I dropped off my stuff at the storage center because they couldn't deliver the 16-foot pod to my house. The person at the storage center was very helpful. Then the drivers always called to let me know they were on their way and they were always there within the time that they said. The container was in good condition and it had a couple of tie-downs aside from the straps. Everything was a pleasure. PODS was quick and precise. And they all knew what they were talking about.

We're a top-notch company and so is PODS, and we like to put ourselves with the same type companies. We tried to get three pods during Hurricane Harvey and in the midst of all that, Hurricane Irma was rolling up through Florida and then to Atlanta, Georgia and the PODS corporate office was closed. I stopped by the office and their local manager went the extra miles to greatly assist me with getting the pods scheduled, set up and delivered out to me even though their corporate office was closed. Then I went over the phone and then once their office opened back up, we got everything set up online.

PODS did a nice job and my experience with them was very positive. The folks I dealt with on the phone when signing up were nice and very positive. We rented the 16-foot pod, had it for a week, filled it up and then they moved it to our new address. I was given a few tips on how to pack, but I was a delivery driver for a long time so I had some foreknowledge of packing and having it hooked up. We had the same driver who dropped off the container and picked it up. And, he was excellent, a very nice fellow, and explained exactly what was going on. I was happy with the cost of service, although I’d like to pay a little less like everybody else. Still, everything was fine and I paid my bill. It was a pleasant customer service situation all in all and the PODS folks know how to deal with people as opposed to many others that don’t seem to remember how.

We sold our house and we were moving, so we rented two containers from PODS, a 16 footer one and another 12 footer, for an indefinite amount of time to store our belongings until we move into our new house. The containers seemed to work out pretty well - they are solid and very well-built. It has got a sliding back door that you lift up, and it is eight feet high and eight feet wide. It also got a lot of hooks in it if you want to hook something.

When we were moving, we got the largest PODS container delivered to our driveway. Then, we were able to load up everything that we didn't use. The easiest thing to do was let the PODZILLA come and take away our stuff. They took it for about six weeks. And then, they brought it to our new home, we emptied it, and they took the container back. The drivers were very knowledgeable and considerate. They went the extra mile by making sure the PODZILLA didn't tear off the lawn by putting down mats. It was totally 100% great. We want to do it with them again for our next move and I will also tell friends that they're the only way to go.

My experience with PODS was great and the fact that I had a whole month to get the job done was the big factor. I could take my time rolling the pod and I could do it by myself because I had the time to do it. Unlike another company where you get 7 days to get it done. You could still use PODS even if you’re in a hurry, because you can go at your own phase.

I've always heard good things about PODS and when I looked online to verify the reviews, I saw that they had high ratings. I put an inquiry because I needed a container for a short-term storage. They called me back and we followed up with a complete on-telephone booking with the rest of the information. It was very easy to get set up. I contracted with them for a 30-day service but it got finished nine days earlier. PODS did everything positively. They have an unbelievable and exquisite service. They were there at the time they said they will be there and they called before the delivery, plus they had a courteous driver and all the criteria was correct. Go with the best and that's PODS.

We had used PODS before back in 06 and we had a good experience so we used them again when we moved. They’re very professional in what they do and my husband is an Engineer and he loves the way the PODS work. I think that’s why he went with PODS because he like the machine and the remote control. We requested a 16 footer but it didn’t end up being that way. We had to order a second one.

I was moving from California to New Mexico. PODS dropped the trailer, we loaded it, and we let them know the date when we were ready. They picked it up, and brought it over here. They kept it until I'm ready for it to be taken to the house. You can't get any better than that. Their reps were really helpful. They were the ones who convinced me to get PODS. The drivers were really, really good, too. They came out at the time they said they were going to come out. They rock.

I booked a 16-foot container over the phone and the interaction I had with the rep of PODS was great. We scheduled it and set our expectations. The container I received was in pretty good shape. Plus, the communication with both of the drivers and their personality were great as well. They were the best part of my entire experience. They mostly enjoyed their jobs and were easy to get along with. When they were about to show up, they called. However, it was surprising that moving the pod from our old home to our new home was more expensive than putting it in storage overnight over 20 miles away. We were only moving right down the street and I didn’t want to put it in storage but it was $70 price savings. That was the biggest thing that stuck out. Nonetheless, everything went according to plan.

Everyone at PODS was really friendly. Since we didn't want to drive a truck, we used PODS and requested for their 7 feet container. I had a little bit of trouble opening my door when it got here because some things have shifted. And the driver stayed to help me and he fixed everything. He was awesome. Everything worked great and I would definitely recommend PODS.

I used PODS for temporary storage. It was easy to book online and the container was in fine condition. Plus the drivers were also very professional.

My experience with PODS went smoothly and I was satisfied with the service. I was moving and needed storage before I get access to the garage. I looked PODS up online but I completed the transaction over the phone. I ended talking to a gentleman who was very helpful and understood my particular need. And then when I tried to set up the pick-up date, the website would not allow me. But by sending a quick email to the gentleman, we solved that.

I moved from one city to another city in Canada. My parents have used PODS twice before and when I asked them about their experience they said they are highly known and have like the best customer service and everyone is on time in service. I also had quite an incredible experience. I got the quote online originally and then I called and chatted to someone and he kind of walked me through the process and we kept in touch on the phone.

I had a great experience with PODS and I've been really happy with their service. I ordered two pods but before they brought them, I cut it back to one and they adjusted the cost. I got the smallest pod and the reps I spoke to over the telephone were excellent.

I was really really excited to find PODS and it worked out perfectly for my moving and storage needs. The only weird part was calling initially to confirm my online reservation and I guess it was like a third party that helped coordinate the booking. And then when you try to plan ahead for the alignment of the PODS itself, that was a little tricky to kind of figure out because I didn’t know what their trucks could do. But, it was overall awesome and it was really affordable. I packed the 16-foot pod like a maniac. It should have broken a lot of my stuff the way I precariously put stuff in, and it came to me undisturbed. Also, the drivers were super sweet, super nice, and really friendly.

I would recommend highly to anybody to use PODS. Using PODS is more convenient and when I talked to them, they explained everything and answered everything fully so I didn't have doubts or questions. They were excellent. The drivers were professional, too. I got an 8x16 unit to move out of state and everything was fine. I would definitely use PODS again too.

I used a pod to put my stuff in it and then stored it for almost two years with PODS. Then it came back out to when I bought a house and I got everything out of it. I booked online which was extremely easy. When I got it, everything was very nice and neat. But when they took it out of the first place, they left a big dent from the tires, the yard and the dirt. It was raining and I ended up paying for that when I moved out. As for the new place, there were no issues. When they dropped it off, I met the driver and he put it where I needed it to go. It is a little expensive but it’s worth it and I would recommend it. It was a good experience.

I got the biggest storage containers from PODS. Had a good interaction with their rep. There were no hiccups and I was happy with the service.

We sold our house and moved. We needed to have our stuff in a controlled environment for a few months until we got things settled out and PODS worked perfectly for us. I left an email to Blaine, PODS' guy in Wilmington, and he was great. They said they'll reply within a day but he replied within an hour. Then I checked their competition but there wasn't much. I called The Rat Pack but they called me back a week later. So when they did and asked how they could help me, I told them that their response time settled the deal for me and that I'd rather work with PODS.

