I sold a house and moved into an apartment temporarily. I would've had to move everything on a truck to a storage area and hire guys three or four different times to do all those different stuff but it was a hassle. With PODS, although it could have been a little more expensive, it was easy and convenient. I load everything up in there and then they store it until I'm ready to unload it in my new place. When I booked with them, I started out online, and the website was clear and easy. Everything could have been handled online. I just had a couple of questions that’s why I called them and they were knowledgeable and explained everything well. They also called me to find out how everything went. Everything was very professional and easy with the drivers as well and the 16 foot container I got was crammed full. I would say to others to definitely use them.

I didn’t know when I was going to move and I needed to be able to take my time for packing so going with PODS made it more convenient for me. I booked the storage online and it was easy and simple to do. I told them the days and the size and then I reserved it. I had the 16-foot storage and it was in a good shape. Also, I could stack all the way up so, that was nice. Then, I had it moved to the storage pod and moved to the new house. The drivers were very nice and they called beforehand. I felt comfortable.

My house got flooded so I was looking at storing for two months. I've seen PODS at the other houses so I thought of going with them. I booked online and the process was fine. I went, looked up online and then I picked up the unit I wanted and scheduled the time for it to be delivered. I got the 12-foot container, the one that would hold three rooms. However, I messed up with what I put in the system so I called them and they corrected it for me.

I was moving into the house but before I can move in, I had to do a lot of renovation on it and I needed about four months of storage. I've used PODS before and I liked them so I used them again. I would recommend them too. Booking with them online was easy. I got the biggest size and everything was good. It was clean, sturdy, empty and leak-free. The guy who picked it up was also communicative and pleasant. He was very good.

I'd like to say that PODS company has manned up and did the right thing with my claim.

We just got one of the PODS delivered and we used it for eight months for storage. The few times I called their representatives they’re all good. They were knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to and very nice. The driver was nice to talk to too. The pod was clean and in good shape when we got it.

I was moving and I chose PODS because of the convenience since I had a friend that did it. I thought it would work on this one pretty easy. I booked pods over the phone and the their reps were very friendly and informative. I got a 16x8 container and it was in good condition. No issues whatsoever and it was also clean. The drivers were on their way when they have called me. When they were ready to pick it up, they called me as well and they were very friendly. It was overall excellent. If I'd have to move again, I would use PODS again. They take all the frustration out of moving and driving to the location. It's better to use PODS because you don’t have to worry about traffic and stuff like that. They're on time, so I had no issues with that.

I had used PODS previously for my properties and I continue to use them since, basically, they're convenient. I mainly book with them online and the user interface on the website is easy to use. I usually go with the largest container, the 16’ X 8’, and my belongings are safe in their containers. The drivers have always been flexible and I've had no issues with them. I've always had them put the pod unit in a very complicated area, which wasn't normal to ask them to do, and yet they still did it. PODS has been great, reliable, and easy to work with.

I’m under a time constraint and we need to get a lot done and have it stored. We then used PODS and the rate is good but more expensive. But I didn’t have any problem with them. Over the phone, when I booked with them, they're really good. 16-ft was the biggest they had and I needed a bigger one. I had to get two and the containers were good.

My girlfriend and I both moved using the PODS service. We looked into the pricing of using U-Haul and the price was a wash. And with PODS, we didn't have to deal with the stress of driving a vehicle we're not familiar with. We went to get a quote and then called to book. The rep I spoke to asked me some basic questions, gave me an estimate, and told me to call him with any changes if I could think of any and schedule the dates and time.

My daughter had used PODS and she recommended them. They were also cheaper than hiring a mover. With the schedule I was on, it was convenient. The rep was pleasant. She gave me everything I needed as far as timelines, scheduling and pricing. I got two 16 foot containers, and I had to leave a few things behind because it wasn't enough for a third one. They were in good shape, they looked sturdy and I could tell that they weren't getting water in them. PODS also had good videos on their site on how to pack them.

I was moving from my house in California to Oregon. I've heard good things about PODS. I didn't want to go with a moving company because of the bad stories I've heard about them. I have a friend that used movers and they ain't great. They'd have one custom saucer and she has a lawsuit against them right now. But with PODS, it was great. I packed my own and they were great help to me in what to do and how to handle everything. It couldn't have worked better. Fortunately, I had family to help me pack. My husband died. And so, I had to go right down and sell a house and empty it out. My family came down there and they filled the pod for me to the brim. We closed it up with my lock. You have to use your own lock.

We put most of our household furniture and some clothing into PODS storage in Ottawa in late 2014. We were in the process of building our home and so our items were left in storage for over 2 years. When we unloaded all our furniture and clothing, we were shocked to find that all our furniture had a black greasy film on it (I assume from all the diesel, petrol vehicles that they constantly use to move containers around, so we had to get rid of items that didn't clean up (upholstered beds, etc. as it was impossible to get rid of the film)).

We used one of PODS' units for storage for almost two months. I used PODS in the past and it worked well. So, we called them again this year. Their representative treated me very well, and the unit I got was clean and great. And the drivers who picked up and dropped it off were wonderful and they did a good job. I'd recommend PODS.

We booked PODS over the phone and they had very good customer service. We had a 16 foot container and a seven foot one, both good quality. The driver that dropped off and picked up from Minnesota was very friendly and nice to work with. However, PODS is a bit on the pricier side and I would have probably gone with a national mover if we didn't need the storage. But otherwise, all the interactions were very positive and they were very easy to work with.

My son had a tree fall through their house when a tornado came through and they had to use PODS while their house was being rebuilt. So I knew about them, and the ease and convenience of getting them in. I rented a storage locker from them and had it brought to the home, left in the driveway, and used it for storage during a remodel. It fitted my driveway and it didn’t go anywhere. Plus, I could load and unload it at my convenience. Their driver was excellent, too. He put the pod right where I wanted it on the edge of the drive out of the way. We could still get around it and it was perfect. I got their 12 by 20 container and it had plenty of room. It worked out real good and they did a great job. The billing was easy, too, and I put it on my credit card. Then they scheduled to come out and got the pod back.

I had an amazing experience with PODS. My son had used Rat Pack and didn’t like them so I looked online and then I called PODS. I talked to a lovely lady who really gave me a lot of options and was very informative. I got a 12-foot container that was fine and was able to fit all except my outside furniture, which I gave away. I talked with the guy who brought the container the first time and he was extremely nice. The container was stored for 4 months before it was delivered and the guy who picked it up was, again, very polite and nice. PODS picked up and brought the container back when they said they were going to, and everything was wonderful. Then, I talked my friend into using PODS and she also had a very good experience.

I booked PODS primarily for the size of their unit. I did the booking online with the confirmation then they communicated before they picked up because of a complication. There were some questions about the location where I wanted the pod to be delivered. But overall, I had a good experience with them. I packed up my belongings and put them in storage for six months then they delivered it and I had it unloaded.

I tried booking PODS online but it kept kicking me out. I would hit the last procedure then it would start over again. But it actually captured what I was trying to do. I called them and they were able to pull up the information and tell me that it was captured. They took care of my issue immediately. They were delightful and I felt very comfortable. I got the medium container and when the driver came, he was training somebody on how to drop the pod off. They were very nice, polite and helpful. The only thing that I thought was interesting was after we set an approximate date, there was no follow-up as a reminder that my pod was still there or whether I knew that somebody had my stuff. That aside, it was a great experience. They were reasonable, efficient and very professional.

I was moving from Atlanta, Georgia to Upstate New York. I used PODS for a moving container and a little bit storage because of the quality of their container. They were very sturdy. Nothing was breaking through that thing. It's very clean, too. I originally booked online at first and then I had a booking through the phone. Their website was all right. The only thing that was a little bit confusing was when my order was actually delivered to the storage facility in Syracuse, New York. I couldn’t actually see that it was delivered there and it just like automatically took the order away. It just said I had no existing orders.

We were going to be without a house for a while. And so, we were trying to figure out a way to store without having to move it more than one. I originally went online to book with PODS and then the date just kept on changing, so we called them afterward to make the appointment. I loved the way that PODS works. However, I didn’t realize that you had to have an appointment to pick it back up. I told the guy that dropped the pod off that I needed it picked up by tomorrow or the next day because they were going to pull the place out where we put the pod. So, when I called down there and told their reps that the pod was ready to be picked up, they said, “We don’t have anything to be able to pick anything up for two weeks.” Apparently, the guy turned around. So, I talked to the head of sales down there but he didn’t seem to be a very good salesman because he just said, “Oh, yeah. I'm sorry. There's just nothing I can do about it.”

I didn’t know the name of any other storage or moving companies so I went with PODS. We started booking over the phone and their reps were good. There was only one container size but it was the size that we needed, so it was fine. I only met the last people who dropped off my pod because we were never there when they were doing the move, but it was fine. They've been attentive to us when we were telling them where to put our things. I would highly recommend PODS.

PODS helped me with storage and then they moved the pods to our new home. The fact that we were able to put our stuff in storage and we didn't have to reload our truck and empty it again was the benefit I got from PODS and it was worth it. I called and talked with their representative and they were very friendly and helpful. We had requested for 12' and 16' containers and their driver who picked it up was very friendly too. We were watching him how he unloaded then reloaded the units. We had never seen it before, so we were intrigued by it. He was very nice and accommodating. It worked out and was convenient for us. It saved a lot of work as far as having to reload a moving truck and then unload it. The fact that the pods when delivered were sitting on the ground, which made it easy for us to unload and bring stuff into the house rather than going up a ramp. PODS made the second move very easy for us.

