I booked online with PODS for a 12-foot storage pod and it was a simple and straightforward experience. Cobb, the driver, was good and he told us when he was on his way. We filled the pod pretty good and then for stuff we wanted to move day out, we got a moving van, which was perfect because then we could unload the pipe at our discretion. That was about a month ago and then somebody from Grand Acres called to make sure I was happy with how everything worked out. And it was great. I was treated well and things went smoothly.

PODS dealt with anything that we needed and anytime that we called them, they set it up. PODS could transfer across the county so we got them when we moved. I spoke with the representatives over the phone for our booking and I told them the dates and times that I needed and they were very accommodating. They came on my phone to let us know everything and when the move was going to be. The drivers were on time as notified. We shook hands with the last driver and told them we were very happy and appreciated everything they did.

So my husband and I relocated to Florida. When I called the sales rep I gave her 2 different locations as we were not sure where we were going. She suggested to use the farthest location to give me an estimate and I agreed since I have never used a pod and this was her expertise. We called to have our pod delivered in Dec and were told that they do not deliver to our area. I called corporate and they said it’s not up to the sales rep to know all of the locations that they deliver to. That it was up to me to get a quote on both places and not just one. Mind you again that this was not suggested by the sales rep and I am not familiar with a pod.

I had PODS drop a pod off which we used for a while and then, they came back and got it. I booked a 20 feet pod online and their website was very easy to navigate. The pod's condition was very nice and it was totally secure. I had to call the representatives when I needed it to be picked up and they gave me different options on when to have it picked up, which was convenient for me. And the drivers were great. Everything went as expected and I'd recommend PODS.

I had PODS help me move across the country. I wasn’t able to pinpoint exactly when I was going to be able to close on the house. I knew I was going to be in the area and they have a storage facility here in Tulsa. They were able to store my stuff until I was ready. I tried booking online, but it wasn’t completed because it was a cross-country move and I had to call them. The rep was absolutely perfect on the phone, and I got the 16-foot container. It’s secure but it was dirty when it was delivered. It had some kind of white fuzz all over it. It took me time to clean that out, but other than that, it was perfect. I was able to track everything online, but I didn't like that I had to call them again to schedule the day for them to pick it up.

I needed to move everything out of the house because we were getting our carpet redone and I used the 16-foot container from PODS for storage. It was really easy booking online but I only needed the container for a week so I was hoping that they had different rates but they only do a monthly basis. I even called and asked if they prorate them but the guy on the phone said it's only a flat rate. It wasn’t that expensive though. The container was wide and it was the perfect size. It was also very clean and it had hard plastic on top for things that could get wet. I also appreciated that it had a lift for the floor so nothing was flat to the ground in case it rained hard.

In the simplest terms: DONT USE THEM. The service was exceptionally awful, failed to provide weight tickets even though paid for these ($41.00 per charge); they boast of a 10% military discount, but charge you full month rental rates for storage at the receiving end even though you've paid a delivery date that should have been directly delivered. Further the customer service has been horrendous - I can't even fathom how someone could tolerate the level of "service" that has been rendered. Just pitiful. Use the military move system, DON'T continue to support or provide support for the use of PODS Moving Company.

I have used PODS before. The first container I had was a newer version. This one I got, a 16-footer, was the older one, but it was clean and I was able to fit my whole house in it. It was pretty sturdy and everything was safe. I had it shipped, stored and moved across the country. Dealing with their representative went well and their drivers were good too. They called me before they were coming and showed up when they said they would.

PODS was the best and easiest way to move everything from my parents’. I talked to someone from PODS and the person was very helpful, and we got the right-sized pod for what we needed. We got the middle-sized one and it was clean. The customer service always fixed everything to me. The driver was very nice. They came, picked up the container and dropped it off in California. PODS was excellent.

I moved from Massachusetts to Florida and I was going to stay with my brother for a couple of months until I found a place to live and work in. During the hurricane Irma, his boss had an apartment next to their office. It's on a higher ground and I took it. I told PODS all the furniture that I was taking and the number of boxes I had. They suggested the size which was the second size up and it was perfect. I filled it up to the door and got to load it myself with some help from my son, son-in-law and friends from work. So, I knew where my stuff were, then PODS picked it up and it was smooth.

I needed containers from PODS for my moving and I don't trust any other moving companies. There are a few companies that have POD-type systems but I like the size of PODS’ containers. Their price is reasonable and it worked out. I started booking online and decided to do it on the phone. The phone was easier because the online was a bit confusing. I requested three 16-footers and they were clean and secure.

I used PODS to pick up a pod, store it for a few months and then bring it to me. I went to their office and the whole scheduling process was good. I would recommend them.

We were having our floors redone, and we needed somewhere to move some of the furniture. When I talked to PODS they were easy to get along with and they got the pod to me when I needed it. I booked the pod over the phone and the rep treated me very well. I was pleased. We had then filled up the 16-footer pod. It held everything we needed, but I don’t think we could have gotten much more in. We were wanting the pod to be placed with the door to the front, where we could put it in our driveway up against the side of the house, but I have my electrical wires and our cable TV there and the guy couldn’t quite get back where we wanted it. But we set it forward and the fellow that came to move our furniture then had to do a little extra walking, but he didn’t seem to mind. When we called and told them that we were done, they came and got the pod when they said they would. Overall, I was completely satisfied.

PODS' representatives were informative and very helpful, and I was happy with their reasonable pricing. I booked one of their biggest containers and it was very clean. The customer service rep I spoke with was very kind, and the drivers were very nice and had a lot of answers for me. I was very happy working with PODS. They're very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

PODS had the best service and the best price for what I was looking for. I booked online and the reps contacted me in regards to verifying the information I put down. They also informed me of what time it'd be delivered and what time it'd be picked up. Everything was handled perfectly. They're very accommodating. We had the seven-foot container and picked it based on previous years of experience. The drivers dropped it off and put it exactly where we requested. They picked it up the exact same way. The delivery down here in Florida was the exact same. Everything PODS did was very professional and we're very satisfied.

We've used PODS a couple of times before and it worked out well. We recently had a pod when we moved from Florida to Fort Collins, Colorado. The PODS reps were polite and everything went well. I requested for the largest pod, the 16-footer and it was decent, in good shape and clean. The drivers were also great. PODS’ service is straightforward and I’d recommend them.

I wanted to try out something different so I went with PODS for moving services. Booking them online was very easy. We got the biggest container, it was clean and it did exactly what it was supposed to. Also, the drivers were really nice. They put the containers exactly where it needed to be and they came back and got it the same way. They didn't break anything, drop anything or make anything move. They were on time and absolutely everything was seamless.

I needed temporary storage for moving and PODS had what I needed. I also rented a public storage but with the big furniture, I'd have to rent a truck and move all of that. Then I have to rent another truck for everything else. With PODS, it was better. I could just bring the container, put everything in it, then they take it and delivery it to me. At first I checked out PODS online because I wanted to see their service, prices, and the container sizes. Then I called them to set up the account. They asked me about the placement of the unit, if there was a fence in the area, how big the space was and the clearance. They also gave me the information that I needed and helped me out.

I could give PODS a negative rating I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I decided to rent a U-Haul and do an on-site pick up due to small driveway at new place. Prior to the pick up I received a phone call saying that my POD has been moved from Norwood, MA location (where it had been for 2 months) to Nashua, NH. It also said this online. I called the company twice and was told they didn’t know why I was told that and why internet reflected that, but my things were not moved and were still in Norwood, MA. I asked multiple times during each phone call and every time was assured it was in Norwood and was even provided address.

We got PODS for moving and storage. I booked with them online and then I talked to a rep. The reps were all professional and excellent. When I had to make a few changes, a couple of them gave me a bit more information than the others. It was really good. I got one 16-foot container and the other was seven, but I probably should have gotten two 16s because we ended up leaving some stuff in a second home and rented a U-Haul to get it here.

I was moving and I liked PODS’ ability to put our stuff in the container in for a few days. I got a quote online then they sent me an email and I called them back. Selena was my rep and she was excellent and gave us a discount for the 16-foot container we got. The pod had an old stain but a guy gave us a couple of blankets to lay on the floor to make sure nothing got stained. Dave, their driver, was very helpful. I explained to him where to put the heaviest stuff so it was balanced and there was no issue when they lifted it. There was also very good contact. We were told when they were coming out, when they picked up the pod, and when our credit card was charged. They were excellent. All we moved were boxes and we had our stuff in the container for five days. We were sent a survey which I accomplished and we were told to call them if we had any questions. We like PODS and we would use them again.

PODS did exactly what I needed to do. It fits best for me as far as storage and price and then transportation. I set up the service over the phone and the people were good. I wish their containers were a little bit longer and wider. I requested for the 16-footer and 7-footer, and they were okay but the 7-footer wasn't big enough so I wound up replacing it with a 16-footer also. Right now they’re still in storage for delivery to Florida in January. Everything's been good so far and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PODS.

PODS has a good reputation. We got a pod from them to store tires in for FedEx. The container is very sturdy and well-made. The wooden floor inside was sturdy as well, with no weak bit in it. Somebody else used to do the invoice and when I had to call them to get my name on the invoice so that the bills would come to me, they were very nice.

