We needed to empty out a basement so we used a PODS to keep the content and went through it. We had another storage company but PODS was about $10 cheaper. Plus we live on top of a hill and they seemed to not have any trouble getting the container up the hill without pulling down our cable wire and the other company had trouble doing that.

I was moving to North Carolina from Tennessee and I was going to be cohabiting with my folks for three months prior to moving into our house in Raleigh. So I needed to move my stuff and store them. I booked both moving and storing with PODS over the phone and the rep I spoke with was fantastic. The container was fantastic and everything went well. It was the best way I had ever moved. I'd recommend PODS to other people, and I'd use them again.

It's easy and convenient to move stuff with PODS. You're not really pressed for time and you're not rushing around. You don't have to do any kind of dragging at all. I don't know if it would be considered cheap by all means but you still have the expenditures renting the truck and doing a lot of other things. And one thing they do have which is cool is that they have people that will load that thing up for you and unload it if you won't want to do it. It's a very good concept with PODS. I've moved a few times and doing it with PODS has been the best and the smoothest way.

We relocated from New York to Florida and we were selling the house, and of people that I’ve known that relocated from New York to Florida, it turned out that they picked the moving company, they picked up their furniture and all their belongings, and another company wound up delivering it, and a lot of stuff was broken and it was mixed up with other people’s stuff. I wasn’t happy with any moving company. But with PODS, we put our own lock on it, and we took our own lock off. We booked over the phone and got the largest container, which was a little tight, but we had enough room. The service was on time and I’m very happy with the whole service that was provided. We had a little issue with opening up the door since it was pretty much packed. My wife had called the driver and he said, “Okay, I’ll swing by”, because he was still in the area, and he came and helped us open up the door, which was very nice and very helpful.

The absolute worst experience. Do it online and it will not let you complete. You must call. Then anything you had put it somehow becomes more expensive. They do not show you the total because you'd freak out at the final cost. They are also extremely slow.

I had to empty out half of my garage in order to replace the garage door, and I needed storage. I see PODS everywhere and they seemed to be a good company, plus we’ve used them once in the past. I checked it all out online, booked over the phone and it went very smoothly. I needed the pod located in the north side of the driveway, and they were so kind to do that for me. We emptied out our garage at one time and put everything in. The container we got would fill about half of my driveway, and it was in pretty good condition. It was clean inside and out, except for the bottom of the door. It was slimy and moldy, so I got a cleaning material to clean that all up.

When I was moving, booking PODS was easier for me compared to other companies. I did it over the phone and dealing with the driver was very good. I got the biggest container and I had it on my property for three weeks. It looked fine but they should have some rods for hanging clothes.

I’ve seen PODS advertised and I knew other people had good experiences with them. So when I needed storing services for moving, I booked a pod. I did it online and I got the largest one that they offered. The size worked out well for my needs. The driver who came to pick it up was very good, polite, and on time. It was an excellent experience.

Storing and moving was a lot easier with PODS. I booked for the service online and then I had to call them to change it, and it was really easy to change. And the rep I spoke with was really nice and helpful. The container was sturdy, safe and secure. Everything was on time and the people that dropped the container off were super nice. Overall, PODS is convenient and super easy to use, and I would refer them again.

PODS was the only company that I knew of that does the service that I needed. I started the booking online and then I worked with a gentleman on the phone. I had them deliver a 16 feet long container and it was in good shape. I was moving and so I loaded it and then I had them store it for a few weeks and then I had them deliver it to my new home. The driver who picked up the pod was very good, friendly, and professional. I would tell my friends that using PODS was convenient and to look into it.

After I did some research, I used PODS for their ease of use and the price. And when I called them, they were available right away, and customer service was good. I booked a container online and then I called. Most of my interactions with the representatives were on the phone and they were very helpful. I had a couple of changes and then I couldn’t put the pod on the street when they delivered it the first time, so they really helped educate and helped me navigate a little bit difficult situation. The container I got was the 9 x 12 size and it worked perfectly. The pod was loaded, used for long time storage off-site, then I had to call them back to get it moved to the permanent location. The drivers were great, very professional, and also very helpful. Even the follow-up interactions were very good. So, I had a good experience and was very pleased. I'd also tell others that they were very easy to work with, reliable, and made the experience easy.

PODS was very popular. I booked over the phone and it was good. I went with a regular-sized container that was big enough for all of my things and it looked clean.

I started booking PODS online then I talked to a representative for some clarifications. It was cheaper compared to other companies and I got the largest container. It was eight by eight by sixteen and it was clean as a whistle. I had it delivered to my condo in Michigan, we filled it then we had it transported down to the Cincinnati area and it was in storage for five months. We built our house and then had it delivered there. Essentially, we wanted the big things moved with the pod and that worked just fine. PODS was the way for us to go and it’s what we did.

I got the full gamut of storage and moving service from PODS. I like the ease and cost of it. It costs about the same as it was to rent a moving truck to move across the country and they also had the storage built into it. We did have a billing issue because of an issue on the website but the customer service was able to resolve it very quickly. We got the 12-foot container which was substantial and they did a great job telling me how much I needed for how much space I had. The pod was perfect when I received it. It was very clean. And, the driver was good. He put the pod right on the sidewalk right where it needed to be.

I have seen PODS. The type of storage I need was on my property and that’s what they do. I looked online and where the prices had been, and the way it was set up and how it works. And then I called them to set it all up and the representative was knowledgeable and helpful. I was supposed to get the smaller container but when the guy picked it up from wherever they store them to bring it out, he got the wrong container. And in order to not have me wait for them, they had to take that one back and bring another one. He called the store and asked if he could just leave that one for the same price and that’s what they did.

PODS brought me a container, I filled it, they moved it, and then picked it up. The pod was on the property the whole time and I did not store it. I booked the pod online and their webpage was easy to navigate as it was self-explanatory. I requested for the 16-foot container, and it was too big. I probably didn’t even fill half of it, but that was okay. I didn’t talk to anyone about what I needed, so I just had to guess. The condition of the container was fine. It wasn’t in an obvious need of a repair and it didn’t look specifically new, but it was great and it worked.

I had seen PODS' containers sitting on the side of the streets in certain neighborhoods when I was traveling. When I moved from Bradford Hills to Pittsburgh, I got one of those delivered to my home. While it was really easy to book on the web, I had too many questions and being online wouldn't answer. So, I booked on the phone and got the biggest container they have which was the correct size as I lived in a twin. I booked about two weeks in advance because the guy told me that if I waited three or four days before I wanted it, I may not be able to get the bigger pod. It was also in good shape.

I liked the size of the units available at PODS and their price. I booked ten of their 16-foot containers online for long term storage and the struggle with using that many pods was that their online listing didn't match the numbers that were on the side of the units. So I had to telephone in and confirm which ones I was getting delivered based on the actual identification number. Other than that, the phone service was great.

I was in the military and I had friends there who used PODS when they moved. I called PODS initially and they were courteous. The rep was very professional and informative. I got a 7-footer container and that worked for my needs. But when I received the PODS contract, like the day of, I started to review it in detail and I noticed on there the insurance option. I didn’t know that was available because the rep did not ask me if I wanted insurance. I called back and asked if I could get it because I was never informed that was an option. I was told at the time that it was too late because the contract had already been opened. The pod had not been delivered yet but they couldn’t make changes. I was frustrated at first but luckily, nothing was damaged.

I liked that I could have my household belongings in storage and I had a month included in the package I had with PODS. I also liked the ease of transportation. My situation was that I was going to get a rental vehicle or go with the pods. I made my booking over the phone with PODS and they were helpful and they answered all the questions. But there was a little issue with my account. I called three times and I didn't realize that I was creating a new account each time I called and asked for quotes. But the actual scheduling, information and discussion of prices and details were pretty smooth.

It was awesome with PODS. The pods moved with us. The driver, whose name I think was Wayne, was top-notch and he delivered and brought our pods. The pod was at a great condition and very clean. I would highly recommend PODS.

It was clean and the door opened and closed. I had my stuff put in the storage, and then the transport because we were moving. The driver was on time, dropped the container off, and came three days later when I needed it picked up. He called in, had all his paperwork, got everything done, and was on his way. Everything was timely, everything was as per plan, and everyone knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend PODS.

