The reviews of PODS I saw online made me end up with them. I also like that the structures were very solid so if they were traveling in an inclement weather, they would hold up. I called PODS and booked a container. The reps were helpful and we were able to place the order easily and it went smoothly. I had picked the size of the container and they confirmed that what I picked was adequate. And it was big for my needs. The drivers were wonderful, helpful and very nice as well. They showed up on time and I got calls ahead of time letting me know when they were in the vicinity. PODS did a great job. If I moved again, I would definitely utilize their services. It was a big relief. I've recommended PODS to others.

PODS's pricing was cheaper than that of the other companies and their reps were very helpful too. My experience with them was excellent. I booked the pods over the phone and requested for two big containers and one small one. The condition of the pods was very good when they arrived. The drivers were very helpful, very nice and on time as well.

I had to move so fast and called this one company. But it was very expensive for them to move and store my stuff. And I wasn’t going to store it. Then I had gotten into a jam. I had to tell my cousin to find PODS online and she said to go with them. And so I did. I was happy with the person I talked to. He was just very accommodating, friendly and professional. I'd tell others to definitely use PODS.

I needed PODS for moving and storing. PODS was a secure and a good decision. I booked them over the phone and the first time I spoke with the reps, it was okay. But the other times that I spoke with them, they seemed confused about the billing part of it. My mother was double billed but it was resolved with a return to my mother’s account. They were able to make everything right, however, they didn't reimburse the overdraft fees, which was $100.

Because of the dynamic of my move where I needed to get out of one house before the next house was ready, I decided to go with PODS for moving and storage. I booked their service online and requested for a 16-foot container. It came in clean and in good shape. Everything was fine with the driver as well. He was on time and he placed the container where I wanted and even gave his input to what he thought was the best place on the location of the driveway to the house. Then, I had to call PODS because I ordered a lock and it wasn't the lock that I thought I was getting. The driver took it back with him and the credit department reversed the charge on my card.

We were doing a home remodel and the pod stayed in our driveway for the entire time. This was my first interaction with PODS so I have started the process online then I still had some questions so I called and they completed my reservation over the phone. The person I spoke to was very helpful and very kind. We got the 16-foot pod and it could have been bigger but we got what we could for the money. There were a couple of things that we looked at and the price per foot, PODS was the cheapest. We could have gotten two for the price that we were gonna get on other ones but we just used the garage in addition to the pod. We moved stuff out of our house while they did the remodel and then moved stuff back in. The pod was in excellent shape. It was used but it was clean. Also, it rained during the time that it was in the driveway and there were no leaks.

I shopped for other companies and PODS is more competitive. They had the best pricing and I priced out their competitor 1-800-PACK-RAT. I used PODS for moving, both transportation and storage. I called to place the order and everything was fine. They did everywhere else except they didn’t meet my expectations on the scheduling for delivery on the other end. But the drivers that picked up the 16-foot container were all fine and I'm satisfied with the service.

The container was sturdy, clean and bright and its size was decent. And it was convenient for me with the container being right at my driveway initially. I like that it was at ground level, so that made it easier to come in and go on and off the truck ramp. The interaction with the reps was good too. And the delivery person had my lock so I was quite pleased.

I contracted with PODS to deliver on a specific date. I explained the arrival date was important because I had to purchase airfare and hire unpackers within a specific time. PODS assured my delivery date. One day after pick-up they canceled my shipment without explanation. The Pod won’t be delivered for more than a week after I have to return home. They offer no remuneration for my out of pocket expenses and I have to pay rental until I can return to unpack the Pod.

I had PODS deliver a pod and transport it from Nevada to Florida. And then from a house in Florida to a second place in Florida. They had very high satisfaction rating and after I did a lot of price comparing, they were the best value. I booked online and requested for their largest container. And though it was adequate, I thought it could be a bit bigger. I filled it up and still ended up not taking a bunch of stuff because I didn't have enough to get a second pod. But everything worked out fine.

We've used PODS twice now for moving. I'm the researcher. I pulled out everybody's best quote and PODS have the best. The only thing different was that the other movers would pack everything for you. With PODS, you had to pack it yourself. But what's a little bit of legwork compares to a couple of thousand dollars. So that was the reason we did it initially.

But I got rid of way more stuff than I really needed to because the container ended up being a little bit too big. It was fine though.

