We used PODS for storage and we loaded the items ourselves. We liked their cost so we booked them online and their website was user-friendly. However, I couldn’t talk to the local office because we were trying to coordinate dropping one, unloading it and then having it picked up that day and then dropping the other one in the morning and doing the same thing the following day and it just fell through. When I wanted to reschedule the delivery of the second one, the timeframe they gave me was the same morning as the other one and it just wasn’t feasible. They couldn’t coordinate and the lady I talked to at the very end was short with me, but that was the only negative experience I had with any of the people that I spoke with. The rest of them were all very accommodating and did whatever they could.

Moving with PODS was one of the best experience and they were worth the price. They also recommended movers from their website. I had called a couple of the different packing and unpacking companies, and they were fantastic too. That was the easiest part of the whole move which is usually the most stressful. Initially, I wanted to book with PODS online but because I needed help with the sizes and stuff, I had called and everything was done over the phone. Their rep was fantastic and very helpful. I got their biggest container. It would have been perfect if it was a couple of feet bigger, but it was fine. It was very clean.

I called some companies to find pricing and PODS offered the best convenience and cost. We used them for storage during a remodel. I booked a 16-foot container and we had it stored at their facility. The size was perfect. They had a little sizing guide online that was really helpful. The container was a big rectangle and super clean, had a wooden floor, wood sides, and a plastic top, and it had a bunch of tie-down anchors to secure everything on the inside. Both drivers that came to dropped it off the first time and then dropped it off again when we were getting our stuff back were good at offloading and they were super friendly.

I ordered my PODS because I thought I was going to send stuff to storage. I tried booking it online but I ended up needing to call somebody. I didn't put in the number that I was supposed to put in. The rep I spoke with was great and when I figured out what I was supposed to do, I did it online then. We requested for the 16-foot container and it took so long to get it filled up that we ended up keeping it until we moved it to our new house.

PODS stored our pod for a year and they moved it for us. I like the fact that they drop the pod right at our front door. We booked over the phone and their reps were all helpful. The delivery of the pod right to the house really helped. They were very easy scheduling pick-ups, and drop-off at the new house and even coming back to pick up the pod again. It was really a very efficient process. The transportation costs were a little high though. I’m actually getting ready to move from another location right now. I considered having another pod delivered here at my home. I weighed out the cost and it was about four times more expensive by the time they put the transportation costs. So, I chose not to deal with PODS this time.

We had water in our house, so we had to get everything out of it. We needed a storage unit to be delivered so that we could load our furniture and belongings that were still good from the flood. PODS brought a clean unit to us. It seemed like it was brand new and it didn’t leak. Everything was boxed and put in there orderly. When we got back into our house, we were able to clear our garage and we got the things out of the pod and put it into the garage so that we wouldn’t be paying the monthly fee any longer. And when we said that we were finished and needed it to be picked up, it was picked up within a couple of days. We recommended PODS to people and told them it was very convenient having the unit in my own driveway. I didn’t have to find a storage building somewhere to put my things in.

We were relocating to another state and we used PODS to store our belongings for the move. Our new house that was being built wasn’t ready for another six months, so we paid for six months storage for that as well. PODS was the first one that came up and we were just trying to get things going and I really didn’t even compare prices, but we were extremely satisfied with them. Everything was perfect. Nothing was destroyed, so I was extremely happy about that.

PODS was the only company that I knew that would deliver to your house and pick it up afterwards. I did everything online and it was quite easy scheduling the delivery and pickup. I got the largest container they had. Though it could've been bigger, it was more sturdy that I thought it was going to be. I got to interact with the driver that delivered it to my new location and he was a nice guy. He moved the container around and hooked it up. I was very interested and he let me take photographs. I've recommended them several times already. It's very easy and flexible to have a pod outside your house and move in at leisure, and then have it picked up and moved.

I found PODS on the internet and their website was easy to use and I was able to book over there. I got a good container for storage on site and both the drivers did a good job. The delivery guy was a really good guy and the guy who took the container away was nice, too. If I would do it again then I'd use PODS again. And whoever needs on-site storage should use PODS.

I like the type of move we were doing with PODS. We didn’t want to be pressured to move within a certain period of time like one would with U-Haul. With PODS, we could let the container sit on our yard for a little bit and that worked out really good. I booked online and it went real smooth and was very self-explanatory. I got the big one, the 16-footer. We had part of our stuff in storage and part of it was last minute move. The driver who picked up the container was a pleasure to talk to. He's a good guy. Because of the way the pods are unloaded, it's cut the yard up a little bit which is no big deal but he straightened it up. He took a rake out and fixed it. So, I thought that was cool.

We’ve used PODS for a number of years now. I booked through the phone and their reps were great. I got the largest container that they have and it looked great. The driver was wonderful. We’ve had him come to deliver for a couple of years now and he’s been great. I’d highly recommend PODS.

PODS was the best priced moving company so I rented a storage container for our driveway for a month since we were having a renovation. I booked for a 7-foot container and the people who picked it up were great, efficient and friendly. They had phoned to let us know they were right when they said they would be and were on time. But there seemed to be lots of things they kept sending me like all the documentation. And I had a follow up with them because the pickup I had scheduled was for January 4th which was just after the holiday. I thought there might be an issue with it not being picked up in time and then I'd get charged another month, but it turned out that it wasn’t an issue for them. I'm very happy with PODS overall and I would use them again.

We got moving and storage services from PODS for the convenience of being able to load the units with our belongings at our leisure. I booked with them online, but there were some problems, so I had to call and talk to somebody on the phone. We ended up with two 15-foot containers, but on top of that we still had to rent a 20-foot truck since we didn't get everything into the containers. Since it would be easy to break into the sides of those containers, I wouldn't have left them outside in an area where somebody could get to them. I loaded the first pod unit by myself because I wanted to know where things were going in it. I saved all the heavy furniture for the second pod unit and I got a local mover to load it for me. The drivers who picked up and dropped off our containers were fine and they did a good job.

We obtained a pod from PODS and had it delivered to our house, and then they moved it to our new house from Indianapolis to Florida. We liked PODS' price. We booked the pod over the phone and the PODS rep was very good. We got a 16-foot pod and it was perfect. I'd recommend PODS.

We were moving down to Florida, and we had to go to some place that had storage facilities. We booked PODS, and it was easy. We just went online, they called me up, the representative answered all of my questions, and everything was set up. We got the 7-foot container, and it was tilted right up. So, it was good. We had the pod delivered to our house in New Jersey. PODS took it down to St. Petersburg and they stored it for about three months before we found a place to live in. We called them up, and in a couple of days, they delivered it. The driver that delivered it was excellent. He worked with us, and asked us where we wanted it. There was a tight spot, and he was able to get it in.

I had a month’s storage and drop off delivery from PODS. I needed something to be stored and moved at the same time, and PODS was a definite plus versus U-Haul wherein you have to rent the trucks and you have to look somewhere to store. PODS was much easier, just pack everything I needed in there and forget about it for that month. I started booking online and I got confused a little on the website and then I called the local people in Louisville. The rep explained the process to me and then I booked everything there. The drivers were very friendly. However, I was disappointed to see that they don’t do service to Alaska because I’m in the military and that was a big thing. If I could’ve had it in Alaska, I would’ve chosen PODS to do a move from Kentucky to Alaska. Nonetheless, I talk about PODS all the time to people when they’re moving. With PODS, everything is convenient and well-timed.

I used PODS for the first time and I was very surprised at how efficient, courteous, and professional they were. We got two 16 x 8 x 8 containers from PODS for a move from Illinois to Florida, and they worked perfectly for what we needed to do. The containers were clean, sturdy, watertight, and secured as long as the locks were on them. They were fantastic that one could almost live in them.

I had used PODS a few years ago personally when we moved from home to home and the experience was great. It was very convenient to use PODS at that point in time. So, I used them again when our school was getting new floors and we needed storage. We have an 8,000 square foot building and I needed PODS to put everything in because we had to empty our building. I started booking online and then they called me. Apparently, there’s a different rate being an educator. So I booked everything personally with an account person at that point. Their rep was very, very nice. When I emailed him, he called me within a minute. Also, I was convinced that I only needed one container and then he said I needed two. I called later and I couldn’t get the second one in the timeframe that I really needed it. They pushed it up and it worked out fine. He was really helpful. So far, everything has been great.