I liked the convenience of PODS and booked with them online when I needed a pod delivered and picked up. The booking was easy. We put the pod in front of the home while we were gutting the home. The driver explained to me that if we didn't need to move the pod, there were eye hooks for tie downs.

It's always nice to keep the price lower and competitive because that's how people usually choose different companies. We like PODS’ availability and cost and my husband did the booking online. We got the medium-sized container and it worked out well for what we needed, and it seemed clean. We stored our stuff and then had the container delivered to our new house. They gave us a call the day before and then the day of when they were dropping it off, and then they left it there. We called when we were done unloading it and they picked it up quickly.

Called to get access to one of our PODS for a one month trip to Denver for our sons’ transplant surgery and PODS said it was never picked up from our previous address (even though the landlord and a neighbor said it was picked up). Over 24 hours later and they still have no idea where it is.

Our storage experience with PODS was perfect. They gave me the measurements of the container and our order was as anticipated. They delivered and picked it up when they were supposed to. The drivers were all very professional and polite, and they called when they were supposed to. Afterwards, the contents were in decent shape, as good as when they were placed in there.

I booked a pod over the phone to store some stuff in. The rep I talked to was excellent. Because the 12' was unavailable, they gave me the 16' for the same price. I would recommend PODS.

I needed a container to hold my things while I was redoing my kitchen. We booked PODS online and my daughter could navigate the site well. When the driver dropped off the 18-footer, I told him we had no problem as long as I had the driveway clear. I had an old platform from where my motor home used to sit and he set the pod on that. When he picked it up, he kept clear and took it away. I only filled it three-quarters full, and then I had to store the cabinets in there once they came, so I had enough room for everything.

Issue #1: hired PODS to move and store my furniture. Requested they take my POD from home to facility on MASSARO BLVD in Tampa and not HOLIDAY, FL due to Hurricane season. Unsure of final delivery location. I was informed that 50 miles was considered LOCAL and 20 mile delivery from storage facility was free. (PAID $49.95 monthly for contents insurance. Hired packers RECOMMENDED BY PODS to professionally pack and load POD. Bought blankets from PODS, also shrink wrap, bands, straps, etc.)

I got PODS' services for storage. I booked their 16-foot container online, and their online booking was very user-friendly. The container was in good condition, and the guy who delivered it came on time, was courteous and did his thing. I would recommend PODS.

I was moving and needed to store my belongings for a while. I priced the companies out and to go to a cheaper storage place, I would have had to load the stuff onto a truck, take it to the storage area and unload it, and then do the same when I came to move in to my house. If it were a small truck, it would have been multiple loads. But with PODS, they brought the container and I loaded it. They picked it up at my front door and took it away, then I brought it back when I wanted it and they dropped it off at my front door.

I was having my kitchen redone so I needed to store all of my kitchen stuff at PODS. PODS was used heavily in my development here and everybody seems happy with them. I know they were approved by our home owner’s association. The reps who I spoke with were excellent. They were very helpful, made sure they had all the details completed and answered all my questions. They tell me exactly what was going to happen and when they’d be here. Also, they were here when they said they were going to be. They followed up as well. They sent me reminders through emails, and did a good job of keeping me informed every step of the way of the process. Lastly, the interaction with the driver was great. I told him I was devastated by the whole process. Nobody was doing the process but he did it in a very efficient manner. It was a very easy one. He was also very friendly and answered my questions.

I knew someone who used PODS several years ago and were happy with it. Rather than wrangle a bunch of people to help move us, we thought it might be cheaper and easier to store them in one of those pods until we were ready to move since we sold one house and we had to pack a little earlier than expected. Using PODS would be a time saver as well.

We ordered PODS' smallest container. I started online and then I got into a place where I needed help so I called. It was apparent right off the bat that they couldn’t deliver to my house and I couldn’t find out on the website where the nearest place would be. That was critical because if I was going to have to go hundreds of miles away from home to get the stuff that wouldn’t have worked out. That question couldn’t be answered online. I called and it took about 10 minutes on hold. The interactions with all the representatives I spoke with was excellent, very professional, very helpful, and very quick.

We’re getting a condo at the beach and I've seen people rent PODS over the years. I found that PODS was located not far from where we were working and I had them to deliver a pod. I booked an 8x8x16 over the phone and it was great. We put the furniture in it while construction was being done. The guy that delivered the pod set it up perfectly and he came back and picked it up, so it worked out very well. They were easy to deal with and did what they said they would do.

My wife ordered PODS when we were moving and got the larger container. The pod came on time and the guy involved in unloading it was terrific. He put it exactly where we wanted it. The delivery and pickup were great on both ends and the people who worked for me were good. The technology is good because they were able to unload it off the truck outside the driveway and drive it in the last 50 feet which was more complicated in Florida than it was in Greenwich.

I saw a friend use PODS years ago and remember her telling me how efficient it was, so I decided to try them for both my moving and storage needs. I started booking with them online and ended up calling. I'm 64 and I personally prefer speaking to a person because I usually have questions that I can't have answered on the internet. And although it wasn't too complicated, I found it hard to figure out once in a while and I just felt like I needed to talk to a person. I spoke to someone about how they were going to pick up the pod in the driveway as they thought there was going to be some restrictions. But the carrier drivers were all very professional, helpful and nice to deal with.

We decorated a little bit so I needed to clear out the house. I saw an advertisement and figured I’ll give PODS a shot rather than go to a regular storage because it was more convenient to drop the container right in my yard so there would be less walking and moving the furniture. At first, I called and the representative was very knowledgeable. We went online, booked the biggest container they had, which accommodated what I had to do, and got it from the Hartford location. The driver was very nice, dropped the container where we wanted it and told me what he was doing. Everything was good and things worked out well. I was happy with the weatherproofing. We got a little bit of weather, so the plastic cover over the top helped.

We got PODS for moving from El Paso to Ohio and for storage. I saw them on TV and saw that they can actually move across country so that’s what I had used. I booked over the phone also but I did it mostly online. I’m not that tech savvy but I was able to figure out the process without help and I talked to a representative to confirm when delivery was going to be made. I would have liked the container to be a bit bigger than their biggest which is 16-footer, but it was enough. The container itself was pretty cool. The drivers were all very nice, from the first drop off and then pick up from El Paso and even the one that dropped off. Both of them, different drivers that dropped off and picked up here in Ohio, were very professional and courteous. One of them was even earlier, and it was better. It was great not having to move all that furniture, though we had to move our vehicles and drive cross-country. I had a painless and simple experience with PODS.

We rented a unit from PODS for temporary use. I booked the smallest pod, and it was clean, sturdy, and a very useful unit. I called their customer service and told them when I wanted it picked up, and they assured me that it would be correct. They were helpful in describing what was going to go on and the turnaround time. And I called during the day, and they told me that the driver was on his way. So, everything was in order and tracking well. The driver was courteous, astute, paid attention to detail and kept me informed of what would be going on. He was very careful in the driveway and did not mess up stuff. Everything was good and my experience was excellent.

We're renovating a home in a senior living community and we needed a storage for that home to renovate it. I explained my needs to PODS' rep, and the gentleman walked me through the pricing and what would happen. He's very informative, very courteous and he answered all my questions so I went ahead and booked it over the phone. I got the 12-foot size container which I thought was a good size.

We used PODS for a move before and we were satisfied with their service. It was simpler for us and very easy to use in terms of physicality standpoint as we didn’t have to move and lift off into a truck. We also calculated that it would actually cost more money if we add up the alternative moves to get a truck and a storage area and it would be more a hassle than just going with them. So, we chose them and used their moving and storage services. We booked them online and it was very easy. We got the largest container which was the correct size and they stored at their facility and it was housed in our homes as well.

PODS was hundreds of dollars cheaper for a moving company and storage places. I was also trying to get pickup dates sooner or later and they can do it. Every person I talked to throughout the whole experience was very respectful, helpful, and friendly. I got the 16-foot container and it was a good size. I packed majority of my entire house in that pod. If they came out with a bigger size, I would have definitely used that and not do the U-Haul at all. But the container was very clean when we got it. They had the hoop things on the sides so we could put a rope or bungee cords to hold all the stuff. It's definitely helpful. I've recommended them to my sister. She's moving on Monday and she ordered a pod.

Our house flooded in the spring and we had to have a lot of renovation done so we used PODS for five months. They were the first ones to come to mind as we see them around everywhere so we booked them online. We had a pod delivered to our driveway on time. The driver dropped it off, came back when we were finished using it and got it back. The container was 12 feet wide and 25 feet long. It was clean, sturdy and it had a lot of our belongings inside of it. Overall, PODs served our needs very well.

I used one of PODS' mobile storage devices and long-term storage. Booking it online was easy. I got the correct size that I needed but I think I overestimated what I needed. But everything happened as promised. I was very pleased.