I Moved from New York to North Carolina. My experience with PODS has been very frustrating. I have paid for delivery, on 5/14/2018. I paid PODS, $1,582.10 for delivery. I was told by Representative to call back that following Tuesday to make sure. Delivery was in route. I called Tuesday s/w Leo, who stated delivery was not schedule and Money was being returned to my account. On 5/17/2018, money was return. On 5/21/2018 PODS took out $2,046.14, which included transportation, the monthly storage fee of $310 and Transportation fee of $154.00. After paying, we received a call from PODS stating there was a delay in delivery. And I will be receiving my Container May 31. 10 days later. Yesterday I received apology letter, with a promise to refund money. Then this morning. I received email to call PODS. My card is declining for 154.00 dollars. I on the phone number with billing for almost 1 hour and still no resolution.

PODS is a well-known name and I was familiar with it. Someone who was helping me wanted to use PODS also so we went with them. The container was very clean and the doors worked. However, it was a little expensive but overall, our experience with them worked well. Everybody was very friendly, helpful and courteous as well.

Great customer service but they advertise that their 16 foot container can fit a 3-4 bedroom home inside of it. If I were to put 4 beds into it I would be lucky to get a few boxes in afterwards, not counting a single other piece of furniture from my home. Just call it like it is! A 1-2 bedroom container. I feel like I was ripped off and I wish I had done better research before I paid $479 for my falsely advertised POD.

My son and I looked at what I had left and he said that the 12-foot container would be okay, so that's what I booked. But, it was a little tight, so I just stored the few little things at my son’s house. I was well satisfied with the container, though. It was clean and in very good shape. I've talked to another company for a moving service and everything's the same with PODS. But, PODS is a bigger name and they marketed that they have a bigger storage unit. I called to book a container and their reps were good at what they do. I got the 16-foot pod which came in a fine condition. It's the biggest one they have yet it wasn't adequate for my things. It was nice, clean and painted. The drivers that picked up the container both spoke Spanish and they were good to me.

There were some leftover items in there from whoever had it previously, like broken pieces of furniture knobs, but nothing terrible. PODS did an excellent job of keeping me updated on how things were gonna go, when the container was gonna get there, and when they were gonna pick it up. We've seen PODS advertised but we were going to use Penske because we've done that before and we had no problems with that. But our time elements were kind of crazy and we thought we'd give PODS a try. We booked the container over the phone and their prices were comparable to what we expected. PODS transported a small pod from New York to Ohio for me. they were fast to respond and their prices were reasonable. Also, their representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. When the container was picked up from the first Ohio location, it was in the middle of a downpour of rain, then they delivered to another place where there was also pouring rain. When they picked it up the final time to take it back to PODS, it was also raining. The drivers did a really good job as far as knowing exactly what they were doing. I am still waiting to be credited though and it has been weeks now. They picked the pod up and the day after, they charged me for the next month of storage fee. I’ve called twice and been told I was gonna be credited but I still haven’t received a credit on my credit card. Other than the fact that they still haven’t given me my refund, PODS did a good job.

We needed to move and I called around, and it seemed like the prices were similar in terms of storage and moving. Also, we were having to move twice. We had to move into an apartment while we had our house built. So my other option was to move, take our things to a storage, unload it, go back to the storage, load it, bring it back out and unload it again. PODS came and delivered the containers and we hired a company they referred to load them. Then we loaded them to store them and they brought it back. The PODS drivers were good and the containers were clean. The only issue I had was we had a piece of furniture that broke and it wasn’t from loading because there was a mirror inside the unit that broke. It wasn’t even exposed to the outside, so it got dropped or was sat down really hard. When we filed a claim, they didn’t wanna pay for anything, and that was a little disappointing because I paid a crap-load for insurance.

We used PODS for the convenience of the pod being delivered, which was awesome. They had a system to place the pod in a convenient place. And also, I did not have the means of any transportation to store it at any kind of storage facility, to load and unload and then do the reverse once the remodel was done. The movement of the furniture was also considered as to our immediate use. As to what we needed and what we needed to move out.

PODS' reps were outstanding! But the container wasn't the greatest. It took on the water.