The PODS lift system has got everything level on to the truck. I used PODS' service when I did a residential move from Seattle, Washington to Denver, Colorado and also for 2 months of storage. I initially booked online but then I required some phone support as I moved some dates around with my move. I got the biggest container size they had and it was perfect. When they dropped it off, they had mentioned that they had done some structural repairs to it to get it in order for my move. They also put some new door hardware on there, so it was very sturdy and I felt very safe with all the stuff in there.

We rented from PODS a container for storage. It's in our church. We're having a project for the next six months and we didn't have enough space. When I booked over the phone, it was fantastic with the PODS agent, all the way around from beginning to the end. All the staff are very pleasant. We rented a storage unit with PODS. We had it dropped off to our driveway and we loaded and they picked it up and delivered to the new house. It was convenient for us. I have a couple of friends who used it before and they say it was one of the best ways to go. We could do it on our own time once we got it dropped off.

It didn’t wipe the original one out and I had to go all the way back out and do the whole thing over again. I had a friend that a few years back had used the pod and really liked it. When I needed one for moving, I remember that, went in, checked it out and scheduled it. I started booking online and then it went to over the phone because they were very gracious. They also called me like they said they would to confirm the time that they were going to do and just confirm what they were going to do, and they were very pleasant. I started out with the small container but I ended up with the 16. The size was correct, with a little extra space. It was in a very good condition, and what I really like about it was that it had a lot of hooks all over the place.

I got a 16-foot container from PODS, and it wasn’t brand new but at the end, it’s right. It’s fiberglass on the side. It has been freshly cleaned and was in good shape. I went online at first and then called because I wanted to get details and just did the booking over the phone. The PODS representative I spoke with was polite, told me what I could do with it and how to lock it. It was straightforward.

First of all, they picked up the pod from one location, took it to another one, and get a third one, and then they moved my stuff from South Carolina to Colorado, where it was in the pod storage for probably two months, at least, and then they delivered the pod to my present location. So, we were able to take our time with packing and unpacking. This time, we had the largest pod, a 16-foot dropped off at our house for moving. We loaded it up and then had it moved to our new house. We initially booked over the phone and then we changed our date of pickup online. Once we got it set up, we were able to log in and make adjustments if needed.

We liked PODS' price so we used them to move from Illinois to Ohio and as storage too. Our stuff was picked up mid-October and was delivered in January. My wife booked them over the phone and we chose three 8 x 8 x 16 container. They were clean and easy to work with. One of them had a door issue but other than that, it was okay. However, every truck that showed up at our previous house and our Ohio house had hydraulic leaking on my driveway. PODS sent somebody out to reimburse us some cash money to clean up the hydraulic fluid on the home that we sold because the new owner complained about it. They gave us $25 to clean it up. And then our new house in Ohio had a brand new country concrete driveway and they sent somebody out to steam clean it off.

I had a relative who had a good experience with PODS. And I’ve used them before. I used their storage and moving services again, and I did the booking over the phone. I just gave their representative the dates and got things lined up. I got a 16-foot container and it was in good shape. The drivers who picked it up were on time, kept it out, made sure it was all right and put it on the truck and then they were gone. PODS is a good service.

I needed both storage and transport of goods, and I liked that PODS' containers were constructed out of metal instead of wood. Their prices were pretty good and they have very good reviews as well. I booked over the phone and my experience with the representative was very positive, polite and easy. They only have two sizes for the container so I got the 16-foot one and I wish it had been a foot longer. We packed every inch of it but nothing's quite big enough when you need a tiny bit more space but not enough for a second pod. That aside, it was very well-constructed and clean.

My mom and I moved to Florida last year in May. We used PODS to get all our stuff over there and their service was phenomenal. So, when I decided to move back because it wasn't working out, I decided to go with PODS again. I called them and spoke to someone on the phone. Their rep was perfect and I got their smallest container. It was very clean and almost looked like it was brand new. The driver was also good. I was very satisfied with my experience and I would tell my friends that they should use PODS, too.

I sold my house and I stored my belongings in a POD. My daughter recommended PODS, and she booked the container for me. She did it online and it was easy because she did it before. We got one of their second to the biggest container and it was clean and in good condition. The driver was great at how he handled the whole setting down. And he didn't have a hard time. He used the remote control to pick the container off the truck and put it in the yard and it was just like a matter of minutes. It was perfect. PODS' interaction was great, and I had a good experience.

We had an excellent experience with PODS. We had suggestions from two or three different people that had good experiences with them, and they were a bit less in cost. I looked it up and then called and talked to someone in person. The reps were very friendly and they told me exactly what the cost was, and they were very good online as well. I have an account with them and so I always knew what was going to be charged. They would give me invoices to show all the charges. And then when it got here, it had to be stored for two months until the house was ready. They stored it in an environmentally-controlled warehouse in Depew, New York and that was nice because we had some nice furniture and other things that could be damaged by the extreme cold.

We had a hurricane and I didn’t know what I was going to do with the few things that we had. I needed storage. I saw a lot of PODS units around and that was great for what I needed. I booked with PODS online and I ended up speaking with a young rep. But we didn’t get to speak for long because he was also having a hurricane in Florida. I got a seven-feet container. The drop was fantastic. I was a little hurried and I even had a headache, and the driver certainly was great. He was so accommodating and he put the container just where I needed it to be put it because of the HOA regulation, and I was very pleased. We were out of our home six months and the day I called PODS and told them to pick the pods unit up, they were here on that day and everything was good. PODS provided a great service and they were everywhere at that time. It was crazy then, but I was very satisfied with PODS.

I used PODS before and stayed using them. It was easy to book online and the pod looks good and clean. Everything was good.

I easily booked a pod online and I got POD's largest container. It was clean and the driver who picked it up was very courteous. I would recommend them. PODS is a good outfit.

I have used PODs some years ago, at a time they were one of the newer companies that were offering the kind of services that they offered, and I had a good experience with them. So, when it was time to use them again, I returned. This time, I spoke with someone to confirm the booking, but I initially did it online. The interaction was good. I got the 16 feet container, which is the largest they offer. I needed more room, so there might be a consideration for a larger size, or for them to offer half the price for two pods. Nonetheless, the drivers were both nice. The one who dropped the container off called ahead of time. I have recommended this company.

I had good and bad experiences with PODS. When they came to get the furniture my experience was excellent. But when they brought back the pod they brought me back an empty pod instead of my furniture. I feel like that driver that had made a mistake because once he read his piece of paper, he realized that he wasn't supposed to give me an empty container. He blamed it on where it was at on the piece of paper and he said he'd be back in an hour. And I said, "I don't think so because you're going to have to go to Earth City." And he says, "Well, I'll take care of it." And I could handle the mistake but it was five hours before somebody told me, for sure, that they were going to deliver my pod.

PODS was the easiest to find information for. Their website was very informative and elaborate on what they do and offer and then being able to price it out. And everybody I have spoken with over the phone was very helpful and friendly. I had a POD delivered and then moved to a new house. I booked it online but I had some issues with scheduling dates, so I had to follow up with a phone call, but as soon as I have started speaking with somebody, they were able to take care of me immediately.

I love PODS and they have such a wonderful office. The last pod I got was for my house as I was remodeling and painting my house. I had to get it out of the way and so I wrote their local office and Robert has always accommodated us. They get pods to me as quick as they can, but I understand sometimes it takes a couple of days. We are on a contract with PODS. We do fire and water restoration, and when there is a flood, "Send me a pod now". I have used them for years. The drivers have been great, accommodating and respectful, too.

I needed moving and storage and I figured it would be easier and more convenient if I used pods. I scheduled the move online but I did it wrong and so I had to call and fix it. Their representatives were very helpful and made a couple of adjustments for me. Thereafter, their movers dropped off the container. I filled the container up and then PODS' drivers picked it up and they brought the container to where I needed it moved to. However, I wish they had a bigger pod. Because the one I got wasn't big enough, I had to rent. Still, I've recommended PODS and told my friends how convenient and cost-effective it was. I also showed them pictures. I think PODS is neat and that whoever created it is smart.