We used PODS for moving and long-term storage, and they gave me all the information I need. They helped us with the size of my container, and we got a 12 foot container and then the 16 foot the second time. They were really knowledgeable about the product. They also walked us through the whole process and how it was going to be with billing and how long it will take. The drivers were really good and nice. They called us in advance to let us know that they were coming. One of them let me videotape the drop off so I could show it to my son. I had to call back PODS about the billing because we got a secondary pod and it was charged differently because it wasn't a long-term storage and I didn't know that. The customer service was really helpful and credited our account back. PODS was great overall.

PODS was an absolutely positive experience. They are local, and the reviews and price are right. We rented a 16-foot pod for storage, and they dropped it off and moved it to the new location. There were three different drivers that we worked with and they were all great. The size of the pod was good for my situation. In booking, I first went online, but then I called. Any time I spoke with anybody, everybody was more than accommodating and very helpful. They have an extraordinary service. I was very happy with everything that they did for us. I have referred people to utilize their service.

We too are victims of PODS and their insurance that costs us all $50 a month! And I'm yet to hear of anyone getting compensation from mice feces damage and other losses! This has got to be stopped now! For those customers who have had no issues - you are lucky! Because those of us who have - PODS and Insurance company DO NOT CARE! They will lie on phone and promise they will help but when it comes to helping- they tell you they can't! As far as pest infestation - even Insurisc advertises on their website for relocation moves insurance that pest infestation IS COVERED! I pay USAA as a disabled Navy veteran for our home rental and only pay $6 a month! I should have gone with USAA! As if that would have been any option!! We customers who have experienced poor customer service and outright bold faced lies need to be heard NOW! They don't deserve a star, by the way!

I emptied my house out to refinish the floors and it was the first time in 30 years. So, it was a little shocking. I used PODS for storage. I had seen their containers before and they looked secure and well-maintained. Also, I liked that the container stayed at our location. I booked it easily and then I needed to alter the date that it was to come. However, when I rebooked online, the loop wasn’t completely closed at the end. It didn't seem quite as sure. There wasn’t a confirmation email about the change and I wondered if that went through. A week before my scheduled drop off, I called and they said that they had the date changed and there was no problem.

I've used other storage and moving companies before and I wasn't very happy with them. I figured I would try PODS and I used both their moving and storage services. They got a website that was easy to deal with. I booked a 12-foot pod and it was big enough for what we needed. It was clean and it wasn’t scratched up. And I didn’t have a problem using it and didn’t feel like the stuff that I put in there wasn’t going to be safe or dry. It was in good condition. The driver who picked up the pod was very professional, very friendly, and very business-like. He was helpful, too, and explained what was going on. We scheduled the drop-off and he delivered it in a snowstorm. He did a great job and everything went very well.

I'm in the real estate business, and we had a great experience with PODS. We had the biggest storage, where we put our furniture, in our driveway while we were having a remodeling work done at home. The container was sturdy and safe. They also had told us it was waterproof and it was. We just put a lock on it and we felt it was good. We did the booking both online and over the phone. Their website was fine as long as you remember your password, which we did not. PODS stuck to their word, and they followed through. PODS is affordable, and it is a great resource for temporarily holding your belongings.

I hated moving in a U-Haul the first time so I went with PODS. I did the quote online, which was really easy, and then I had to do the actual order on the phone. I got the largest container that you could fit on a flatbed and it was spotless. Their reps were really good and helpful. Overall, PODS was really professional, easy to deal with and got my stuff there on time and picked it up on time. Going with PODS is a lot easier than packing in a U-Haul and I didn’t have to drive. I’ve recommended PODS to a few people already.

We do garage floor coating so I've got to empty the contents of the garage into a pod for one or two days and then put everything back in the garage. I call PODS for my customers and I originally tried them because of a salesman who walked into my office. After I found out that he had left, I tried someone else and got really disgusted. I came right back to PODS and we've been using them for seven years now. Customer service was really the reason and I would tell others not to call anybody else.

I needed storage and since I've used PODS before, I booked them again. I did it online and the process was very easy for me. The container that we got was fine, it was clean. The driver dropped the pod off when I was not home. I had it for a month and I was due to return it on January 1st which was a holiday and January 2nd they were closed. So, the earliest I could return it after the month was January 3rd, but I told them I didn’t want to be charged for the second month because it wasn’t my fault that I couldn’t return it. They said they had to charge my card but they will credit it back and they took care of that fine. They were great. I'll recommend them.

I moved across the country, but then I needed to store my stuff for a while. I booked up the information online and then I called PODS. It was nice to not have to pay movers and then move it into a storage facility. Everyone that I dealt with at PODS was fantastic. I had one snafu when they charged me for nine months of insurance but I actually cancelled it before. So I called them up and they fixed it right away. There were several drivers and the one at the end put my pod in a space where the apartment building freaked out. But he came back that same day and was able to move it. So there were no complaints. I would absolutely recommend PODS. They'll show up when they say they're going to show up. They'll move it like they say they're going to. And you can expect good service from them.

PODS was great. I had them for moving and storage. The booking process was easy and it was all available online. They were also available on the phone locally. My only problem was with packers who packed it as I couldn't get the door open. The customer service put me in touch with the local person and got things resolved with the door. They sent someone out quickly to take care of it and find out what the problem was. They worked it out. The drivers, on the other hand, always called in advance to let me know they were coming. They had an email reference the day before, as well as text messaging. They were always right on schedule, right on time and very helpful.

PODS had name recognition and I booked and cancelled several times. The final time, I did it over the phone and they made it very easy. They explained everything and walk me through the process. It was painless. They came to the house and we packed the box. We got the biggest one, a 16 footer, which was adequate. The container had a metal head and some wood on the bottom. The top was metal also and it had fasteners on the sides for ropes. It was clean and sturdy enough.

I went online to find PODS but then I preferred to call them so that if I had questions, they would be answered immediately. But I've been on their site numerous times whenever I needed things changed or updates. Their reps were great but when I booked my second pod, they changed the rate that I was being charged. They said the first one was not right. I was also told that the only ones they take out of the state are the 7 and the 16 foot containers. They kept telling me that a three-bedroom house would fit into one 16 foot. I got two of the big pods to be delivered to Alabama. But then, I had to go to U-Haul to get a 7 foot trailer on top of the two big pods I got from PODS. I didn’t have enough room since I had more real wood furniture than most people do. But the first pod was stored so we didn’t have to get it, take it to the storage unit, pick it up and put it in something else. It was all done.

I went with PODS for moving and storage. Their customer service stood out, their cost was comparable with anybody else, and we were happy to know they have the climate controlled storage which we needed because we had our things in there for six months. When I called, they answered the phone. I didn't have to wait very long. I like that when I ordered something it was done correctly. It went very smooth. The guy who dropped the storage off was very nice and he dropped it off instead right where we wanted it. The guy that picked it up, on the other hand, was new and he was nice. He tore the crap out of the sign at the park. and he made me a little nervous. Everybody was very pleasant. If I have to move again, I'd definitely use them.

The dates on my situation both moving out of my place and moving into the new place were fluid. I liked PODS' flexibility. It was a lot more convenient to be able to have them pick the pod up and store it until I was ready. I booked the pod over the phone, and I had a pleasant interaction with their rep all the way across. When I signed up, it was when they had a big hurricane down in Florida so the website was down for a little bit. It was coincidental, but I was able to call and talk to somebody and they were great and I got everything arranged. And the local manager was fantastic. So, I was tickled that the whole process was seamless.

I needed PODS for moving and storage and I wanted the convenience of being able to move the pod units around where I needed them. The reps all seemed to be great. We needed four of the 16' containers in the end and they were sturdy, clean and nice. The driver that ended up picking up our container was amazing. We were moving the containers to one house and it was a logistics nightmare, but he was very helpful. It was a really nice way of doing the move and people should strongly consider using it.