My husband had used PODS before and several friends had suggested PODS so we went with them to have our furniture stored. They were really good about helping me decide which container to use. We ended up booking two of their largest container over the phone. We then loaded them up separately and had them delivered to our new home at the same time. Their drivers were excellent. I called and told them what day I wanted the containers delivered and they were here. There was another arrangement because we had to get them into the driveway and the drivers were really good about deciding where to put them.

We needed storage and PODS was the most recognizable. Booking online was simple. We got the largest container and it was the right size for our needs. However, it was a little bit worn and difficult to open. It was a little stiff and the weather sealing around it was a little questionable. It looked like it wasn't much of a box. But everything came back dry. They also broke our water line when they brought our stuff back. They put it down on top of our main valve sprinkler and broke it. They were very good about paying for the fix on it and taking care of it though.

PODS dropped off the pod at my house, picked it up and delivered it to my new house a week later. I went to PODS.com and booked online. I put in what I wanted and what the dates were. The website is great and I was impressed because they kept me updated with what’s happening, what will happen next and when it was completed. I got the five by seven container and it was reasonably priced. The man that came out in Pennsylvania and the other one who came down in Florida were both very nice and excellent. They were very professional and amenable to what we wanted. I was pleased with my whole experience and I have recommended PODS to my friend who is moving from New York down to Florida.

PODS has the best rates and the most convenient location to where I needed the pod to be dropped off and then dropped back off at the new house. I booked the pod online and it was super simple. The website had a really nice layout and had easy instructions on how to book everything. I booked the 16-foot container but I underestimated the amount of junk we have so it didn’t quite fit everything but we still managed. The pod was clean and sturdy. It rained for three days while we were packing and the pod didn’t leak once. It definitely was in good condition.

We had a very good experience with the PODS. We got their service to have the pod delivered at the place that I was moving from and deliver the stuff that we packed up to my new place of residence. We booked online and their system was good but we followed up on the phone because we were a little confused about exactly how it worked. We got the largest container that they have but there was barely enough room. Our interaction with the drivers were good though. They called and told us they were on their way, when they were going to deliver it, and when they were on their way to pick it up. We would likely use PODS again if the opportunity arose.

PODS was the name we were the most familiar with so when we needed a pod to be kept on our property while we're renovating the house, we booked with them online. I also scheduled the pickup. I clicked on the calendar then it showed the available dates and I selected the time. After that, we got a phone call to set it up. It was simple and the customer service was fine. When the pod got dropped off, I happened to be home and the people were very courteous. Nobody was home when they picked up but they picked up when they were supposed to and we had no problems at all. It worked out perfectly in my time and I felt secure with the pod. Everything went smoothly and we’d use them again if we had to.

I was moving out of the area and I had a storage problem. I didn’t want to have to unload and reload so I chose PODS instead. I booked over the phone and my interaction with the rep was good, and I requested for the largest container, the 16-foot size. I should have used a bigger one, but it worked out fine. The driver was really efficient and it was a great with him.

All the other times I moved, I always rented a truck. But this time, because I was buying and selling a house, I didn’t know how long the gap would be in between moving. So I figured I could use something to store my stuff and PODS sounded like it was going to fit my needs. I booked online then spoke with their rep on the phone and had it set up the way I needed it. Their reps were very professional and everything went well with them. I had their largest container and it was clean. I was also impressed with the way they designed the inside and with the machine that delivered it. The pod even felt like one of the large uranium containment tanks that I saw in New Mexico. I used the storage at my location first where I was and then where I went to. That’s what made it convenient for me and I ended up having the pod for a couple of months.

With PODS, there is convenience on dropping the container off then picking it up and dropping it back off to a new location and being able to store it. Booking with them over the phone was easy and it was good with the representative. I got the 16 foot container, the biggest one they've had, and it was clean. The drivers were very good and friendly as well and the moving of the container was very efficient. I have the container stored for a little while because I had a couple of months to hop in between the two houses. It went smooth and it's very excellent with PODS. The local franchisee also called to verify after I was done to see how everything went.

I was in the military for 22 years and I was shipped all over by the government. Every time I was shipped and arrived at my destination, I had broken and missing stuff. I was fed up with that, so I decided to go with PODS because I could load, lock, and unload the pod myself, so I had nothing but good luck with this move. I booked a pod unit over the phone and the rep was super cool. I asked for a 7 foot container and got a brand new one.

We used PODS in the past when we lived in Seattle. Recently, we rented their containers - a 16 and a 12 - and got storage at their facility. Booking online was super easy. Their drivers were both really nice and helpful. They provided timely updates, too. It was a simple and easy experience with PODS.

I called PODS and their reps were extremely helpful. I got the 15-foot container which was perfect for what I needed, but the plywood at the floor had buckled. There was a weak spot in it that was very noticeable. It was where the few pieces of plywood in the floor are joined together and if you put weight on it, you could see daylight through it. Other than that, it was great.

I booked PODS' 16-foot container online. The quote they gave me was a little high, but they had a reputation so I figured that it was worth it. I had a problem when their drivers brought a loaded pod. They had to go back and get an empty one. They also charged me $50 a month for property insurance, which seemed excessive for a monthly storage. But they said it was required, so I had no say in the matter. Otherwise, the experience was very good. They brought everything on time and picked it up on time. They did a very good job.

My husband & I are purchasing our first home & had a 10 day gap between our rental lease being up and our house closing so we decided to use PODS. We had no issues with having our pods delivered, even though I booked one only a few days ahead of time. We loaded the pods and get them picked up, again no issues. Now my home loan needs 4 extra days to close so I have to move my redelivery date to the following week. I can get one pod delivered that week of close but no final pick up until after the recurring monthly charge. I’ve been assured that we won’t be charged but we will see?

We moved from Ohio to Eugene, Oregon and we needed to have storage so we got PODS. It was delivered, we loaded it up and it was picked up. It was in storage for three months in Eugene, Oregon and then delivered to the address. Everything they said happened the way it was supposed to happen, it was on time, the people were courteous and light, and it worked out great. I recommend them highly to anybody who asks me how our stuff was moved. They did a very good job.

I booked online with PODS and the site was easy to navigate. I had a problem wherein I thought I booked something and didn’t go through and so I called customer support and they did a very good job of getting someone out as soon as they could. I booked for the biggest pod and it was clean and pretty new. It was made very sturdy but it didn’t seem like the door was all that thick. I put two padlocks on it just for my own safety but I didn’t have any problems. We had to get our house ready so we stored the pod in front of our old house until we got ready to move and then we had it transported over to the new house. The people who picked up the pod were nice guys and always made a call to me when they were generally about 20 to 30 minutes out. It was an all around good experience and if I end up moving again, I would use PODS.

I needed PODS to drop the unit off in my driveway and then pick it up and put it in their storage unit for a little while and then return it to my new location. I booked online and it was very easy for me and well-explained. I requested the size 16 container. I was quite intrigued by how their system works and I thought they were going to use a forklift but the guy who delivered it said it’s built into the unit. He let me stand up there and watch. And he was very attentive to where I wanted it exactly, on the edge of the driveway. And he said, "I just have to make sure we don't hit any of these sprinkler heads.” He was outstanding. And the guy that picked it up was just as good. He picked it up and I didn’t even know it. I didn’t even hear him from inside the house.

We needed a storage unit in our driveway. We had moved in to our house and needed a place to place stuff. My dad had used PODS before and it seemed like a good service. It was exactly what we needed and booking it online was really easy.

We rented one container from PODS because we moved directly to the place we were going to and it gave us an in and out. I was online and then I called. The rep was very helpful that’s why I did it over the phone. They brought the largest sized container to our house, we filled it up, they took it away, and then they brought it several months later to our new place. The driver went above and beyond. He was very helpful. I was home, so they made sure that they were going to be in the right spot. Everything was so great. We would probably use this company again and I recommend them to friends. They made moving easy and stress-free.

We used PODS after being able to sell our house in a very short period of time. Unfortunately, we didn't have another house. When we found one, the people that we bought it from rented it back from us. So, we lived with my parents for a couple of months. At that time, we had used a storage container until we were able to move in. We chose PODS since they were a little less expensive. They were convenient too.

I needed moving services then, and based on word of mouth and other people’s experiences, I went with PODS and booked with them over the phone. Their reps were very upbeat, positive and knowledgeable about everything. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, I just gave them a call and everyone that I’ve spoken to was extremely helpful. I got the largest container available. Their drivers were very pleasant, I got a call from them when they were on their way. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was moving and needed a storage. I’ve used PODS before and they’ve always done good service for me so I went back. It was easy to book them online. The pod they brought me was supposed to be for one room, like a small house or studio and we supposedly had a good deal on it but I couldn't put everything in. They came back, got that one, and they brought me the next one up - the 10' or the 12'. The 16' was too expensive. The driver was really nice. He called me to let me know he was coming, and the person who picked up the pod did the same thing. In addition, the customer service people were good, too. We just had a disagreement on how much I was supposed to be billed. One minute they're saying one price, then another time they're saying something else.

I went with PODS because of the ease of storage as opposed to me having to load up a truck to go to a U-Haul place to store and then back and forth. I started the booking process for the 16-foot container online and then finished it by phone. And I had sofas so it wasn’t quite large enough. I needed to get two containers. Aside from the size, the container was perfect. The service was really good. It arrived when they said they were going to arrive.