I had PODS drop a pod off at the house and then I moved it to our new location. I tried booking their largest container online, but I had a little trouble so I ended up doing it over the phone. Their rep was very helpful, pleasant to talk to and she was understanding about my confusion of the computer and why I had to call. Their drop off guy was great. We had a big oak tree that was in the way and he was careful not to damage it or the pottery. I would use them again and would recommend them to anybody.

PODS left a container at my previous house and I filled it up with some of our possessions and then they took the pod to the warehouse site. And they kept it there for few months and they delivered to our new house. I booked online and I think the website could be improved. It’s been a while since I looked at it but I think there were too many steps, almost like too involved. And then also what happened was that I went to change the date of the pick up date and it didn’t record for some reason even though I thought it had recorded.

We were destroyed in a hurricane, and we’ve seen PODS in people’s yards. We got the biggest pod, and it turns everything to where it was supposed to. I'll tell a friend to go ahead and use PODS, and that they worked out well for us.

PODS is famous here in Florida and people trust them. I had a storage pod from them for approximately one year. I started booking the pod online, and everything was really well-done and using their website went smoothly for me. But I reached a point where I felt I needed to talk to somebody so I spoke to one of the customer service folks afterward. Both times I talked to people, they were awesome and straightforward and told me what I needed to know. They did a great job. The only thing was I booked a big pod but it was quite small for my needs. When we close the door, I felt that if I opened too fast, it may explode.

PODS was something I recognized so I booked them. I did it online but I had to call to get some clarification on a couple of things and it was good. I had the 16-foot pod and stored it for so long. I could have gone a little smaller, but it was fine. Also, the driver who picked the pod up was pleasant and the drop was fine as well. PODS is a good option instead of having to call a traditional moving company. It's convenient. But I think you pay a little bit extra for that convenience because if you're going to be moving relatively close to where it's being stored then obviously the cost is more beneficial from a cost perspective. But in my case, we ended up moving several hundred miles away, so the delivery fee was actually very high. The cost-benefit ratio there was in line so it was really good.

When I saw that our neighbor had PODS and that it looked really nice and easy, I looked at PODS online and then called them. The representative I spoke to was very nice, professional and he provided everything I needed to know. I got the 16-foot container and we got everything packed in so we could show our house without all the clutter. Then we had the pod taken away, sold our house, and then moved. The guy who picked the pod up in California and delivered in Arizona was great. He backed it down a long snaky driveway like he knew what he was doing. The experience was great and I’d use PODS again.

We’ve used PODS before and we used them again because they’re so dependable and they are on time. They do what they say they’re going to do. This time I used them for storage. The container was great. The only thing that we would like to see is a ramp when we’re trying to put our heavy stuff into the POD so that we can just roll it in. Their customer service was great though. If I had any questions they answered them. My husband also had interaction with them and he didn’t have any complaints. We totally enjoyed using PODS. I hope we won’t have to use them any time soon but if we do we definitely will be calling.

We moved from New York to Texas. With PODS, we like the ability to unload at our leisure. I booked online and then I also work with people over the phone. The website was very user-friendly and the interaction with their customer service was excellent. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. I booked their 16-foot container but we could have used another 8-foot. Nevertheless, the interactions with the drivers were great on both ends. I would recommend PODS to anybody who’s moving or needing some storage.

Using PODS made a lot more sense than renting a truck. With PODS I can take my time loading and unloading it. I booked a 16-foot container over the phone. One of my co-workers had previously used one to relocate stuff from one job site to another. However, they did not secure their stuff up and strap it in good. When they got to the job site where I was, a lot of stuff was damaged because of the movement. I made sure my stuff was tucked in there tight. I followed the packing instruction on PODS' site as well as used a lot of straps. My stuff was in great shape.

Enrolling in National Debt Relief was easy. I just filled out some of my information online, then somebody called me back, and then just talked about my case on the phone, then they helped me to set up everything. It only took a couple of days. The customer service agent named Gaber was very nice, and he helped me to start it. I started in July of 2016 and it will not be done yet until July 2018, so I am halfway done already. Everything is going well right now, but, in the middle, somebody did not understand what I was saying. I have two credit cards, and they transfer my balance to Citibank because they changed my credit card from Costco. I had some troubles on that, but it is fine right now. Also, they can't cover all my debt too.

I had several friends that used PODS and we were in a situation where we're moving and so we asked their opinion and it was positive, so I went ahead and inquired. Their reps were very cordial and nice. My experience was positive and I would recommend them that PODS is the way to go.

PODS is a familiar sight and name in our neighborhood. I booked a mid-size container a few months ago and did some of the work online and some over the phone since I'm an old school and I feel little more comfortable talking to a human being. The PODS agent was very helpful and he understood me quite well as to what my requirements were. PODS responded appropriately and the organization was done. When the container was dropped off, the driver was very careful about doing what needed to be done and we were able to position the container exactly where we wanted it.

I was moving from one house to another and I needed PODS to store my furniture for 18 days. It seemed to fit the need that I had that they would deliver the pod, I could load it, and then they would store it and then they’d deliver to the new address. So, it seemed to work out perfectly. Their drivers were also friendly. The price was good and the service was excellent. I would refer PODS to people with the same situation.

PODS was referred to me by a friend who used them and gave high ratings. I booked a pod over the phone because it took too long to get the services through online due to the recent storms that we were having at that time. The container was fabulous but if it was a foot or two bigger, it would be great to put all my stuff in. I packed up the house that I lived in for over 40 years and I can only get rid of so much stuff. But the 8 by 8 by 16 that I got worked beautifully for what I was doing. The drivers were awesome as well. The gentleman who delivered it in our home in California did a fabulous job of working that equipment to place it exactly where we wanted it and did not encompass my neighbor at all because we have a shared driveway.

PODS picked up and delivered the units on time. They were very prompt with everything and even called before they came. We rented a small POD from them and the only thing that I had a question about with them is that there were no straps on the wall or like a bungee cord to secure an item inside the pod. The larger container might have it. We rented a 19 feet container through a different company to bring stuff from Florida to New Jersey and a POD to bring it here. The container we rented from PODS didn’t seem as sturdy but nothing was vanished and everything was perfect.

I booked PODS' service thru phone as I needed them for a drop-off and a pickup. Their rep was very knowledgeable and I got their 16-foot container. They went through the details with me as far as what I needed to pack and then they recommended a size. The interaction with their driver was very good as he called 30 minutes before, and he came on time. The guy at drop off was even better. PODS is not the cheapest, but base on their quality and their service, I would 100% use them again. Overall, they were very easy to deal with. They made my move effortless and it was helpful.

We got PODS for moving and storage. We booked it though the phone and the reps are all very professional, to the point and accurate. We requested for their smallest container and had our stuff stored there for three months. It was just about 3 feet high throughout the whole length of the things. The container was sturdy and clean and the drivers who picked up and dropped it off were very good, knowledgeable and very communicative. My experience with PODS was all positive and I would recommend them.

It was my first time to use PODS and I had a good experience with them. They could actually turn the pod and place it so that the entrance to the pod faced my garage door so I chose them over others. I booked over the phone and the reps I talked to were professional and courteous. I got the 12-foot container which they delivered for storage while we remodeled the garage.