We had a very positive experience with PODS and we should be using them for all of our moves. We were in the middle of moving and we had to get all my junk out of the house so we could show the house. PODS had what I needed, had a fair price and seemed more user-friendly. I booked a container over the phone and then I had to reschedule my delivery date. The representatives were nice and helpful. They also shared with me that I could do it online if I needed to, but I didn’t need to. And, we weren’t sure yet where we were moving to but they were really tolerant of all that. The container was delivered when I needed it and it was the size I needed. It filled my driveway and I was surprised that they could lift it, even with everything in it, up on the truck. It was really amazing how it works. Also, the delivery driver was very polite and made sure of where we wanted the container. He didn’t hid anything and he put it exactly where we needed it.

Booking PODS online was really easy. I just picked the type of bus that I want and then looked for a schedule date. I got the largest one and they called to tell me when they were going to be there. They also asked to diagram out where I wanted it and that's where they put it. Using PODS was far easier than figuring out a rental truck and moving things multiple times.

I had a storm knock a tree down and it damaged my garage. I talked to the people at my insurance company and said I was going to call PODS. They said okay so after I checked everything online, I called PODS. They did so much advertisement that they came right to my mind. I told the gentleman on the phone what I needed and he told me what I should get. I had to move everything out of the garage and put it in the pod that they delivered to my driveway. I got the medium sized container which was white and had PODS on it. It was clean and my things were very safe in it. The gentleman that came and delivered it was the same guy that picked it up. He was very professional. The billing went great, too. I kept the pod for a couple of weeks. Then, after I got my garage fixed, I moved everything back in the garage. I recommended PODS to a couple of my friends that needed some short-term storage.

I looked on the internet and there were a couple of moving and storage companies. I’ve heard about PODS and read about them. I've also seen their containers and thought that PODS was a good idea. So I called them and the reps I talked to were very nice. I got two of their biggest containers since we were moving two houses. If they had a bigger one, I would have had to get that one, too. But for what I needed, the pods I got were the correct size. The ones I got were in good condition, very clean, and weren't scratched up.

We were going to have a delay between moving out of our house until we could get into the apartment and a friend mentioned PODS. I looked up information online and I called in to make sure I was doing everything right. The container worked out perfect and it was exactly what we needed. Also, the drivers were very courteous and nice. I got an email that said they would come between two hours and in the phone call, it left a message that it was going to be a different time. It ended up not being an issue since we were here and ready for them to come. It was a great experience.

I checked around and PODS seemed to be the best. I used the pod for storage and my belongings were safe. Their reps were very, very knowledgeable and they treated me very well. They helped me get the right size of container I needed. The drivers were very courteous as well. They explained to me what they were going to do and I needed to make sure they had enough room to get it in and out. If I need it again, PODS is who I'm going to call. I would also tell others to go with them because they're great to work with and very knowledgeable and I didn’t have a care in the world.

PODS could take my stuff where I needed it to go in the end. I used both their moving and storage services and booked over the phone. The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful, very thorough, and the communication was very clear. The drivers were very nice, and my experience was awesome. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

PODS' price is very reasonable and they really fit our needs well. I booked a service online and it was very easy. Their site was very upfront, simple and very user-friendly. We stored our stuff in their pod at our house and then they transported it to our new house. Burt, the guy who picked it up and dropped it off the first time, was so nice about telling me exactly what was going to happen and showing me how it works.

Seeing the PODS name all over the place, I figured it must be a good company because there were a lot of people using it. I started booking with them online and progressed into making a phone call because I wasn’t really able to easily do it online. I spoke to excellent customer service people and got their smaller sized pod which worked out very well. It was really a surprise because when I first got it on the driveway, I didn't think it was all going to fit. But it did with little room to spare. I had a really good experience. Everything that I packed into my pod, got there safe and sound. There was no problem so I would highly recommend PODS.

I moved from one state and had my things in storage for three months prior to moving into a home in the other state. PODS was the one that I knew the most about over the years and I did some comparison with other companies, but I ended up going straight to PODS anyway. I booked two 16 footer containers over the phone and the ones I got were brand new and clean. The reps I talked to were very good and informative. And their drivers were thorough in doing their jobs. They picked up the pods and let me know what was going to happen to them before it happened. They're pretty much the best company out there.

I priced several storing or moving companies and PODS was close and had a little better feel to everything. They had the metal containers with the door compared to U-Haul that had wooden ones. I've also been aware of the name PODS because I've seen it about. I booked with them over the phone and the agent I talked to was very helpful. It got complicated though as I had things come up where we had to make changes and I had to call in to make the changes because I wasn't able to make them online. We used the medium-sized containers and everything went smoothly with their drivers. It was an overall good experience and I would recommend PODS to anybody who's looking.

We relocated and used PODS for the moving of our possessions. We liked the flexibility that they offered and booking with them was comfortable and straightforward. My interaction with the PODS rep was friendly and succinct. The container was clean. I absolutely filled it to the brim. Everything showed up and nothing broke. I also had a good interaction with them when the pod was delivered. The guy asked, “Where do you want it? I'm going to make sure it's going to be good for you and for the people living around the area.” He was very cognizant about the sizing and the impact it was going to make on the neighbors. Everything worked just as it was supposed to, so I'm real happy. If we have to relocate again, we'll probably use the service again.

People in my neighborhood used PODS so I figured they were reputable. I called when for my moving and storage needs and their reps set everything up for me. They explained everything to me and told me what I could and couldn’t do because of San Diego’s rules on pods. It worked out all great and I have no complaints about them. They got here when they said they would. We probably could have used a bigger container though. But the two units we rented were big enough. Also, I wish they let us know how much time they were going to need for delivery. Having our stuff in storage and having a house redone, we didn’t know exactly when. And in an area like Palm Springs, there is only a certain day they deliver. Other than those, I have recommended PODS twice.

I've known about PODS for a long time. We had to move, so I went online, found their number and called them. We had our stuff in storage for six to seven months with them. I used two 16-footers and they were clean and in good shape. At some point, we had to trade a smaller container for a larger container, and it all went very smoothly. Also, I loved the drivers. The first guy explained to me exactly what was going to happen. He brought the containers up with him from where he was, and dropped them off. And then, he came back the very next morning to get them off my street. When we got here and had the containers delivered, the second guy was just as nice. Our house is in a new development, so we're not even on GPS. So, he had to call and ask us where to come, and it all worked out. Everything was dropped off on time.

We were selling two houses and buying a new house, and we had to get out of our houses. We closed down our other house so, while we're looking at what would be the best possibility, a friend said to us they had used PODS. So, we went online, found the number and looked it up. After looking at all their options, we called the number to speak to a customer service person to try to get their detail about the process and they were excellent.

I moved and my house wasn’t ready, so PODS stored my things for me. I looked at other companies and they were a lot more expensive so I went with PODS. I did it all online. I had a couple of questions along the way, so I called and got answers right away, and I was perfectly satisfied. Whenever we were having a transfer of the pod, like when they came to pick it up when I had it packed, the gentleman driving the truck would call and schedule the night before and come get it the next day. It was all very painless so I'm very happy. The driver was awesome and perfect. They made sure that it was placed in the right way and that it was where I wanted it. I got the biggest container which was a 16 footer. But I could have used a bigger one. Instead of doing two or three, which was going to get expensive, I stored in a local facility storage unit. We ended up putting all of the heavy furniture in the pod so that it goes out door-to-door, which worked out beautifully.

My sister-in-law told us about PODS and she had had a good experience with them. We liked the cost and we didn't know where we're going to be moving. My husband did the booking online. We stored our belongings for about five months with them then they moved us to Denver. When we got to Denver, we had one pod delivered and it was delivered the next day. They came and picked it up afterward.

I've used PODS before and I've been satisfied with their service. I booked again and needed them to deliver a pod, pick it up, deliver it again, and pick it up once more. I started booking online then I did it over the phone. I got their largest container and the drivers who picked it up were all great. They were also timely and efficient in moving my pod. All in all, it was very easy to move that way.

I used PODS before and when I moved out, I stored my furniture with them for about a week then I moved into a new home. I had an excellent experience. The reps were really helpful and it went very well with their drivers too. I ended up with two of their 16-foot containers. And when I had to change a couple of dates, they worked with me.

I moved from a high-rise downtown up to the suburbs. I booked with PODS over the phone and the reps I spoke with were delightful. They came and parked one container by my old place. It sat there for a few days. It was loaded up. Then it arrived at my new place. It was a very pleasant and positive experience. The container is mobile and it's reasonably secure. It has this very interesting pickup and delivery system that requires this fairly adroit and skilled person. I wouldn’t want to have his job to pick those things up. It'd be easy to screw up if you had bad hand-eye coordination. PODS is a marvelous 21st century way of moving. Overall, they were efficient and reasonably priced plus they keep their word.