I got a container from PODS for storage because we got affected by Harvey. I did it on a Saturday and they said there was a container available with the size I was looking for and I booked it online which was really easy. The drivers were great. They even let us know that there were locks available because I had ordered a lock and they were out of locks that time. The driver said to make sure that I call customer service, which I did. I talked to customer service and let them know that they needed to take the lock off of my charge and they did. Everything went smoothly. When I requested them to pick up the container, they picked it up and I didn’t have any problems. I'd tell others to go for PODS too because I had an excellent experience.

Back in December, we used PODS and I got two big containers, the 16-ft ones, for shipping. I wish they had a bigger one. But with PODS, it was convenient that I can pack it myself. At that particular time, I did the booking on the phone and the representative was fabulous. The drivers were awesome too. Everything was fine. If one is into packing it in themselves, PODS is the way to go.

We’re moving across the country from Illinois to Georgia. I considered PODS' pricing initially and the hours it would take to drive it and decided to go with them. I booked over the phone and their reps made the process really simple for me. I’m traveling back and forth between Illinois and Georgia right now, and I like the convenience of having pods for 30 days and being able to unload it and then calling them to schedule the additional pods. I got the 8 x 8 x 16 pod but the last container seemed like a new container, taller than the first one, but they were clean and easy to use, and all my stuff was fine.

We needed containers for our moving and storage needs, and PODS was already a familiar name, so we decided to book with them. I tried booking it online, but it kept erroring and wouldn’t book. So, I had to speak to someone on the phone. We got the 8x8x16 container, and we had it packed to the brim. The driver called ahead, and was considerate about where we wanted to put the pod. We’ve had good experiences with their drivers. We’ve also had one delivered to the house down south, and they were great as well.

I thought PODS was unique first off. The biggest thing that I liked in the whole advertising scheme was the fact that they were on the ground and they were all in four or five inches off the ground to the loading deck. I did not have to use any lifts or ramps or any special devices to lift up to that four inches. It’s very convenient. We did moving and storage with them. We picked up stuff in California and brought it to Arizona and we unloaded it here.

We were selling our house in Arizona and we were moving back to Michigan. We knew that there would be about a three-month timeframe between leaving Arizona and being able to move in to our new home in Michigan because it was under construction. And we knew we were going to need storage as part of our move. I got estimates from movers, and then I called to get the rates from PODS because we wanted to know how much things cost including padding materials for protecting furniture that we would take. They gave us a breakdown, told us what all our options were, and walked me through as far as the website and finding everything that we would need. They recommended that if we needed a dolly for moving the heavier stuff, we could just rent one from Lowe’s or Home Depot, which was what we did.

I was staging my house before I move two months ago. PODS came highly recommended and I would also tell others to use them. Booking my 16 x 8 x 8 container online was very easy. Everything was also done in the appropriate times that they said they were coming. Each and every one of the drivers was phenomenal. They were all nice and knowledgeable. They took time to talk and it was actually very pleasant. The container was clean and ready to go. It was just refurbished and it was fine. It also came back in the same way so everything was still good. Plus a couple of days later, I heard from a manager asking me what my experience was. Everything I had was a pleasant experience and things couldn't have gone any better.

I needed PODS' storage and I knew that I could still leave their container at the house where I was. I didn’t have to worry about it being somewhere else. The pod's size was perfect, and the driver was very congenial and explained everything. It worked out great and I'm glad I got them.

I needed storage and went with PODS for the convenience. I booked online and it was a positive experience. Everything was good interacting with the people at their customer service call center as well. They had to call to let me know it was on its way or when it's going to be picked up. I didn't have any problems with them either. Working with PODs is very convenient, the way they bring it out and set it up and come back to pick it up. The only thing is it was a little on the expensive side. I thought that was just a little bit too much. But at the time I needed it, I had to go along with it. But other than that, it was okay.

I was happy with PODS, and I'm partial to PODS because I know them. I booked a 16-foot container over the phone -- it was the size I needed. It was clean and nice, and I had it full. I needed them for moving and storage and then bringing it back to my place. The reps answered everything I wanted and they were very helpful. They took care of everything I needed, made sure I was covered, and made sure I understood everything. The experience with them was outstanding. When the lady driver picked it up, I was very pleased. She was very helpful, friendly, and energetic. Everything went great. If I ever have to move again, I wouldn't look for anybody else. I'd go straight to PODS because they're the number one and the only one on my list. And anybody that's in need of storage or moving, absolutely I will tell them to call.

We were moving some items from Massachusetts down to Florida and when I looked at the online comments, PODS was highly rated. I booked a pod over the phone and the rep I talked to was amazing. She explained everything from soup to nuts, how everything worked, and how much would be charged on my credit card. They told me that there was a fee for dropping off the pod, for picking it up, and for shipping it. So it was very smooth from when we got the pod picked up, loaded, and when they dropped it off. They told us when it would be delivered in Florida and they always called ahead of time. They were very good. They would also email and tell us they were coming. Then they would call the day before and gave us a time window. When the mover came to drop the pod off or pick it up, he even called when he was on his way to the house.

We were calling around and PODS was probably the most convenient and most economical. I went online to book for the moving and storage service, and then I decided to call them instead, on the phone. The customer service was the best I've ever had with any company. They were very professional and answered every question I had thoroughly. I requested for the 16 foot container since it had to be moved across states. And it was very clean and the perfect size with ample space that we needed. It was a box-looking unit that we were very impressed with and was easy for us to pack. The inside had braces that we could actually use and ropes to secure our items. We were amazed at the way it was delivered too.

I needed a pod to store my belongings for a few months. PODS was the only one around to do that without me having to rent a truck and move it into a storage unit and then rent a truck to move it out. So, I booked with them online and I got a 16-foot container. I was usually at work but they would always call beforehand, picked the pod up and dropped it off with no incident. Everything went fine. I'd recommend them to my friends.

We packed three 16 footer pods with all the furniture and put them in storage for a few minutes. Then, the pods were delivered to our new house and we had movers there unloading for us. This is the second time that we've used PODS and it was so nice and much more convenient to be able to load up the furniture on site rather than having to get trucks and take them to a storage place.

We’re doing business and for a couple of years now, we've been using PODS for storage for material. I have two that I’ve been renting for a while and I got the largest size they have, the 16-foot container. I use PODS all the time and I’ve never had any problems.

PODS did great. We were a returning customer and we tried to book for storage and moving online but we ended up calling in. It was just easier. The system kept telling us that the online booking wasn’t functioning properly. We called a couple of different people and it was very professional. The carrier drivers were also very nice people. They called us before they got there so I got plenty of notice. Everything went smooth. The next time we move we'll use PODS again.

I got PODS for storage and they dropped it off at our house and we just used it on driveway while we had some renovation done. Their staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me everything I needed. They explained all the terms, explained when the POD was going to be delivered and the procedure of how it was going to be picked up.

PODS brought me a pod, I packed it, and they moved it to my new location. They were recommended by my realtor, but what I liked about it was I could take my time packing it. I booked it online and it was really easy. I had it all arranged then I made some changes to dates when I needed it moved to the other location and they were good about that. They even called to make sure that that was what I wanted. I ordered the largest container they had and everything functioned properly. It was clean when it got here and had the lock that I asked for. PODS did a great job and I'd use them again. I would also recommend them to my friends.

Usually vendors are difficult to deal with. They don't tell you the whole story or paint things better than what they are. But our experience with PODS is one of those rare experiences I've had in dealing with a vendor where they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did it in a professional and courteous way, and I'd recommend PODS to anybody.

When I sold my home, the people that bought it did not want to close for almost four months. I wanted to be able to load at my convenience. I'm in Washington state and once the rain starts, you don’t want to be moving. My closing date was December which was a terrible time to move, and I wanted a lot of my stuff loaded before the rain came in. I called PODS one weekend and the rep was great. They told me all the prices and really helped me out quite a bit.

I have family members who had used PODS before and they were happy with it. I also used them when I needed a couple of units to store some house furniture in. I booked the first container over the phone and the rep I spoke with was very nice and friendly, and knowledgeable, too. I did the second one online and navigating their website was good. The containers came in good condition. They were clean and weren't tore up. My experience was good and if a friend would need a storage unit, I would recommend PODS.