PODS was wonderful. It was neat getting our furniture loaded. It stayed in there until we could find a house and we had no trouble, whatsoever. We lived in a military town and the military was coming and going. We looked at moving companies, but they were all filled up. Our son had used PODS recently so we booked them over the phone. The driver of the container was amazing. They were able to efficiently store our furniture and keep it there without being taken out until it was brought to us.

PODS seemed to be the most reputable, so I booked them for moving. I did it over the phone because I'm not too good online and I wanted to make sure that I had the POD. I was on hold for a couple of minutes, which was not that bad. Dealing with their reps were awesome. I got help in deciding what size containers I needed and I ended up getting the 16-foot one. But, I could have used the bigger one. The way the POD was built is pretty cool and they're sturdy. My belongings were safe because they were lifted straight up.

I had a terrible time with the website and had to call over the phone. The first time I booked online, I had picked a reservation date and I'd gotten a confirmation for it. However, when I went back a couple of weeks later to look at it, I had no date on there. I'm not really sure what was happening to it but it didn't ever work.

We used PODS for storage till the house was sold and then we unloaded them back into the van. PODS looked convenient and the website was usable once I got into it. We booked online but I had to make all the changes by phone because it was a long distance move. The reps and the drivers were very helpful. It took about six months for the house to sell so we had the pods in storage and I used two of the large ones. One in storage and one for loading. However, it turned out to be more expensive than what it should have been. Other than that, the containers themselves were good. I would recommend PODS. I think my daughter’s gonna use PODS. She has a smaller move so she's gonna use them when the time comes for her move.

I was completely pleased with the service from PODS. I've seen their pods around town and thought it was a good idea to use them, so I called them to find out. I booked them over the phone and they had an answer ready for any of the questions I had. They moved me from Washington to Minneapolis, then stored my things here in Minneapolis for a couple of weeks before I could get an apartment to move into. The driver did his job well. Somebody parked inconveniently, but they went ahead and worked around it anyway.

PODS was more available than any other provider was for my moving and storage needs. I also liked their flexibility as I was also able to choose my time and what I needed. Booking the pod online went smoothly and there was a very easy transition from order to date. Their site was very easy to work with. I ended up with three 16-foot containers which were good and sturdy. They protected all my furniture and personal items very well. I had a super guy named Chris for my driver and he picked up the pods and delivered them to where we were moving to. They’re very good and professional and we were very satisfied.

My husband talked me into using PODS because I was against paying money to store my stuff. They totally won me over and changed my mind. We used them for moving and for storage for a few weeks and they're worth every penny. When I called to book a container, they asked how big we were looking for and how long we needed it for. They gave me the different options and they set it up right over the phone as to when we needed it delivered and the estimated pick-up time. They also took payment over the phone and they told me it was split up into three different payments. It was a very simple process.

PODS did everything really well. I basically used it to stage my house. I put everything in the pod and sent it off when I staged my house. Put the pod in storage and then had it delivered after my move because I had everything essential. PODS had the reputation that's why I chose them over the different moving companies. I requested a quote online but I had to talk to somebody to get a quote and whoever I was talking to in their customer service was one of the best people I've ever talked to in arranging things. He was really professional and he sounded like he was very highly educated. The delivery team was great and friendly as well. One of them helped and gave us some tips on how to shut the door correctly and gave us some pointers on what not to do and what to watch out for and that was helpful.

I had two PODS containers moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. I looked things up for myself online, but mostly, I booked over the phone. The customer service reps were fine and everyone was friendly. I thought it would be a little less than a regular mover but I paid more than I intended to pay. They quoted me a much cheaper price when I made an appointment in February, and then as the season went along and they got busier, they told me that I could go ahead and lock it in. I said I may not be moving until June or July but they said it’s alright, so I locked it in. Then, I had an offer on the house and it fell through so I called them up and canceled it. It was just a matter of timing and things get much more expensive in the summertime. Gasoline had gone up and more people were moving. I would have come out a couple thousand dollars cheaper, but I can’t blame anyone for that but myself.

I had a PODS container for about a week, then loaded it up, got it shipped across, unloaded it and they took it back. I liked that their price was relatively reasonable and also the flexibility of loading their container at my own leisure. I also liked their good reputation for reliable service. Their reps were always fantastic. I got a quote first from one rep that was somewhat mistaken. They quoted me the price for a seven foot POD when I needed a 16. So there’s some confusion there but it wasn’t a big deal. The second rep I spoke to when it came time to actually book was very good and extremely helpful. Plus, the drivers were all great on both ends; getting me a call in advance to let me know when they were coming and being flexible on where to place the container.

PODS was able to bring the pod to my house and then bring it to the new house after we finish filling it up. Booking online wasn’t difficult. I requested for the biggest one they had and it was clean. The drivers were nice, courteous and on-time. PODS provided good service, good price, and convenience.

The container that I requested was structurally intact, but PODS could have used a good sweeping. The driver who dropped it off initially while we loaded was exceptionally nice and accommodating, but the driver who dropped it off at the end was kind of a mean guy. He helped to put the pod on the street. When he was to do that, I had some stuff on the driveway and he said, “I’m leaving now.” He wouldn’t give five minutes to take the boxes off the driveway before he threatened to leave and reschedule. That was very frustrating and that was the only negative experience. But he ended up waiting those 5 minutes while I had my neighbor help me clear all the boxes. And he dropped it off on the driveway. Outside of that driver, it was a very good experience. They were very efficient and flexible. PODS was a good and an innovative idea, and it worked very well for my family and my situation. I would definitely do it again and would recommend them.

PODS delivered the pod in Ohio, and then we loaded it. A week later, they picked it up and brought it to Florida. They stored it for about a couple of weeks and then brought it to our house. We unloaded it and they picked it up the next day. I started booking the service online and then screwed something up and ended up calling them. I talked to a guy down here in Florida. And he was wonderful, a very friendly kid. He answered all my questions and told me exactly how they were going to price it and when it would go on my bill and my credit card, and it did. The drivers were also very nice and friendly. They were good people. We would use PODS again and we've told everybody we were very happy with them.

The friend of my husband works at PODS and their representatives were great. We were moving and we got their 16-foot container. We were surprised about how much we could actually get in there but I wish the larger one was available. Apparently, those are only available for a longer haul, not local. Other than that, their drivers were very accommodating. Everybody was knowledgeable and courteous and we had an excellent experience.

I heard PODS was reliable. I needed them to drop off a container, allow me to fill it, hold it offsite for a month or two and bring it back. The rep was very professional, explained everything to a T and I was very happy with the service. I had a 16-foot container that was big, light and had sections which were great. We also put it in storage for a number of months and I just called when I wanted it and it was delivered. The delivery and the pick-up people were great. They were on time and called to say they were on their way. It was a great service -- they are professional and knowledgeable. My sister was also planning on moving and I told her to look into PODS. I would definitely recommend them.

I've had a great relationship with PODS over the years. The drivers have been fantastic. They're always working to meet or exceed my expectations. They had picked up a container I had and that contract is now up. I would recommend it. However, my experience today hasn't been good. I've been trying to get a container for the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. I understand that they go on board for the Marine Corps, but the corporate hasn't come out with it yet. I need it for the Florida Keys and I was told that they would not deliver anything to the Keys. So, that's putting me in a really bad shape right now. I've got 3,000 toys being held in order to find a place to put it in the world of devastation and it's not working out. I've had containers for a couple of years for the Toys for Tots and I'm concerned about not having availability to fit my needs in the next three months. I really need someplace to put all these toys that I've ordered for the kids.

I needed a pod for storage and PODS was the easiest way to do it. I booked online and the process was fine for the first pod. It was difficult the second time because I thought the changes I made went through but then I went back and it was not changed, so I had to call in. Yet I can't blame PODS for it as that was during the hurricane in Florida and they were closed. I got a size 16 and the smallest one. I probably could have used a little bit bigger one on the second try, but the largest one was fine on the first try. The first one was clean and the second one was okay, and they are fine as long as they are packed well. Also, my interactions with the drivers were fine. Everything was as advertised.

I needed the pod for a month to put some garage furniture in until I cleaned it out and moved it back in. I saw online that PODS deliver and pick up in a sealed container and the process seemed easy so I went with them. I originally ordered a 12-foot pod but they didn't have it so they got me a larger one and charged me for what I had originally ordered. Their drivers were all great. They answered all my questions and were pleasant. The only issue I had with them was that it wasn't clear when I first filled out the forms that there would be a significant separate charge for the delivery and pickup. I also called them a couple of times because I was unclear on the pricing. The bill kept updating and it's very confusing online. Otherwise, I would use them again.

I’ve used PODS in the past and I used them again because they were so perfect the first time I used them. They were cheaper but I knew I could depend on them and I didn’t have to worry about my stuff. Also, if they tell me they’re going to do something, they do it. I used the largest PODS container for my move and the reps were great when I got to speak to them many times. And, the driver we had in Florida was wonderful. He put the container exactly where I wanted to put it. Then the driver in Illinois was great, too. He also put the container right where I needed to put it, no muss, no fuss, bing-bang, and done. If I need to move again, it would be with PODS.