We got PODS for moving and storage. I was selling my house and doing a trial run to a different state. I had a leave of absence from my job in Tennessee and came out to take care of my grandson for three months. I didn't want to have to go back to move if I had decided to stay in Texas, and I did decide to stay. So, it worked out well. The very first call that I made with PODS, they gave me one way move for one pod and I needed two pods. And so, I was under the understanding that it was gonna cost me about half of what it ended up doing. When I called back when it was time to do the ordering, I was a surprised and frustrated because doubling the moving cost was really not in my budget. But I did understand that it might have been just a misunderstanding or miscommunication to that person. But for some reason, when I was gathering information, that first quote was totally incorrect.

We were remodeling and we got PODS for storage. I wanted to ask some questions so I booked the pod over the phone. The rep that I spoke with was very pleasant. We got the large pod but it turned out that we just needed the little one. We thought we were gonna take more out than we did because the people who were doing the job was able to move the furniture without taking it outside. They just put it one side of the room and then moved it back. We thought we were going to have the whole house put out there, but they didn’t need it. The driver who brought the pod and the one who picked it up were both wonderful. I was quite pleased with our experience and they were most helpful all the way through it. I’d use PODS again if we have to.

I needed a pod and I've had a previous experience with PODS. I found another one that was way less than PODS but I got a little nervous at the end and I thought I’m just going to stick with the company that I had a good experience with the first time. Their rep did a great job and gave me great information. The PODS representative that I talked to was going to talk to the local person to try to match the price but that didn't happen so I never got feedback from PODS. But I don't blame it on the local person. He handled himself very well, was very professional, very nice and very courteous.

PODS stored my household stuff for a couple of months while we moved. I booked two 16-foot pods online and a 12-foot pod over the phone. Booking online was really easy and straightforward. I didn't have to have all the information to book the pods. The rep that I talked to was really helpful and explained the delivery times and the charges really well. The pods were all in really good shape and I was really pleased. I had a really good experience with PODS and I'll probably used them if I will move again.

We stored furniture from one house, put it in storage for six months and then brought it to the new house and unloaded it through PODS. I booked it over the phone and it was convenient. They answered any questions I had and got it set up easy. And the container was in good shape. They always called and let us know they were on their way. I got the smallest container and its condition as well as cleanliness were excellent. I used it for moving and the drivers were so helpful. After loading it, they gave us tips on how to open it when we arrived to our destination. They also gave tips dealing with what type of lock to get and navigating, pick up and delivery. It was a surprisingly perfect experience from start to finish. I recommend completing the reservation on the phone and not to be scared to ask any questions. You'll get full clarity, there's no hidden charges, and everything's very upfront.

I was in the process of moving so I used one of PODS' container to store my stuff. I've heard good things about them. I had researched them online and I ended up calling and booking with them on the phone. That was back in August or September. I actually called a couple of different times and I got to extend a couple of different times. And every time I talk to any individual they were very professional and helpful. I had a great experience. I requested the largest thing they had available which was a 16 x 10 or 16 x 8. It was in a great condition. Had they offered a larger size, I'd probably would have gotten that. But it ended up working out.

We needed to move our personal belongings from Long Island to New York in one container. I was looking to use U-Haul but when I spoke to someone at PODS, they told me some stuff about U-Haul and I thought it would be great and convenient to use PODS instead. I booked over the phone and their rep was fantastic. PODS was totally fantastic from beginning to end, it was extremely useful. I told a lot of people that PODS is really a good way to move if it's not a lot of stuff. And, they have very pleasant employees, delivery, pickup and drop off. The whole experience with all the employees was great. They were very, very helpful in knowing how to place the items and where not to place it, how to load it and how to unload it. It was just a great experience. PODS is a great company. People who live in town have seen PODS commercials on television because I was talking about it.

I got the pod that fits three to four rooms and I just had it at the house and then we moved it to the new location. It was very easy booking the pod online. The driver was very nice and everything was great. It was a flawless move.

I was moving my mother to New Jersey, and I liked the idea that with PODS, we can handle our stuff and pack them the way we want to. The reps were helpful. I started booking online and then finished it over the phone. I requested a 7 x 8 container that was put at an assisted living by a driver that was wonderful. It came on time, was clean and in great shape. That's a big thing as my mother has very nice things and some trucks are dirty. We quite filled the container up but it was a good size, and everything was exactly where I left it. It was great. Customer service called me the day after we got it all, to ask if everything went okay and that they were going to come and pick the container up. PODS was terrific and I have already recommended them.

I have a lease for temporary storage of a container located in California. My monthly billing statement contains a line item for "Tax". The tax is computed at about 8%. I am not purchasing the container nor the site of its storage. During the past 3 years I have been charged, and have paid, over Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in tax. According to the CA Board of Equalization, the company is precluded from charging and collecting such a tax under my lease in accordance with CalBOE Regulation 1660, Article 15. PODS has refused to return my money; and has encouraged me to file a complaint with the CalBOE.

I shopped around to see all the options for storage or moving companies and I was driving back from Wickenburg when I saw a couple of POD trucks along the road. So, I called 'em up to see what they could do for me and they were in the ballpark price-wise. They are also able to deliver quickly. I gave them a shot with the first one and then went back for a second, and now, I'm on the third. I booked the first pod online while I did the other two over the phone. The representatives on the phone were courteous, friendly, helpful, and answered every question that I had. They were somewhat funny, which I enjoyed. All three containers are 16-footers.

I used PODS about a month and a half ago. We had them provide an empty pod for a month while we were doing some interior work on our home. Then the pod remained in our driveway. I booked online and it was a straightforward process. When we opened and rolled the door up the container was clean and dry which were my two main concerns. I like the translucency of the side panels and the roof. And the weather was cold but I felt secure that the contents which was mostly furniture would be dry and safe.

It was easy to go to the PODS website and get a quote. I went on it and then I called, and the price was right. I got a 16 feet container which worked for my situation. Both drivers called and were right on time. It was a convenient and hassle-free experience.

PODS very much ripoff. I've been paying auto payments for months. I paid for full month but only used PODS for 11 days so they have charged 178 for 11 days plus 83 dollars for delivery. Warning do not use PODS if you value money.

PODS provided short-term storage for us. They had the product that we needed during construction in our house. We needed to get furniture out of the house and out of our garage and it was great that we didn't have to go to a storage facility. I went online and figured out what size would be the best that would fit in my driveway. We went with the 12' container and it worked for what we needed it for. They did a good job and it was very seamless. If people have that situation, then PODS is a great solution.

We were doing our house renovation and I got storing services from PODS online. I got them for the convenience of not having to pack and unpack. It was nice that my things could go in a POD and that we did not have to load and unload into a storage unit. I requested for their 16 foot container which was the largest they had. Their drivers were nice and helpful and showed up in the correct timeframe. Overall, storing my things through PODS was easy and convenient.

I looked up PODS online and I filled out the zip code, how long I wanted to keep the container and the size to get a quote. And then I called them and reserved a 16-foot container. The rep had the information I needed and she was very clear about when it would be delivered and how it would be delivered to make sure the driveway was clear. It was a good experience. The container was clean inside and it was in great shape. The driver was very nice as well. It fit our need perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using PODS' service.

PODS works well for us. For a moving and storage situation, they're a great way to go. There was a month in-between our move and moving in, so we had to store. I booked with PODS over the phone. The representatives were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and it all went very smoothly. I requested for the 8x16. It was the largest. I think I got one of the older ones the driver was saying, and the door was very hard to latch. But it wasn’t like it couldn't be done, so I didn't ask for another one. Overall though, it was sound and clean. And all the drivers were fine.

I needed to move a five-bedroom house and I didn’t want to hire movers. With PODS, I could stage the move and I didn’t have to do it all at once with a big truck from U-Haul or something like that. I booked over the phone and then I modified my booking online. We had two pods delivered to our house in Pennsylvania at separate times. We loaded them up and put them into storage. And then. we brought them down to Tennessee, unloaded them and they picked them up. Their rep was very informative. I would definitely recommend PODS to anybody.