I was moving and I needed the storage space and I wanted to be able to pack my stuff up at my own without necessarily paying for the time it took. I did some research online, and then I ended up calling PODS to confirm the reservation. My interactions with their customer service went well. They offered me a promotion that I hadn’t been aware of, which was great. The promotion that they had offered was contingent on me using three months, and I ended up using just shy of three months. But they ended up waiving the third month delivery fee. I didn’t meet any of their drivers in person, but I received phone calls whenever they were coming to pick up or deliver. And those were all positive as well. One called to say that he had trouble navigating like some power line and he wanted to let me know so that I could let future drivers know. That was good to hear.

Every time I move, I use PODS. It’s convenient and all of my stuff is safe. I’ve booked mostly online and it's easy, but a couple of times I’ve had to call because I wanted to clarify something. Their reps treat me very well and they answer my questions. I recently used a smaller container ‘cause I only had a couple of rooms of furniture, but I had plenty of room left over. The drivers are all very friendly and they know what they’re doing. The last place where they delivered had tight corners and they were really good about parking it exactly where I needed it. PODS is the way to go and I wouldn’t trust another company.

I needed PODS for moving so I booked everything online and set it all up, and a representative confirmed everything. I instructed their rep to drop the pods off and pick it up on a certain date and drop it off at our new house. Their reps were excellent across the board. However, the 12-foot container that I got was a little too small but I insisted on that because I thought it would work. I had good interactions with their drivers however, they cannot deliver to the city of Martinsburg, the city where I bought a house. Naturally, I was concerned about that and I had to call the police department to make sure it was okay to park out on a city street.

I had used PODS when I moved from Philadelphia to Little Rock and they were excellent. I used them again when I moved 370 miles from Little Rock, Arkansas to St. Louis, Missouri. I booked over the phone and the representative I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We got everything together when I had to make a small change. I just called her back and everything was fine. I needed a 16 and a medium container but they didn’t have a medium anymore, so I used their smaller one. They were both in excellent condition and we had no problems at all. They put an identifier on the lock so if the seal was broken, I'd know somebody got into it between the time it left me and the time I got it back. Also, the drivers were very polite. They came in and put the containers where I needed them. If I suggested something that probably wouldn’t work, they were very knowledgeable saying they couldn't move it to that side and they explained why.

We sold our home but we didn't have another house to move into. We had a gap of about a couple of weeks in between them. Bekins came out and gave me a quote. But because to store it was just sky-high, I didn't even consider them. My real estate agent told me about PODS and they worked so well for us. It all went really smoothly with their reps and we didn't have any issues. We got the biggest pod but it wasn't near enough so a couple of days later, we got another one. The pods were in good shape and were clean. The PODS team picked all our stuff, stored it and when we got the new place, delivered the pod to it. I was amazed that when we got the stuff back out, nothing got broken nor shifted. I thought it was just for sure because I packed it myself and didn't do a great job.

I used PODS a couple of years ago and it was pretty easy to get a container. I had one again in my driveway while I was doing a remodeling job and I had plenty of room for them to put it on site. The prices went up quite a bit from the last time I used them, but both times have worked out for me. I booked the most recent one over the phone and the reps I spoke with when I initially set it up and when I called to have it taken away were both great. I got the larger pod and my stuff were safe in it. The only thing was, towards the end, it was really hard to slide the lock mechanism because it was so rusted. I used one of the big locks that they request when you have storage, like a SheerGuard, and they needed to just use a smaller lock because I couldn’t get in and open the pod.

PODS helped me with moving and storage. Our son moved from California to Nebraska and when I was researching, PODS stood out as being the best move. We didn’t go to U-Haul because they charge by the mileage and we weren’t sure about the container size, etc. However, PODS' advertising was a bit misleading at that time. It said moving from one place to another place, but you have to be within a 50-mile radius of a PODS service center, which he wasn’t. So, we had to rent a 10-feet truck and drive it to where he was going to be living. That was the only downfall we saw but our move was entirely different because we stayed within a 50-mile radius.

We were storing and renovating. And PODS could bring the container here. I did the booking online but then had to call, too, and the representative I spoke with was fine. Our experience with PODS was super easy, and I'd recommend them.

We had two pods delivered, and then picked up, and stored for a few months and then delivered back. Pods provided the service we needed because we needed some storage time at a local storage facility. They worked out for us. We decided they were the best choice to go for that service. Their reps were real helpful and got everything situated. The pods were good containers. They were clean and they were what I needed.

I like the whole idea of PODS and it's a very nice system. I booked one small 8x8x7 pod online to be used for a move and it was easy to do. A big empty box came, which we were supposed to fill, and it was in fine shape. We were very happy with the experience.

PODS was recommended so I called them when I needed storage services. I got multiple containers, 16-foot pods, and they were appropriate for my needs. And when I needed adjustments because the amount that I paid would not have been used up and I needed my payment to be prorated, which they did, their service was exceptional. I was very happy with PODS and I would have no problems using them again or recommending them to anybody.

I had a trailer that I had to empty out and put in a pod so I can tear it down and put another one in its place. PODS moved all of the stuff that was in the pod back into the new trailer and I have one small pod left, the 12 by 12. When I called PODS, their reps were very nice and the young lady that delivered the pod was very informative. The young man that delivered the other POD was the same and the man that came and picked up the big pod and transferred the small pod to another location in my yard did the job very quickly and safely.

Although I have no complaints about the POD unit itself, it did make moving easier... I do have a major complaint about their customer service. My POD delivery was delayed due to snow... This I understand completely but I had to have my POD packed and moved that coming Wednesday which is why I scheduled it Saturday prior to give me the time to load it at my leisure. But since they don't work on Sundays and Monday was a holiday I was left with one day to load it. I asked if they could then make sure that it is delivered in the morning since I had work, and I needed to make sure they had room... All they could do was "request" a time. THIS is my main issue with them... They are not willing to work with you at all.

I started with PODS online and it was fairly easy. I also had to get over the phone and the reps were excellent. I used a good-sized container though it could have been twice its size. I live out in the country and I had a building go down, so I stuck everything that could get wet in the container.

PODS was convenient. I moved three times within a month. At that time, I wasn’t physically ready to do the moving truck again. I talked to PODS customer service over the phone and everybody from PODS was great. I got a 16 footer unit and then they delivered it, loaded it, stored it for about three days, then they came and picked it up.

When I looked on the internet, there was like a chat show and PODS called me back immediately. The next day, different moving companies started calling, but I decided to go with PODS because their customer service was awesome. I’ve never seen a customer service quite like that before, so it was great. The booking process over the phone went great. I was a little concerned about everything concerning the move, but their reps put my mind at ease, and the original gal took care of everything for me. Everybody was so polite every single time I called, so it was a nice experience. I got the middle-size container and it really worked out perfectly. I had some gentlemen pack my belongings so that it’d fit very well and I felt safe. I spoke with the driver that dropped the pod off initially, and he was incredible. I was really pleased with that. I would recommend the company.

PODS had a better cost, and we could load their pod and take as long as we wanted to load or unload. It was very easy to book online. Because I thought there was only one size, I ended up getting two containers. But the drivers were great and they were definitely polite and responsive.

I had used PODS before and they gave me a reasonable rate. Although, it would have been nice if they'd given a senior discount. I booked for a mid-sized storage over the phone, and the reps I dealt with were good. The driver who picked up the container was very efficient. There were some trees in the way and he took care not to damage them. One thing I did notice, however, was that the base of the unit was wood, and some of the nails were poking up, so to me, it's a tripping hazard. So, I just taped it down with a lot of heavy tapes so it wouldn't catch the shoe. It would be nice if they could make sure the nails weren't sticking up with the base. It came clean and it was nice that it has the hanging lots for the clothes hangers, which was a nice feature. I also like the fact that they had all the little information posted inside about what to do with spiders and stuff as it was a nice tip. I would recommend them. I had priced out some other units

I am very pleased with the service that I got and the whole experience with Pods. It was my second time using them. We were doing a construction project. I needed to get all my content on my garage emptied. That’s what I put in the pod. Booking a pod, returning or asking for the container to come back for me to empty were very simple and easy.

I booked with PODS over the phone and their reps were very nice and very helpful. I got the biggest container, the 16 feet, and I felt that I had the correct size. The first time they gave us a pod, it was damaged, so I called them back and they did bring a brand new one out. There was too much of stuff, but my kids helped me and we just put them at their house until I needed them. PODS did a great job, and everything worked out great. I was very pleased with them, and I would recommend them. If I had to move again, I would also do the same thing.

We used PODS for moving and then we had our things stored for a few days. Our container wasn't that big but it took everything that we were going to take to our new place. The drivers were nice guys and they told me all about how the pod worked. They put it out on our driveway and it was good where they put it. We tied a lot of our stuff down and everything came in one piece.

I’ve used PODS for moving and storage, and they were a delight to deal with. I’ve seen them in a lot of places, so I was more familiar with them than any other company. I initially didn’t want to use a storage company and liked the idea of the mobility, which actually worked out in my benefit. I had a 16-foot pod delivered to my house, and the driver who delivered it, as well as the one who picked it up were both extremely polite. They called me ahead of the delivery to let me know that they were coming and said that I didn’t need to be there. They kept me posted, and they put the pod exactly where it was supposed to go. It went very well.