PODS broke my fence and the Customer Service was horrible! I had to contact them several times to check on the status and it took 2 weeks to receive any kind of response from them! The District Manager of Denver acted as if it was my fault and took no accountability for the company. I did not receive a response from them and have since then taken it to a lawyer! I will handle it in court, as their Customer Service was less than acceptable! Do not go through them. If your property is damaged... you will have a hell of a time getting any response and furthermore... any resolution to your problem! They want your money, but deny when they are at fault!!! Go through someone else if you can! My suggestion... go through another moving company if possible! They are unreliable!!!

I liked PODS' customer service. I booked with them over the telephone and the rep I talked to was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was happy with being able to speak to somebody in real life who got down to give me some quotes. I also got a military discount. Plus, they seemed to be very efficient and timely with their answers. I got the 7 foot container and it was in great condition when it arrived. It was as promised. Then, the drivers were very cordial and professional when they made the delivery and the pickup. They also called ahead of time to let me know when they'd be arriving. I highly recommend PODS. They weren't the least expensive option but they were the perfect one for me.

I had three 16-foot pods both for moving and storing. I went with PODS because of the reviews on the internet, and I booked them over the phone. The reps were good, and they told me what I needed to know and what I needed to do. The pods were nice and clean, but I did not have enough because I have accumulated a lot of stuff. So, that caused me to get rid of some of them, which that was good. The only problem we had was about the roll-up doors. Some of the stuff inside shifted and blocked the doors for a while, and I couldn't figure out how to get in there and get it out. Nevertheless, they are very convenient. I was satisfied.

Booking with PODS online was straightforward and setting up the delivery date and time range went well. I estimated how long I'd have it for, which turned out to be significantly longer than I thought but that was okay.

My son had used PODS before when he moved back here from Montgomery, Texas. I had some moving that would have to go through the Canyon so I went with PODS. Things were mixed up when I called but they straightened the situation out. I got the biggest container which they couldn't put in the driveway, so they put it out in front of the house. I had some things that were broken though like one of my casserole dishes and my crock pot which I really miss. It was bent and was cracked inside. Also, when I was setting it up online, it said that it was going to cost $197, but it ended up costing me $625. So I called PODS and they said it was for the initial payment, for the drop-off and the pickup. But overall, I was happy with the service.

I talked to many different people at PODS and everything was fine. I particularly like the Memphis managers at the warehouse. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and anyone who came out to all the locations was great to work with. We got the smallest container that can go across the state line and it was clean. It was bigger than I really needed, but that was all I could get.

It was also able to accommodate because I didn’t know what I was going to be doing, so I wanted the ability to have it in storage and be able to retrieve it. The website just needs to improve in remembering my password but other than that, I'd change nothing. The agent I spoke with was good. I felt a little distant from him, but everything worked out fine. Maybe it was just my stress of the moving. I reserved two 16 and a 7, knowing that I was going to cancel one of the 16s or the 7. It turned out that I cancelled the 7. I needed more of the 16. They came on one time, and then they picked it up. Then they brought the other one and then picked that up. After the first one was filled, then I made the determination what the second would be.

I had a POD and they stored it for me and then they transported it from New Jersey to Florida. I got PODS for two things -- cost and being able to pack my stuff and then being able to lock it. I’d heard so many stories of people that when there was storage involved their belongings got damaged or lost and then there was always some kind of a negotiation back and forth whether it did even exist and what was it worth. I didn’t want to go through that.

They dropped off an empty 8 x 8 x 16 POD and I filled it to the brim. They picked it up when I sealed it, they drove it to Daytona Beach and stored it. Then they redelivered it when I asked them to and took it away empty. I liked having control of my product, and I loaded and unloaded my stuff myself, and everything was there when I unlocked it. Also, the container went through Hurricane Irma down here, so they had it stored in a safe place.

Then I did the schedule for the drop off and the pick up at home with the phone app. The reps have been wonderful. Wonderful. The experience was 5 stars all the way around. However, I could use a little bigger storage than what I got. We weren't there during the drop off was accomplished, and the driver called to confirm where we wanted it because I set it up wrong in the app. However, it was exactly where we needed it based on the detail specified in the app. I also did the same thing for the drop-off. There are cheaper competitors but the price comes with some benefits. Overall, I'm happy.

PODS delivered the POD to Florida and we moved to Missouri. They had a good price. I booked with them online and then somebody called me. The person I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable and very nice. I requested for the 17 foot, the big one. And the drivers, who dropped it off and picked it up and got it here, were very nice and took care of everything.

In a normal storage unit, one got to get a truck, move it, store it there, and get another truck and move it there. Whereas with PODS, one moves into a pod then the pod goes to the house and one unloads it. So it was a simple type of process and easy to use. The other thing that’s nice about the pod is there's really no elevation difference. One doesn't have to worry about a ramp. It makes the loading and unloading process a lot easier where one is at ground level.

Also, I thought a 12 foot container would be perfect but that's only used for local. I went for the 16 'cause I know the smaller one won't be big enough and I filled it up good and it could use some more. And it was good with the drivers. The container always got picked up within the window, usually, towards the lower end of the window, which was amazing. One of the drivers just blew me away too. He backed up his truck right underneath the pod first try, no moving around. He just got it. I wish I could drive like that.

I was moving from my house in California to Oregon. I've heard good things about PODS. I didn't want to go with a moving company because of the bad stories I've heard about them. I have a friend that used movers and they ain't great. They'd have one custom saucer and she has a lawsuit against them right now. But with PODS, it was great. I packed my own and they were great help to me in what to do and how to handle everything. It couldn't have worked better. Fortunately, I had family to help me pack. My husband died. And so, I had to go right down and sell a house and empty it out. My family came down there and they filled the pod for me to the brim. We closed it up with my lock. You have to use your own lock.

We put most of our household furniture and some clothing into PODS storage in Ottawa in late 2014. We were in the process of building our home and so our items were left in storage for over 2 years. When we unloaded all our furniture and clothing, we were shocked to find that all our furniture had a black greasy film on it (I assume from all the diesel, petrol vehicles that they constantly use to move containers around, so we had to get rid of items that didn't clean up (upholstered beds, etc. as it was impossible to get rid of the film)).

The container was stored for 4 months before it was delivered and the guy who picked it up was, again, very polite and nice. PODS picked up and brought the container back when they said they were going to, and everything was wonderful. Then, I talked my friend into using PODS and she also had a very good experience.

So I knew about them, and the ease and convenience of getting them in. The billing was easy, too, and I put it on my credit card. Then they scheduled to come out and got the pod back.

There were some questions about the location where I wanted the pod to be delivered. But overall, I had a good experience with them. I was moving from Atlanta, Georgia to Upstate New York. I used PODS for a moving container and a little bit storage because of the quality of their container. They were very sturdy. Nothing was breaking through that thing. It's very clean, too. I originally booked online at first and then I had a booking through the phone. Their website was all right. The only thing that was a little bit confusing was when my order was actually delivered to the storage facility in Syracuse, New York. I couldn’t actually see that it was delivered there and it just like automatically took the order away. It just said I had no existing orders.

We were going to be without a house for a while. And so, we were trying to figure out a way to store without having to move it more than one. I originally went online to book with PODS and then the date just kept on changing, so we called them afterward to make the appointment. I loved the way that PODS works. However, I didn’t realize that you had to have an appointment to pick it back up. I told the guy that dropped the pod off that I needed it picked up by tomorrow or the next day because they were going to pull the place out where we put the pod. So, when I called down there and told their reps that the pod was ready to be picked up, they said, “We don’t have anything to be able to pick anything up for two weeks.” Apparently, the guy turned around. So, I talked to the head of sales down there but he didn’t seem to be a very good salesman because he just said, “Oh, yeah. I'm sorry. There's just nothing I can do about it.”

I tried booking PODS online but it kept kicking me out. I would hit the last procedure then it would start over again. But it actually captured what I was trying to do. I called them and they were able to pull up the information and tell me that it was captured. They took care of my issue immediately. They were delightful and I felt very comfortable. I got the medium container and when the driver came, he was training somebody on how to drop the pod off. They were very nice, polite and helpful. The only thing that I thought was interesting was after we set an approximate date, there was no follow-up as a reminder that my pod was still there or whether I knew that somebody had my stuff. That aside, it was a great experience. They were reasonable, efficient and very professional.