A friend of ours moved a month before us and and another the month after us and they had used PODS. They were raving about them so we used them and sure enough, they were right. Our experience was absolutely nothing but positive and fantastic. I booked over the phone and the PODS representative I dealt with was excellent and answered all my questions. We were going to have the movers do our main furniture, but we wanted to put all the extra boxes and things with the pod. We got a 16 x 9 pod, which was absolutely perfect and just the right size. The containers are used frequently, but I was amazed quite frankly with how good a shape they’re in. So, we were very pleased with that.

I moved from Kansas City to Raleigh and my new house wasn’t picked out yet so I had to use PODS' storage near Raleigh at least for a couple of months. I like the size of their POD. They had a bigger POD option and I got the 16 foot one. I felt horrible because I called originally and there were some discrepancies with what my order was. I ordered one originally, called back and got a second one. And then, I ended up canceling that and I went back online to place an order. I could have packed the POD a little better and got a smaller one but what I got was the right size. The POD had a typical wear and tear for moves and storing a bunch of different people’s things but, it wasn’t bad.

I was very satisfied with PODS when I used their moving and storage services. I booked a small container with them because it was convenient and the reps I talked to were very professional and very good. I told their driver where to park the pod and he parked it right where I wanted it. Everything was fine and I'd tell my friends to use them.

Everything went smoothly with PODS. The only problem we had was that they mislabeled our pod unit's number initially when they moved it into storage and it was marked as being in the wrong storage facility. So, that was a headache for several months. Every time I called to access my pod unit, they had to locate it and it was a real pain in the neck because I knew where it was. It was located where it was supposed to be, but their records showed that it was in another town. I kept asking for the record to be remedied and they kept saying that they would fix that mislabeling in their records. They eventually fixed it, but it was at least six months before it got fixed. The pod unit itself was kept in a facility that kept everything in good condition. So, when we finally got it delivered, our stuff was not damaged. There was a little bit of dirt and dust because it had been in there so long, but overall everything was in good shape.

I order pods for the company that I work for and PODS has them delivered to the site. It's easier to get trucks in and out on some of the spaces where we need the pod delivered instead of having a truck back up and slide it all the way back off the bed of the truck. Pods have a better maneuverability in a parking lot. When I order, I call Travis and I send him an email with the location, delivery date and a placement map. He then does it all from there. Everything has been working out really great and I have no complaints with them. I'm not there for the pickup and the delivery but when the drivers call for directions, I talk to them. They've been nice. PODS is great and others should use them.

I rented from PODS a couple of units for about six months when I did a remodel on our house. The units were big ones, the largest ones they had. They were 16 by eight. I got two of them. PODS is the only one I’m familiar with and the only one that came to my mind when I thought about bringing containers out to my house. It was great with the representatives and I'd go back in a heartbeat. We changed some things around based on where we had them spotted and the drivers were perfect. It was absolutely a perfect experience.

We moved from Tennessee to Florida and we used two pods for that. They were clean inside when we got them and the drivers who picked up and delivered them were very good. Also, when we had problems closing on the house and we had to schedule for pick up then we had to get it rescheduled, PODS' reps took care of it for us.

I booked with PODS over the phone for moving and storage. I got two of the bigger containers and the size was enough but one leaked and it ruined a lot of my furniture. But I didn’t bother to make a claim because we had them here for like a year and a half and I just figured overtime that it leaked on the back half of it. But one of them was fine. When the carrier driver picked them up to take them from us, they just picked them up and left. The one guy that picked them up to move on the very first time, I felt he was kind of rush with it because it leaned towards one end. When he lifted that one container it shifted everything to the front and probably did damage through the roof.

I tried booking online but I wasn’t sure so I ended picking up the phone instead. The rep I talked to was excellent. He was very courteous and very equipped. The container was dropped off and picked up while we were absent, but it was in good condition, and the size was adequate for our needs. The inside was clean and empty, and it was sturdy, too. I called before Christmas, before my return date since I wanted to book to return it before January 3rd, but they were only open on January 4th and they did not charge me the extra month. There was a shutdown period between Christmas and New Year. PODS is very punctual.

We moved from South Florida to Illinois, then back to Illinois. We were snowbirds in Florida, but we sold our house. So we had to empty it out and we thought we'd call PODS. The rep we talked to was very good and knowledgeable. She asked us what we were going to put in the pod and helped us decide what size to get. We didn’t have any furniture and we had a lot of boxes, so she told us what size to get the 16 foot pod because that would hold what we had. It was so nice for us to put all our stuff in the container the way we wanted it and locked it up. Then they picked it up and brought it here. Nobody else bothered our stuff then they delivered the pod here very nicely and nothing was broken. It was a great experience and we would do it again. We would also recommend them. In fact, we recommended PODS to two friends who are moving.

I needed someone who could do the move and do the storage for me while I was moving so I hired PODS. They held my stuff for almost two weeks for me and they did an excellent job. I booked over the phone and the rep was perfect. He told us everything that would happen and it happened the day that he said it would. They dropped the PODS where they needed to drop them and everything was perfect. I told my friends to use PODS if they need them because it’s worth it.

I had three containers from PODS. They went over the top for me every single time. Couples of drivers were not as good as others, but it's really great. They were always really friendly and they tried to position it where I wanted. The placement of them was really important to me. When a neighbor witnessed the driver leave the pod and I was in Mexico, the driver called me five times. And then, the manager also called me to accommodate me. They went over the top to get them and pick them up and not have them here because I didn't want them here. They tried to get it down the driveway at my house and kept it side by side for me and out of my way.

Everything was great with PODS. We were recommended by a family member then we booked with them over the phone. They were very responsive, helpful, explained everything clearly. We had two 16 footers and we were able to get everything we needed inside it. They were also nice and clean when we got them. And when they were delivered, they were swept out after they were set up. The drivers who picked up and delivered them were very friendly, helpful, and tried to place the pods right where we wanted them.

I got one of the big containers to ship out my things from the natural disaster I was in. I heard good things about PODS and I've always seen them. So I booked a pod online which was very easy to do. I went on their website, picked what I wanted, then told them where and when I wanted it. PODS brought the container out and left it in my house. I had all my stuff that I had left over from the flood in there. Then I had to have the pod removed because it was in the way when I had my house torn down. I had to have it moved from where I had put it and PODS came out that week that I called them. They moved it for me and it was all good. I don't ever want to use a container again for something like that, but if I did, I’d be sure to call PODS and have them come do it.

Worst company to work with by far. Completely rude and dishonest. Overpriced and not professional. They could care less about their customer. They broke the driveway on the house I was selling so that had to be fixed. Then they double charged me for something I didn't order. Then they lied to me about the cost of the delivery. On top of all that they charged me for half a month when I used it for 72 hours. Worst company ever. So completely disappointed in their attempt of customer service. If you're moving steer clear. Just get a U-Haul and a storage unit.

When we needed pods at different times, we used PODS' 16-foot containers for storage for a few months while we were showing our house and getting ready to move in to the next house. We chose them over other companies because of the size of their containers and then we used them for delivery as well. I booked them online and then I had to call to complete it. And when we rented the second container, I just called them and I had very good interactions with their rep.

After I did some research PODS was my best bet. I had great interactions with their reps and the container was fit. The drivers were very pleasant and professional. It all went really smooth. I would surely recommend them.

I like the concept that the pods sat on the ground. There are folks that offered me a trailer. I didn’t have to lift stuff. In my first call with PODS, the consultant that I talked to was really pleasant and thorough so I just said, “Let’s do this.” Plus, I have a referral. My son’s company moved in and he used PODS and said it was a good experience, too. I used two 16-foot pods to move from North Carolina to Maryland, but I needed a third one. That was one problem I had because when I talked to the consultant, she said, “You’ll need a 16 and an eight.” And when I started packing I said, “This ain't going to work” so I ordered a second, opted to a 16 and then, in the end, I just have too much stuff. I ended up using two U-Haul trailers too so I needed another container, but that’s my problem that I just did not know how to estimate it well.

PODS is convenient and easy to deal with. We didn't have a lot of stuff to move so it was easier for us to get a pod. We booked PODS over the phone. Their reps were very knowledgeable and were honest about the size part I needed once I told them what I had. They didn't try to upsell something that I didn't need. We got the medium size one and we even had room to play with. It was very clean and it just suited our purpose. Both drivers were great. They called before they came out and they did everything for me. I moved everything in the pod and they moved it for me. My experience was great. I would do it again.

