. I went with PODS for the convenience and booked a container that's smaller than the biggest online. It was easy and their website is user-friendly. The guy who dropped the container off was really nice and they were to pick it up December, but they were already booked so they came the first time they could in January. Their customer service was great and they didn’t have to prorate the month for me but they did. They actually reimbursed me. They were really good and I'd highly recommend them. Especially for what I had to use the POD for, having them to be very kind about everything was a good experience.

I moved to California from North Carolina and then in December, moved from California back to North Carolina. I went with PODS for moving and storage for the price and convenience. I tried to book online, but since it was long distance, I had to call which I prefer to do. Every single time I talked to the representative, it was wonderful. They were all amazing including the driver.

I got from PODS a couple storage units for moving. I was moving houses, so it was nice because they dropped it off. I loaded the container then they took it away and brought it to the new house for me. The driver was very good and helpful. He kept me in touch the whole time. He called when he had picked up the pod and when he was on his way back to his storage yard.

I had a brother who moved two years back and he had a positive experience with PODS and I asked him about it. So I went ahead and gave it a shot and it worked out pretty nicely for me. I originally went online, but there was a notice on there that said if you're moving over 50 miles then you can call. So I ended up calling someone over the phone and he walked me through the process and set the order online. I got them to deliver their largest container to my residence and it was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I loaded it up myself and then they dropped it off at the new residence. And after that, they just picked up a couple of days after I had it unloaded.

We moved from Cincinnati, Ohio and we had our things stored in the pod for a period of time. Then we had it delivered down to Fort Myers Beach, Florida. We knew that we were in a period where we needed to be out of the house soon, but we weren't ready to move in because at that time, we haven't found a place yet. So, we thought it would be a good and convenient idea to get PODS. Booking with them was easy to do and everyone has been very helpful. Their drivers were excellent. They took very good care and explained everything, made sure to watch that they didn't do anything to the yard and that they were parked exactly where they were supposed to be. They were very polite. We had a very good experience and we were happy. In fact, we'd do it again if we ever moved and we would recommend it.

We rented multiple units for a large job and from booking, drop off scheduling through to final pick up we had nothing but a positive wonderful experience.

I had PODS deliver a container to my house in Memphis, Tennessee. Then, after I filled it up, they came and picked it up, and then they took it about 189 miles away to the house I just bought in Sewanee, Tennessee. I had used PODS twice before. I brought a PODS over from California to my house in Memphis about four and a half years ago. Then, after that, a friend of mine sent me some more things over with a smaller PODS from California. So, this is the third time I've done business with PODS.

My husband and I moved from Maryland to North Carolina. I heard a lot of good things about PODS, so I thought sounds good. Worst experience of my life. Every time I turned around they were cleaning out my bank account for different charges. Then I had to use two pods because everything would not fit into one pod as I was told. The first pod that was delivered everything in the pod shifted. Most of my furniture was broken or smashed. I was told by a manager that the pods are moved on a level surface. Bull! Then how did my stuff get broken. Now we have the second pod and we can't get it open. We are going to be charged $75 to open their defective equipment! We would have been better off going with a traditional mover. We did not save any money using this company and now we have to replace broken furniture. Never again!

When you contract with PODS you are told you can schedule pickup of your pod by calling 5 days in advance. Don't believe it. They took 11 days to pick up our pod. They did not return calls and refused to give me contact info for the local agent handling our move. I could only speak with their customer service call center which is a joke. They finally told me if I wanted to pay an extra $100 they could pick up my pod earlier. I guess money can open up a spot. I would never use them again. I could hire a moving service cheaper than what this move cost me.

I needed storage because I was building a new home and I sold off my old home, so I need to store my residence. I chose PODS among others because I knew that I could put everything in there and then upon completion of my house they will deliver everything I had inside to my residence. It makes a lot easier than you hauling and storing it.

$250/mo per pod. Too costly! Went to wrong address to deliver. Office apology but omg they had a way to reach Me. Had stg with them several years. Security great. Your own lock. Would use again after checking prices of other storage only.