Anyway, the container was sturdy and it was clean on the inside. Unfortunately, it was snowing outside when we were moving so we ended up making it a bit dirty on the bottom, just walking in and out. But the container was fine and we felt that our stuff are gonna be safe inside. We were very happy with it. And the guy that dropped off our pod initially was really great. We talked about different areas in the parking lot where we could put it and what the best decision was.

Several years ago, we had a really bad experience with a similar kind of move where we had over $20000 in damage. I started booking the pods online but I kept getting these little error messages to call to book this particular need that I had. Apparently, they couldn’t handle it online where it wasn’t in storage for a whole month. I ended up having to call to finish up the reservation, but it was very quick. Once I explained that I really needed two weeks tops, the rep got it and just asked for the date, and we were done.

They were the only one I knew who could provide such services so they were the ones I called. The rep I talked to took the address and my credit card number and the process was quick. Then, we had to reschedule and they did that for us with no problem. The whole thing was kind of fiasco for us but PODS made it easy. I've been to their website, too, and it was easy to use as well.

We were moving a grandfather clock from Northern California to Southern California. We've used PODS before, so we decided to use them again. I phoned them and we had a challenging rep. He was convinced that we needed a bigger facility than we asked for and was selling pretty hard on what seemed to be a more expensive option. So, he talked us into it. But when we went back and measured the clock, it was just bad advice. We ended up calling PODS back to change the container to what we originally thought we needed. Other than that, our experience with them was perfect. Their driver was great and very helpful, too.

Company is a total rip-off! They will continue billing your CC until you cancel it. Your valuables will be destroyed, the insurance is fake and they charge you double what they quote. No way this company has the rating displayed here, go on any other site and read the complaints, they read like a broken record.

We chose between PODS and U-Haul specifically because we needed temporary storage while we were closing escrow on the purchase of a house. And we felt that PODS' containers were much sturdier. Although it was a little bit more, they offered a secure place to store the container while it was ready to be delivered to the new location. I did some research online but I had some more question so I ended up booking once I called the 800 number.

We were in Hurricane Harvey so while we had to do some renovations, we stored some things in our driveway. I got a quote from PODS online which was super easy then I called in. Booking the pod and scheduling the delivery and the pickup were very easy. We had a super nice driver too. He was very pleasant to work with. He called before he came and let us know, and it was definitely within the delivery window. Then we talked a little bit about Harvey because that had been keeping him busy. The 16-foot pod was perfect for us and it was in good condition.

I was storing and figured that PODS was a better storage company based on my search. We should have never disregarded all of the bad reviews we saw on this Company and have learned our lesson the hard way. At their attempt to deliver the POD to our residence, our neighbor's car parked in their own driveway prevented the drop-off. The neighbor was to arrive home in under an hour, but after multiple holds, we were told that they were unwilling to come back later that day or the following morning prior to the movers arriving. We were told that a charge of $109 would be incurred only to see that this morning our bank account was hit with a charge of $301! Two emails have been sent to PODS Customer Service with no responses. This Company is a complete disgrace; I am not sure how they have not been shut down. I do want to mention that UHAUL is the way to go. They came through for us and we are greatly appreciative.

I was moving from one house to the next and PODS was able to give me the flexibility I needed, because I had to do the move in two stages. I had to move stuff out of the house I was living in and put that in the storage. Then I did some updating and after I had gotten ready to move to the new house, we had gotten a second container to get the stuff there. I had two drivers in Moraga and then two different guys here in Auburn. They were all very professional and knew what they were doing.

Initially, I did a little bit of research then one of our neighbors had used PODS when they moved in to our old neighborhood in Minnesota and spoke highly of their experience. Moving companies only have trucks and I didn’t want to walk up a ramp because I’m 80 years old. With PODS, I didn’t have to do that. I booked them online which was easy to do and then, they called me. I had to call them back and change the pick-up date because they took longer than what I expected. They said they would be here at a certain time and the guy called before he came. I was having my garage floor redone so, I just had PODS set the 16-foot container in my driveway and moved everything out of my garage. Then, they moved everything back in. It was absolutely full and I’m glad they didn’t have a 12-footer since I was going to get that but they didn’t have one to deliver. It wasn’t that expensive and it was exactly what I needed to do what I had to do.They did a good job and I had a great experience with the whole thing.

I have some friends who had used PODS and they had been very happy with the whole setup. I booked a 16-foot PODS container over the phone and the rep was great. Everything was accessible and easy to get to, and everything was great. Everybody was also really very helpful. My experience was absolutely perfect from day 1 to the final drop-off.