We were in the middle of moving and we had to get all my junk out of the house so we could show the house. PODS had what I needed, had a fair price and seemed more user-friendly. We were watching him how he unloaded then reloaded the units. We had never seen it before, so we were intrigued by it. He was very nice and accommodating. It worked out and was convenient for us. It saved a lot of work as far as having to reload a moving truck and then unload it. The fact that the pods when delivered were sitting on the ground, which made it easy for us to unload and bring stuff into the house rather than going up a ramp. PODS made the second move very easy for us.

I had a storm knock a tree down and it damaged my garage. I talked to the people at my insurance company and said I was going to call PODS. They said okay so after I checked everything online, I called PODS. They did so much advertisement that they came right to my mind. I told the gentleman on the phone what I needed and he told me what I should get. I had to move everything out of the garage and put it in the pod that they delivered to my driveway. I got the medium sized container which was white and had PODS on it. It was clean and my things were very safe in it. The gentleman that came and delivered it was the same guy that picked it up. He was very professional. The billing went great, too. I kept the pod for a couple of weeks. Then, after I got my garage fixed, I moved everything back in the garage. I recommended PODS to a couple of my friends that needed some short-term storage.

Booking PODS online was really easy. I just picked the type of bus that I want and then looked for a schedule date. I got the largest one and they called to tell me when they were going to be there. They also asked to diagram out where I wanted it and that's where they put it. Using PODS was far easier than figuring out a rental truck and moving things multiple times.

It ended up not being an issue since we were here and ready for them to come. It was a great experience.

I priced several storing or moving companies and PODS was close and had a little better feel to everything. They had the metal containers with the door compared to U-Haul that had wooden ones. I've also been aware of the name PODS because I've seen it about. I booked with them over the phone and the agent I talked to was very helpful. It got complicated though as I had things come up where we had to make changes and I had to call in to make the changes because I wasn't able to make them online. We used the medium-sized containers and everything went smoothly with their drivers. It was an overall good experience and I would recommend PODS to anybody who's looking.

Seeing the PODS name all over the place, I figured it must be a good company because there were a lot of people using it. I started booking with them online and progressed into making a phone call because I wasn’t really able to easily do it online. I spoke to excellent customer service people and got their smaller sized pod which worked out very well. It was really a surprise because when I first got it on the driveway, I didn't think it was all going to fit. But it did with little room to spare. I had a really good experience. Everything that I packed into my pod, got there safe and sound. There was no problem so I would highly recommend PODS.

I moved from one state and had my things in storage for three months prior to moving into a home in the other state. PODS was the one that I knew the most about over the years and I did some comparison with other companies, but I ended up going straight to PODS anyway. I booked two 16 footer containers over the phone and the ones I got were brand new and clean. The reps I talked to were very good and informative. And their drivers were thorough in doing their jobs. They picked up the pods and let me know what was going to happen to them before it happened. They're pretty much the best company out there.

We were selling two houses and buying a new house, and we had to get out of our houses. We closed down our other house so, while we're looking at what would be the best possibility, a friend said to us they had used PODS. So, we went online, found the number and looked it up. After looking at all their options, we called the number to speak to a customer service person to try to get their detail about the process and they were excellent.

I've known about PODS for a long time. We had to move, so I went online, found their number and called them. We had our stuff in storage for six to seven months with them. I used two 16-footers and they were clean and in good shape. At some point, we had to trade a smaller container for a larger container, and it all went very smoothly. Also, I loved the drivers. The first guy explained to me exactly what was going to happen. He brought the containers up with him from where he was, and dropped them off. And then, he came back the very next morning to get them off my street. When we got here and had the containers delivered, the second guy was just as nice. Our house is in a new development, so we're not even on GPS. So, he had to call and ask us where to come, and it all worked out. Everything was dropped off on time.

People in my neighborhood used PODS so I figured they were reputable. I called when for my moving and storage needs and their reps set everything up for me. They explained everything to me and told me what I could and couldn’t do because of San Diego’s rules on pods. It worked out all great and I have no complaints about them. They got here when they said they would. We probably could have used a bigger container though. But the two units we rented were big enough. Also, I wish they let us know how much time they were going to need for delivery. Having our stuff in storage and having a house redone, we didn’t know exactly when. And in an area like Palm Springs, there is only a certain day they deliver. Other than those, I have recommended PODS twice.

We relocated and used PODS for the moving of our possessions. We liked the flexibility that they offered and booking with them was comfortable and straightforward. My interaction with the PODS rep was friendly and succinct. The container was clean. I absolutely filled it to the brim. Everything showed up and nothing broke. I also had a good interaction with them when the pod was delivered. The guy asked, “Where do you want it? I'm going to make sure it's going to be good for you and for the people living around the area.” He was very cognizant about the sizing and the impact it was going to make on the neighbors. Everything worked just as it was supposed to, so I'm real happy. If we have to relocate again, we'll probably use the service again.

I moved and my house wasn’t ready, so PODS stored my things for me. I looked at other companies and they were a lot more expensive so I went with PODS. I did it all online. I had a couple of questions along the way, so I called and got answers right away, and I was perfectly satisfied. Whenever we were having a transfer of the pod, like when they came to pick it up when I had it packed, the gentleman driving the truck would call and schedule the night before and come get it the next day. It was all very painless so I'm very happy. The driver was awesome and perfect. They made sure that it was placed in the right way and that it was where I wanted it. I got the biggest container which was a 16 footer. But I could have used a bigger one. Instead of doing two or three, which was going to get expensive, I stored in a local facility storage unit. We ended up putting all of the heavy furniture in the pod so that it goes out door-to-door, which worked out beautifully.

I used PODS before and when I moved out, I stored my furniture with them for about a week then I moved into a new home. I had an excellent experience. The reps were really helpful and it went very well with their drivers too. I ended up with two of their 16-foot containers. And when I had to change a couple of dates, they worked with me.

My sister-in-law told us about PODS and she had had a good experience with them. We liked the cost and we didn't know where we're going to be moving. My husband did the booking online. We stored our belongings for about five months with them then they moved us to Denver. When we got to Denver, we had one pod delivered and it was delivered the next day. They came and picked it up afterward.

I've used PODS before and I've been satisfied with their service. I booked again and needed them to deliver a pod, pick it up, deliver it again, and pick it up once more. I started booking online then I did it over the phone. I got their largest container and the drivers who picked it up were all great. They were also timely and efficient in moving my pod. All in all, it was very easy to move that way.

I needed PODS for moving so I booked everything online and set it all up, and a representative confirmed everything. I instructed their rep to drop the pods off and pick it up on a certain date and drop it off at our new house. Their reps were excellent across the board. However, the 12-foot container that I got was a little too small but I insisted on that because I thought it would work. I had good interactions with their drivers however, they cannot deliver to the city of Martinsburg, the city where I bought a house. Naturally, I was concerned about that and I had to call the police department to make sure it was okay to park out on a city street.

I was moving and I needed the storage space and I wanted to be able to pack my stuff up at my own without necessarily paying for the time it took. I did some research online, and then I ended up calling PODS to confirm the reservation. My interactions with their customer service went well. They offered me a promotion that I hadn’t been aware of, which was great. The promotion that they had offered was contingent on me using three months, and I ended up using just shy of three months. But they ended up waiving the third month delivery fee. I didn’t meet any of their drivers in person, but I received phone calls whenever they were coming to pick up or deliver. And those were all positive as well. One called to say that he had trouble navigating like some power line and he wanted to let me know so that I could let future drivers know. That was good to hear.

I moved from a high-rise downtown up to the suburbs. I booked with PODS over the phone and the reps I spoke with were delightful. They came and parked one container by my old place. It sat there for a few days. It was loaded up. Then it arrived at my new place. It was a very pleasant and positive experience. The container is mobile and it's reasonably secure. It has this very interesting pickup and delivery system that requires this fairly adroit and skilled person. I wouldn’t want to have his job to pick those things up. It'd be easy to screw up if you had bad hand-eye coordination. PODS is a marvelous 21st century way of moving. Overall, they were efficient and reasonably priced plus they keep their word.