We were moving some of our furniture down to Florida from New York and the price of the truck was prohibitive, so we went with PODS. We got the biggest container they had and it was right for what we needed. The drivers that picked up my container were really good and they went out of their way to take care of me. The only problem I had was with the door. It just didn't seem to close properly. The driver said that they didn't have problems with them like that. But that needs to be addressed because it took me forever to try and get that door open. I even had everything back from the door with straps in order to keep it away from the door and that nothing slipped up, which it didn't. That was frustrating, especially when you did not unload it all at one time. We couldn't get it back down in order to leave the stuff in overnight. It was a mess. But other than that, we're fine.

We were moving so we rented one of the pods. Their name was familiar and we liked that they'd drop the pod off and store it for us until we were ready to move into our new home. My husband booked it and said it was easy. We got the 16-foot pod and it was perfect. It was very clean and I was surprised that they have a rack inside for the clothes. That was a really nice feature. It saved us from having to pack clothes and it was awesome. It was also sturdy enough that everything held together. It's just when it was empty it looks a little wobbly.

I've used PODS the last time I moved, so I decided to use them again. I had them deliver two containers and then had them moved and shipped in long distance and then re-deliver them. I initially booked them online, and they were good because they had good estimating tools. Plus, their website is very helpful and easy to use. However, I needed to make some changes, so I ended up calling and speaking to customer service reps, and they were very good and helpful. The drivers were courteous, on time and careful. I've recommended them and my brother used them as well since we had a good experience.

Our facility had used PODS probably six or seven years ago. So I knew that they were a resource already. So when this unit opened up, I reached out to see if they could be a resource again for us and they donated the pod for us. We needed storage services for our holiday donations, to keep them safe and dry until Christmas. We had it delivered three weeks ahead of time and that's where all of our donations went. Our holidays wouldn't have been able to run smoothly without it, or we would’ve had to dig into other moneys to pay for it. It helped out in a lot of different ways.

The website had a lot of details and information on there, and the reps on the phone were very courteous, polite and informative. I went with a seven by ten and it was clean when it got here. They were efficient and on time. Also, the driver was excellent. He was very helpful, and he explained how to pack the pod, as well as how to ensure that my belongings did not get damaged. I didn't see any of my belongings broken but for the small pod, they should put in more hooks or bungee cords because they didn't have enough hooks. However, if I had to do it all over again, I would still do PODS. The idea of having to move on my own, rent the truck, pack the truck up and drive it across state is not appealing at all. I had an excellent experience, and I've suggest that a friend use them.

When we were moving some of my mother-in-law's furniture and stuff up here, I called PODS and tried to find out how much it was going to cost to rent a pod that could carry a one room size stuff. I used them in Boston when I was moving furniture out of a home I own there and needed the PODS for my hotel to store extra furniture for about three to five months. They called me because I was at the hotel and they wanted to know what parking lot I wanted. I requested the biggest container that they had, and it was the correct size, very secure and spotless. The POD was very clean but it could have used a few more hooks for securing stuff. I had my own bungee straps but there weren’t many eye hooks to connect with. PODS is more convenient and economical for me. I booked online and it was very easy. I did long-term storage with them and I'm still with them every month. I also did a one-month on top of the long-term for a local move. I intend to do a long move but I don't know when that's going to happen so I sold the house and put the majority of my stuff in one of the storage places and then I use what I was gonna be using to live with in an apartment in the short term. For the long-term one, I requested the largest one that they have, the 16-footer. Then for the short-term one, it was the 12-footer. The 16-foot one was perfect with no issues at all. The 12-foot one had oil stains at the bottom of the container and I made PODS aware of it so that they wouldn't think that I did it. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my experience with them.

I have used PODS in January and now it's my daughter who's moving. So, we're using them again and I started having this whole issue with the link but it's being taken care of right now. I normally book PODS over the phone and their customer service has been incredibly helpful. What happens is once I book a pod, I have a certain time limit to accept the terms online. If I don't do that then it puts my reservation at risk and I have to do it all over again if my spot isn't saved.