PODS' website was easy to use but I called them as well for a 16-foot pod rental because I had two pickups and drop-offs. When I talked to their customer service reps, they seemed to be in Florida and they were helpful and very easy to work with. My PODS experience was extremely positive and I would recommend that others check them out.

I’m a contractor and we were fixing a lady’s house, and we had to redo the floors. We had to move all her antique furniture out of there and we needed a place to store it. I rented a unit from PODS and it seemed like the most painless way to get all the furniture out and somewhere safe without having to move all the heavy stuff very far. But I thought the price was a little high for my needs. I've priced another company and they were like the same pretty much to the tee. They were like a dollar cheaper but I've heard of PODS' reputation than the other one. The only thing that put a bad taste in my mouth was that nobody mentioned about the $75 pickup fee until it was the time they invoiced my credit card. I thought it was a little sketchy. It was a hidden fee and it was not cool. They should be more transparent and for a well-known company, I expected them to be noticeably cheaper than some other company. Other than that, the drivers were great.

We got the smallest seven by seven pod, which I booked over the phone, for moving from California to Ohio. The rep from PODS was professional, courteous, and friendly. I moved my mom here from California and I was in Ohio so not only was I not able to do anything exactly how I planned, but we had to rebook the pod twice because we were evacuating. And so, PODS was phenomenal, extremely helpful and very flexible. And I know that the people that were there when the pod was picked up and delivered were great. Our experience was easy and we got everything needed. We also ordered some packing supplies from them, and they were perfect. The whole thing was as hassle-free as you could possibly get when you’re moving across the country.

I wanted to take care of my things myself. I didn’t want guys coming in with the truck and loading it off for me so I went with PODS. PODS dropped off the pod, I filled it and then they delivered it to my place in New York. I stored it for a week in between. Their representative was very nice, very helpful and explained everything. He was very, very good.

I have PODS store my stuff while I was deployed over the last year. I’ve used them in the past, and they were very efficient and it was very easy to get reimbursed for the storage needs from the government. I booked initially over the phone. And then I went online for the rest of the management of the account. Their representatives were always very positive and very efficient. Setting everything up was relatively painless. I called in and they had a couple of things that they had to read by law when I initially established the account. And so, there was a pre-recorded message I had to listen to. And after that, I gave them the dates that I wanted everything set up, the size of the pod I needed and they would have walked me through the insurance pieces if I chose to go that route.

My son used PODS when he moved to North Carolina. Everything went great with him. So I used them when I moved from New Jersey to Texas. I booked online and requested for their biggest container. The driver who picked up the container in New Jersey was wonderful. Then they took it up to Texas. When we bought the house, they brought it back home and it was great. Overall, I had a very good experience with PODS and I would recommend it to whoever needs it.

We were moving from our family home and we got a lot of stuff. We liked the convenience of PODS. I initially did the inquiry online, and then I did everything else over the phone. Their reps were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. We requested the largest sizes of the pods and they were clean and in good shape when they arrived. PODS also helped me decide what sizes to go with, and they were very accurate. I was able to move everything into the pods and they were picked up and moved to storage somewhere. When it came time to have them delivered, the place that we moved to was much smaller. So, they timed the coordination of the different pods with what I needed to have for the moving company that was unloading the pods. The guys unloaded it, then they picked up the first pod. Within the same period of time, they delivered the second one, and then picked it up. There was never an inconvenience and PODS was absolutely awesome.

PODS was referred by co-workers and I used them for storage and moving. I booked them online but I made a lot of calls to customer service to fix things. They were all fantastic and as accommodating as they could have been in the situation that I had called them. I requested for the 7-footer pod and it fit everything just fine with no issues. The interactions with the drivers were also fine. The only issue that I had was when the pod was dropped off. There were some sections in the contents in the inside that can be a little less difficult. Before the driver leaves, make sure that the rear door can be opened. It could've been easier getting the door open. Other than that, it was a good experience and they were very affordable. Everything went really smooth.

I’ve moved quite a few times, but when I used PODS, it was the easiest move I ever made. I moved down the road and I needed to store stuff also because we built a house. We got two 16 footers from PODS and they were good and very clean. It was like they were almost brand new.

I booked a large pod and it was placed right next to my garage door and front door. Both drivers of the delivery and pickup were tremendous.

PODS is a recognizable name and someone told me that they had used it and had a good experience with it. I used both their moving and storage services. I booked the pod online and their website was easy to navigate. I got the 16 feet by eight feet pod, and we’ve gotten everything in there. The only issue that I had with the whole thing was that there were not enough pick-up times, which was partly my fault because I didn’t realize they had to schedule it in advance. So, after the pod was packed, it sat for five days before they picked it up. But when I had it delivered, it went a lot smoother because the drop-off and the pickup were at the same time. And they were on time. I only saw the driver when he dropped the pod off at the house when we moved in and he put it exactly where I needed it to be. He was very professional. So, our overall experience was good.

For a moving and storage need that I had, I chose PODS because of the timing. We had a short time to move from one place to another. I booked it over the phone and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the 16-foot container and it was clean. The drivers were very friendly too. The billing, though, was like in pieces because they charged me as we go. I was not sure at the beginning what the exact charge was to pick up and to deliver. I know there was a charge, but I was not sure of the amount and how the charge was going and when the charge was posted. It was not clear to me but, as far as pricing, I agreed from the beginning. It was okay at the end because they told me the total amount at the end.

I started out booking online but because it was a long-distance move, I wound up doing it over the phone. The process of getting a quote which then led to a phone call which led to a couple of discussions with the PODS sales rep was painless and quick. I got their sales people who I then had to talk to on the phone but I didn’t have to go through all of the information the second time. The sales reps were okay and knew their product and what their customers cared about. Once the sale was done, I was back on the website full-time for scheduling, rescheduling and customer service, which was an okay experience.

PODS website is very easy to navigate that I booked them online. I went with PODS because of their price and availability. I was moving from one house to another one and the 16-foot container I requested was perfect for my needs. It was also in perfect condition. I only spoke with the driver when he delivered the container for the first time. We had a nice conversation the day I met him and every time I put a time frame on everything, he was very precise. He was excellent from day one to the last day. I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend PODS. Everything was perfect.

I’ve used PODS for on-site storage and moving and I chose them because of convenience and not be in a rush to have the container hauled off or picked up. I booked online for the initial delivery and over the phone for it to be picked up. The website was very easy to use and the customer service representative was very nice. He helped me out with a lot of different options and ways to get set up. When I requested for the biggest container, I thought it would be bigger on the inside but when I was able to stack the furniture up, I had enough room, more room than I thought I did. It was good and you just have to know how to stack the furniture inside the pod. I met the carrier the first time during the initial drop off and he was very friendly. We had to do the online thing as far as how to set it up but I was there so he asked me if it was the right place and all that so it was cool. PODS is very helpful and very reliable.

I needed PODS for both on-site and moving in storage. I booked them over the phone where I got the larger container. The pickup driver did a nice job, and overall it was a good experience. I've used them in the past and I'll use them again.