Booking with Pods worked really well. They dropped off a pod for a month. They came and picked it up. The whole process was outstanding. The driver was awesome. He was the same guy that dropped and picked it up. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He said he'd been doing it for a long time. It was nice that it was more than just a job to him. It was something that he kind of owned. In that regard, it was nice because it could have been anybody that dropped something off. I read some reviews online, and some things were good and some things were bad. But with Pods it was good, the driver knew what he was doing. I also had a good experience with their customer service.

I was moving into a new house and PODS delivered the 16-foot container in a timely fashion. They had to deliver it to my driveway because I wasn't able to move my furniture into the house. They barely had a 24-hour notice, but they delivered it. I paid them with a credit card. The agreement was that for as long as I had the pod in my driveway, they would use my credit card to pay the monthly fee. I agreed to that, and they did that. When I called to have the container removed, they were here within two hours of the time they said they would be here, and I had absolutely no problem with them. It was a very good experience. I would definitely use PODS again.

We had a one-time deal with PODS when we had a thing at our condominium development. We booked a container over the phone and their customer service reps were okay. We got the size 20 containers and they were good.

We got flooded in Hurricane Harvey, and we needed some storage for furniture while we remodeled the house. My wife booked the biggest container from PODS. The container was in good shape. It didn't leak and it was exactly what we needed. Then we had it set in one spot until PODS picked it up. And the driver was great. He picked it up with the little loader thing, then he got it on the truck and got right out.

I like PODS' size of the unit available in correlation with cost. I looked at a few others and a lot of the other competitors had smaller units, and I would need multiple units. PODS was easy and affordable so I booked online. Their website was very easy. I was able to schedule my deliveries and pickups and see my cost. The container that I got was the 16 footer. It was clean and functioning and there were plenty of high-down areas. I feel that the size was good for us. I had a three bedroom and two bathrooms in a 16,000 square foot house. We also had a storage unit that we were using for some other stuff, so we didn't have to load our entire home in the pod. The driver called and let us know they were coming both times and put it exactly where we wanted it. They were very nice and professional. I'm happy with the experience, overall.

We had used PODS before for a move. This time we rented a pod for storage for eight months because we were doing a remodel. Working with their reps went really well. We got their largest container which looked new. Everybody who was there to pick up the pod was friendly and courteous.

The moving service PODS offered from Pennsylvania to Florida was more reasonable. We booked their 16 feet pod in October and we moved at the end of November. We could have used a bigger pod because we still had about a half to three-quarters worth of stuff that was still back where we moved from in storage. But they said that was the biggest pod they had. It was clean and pretty sturdy though. We moved before the drivers picked up the pod at the house we moved from but I was sure they got the pod on time and we got it down here on-time as well. They were excellent and very nice. Most everybody I talked to online was pleasant.

Whatever they said in regards to pricing, delivery, pick-up and location, and everything worked out great. We had the 12-, 16- and the 7-foot containers. I like how they were built. I like how clean they were, and of course, we made sure they came back clean. We had them for a long period of time, so they went through a couple of seasons. And they seemed to do just fine like the materials weren’t damaged. We kept some of them for months. The drivers were very courteous. It was a unique way how they unloaded and loaded, and they didn’t mind me watching them work.

PODS has the flexibility and ability to readily store. I booked 4 of their eight by sixteen containers over the phone and the representatives were very good. They were very helpful especially the first person I talked to who helped me figure out how many I needed. I let them talk me down on the amount and I probably needed one more than I really got. With the 4 pods, I had one delivered early and the other 3 were in storage. The containers were all in really good shape. In fact, I had professional movers helped me with the loading and one of them commented on what good shape the pod was in.

PODS helped me with a move. I booked them over the phone and got the smaller container, a seven-foot on height. I'd tell others to make sure that their association lets them take the pod into their driveway. Other than that, I'd recommend them.

I see PODS everywhere so I figured that since everyone else is doing it, there must be something in it for me. I did a lot of research online, then I called an agent and did things mostly over the phone which was excellent. I was hoping for a smaller container, but then they told me that because of the distance of my move, there was only one option that was going to work for me. So, it was good to know up front.

I called a local guy, Jeff, first and got some information. He told me that online is pretty simple. So after I talked to him initially, I did most of it online. He was very helpful all through it. I had called him a few other times with some other questions and he was always very available and had a lot of information. I moved in and stored for about 15 days or so, and then moved again. Everything was great with them.

I’ve used PODS before so I went with them again. Everything was fine working with their representative. The only issue that I had with the drivers was that nobody came when they said they were coming, both when they picked it up initially, when they dropped it off here at the site, and when they picked it up from the site. They were all early when they initially dropped it off at my old house to load it up, and when they brought it over to the new house to unload it.

I leased a pod so I could move from my house to a senior place. There was a little lag in the move because of the house sale, so I had PODS deliver a pod so I could load the stuff up. Moving companies charge a lot of money and PODS' cost is a little higher than most storage places, but the appeal was only having to load and unload once. Plus the container they have will definitely protect your stuff as long as you pack it right. I had to change the delivery date a few times, but I did that online and it was very simple. I watched the driver unload and it was a lot of fun. They were extremely careful with the water meter and all the stuff close to the driveway, and they made sure that they got it as far over as they could without being dangerous.

Comparing the pricing versus using a U-Haul and driving as far as I would have to, it was more cost effective for me to go with PODS. I checked out the sizes online, but when I did the actual booking, I called because I wanted to get verification and the price quotes. The reps were very courteous and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I'm glad I went with them. I got the smallest container and when I'd seen it, I was surprised how much I could get in it. It was very clean and sturdy. For as much as I'm sure they're used, it wasn't damaged and it was very well taken care of.

I was living in Connecticut and selling my house, and I had some things that I wanted to move to San Diego because my wife moved out here the year before. We did it with movers last year and it wasn’t a good experience. My wife suggested PODS and we looked it up. It seemed reasonable, so we booked the pods. I booked over the phone, but the online site was fine. I used it to check up on a couple of things. I had to use it for some kind of gypsy moth declaration that I had to sign, but the people that I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and professional.

We have had a good word about PODS before. Also their price was reasonable. We had them move a crate from Massachusetts to Nevada. The first time we talked to them, I gave up ‘cause I wasn’t really going anywhere but the second time was really good. We needed more space but the size of the unit we had made us make some good decisions ourselves. The drivers were pleasant. They asked questions and wanted to make sure everything was okay. We had an issue when they got here. We couldn’t open the door. It’s been shifted so much and so, the driver was really helping me trying to move things behind the door to open it. I just hope they improve their online system because it said you can get a quote when you go on there, and you can’t get a quote.

We were remodeling our house and we had to empty rooms so we needed storing and we didn't want to take all the items to the storage shed. I have seen the PODS containers so I went with them. The pod came to our house and it looked brand new, and we didn't have to go take it to a storage unit. Our drop off experience was fantastic. When the driver came and got the pod, we looked out and the next thing I knew it was gone. However, the pod could not go where we wanted it to go and the driver had to go someplace and take it off, turn it around on his foot so that he could put it where it could go. It was a perfect experience for me. We like the fact that it was on-site and we did not have to drag our stuff to a storage

I previously moved two times, one to Maryland and then back to Illinois, it was a round trip that was about two months apart, and then four years ago, I moved to Georgia and then moved back to Springfield, Illinois. A friend of mine, prior to all of these, had moved from Kansas City to St. Louis and had used PODS, and she highly recommended it. Her stuff all arrived intact, and it wound up being cost-effective for her. So, based on her recommendation, when I was looking to move to Maryland, I priced out several of the drive-it-yourself trucks and PODS and found PODS to be such a load lightener for me. They handle everything. I could hire packers and unpackers through PODS, get local recommendations on both ends, and it wound up being a very effective way to move. I was very happy, and I’ve made each move since then using PODS.

I could do it at my leisure, which was real convenient and it fit what I needed. The rep was very understanding, thorough and he was very empathetic to my situation. And then, the gentleman who came to the house in Sanibel was just as wonderful.

They took their time and they were patient. I got the 12' x 8' x 8' and it was perfect size.

And for the most part, I had to put stuff away in other places and a 20-footer would be good, but they didn't have that. The pod that I got was clean and secure, though. I would use PODS again, and I'd tell my friends that they were easy and convenient to use.

We had the pod delivered here with the intentions of filling it up and then having it moved to a second home that we have. We ended up keeping it because we were doing some remodeling here. And so, we filled it up and we had all new flooring put into our home. Then we emptied it ourselves and took things, and did not have them move it to the other location. But PODS did exactly what they said and it was wonderful. I called them, and they were responsive. The pickup was fantastic as well. It was a cold day and the driver was trying to get in the driveway without going into our grass because it was so wet, and he was amazing. My grandkids and I watched him from the window, and he waved to the kids. He was awesome. We had fun watching him pick it up. I would highly recommend them to anybody else.

I used 2 16-foot PODS in storage for about a year. I set it all up online and it was fairly easy to sign on and schedule pick up and delivery. I talked to them on the phone on a number of occasions because their appointment windows were 3 hours. And, on a couple of moves, I had tight deadlines of hiring movers, and the placement of the PODS at locations was critical.