We used a size 12 container and we probably should have gotten a bigger one, but we were in-between and it worked out fine. The container was in perfect condition. Also, both the driver that dropped it off and the one that picked it up and redelivered it were good.

I requested for the smallest size and I put at least one room in it. The container was clean and it looked like it was new. I had pleasant interactions with the driver who picked up and dropped it off. He told me what he needed, particularly spaces needed to drop it off, and everything went smooth. And where I live, it was easy for me to get up and down the steps and have the pod sitting right there. The whole experience was fine and I have no regrets. Also, I'd recommend PODS to a friend.

We were looking for moving and storage services and since PODS does both and we didn't know what kind of timeframe we were looking at on the closing for the house, we thought that they were the best option. I booked everything over the phone and the rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I got two 16-foot containers but I exchanged one for a 12. Both came in good condition. However, I ended up with a little more leftover than I originally thought. The customer service called in a timely manner, kept me up to date on the dates and everything, and made sure that I didn't have any changes that I need to make. Everything then got to me in time. I've already recommended PODS several times.

PODS was expensive, but it was worth it. We booked them over the phone and had them for two months of storage and moving, and they were very professional. PODS seemed like it was the easiest one among a couple of other companies I looked at. Dealing with their reps went well, but they didn’t wanna mess up and were overly thorough. They repeated everything 100 times to make sure it was clear so it almost dragged out and they always read back everything I said. The two 16-foot containers seemed fine, but I could’ve used three. I ended up getting U-Haul to get the whole last load with me, which was fine since I needed the stuff sooner. Everything worked smoothly like it was supposed to and I was satisfied with my experience with PODS, though I wished they were a little cheaper.

PODS was great. I moved and I liked the convenience of using them. They could leave the pod while I loaded it. I only had one bad situation when I was scheduling the container to be picked up. When they were coming to pick it up, I had already made an arrangement for the movers to be there, for PODS to pick it up after my movers left. When I got the call of the timeframe that it was gonna be set, it wasn't the right timeframe. When I called, the lady was really rude to me and told me I didn't have any other choice and to deal with it.

We were moving from our old place of business to the new place. We had a one-month waiting period, so we kept our things in storage for a month. With PODS, it was convenient to be able to have a container delivered, fill it up, then have it redelivered to a new location without having to empty it. It's not like storing in a storage unit where we have to rent a truck, fill the truck, fill the storage unit, remove the stuff from the storage unit, and fill the truck, so it's less manipulation of our furniture and it saves a step.

I looked it up online for sizes but they wouldn’t give me prices so I had to call. The reps were good but when we needed to change something, they couldn't accommodate us. The cabinets were not quite ready to be shipped. There were a few items still not done and we requested for them to come and pick it up the next day but they refused. They said they couldn’t do it for another two weeks. But they were good overall. They went through that horrible winter and nothing was damaged. It was really packed nicely and there was no water leakage or anything like that. I would recommend PODS.

When it was time to deliver my pod to my location The Delivery Agent was very helpful. My driveway was too steep to deliver the pod so they placed it halfway on the sidewalk and half way on the street. The Delivery Agent was concerned about the local municipalities since we were blocking the street. The movers were late so that Delivery Agent actually helps me unload three quarters of the Pod before the movers arrived. He then waited while the movers finished unloading the Pod and took the pot away so that I could avoid a fine from the local municipality. This isn't the kind of service you get every day. I would definitely recommend PODS to anyone.

We had a lot of stuff and we didn’t have a final address for a little while so we needed PODS' storage option. We booked their biggest container over the phone and that process was great. Everything was easy and explained properly. But we didn't have ample room in the pod so we had to rent a moving truck. Other than that, PODS' drivers were professional and courteous. They made a stressful situation very easy-peasy and in the end, everything worked out.

I had used PACK-RAT coming from Boiling Springs to Garner. They let me down because I had a freezer full of food that I had plugged in, in Boiling Springs. They were supposed to pick it up and deliver it so I could plug the freezer back in. Instead, they took it to the yard and said they'd deliver another day. The freezer was 24-cubic feet and full of food so one can imagine how much money that food was worth.