I needed to have stuff picked up and I didn't want to be moved more than one time, get out of here and then moved into a new home six months later. By using PODS for moving and storage, I know my stuff would be in one place and I thought it would be a quality controlled area. I booked the service online which was excellent but they said three rooms would fit one 16 footer pod for the general consumer like me but it wasn't enough information. I had two 16's and one of them wasn't all the way full. The little seven wasn't all the way full too so it could have been a little different. However, I liked that they could arrive and drop the container then I could fill it up and when it's ready, they could pick it back up. So it was convenient and easy, and the same goes for the pickup.

My son was moving and he had to get his furniture in storage for a while. And then, when he moved and got his new place, he unloaded his furniture and then PODS came and picked them up. I went online and PODS popped up and I booked them over the phone. We also texted and did a lot of communication via email. The first lady I spoke to was really wonderful, informative and cheery. I requested for a 16-foot container and it was perfect. The representatives were very helpful and they did their best. A couple of times I got a call saying that they were coming when we weren’t scheduled and they had to turn around. But we didn’t get charged for it. They also didn’t tell ahead of time that if I was longer than a month, I would have to pay more which I ended up doing. Everything else was fine and everyone was very attentive. When things weren’t right, they fixed it. PODS should continue to do everything right.

My daughter on her last move used other movers and had a horrendous experience. So when I was moving cross-country PODS was the way to go for me because I had used them in the past for other moves cross-country and up the East coast. I booked through the phone and it was excellent. All my questions were answered and everything went off as described.

My kids used PODS when they were moving from college. I also went with them for delivery services. They did the delivery and they held my stuff for a month for me and then redelivered it to the new house. I had some changes, so I ended up having to call after I booked the pod online. My interaction with the rep was great and I went with the biggest sized container, the 16-foot, which was the perfect size for the furniture. PODS was excellent and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everything was just what they said it would be and the delivery, pickup and all of that went very smoothly.

We were doing Swedish Death Cleaning to our basement, so we put the pod in the driveway to empty the basement. And get rid of whatever we didn’t want and that way we don't have to take it back down. PODS' rep was very nice and accommodating. He gave me the delivery date I wanted. Everybody at PODS was courteous and professional. Their drivers are also very quick. We used size 16 and its in an excellent shape but we could have used two.

PODS reps were knowledgeable and very helpful to the point. I got two 16-footers for on-site storage and they placed them perfectly fine. The PODS team has been very easy to work with. Pricing was exactly what they said it would be, and pickup and delivery went smoothly.

I had to store some furniture for remodeling. I booked PODS over the phone and it was easy to do it. The customer service reps were great. They asked what date I needed the container delivered and how much it would be for the monthly fees. I requested for the 7-footer and it was great. It worked out for me. The drivers called when they were outside, they dropped the container, and asked where I wanted it. And then, when they picked it up, I called and they told me they were outside to pick it up. I had a great experience with PODS. Everything was awesome.

PODS made it convenient for me to pack and unload one-time, and I just stored my stuff. I liked that I didn't have to run a truck and pack it and then take it to unload it and then load it back and unpack it. Both the drivers were excellent - very helpful and courteous. I would definitely use PODS again if I have to use them again. I have expressed to many people how easy it was doing it this way as opposed to renting a truck. My brother was the one that had advised me to do it because he had to use three of the largest containers and he was most happy with the way things were handled. I am fully satisfied with PODS.

PODS was competitive in price and they were able to do what we wanted, and I liked the idea of packing my own stuff. We looked at another company and it was a toss-up but PODS serviced more areas. We got their pods for our move across the country. I looked at the pods online and then we had to call them for the reservation and make the arrangements. They were able to do what we needed even when we needed extra pods. We reserved the 16-footer and then we added a seven-footer. They were able to arrange that on the phone and they were compliant with that. The containers were clean and sturdy. They had a lot of tie-downs that we were able to tie everything so that they didn’t shift in moving, and they worked out good that way.

I looked at the different opportunities available and PODS’ online booking was easy to do. I rented a container for three months and I put it in my church parking lot so that we could move things for an upcoming event. The container was a large steel, almost like a little building, and we could walk in on one end. My interaction with the drivers was very smooth.

We didn’t have a garage and we needed a secure storage for a period of time. We automatically thought of PODS. We tried booking PODS online but we ended up on the phone. The reps were very friendly and informative. We had to work out a lot of details about the pitch of the driveway. I wasn't sure what couldn't go in the old driveway but it worked out fine. I originally requested the largest container then after doing some more measurements of the driveway we shrunk the container size and it closed down. It would have been better if I could've gotten the bigger one.

I got a 16-foot storage container from PODS and it was stored at my house for a couple of weeks. We were redoing our floors so we just moved our stuff out then moved it back in. Their site was pretty straightforward. They give you a quote and if you accept it, they then do the scheduling. The driver who dropped the container off was really good. Though I didn't have to be, I happened to be there when he came. He walked me through how to open the door and showed me around. He showed me where I could latch if you had to latch things. He was really helpful and very friendly.

PODS told me about picking the container up and that was all accurate, but they misled me as far as how much the rental was. I booked the pod over the phone and the representative was good, but he didn't tell me the whole story. He left out how much money it was going to cost me to have it stored until my place was done. He told me how much it was going to cost to pick it up, how much it was to be stored, and that it's going to be this much to bring it out there. I knew about all of those fees but I ended up paying more than I expected because of the storage fees.

I had used PODS before when my parents passed away, and I had to put items somewhere since they wouldn't fit in my house. I did PODS for about 6 months and it was exactly what we needed. They came by and delivered it, and then we just paid automatically every month. Then when we called, they came back and picked it up, and everything was good to go. I went with PODS considering their name brand. I booked it online and it was easy. I’d actually ordered a 12 foot but they were out of it so I had a 16 foot pod delivered at my home for the same price. It’s in my driveway for approximately a month. The container was fine but a major issue I had was the locking mechanism, that is, the way the latch closes. The guy had explained to me quickly how it worked when he delivered the pod. When I did it myself, I couldn’t get it closed. I tried it any which way and I couldn’t do it. I ended up having to call customer service and the first guy I talked to basically didn’t have a clue. He pointed in the direction of a Youtube video that was no help. Ironically, it was a Youtube video of a guy who’s complaining about PODS.

I was having some repairs done to the house and had a pod delivered to store some stuff off. I booked a sixteen by seven pod over the phone and it was very good dealing with the PODS representative. The pod was clean and sturdy, and the drivers who dropped it over and picked it up were fine. I had a good experience overall. PODS is very good.

We had PODS deliver and leave a pod in our driveway for a month. Then we had them move it to North Carolina before finally having them pick it up. Next we had them deliver another pod before having them pick it up and take it to New Jersey. We had two PODS experiences and they are both fine. We booked them over the phone since it was out of state. The first rep we talked to insisted we book right away, when all I wanted to do was find out their prices and whether or not they offered what I needed. But after him everybody I spoke to was very accommodating and not pushy at all. Their reps were high level and we were very pleased.

PODS seems like a very well-run company. Telemarketing was great and the follow-up was good. The drivers were truly extraordinarily good. It was all a positive experience. The only thing that was a little unusual was billing was a bit confusing as to who was billing. When the bill appeared on my credit card, one of the charges didn’t appear with a PODS reference but for some company name that I didn’t recognize. Apparently, they have different business entities.