Every time I move, I use PODS. It’s convenient and all of my stuff is safe. I’ve booked mostly online and it's easy, but a couple of times I’ve had to call because I wanted to clarify something. Their reps treat me very well and they answer my questions. I recently used a smaller container ‘cause I only had a couple of rooms of furniture, but I had plenty of room left over. The drivers are all very friendly and they know what they’re doing. The last place where they delivered had tight corners and they were really good about parking it exactly where I needed it. PODS is the way to go and I wouldn’t trust another company.

I had used PODS when I moved from Philadelphia to Little Rock and they were excellent. I used them again when I moved 370 miles from Little Rock, Arkansas to St. Louis, Missouri. I booked over the phone and the representative I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We got everything together when I had to make a small change. I just called her back and everything was fine. I needed a 16 and a medium container but they didn’t have a medium anymore, so I used their smaller one. They were both in excellent condition and we had no problems at all. They put an identifier on the lock so if the seal was broken, I'd know somebody got into it between the time it left me and the time I got it back. Also, the drivers were very polite. They came in and put the containers where I needed them. If I suggested something that probably wouldn’t work, they were very knowledgeable saying they couldn't move it to that side and they explained why.

We sold our home but we didn't have another house to move into. We had a gap of about a couple of weeks in between them. Bekins came out and gave me a quote. But because to store it was just sky-high, I didn't even consider them. My real estate agent told me about PODS and they worked so well for us. It all went really smoothly with their reps and we didn't have any issues. We got the biggest pod but it wasn't near enough so a couple of days later, we got another one. The pods were in good shape and were clean. The PODS team picked all our stuff, stored it and when we got the new place, delivered the pod to it. I was amazed that when we got the stuff back out, nothing got broken nor shifted. I thought it was just for sure because I packed it myself and didn't do a great job.

PODS helped me with moving and storage. Our son moved from California to Nebraska and when I was researching, PODS stood out as being the best move. We didn’t go to U-Haul because they charge by the mileage and we weren’t sure about the container size, etc. However, PODS' advertising was a bit misleading at that time. It said moving from one place to another place, but you have to be within a 50-mile radius of a PODS service center, which he wasn’t. So, we had to rent a 10-feet truck and drive it to where he was going to be living. That was the only downfall we saw but our move was entirely different because we stayed within a 50-mile radius.

I used PODS a couple of years ago and it was pretty easy to get a container. I had one again in my driveway while I was doing a remodeling job and I had plenty of room for them to put it on site. The prices went up quite a bit from the last time I used them, but both times have worked out for me. I booked the most recent one over the phone and the reps I spoke with when I initially set it up and when I called to have it taken away were both great. I got the larger pod and my stuff were safe in it. The only thing was, towards the end, it was really hard to slide the lock mechanism because it was so rusted. I used one of the big locks that they request when you have storage, like a SheerGuard, and they needed to just use a smaller lock because I couldn’t get in and open the pod.

We were storing and renovating. And PODS could bring the container here. I did the booking online but then had to call, too, and the representative I spoke with was fine. Our experience with PODS was super easy, and I'd recommend them.

I like the whole idea of PODS and it's a very nice system. I booked one small 8x8x7 pod online to be used for a move and it was easy to do. A big empty box came, which we were supposed to fill, and it was in fine shape. We were very happy with the experience.

PODS was recommended so I called them when I needed storage services. I got multiple containers, 16-foot pods, and they were appropriate for my needs. And when I needed adjustments because the amount that I paid would not have been used up and I needed my payment to be prorated, which they did, their service was exceptional. I was very happy with PODS and I would have no problems using them again or recommending them to anybody.

I had a trailer that I had to empty out and put in a pod so I can tear it down and put another one in its place. PODS moved all of the stuff that was in the pod back into the new trailer and I have one small pod left, the 12 by 12. When I called PODS, their reps were very nice and the young lady that delivered the pod was very informative. The young man that delivered the other POD was the same and the man that came and picked up the big pod and transferred the small pod to another location in my yard did the job very quickly and safely.

We had two pods delivered, and then picked up, and stored for a few months and then delivered back. Pods provided the service we needed because we needed some storage time at a local storage facility. They worked out for us. We decided they were the best choice to go for that service. Their reps were real helpful and got everything situated. The pods were good containers. They were clean and they were what I needed.

Although I have no complaints about the POD unit itself, it did make moving easier... I do have a major complaint about their customer service. My POD delivery was delayed due to snow... This I understand completely but I had to have my POD packed and moved that coming Wednesday which is why I scheduled it Saturday prior to give me the time to load it at my leisure. But since they don't work on Sundays and Monday was a holiday I was left with one day to load it. I asked if they could then make sure that it is delivered in the morning since I had work, and I needed to make sure they had room... All they could do was "request" a time. THIS is my main issue with them... They are not willing to work with you at all.

When I looked on the internet, there was like a chat show and PODS called me back immediately. The next day, different moving companies started calling, but I decided to go with PODS because their customer service was awesome. I’ve never seen a customer service quite like that before, so it was great. The booking process over the phone went great. I was a little concerned about everything concerning the move, but their reps put my mind at ease, and the original gal took care of everything for me. Everybody was so polite every single time I called, so it was a nice experience. I got the middle-size container and it really worked out perfectly. I had some gentlemen pack my belongings so that it’d fit very well and I felt safe. I spoke with the driver that dropped the pod off initially, and he was incredible. I was really pleased with that. I would recommend the company.

I started with PODS online and it was fairly easy. I also had to get over the phone and the reps were excellent. I used a good-sized container though it could have been twice its size. I live out in the country and I had a building go down, so I stuck everything that could get wet in the container.

PODS was convenient. I moved three times within a month. At that time, I wasn’t physically ready to do the moving truck again. I talked to PODS customer service over the phone and everybody from PODS was great. I got a 16 footer unit and then they delivered it, loaded it, stored it for about three days, then they came and picked it up.

PODS had a better cost, and we could load their pod and take as long as we wanted to load or unload. It was very easy to book online. Because I thought there was only one size, I ended up getting two containers. But the drivers were great and they were definitely polite and responsive.

I had used PODS before and they gave me a reasonable rate. Although, it would have been nice if they'd given a senior discount. I booked for a mid-sized storage over the phone, and the reps I dealt with were good. The driver who picked up the container was very efficient. There were some trees in the way and he took care not to damage them. One thing I did notice, however, was that the base of the unit was wood, and some of the nails were poking up, so to me, it's a tripping hazard. So, I just taped it down with a lot of heavy tapes so it wouldn't catch the shoe. It would be nice if they could make sure the nails weren't sticking up with the base. It came clean and it was nice that it has the hanging lots for the clothes hangers, which was a nice feature. I also like the fact that they had all the little information posted inside about what to do with spiders and stuff as it was a nice tip. I would recommend them. I had priced out some other units

We used PODS for moving and then we had our things stored for a few days. Our container wasn't that big but it took everything that we were going to take to our new place. The drivers were nice guys and they told me all about how the pod worked. They put it out on our driveway and it was good where they put it. We tied a lot of our stuff down and everything came in one piece.

I looked up PODS online but booked it over the phone. I knew that it wouldn't be super cheap, but it was reasonably priced. The rep kept things real simple and easy for me to understand. I'm more of a phone person, but I used the website as a reference like if I needed to go check on something, and it was easy. The container was clean and secure. Also, the drivers were very good and I really liked them. I would recommend PODS and I have recommended it to others. If I ever need to move, they're the ones I'll use.

I am very pleased with the service that I got and the whole experience with Pods. It was my second time using them. We were doing a construction project. I needed to get all my content on my garage emptied. That’s what I put in the pod. Booking a pod, returning or asking for the container to come back for me to empty were very simple and easy.

I booked with PODS over the phone and their reps were very nice and very helpful. I got the biggest container, the 16 feet, and I felt that I had the correct size. The first time they gave us a pod, it was damaged, so I called them back and they did bring a brand new one out. There was too much of stuff, but my kids helped me and we just put them at their house until I needed them. PODS did a great job, and everything worked out great. I was very pleased with them, and I would recommend them. If I had to move again, I would also do the same thing.