We needed to pick up some of our belongings from a moving company in Massachusetts and transport them down to a storage facility in Florida. We looked at moving companies' pricing and we also looked at U-Haul. It seemed a lot more logical to use PODS and besides the pain of a U-Haul, the pricing of PODS was more attractive. Since we did all the research on the phone to understand what went on, we also booked the 16-foot container over the phone. The PODS container seemed very efficient and it has more space compared to U-Haul's 15-foot. In reality, U-Haul's wasn't a full 15-foot because it went over the cab and so one loses space on it.

I got the largest pod they had and it was clean when I got it. Then I loaded stuff in it and left it there for several months before they moved it to my new location. But that would have put me into another month of billing so their rep said that they'd have to charge me for half a month. I said it wouldn't have been reasonable because it was not my fault they were overbooked.

First, they moved me from Port St. Lucie. And I put my stuff in storage in St. Lucie. Then, I took my stuff out of storage and brought it over here in Tampa. I did the booking over the phone, and their representatives were excellent. The guy who took the initial call that I made took care of me when I was in Port St. Lucie had everything set up for me. I really liked him. I booked a large container and it came in pretty good condition. And the staff and people that put it together for me was excellent. The delivery driver who picked up the pod was right on time and very professional. Everything PODS did for me was first class. I'd tell my friends that they got to give them a call.

For the convenience, I used PODS' service for moving and storage. I had a good experience navigating through their website, and everybody was great, very helpful and professional when I called. I got one of the larger containers and it was appropriate, sturdy and durable. Also, the drivers who came were both great.

My son had one and a half months of waiting till they could get into their new house and they stored things in the pods. And then PODS took the containers and stored them for my son and then brought them out to the new house. But, then, when I was checking my account, I could get online and do that, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I got a 12-foot container, and it had been worn out, but it was not problematic. We locked it. The drivers were fine, and their pricing is ok but it could be better. It was higher than what we anticipated when it was all said and done. But, we were anticipating a short stay and between construction and everything else, it ended up being longer than we expected. Nevertheless, I like the convenience in using it.

We were going out of state and went with PODS based on people that have recommended them. I did everything online and the website was very user-friendly. I can chat with people about any question and I love that. We had gone to Manchester to see the pods before we ordered one, ‘cause we weren’t sure size-wise. The gentleman there was really good. He walked us around and showed us the inside, so it helped us make our decision. We went with the big one, which was good ‘cause we had everything in. The cost was quite reasonable considering the move, and the pod we got was in really good condition.

I got the 16, but I needed a bigger one and I did not know then that they have one. Still, I’d recommend them.

I didn’t want to afford the movers coming across the country, so we looked into U-Haul trucks or pods but decided to go with PODS. We booked over the phone and all of the reps were very helpful. The first one talked to us about how much he had to move and about what we would need. He was on the ball with him asking about what we had furniture-wise, 'cause he told us we'd need two bigger pods. He was right, so it worked out real well. There was one time we didn’t get a phone call, but we got an email telling us when the pods were going to be picked up. We used two of their big storage pods to move from Illinois to Virginia. The first pod was an older model ‘cause the inside was plywood, but it was all clean and didn’t smell. The second one we got was more like a fiber glass type, but it was also clean.

I used three 16-foot containers from PODS. It took a while for me to move into this other house down south of San Jose in Gilroy so I was in an extended stay and PODS took the containers to their Milpitas Facility and housed on there until I was ready. I finally got into Gilroy and they were right on it. Every time the guys dropped the containers, it was perfect. I did have one container with PACK-RAT but they're terrible and I'll never use nor recommend them.

I needed a storage, a moving pod and the storage for a couple of weeks after. Based on PODS advertisement and word of mouth from other friends that have used them, I went with them too and booked with them online. It was very easy to get a quote and to figure out the whole process. Their rep was very professional, very helpful and answered my questions. I got the seven feet pod and everything was very well safe inside. The driver was also very helpful in explaining what the process was. It seems like a very big electronic Tonka toy the way that the PODZilla just lifts it up and the way the pod came on the trailer. The way the pod maneuvered in tight little spaces, both at the point of picking it up as well as dropping it off at the apartment complex parking lot, was very helpful.

I was moving from Virginia to Kentucky and the price of PODS was good and I always see them advertise so I gave them a try. I booked online and everything was just like fast work. Plus the drivers were nice, friendly and cooperative.

Everything was really nice and we were really glad we went through PODS. I booked with them online and it was easy. I got a 16-foot container and it was very clean and I appreciated that. We stored them for a month and then we moved - it was not very far away as it was just a short distance. When we went to where it was being stored, we felt good about it being very secure. We had the same driver both times and he was very cordial and nice. When they said they were going to be there, they were there. So, it was prompt and easy. Keep up the good work.

The container sat in California for two weeks when it was supposed to be shipped to Arizona. When the order was placed I entered a delivery/pickup zip code in California and a delivery zip code in Arizona. I was told the pod would be picked up, taken to a warehouse overnight, then shipped to the destination the following day. I called after a couple of weeks as I hadn't heard anything about the status. Turns out you have to SPECIFICALLY ask for the pod to be shipped. I don't remember reading anything about that. I had faith about what I was told.

We priced the other companies the way you can bring stuff and store it and we liked the price point for PODS, and the fact that it was going to be sitting right in my driveway just made it much better for us. Our consideration was mostly price, but the convenience was definitely number two. I had PODS drop off one of their 20-foot containers and I kept it for about three years during a long construction project. And then, they came and picked it up when I gave them a call. Their process was really simple and I'm very happy with them.

I booked it at night and the next morning they were on the phone. We got a 12-foot pod. It wasn’t brand new but it was nice and clean and that’s all that really counts.

I rented a seven-foot unit, for mostly boxes, and they transported it from Kentucky to Florida. I booked it online then I called and talked to someone. They were helpful and we didn't have any problem. Nothing was broken, too. I would recommend them

I booked PODS over the phone and it was great. We did not have a final destination at the time and we didn't want to double-handle our goods, but the rep got me everything I needed. The two containers that we got were in excellent condition, and they almost looked brand new. Also, all of the drivers that we had were helpful, nice and did their job. They would call me to tell me when they were going to drop by. If they came by and they were the same driver bringing the container next, they'd tell me what they were going to do and that they'd be back in this amount of time. So, the local regions were great and I've had a really good experience. However, I would have liked to have been able to do more managing of my account online in terms of changing dates or checking the status, rather than have to call in every time. They're available all the time, but it's misleading if they have a website that makes it seem like you can manage it.

I was going back in the house. I had seen PODS before in somebody's place and I got the phone number down and I called. I like their price, it was cheaper and I like the convenience of knowing that it's going to be locked and nobody can get in or put anybody else's stuff in there. It was a safety feature of knowing about my own padlock. But what I like most is that I was in control of my own stuff. So, I got the smallest pod from them. I packed everything up, they came and arrived on time, and took the pod away. I loved watching them put the pod in place.

I used two of PODS' 8 feet x 8 feet x 16 feet containers to move from one area to another. I booked them over the phone and their reps were very nice, very reasonable, and kept me updated. The drivers either texted or called me to let me know they were coming. When they picked up the pods, they asked me if I would move my car out of the driveway so that they wouldn’t damage it, just in case.

I was moving then and I initially went with U-Haul but their units were too small so I got two pods from PODS and they were both in excellent condition. I ended up storing one of their pods for a good while on my property. The driver that delivered them was the same one that picked them up and moved them to the new house. He was very conscientious and he could not have been better. The reps I spoke with were fine too. I could not have been more pleased with PODS. I'd tell others that if they're going to pack stuff themselves and have it moved, PODS is the way to go.

We had the possibility of moving out of state and didn’t have a reliable means of delivering over our state line except for PODS, so we decided to go with them. We wanted to have a company that could move our storage stuff to wherever we were going. Sometimes, the zip codes were out of the area for people. Booking the pods was pretty good, although it might have been a little bit easier to have something to determine which kind of pod to use for how many rooms you have. But overall, it was pretty easy compared to moving trucks.

We were moving from Texas to New Mexico and we needed to be able to store our things as well as move because we were renovating our home in New Mexico and didn’t know how long that was going to take. And I didn’t want to have to pack everything up, put it in the storage unit and then go back and get it and bring it back here. So the PODS were ideal for what we needed.

I had a small amount of stuff to ship and I was able to pack it myself with PODS. I also liked their price and the ability to have control from end to end was important. I got a container delivered and had it shipped from Houston to New York. It was stored in New York then delivered to two locations in Manhattan. I called them initially and discussed the pricing with their rep. I had some questions about what would need to happen for delivery in Manhattan because they couldn’t just slam this thing down on the street. Then, I booked it. The 12 foot container that I got was a rectangular box with various places to attach on ropes or tie-downs. It was clean and in good repair.

Our realtor recommended PODS as a way to reduce the cost of our move as we were moving in town about five miles just on the road, a different house on a different piece of property. We used the storage because our intention originally was to pack one pod and get as much stuff in it as we could, store it for a month and then have movers come unpack and do everything else. However, our closing ended up being delayed and our mover actually had to bring our stuff back to the same house. So it was a disaster not because of the movers but because of what happened with the closing. And so, we ended up getting two more pods and packing them ourselves and we ended up moving all of our stuff with the pod. And so we did use the storage.