I had very good interactions with the PODS representatives and the drivers were very professional. Also, the container itself was clean and secure. We'll definitely do it again with PODS and I'd recommend them.

I have used PODS before and we got a good experience with them, so I used them again for storage. I booked online and I never got a confirmation so I got confused and ended up making a phone call. The rep said, "Okay, we got your order. It is confirmed". I got the next size to the smallest, a 12-foot container, and it was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained. The driver was very nice, and dealing with him was very easy. My husband also commented on how funny he was. He put it exactly where we wanted and did his thing, and then off he went. They come, put it in. You call, they come pick it up. It's super easy, so I recommend them to everybody.

I liked that PODS was handy. I booked their service online and I called during the process. Everybody that I talked to was very nice and very helpful. We got it, we used it, we sent it back, and that's it. However, I paid for January and we moved and they picked up the pod on the third or fourth. But I called them and they were able to reimburse it. I got a partial refund for January. I was glad that they came and we got it done. I would certainly recommend PODS to somebody else.

I've used PODS through work where we have moved buildings and using them seems to be the easiest and most efficient way to move. So I used them when I need a moving a service and they were great. They dropped the pod off, came back and picked it up after I had it loaded, then delivered it to the new home like they said they would do. The representatives were great to work with and while I never had any contact with the drivers, they called to drop it off. It was nice to have a notification. The process was smooth and everything is fine with no damaged property. I would refer PODS and we already referred them to my brother-in-law and sister-in-law.

We were out of the house and the POD was in the driveway. We loaded up the POD and it was super easy. The next morning they came and picked it up. I didn’t have to worry about where my POD was, where my stuff was at any time.

Plus the drivers were all very helpful. The process spanned 6 months and everything was wonderful. PODS is the best option if you’re doing things yourself.

I got PODS for moving because I couldn’t get any 10-wheeler to my house because of the trees and the road. The container was sturdy and the drivers were nice. They were all really great.

The pricing of PODS made me go with them. I booked on the phone for a 7-foot container for moving, and every encounter I had with the rep was very good. They were very accommodating, professional, considerate, kind, and thorough. That was one thing I really liked because I had to move dates around a lot and they were always willing to help me. The drivers always called me when they were coming ahead of time and did what they said they were going to do. I was crazy on time and I could have used a little bigger container but then I was wondering how packed it would have been. Some of the stuff I could not bring anyway. I couldn’t bring stuff that was dangerous like the air compressor and gasoline. I had a lot of pictures that I left on the wall and some industrial sized shelves. Nevertheless, it was okay because I left those stuff with my son who was buying the house. So, it still worked for me.

I have used PODS for moving from one state to another in the past, and then I used them this time for storage. Their representative I dealt with was friendly but professional. PODS did exactly what they advertised they were going to do. I called and set up the initial bringing of the pod. And I had it for an adequate amount of time so I was able to load it myself. Then I arranged for the pick up and it was on time. The items were in storage for at least six months.

I like the convenience of using PODS. It was easy for them to pick the pod in storage and take it to my new place when I needed it. Their drivers were really professional. As a matter of fact, one of the drivers told me the fastest way to offload and he did everything. When I put my online request, I have the pods facing the wrong way. So he did the right thing and when we got to the house, he explained to me why he did it that way. They were great. They sat down and explained how they did things because I’ve never seen them done it before. They took their time to show us how easy it works. My experience was great. They told me where they were going to deliver them and they did. They came and picked them up with no problem. And when I told them I needed them delivered, they came and they told me when and it was there. My neighbors across the street, once they saw I had them, went and got some pods too.

We needed to move out of state. A few of our friends used PODS, so we decided to use them instead of a moving company. I tried booking two times and I changed my mind on one of them and I only got one pod. Then I realized I needed two. I called back and they said, “Okay. No problem.” We got the two pods and it worked out great. The containers were perfect. They arrived like I wanted and everything was nice.

I was moving and was trying to do an auction in my house, so I kept the things that I wanted and sold those that I didn’t. I had to keep them separate and I remembered that I've used PODS before. I liked their process then so I booked with them again online. It was easy and their website showed where I wanted to go. Then I made sure that I was there when the pod was being delivered to make sure that everybody was on the right page. We got the 16-feet container exactly where I wanted it. I filled it up and everything came through. The only thing I would recommend as far as doing it again is that they have to make sure that they have plenty of help because if they don't, I would make sure they would hire the help they offer because I found out that they need a lot of help at the start.

We used PODS for storage and we loaded the items ourselves. We liked their cost so we booked them online and their website was user-friendly. However, I couldn’t talk to the local office because we were trying to coordinate dropping one, unloading it and then having it picked up that day and then dropping the other one in the morning and doing the same thing the following day and it just fell through. When I wanted to reschedule the delivery of the second one, the timeframe they gave me was the same morning as the other one and it just wasn’t feasible. They couldn’t coordinate and the lady I talked to at the very end was short with me, but that was the only negative experience I had with any of the people that I spoke with. The rest of them were all very accommodating and did whatever they could.

It was an unusual situation and there was so much to move at once that I needed to get a whole bunch of stuff packed ahead of time. So, I decided to utilize PODS' product -- everybody knows about them. I'm still moving today but it worked great for me best. I got a brand new single car garage, a 10x12. I could have used two or three of them since I felt like our stuff were forced. The driver was outstanding on both occasions. PODS is convenient. Don’t waste your time. Avail it now.

Moving with PODS was one of the best experience and they were worth the price. They also recommended movers from their website. I had called a couple of the different packing and unpacking companies, and they were fantastic too. That was the easiest part of the whole move which is usually the most stressful. Initially, I wanted to book with PODS online but because I needed help with the sizes and stuff, I had called and everything was done over the phone. Their rep was fantastic and very helpful. I got their biggest container. It would have been perfect if it was a couple of feet bigger, but it was fine. It was very clean.

I called some companies to find pricing and PODS offered the best convenience and cost. We used them for storage during a remodel. I booked a 16-foot container and we had it stored at their facility. The size was perfect. They had a little sizing guide online that was really helpful. The container was a big rectangle and super clean, had a wooden floor, wood sides, and a plastic top, and it had a bunch of tie-down anchors to secure everything on the inside. Both drivers that came to dropped it off the first time and then dropped it off again when we were getting our stuff back were good at offloading and they were super friendly.

PODS stored our pod for a year and they moved it for us. I like the fact that they drop the pod right at our front door. We booked over the phone and their reps were all helpful. The delivery of the pod right to the house really helped. They were very easy scheduling pick-ups, and drop-off at the new house and even coming back to pick up the pod again. It was really a very efficient process. The transportation costs were a little high though. I’m actually getting ready to move from another location right now. I considered having another pod delivered here at my home. I weighed out the cost and it was about four times more expensive by the time they put the transportation costs. So, I chose not to deal with PODS this time.

I ordered my PODS because I thought I was going to send stuff to storage. I tried booking it online but I ended up needing to call somebody. I didn't put in the number that I was supposed to put in. The rep I spoke with was great and when I figured out what I was supposed to do, I did it online then. We requested for the 16-foot container and it took so long to get it filled up that we ended up keeping it until we moved it to our new house.

We had water in our house, so we had to get everything out of it. We needed a storage unit to be delivered so that we could load our furniture and belongings that were still good from the flood. PODS brought a clean unit to us. It seemed like it was brand new and it didn’t leak. Everything was boxed and put in there orderly. When we got back into our house, we were able to clear our garage and we got the things out of the pod and put it into the garage so that we wouldn’t be paying the monthly fee any longer. And when we said that we were finished and needed it to be picked up, it was picked up within a couple of days. We recommended PODS to people and told them it was very convenient having the unit in my own driveway. I didn’t have to find a storage building somewhere to put my things in.

We were relocating to another state and we used PODS to store our belongings for the move. Our new house that was being built wasn’t ready for another six months, so we paid for six months storage for that as well. PODS was the first one that came up and we were just trying to get things going and I really didn’t even compare prices, but we were extremely satisfied with them. Everything was perfect. Nothing was destroyed, so I was extremely happy about that.