Used PODS to move from Atlanta to Huntsville. The driver caused damage to our yard by backing the truck up over a curb and through part of our year, even though PODS had previously dropped a larger unit in the same spot several years ago even though there was a large oak tree that had to be maneuvered around at that time. (The tree is no longer there now.) I have forwarded pictures and was told it would be up to 4 weeks for a response to my claim. It has now been over 8 weeks. Phone calls are not returned and no resolution offered.

I had a good experience using PODS. They’re straightforward and easygoing that I had one less thing to worry about moving. PODS had a large warehouse within the 25-mile radius where I currently lived and where I was moving to. So, there was no additional fee for pickup or delivery. I booked them over the phone and talked to a nice person in Florida. I went with the 16-foot container which was the largest one that they have. The driver who came was very professional and courteous as well. He suggested a different location and it worked out fine. PODS stored the container for me and then dropped it off.

And the drivers were wonderful too. We got their biggest pod. There wasn’t enough room for us to try to pack our whole house but it sufficed. I would definitely recommend them.

PODS had the right size that I needed. I called in to get information and then I booked online. The process was easy and I was able to get the 16-foot container. The drivers did a very good job at calling prior to dropping it off and picking it up. It was a head ups call to let me know they were about 20 minutes away and to ask if I wanted any changes in placements. It was very nice. Overall, the whole experience was good. PODS has fantastic customer service and the personal phone call was a nice touch. They should continue with that.

The air conditioner water leaked on the living room, dining room floor up and the carpet of my house so we replaced everything last July. We remodeled and put our things in the condo and then had to do it over again. I still have stuff in storage so my son suggested a pod, which worked out fine. I got a big and a small one and we had both completely full. The drivers came at 8:00 in the morning and one guy came with the first one. I went out with three boxes because the parking place is limited at the condo. Then I walked back because I took the box, called back, and the guy had to come along from the condo and he helped me back in the house. Then the next guy came along and put the next one down. And when they had to come and pick the pods up from my yard, they came when they were supposed to. Everybody was excellent.

Things were really hectic and we didn't have a whole lot of time to research about PODS online. We've heard of them but we had a lot of questions so the rep I spoke with was able to answer them all and was extremely helpful. He tried to make sure that our dates were met and see what discounts we are qualified for. He walked us through every step of the way, so it was a positive interaction with him. I booked with them over the phone and used their pod for storage. We requested the largest container they have. We've had a pod delivered to our house, picked up from our house and then delivered at our new house, and picked up from our new house after usage. It was convenient to have them to move our big and heavy things.

We are moving out-of-state and we had our POD delivered, we loaded and they picked up, then moved to storage facility. October 22nd: I called to schedule our move and was given a delivery date of October 31st. We then booked airfare, travel, unloading help, utilities, internet etc all based on this date. October 23rd: Our account was billed $2,000+ for the move out-of-state.

We moved so we went from house to house and we used three PODS to pack our house up and then unload it to our new house. I didn’t want to pay for a moving company and I wasn’t sure how long out it was going to be in storage so renting from PODS was the right way to go. I booked over the phone and the rep was very helpful. And the drivers were very friendly. They called before they came, got the containers in and out quickly, and the experience was good. There were some scheduling issues but the manager was very helpful and was able to loosen things around and support me. The experience was easy, very cost-effective, and worked out for my schedule. I would do it again with PODS if I ever move again.

My mother moved in with me and we had a month before the storage building can be delivered. My sister-in-law suggested using PODS but I assumed that they were too expensive. While I was sitting in court waiting for our case to come up, I looked PODS up and see how much it was, and it was a lot more reasonably priced than I had originally thought. So, I asked my mom if she was interested in doing that and she said that it sounded great. When I called PODS, the salesperson gave me a promotional discount and I got a little bit off the price. It was a bit cheaper than if I had booked it online. The size of the container we got was 12 foot and it was exactly what we needed.

I had PODS pack up our house in four big pods and I needed the pods to be picked up and stored until I was ready for it then delivered to where I moved 20 miles away. The pods were fine such that I would’ve needed fewer if they were bigger but I would’ve needed more if they were smaller. I booked online and the website was good. Also, their reps I have spoken with on the phone and the drivers were all excellent. Anybody who's thinking of moving should use them. I was very impressed.

I had a delay when we could move into our new house and PODS was the most controllable way to do it. I started booking them online and then had questions. I did both pods at different times and I went over the phone more than online because I got more information when I was talking with someone. They were great and very informative but I was a little disappointed in the second pod because when I spoke to the girl, she said that I could get a large one and then the small one showed up. So that was a little bit frustrating but we made it work. The guy said that was what’s on his order and so that was what he brought. I just assumed the girl had made a mistake on the phone and I made a follow up because I didn't have a choice since I have to get the stuff out. We had to run a U-Haul to get the remainder of the stuff but we worked it out.

In October of 2016 my house caught on fire and so my insurance company ordered a PODS unit and they covered the cost of it up until April of 2017. After April of 2017 I took over the payments for the PODS unit. Since then PODS was sending me my bills on the due date and saying that my bills were late and charging me a late fee. When I called to have them come and take the PODS unit away on October 29th 2017, they told me there was three months past due and all the months were paid for and I had the cancelled checks and receipts to prove that they were paid and they were trying to charge me an additional $25 late fees when in fact they were sending my bills out deliberately late.

I liked the cost and convenience of going with PODS for moving and storage. The drivers were courteous. They put the container where I wanted it and picked it up in their own time. Everything worked as advertised, and it was efficient and easy to handle. PODS was good.

I had a very good experience with PODS. I liked the idea of being able to just move the things in slowly and keep it for a month. It worked out better for us this way for this move. I booked over the phone and the rep treated me well. The container was a bit small, but the rep went by what I told her. It's a little hard explaining that on the phone. We read too late that they suggest applying pesticide in the container. It was written in the instructions, but we started putting stuff in as soon as it hit the ground and there were red ants in there. They could have done it themselves to discourage red ants and other bugs from getting in. Nonetheless, the drivers were excellent the whole way. They were courteous. They came and picked it up when they said they were going to and they ended up dropping it off before we got here, but they dropped it off in a really good spot, exactly where I told them. They did a great job.

My wife did a little research and was looking at a couple of storage solutions. PODS had a special deal offered and she said that it was not a bad deal at that time. PODS turned out to be the best option for us. She booked online and the process went well but ended up making a few phone calls because there was some confusion. We requested the smaller pod and we needed the pod picked up and then stored for two or three months. PODS did that and then delivered it without breaking anything. They did what they said they were going to do. They shipped and hauled our stuff away and brought it back when we needed it.

We had PODS for storage. Their online site where I had the pod booked was very good. Plus the delivery and pickup worked out smoothly as well. The 16-footer pod I got was clean and sturdy. I had the same delivery person both times and he was really good. He did everything needed and he was very thorough on what he did. They’ve been professional, helpful and friendly. We've seen that PODS was the best choice for us after we've done a little bit of research. It made more logical sense to not have to rent a truck and make multiple trips to our storage unit. I called them and they told me there was a better value online. I booked them online and got the 16-foot container. They were really kind and super helpful. They answered a lot of our questions and they weren't irritated. We had them drop off the pod and we filled it. Then, they helped store it for us for three months while waiting for our house to be built. Then they dropped off the pod to our new house, and then came back and picked it up. The drivers were great. Even when the first driver picked up, we still had a few things and he helped us loading it. Second to actually hiring movers, PODS is the best route to go. They were amazing and we loved it. We'd recommend them to all of our friends.

I tried to do an online booking of containers for three to four rooms when I was moving and I needed storage, but I got an error code with PODS. I tried it by phone and got it processed. My driver was timely and I had an excellent dealing with her. I live in a condo and there was a parking issue when she was delivering the pods to my new home. I was on my way to work when she called and I was right at the place where I would turn from my old house to the new house. She was willing to wait for me a few moments more but she let me know that she couldn’t wait long. I told her that it’ll be like two minutes at most. I got there and we got it all situated.

I was looking for a way to move and I compared prices. I narrowed down my choices between U-Haul and PODS. U-Haul just had a tarp over the top of the container while PODS had an actual box. And since I was traveling almost 2,000 miles, I thought it might be better to have a more secure thing so I went with PODS. They also deliver faster and easier. I booked their service over the phone and every time I called, the people who I spoke to were super responsive and helpful. I got the smallest container. Their drivers were nice and very accommodating too. The person who came to pick up my pod the first time realized that my stuff wasn't tied down, so he recommended that I tie it down and told me that he could come back a few hours later. PODS was helpful and I loved their service. They’re all-around awesome. The pod was delivered to my door, instead of me having to pick it up.