We were replacing all the floors in the house and needed storage. I contacted PODS and set up our delivery date with the pod. I booked over the phone and the reps were courteous. I watched the pod arrive and coordinated with the driver to the exact location where I wanted the pod. They put it within inches of where we agreed, he locked it and off he went. I appreciate both of the drivers. It was fascinating to watch the skill that they used to maneuver the pod around and get it off and back on to the truck. Plus the lock they provided was an excellent type.

I was moving to Florida from Tennessee, and I needed a place to store my stuff from the time my house was sold, to the time I was ready to move. So, it seemed to be the best scenario to use PODS. I called them and talked to somebody, and their people were great. I have never had as much communication with anybody than I’ve had with those guys. They were on top of everything, and if I had to change something, or rearrange a schedule, they were easy to do. It was a pretty good experience, and I have nothing bad to say about it. Everything was good. They even called to follow up and see if I was happy. The drivers that picked up and dropped off the container were also very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. I would recommend PODS. In fact, I have already recommended them to a friend who’s moving.

I availed of their moving service and a 16-foot container, which was perfect. When it rained a lot, it didn't leak at all. PODS has an online management of their account, and when I was arranging the move with them, I talked to a rep on the phone. It was on my birthday, so I asked for a special delivery time, and they were amazing. So, I was happy with that. The carrier driver was also good. It was actually the one part of the move that went very very smoothly. I'd recommend them.

We liked PODS' reputation, and we used their moving and storage services. We booked with them over the phone, and the representative was very good, professional, and courteous. We got the eight by sixteen feet pod and it was clean and sturdy. Another foot would have been nice but we managed to cram our things in there. We left some things behind but it was fine. We still have to sell stuff when we got here, so we downsized more than we thought we were going to do. The driver was excellent. He explained to me what he was doing and he was a nice kid. It was a perfect experience. And they did everything they said they were going to do. And I got my things safely. There were some scratches but it was because of the way it was packed not because of how they handled it.

PODS was on schedule and our experience with them was pleasant. The pod was in my yard and it served its purpose. It did what they said it was going to do.

My experience with PODS was good. We used both their storage and their hauling across the country. We rented one large pod and partway through the move, it was clear that it was not going to be able to go so we needed another one. When they picked up the first one, they dropped off the second one. They got it from Memphis Tennessee down to here in Melbourne Florida all on schedule. Their reps were all very nice and very professional. One guy got a little rattled. He had an accident with the truck and it pulled the oil line loose and the oil spilled all over the place. When you backed under the legs that picked up the box, there are some hoses that hang down and he caught one of those hoses with the edge of his truck and tore it. But, at the end of the day, it cleaned up all right and no harm was done. They sent another truck over to come and get the legs.

I found PODS' information online but I booked a container with them over the phone. Their website was pretty good but I preferred talking to real people. I needed a pod for moving and storage and I liked their price. I got the large one that they had and when it arrived, it was terrible. I thought it would be better but it had a whole mess of cracks and they could see it on the side. But I couldn't wait until another one showed up so I was stuck with it. I also told PODS that my stuff got wet in it.

We had two of the larger containers from PODS as we needed a long-term storage. Everything worked out as expected. I called the customer service line and they did the scheduling for the delivery and then the pick up and redelivery. The reps were very friendly and very helpful. They were also very flexible because we had to make adjustments to the time a couple of times. It was a really good experience. It worked out really well for us because we were moving into a temporary space while our house was being built.

Everybody I talked to at PODS was very easy going. They were very helpful and they basically got us the best deal with what we had to have done. They dropped us off a pod, we stored our stuff in it, and then they delivered it to our new house. It was an easy process. After we rented out the pod and we had loaded up, I heard from other people that they had containers that were dirty and they had animals in it, but the pod we got was clean and it looked brand new. The drivers who picked up and dropped off the container were awesome. Each one of them was very nice and very appreciative. Also, PODS was good at calling and letting us know that everything was coming.

PODS has not proven to be a customer service oriented company, and has cost us thousands of dollars in a move that has already been chaotic. We ordered two POD containers in August of 2017. The first POD was dropped off and picked up in a timely manner. The second one sat in our driveway for over two weeks, when it was scheduled to be picked up within two days. Fast forward to December of 2017 when we received the PODS at our new location. We unloaded the refrigerator and it was covered in mold/mildew and tiny bugs infested the interior and unreachable places. Please know the refrigerator was cleaned thoroughly prior to placing in the POD, making us believe the extreme New Orleans temperature was the culprit. Which is WHY we chose a company that provides climate control... NOT to sit in our driveway for over two weeks.

I got one of PODS' largest storage container and it was delivered for me at my residence. I had it for several months then I called them and they came picked it up. It was convenient and I had great interaction with the drivers.

We were refinishing our garage floor and everything needed to come out. I called PODS initially to find out where they were located and the closest place to where we were. Their reps were very clear and right to the point. The driver put the pod exactly where we asked him to. We stored our stuff in our pod, finished the floor and put our stuff back in. It was quick and easy. I was satisfied and I'll use them again.

We needed to move and store some stuff, and some other friends of ours who had lived in Maryland as we did, referred PODS. So, we booked with them over the phone, and they were very helpful and nice. We requested two containers, one 16-foot, and a 7-foot, and they were clean and in good condition. We were in the house for over 30 years, so we accumulated a lot of stuff. By getting a big and a little pod forced us to get rid of a lot of stuff we had that we didn’t need to keep. Both containers were packed from floor to ceiling, so it worked out well that way. The drivers, both on the pick up and the drop off were very nice, helpful, and on time. We ended up having the pods in storage longer than we wanted because we had to wait for the house to be built.

PODS offered the size of the container that I needed. I was moving and I needed the biggest one and I got their 8'x 8'x 16' pod, which I booked online. Their website was easy to navigate and it was clear. The pod was in good condition when it arrived, and it was clean. The drivers were all very nice, very polite, and very accommodating. I was here when they picked the container up. And I was at the other end when they delivered it. And it was fine on both ends. They were very good at putting the pod where I wanted it.

I saw a PODS container from a neighbor and asked him where he got it. He was happy with the service and I said, “I’m going to do that, too.” I got the name of the company off the container and found them online and went from there. I’ve rented from PODS twice and I’m renting a third one that I've already reserved for March. We are moving stuff from Florida to Minnesota and rather than use a trailer, we’re using the pods. The containers that we've had were clean and almost like new.

Using PODS was the most economical for us and we felt more comfortable packing it ourselves. We got a one-pod trailer and storage from them and they were always very polite. Everything worked out great. I had a good experience with them and we'll use them in the future if we need to.

I was doing a complete move and I called PODS to book their 7 footer container. Their rep answered all my questions, found out what I needed and when I needed it, then delivered. It was pretty good. They stored the pod for a week until they had to deliver it to me and they delivered on time. And when I opened the pod, everything was in perfect condition. I had a great experience and I would recommend PODS to a friend or to someone who's moving.

PODS had me being able to have a moving truck in my yard while I moved. It was convenient. Booking the container online was user-friendly and I didn't run into any problems. It gave me a confirmation, sent me reminders, and all the billing was also online so I knew exactly what I was paying and when I was going to pay. I got the standard container but the only thing that bothered me was that there was a little slide thing that you slide over and then put your lock into and there should have been two of them to make sure it was secure. One of them was broken. Other than that, I got a call from the drivers prior to them arriving and they were very friendly and helpful. They also clarified where I wanted the pod and then when it was there, he called again to triple check that it was exactly where I said I wanted it to be.

I booked the 16-foot pod online then the driver called me before he traveled and picked it up. I would needed time, but they dropped it off where I wanted it to be. And they picked up without any issues. I had very minimal contact with the driver, but everything was smooth and professional. The cost of the unit is fair. But the cost to have it dropped off and picked up increased the price a lot. But that’s understood because of they need to have truck and a driver and carry it out and travel. If someone really needs something like that, I highly recommend PODS. But if someone wants to look for storage, there may be other options.

Someone asked me to get a pod for storage. Getting one was a short-term solution thing and it was easy keeping the pod on site. I did the booking with PODS over the phone, and I spoke with a professional, courteous, and helpful representative. But then when I needed to reach out to the actual location that was supplying us with the pod, I had a problem getting the person because it was going back to the US where they are located, and I found that a little frustrating. The pod was perfect for what we needed. And it was clean and seemed fine to me. We had a few issues that happened a couple of times where a driver came, didn't have access to the spot and left. But the two drivers I interacted with were awesome.

PODS was fantastic. I didn't bother comparing them with others. I got the 16' container which took care of everything I needed. Everything was great. I'm happy and with any luck, I won't need them anymore.

PODS brought the unit the day they were supposed to. We had set up for it to stay there for five days for us to load up. I had my help show up and we had it loaded by that evening and we wedged every little nook and cranny with something. There was no airspace left at all in it and we hung one of those moisture things in the back of it. And when we shut the back door, we had a mattress we saved for last and we had the door roll up on the inside. As we pulled the door down, we were pushing the mattress up and got it in there and it was wedged tight.