We had friends that used PODS' service and liked it. I got their service as well for moving and storage because they're combined. Previous to that, I only moved with a truck in my own two hands. So PODS was an alternative to that that fit what I was looking for on the move. I filled out a quote online then they referred me to a number. I spoke with live representatives and we finished all the way through. I called them 10 times and only once did I have somebody that I didn’t really enjoy. There was one guy whose accent I could not get.

The truck driver brushed it out for us even though I thought it was good. Their drivers called me about an hour before they arrived, which I requested, and they're very polite and friendly. We looked online at ads and we looked at two other companies that were similar but PODS had good information and it was easy to see the pods themselves, which were more substantial and protected and better constructed than the others. They seem like they would be more protected and I scheduled over the phone. The drivers were all exceptional and I was very pleased with those on the California side, from the Van Nuys location. One guy even had to unload the pods and load it again because they had loaded it backward in order to get it in the spot where we wanted it and facing in the correct direction. We haven’t moved in 25 years and this was going to be a big one. We're moving from a 5,000 sq. ft. house to a 7,000 sq. ft. house and 2500 miles away. My company wasn’t paying for it so I knew we were going to have to pay for it ourselves and it was going to be tough. When I had to go to the site in New Braunfels to get my pod out to get some things out of it, the driver there was excellent and very pleasant to work with. He was very good about bringing the pod out and setting it up for us. He asked us if we needed any assistance and that he'd be available for us. The other driver was also very good at explaining what was going to happen when he dropped the pod off. This was after it had already been filled and it was coming back to us. I told him that he could get on the grass and he says, "No, I don't want to do that." He was very cautious about not hurting our lawn.

We needed PODS for moving and storage for a short period of time. I started booking them online, but ended up talking to a representative. Initially when I signed up, their rep was very thorough and gave us all the detailed information. She answered all our questions and I was pleased, and they were very accommodating when we made changes along the way. We started with one large and one medium-sized pod, but because we walked through the whole situation before they delivered them, we changed them to two large 8x16 pods which were clean and sturdy. We were moving a 5 bedroom house, so we had four of the 16’ PODS. We had them delivered staggered one at a time to fill them up, and then had them all four delivered to the new house on the same day. It was quite an undertaking. It was more convenient to stagger our move out because we were continuing to leave some of the items in our house while it was for sale. It was so much easier having it delivered directly to use where I could just walk out of the garage and put everything into our storage unit ourselves.

We weren't sure exactly when the closing of a condo was going to take place and we didn't have a set moving date fixed up from one location to the next. We knew there would be a delay in the middle so it sounded like PODS would be a good alternative. We then requested a 12-footer pod and it was the perfect size. I decided how many days it would take me and they gave me the information on how long it would take for them to get the pod to the destination which was over 2,000 miles. It was delivered on the same day at the same time, and I received calls before to remind me that they were planning on coming on that day. They were very efficient. We had a difficult driveway where they had to bring the pod into and they were extremely careful in unloading the pod, not to damage our driveway or our landscaping. Their people were also very pleasant. They were talking to people who are 80 years old so we need a little extra explanation for certain things and they were very patient and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend PODS at any time.

They said they had same day pick up and charged me for it. Next thing you know just before my move they call and say they don't have same day delivery which does not give me enough time to find another solution. After I got upset they said they were going to do a special pickup for me - it was like drop it off between 7-10 and pick it up at 10 - what kind of company does this **. I told them I could not be ready until 12 when my movers were ready. They never came by and said I missed the window. I am really sorry that I ever engaged with this pack of manipulators.

I booked a 12' x 16' container from PODS over the phone and it was the perfect size. It was clean and had no defect. The delivery went great and the driver was outstanding. I was able to move right in with it. Their customer service was very courteous. I had a great experience with them. I'm very satisfied with PODS and will use them again.

I started out booking PODS online but I did it on the phone too. Although I’m not very good at websites, theirs really worked. When I needed to make a change, I spoke to a lady in Florida that was so great. I told her she was the best on-phone person I ever talked to. Also, the guy who delivered and picked up the containers was a kick. Our lane where the pods were sitting was a little complicated to get into. He made it so he could get through and get to the pods and get them out of there. He was great. I would definitely use them again if I needed to. They made it work.

We had a pod brought out to our house and we were moving, so we stored in it for a while, and then we had to move to our new location and offloaded it there. It was a local move and nobody else but PODS did it locally. Their website was very user-friendly. I booked our pod over the phone and then I did everything else online. The 2 containers were in good shape when they were returned to me with all my stuff. All the different drivers I dealt with both in Virginia and here in Colorado were very nice and very good about taking care of the containers. Everybody was on time and everybody called. It went very smoothly. I will recommend PODS to anybody.

I liked PODS' ability and price. I got a quote online and then I booked the pod over the phone, and everything was smooth. There was just a small delay on the website because of the storms in Florida where they’re based at. They were without power for a short period of time, but they still emailed me to let me know what the issue was, and they got back with me right after everything was restored. The 16-foot pod I got was clean, freshly painted, and well-maintained. There were no holes, the flooring was good and it was large enough and perfect for a three-bedroom. The drivers were professional and well-mannered. They called a reasonable time ahead and they were in their designated time that they had set for us beforehand.

I've had really good luck with PODS. I used them years ago when I moved from Maryland to Texas back in '04 and I had a good experience. I used them again going from Colorado off to Texas. I booked two pods over the phone, and the representatives were extremely helpful. The first pod was old and hard to get in but it was okay, and the second one was newer and it was super clean.

It was also very pleasant booking the pod. All my questions were answered well by the rep. We had the 16-foot container and I had a lot of space. The container was safe and I liked it. I didn’t realize they were like that till I got mine.

I had a very crazy house buyer who needed to be in in two weeks. It was an all-cash deal and we rented another house to move into. I ordered three of the large pods for moving. I called their central office to book. I went with PODS because I got to load the pods myself. I didn't want to hire a mover to move stuff and we had to move fast but we had to move gradually because we were still living in the house. The driver was great as far as placing them. He would have placed them on the roof if I wanted. He was very good. The buyer never came up with a penny though so PODS came and picked up the empty pods. They gave me credit for when I do need the pods back. So, I didn't lose as much money as I could have. My experience with PODS was absolutely excellent. If there's anybody I know that's moving, I'm going to recommend PODS because it is definitely a more economical choice than hiring a mover unless they're going from here to California.

They did not honor the agreed 10% discount as promised and offered during sign up. They will be 7 days late with my shipment. I start my new job and new life in a new state and I’ll be without my items for almost a week. I’ve never been so upset to the point of filing a complaint on any website. They obviously don’t care about you once your belongings are in their possessions. I’ve done some digging and found many other complaints. PODS brought out a pod for us to store stuff in and then they took it away. They brought it back to us when we were ready to move into our new house. We set up the service online and we also spoke with them over the phone. And everyone was super cool. We got a 12-foot container and I could stand up in it. They brought it out on the back of a truck and it took up the whole length of the back of their truck. The drivers were all nice and not stressed out or annoyed and so it was cool.