PODS is effective and easy to use. I have used their cross-country pod service. I ordered an 8x16 single pod and stored it with them for a couple of months and moved it from Colorado to North Carolina. The cost I'd spend with PODS is the same with a U-Haul and then I'd have to drive it and pay gas for as well so I chose PODS. I booked online and then confirmed it over the phone and the experience was seamless. Their reps were good, not rude and they answered all my questions. Their drivers were professional. The one that picked it up when it was empty was super cool. The day they brought the container, they informed me. It was a little bit different from what I was told originally but no big deal because everything worked out. However, I had a hard time with all the things shifting on transport. When it got here, it fell against the door. It looked like I'd never get the door opened.

I got PODS' service for temporary storage. They were perfect. They're more flexible and their way of doing things fit my needs and the other possible similar companies where I live didn't work out the way PODS did things. I booked it over the phone through Jacksonville and as best as I remember, the rep that I spoke with was okay. I got the 16-foot container. However, I needed something bigger. The hurricane blew my utility shed apart, and I had more stuff in my utility shed than the pod would hold, but I made it work. Also, the pod was on flat ground and was sturdy. We didn't have a problem. The driver that delivered the container put some blocking under it and drove off. Then he came back and picked it up. It was a different truck was his only complaint because it was harder to get it into where he needed to be, but he made it work, too. If I needed another storage container, I'll give PODS a holler.

I had a pod moved from Virginia to Mas and a storage from PODS, and the size of the units were perfect. Everything worked fine, and it was a very positive experience. I recommend them.

He went on for some time about how PODS was better than any competitor and that I should make a reservation because prices would go up soon due to more people moving. The estimates and reviews from customers of PODS and the other company were similar. The PODs rep who was so friendly and pushy, however, was not clear about how PODS will charge the card I use to make a reservation 5 business days ahead of when their PODS even arrive for loading if it's a long distance move.

I like the fact that we had several days to move into it, tidy things up and make sure they were really well padded and secure. And, it was the same when we finally had it delivered. I had PODS deliver a pod to my home in Santa Fe, New Mexico and then take it to my winter home in St. Petersburg, Florida. Everything worked very well. My daughter had used it also very successfully before. I booked over the phone and was treated very well. Everything was explained so I understood it fine. I got the smallest pod and my neighbor and I loaded four chairs and a bunch of household goods in it and my daughter and son-in-law helped me unload it. Every driver I had was really wonderful and the pod got there on time. It was a great experience. I would do it again with PODS and would tell other people to do it that way.

I've used PODS a couple of times. Once when one of the bathrooms flooded and I had to empty a bedroom. I put it in a pod until I had my repairs done. One of the other times is that my father-in-law was in the house and he had an accident. I had to empty that room and tear the floor up too. So, I had to use a pod for storage. I book with them online or over the phone. Sometimes there's a glitch online, so I just back it up through the phone.

PODS gave us a reasonable price. We had a storage unit from PODS moved onto our property that was destroyed by fire. We filled it up and we moved in a rental home. And then we kept the unit there for a while just to store items until we were able to get it cleaned out. My first phone call with the PODS rep was a really good experience and they had what we needed. Also, they talked me through on what size of container would be good for us. We told them that if we needed anything bigger, we would call back and get another one at that time. In addition, the drivers were excellent. It was a totally good experience all the way around.

We went with PODS for moving and storage because of convenience. We were moving from Southern California to Nashville and we got the small, 7x7 container. We were selling the house and wanted to take a lot of stuff out to make it look more spacious because we lived in it for a long time. That’s why we went with the smaller pod and t was perfect for what we needed it for. As far as having our things delivered and dropped off, I did it over the phone. And managing the account online was fine. I had some billing issues but we were able to take care of that easily. My interaction with the carrier driver was very good. Their staff came on time, picked up our things and took them in. Then, we sold the house and moved to Nashville, so they transported everything to Nashville, and we were able to get it locally here. Everything was good and on time when I requested it.