I was moving into a new house and PODS delivered the 16-foot container in a timely fashion. They had to deliver it to my driveway because I wasn't able to move my furniture into the house. They barely had a 24-hour notice, but they delivered it. I paid them with a credit card. The agreement was that for as long as I had the pod in my driveway, they would use my credit card to pay the monthly fee. I agreed to that, and they did that. When I called to have the container removed, they were here within two hours of the time they said they would be here, and I had absolutely no problem with them. It was a very good experience. I would definitely use PODS again.

I’ve used PODS for moving and storage, and they were a delight to deal with. I’ve seen them in a lot of places, so I was more familiar with them than any other company. I initially didn’t want to use a storage company and liked the idea of the mobility, which actually worked out in my benefit. I had a 16-foot pod delivered to my house, and the driver who delivered it, as well as the one who picked it up were both extremely polite. They called me ahead of the delivery to let me know that they were coming and said that I didn’t need to be there. They kept me posted, and they put the pod exactly where it was supposed to go. Booking with Pods worked really well. They dropped off a pod for a month. They came and picked it up. The whole process was outstanding. The driver was awesome. He was the same guy that dropped and picked it up. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He said he'd been doing it for a long time. It was nice that it was more than just a job to him. It was something that he kind of owned. In that regard, it was nice because it could have been anybody that dropped something off. I read some reviews online, and some things were good and some things were bad. But with Pods it was good, the driver knew what he was doing. I also had a good experience with their customer service.

We had a one-time deal with PODS when we had a thing at our condominium development. We booked a container over the phone and their customer service reps were okay. We got the size 20 containers and they were good.

We got flooded in Hurricane Harvey, and we needed some storage for furniture while we remodeled the house. My wife booked the biggest container from PODS. The container was in good shape. It didn't leak and it was exactly what we needed. Then we had it set in one spot until PODS picked it up. And the driver was great. He picked it up with the little loader thing, then he got it on the truck and got right out.

I needed pods for us to store some items while we were doing some renovations or clean-ups after a flood. It's two different locations. My experience with the rep has been positive all around. Whatever they said in regards to pricing, delivery, pick-up and location, and everything worked out great. We had the 12-, 16- and the 7-foot containers. I like how they were built. I like how clean they were, and of course, we made sure they came back clean. We had them for a long period of time, so they went through a couple of seasons. And they seemed to do just fine like the materials weren’t damaged. We kept some of them for months. The drivers were very courteous. It was a unique way how they unloaded and loaded, and they didn’t mind me watching them work.

I like PODS' size of the unit available in correlation with cost. I looked at a few others and a lot of the other competitors had smaller units, and I would need multiple units. PODS was easy and affordable so I booked online. Their website was very easy. I was able to schedule my deliveries and pickups and see my cost. The container that I got was the 16 footer. It was clean and functioning and there were plenty of high-down areas. I feel that the size was good for us. I had a three bedroom and two bathrooms in a 16,000 square foot house. We also had a storage unit that we were using for some other stuff, so we didn't have to load our entire home in the pod. The driver called and let us know they were coming both times and put it exactly where we wanted it. They were very nice and professional. I'm happy with the experience, overall.

The moving service PODS offered from Pennsylvania to Florida was more reasonable. We booked their 16 feet pod in October and we moved at the end of November. We could have used a bigger pod because we still had about a half to three-quarters worth of stuff that was still back where we moved from in storage. But they said that was the biggest pod they had. It was clean and pretty sturdy though. We moved before the drivers picked up the pod at the house we moved from but I was sure they got the pod on time and we got it down here on-time as well. They were excellent and very nice. Most everybody I talked to online was pleasant.

I see PODS everywhere so I figured that since everyone else is doing it, there must be something in it for me. I did a lot of research online, then I called an agent and did things mostly over the phone which was excellent. I was hoping for a smaller container, but then they told me that because of the distance of my move, there was only one option that was going to work for me. So, it was good to know up front.

PODS helped me with a move. I booked them over the phone and got the smaller container, a seven-foot on height. I'd tell others to make sure that their association lets them take the pod into their driveway. Other than that, I'd recommend them.

PODS has the flexibility and ability to readily store. I booked 4 of their eight by sixteen containers over the phone and the representatives were very good. They were very helpful especially the first person I talked to who helped me figure out how many I needed. I let them talk me down on the amount and I probably needed one more than I really got. With the 4 pods, I had one delivered early and the other 3 were in storage. The containers were all in really good shape. In fact, I had professional movers helped me with the loading and one of them commented on what good shape the pod was in.

I booked online with PODS as I needed a driveway storage during a remodel. I called in with a question or two, but everything was very smooth. The reps were friendly and really easy to understand. The driver was here when she said she would be. I came out and watched the process, and it was very interesting and nice. Also, the billing was good. We changed the pickup date since we didn’t get everything set inside the house on time, and even on short notice, they were very agreeable to it.

I’ve used PODS before so I went with them again. Everything was fine working with their representative. The only issue that I had with the drivers was that nobody came when they said they were coming, both when they picked it up initially, when they dropped it off here at the site, and when they picked it up from the site. They were all early when they initially dropped it off at my old house to load it up, and when they brought it over to the new house to unload it.

I went with Pods because of their reputation and they’re pretty well-known especially in our area. I’ve always heard good things about them. I called a local guy, Jeff, first and got some information. He told me that online is pretty simple. So after I talked to him initially, I did most of it online. He was very helpful all through it. I had called him a few other times with some other questions and he was always very available and had a lot of information. I moved in and stored for about 15 days or so, and then moved again. Everything was great with them.

I leased a pod so I could move from my house to a senior place. There was a little lag in the move because of the house sale, so I had PODS deliver a pod so I could load the stuff up. Moving companies charge a lot of money and PODS' cost is a little higher than most storage places, but the appeal was only having to load and unload once. Plus the container they have will definitely protect your stuff as long as you pack it right. I had to change the delivery date a few times, but I did that online and it was very simple. I watched the driver unload and it was a lot of fun. They were extremely careful with the water meter and all the stuff close to the driveway, and they made sure that they got it as far over as they could without being dangerous.

I was living in Connecticut and selling my house, and I had some things that I wanted to move to San Diego because my wife moved out here the year before. We did it with movers last year and it wasn’t a good experience. My wife suggested PODS and we looked it up. It seemed reasonable, so we booked the pods. I booked over the phone, but the online site was fine. I used it to check up on a couple of things. I had to use it for some kind of gypsy moth declaration that I had to sign, but the people that I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and professional.

Comparing the pricing versus using a U-Haul and driving as far as I would have to, it was more cost effective for me to go with PODS. I checked out the sizes online, but when I did the actual booking, I called because I wanted to get verification and the price quotes. The reps were very courteous and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I'm glad I went with them. I got the smallest container and when I'd seen it, I was surprised how much I could get in it. It was very clean and sturdy. For as much as I'm sure they're used, it wasn't damaged and it was very well taken care of.

We have had a good word about PODS before. Also their price was reasonable. We had them move a crate from Massachusetts to Nevada. The first time we talked to them, I gave up ‘cause I wasn’t really going anywhere but the second time was really good. We needed more space but the size of the unit we had made us make some good decisions ourselves. The drivers were pleasant. They asked questions and wanted to make sure everything was okay. We had an issue when they got here. We couldn’t open the door. It’s been shifted so much and so, the driver was really helping me trying to move things behind the door to open it. I just hope they improve their online system because it said you can get a quote when you go on there, and you can’t get a quote.

We were remodeling our house and we had to empty rooms so we needed storing and we didn't want to take all the items to the storage shed. I have seen the PODS containers so I went with them. The pod came to our house and it looked brand new, and we didn't have to go take it to a storage unit. Our drop off experience was fantastic. When the driver came and got the pod, we looked out and the next thing I knew it was gone. However, the pod could not go where we wanted it to go and the driver had to go someplace and take it off, turn it around on his foot so that he could put it where it could go. It was a perfect experience for me. We like the fact that it was on-site and we did not have to drag our stuff to a storage

I had a favorable experience with PODS. I used to do a job years back where we always used PODS. And since I used to use their services, I used them again for storage 2 months ago. We needed a storage unit at a job site for a short period of time and so I booked a container online. PODS is not expensive and they come and then leave when they're supposed to.