I booked online with PODS for a 12-foot storage pod and it was a simple and straightforward experience. Cobb, the driver, was good and he told us when he was on his way. We filled the pod pretty good and then for stuff we wanted to move day out, we got a moving van, which was perfect because then we could unload the pipe at our discretion. That was about a month ago and then somebody from Grand Acres called to make sure I was happy with how everything worked out. And it was great. I was treated well and things went smoothly.

PODS dealt with anything that we needed and anytime that we called them, they set it up. PODS could transfer across the county so we got them when we moved. I spoke with the representatives over the phone for our booking and I told them the dates and times that I needed and they were very accommodating. They came on my phone to let us know everything and when the move was going to be. The drivers were on time as notified. We shook hands with the last driver and told them we were very happy and appreciated everything they did.

So my husband and I relocated to Florida. When I called the sales rep I gave her 2 different locations as we were not sure where we were going. She suggested to use the farthest location to give me an estimate and I agreed since I have never used a pod and this was her expertise. We called to have our pod delivered in Dec and were told that they do not deliver to our area. I called corporate and they said it’s not up to the sales rep to know all of the locations that they deliver to. That it was up to me to get a quote on both places and not just one. Mind you again that this was not suggested by the sales rep and I am not familiar with a pod.

I had PODS drop a pod off which we used for a while and then, they came back and got it. I booked a 20 feet pod online and their website was very easy to navigate. The pod's condition was very nice and it was totally secure. I had to call the representatives when I needed it to be picked up and they gave me different options on when to have it picked up, which was convenient for me. And the drivers were great. Everything went as expected and I'd recommend PODS.

I needed to move everything out of the house because we were getting our carpet redone and I used the 16-foot container from PODS for storage. It was really easy booking online but I only needed the container for a week so I was hoping that they had different rates but they only do a monthly basis. I even called and asked if they prorate them but the guy on the phone said it's only a flat rate. It wasn’t that expensive though. The container was wide and it was the perfect size. It was also very clean and it had hard plastic on top for things that could get wet. I also appreciated that it had a lift for the floor so nothing was flat to the ground in case it rained hard.

I had PODS help me move across the country. I wasn’t able to pinpoint exactly when I was going to be able to close on the house. I knew I was going to be in the area and they have a storage facility here in Tulsa. They were able to store my stuff until I was ready. I tried booking online, but it wasn’t completed because it was a cross-country move and I had to call them. The rep was absolutely perfect on the phone, and I got the 16-foot container. It’s secure but it was dirty when it was delivered. It had some kind of white fuzz all over it. It took me time to clean that out, but other than that, it was perfect. I was able to track everything online, but I didn't like that I had to call them again to schedule the day for them to pick it up.

In the simplest terms: DONT USE THEM. The service was exceptionally awful, failed to provide weight tickets even though paid for these ($41.00 per charge); they boast of a 10% military discount, but charge you full month rental rates for storage at the receiving end even though you've paid a delivery date that should have been directly delivered. Further the customer service has been horrendous - I can't even fathom how someone could tolerate the level of "service" that has been rendered. Just pitiful. Use the military move system, DON'T continue to support or provide support for the use of PODS Moving Company.

I have used PODS before. The first container I had was a newer version. This one I got, a 16-footer, was the older one, but it was clean and I was able to fit my whole house in it. It was pretty sturdy and everything was safe. I had it shipped, stored and moved across the country. Dealing with their representative went well and their drivers were good too. They called me before they were coming and showed up when they said they would.

They suggested the size which was the second size up and it was perfect. I filled it up to the door and got to load it myself with some help from my son, son-in-law and friends from work. So, I knew where my stuff were, then PODS picked it up and it was smooth.

PODS' representatives were informative and very helpful, and I was happy with their reasonable pricing. I booked one of their biggest containers and it was very clean. The customer service rep I spoke with was very kind, and the drivers were very nice and had a lot of answers for me. I was very happy working with PODS. They're very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

PODS had the best service and the best price for what I was looking for. I booked online and the reps contacted me in regards to verifying the information I put down. They also informed me of what time it'd be delivered and what time it'd be picked up. Everything was handled perfectly. They're very accommodating. We had the seven-foot container and picked it based on previous years of experience. The drivers dropped it off and put it exactly where we requested. They picked it up the exact same way. The delivery down here in Florida was the exact same. Everything PODS did was very professional and we're very satisfied.

We were having our floors redone, and we needed somewhere to move some of the furniture. When I talked to PODS they were easy to get along with and they got the pod to me when I needed it. It held everything we needed, but I don’t think we could have gotten much more in. We were wanting the pod to be placed with the door to the front, where we could put it in our driveway up against the side of the house, but I have my electrical wires and our cable TV there and the guy couldn’t quite get back where we wanted it. But we set it forward and the fellow that came to move our furniture then had to do a little extra walking, but he didn’t seem to mind. When we called and told them that we were done, they came and got the pod when they said they would. Overall, I was completely satisfied.

We've used PODS a couple of times before and it worked out well. We recently had a pod when we moved from Florida to Fort Collins, Colorado. The PODS reps were polite and everything went well. I requested for the largest pod, the 16-footer and it was decent, in good shape and clean. The drivers were also great. PODS’ service is straightforward and I’d recommend them.

I wanted to try out something different so I went with PODS for moving services. Booking them online was very easy. We got the biggest container, it was clean and it did exactly what it was supposed to. Also, the drivers were really nice. They put the containers exactly where it needed to be and they came back and got it the same way. They didn't break anything, drop anything or make anything move. They were on time and absolutely everything was seamless.

I needed temporary storage for moving and PODS had what I needed. I also rented a public storage but with the big furniture, I'd have to rent a truck and move all of that. Then I have to rent another truck for everything else. With PODS, it was better. I could just bring the container, put everything in it, then they take it and delivery it to me. At first I checked out PODS online because I wanted to see their service, prices, and the container sizes. Then I called them to set up the account. They asked me about the placement of the unit, if there was a fence in the area, how big the space was and the clearance. They also gave me the information that I needed and helped me out.

I could give PODS a negative rating I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I decided to rent a U-Haul and do an on-site pick up due to small driveway at new place. Prior to the pick up I received a phone call saying that my POD has been moved from Norwood, MA location (where it had been for 2 months) to Nashua, NH. It also said this online. I called the company twice and was told they didn’t know why I was told that and why internet reflected that, but my things were not moved and were still in Norwood, MA. I asked multiple times during each phone call and every time was assured it was in Norwood and was even provided address.

PODS did exactly what I needed to do. It fits best for me as far as storage and price and then transportation. I set up the service over the phone and the people were good. I wish their containers were a little bit longer and wider. I requested for the 16-footer and 7-footer, and they were okay but the 7-footer wasn't big enough so I wound up replacing it with a 16-footer also. Right now they’re still in storage for delivery to Florida in January. Everything's been good so far and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PODS.

We got PODS for moving and storage. I booked with them online and then I talked to a rep. The reps were all professional and excellent. When I had to make a few changes, a couple of them gave me a bit more information than the others. It was really good. I got one 16-foot container and the other was seven, but I probably should have gotten two 16s because we ended up leaving some stuff in a second home and rented a U-Haul to get it here.