PODS worked better for what we were doing and their rep was very positive. We had empty pods delivered, they picked up and stored the full ones then they delivered the full ones to our new house. But we needed to change the delivery date of our pods and it was less than stellar for the first conversation with the rep. Although he initiated a fix, he wasn't the one who finished the problem due to his work schedule. A few other people worked hard and resolved things. I was concerned at first but it worked out fine. They were going to pick up the empty pods later that week so we wanted the full pods delivered on that day. Initially, the response was two weeks out and it was a ridiculous scheduling. The local scheduler in Everett was the one who pointed out that there was no difference in taking the full ones or to picking up the empties. The truck was going out anyway.

We knew PODS, seen a lot of them, and their website is easy to navigate. We got one of their storage pods at the end of July and it worked well. It didn’t leak so we were happy about that. It could hold 3-4 rooms and its door was easy to operate. Their drivers were very friendly and excellent and we enjoyed seeing them with the machine that took the pod off the flatbed and put it on when they picked it up.

My sister and brother-in-law had recently moved and they used one of the traditional moving firms where they had a horrible experience. I've seen these funny little things called pods and I did some research and I wanted to try it. PODS was an alternative to the traditional moving and storage model and to book, I tried the computer and then I had to go talk to them to make sure I'd done it right. On any scale, I would give their customer service the highest rating. I requested the 16-foot container and I used two of them, but every comment I made back to PODS are centered around the fact that the containers were not big enough. They didn’t get back to me on that but it’s okay because I didn't expect them to.

I booked PODS online for a storage need I had and their website was easy to use. I requested the medium-sized containers to be used for all the components of our kitchen renovation. Everything was shipped and put in the container. Then from there, they did the kitchen renovation. It was the right size and it did exactly what it needed to do. I was very pleased with the gentleman who dropped it off. He explained what he was doing. In the same way, when another gentleman picked it up, he also explained how he was going to pick it. I was impressed with the fact that both drivers told me their name and shook hands. I was very satisfied with PODS.

I chose PODS for moving and storage because of the monthly cost. I tried to book online but I didn't understand it because of a user issue so I ended up calling over the phone to make sure I got what I wanted. I wanted to talk to somebody about the length of time we would need the storage for because we weren’t sure. They gave me several options with discounts and I felt that I more clearly understood it. We ended up with the 16-foot container and it fit our needs. It was very clean and very sturdy. Also the drivers who picked up and dropped off the containers were so professional and didn’t really talk very much, just “Is this place okay” and I was like, “Yes, it is.” I move a lot and I like to move. We would use PODS again. I would definitely recommend them. They met our needs.

We were moving and going with PODS was the best way to go. The pod unit we got from them was stored at our house and we could move stuff into it at our leisure. We booked a seven-foot container over the phone and we had them deliver it to the house. Then the carrier driver picked the loaded pod up at the old house and moved it to the new house the same day. Our interactions with the driver were very good and positive. There were no problems in moving the container and the customer service reps followed up with me. Although we had such a hectic time moving, we had a very good experience with PODS and I would use them again.

We needed a place to put my sister’s things, and I booked the largest container from PODS over the phone. It was the correct size and my interaction with the rep was very good. However, we opted for a storage place due to cost. The professional and nice driver called ahead of time and I couldn’t have asked for a better interaction. Plus, a wonderful gentleman called to have the container moved and my experience was excellent. It was cheaper to go with the storage unit for us than it was to stick with PODS, but everything was fine.

The driver who picked up the pod was also very friendly and nice. PODS was the cheapest and they had our property stored for about a month. The whole experience was great. They were there when we asked them to and they picked the container up when we needed them to. I would highly recommend them.

We moved across the country, from Alberta, Canada to Manitoba and it was 1,800 kilometers away. I looked at PODS online, did a little research, got a lot of good comments on sites where people talked about it, and I decided that it was the best way to go. I booked over the phone and the rep was good. We used a 16-foot container that we just had delivered. One time, we also had a seven-foot that we wound up not using. So, I paid for three months, and then, sent it back empty. The drivers here and in Alberta were excellent. Everything arrived just as I put it in there and it was absolutely flawless. I like PODS a lot and I’d happily recommend PODS to anybody that’s doing the same thing.

I rented a PODS storage unit. They did not deliver my pod to my home. We had To rent a U-Haul and unpack and repack the day it was supposed to be delivered. When talking to customer service they said it is ultimately the discretion of the driver and there was nothing they could do, even though I have proof that the pod could have been delivered. So even though the driver is wrong, there is no one that will verify this and there is no way I can get a refund. Costing me $329 for a service that was not provided.

We were delayed over a week attempting to obtain our container in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Their excuse for our inability to reach anyone via phone or email was that their telecom company lost power during Hurricane Irma. Ok... sounds a bit crazy that there was no way to interact, but I was willing to play along. Our phone experiences were varied. One gentleman was extremely pleasant and helpful. The lady we ended up booking through was gruff and rude, but after waiting so long - we had to get things rolling.

Moved from Bentonville to Dallas and it was smooth. You have freedom of loading and unloading and also you are responsible for how you load it. Only concern is you have to manage the loading and unloading container at your parking spots, but if you can manage then it’s great. Would strongly recommend.

Their reps were fabulous and very helpful so that was very good. I had the large containers both times and I had the same driver on both occasions. He was excellent and it went really well.

Since I had a unique moving schedule, I called them a couple of times because I didn’t know my actual moving schedule. Their rep was very good. I told them exactly what I was going to do and they helped me out immensely. I felt more comfortable talking to people. I ended up changing the schedule a few times. When the pod was being delivered on the East Coast, the driver was a couple of hours late from the time it was supposed to be delivered because it was coming from a Bakersfield depot and that person was about two and half hours off of the schedule. But he parked it right in my driveway which helped me out a lot.

I got PODS for moving and storage since we didn't know exactly when the move would occur. It was an economically viable solution for my move. My property was stored for three months and I was satisfied with the experience. I went with PODS after doing research on the different costs for the service. Also, the other transport companies didn't have a storage facility where we initially proposed to move. So, initially, we booked a pods unit online, then we continued with conversations over the phone.

We're in the military and we're PCSing. Our house was sold quickly so we had to get everything out to clean it. We booked PODS over the phone and was able to get the biggest container they had. While we knew we weren't going to fit everything, we used the pod for storage. We're PCSing overseas so it was perfect. The driver was hilarious and so were the movers who picked up the pod. They were freaking out because they wondered how it got dropped off and picked up. They all were joking and talking. Other than receiving a call to remind me to pay, everything else was great with PODS.

Other than that, it was clean and I used it. I called PODS and told the rep that it was needed for storage and how much furniture I had. He suggested a 16-foot size and that's where we went. I could have used a bigger one but I didn't want to do that because it would have made more units in my driveway. The driver was nice and very courteous.

I moved and used one of the largest containers from PODS. PODS have good reviews and also had a facility less than a mile from my house. I did most of everything online but I had to call them for any changes I needed to be made. The representatives who spoke to me over the phone were professional and courteous. The drivers were on time for delivery and pick up, and both delivery drivers in Maine and in Florida were extremely professional and nice, too. Everything went according to plan and they covered everything on their online content, which was straightforward. In general, I like using the POD system rather than a moving and storage. It takes a lot of hard work but you get to control it.

When I called the day before it was supposed to be coming, I asked for the time and they said it’s still on the same date. They never changed it like they said they did. I recommend them to everybody because we’ve had an awesome experience and I’ll do it again if I have to.

We got three containers from PODS and had them stored and moved from California to Virginia. At first, I only booked two 16-foot containers online but then, I decided to have a third one. The container was a fiberglass box with metal corners but the big problem was the doors bent through. I had to go up for a lot of times, reach down, feel around and play with stuff but I finally got them to work. The drivers were all also good and very helpful. Everything went fine and the experience was very satisfactory.

We needed the pod. We requested for the big one. We filled it up and then it was moved and dropped at the new address but it wasn't a long storage. PODS' flexibility and the price were good. Those were the two big things why we went with them. The reps were fine. We had one square centimeter of space to spare. When I booked this one on the phone, the young man I spoke to tried very very hard to talk me into the smaller one even though I was confident that we needed the new one. Had I listened to his advice, we would have had half the room that we need. He was dead wrong and insistent about that. Happily, I stuck to my guns and we got the right size of the container. The drivers were amazing. One guy showed me how the truck worked and he was super nice. Everybody was good. PODS was a good value and a well-run company.

I initiated the booking on the phone and ordered two pods, but maintained everything online. Their reps were kind and respectful every time I had an interaction with them, and the person on the phone helped us decide on the pod's sizes. We got their largest and medium sizes, 16 and 12-foot respectively. I dealt more with their drop off drivers and they were great, very careful at where they placed the pods, asked questions and double checked every time so it was an easy and efficient experience. I'll definitely tell other people about using it too.

When I called around, I heard PODS was the best moving and storage company and so far, the experience has been good. I did my first booking online and the website was very easy to use. It was the same with the second one which was by phone. My mother used it because of the experience I was having. When she moved, I ordered one for her and the whole process was perfect. I got 16-foot containers and it was enough for us since we sold a lot of our bulky stuff. When we received my mom’s pod, we didn’t see anything damaged. The driver called about 30 minutes before letting us know they were coming and that they were picking it up. They asked us where we wanted to put it that is convenient for us.