The one that was going out of state was bigger because they didn't use the smaller ones for that. Both pods ended up at the same place at the same time and the drivers were great. They were very willing to work with whatever situation they happened upon when they came to pick up the pods. If there were curves or trees that I was concerned about, they knew how to work around them. All in all, using PODS is the best way if you need to move and store stuff for a while.

The inconvenience was when it was driven to and dropped at the driveway, the driveway wasn't wide enough, not only for the container but also for the size of the equipment. Also, the driver never dropped it in the place I wanted. Next time, they need to tell the old people that come out with this kind of appointment to drop it, that they need to have this and that dimensions. Other than that, everything was okay.

We came down here in the beginning of March, my boyfriend had a job interview and he got the job. We had to move within 30 days. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Their customer service is the best customer service I've ever had to deal with. They're all very friendly people and I would hire them again if I need to.

We hired PODS to house our belongings short term while repairs were being done to our home. We were told that the pod would be in a climate controlled warehouse. We purchased the content protection insurance. We requested they return our pod to our driveway after 2 1/2 months. We discovered water in the pod. It ruined our Sleep Number mattress, several boxes of books - moldy, some clothes - moldy. Contacted PODS to report the claim. End result - they could not determine how water got in therefore they would not cover it. The "contents protection insurance" is so filled with loopholes. They don't cover mold and water damage? How did this even happen? DO NOT use this company!

I had a wonderful experience with PODS and I highly recommend their service. There were about three neighbors of mine who have recently moved or are in the process of remodeling that have also rented PODS and we’re all very happy with it. Every aspect of their service is superb, the cost, the ease of doing it, bringing it and taking it away. I had bought another home and it wasn’t ready to have us move in yet because we were having it remodeled so I only moved temporarily and the ability to get into the pod if I had to was also a nice feature. First they were supposed to deliver early morning, they didn't, I finally got the pod at 10. 2nd - the largest pod supposedly holds 4 rms, nope not even close. You would be lucky to get three rooms in, I only had a 1 bedroom condo to move! And I couldn't get a coffee table and my bed in. 3rd. They charged me 353. for this plus one month of storage at their facility in Melbourne FL. 4th I went to set up the delivery for my new place in Homosassa (2 hrs) due west of here. I would have to pay a delivery charge of 199.00, ok, fine, and then I would have to pay a transfer fee from their storage facility in Melbourne to the storage facility in Ocala (4 hrs north of here) of 689!

I'm moving cross-country so I needed some containers from PODS. PODS was convenient for us. We could pack it at our own speed and put things in so that we could assure that they would arrive safely. We didn't have to wait on a driver to pick it up and deliver it across the country. We booked online and was able to speak to the reps. They were great. We had questions and we made some changes to our scheduled appointment and delivery and pick up days and they were easily changed through the reps. Also, the size of the container was perfect. The drivers were also professional, very courteous, respectful of my property and knew exactly what they were doing. They did what they were supposed to do.

We were moving from one house down the street to another house. We booked with PODS over the phone and had an excellent interaction with the rep. We requested for the 25 foot container which was perfect for our needs. It was at its purest when we got it but the door was very hard to shut as it was bent. I was able to close it eventually, but not totally. The driver was very nice both times when he went and picked up the pod and when he served it. Everything about working with PODS was excellent except for the return which was terrible. We couldn’t find the number and my wife talked to someone before we finally got PODS to come pick up the container. It took several days for them to pick it up but when I ordered it, it was fine.

I did some shopping around and I heard good things about PODS. I prefer to do things over the phone but after I got everything set up and I had a password, then I did everything pretty much online. There are times when the website is very difficult to use when you want a specific answer. But when you call the service number, they always give you an answer. They're very helpful when you call them, though sometimes you have to wait a long time if they're busy. We moved to a very rural place 17 miles from the nearest city and then a good hour from any place that PODS would come from, and it had very sandy soil. There were very specific things that I needed the driver to know so that they didn't get stuck and there was no way to answer that other than through a person.

I needed storage and moving services, and PODS had competitive prices and services. But in the end, I chose them for their solid metal container. The containers from other companies were a combination of wood and cloth. The U-Haul one was a little bit more fabricated and I was concerned about it 'cause my stuff is heavy. Since this was gonna store more of my valuable stuff, I wanted it to be entirely metal or relatively close to metal. PODS’ container looked very clean and professional. It looked like my stuff would be safe in there.