PODS was great. I needed their storage service and I booked their largest container online. I could use a bigger one but that was not possible. Then I called to verify my order. Booking with them was easy and things worked out. Then their drivers came and dropped the pod off. They knew exactly what to do. I had to keep the pod for several more months than I had planned but that wasn't their fault. Since I was automatically billed every 13th and I set the pickup on the 17th, I called to see if there was any way they could pick it up without billing me for an extra month. They said didn't do that so I was billed for the last month even though I wasn't supposed to be and they just credited it. PODS addressed everything I needed and I have recommended them.

I needed two of the big PODS and I did fill them. I feel my things are safe using them and they arrived here with no damage too. The only issue I had was the scheduling because as soon as they were delivered, we unloaded them within 24 hours, but it was two weeks or so before they could pick them up. I called and asked if they could pick it up earlier and they checked and there was just nobody who could do it but overall their staff was courteous and professional.

Back in July 2017, PODS dropped a container with my household goods at their Seattle warehouse from what they estimated was 8 feet. It landed on a short side, and then got flipped by their personnel to the roof side, pretty much destroying all the furniture inside. They refused to pay the well-documented damaged estimated at over $18,000, which were then paid in full by my home insurance, MetLife. This is the worst company to deal with that I have ever come across as a customer.

I rented a storage container and had it brought here by PODS. I got the biggest one, which is what they had to go cross-country. They were the most convenient and had relatively low price compared with other companies. Any interaction I had was excellent. They were courteous and helpful. When I have asked them to change the pick-up time, they did and it was great. The drivers were wonderful, too. The container was absolutely clean and sturdy. We had it moved from Rhode Island to Central Florida, Ocala. Then, two or three weeks after it arrived, I went down and checked it out, and everything was perfect. Nothing had moved or shifted, and everything was just like I had it when I packed it. They had it waiting for me. PODS was a perfect choice and I'm very pleased with the complete process.

We were moving but not into our house for two months so we needed storage. We were looking at the options that we had for storage and moving and we realized using a storage we would have to move our stuff into there and then out again. So that would involve two big moves on my husband and I and so we did a research. With PODS we put it in and then it gets taken away and then we take it out and we realized it was half the amount of work so we chose it.

We were moving from Colorado and I needed a storage facility because we were moving into a temporary housing until our house was ready. I didn’t want to unload and then have to reload another truck and then have it delivered. With PODS, I got my stuff loaded in the pods and then they delivered it right to our house. The containers were sturdy and the one thing I really liked about these pods was that they were clean inside and temperature-controlled. We had some artwork and a little furniture there that we didn’t want to be sitting outside in North Carolina in the summer. Dealing with PODS was perfectly fine. Everything went smoothly and I got deliveries scheduled properly. It was also easy to place my order and track it. I booked online but then I had to make some changes, and I had to call in to do that and the rep was very helpful. I would use them again.

We got a small container from PODS and the cost made us choose them. I had a good experience with the website, but I ended up talking with somebody to make sure I got the right container and size. I really wanted a container that's a little bit bigger, but they don’t ship that one overseas. We had to go with the smaller container, but it worked perfectly. Whenever they pulled it off the boat, they put a hole through and damaged the container. But the driver who delivered it and picked it up was amazing and super cool, and spent time with my kids showing them how he took it on and off and talked about how he used his remote. They got to watch the whole process of him putting it in place, and he was really patient. We recommended PODS to the lady who just moved from a town home right next to us. She used them and loved them, too.

I got a storage from PODS for a non-profit event. We’ve used them in the past, and they actually donated the pod for this year's event. We just used it for one night. It’s large, white, and it was super clean. The driver dropped it off a little late. But he was very nice and apologized for being late.

We ordered a POD unit online back at the end of April, 2016. We spoke to a customer service rep about the unit and what we could expect. We were told that the unit would not allow damage to our property from the outside elements as we were not sure how long we would need this to store our belongings. Our house sold in November of the same year so the majority of our home was not packed into the unit until November of 2016. Our new home would not be ready for us to move into until December of 2017.

We had PODS deliver two containers and had them stored for a couple of weeks. It was convenient. It was easy booking one of the pods online but there was an issue the second time so we had to call them. Everyone was really nice, answered our questions, and were helpful. The carrier drivers showed us tricks with the door and told us how to pack the containers so that none of our stuff gets damaged. I would recommend them.

I liked PODS' price so I went with them and then I booked over the phone. Most of their reps were nice, but a little bit misleading. The first time when I got my pod, $10,000 was included. Then I upped it to fit $20,000 because he said it would be about $15 a month but it turned out to be $69 a month and I'm not happy about that. Then the second time I called when I returned my first pod, it was within a five-day grace period. I was supposed to get the whole month back, but I only got $90 back.

I liked the pricing of PODS. I booked a 12-foot container from them over the phone and used it for storage and then we had to move. The container was almost as long as our driveway. It was in good shape, clean and there were no holes. However, I had a problem with the metal piece that I have to slide over to go and slide before I lock it. I had to wiggle it around. Other than that, their reps were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. When the container was picked up, the driver was nice and friendly. The billing went okay and I wasn't charged more than I was told. It was a convenient experience all in all.

I was storing something temporarily when my house was being renovated inside so I rented a container from PODS. They are the only company that I know of that actually brings the container to our driveway. I called them at one point to be clear on what I was doing or what they offered and then I completed the booking online. The rep was very helpful. The driver called when they were coming to deliver it. He delivered it and it was there when I got home. The same happened when they came to pick container up. It was really amazing because the container was placed exactly how I asked them to do it. It was also clean and not banged up. PODS makes it very easy. It was very painless for a painful situation that I was going through. It was very accommodating and I appreciated that.

When I think of self-moving, I think of PODS. Talking to their rep when booking the pod was fine. She was pretty patient with me. However, I ran into a little bit of trouble booking the size of the container. I told the rep that I had a three-bedroom house but I didn't have a ton of furniture, but there was a lot of garage furniture. She said that most people get the largest which is 16 by 16. It didn’t dawn on me what the size of 16 by 16 was because I was thinking of the other company that I had used which was a semi-trailer.

We used the moving services of PODS as I had a friend who had used it in the past. I originally booked it online, but when I called to have them pick it up they couldn’t because there's the problem of hurricane in Florida. They were going to charge me for another month. So, then I just used it to move a couple of times more. The unit we got was a container with a rolling door. All of the drivers were great. They did a great job, were very attentive and friendly. If I have any complaints, it’s with the central office in Florida. I wish they had had local offices, because when they had the hurricane and everything was closed, we couldn’t do anything.

I had to move and rented two 8'x8'x16' containers from PODS. I didn’t see other companies that even came close to what PODS was offering. I moved 60 miles away from where I was so it kept me from having to run down, dump the load off, and go back. It saved me a lot of time and a lot of gas. The pods I got were both in good shape. There was an old one and one newer design. I like the new design better because it had better hooks in it. I stuffed them both and still had stuff to move. But it was just a matter of overlapping and moving into my new place and having my stuff ready. I could’ve maybe used four of them.

PODS is very convenient and affordable. Because of the time frame of our move, I didn't want to rent a storage unit to where I had to unload everything then load it back up and move a few times. I wanted to put our stuff in the storage pod container and then have it done one time. I talked to somebody from PODS over the phone and he gave me a lot of information. Everything went fine and was good.

We had sold our house and we were moving to an apartment temporarily. We didn’t want to move twice, like move to a storage and then move out of a storage. So, I searched for PODS online. Their site was user-friendly and we got the largest container size. It was the right size for us and it was very clean and sturdy. And the driver called me to let me know they were on their way. It was a good experience overall.

I hired PODS for storage since I’ve used them before. My daughter booked the 16-foot pod online and it was clean. Plus their drivers were very, very nice. If I need the service again I'll be sure to call them.

We rented a pod from PODS when we were in a process of moving and they delivered it. There were similar services available but PODS seemed like the most reasonably priced and they were able to do the drop-off and the pick-up according to our schedule. We filled it up over a few days, and they picked it up and took it to a new location for us. And then, after we emptied the pod, they came and picked it up. The drivers were great. The folks that dropped the pod off did a great job and the lady who brought it to our new place and the person who eventually picked it up did a good job as well.

PODS is an excellent service. I used one of their small containers for storage while I was having some work done in my house. I booked it online and then someone called me to finish it up. The representative was professional. The pod was adequate and in good shape. I wasn't there when they picked it up, but I was there when they dropped it off and everything was done according to specs. I also had used PODS a couple of years ago. And everything has always gone fine when I've worked with PODS. I've always been pleased with their service.

I got PODS by recommendation of previous consumers. I booked it online originally and then I had to make multiple changes and I did those by phone. The representatives were alright except they gave me incorrect information on how to pay which I later found out was incorrect. They told me it had to be paid by credit card and that was the only way and when I went and looked, otherwise, that was untrue. I could have paid by check because I didn’t want to give my my credit card.

My basement was flooded by the hurricane. It's a furnished basement and we had a bunch of furniture moved outside so the repair work could be done. But we needed to get them out of the weather so I got PODS for storage. The agent took a while to answer when I booked over the phone but other than that, everything was good and he was friendly. I got the smallest container and the size was more than enough. It was clean and the sturdiness was good. When the container was dropped off, we had so much crap in the driveway but the driver was really good about trying to weave in and out to get the container where we needed it. All in all, PODS is a good service and a good value for the dollar. It was cheaper doing it that way than hiring a moving and storage company to come pick up the stuff, take it to a storage unit and then have it brought back. I'd recommend PODS, especially if you have some temporary storage needs.