I previously moved two times, one to Maryland and then back to Illinois, it was a round trip that was about two months apart, and then four years ago, I moved to Georgia and then moved back to Springfield, Illinois. A friend of mine, prior to all of these, had moved from Kansas City to St. Louis and had used PODS, and she highly recommended it. Her stuff all arrived intact, and it wound up being cost-effective for her. So, based on her recommendation, when I was looking to move to Maryland, I priced out several of the drive-it-yourself trucks and PODS and found PODS to be such a load lightener for me. They handle everything. I could hire packers and unpackers through PODS, get local recommendations on both ends, and it wound up being a very effective way to move. I was very happy, and I’ve made each move since then using PODS.

There were some people saying that booking a container with PODS was a good way to go because you could have your time to load it up. When you need it, you'd have your things stored in another place. Sometimes storage could be a problem, too, but we didn’t have the house right away, so it was convenient for us to have it stored. Initially, we got information about PODS online, then once we received whatever we needed, we made the call and spoke to someone. We wrote down whatever the fellow had said and later on, we called them to say that we wanted a pod delivered.

And then, the gentleman who came to the house in Sanibel was just as wonderful.

I used PODS for their transport and storage services, and my experience was great. It made it easier to have someone drop the pod off for me. I could load it at my own time. I wound up booking with PODS on the phone, and their representatives were great and helpful. The actual drivers who picked up and delivered the pod were very good. And they called right before they got here, which was good. They were quick and they left the pod where we asked them. I got the large 16-feet pod. And for the most part, I had to put stuff away in other places and a 20-footer would be good, but they didn't have that. The pod that I got was clean and secure, though. I would use PODS again, and I'd tell my friends that they were easy and convenient to use.

I found the PODS website relatively simple but it was not always performing. So I had called to get some questions answered. Around the scheduling aspect of it. It was just always slow or didn’t show the correct dates. But dealing with their reps has been awesome at the start and great at the end as well. They’re just very kind. They took their time and they were patient. I got the 12' x 8' x 8' and it was perfect size.

We had the pod delivered here with the intentions of filling it up and then having it moved to a second home that we have. We ended up keeping it because we were doing some remodeling here. And so, we filled it up and we had all new flooring put into our home. Then we emptied it ourselves and took things, and did not have them move it to the other location. But PODS did exactly what they said and it was wonderful. I called them, and they were responsive. The pickup was fantastic as well. It was a cold day and the driver was trying to get in the driveway without going into our grass because it was so wet, and he was amazing. My grandkids and I watched him from the window, and he waved to the kids. He was awesome. We had fun watching him pick it up. I would highly recommend them to anybody else.

I used 2 16-foot PODS in storage for about a year. I set it all up online and it was fairly easy to sign on and schedule pick up and delivery. I talked to them on the phone on a number of occasions because their appointment windows were 3 hours. And, on a couple of moves, I had tight deadlines of hiring movers, and the placement of the PODS at locations was critical.

I needed a container set at my house. I heard some favorable comments on PODS so I booked one with them over the phone. Their rep I talked to was great to deal with. I got the largest pod they had and it was clean when I got it. Then I loaded stuff in it and left it there for several months before they moved it to my new location. Initially, I wanted it picked up on a Friday but they said they couldn't pick it up until several days later. But that would have put me into another month of billing so their rep said that they'd have to charge me for half a month. I said it wouldn't have been reasonable because it was not my fault they were overbooked.

We needed to pick up some of our belongings from a moving company in Massachusetts and transport them down to a storage facility in Florida. We looked at moving companies' pricing and we also looked at U-Haul. It seemed a lot more logical to use PODS and besides the pain of a U-Haul, the pricing of PODS was more attractive. Since we did all the research on the phone to understand what went on, we also booked the 16-foot container over the phone. The PODS container seemed very efficient and it has more space compared to U-Haul's 15-foot. In reality, U-Haul's wasn't a full 15-foot because it went over the cab and so one loses space on it.

I got PODS for moving and storage. Their reputation led me to choose them over others. I got the 16 and 12, and the drivers were very friendly, timely, and made sure that they put the pods exactly where I wanted them.

We were moving a bunch of stuff from our house to our daughter's house. We were going to drive it and then rent a vehicle because it kept being more. But then, we decided to just load it into a pod and have it delivered. We felt so smug and smart and we were very happy with our decision. I had a friend that had a pod near driveway. And our son had used PODS some years back when he moved from one place to another.

My daughter used PODS when she moved down here from New York. And once before, I used them, too. They were good so I like them. I recently used both their moving and storing services. First, they moved me from Port St. Lucie. And I put my stuff in storage in St. Lucie. Then, I took my stuff out of storage and brought it over here in Tampa. I did the booking over the phone, and their representatives were excellent. The guy who took the initial call that I made took care of me when I was in Port St. Lucie had everything set up for me. I really liked him. I booked a large container and it came in pretty good condition. And the staff and people that put it together for me was excellent. The delivery driver who picked up the pod was right on time and very professional. Everything PODS did for me was first class. I'd tell my friends that they got to give them a call.

I booked PODS online and the site was very self-explanatory. I got the biggest container that they had, though I probably could have used something bigger. We ended up using a friend of mine's truck and it took three more loads, but it was good because it gave us the ability to do it slowly over. The drivers were all great and very helpful. They were very friendly, they would listen to us and they came out to do stuff without a word or phrase. They brought the container straight to the house and I didn't have to worry about any of that. I've already told people about PODS, and my husband has already recommended them too.

For the convenience, I used PODS' service for moving and storage. I had a good experience navigating through their website, and everybody was great, very helpful and professional when I called. I got one of the larger containers and it was appropriate, sturdy and durable. Also, the drivers who came were both great.

My son had one and a half months of waiting till they could get into their new house and they stored things in the pods. And then PODS took the containers and stored them for my son and then brought them out to the new house. I booked everything on the phone because I’m too scared to do things online and their reps were very good. We changed dates, we changed times and they were real accommodating.

We were going out of state and went with PODS based on people that have recommended them. I did everything online and the website was very user-friendly. I can chat with people about any question and I love that. We had gone to Manchester to see the pods before we ordered one, ‘cause we weren’t sure size-wise. The gentleman there was really good. He walked us around and showed us the inside, so it helped us make our decision. We went with the big one, which was good ‘cause we had everything in. The cost was quite reasonable considering the move, and the pod we got was in really good condition.

My experience with PODS was fine, and the delivery was on the date we agreed to. The person who brought it was very helpful. They picked it up on the timeframe we wanted, and it was delivered when we wanted at the new location. We also have used them before and we haven't had any problems with them. Since I was having problems booking online, I had to do it by phone and the rep I dealt with was helpful. But, then, when I was checking my account, I could get online and do that, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I got a 12-foot container, and it had been worn out, but it was not problematic. We locked it. The drivers were fine, and their pricing is ok but it could be better. It was higher than what we anticipated when it was all said and done. But, we were anticipating a short stay and between construction and everything else, it ended up being longer than we expected. Nevertheless, I like the convenience in using it.

I got to a point where I couldn’t go any further and I couldn’t submit. When I called, I told the girl about that. Everybody, including the driver, was very nice and helpful. I got the 16, but I needed a bigger one and I did not know then that they have one. Still, I’d recommend them.

I didn’t want to afford the movers coming across the country, so we looked into U-Haul trucks or pods but decided to go with PODS. We booked over the phone and all of the reps were very helpful. The first one talked to us about how much he had to move and about what we would need. He was on the ball with him asking about what we had furniture-wise, 'cause he told us we'd need two bigger pods. He was right, so it worked out real well. There was one time we didn’t get a phone call, but we got an email telling us when the pods were going to be picked up. We used two of their big storage pods to move from Illinois to Virginia. The first pod was an older model ‘cause the inside was plywood, but it was all clean and didn’t smell. The second one we got was more like a fiber glass type, but it was also clean.

I used three 16-foot containers from PODS. It took a while for me to move into this other house down south of San Jose in Gilroy so I was in an extended stay and PODS took the containers to their Milpitas Facility and housed on there until I was ready. I finally got into Gilroy and they were right on it. Every time the guys dropped the containers, it was perfect. I did have one container with PACK-RAT but they're terrible and I'll never use nor recommend them.