The house we’re selling was in Connecticut and I'm here in Pittsburgh. I needed a storage so I booked PODS online and they followed up with me over the phone. I had no idea what it was gonna be all about but doing it long distance I had no choice. The guy I dealt with asked me what I needed to put in it and I explained everything. He said that I had the right size of the container. I was scared that the pod wasn't gonna fit in the driveway because it's lined with the Belgian block, like stone on the edges. He went on Google Earth for me, looked and said that it looked fine and it was. He was fantastic and there was plenty of room. The container got delivered and it was in perfect condition and spotless. Then, we had to get our own lock.

The representative was very helpful when I initially booked with PODS over the phone. Then I made the arrangements for the pick-up and delivery service online. I showed the driver where to put the container then he backed right in there and put in down. I got a 16-footer storage container for two or three rooms. But there was no furniture. It was all boxes and equipment. The container was excellent and clean. It looked like it was well-maintained and solid. There were no water leaks either. I had it for a month before moving in. Then we had it moved to the new home and we had it for another twenty-some days after that. PODS has a well-known name and if I had to do it all over again, I’d use them again.

Then since the work could not be completed within the time the insurance was done with their efforts, I rented a smaller pod on my own. Both pods were excellent. PODS is a great service. I was in the midst of moving. I sold my house and needed to store some things until I bought a new house six months later. I got a decent-sized container from PODS where I could fit a bed, a couch and other things. I also had a climate controlled storage unit where I did like beds, but I utliized my pod for furniture and bigger things because the luxury of simply having them delivered right to my door was a nice action, instead of having to repack things and move them. I couldn't pass that up. The reps were great, very easy to talk to, easy to understand and everything got set up. When I got my pod delivered, it was supposed to come with a lock, but it did not. I got charged for a lock and I called and told them that I didn't receive a lock. The charge was taken right off like so, that's great.

I started booking the pod online and I finished it on the phone. PODS website could have been a little more user-friendly. I wasn't able to schedule the drop off when I was ready to get my stuff back online. I couldn't figure it out so that was why I called. I had questions and then when I had to drop it off, I had questions too because our house didn't have an address and I needed to make sure that it was gonna go to the right place. Their representatives were very helpful.

I was moving from Virginia to New Mexico but I was pressed for dates and everybody else wanted a two-week lead time. I called PODS and they dropped the pod when I wanted it, picked it up when I needed it and then delivered it when I wanted it at the other end. The driver was great too. I moved into a three-bedroom house and I’ve basically filled out two rooms and a kitchen. But I’m in the military and I had a lot of stuff. I brought all my stuff and some sports stuff, then my family is bringing the rest.

I had a wonderful experience with PODS. I was remodeling and pulling up all the floors, so we had to move the furniture in our driveway. I called Mobile Mini and they were so expensive. I told them I didn’t want to buy the pod. I just wanted to rent it, so they hung up. I compared and knew that PODS had a good reputation, so I went with them. They were very good and followed up quickly via email. When they gave me this wide time frame which didn’t work for me, I called and the rep tightened it up for me which I really appreciated. He and the construction people came all at the same time and the guy delivering the pod stood back and let me do my thing first before taking over. Everything was great. From the gentleman on the phone, to the gentleman that brought the pod there and the gentleman that picked it up, it was perfect. I highly recommend PODS.

My son and daughter-in-law used PODS when they moved and they were very happy so I used them too. I was moving to Michigan but PODS does not deliver there. I was going to use another moving company but their pod was much smaller so I booked with PODS online instead. When I got around the booking I called and they were very helpful and courteous. They brought the 12 footer pod and it was perfect, clean and in great shape. I filled it up and they got it out of the house while I listed the house. They moved it to their storage and brought it back for the movers to move it.

We wanted to pack up and move some of our things ourselves when we moved. So we then got a container from PODS delivered because they were familiar to us from other friends who had used them and they had worked wonderfully for them. I called to book the container and the lady I spoke to was an older gal, which suited me since I'm older and we hit it off. The 16-foot container came in good condition. It was delivered by PODZILLA and I stood out there and watched the whole time. I was fascinated with the technology. The container could have been a bit smaller but we were happy with it. We were able to bungee everything down and cover it so it wouldn’t be running around while we’d be driving.