I found PODS on the internet and their website was easy to use and I was able to book over there. I got a good container for storage on site and both the drivers did a good job. The delivery guy was a really good guy and the guy who took the container away was nice, too. If I would do it again then I'd use PODS again. And whoever needs on-site storage should use PODS.

PODS was the only company that I knew that would deliver to your house and pick it up afterwards. I did everything online and it was quite easy scheduling the delivery and pickup. I got the largest container they had. Though it could've been bigger, it was more sturdy that I thought it was going to be. I got to interact with the driver that delivered it to my new location and he was a nice guy. He moved the container around and hooked it up. I was very interested and he let me take photographs. I've recommended them several times already. It's very easy and flexible to have a pod outside your house and move in at leisure, and then have it picked up and moved.

I like the type of move we were doing with PODS. We didn’t want to be pressured to move within a certain period of time like one would with U-Haul. With PODS, we could let the container sit on our yard for a little bit and that worked out really good. I booked online and it went real smooth and was very self-explanatory. I got the big one, the 16-footer. We had part of our stuff in storage and part of it was last minute move. The driver who picked up the container was a pleasure to talk to. He's a good guy. Because of the way the pods are unloaded, it's cut the yard up a little bit which is no big deal but he straightened it up. He took a rake out and fixed it. So, I thought that was cool.

We got moving and storage services from PODS for the convenience of being able to load the units with our belongings at our leisure. I booked with them online, but there were some problems, so I had to call and talk to somebody on the phone. We ended up with two 15-foot containers, but on top of that we still had to rent a 20-foot truck since we didn't get everything into the containers. Since it would be easy to break into the sides of those containers, I wouldn't have left them outside in an area where somebody could get to them. I loaded the first pod unit by myself because I wanted to know where things were going in it. I saved all the heavy furniture for the second pod unit and I got a local mover to load it for me. The drivers who picked up and dropped off our containers were fine and they did a good job.

PODS was the best priced moving company so I rented a storage container for our driveway for a month since we were having a renovation. I booked for a 7-foot container and the people who picked it up were great, efficient and friendly. They had phoned to let us know they were right when they said they would be and were on time. But there seemed to be lots of things they kept sending me like all the documentation. And I had a follow up with them because the pickup I had scheduled was for January 4th which was just after the holiday. I thought there might be an issue with it not being picked up in time and then I'd get charged another month, but it turned out that it wasn’t an issue for them. I'm very happy with PODS overall and I would use them again.

I used PODS for the first time and I was very surprised at how efficient, courteous, and professional they were. We got two 16 x 8 x 8 containers from PODS for a move from Illinois to Florida, and they worked perfectly for what we needed to do. The containers were clean, sturdy, watertight, and secured as long as the locks were on them. They were fantastic that one could almost live in them.

We used PODS for moving and long-term storage, and they gave me all the information I need. They helped us with the size of my container, and we got a 12 foot container and then the 16 foot the second time. They were really knowledgeable about the product. They also walked us through the whole process and how it was going to be with billing and how long it will take. The drivers were really good and nice. They called us in advance to let us know that they were coming. One of them let me videotape the drop off so I could show it to my son. I had to call back PODS about the billing because we got a secondary pod and it was charged differently because it wasn't a long-term storage and I didn't know that. The customer service was really helpful and credited our account back. PODS was great overall.

We were moving down to Florida, and we had to go to some place that had storage facilities. We booked PODS, and it was easy. We just went online, they called me up, the representative answered all of my questions, and everything was set up. We got the 7-foot container, and it was tilted right up. So, it was good. We had the pod delivered to our house in New Jersey. PODS took it down to St. Petersburg and they stored it for about three months before we found a place to live in. We called them up, and in a couple of days, they delivered it. The driver that delivered it was excellent. He worked with us, and asked us where we wanted it. There was a tight spot, and he was able to get it in.

I had used PODS a few years ago personally when we moved from home to home and the experience was great. It was very convenient to use PODS at that point in time. So, I used them again when our school was getting new floors and we needed storage. We have an 8,000 square foot building and I needed PODS to put everything in because we had to empty our building. I started booking online and then they called me. Apparently, there’s a different rate being an educator. So I booked everything personally with an account person at that point. Their rep was very, very nice. When I emailed him, he called me within a minute. Also, I was convinced that I only needed one container and then he said I needed two. I called later and I couldn’t get the second one in the timeframe that I really needed it. They pushed it up and it worked out fine. He was really helpful. So far, everything has been great.

I had a month’s storage and drop off delivery from PODS. I needed something to be stored and moved at the same time, and PODS was a definite plus versus U-Haul wherein you have to rent the trucks and you have to look somewhere to store. PODS was much easier, just pack everything I needed in there and forget about it for that month. I started booking online and I got confused a little on the website and then I called the local people in Louisville. The rep explained the process to me and then I booked everything there. The drivers were very friendly. However, I was disappointed to see that they don’t do service to Alaska because I’m in the military and that was a big thing. If I could’ve had it in Alaska, I would’ve chosen PODS to do a move from Kentucky to Alaska. Nonetheless, I talk about PODS all the time to people when they’re moving. With PODS, everything is convenient and well-timed.

PODS was an absolutely positive experience. They are local, and the reviews and price are right. We rented a 16-foot pod for storage, and they dropped it off and moved it to the new location. There were three different drivers that we worked with and they were all great. The size of the pod was good for my situation. In booking, I first went online, but then I called. Any time I spoke with anybody, everybody was more than accommodating and very helpful. They have an extraordinary service. I was very happy with everything that they did for us. I have referred people to utilize their service.

We too are victims of PODS and their insurance that costs us all $50 a month! And I'm yet to hear of anyone getting compensation from mice feces damage and other losses! This has got to be stopped now! For those customers who have had no issues - you are lucky! Because those of us who have - PODS and Insurance company DO NOT CARE! They will lie on phone and promise they will help but when it comes to helping- they tell you they can't! As far as pest infestation - even Insurisc advertises on their website for relocation moves insurance that pest infestation IS COVERED! I pay USAA as a disabled Navy veteran for our home rental and only pay $6 a month! I should have gone with USAA! As if that would have been any option!! We customers who have experienced poor customer service and outright bold faced lies need to be heard NOW! They don't deserve a star, by the way!

I hated moving in a U-Haul the first time so I went with PODS. I did the quote online, which was really easy, and then I had to do the actual order on the phone. I got the largest container that you could fit on a flatbed and it was spotless. Their reps were really good and helpful. Overall, PODS was really professional, easy to deal with and got my stuff there on time and picked it up on time. Going with PODS is a lot easier than packing in a U-Haul and I didn’t have to drive. I’ve recommended PODS to a few people already.

I've used other storage and moving companies before and I wasn't very happy with them. I figured I would try PODS and I used both their moving and storage services. They got a website that was easy to deal with. I booked a 12-foot pod and it was big enough for what we needed. It was clean and it wasn’t scratched up. And I didn’t have a problem using it and didn’t feel like the stuff that I put in there wasn’t going to be safe or dry. It was in good condition. The driver who picked up the pod was very professional, very friendly, and very business-like. He was helpful, too, and explained what was going on. We scheduled the drop-off and he delivered it in a snowstorm. He did a great job and everything went very well.

I'm in the real estate business, and we had a great experience with PODS. We had the biggest storage, where we put our furniture, in our driveway while we were having a remodeling work done at home. The container was sturdy and safe. They also had told us it was waterproof and it was. We just put a lock on it and we felt it was good. We did the booking both online and over the phone. Their website was fine as long as you remember your password, which we did not. PODS stuck to their word, and they followed through. PODS is affordable, and it is a great resource for temporarily holding your belongings.

I emptied my house out to refinish the floors and it was the first time in 30 years. So, it was a little shocking. I used PODS for storage. I had seen their containers before and they looked secure and well-maintained. Also, I liked that the container stayed at our location. I booked it easily and then I needed to alter the date that it was to come. However, when I rebooked online, the loop wasn’t completely closed at the end. It didn't seem quite as sure. There wasn’t a confirmation email about the change and I wondered if that went through. A week before my scheduled drop off, I called and they said that they had the date changed and there was no problem.