We got PODS' moving service and we used their 16-foot container. I mostly booked online but I also had a few phone interactions. I particularly liked the automatic calls that they sent me. Their carrier drivers were professional and on time. However, I've had a problem with the overhead cover of their container. It's hard to close and it hurts your fingers when you’re trying to get a hold. You also couldn’t keep it partially open. It was either closed and locked or swung up. But overall, my experience has been helpful and I'll use them again.

I rented two 16ft POD containers for a period of a month. They were both delivered dirty inside and one of the locks was broken. I left detailed instructions on their website and at my residence and with the driver where to place them which did not happen. They decided to place both pods smack dab in the middle of the driveway. We were not able to park our cars in the driveway and there is no on street parking so we had to have them come back out to move them 6 feet further into the driveway and they charged us a repositioning fee of $134 x 2 ( $269) for this and did not tell us upfront that there was a fee for this, and after several phones calls and getting the runaround from this awful company we are stuck paying for this service that should have not happened in the first place.

I really enjoyed booking PODS online for my moving and storage needs. It was easy to do and it was on the to-do-list of all the humongous stuff that I had to do but it was something I could also schedule like at 1 o’clock in the morning. I was moving a 2,400 sq. ft. house and the container I got, which was the largest that they have, was easy to set up and the stuff I put in there worked out perfectly for what I needed. When we moved the container to the new location, originally, the driver set it down facing the wrong direction but he was able to pick it up quickly. He took it to a local parking lot where he had enough room to turn everything around, and then, he brought it back and he set it down the right way. It was a very positive experience.

I moved from Jackson, Mississippi to Atlanta, Georgia. PODS is the transport and storage company that I would turn to or look up first or get a quote since they're all over and their advertising and marketing is very prominent. So, I got a pod unit from PODS to store my furniture in Atlanta. I used it as a storage unit in the driveway of my house. It was awesome and perfect. I booked the drop-off of the pod over the phone, then I booked the pickup online. It was so easy to navigate the website and the booking process was very fast. They picked up two days after I signed up. The people I spoke with on the phone were wonderful and they gave me multiple quotes, which was very helpful.

PODS was the one most well-known for having the containers dropped on site, picked up and moved, and they had the size that I was looking for. I wanted time to box things up, throw them out in the pod, and get it prepped and ready. If I had a bigger one, I could have continued to put more stuff in it, but it all worked out efficiently. PODS was close to the cheapest and the most convenient. Every customer service representative I spoke with was very personable and they seemed to be knowledgeable as well. Their container looked new and looked so small but I managed to fit everything in there. When it arrived, it was in great shape. We had to have the drivers move the box one time and they were very helpful and flexible. It wasn’t the smoothest transition though due to the city’s restrictions on parking given that I was moving to an apartment in Brooklyn. If there had been a driveway, it probably would have been easier to go with. But I was very happy with PODS. They were reliable and efficient.

PODS could ship and I did not like renting U-Haul where I get charged by the day. So I booked with PODS online, called in and the process was easy. The rep and I discussed scheduling time and I got their biggest pod delivered to me for moving. The driver was very nice and the container was clean. I had it brought in a couple of weeks before the move so we could slowly load stuff in, instead of rushing one day. We put a shelf in the container but I wasn't ready to put that in yet. The shelf was only three hours in the container but it was so hot when we grabbed it. The container has an acrylic top and it made the inside of the container very hot so we could not put anything in. It sat in the driveway for about two, three weeks and we had to buy a tarp to cover the top to cool it down. My experience was excellent and I would get PODS again but I won't bring in the container as early as I did since it can get really warm inside.

My roommates said that we should try out PODS because we’re moving and don’t have any place to put our stuff. Plus, we don’t want to charge a storage unit for a month. It’s going to be there for only a few days, so we decided to make that decision. We did most of the stuff online. I ended up doing all of the work for getting the POD there. The final destination and other stuff like that I did via the phone. Online is a bit clunky sometimes because I was trying to get a large POD but then when I refreshed the page, it said, “I’m sorry, your order cannot be processed.” Then there’s this “Only 1 PODS left” message. I had to go back and do it again.

We were having too many complications when we moved so we booked PODS over the phone and they gave us much more flexibility than traditional moving methods. Their representatives were pretty straightforward. Aside from giving me a quote, they were quick and helpful. Ours was a little unusual because we have loaded our stuff into a truck for our move and then we ended up having that truck taken to a PODS facility and unloaded everything into a pod.

I was moving from Maryland to Florida, and had to book with PODS over the phone because of the distance. I had a very good experience because though I had to change pods twice, they were very accommodating. On the day that the packers were coming, we opened the pod and it had water in it. But, they immediately picked that one up and called another one. Then I had more stuff that could fit in one pod, and they got another one there quickly. So, it was a great experience. They also gave me a little bit of discount, which I didn’t expect because they turned it around very quickly. But, it was appreciated.

PODS is good. I’ve enjoyed my experience with them. Getting everything out of the house and being able to have it delivered when I want it, and then unloading it on the driveway seemed pretty convenient. I got two of their largest containers, however, I wish they were a little bigger. But I told the drivers on my order where to put it and they put it where I needed to have it and it worked out pretty good. I will probably use them again and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I’m completely satisfied with PODS. I compared different moving companies to one another online, and PODS’ system looked to be well-priced and efficient. I booked a seven-foot square container from them on the phone and had it picked up, shipped, and put in my driveway in Florida. I also got emails that indicated the schedule of what’s going to happen. Everything went according to plan except when the driver and I had a little confusion over which truck was coming to the house. The driver called me before he got there and I made a mistake of thinking he was somebody else. The container was dropped off within a window of time that was convenient for me. It was then picked up after I’ve left Colorado and it was delivered here on time. PODS held to the schedule and they made it easy for me.

I'm a realtor and I needed a big-size pod for a client for storage before moving. The rep on phone was a little talkative but very helpful. He had things he needed to figure out but he got it done last minute for me. The driver called me. They were very prompt and arrived first thing in the morning. Everything went great and they were very efficient. It was a positive experience.

I like that PODS is the middle ground between the cost for using a full mover versus getting a truck. I started booking online but had to talk to someone over the phone. It was a good start, but it didn't have everything I needed. There wasn't a lot of information you could use to get everything done and they pretty much required you to call. It needs a few more components so one could understand what could be done. It also needs someone to check schedules. But the customer service was excellent and they were easy to get a hold of.

I needed to pack stuff and store it for about a month and then move it three hours away. When we did the quote with PODS a gentleman called us and talked about our options. He made suggestions based on how many rooms I had. They also walked me through every step of loading, unloading, packing and relocation. We also had some follow up confirming their service.

PODS advertising leads you to believe that they deliver their container to your desired location for loading. Then deliver it to your desired location for unloading. This is true only for certain locations. If not - "Oh sorry, you're screwed. Thank you for using PODS." They have big trucks which can deliver these containers anywhere but they refuse unless your locations are within certain zip codes. This is after paying more than $500/mo. to keep 2 containers. Then over $1000 each to deliver each, not to our location but to where we are supposed to hire another mover to unload their container, load into another truck for delivery to our location. This is a recipe for damage to our furniture. Never in their advertising do they suggest that you'll be screwed like this.

I used PODS before and I got them again for a move. I booked online but the only problem that was confusing was the price quote. The online quote for the pod had a $30 or $40 difference to when I spoke to a real person. The representative couldn't understand what I was talking about the price difference but I needed to get it done so I went ahead. The driver came when he said and picked up the pod. He was really good. I had easy access to my account and my experience was fairly easy. It was a pretty good service.

PODS was the only company that did everything we needed. We needed the pod onsite to load it for a number of days. We needed it delivered and then, we needed it left onsite for a number of days while we unloaded it. What we thought we were going to pay was what we paid and the drivers were nice. They arrived two days late but it wasn't a logistically big thing. The experience was everything we expected. PODS made our move from Salt Lake City to Las Cruces, New Mexico easier. We're happy with them.

I tried to pay my bill today and had this experience. The website will not accept a new payment method, so I had to call the toll free number. It was a nightmare to navigate the system to get a live operator (certainly, there is no option to press "0”). Once I got through, the operator tried to take my credit card and told me there was a problem with the IT system and it would not accept any type of payment. When I asked to be called back by someone once the problem is fixed, they told me they are an "inbound only" company. THEY DO NOT EVER CALL CUSTOMERS - even when they screw up. Unbelievable. There is no customer service here. Just people who answer your calls (eventually) and tell you to call back when their IT department. And yes, the IT department does not work on Sundays. Ever. Never ever again will I use this company. Life is too short for this much frustration from a vendor whom I am trying to pay.

We used PODS for both moving and storage. The turnover time with which we had to get out based off which we could move into the new house was the determining factor when we selected them. I dealt with them online and then worked directly with Jeff, the manager and had him try to arrange a time with me. He was phenomenal and it was a great experience. I had a time opening earlier than the original and they worked me in and accommodated me in every way.