PODS was a good solution for us. We needed to move part of our stuff and it’s complicated. I called PODS and talked to somebody to arrange everything, and the rep was very helpful and she was great. The 16-foot container itself was fine and clean inside. It was raining the day we unloaded it and the corners were getting a little wet. And nothing got damaged by any stretch of the imagination, but the container needed a little extra caulking.

PODS' web portal was so easy to use for booking. I requested for the larger size of container that they have and it was perfect for my moving and storage needs. It also looked great and was very clean when it came. The drivers were great too. They explained to us what was going on with the whole process and we even got to watch them do it which was fun. We went through the standard of having them drop it off and then pick it up later at the new address. Everything worked as expected. PODS is very reliable and I've already recommended them to a couple of people.

I have seen PODS in my neighborhood frequently. I liked the name brand and the logo on the pods themselves. We did the booking over the phone, and the representatives were excellent. We had two units delivered to our house to our house, and then they were picked up. Then they were picked up from the nearest environmental storage, and then redelivered. The whole process took about three months.

It turned out that the truck sank in the mud and there was nowhere to leave the POD. But the company refunded all my money without me even requesting a refund and the representative was always courteous and professional. I am moving to an apartment and eventually buying a house in a couple of years. I wouldn't hesitate to use PODS to move from the apartment to the next house. I think they treated me fairly.

Everything was fine and normal with my interactions with the reps and drivers whom I dealt with. The container was good as expected. Overall, it was a pretty straightforward experience. I would use PODS again and if my friends would ask about them, I would tell to go for it.

One of my partner's co-workers has friends who used PODS before. I used PODS for the convenience that they just put the container in your place. The storage was to hold my belongings for a couple of months because I relocated from a state. I booked over the phone with a rep and it was excellent. They asked me what I was planning to put in the container and they suggested the large container which was the correct size to meet my needs.

And then I called back again because I wasn’t sure initially that I would use PODS. I had a good experience with the person on the phone. Thereafter, I used the website and the chat feature. Their website was easy to navigate and I had no issues with pod positioning, the length of time. The container was clean and it was good for me. I was able to touch base with the driver. They called me and I would call them back. And I had the same driver for both the pick-up and the drop-off. They were very friendly and the price was neat as well. So, it worked out really good.

I have used PODS when I moved previously. I booked them again and this time, I went online and logged into my account. I got one of the bigger containers for moving and storage. When their reps placed my pod in the wrong direction, I called them and asked if they could come back and turn the pod. Talking to them was wonderful. The drivers who came out to pick up the pod were very responsive, quick and pleasant too. PODS is just top-notch all the way around. Both times I've used them, I had no problems. I had a great experience with them online, through the phone conversations, and even customer support during billing. It was very easy and self-explanatory.

With PODS, we could pack at home and into a container and it would be stored in a climate-controlled warehouse as opposed to having a moving company come, move it into a warehouse, move it back into a truck, and bringing it back out to the house. I booked PODS online and in about a half hour, they said I could have one in about three weeks because this happened during hurricane Harvey. Then, I got a phone call about 35 minutes later from the local company here in Corpus Christi saying they just happen to have one available and would I like them to bring it up. We were moving from Florida back to Ohio and we didn't want to rent a truck and go through all of that. ABF had a similar type of deal, but I researched PODS on the internet and they had glowing endorsements. I called and talked to their reps, and everybody was upbeat. I'm retired now and I've got a bad disposition, and their people were at least friendly and helpful on the face of it. We got the biggest pod that they had, and though I wish I had a bigger one, it fitted our needs. It was also clean and neat. The guys that both delivered it to our home in Florida and picked it up there were kids compared to me and they were wonderful to deal with. You tell them what you want and they jump through hoops to get it done for you.

The pod was just big enough and it was everything I thought it would be. I had my own lock and it was easy to lock it up at night. I knew all my stuff was secure. Also, the delivery guys were extremely nice and polite. They came on time, delivered it, picked it up and took it to the new house which was only about six miles from our old house. It was a neat experience. I will always use PODS.

I had an extremely awesome experience with PODS. I've been using them and I needed their service for moving and storing at the same time. Another company suggested them and I'm glad I used PODS 'cause it was on-time and very convenient. As opposed to me tick tacking and going to another property, PODS went straight into my parking stall and I was able to pack and move into it.