Using PODS for storage was convenient. I booked by the phone because I’d rather talk to someone than rely on the computer, and the reps I spoke to were outstanding. I got the 16 and the 7-foot containers and they were good. The driver who delivered the first one noticed that it was leaking, and with no hassle and no issue, took it back and got a brand new one. So it was nice to see some quality control in today’s day and age. The driver who picked it up was also awesome. PODS was outstanding.

My need for PODS was for storage. I booked my pods online and that was very easy. At first, I tried from a mobile and had some difficulties. But when I connected with my laptop computer, everything went fine. Also, the container was in our driveway so everything worked out.

When we were moving in town, we weren’t sure of the exact dates and so we didn’t want to be held down with a truck. PODS was easy to use and they had flexible time. I had a pleasant experience booking online. The website was easy to navigate and booking was a lot easier than I thought. I was very satisfied. The drivers were very helpful. Even though we indicated online where we wanted the truck to be situated, they still checked with us to make sure that it was correct. Also, a couple of times they made recommendations on how to facilitate both our garage and our walkway for easy use, which we didn’t think of. So it really helped us. We would definitely use PODS again. However, they are a bit pricey than I expected. But otherwise, it was definitely a pleasant experience. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to react and were right here on time.

I was remodelling the house so I had to take all the furniture out and didn’t want to take it down to a storage locker kind of place. It made more sense to store on the property but I didn’t have the room in the garage for it. So the pod made sense. I checked and saw that PODS was the only one that offered a delivery of a storage container that could stay on the property for the amount of time that I needed it and then come and pick it up when I was done.

I'd seen PODS online and my cousin also used them when they were moving and had to store their stuff long term. We moved then didn't get a new house right away so we had to store our stuff in the pod for about a year. I booked online and the website was easy to use. I got the large pod container and talked briefly to the person who first delivered it.

We used PODS to move locally and were charged much more than what was quoted to us. The original estimate was based on the location which was further than the updated one and yet the price has almost doubled. I called their useless customer service and entirely useless manager said that it's based on the zip code. When I told him that the updated zip code was more than 3 miles closer vs original one he couldn't explain anything and just hang up. Way to go useless POZ CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. The whole thing got me so frustrated that I'll be filing complaint with AG office. DO NOT use PODS if you want an honest and fair treatment. Bunch of liars and thieves!!!

I've had PODS bring the two containers out, so we can load them up and get them stored for six weeks. We had to get out of the place we were moving from quickly. And it was convenient that we were able to take our things to a storage, and then bring them to us when we could get into our house. But the pod needs a netting or something to keep stuff inside when you close the door. I had trouble getting the doors open. Things inside are on the door. Other than that, everybody was all good.

I selected PODS for convenience and my experience was great. For the most part, the reps were very good and their person that delivered the item to North Carolina was amazing. He dropped the pod where I asked him to put it and was very attentive as to listening. Plus, the container was fine.

PODS is a great company. We needed them to drop off a POD, pick it up and move it across the country. We didn't need much so we took the smallest container. Our interactions with them on the phone were absolutely wonderful. And their drivers were great both during pick-up and drop-off. I talked to both of them and asked how their Podzilla works. It was cool. However, I had an issue with them because some other person had made a reservation and I was getting his messages. It was screwing up everything. Everybody had different ideas of what the problem was and it took a couple of phone calls before we finally figured it out. Nevertheless, it was all taken care of. I would totally recommend them and we will be using them again. In fact, I'm using them to move my son in his college.

I needed one of PODS storage unit for a couple of months. However, it was the time of the flood and they didn't have anything available the first time I called. Then finally, they had something available in October and so, I booked over the phone. I was glad to find something. They were booked up and containers were out. I just took whatever became available and so far, everything was sturdy and very useful. I was able to put whatever I needed inside of it and I didn't have to worry about it. I wasn't here when they picked it up but their driver called me to let me know that he had picked it up. I was here though when they dropped it off and made sure where I wanted it to sit. Overall, they had something available and I took advantage of it. And, their reps were very helpful in getting everything set for me.