We do garage floor coating so I've got to empty the contents of the garage into a pod for one or two days and then put everything back in the garage. I call PODS for my customers and I originally tried them because of a salesman who walked into my office. After I found out that he had left, I tried someone else and got really disgusted. I came right back to PODS and we've been using them for seven years now. Customer service was really the reason and I would tell others not to call anybody else.

PODS was great. I had them for moving and storage. The booking process was easy and it was all available online. They were also available on the phone locally. My only problem was with packers who packed it as I couldn't get the door open. The customer service put me in touch with the local person and got things resolved with the door. They sent someone out quickly to take care of it and find out what the problem was. They worked it out. The drivers, on the other hand, always called in advance to let me know they were coming. They had an email reference the day before, as well as text messaging. They were always right on schedule, right on time and very helpful.

PODS had name recognition and I booked and cancelled several times. The final time, I did it over the phone and they made it very easy. They explained everything and walk me through the process. It was painless. They came to the house and we packed the box. We got the biggest one, a 16 footer, which was adequate. The container had a metal head and some wood on the bottom. The top was metal also and it had fasteners on the sides for ropes. It was clean and sturdy enough.

I needed storage and since I've used PODS before, I booked them again. I did it online and the process was very easy for me. The container that we got was fine, it was clean. The driver dropped the pod off when I was not home. I had it for a month and I was due to return it on January 1st which was a holiday and January 2nd they were closed. So, the earliest I could return it after the month was January 3rd, but I told them I didn’t want to be charged for the second month because it wasn’t my fault that I couldn’t return it. They said they had to charge my card but they will credit it back and they took care of that fine. They were great. I'll recommend them.

I moved across the country, but then I needed to store my stuff for a while. I booked up the information online and then I called PODS. It was nice to not have to pay movers and then move it into a storage facility. Everyone that I dealt with at PODS was fantastic. I had one snafu when they charged me for nine months of insurance but I actually cancelled it before. So I called them up and they fixed it right away. There were several drivers and the one at the end put my pod in a space where the apartment building freaked out. But he came back that same day and was able to move it. So there were no complaints. I would absolutely recommend PODS. They'll show up when they say they're going to show up. They'll move it like they say they're going to. And you can expect good service from them.

I went with PODS for moving and storage. Their customer service stood out, their cost was comparable with anybody else, and we were happy to know they have the climate controlled storage which we needed because we had our things in there for six months. When I called, they answered the phone. I didn't have to wait very long. I like that when I ordered something it was done correctly. It went very smooth. The guy who dropped the storage off was very nice and he dropped it off instead right where we wanted it. The guy that picked it up, on the other hand, was new and he was nice. He tore the crap out of the sign at the park. and he made me a little nervous. Everybody was very pleasant. If I have to move again, I'd definitely use them.

I needed PODS for moving and storage and I wanted the convenience of being able to move the pod units around where I needed them. The reps all seemed to be great. We needed four of the 16' containers in the end and they were sturdy, clean and nice. The driver that ended up picking up our container was amazing. We were moving the containers to one house and it was a logistics nightmare, but he was very helpful. It was a really nice way of doing the move and people should strongly consider using it.

I got a container from PODS for storage because we got affected by Harvey. I did it on a Saturday and they said there was a container available with the size I was looking for and I booked it online which was really easy. The drivers were great. They even let us know that there were locks available because I had ordered a lock and they were out of locks that time. The driver said to make sure that I call customer service, which I did. I talked to customer service and let them know that they needed to take the lock off of my charge and they did. Everything went smoothly. When I requested them to pick up the container, they picked it up and I didn’t have any problems. I'd tell others to go for PODS too because I had an excellent experience.

I went online to find PODS but then I preferred to call them so that if I had questions, they would be answered immediately. But I've been on their site numerous times whenever I needed things changed or updates. Their reps were great but when I booked my second pod, they changed the rate that I was being charged. They said the first one was not right. I was also told that the only ones they take out of the state are the 7 and the 16 foot containers. They kept telling me that a three-bedroom house would fit into one 16 foot. I got two of the big pods to be delivered to Alabama. But then, I had to go to U-Haul to get a 7 foot trailer on top of the two big pods I got from PODS. I didn’t have enough room since I had more real wood furniture than most people do. But the first pod was stored so we didn’t have to get it, take it to the storage unit, pick it up and put it in something else. It was all done.

The dates on my situation both moving out of my place and moving into the new place were fluid. I liked PODS' flexibility. It was a lot more convenient to be able to have them pick the pod up and store it until I was ready. I booked the pod over the phone, and I had a pleasant interaction with their rep all the way across. When I signed up, it was when they had a big hurricane down in Florida so the website was down for a little bit. It was coincidental, but I was able to call and talk to somebody and they were great and I got everything arranged. And the local manager was fantastic. So, I was tickled that the whole process was seamless.

Back in December, we used PODS and I got two big containers, the 16-ft ones, for shipping. I wish they had a bigger one. But with PODS, it was convenient that I can pack it myself. At that particular time, I did the booking on the phone and the representative was fabulous. The drivers were awesome too. Everything was fine. If one is into packing it in themselves, PODS is the way to go.

And we knew we were going to need storage as part of our move. I got estimates from movers, and then I called to get the rates from PODS because we wanted to know how much things cost including padding materials for protecting furniture that we would take. They gave us a breakdown, told us what all our options were, and walked me through as far as the website and finding everything that we would need. They recommended that if we needed a dolly for moving the heavier stuff, we could just rent one from Lowe’s or Home Depot, which was what we did.

We needed containers for our moving and storage needs, and PODS was already a familiar name, so we decided to book with them. I tried booking it online, but it kept erroring and wouldn’t book. So, I had to speak to someone on the phone. We got the 8x8x16 container, and we had it packed to the brim. The driver called ahead, and was considerate about where we wanted to put the pod. We’ve had good experiences with their drivers. We’ve also had one delivered to the house down south, and they were great as well.

We’re moving across the country from Illinois to Georgia. I considered PODS' pricing initially and the hours it would take to drive it and decided to go with them. I booked over the phone and their reps made the process really simple for me. I’m traveling back and forth between Illinois and Georgia right now, and I like the convenience of having pods for 30 days and being able to unload it and then calling them to schedule the additional pods. I got the 8 x 8 x 16 pod but the last container seemed like a new container, taller than the first one, but they were clean and easy to use, and all my stuff was fine.

I thought PODS was unique first off. The biggest thing that I liked in the whole advertising scheme was the fact that they were on the ground and they were all in four or five inches off the ground to the loading deck. I did not have to use any lifts or ramps or any special devices to lift up to that four inches. It’s very convenient. We did moving and storage with them. We picked up stuff in California and brought it to Arizona and we unloaded it here.

She explained everything from soup to nuts, how everything worked, and how much would be charged on my credit card. They told me that there was a fee for dropping off the pod, for picking it up, and for shipping it. So it was very smooth from when we got the pod picked up, loaded, and when they dropped it off. They told us when it would be delivered in Florida and they always called ahead of time. They were very good. They would also email and tell us they were coming. Then they would call the day before and gave us a time window. When the mover came to drop the pod off or pick it up, he even called when he was on his way to the house.

I needed PODS' storage and I knew that I could still leave their container at the house where I was. I didn’t have to worry about it being somewhere else. The pod's size was perfect, and the driver was very congenial and explained everything. It worked out great and I'm glad I got them.

I'd go straight to PODS because they're the number one and the only one on my list. And anybody that's in need of storage or moving, absolutely I will tell them to call.

We were calling around and PODS was probably the most convenient and most economical. I went online to book for the moving and storage service, and then I decided to call them instead, on the phone. The customer service was the best I've ever had with any company. They were very professional and answered every question I had thoroughly. I requested for the 16 foot container since it had to be moved across states. And it was very clean and the perfect size with ample space that we needed. It was a box-looking unit that we were very impressed with and was easy for us to pack. The inside had braces that we could actually use and ropes to secure our items. We were amazed at the way it was delivered too.

We’re doing business and for a couple of years now, we've been using PODS for storage for material. I have two that I’ve been renting for a while and I got the largest size they have, the 16-foot container. I use PODS all the time and I’ve never had any problems.