I was moving and I liked PODS’ ability to put our stuff in the container in for a few days. I got a quote online then they sent me an email and I called them back. Selena was my rep and she was excellent and gave us a discount for the 16-foot container we got. The pod had an old stain but a guy gave us a couple of blankets to lay on the floor to make sure nothing got stained. Dave, their driver, was very helpful. I explained to him where to put the heaviest stuff so it was balanced and there was no issue when they lifted it. There was also very good contact. We were told when they were coming out, when they picked up the pod, and when our credit card was charged. They were excellent. All we moved were boxes and we had our stuff in the container for five days. We were sent a survey which I accomplished and we were told to call them if we had any questions. We like PODS and we would use them again.

PODS has a good reputation. We got a pod from them to store tires in for FedEx. The container is very sturdy and well-made. The wooden floor inside was sturdy as well, with no weak bit in it. Somebody else used to do the invoice and when I had to call them to get my name on the invoice so that the bills would come to me, they were very nice.

I liked the convenience of PODS and booked with them online when I needed a pod delivered and picked up. The booking was easy. We put the pod in front of the home while we were gutting the home. The driver explained to me that if we didn't need to move the pod, there were eye hooks for tie downs.

It's always nice to keep the price lower and competitive because that's how people usually choose different companies. We like PODS’ availability and cost and my husband did the booking online. We got the medium-sized container and it worked out well for what we needed, and it seemed clean. We stored our stuff and then had the container delivered to our new house. They gave us a call the day before and then the day of when they were dropping it off, and then they left it there. We called when we were done unloading it and they picked it up quickly.

Called to get access to one of our PODS for a one month trip to Denver for our sons’ transplant surgery and PODS said it was never picked up from our previous address (even though the landlord and a neighbor said it was picked up). Over 24 hours later and they still have no idea where it is.

I needed a container to hold my things while I was redoing my kitchen. We booked PODS online and my daughter could navigate the site well. When the driver dropped off the 18-footer, I told him we had no problem as long as I had the driveway clear. I had an old platform from where my motor home used to sit and he set the pod on that. When he picked it up, he kept clear and took it away. I only filled it three-quarters full, and then I had to store the cabinets in there once they came, so I had enough room for everything.

Issue #1: hired PODS to move and store my furniture. Requested they take my POD from home to facility on MASSARO BLVD in Tampa and not HOLIDAY, FL due to Hurricane season. Unsure of final delivery location. I was informed that 50 miles was considered LOCAL and 20 mile delivery from storage facility was free. (PAID $49.95 monthly for contents insurance. Hired packers RECOMMENDED BY PODS to professionally pack and load POD. Bought blankets from PODS, also shrink wrap, bands, straps, etc.)

I know they were approved by our home owner’s association. The reps who I spoke with were excellent. They were very helpful, made sure they had all the details completed and answered all my questions. They tell me exactly what was going to happen and when they’d be here. Also, they were here when they said they were going to be. They followed up as well. They sent me reminders through emails, and did a good job of keeping me informed every step of the way of the process. Lastly, the interaction with the driver was great. I told him I was devastated by the whole process. Nobody was doing the process but he did it in a very efficient manner. It was a very easy one. He was also very friendly and answered my questions.

I got PODS' services for storage. I booked their 16-foot container online, and their online booking was very user-friendly. The container was in good condition, and the guy who delivered it came on time, was courteous and did his thing. I would recommend PODS.

I was moving and needed to store my belongings for a while. I priced the companies out and to go to a cheaper storage place, I would have had to load the stuff onto a truck, take it to the storage area and unload it, and then do the same when I came to move in to my house. If it were a small truck, it would have been multiple loads. But with PODS, they brought the container and I loaded it. They picked it up at my front door and took it away, then I brought it back when I wanted it and they dropped it off at my front door.

I knew someone who used PODS several years ago and were happy with it. Rather than wrangle a bunch of people to help move us, we thought it might be cheaper and easier to store them in one of those pods until we were ready to move since we sold one house and we had to pack a little earlier than expected. I called and it took about 10 minutes on hold. The interactions with all the representatives I spoke with was excellent, very professional, very helpful, and very quick.

We’re getting a condo at the beach and I've seen people rent PODS over the years. I found that PODS was located not far from where we were working and I had them to deliver a pod. I booked an 8x8x16 over the phone and it was great. We put the furniture in it while construction was being done. The guy that delivered the pod set it up perfectly and he came back and picked it up, so it worked out very well. They were easy to deal with and did what they said they would do.

My wife ordered PODS when we were moving and got the larger container. The pod came on time and the guy involved in unloading it was terrific. He put it exactly where we wanted it. The delivery and pickup were great on both ends and the people who worked for me were good. The technology is good because they were able to unload it off the truck outside the driveway and drive it in the last 50 feet which was more complicated in Florida than it was in Greenwich.

The driver was very nice, dropped the container where we wanted it and told me what he was doing. Everything was good and things worked out well. I was happy with the weatherproofing. We got a little bit of weather, so the plastic cover over the top helped.

We got PODS for moving from El Paso to Ohio and for storage. I saw them on TV and saw that they can actually move across country so that’s what I had used. I booked over the phone also but I did it mostly online. I’m not that tech savvy but I was able to figure out the process without help and I talked to a representative to confirm when delivery was going to be made. I would have liked the container to be a bit bigger than their biggest which is 16-footer, but it was enough. The container itself was pretty cool. We rented a unit from PODS for temporary use. I booked the smallest pod, and it was clean, sturdy, and a very useful unit. I called their customer service and told them when I wanted it picked up, and they assured me that it would be correct. They were helpful in describing what was going to go on and the turnaround time. And I called during the day, and they told me that the driver was on his way. So, everything was in order and tracking well. The driver was courteous, astute, paid attention to detail and kept me informed of what would be going on. He was very careful in the driveway and did not mess up stuff. Everything was good and my experience was excellent.

Our house flooded in the spring and we had to have a lot of renovation done so we used PODS for five months. They were the first ones to come to mind as we see them around everywhere so we booked them online. We had a pod delivered to our driveway on time. The driver dropped it off, came back when we were finished using it and got it back. The container was 12 feet wide and 25 feet long. It was clean, sturdy and it had a lot of our belongings inside of it. Overall, PODs served our needs very well.

I packed majority of my entire house in that pod. If they came out with a bigger size, I would have definitely used that and not do the U-Haul at all. But the container was very clean when we got it. They had the hoop things on the sides so we could put a rope or bungee cords to hold all the stuff. It's definitely helpful. I've recommended them to my sister. She's moving on Monday and she ordered a pod.

My husband had used PODS before and several friends had suggested PODS so we went with them to have our furniture stored. They were really good about helping me decide which container to use. We ended up booking two of their largest container over the phone. We then loaded them up separately and had them delivered to our new home at the same time. Their drivers were excellent. I got the five by seven container and it was reasonably priced. The man that came out in Pennsylvania and the other one who came down in Florida were both very nice and excellent. They were very professional and amenable to what we wanted. I was pleased with my whole experience and I have recommended PODS to my friend who is moving from New York down to Florida.

PODS has the best rates and the most convenient location to where I needed the pod to be dropped off and then dropped back off at the new house. I booked the pod online and it was super simple. The website had a really nice layout and had easy instructions on how to book everything. I booked the 16-foot container but I underestimated the amount of junk we have so it didn’t quite fit everything but we still managed. The pod was clean and sturdy. It rained for three days while we were packing and the pod didn’t leak once. It definitely was in good condition.