Booking online with PODS was quick. The container was a little big but I didn't know that at the time. Although we had a lot of bad weather that time of the year, everything in there stayed dry and there were no leaks.

This is our second time to use PODS. We used them in 2012 when we moved then. Our first experience with them was really good and the prices were good. We used them again mainly because the customer service was great. The driver that dropped off our unit was the same guy that came back and picked it up. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I'm not planning on moving again quite soon, but if I did I would definitely use PODS again.

My pods did not show up to my new house on scheduled date. We had 3 pods and they only delivered one. They said there wasn't room for the others. Basically it was because the guy who dropped off the first pod did not leave them room. He set the first pod in the middle instead of on the side of the driveway. Also had the door facing the wrong way. Then they delivered the other 2 pods when they could get to them. For some reason they had 1 pod scheduled for a Thursday and then the other 2 for the following Monday.

I needed pickup, delivery and 13 days of storage services and I went with PODS. I booked them over the phone and they gave me the wrong information on how much that would haul. They could use some training. I had a three-bedroom and two-bath home and they said it would hold it in one pod. But it didn't. I had to rent a truck and a U-Haul, and a place to put it to go with it. I was upset. That was an added expense that we didn't need to throw after. We paid a lot of money for the pod itself, which was the 16-footer or the largest they told me they had and it was not big. I would have rented a truck in the first place and done it all through U-Haul if I had known it won't fit. Nevertheless, it worked perfectly for what I had. I'd recommend them and I would use them again if I needed it under the same circumstances.

PODS seems simple and I saw a bunch of their pods around the neighborhood. I used their storage services. I've been dropped off the container, I loaded it up, they took it away and they'd store it for a year for me. I booked online and was trying to make sure that the pod would fit in my driveway and was trying to figure where I was going to put it on my property. I really liked their website. It was very simple and easy to use. I got a medium-sized container. On the website, they gave an approximation for the size of pods depending on how many bedrooms are there. When it was all said and done, the pod I got has enough space.

PODS was one of the only local stores that we could use and the least expensive option for storage. We booked them over the phone and the reps were all good. However, that the timing of the customer service calling to let you know that there's a scheduled pick up is slightly off. I feel that they should be giving at least a week's notice as opposed to two days. However, I think that's in PODS' best interest as opposed to the client's best interest. If they do call a week before, then the client has that option to not roll into an additional month where there are no charges for keeping it longer. I relied upon that because I was notified that I would be given a call and an option to have it picked up on that day or to postpone it. I didn't realize that the result of that would be an additional charge. So, their complementary remind call was deceiving or I didn't understand the concept in its entirety.

First, I went into the store on the Beltway, and the girl there was so nice and helpful. She gave me her card, so when I was ready to book my PODS, I just called her. I already knew what size I needed, which was the biggest container that they had.

I saw a POD in the neighbor's driveway and got the phone number from that driveway. I like that I can load it up and unload it myself at my convenience. It's better than those little things that can be used for moving as those are too small. The price was a lot less expensive than the others. I was moving from Denver to Medford, Oregon so this way I didn't have to worry about driving the truck. I had the pod shipped, then I drove to Medford and got it unloaded there. The drivers were really great. Nothing was broken during the delivery.

This is also the second time that I’ve used them and their website is very easy to navigate for the booking. They also have a chat and that worked really well, too. PODS did a nice job. They were on time and were very helpful. I will use them again if I need to.

USAA provided a 10% discount with PODS so we booked them over the phone. They were very courteous and explained everything very well. The drivers were very polite, too. And using PODS when moving was so much more relaxing than to have a moving truck.

I booked my pod online and it was easy to follow their process. I requested the 12-foot pod and it was right for our needs. The container was sturdy and well-kept. The driver came to do his job and was efficient. All in all, everything went smoothly. I would use PODS' service again if I ever have the need.