I'm going to start with the negatives so people can see them first, because this is a long story. At this moment, PODS is in possession of our belongings 2,000 miles away despite the fact that it was to be delivered to our new home yesterday. We equate this to theft because despite numerous checks on our part, the company lied about our items being transported, they could not track them down for a period of time, they cannot tell us when they will arrive, and we have already paid for all of their services. We have called and called, and the response when asking to speak to management or a supervisor is that the person on the phone will "email" them. It's a mystery who these upper-management people are or how we can contact them, which is super shady.

I love PODS, they're excellent. We needed to package stuff up and store them until our son who's in college decided where he was going. I knew the PODS name and I started looking into other companies as well. But I decided that PODS had the experience and I felt most comfortable with them. Booking the pod was easy and I was on phone with their rep for an hour and a half because I was gossiping with him when I called. In theory, our son was going to be in a one-bedroom apartment so we got a small pod. We checked it out when we got it and it was clean. And we packed it from top to bottom, side to side and front to back. It was perfect and nothing moved.

PODS’ availability and cost made me decide to go with them. I booked a 16-foot pod online for storage services and the process was easy. The container was clean. It had normal wear and tear for a unit being used multiple times but everything was good to go. The drivers were great, very helpful and quick. I watched them maneuver the equipment, and everything was safe. There was a billing issue that I had to follow up on with customer service, but everything was taken care of.

We lived with our parents for about six months until our house was finished being built and we had PODS for storage. I got a quote online but I got an even better quote when I called them. Though their rep said that there was a larger option, the pod that we got had two rooms worth of things. Then when they dropped it off, the driver was running late but my husband said that she did a really good job because the driveway was kind of weird. Our experience with PODS was great.

We called to schedule delivery only to be told that they do not deliver to our new zip code. After a lot of run around on the phone I asked to talk to a supervisor. Kathy from Florida says she is very sorry but she can do nothing to help. I asked for a phone number so I can contact the storage facility that is holding everything I own hostage but she says she is not allowed to give that to me. The only option is for me to rent a moving truck, drive the 50 miles to the storage facility and pick up my belongings myself. I couldn't be more disappointed and I will never use this inconvenient service again. I would also recommend that anyone looking for a moving service run away from this badly managed company.

I've had bad experiences with other moving companies. PODS were outstanding. They did what they promised, at the cost they promised, in the manner they promised. They were great from beginning to end. I booked with PODS online and over the phone. The customer service people were very helpful and polite. It was very interactive getting the whole thing set up. We had two of the 16 container and we decided to only use one. They took the container that I've used from New York to Florida and took the other one back for a minimum charge. The driver couldn't have been better. Everything worked out as far as I know.

We were doing a remodel and we got a pod because we like the convenience of it being at our house and we can access the storage unit when we needed it. I booked with PODS online then I called them because I wanted to make sure I had the reservations. It was easy and the reps were very helpful. I got the biggest container they had. We packed it and it didn't leak. The drivers called to let us know they were on their way and they were on time delivering the pod like they said they’d be. When we were ready for them to pick it up, they were there on the day and it was perfect. It was just really nice and I would recommend them. If we ever needed PODS again, we would do it again.

In June, I left California and did a cross-country move using PODS. I got the 8x8x16 container and I chose the right size. It was perfect. It was clean, sturdy and showed no sign of water damage or any kind of damage to any part of it, any plastic or wood. They lifted and closed smoothly. It was a good unit. The pod was delivered to the place where I was staying temporarily in Santa Rosa, California and I had people pack it up. PODS came the next day, loaded the locked pod, and it headed to Pompano Beach, Florida, and I left the next day. I drove to Phoenix and stayed for five days, and my pod made it to Clearwater the day before I made it, driving across country to Pompano Beach. I was very impressed with that. It beat me across the country.

When I was moving from Atlanta, I looked at all the companies, especially in case there was a big price difference and PODS was the most flexible. I also chose them because I used them a year and a half before and they were very good. I knew I could count on them. I got a 16-foot container in Atlanta in January and kept it until it was delivered in Virginia in July. I booked it online and over the phone as well to complete some things. When PODS picked it up in January, there was a quarter-inch ice storm which made Atlanta go nuts. At first, the manager told me I wouldn't get anything and that they cancelled my delivery which was terrible. But I said I really needed it and I've got movers scheduled to load it up. The rep called me on Saturday morning which was the day I was supposed to get the container but it had been cancelled. However, he said he can get it out there around 12:30, so that was good.

I saw an advertisement in a military brochure that we would get 10% off of the cost of a pod, so I called PODS. I knew we had a lot of moving around to do and this seemed to be the easiest operation and the most convenient. I told their rep that my husband was a retired military and asked if we could get the discount and she said yes. She quoted me prices and gave me information, but we found out that there were some things that she did not include, like the taxes, and that there was no discount on the part when they picked up the pod. We only got a 10% discount when they delivered the pod. We found these out when we got the bill and that was very deceptive to not tell us that. So, I was a little upset. But except for that little kink, the overall experience was good. The container itself was clean inside and we didn't see any leaks. The guy who dropped it off and picked it up was very nice and efficient, too.

1st call - Scheduled POD. Never received email confirmation for delivery but had my bank info and a pending transaction. 2nd call - Called to verify a delivery; scheduled date was not processed. It was never entered then I was asked to verify my credit card information again. Day of delivery was for 9/29 between 12-3 PM. Received a call around 2 pm day of that POD could not be delivered until 10/3 because of an issue at the local office. So we cancelled due to having to move out that weekend. We were told a refund would be processed and to wait 2-3 business days. Day 3 rolls around and no refund. 3rd call - Inform about refund; no refund has been processed and was not pending. I asked to speak to a supervisor and ironically one was not available. Rep assures me refund is now in progress but it will be another 2-5 business days.

I used PODS before and recently, I ordered four pods from them for moving. I booked them over the phone and their reps were all very helpful. Their drivers were all great as well. They went out of their way to service us. However, the company that we used on the loading were super expensive. It was one of the companies that PODS recommended and they did a good job but they were extremely overpriced. So I went out on my own and found some local guys to do it and I must have saved myself $1,000. And those guys did a pretty good job, too. But what I really appreciate about PODS is the flexibility of having the containers delivered. Because we didn’t know where we were going to move, I needed to store the pods indefinitely. I totally recommend PODS.

PODS was a brand that was most commonly referred to and had positive feedback. I booked a middle-sized 12-footer container online, but I knew I had to speak with them several times for the changes I was going through. I needed to understand when the drop off would be, what I needed to do at my home and when the pickup would be. They were always very clear about it and helped me understand what I needed to get done and that there would be a call from the driver. There were no surprises.

Price and convenience are reasons we chose PODS. We went online but ended up calling them because we wanted more clarification on dimension. When they provided it, we ordered the largest one, the 16-foot pod. We were surprised that it was actually brand-new and it was very nice. I actually saw the first driver down the street. He was picking up the pod from a house three houses away and he brought it right down to ours.

I had seen and known the name PODS and it's been synonymous with sales storage techniques. It came right up when looked for them online. We had a total of five pods spread over a seven month period. We've had four 7-footer and one 16-footer container. I booked five pods online and had telephone conversations with them to follow up on other reasons and issues which were mostly with respect to scheduling. They solved problems that I couldn't sort out on the computer. It was an updating issue as there was a delay in the computer system. You really don't know that you've got it until they confirm five minutes later. So it's hard to use and there's also some kind of an interlock when you're scheduling.

We have used PODS at my work before, and they were very generous. It was a nonprofit. So, I had a positive impression of them. I got them to store my furniture while I was doing a remodeling, so I won't have all of them in the house, and I'm glad I did it. They should advertise more for remodeling as opposed to just moving.

PODS had a big name and when I called around they had the best pricing so I booked with them. I talked to a rep and she was very knowledgeable. She knew what she was doing and set it up quickly and easily. We had the 12-foot pod and it was sturdy, clean inside and it has a solid floor. The driver was great and very helpful as well. When I needed to know the date that they could pick it up we were able to arrange all that and CS took care of that one. They were very good and I would use them again.

We had our house for sale and I booked the 16-foot PODS container over the phone. The representative was great. We had the container brought in and the drivers were very professional. We have a curvy driveway so they really worked protecting the grass and they did a great job. The pod was really clean too. We filled it and sent it off. We were hoping we could use PODS for moving but we ended up getting storage ‘cause we had to bring my daughter's stuff back to the house so we could unload for her. She moved and part of her stuff was in there with ours. I tried to do that online but it kept kicking stuff back. It wasn’t really user-friendly so I wasn’t real thrilled with it. I ended up having to call customer service and she walked me through the process to make sure that I got the pod delivered back to the house. Afterwards, we stored what we needed to store back in the garage again. We were very happy with PODS.

Back in July, I needed PODS so that I had a pod to move some of my things. PODS was convenient, and it was smooth and easy to book their services online. I asked for their 16s container which was entirely big but was perfect for my needs. It arrived fine, clean and without any damage. The guys who came were quick and knew what they were doing driving those trucks. They got in and out at my old home and my new home easily. The experience was great and I'll use them again.