We needed storage and PODS was the most recognizable. Booking online was simple. We got the largest container and it was the right size for our needs. However, it was a little bit worn and difficult to open. It was a little stiff and the weather sealing around it was a little questionable. It looked like it wasn't much of a box. But everything came back dry. They also broke our water line when they brought our stuff back. They put it down on top of our main valve sprinkler and broke it. They were very good about paying for the fix on it and taking care of it though.

There was a weak spot in it that was very noticeable. It was where the few pieces of plywood in the floor are joined together and if you put weight on it, you could see daylight through it. I had a problem when their drivers brought a loaded pod. They had to go back and get an empty one. My husband & I are purchasing our first home & had a 10 day gap between our rental lease being up and our house closing so we decided to use PODS. We had no issues with having our pods delivered, even though I booked one only a few days ahead of time. We loaded the pods and get them picked up, again no issues. Now my home loan needs 4 extra days to close so I have to move my redelivery date to the following week. I can get one pod delivered that week of close but no final pick up until after the recurring monthly charge. I’ve been assured that we won’t be charged but we will see?

I booked online with PODS and the site was easy to navigate. I had a problem wherein I thought I booked something and didn’t go through and so I called customer support and they did a very good job of getting someone out as soon as they could. I booked for the biggest pod and it was clean and pretty new. It was made very sturdy but it didn’t seem like the door was all that thick. I put two padlocks on it just for my own safety but I didn’t have any problems. We had to get our house ready so we stored the pod in front of our old house until we got ready to move and then we had it transported over to the new house. The people who picked up the pod were nice guys and always made a call to me when they were generally about 20 to 30 minutes out. It was an all around good experience and if I end up moving again, I would use PODS.

It was in storage for three months in Eugene, Oregon and then delivered to the address. Everything they said happened the way it was supposed to happen, it was on time, the people were courteous and light, and it worked out great. I recommend them highly to anybody who asks me how our stuff was moved. They did a very good job.

I needed PODS to drop the unit off in my driveway and then pick it up and put it in their storage unit for a little while and then return it to my new location. I was quite intrigued by how their system works and I thought they were going to use a forklift but the guy who delivered it said it’s built into the unit. He let me stand up there and watch. And he was very attentive to where I wanted it exactly, on the edge of the driveway. And he said, "I just have to make sure we don't hit any of these sprinkler heads.” He was outstanding. And the guy that picked it up was just as good. He picked it up and I didn’t even know it. I didn’t even hear him from inside the house.

The pod they brought me was supposed to be for one room, like a small house or studio and we supposedly had a good deal on it but I couldn't put everything in. They came back, got that one, and they brought me the next one up - the 10' or the 12'. The 16' was too expensive. The driver was really nice. He called me to let me know he was coming, and the person who picked up the pod did the same thing. In addition, the customer service people were good, too. We just had a disagreement on how much I was supposed to be billed. One minute they're saying one price, then another time they're saying something else.

I was completely pleased with the service from PODS. I've seen their pods around town and thought it was a good idea to use them, so I called them to find out. I booked them over the phone and they had an answer ready for any of the questions I had. They moved me from Washington to Minneapolis, then stored my things here in Minneapolis for a couple of weeks before I could get an apartment to move into. The driver did his job well. Somebody parked inconveniently, but they went ahead and worked around it anyway.

It took about six months for the house to sell so we had the pods in storage and I used two of the large ones. One in storage and one for loading. However, it turned out to be more expensive than what it should have been. Other than that, the containers themselves were good. I would recommend PODS. I think my daughter’s gonna use PODS. She has a smaller move so she's gonna use them when the time comes for her move.

I had a PODS container for about a week, then loaded it up, got it shipped across, unloaded it and they took it back. I liked that their price was relatively reasonable and also the flexibility of loading their container at my own leisure. I also liked their good reputation for reliable service. Their reps were always fantastic. I got a quote first from one rep that was somewhat mistaken. They quoted me the price for a seven foot POD when I needed a 16. So there’s some confusion there but it wasn’t a big deal. The second rep I spoke to when it came time to actually book was very good and extremely helpful. Plus, the drivers were all great on both ends; getting me a call in advance to let me know when they were coming and being flexible on where to place the container.

PODS did everything really well. I basically used it to stage my house. I put everything in the pod and sent it off when I staged my house. Put the pod in storage and then had it delivered after my move because I had everything essential. PODS had the reputation that's why I chose them over the different moving companies. I requested a quote online but I had to talk to somebody to get a quote and whoever I was talking to in their customer service was one of the best people I've ever talked to in arranging things. He was really professional and he sounded like he was very highly educated. The delivery team was great and friendly as well. One of them helped and gave us some tips on how to shut the door correctly and gave us some pointers on what not to do and what to watch out for and that was helpful.

I had two PODS containers moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. I looked things up for myself online, but mostly, I booked over the phone. The customer service reps were fine and everyone was friendly. I thought it would be a little less than a regular mover but I paid more than I intended to pay. They quoted me a much cheaper price when I made an appointment in February, and then as the season went along and they got busier, they told me that I could go ahead and lock it in. I said I may not be moving until June or July but they said it’s alright, so I locked it in. Then, I had an offer on the house and it fell through so I called them up and canceled it. It was just a matter of timing and things get much more expensive in the summertime. Gasoline had gone up and more people were moving. I would have come out a couple thousand dollars cheaper, but I can’t blame anyone for that but myself.

My husband talked me into using PODS because I was against paying money to store my stuff. They totally won me over and changed my mind. We used them for moving and for storage for a few weeks and they're worth every penny. When I called to book a container, they asked how big we were looking for and how long we needed it for. They gave me the different options and they set it up right over the phone as to when we needed it delivered and the estimated pick-up time. They also took payment over the phone and they told me it was split up into three different payments. It was a very simple process.

I had to get PODS for storage. I booked a 16-foot container over the phone and their customer service was excellent. Dealing with their driver was also good and the container I booked was sufficient for my needs. Although their prices were a little bit high, the value came from the convenience of the service, so it was worth it. I’d recommend PODS and use them again.

I was moving and I felt that PODS was more cost-effective. I booked three of their largest containers over the phone and I had fine interactions with their reps. Also, the drivers were prompt.

The container that I requested was structurally intact, but PODS could have used a good sweeping. The driver who dropped it off initially while we loaded was exceptionally nice and accommodating, but the driver who dropped it off at the end was kind of a mean guy. He helped to put the pod on the street. When he was to do that, I had some stuff on the driveway and he said, “I’m leaving now.” He wouldn’t give five minutes to take the boxes off the driveway before he threatened to leave and reschedule. That was very frustrating and that was the only negative experience. But he ended up waiting those 5 minutes while I had my neighbor help me clear all the boxes. And he dropped it off on the driveway. Outside of that driver, it was a very good experience. They were very efficient and flexible. PODS was a good and an innovative idea, and it worked very well for my family and my situation. I would definitely do it again and would recommend them.

PODS was able to bring the pod to my house and then bring it to the new house after we finish filling it up. Booking online wasn’t difficult. I requested for the biggest one they had and it was clean. The drivers were nice, courteous and on-time. PODS provided good service, good price, and convenience.