The system kept telling us that the online booking wasn’t functioning properly. We called a couple of different people and it was very professional. The carrier drivers were also very nice people. Usually vendors are difficult to deal with. They don't tell you the whole story or paint things better than what they are. But our experience with PODS is one of those rare experiences I've had in dealing with a vendor where they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did it in a professional and courteous way, and I'd recommend PODS to anybody.

I have family members who had used PODS before and they were happy with it. I also used them when I needed a couple of units to store some house furniture in. I booked the first container over the phone and the rep I spoke with was very nice and friendly, and knowledgeable, too. I did the second one online and navigating their website was good. The containers came in good condition. They were clean and weren't tore up. My experience was good and if a friend would need a storage unit, I would recommend PODS.

I got PODS for storage and they dropped it off at our house and we just used it on driveway while we had some renovation done. Their staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me everything I needed. They explained all the terms, explained when the POD was going to be delivered and the procedure of how it was going to be picked up.

When I sold my home, the people that bought it did not want to close for almost four months. I wanted to be able to load at my convenience. I'm in Washington state and once the rain starts, you don’t want to be moving. My closing date was December which was a terrible time to move, and I wanted a lot of my stuff loaded before the rain came in. I called PODS one weekend and the rep was great. They told me all the prices and really helped me out quite a bit.

PODS broke my fence and the Customer Service was horrible! I had to contact them several times to check on the status and it took 2 weeks to receive any kind of response from them! The District Manager of Denver acted as if it was my fault and took no accountability for the company. I did not receive a response from them and have since then taken it to a lawyer! I will handle it in court, as their Customer Service was less than acceptable! Do not go through them. If your property is damaged... you will have a hell of a time getting any response and furthermore... any resolution to your problem! They want your money, but deny when they are at fault!!! Go through someone else if you can! My suggestion... go through another moving company if possible! They are unreliable!!!

Booking with PODS online was straightforward and setting up the delivery date and time range went well. I estimated how long I'd have it for, which turned out to be significantly longer than I thought but that was okay.

The pod arrived in perfect condition and in fact, it was a brand new one. When they delivered it, I told one guy where I wanted it and he did it all from there. My son had used PODS before when he moved back here from Montgomery, Texas. I had some moving that would have to go through the Canyon so I went with PODS. Things were mixed up when I called but they straightened the situation out. I got the biggest container which they couldn't put in the driveway, so they put it out in front of the house. I had some things that were broken though like one of my casserole dishes and my crock pot which I really miss. It was bent and was cracked inside. Also, when I was setting it up online, it said that it was going to cost $197, but it ended up costing me $625. So I called PODS and they said it was for the initial payment, for the drop-off and the pickup. But overall, I was happy with the service.

I liked PODS' customer service. I booked with them over the telephone and the rep I talked to was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was happy with being able to speak to somebody in real life who got down to give me some quotes. I also got a military discount. Plus, they seemed to be very efficient and timely with their answers. I got the 7 foot container and it was in great condition when it arrived. It was as promised. Then, the drivers were very cordial and professional when they made the delivery and the pickup. They also called ahead of time to let me know when they'd be arriving. I highly recommend PODS. They weren't the least expensive option but they were the perfect one for me.

I had three 16-foot pods both for moving and storing. I went with PODS because of the reviews on the internet, and I booked them over the phone. The reps were good, and they told me what I needed to know and what I needed to do. The pods were nice and clean, but I did not have enough because I have accumulated a lot of stuff. So, that caused me to get rid of some of them, which that was good. The only problem we had was about the roll-up doors. Some of the stuff inside shifted and blocked the doors for a while, and I couldn't figure out how to get in there and get it out. Nevertheless, they are very convenient. I was satisfied.

It was also able to accommodate because I didn’t know what I was going to be doing, so I wanted the ability to have it in storage and be able to retrieve it. The website just needs to improve in remembering my password but other than that, I'd change nothing. The agent I spoke with was good. I felt a little distant from him, but everything worked out fine. Maybe it was just my stress of the moving. I reserved two 16 and a 7, knowing that I was going to cancel one of the 16s or the 7. It turned out that I cancelled the 7. I needed more of the 16. They came on one time, and then they picked it up. Then they brought the other one and then picked that up. After the first one was filled, then I made the determination what the second would be.

We liked PODS' availability and their price, and we used them for storage because we were remodeling. The container we got was in good condition, and the person who dropped it off was good. They picked it up when they said they were going to and they called us prior to coming. So, everything worked out really well. They were professional and they were everything that they said. They were on time, too, and we had an overall good experience.

I had to store stuff until I could finally move after I sold my house and PODS suited my needs and pricing. So, I booked with them over the phone. I talked to many different people at PODS and everything was fine. I particularly like the Memphis managers at the warehouse. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and anyone who came out to all the locations was great to work with. We got the smallest container that can go across the state line and it was clean. It was bigger than I really needed, but that was all I could get.

I had a POD and they stored it for me and then they transported it from New Jersey to Florida. I got PODS for two things -- cost and being able to pack my stuff and then being able to lock it. I’d heard so many stories of people that when there was storage involved their belongings got damaged or lost and then there was always some kind of a negotiation back and forth whether it did even exist and what was it worth. I didn’t want to go through that.

PODS is a great system for moving and they provided me with good service and did what they said they would do. The people I dealt with were all outstanding. My experience was outstanding as well, and I would definitely recommend PODS and I have recommended them as a way to go for clients and friends.

Our house was flooded so I needed to store some things there while my home was being repaired. I booked with PODS online and it was easy, but I ended up having to call them because this was my first experience. I wanted to make sure everything was right with the delivery time because they never gave me one, even though they said they would. They couldn’t give me a time until the day before they were going to deliver the pod. I didn't like that, but it all worked out. The rep that I spoke with was nice and knowledgeable.

They dropped off an empty 8 x 8 x 16 POD and I filled it to the brim. They picked it up when I sealed it, they drove it to Daytona Beach and stored it. Then they redelivered it when I asked them to and took it away empty. I liked having control of my product, and I loaded and unloaded my stuff myself, and everything was there when I unlocked it. Also, the container went through Hurricane Irma down here, so they had it stored in a safe place.

I was going to go in another direction but PODS' promotional offer for more than three months of storage this year, transportation cost for free, kind of tipped the scale. I used them for moving and storage. I had to set up a profile and had to call to confirm the package deal and how that works because I initially got billed and then they credited me back. Then I did the schedule for the drop off and the pick up at home with the phone app. The reps have been wonderful. Wonderful. The experience was 5 stars all the way around. However, I could use a little bigger storage than what I got. We weren't there during the drop off was accomplished, and the driver called to confirm where we wanted it because I set it up wrong in the app. However, it was exactly where we needed it based on the detail specified in the app. I also did the same thing for the drop-off. There are cheaper competitors but the price comes with some benefits. Overall, I'm happy.

I booked with PODS online and it was fairly easy. It was also very simple even when I had to reschedule the dates of pick up and drop off a couple of times. The website is really easy to navigate. With PODS it's easier because they drop off the POD at your house and you're able to fill it within your time. You don't have to be going back and forth. They just pick up the pod on your schedule so it's just more convenient. And we've had very friendly interaction with the carrier drivers. When they went to drop it off he was just telling me how to put it on the driveway. When they went to pick it up the gentleman was very friendly as well. We recommended PODS to several families and friends. It's a reliable company.

In a normal storage unit, one got to get a truck, move it, store it there, and get another truck and move it there. Whereas with PODS, one moves into a pod then the pod goes to the house and one unloads it. So it was a simple type of process and easy to use. The other thing that’s nice about the pod is there's really no elevation difference. One doesn't have to worry about a ramp. It makes the loading and unloading process a lot easier where one is at ground level.

PODS had a great name and the online booking for the moving service, for the most part, was really good except that the website was messed up sometimes. Occasionally, I'd click on something and it would go, “Oh, that’s not available right now. That’s not available.” It's like trying to reschedule a date and I always had to call in. Also, I thought a 12 foot container would be perfect but that's only used for local. I went for the 16 'cause I know the smaller one won't be big enough and I filled it up good and it could use some more. And it was good with the drivers. The container always got picked up within the window, usually, towards the lower end of the window, which was amazing. One of the drivers just blew me away too. He backed up his truck right underneath the pod first try, no moving around. He just got it. I wish I could drive like that.