We've used PODS years ago. When had the pods, we picked them up ready for the month and so we didn't have any issues. So when we decided to use move again, we used them again. We booked with PODS online but we also spoke with a representative because we had to change the dates from the day we originally had to be delivered back to the new place. The rep was good and got the job done. They did exactly what we asked them and it was a good experience. We had a 16-foot and a 7-foot sized containers and I had them store some stuff for five months. The drivers were very kind, nice and helpful. They picked it up from the old house and they dropped them off in the new place, exactly the way it was planned.

I had a two-month delay between filling my house and getting into the new one as it was still under construction. I booked a 16-foot container online and booking was flawless. I also dealt with their reps on the phone and they were always very professional. PODS delivered the pod and I filled it up. The container was clean, sturdy and the drawer worked fine. I like the option that they have a light ceiling so I could see things and that was helpful. Then they took the pod away, brought it back and picked it up when it was empty. I also requested some blankets.

PODS was very competitive in their pricing and the more I push them, the lower it became. So, they were willing to negotiate. I needed them to take some stuff from Long Island to Virginia. I booked one container and I did on the phone. The person who got everything set up for me was fantastic. And everything was on time and the amount they promised was what I ended up paying.

My daughter and son-in-law used PODS and I've heard good things about them. And so, I like them. We didn't use them last time we moved, but we thought we'd use them this time and we were very well satisfied. We had a pod delivered to one house and a week later, we had them delivered to another house. I booked the 16-foot container over the phone and my interaction with their rep was perfect. He told me everything I need to know and the cost. And then, he sent me an email with all the details that they have in writing.

I used PODS to move from one home to another home. It was cheaper and it offered me to have it longer than other companies. I got the biggest container and it was clean and durable. We had a big rainstorm come here and it didn’t leak. Also the representative of PODS was very friendly. We even actually got off topic that we started talking about personal things.

I’m in custom home building and I’ve used PODS before with our customers. We had two 10x20 pods that were brought to our house we moved out of and then we built a new house and had the pods brought back out. They were perfect for what we were doing. One of them looked like it was brand-new and one was like it had been around a little while, but they had plenty of hooks for me to tie everything down and keep them from falling over.

I started booking PODS' moving and storage services online but I ended up having to speak to a rep. I had trouble getting a hold of them at first. It was after the hurricane hit, so I took a dare to be able to make sure that the order was going to go through and they were great. I got the 16-foot container. It definitely met our needs and I would tell others to check PODS out. But the online experience could use some improvement. They wanted to make sure that everything was done right, and a lot of times it’s better to interact to a human. But it was a good experience. I had family members that had used PODS who turned out to be not just having a great price, but it was also super easy to get set-up. Everything was there on-time and everything was gone when it’s supposed to be. I’ll do it again.

I live in Nevada and I moved from Washington State. I had a 30-foot RV storage from the house before I left and I needed to get storage and moving services for the stuff I had in there. I did a lot of research on both PODS and U-Pak, and between the two, I saw a lot of negative references to PODS. I also saw a lot of people talking about the price discrepancy saying that PODS was expensive, and from what I could tell, PODS didn’t seem to have the length of the container that I thought I'd need. So judging from the reviews, I went with U-Pak. I got on to their online website, reserved two of their containers, got a confirmation number and paid in advance with a credit card. Then I set up my airfare to Nevada as well as my rental car.

PODS built a name. I got a pod for storage from them when I was redoing the house. The young man who delivered the pod was very helpful and really excellent. I had a 12-foot pod and it was what I wanted. It served the purpose. I had it for a month and I sent it back. I'm very satisfied with PODS and I'd recommend them. And although it was expensive, I had a good experience.

We used PODS two years ago and we were very pleased. We were also fortunate that we had a friend who had worked for a moving company so he was able to help us load and pack up our pod, and that was probably what made the biggest difference as far as getting our things in one piece. We like having to load the pod ourselves and I think it was probably less expensive for that route. The rep on the phone when we were booking the pod was excellent and I was very impressed with him. He seemed to really care and gave me suggestions on what to do and gave us pointers on where would be best to place the container. He sounded so sincere and very helpful. He offered his number to contact him directly if there’s any problem. The drivers were all very good and we enjoy watching them do their job and to see how one person can do all that. It's a good way to go.

I recommend PODS. We had them before and we’re very happy with the way the guys handled the stuff. How they put it back on the bed of the truck and try to very minimum movement. They’re all nice guys and they’ll try to do a good job. Experience was good except one time my credit card had a new number and when something didn’t go through I told the person at PODS my credit card number had changed. The person took it down but he didn't change it. I got this notification that the payment wasn’t accepted and there was a minimal charge. I talked to a supervisor, and she was very good and she said that shouldn’t happened and made it go through. Recently we moved from Florida to Pennsylvania and we stored a little bit for a little period of time. As compared to the very first year we used pods when we moved to Florida, these pods were all updated. I had a rubberized floor instead of the plywood, which was much better and the hooks were good.

I set up service with PODS online for a 16-foot container and their website is easy to navigate. I spoke to some folks on the telephone as well and they were great, like family. PODS has a very competitive price and is a convenient moving service to use. They were able to pick up my household goods, move them to the location where I was relocating, and then store them until I was ready to move in to my new place. Also, they offer connections with local movers to load and unload the containers so I didn't have to figure that out myself. The drivers were terrific and a few minutes early on all four times, because I had pick up and delivery twice on each end of my move. If I were to move again, I would absolutely use PODS. It's a terrific service and others should use them, too.

I did some price check and PODS was the right choice for our move. We booked over the phone and their rep was fantastic. She told me everything I needed to know. The unit was brand new and we were the first ones to use it. It was in an excellent shape. The driver called before he came and told us about the locks and make sure we locked it and make sure we had the key. He was excellent.

I had two pods delivered and then stored for a little while and then we delivered to another house. The containers were clean. I booked them on the phone. PODS' website was a little confusing to me and I work on computers a lot so it’s not that I’m not techie. But their reps were very professional and helpful. The first carrier driver was very professional, too. He did everything by the book. I was very pleased. I did one pod and then I did another few weeks later. I would use them again.

We sold our house and so we had to get out. We put everything in the pods and stored it in PODS' warehouse till we had the new house built. Then they brought them over here and we moved in. The biggest thing was that there wouldn’t be multiple handling of my household stuff. I put them in a pod and I put a lock on it. When I got it back, I took my lock off and nothing had been touched. Also, their website was very good. There was a couple of occasions where I had to use the chat function and that was excellent. The one that helped me with scheduling the delivery of the pods to the house we’re moving out of was very helpful, and the one that helped me reschedule bringing the pods over to the new house was helpful as well.

PODS had the size and the price that we needed when we were moving across the country. It was perfect. I booked online and then got the stuff through phone. The first rep that I talked to seemed not to know what he was doing. But once we got set up in the system, everything went really well and we had a guy who knew everything. I really like the way they called, and they let me know what was going on and everything went according to plan. PODS would be the way to move. We’d do it again if we had to.

I got PODS because of the convenience of being able to load it myself. I don’t like the way other people load and destroy stuff. So I want to be picky and take care of my own equipment and my own furniture. When you rent a rental truck you got to get it done in one day -- load it, drive it, unload it but with PODS we have more time and their price is better than the moving companies.

PODS has been a wonderful experience. I've had storage units with them for several years and we just moved to a new place, so I had the first of the pods sent over. They got a good reputation and the prices were decent. The pods themselves were very sturdy. I looked at U-Haul’s stuff and it looked crampy. PODS has these little boxes they call them and I like the idea that I wasn’t on the clock having to rush to load or unload it. Drop it off or fill it in when you get the energy and time. Once it's time, they come pick it up and then you reverse the process on the other end.

We were remodeling some stuff in our house and had to move out some furniture. I booked a pod over the phone and the rep that I spoke to knew everything. We got the big container and the driver was terrific. He gave us his number so we could just call him directly. He picked it up and delivered it exactly when he said he would. He was awesome. PODS was professional and it was all good.

I like the concept of PODS and our move went well. The PODS agent was very helpful. He took care of the issues. We got the larger container and it was clean. Plus it was sturdy. Even the driver was fascinated on how they move that container in and out. When he first delivered it we didn't even know he's there. He happened to put it just in the right spot since my car was in the drive. I'm very happy with PODS and I would be pleased to recommend it to people.

We rented a 16-foot container from PODS and we're moving in from Dousman to Oconomowoc. Never did PODS before, but I don’t want to do movers. We ended up using PODS and the U-Haul truck because it was enough for big stuff. I booked online, and then I updated everything via my phone. But their website was a little dodgy. When I was trying to schedule the pick-up, I don't know if PODS were having downtime, but the website was hanging a lot, and I had to do it two or three times before that worked. But it was no big deal.

PODS did a great job and we're very happy with our experience. We moved from one house to another and we used their moving services. Their price was good. And we got a pod that fits the driveway and it was all good. The drivers were really nice and very professional. I'd recommend PODS.

We purchased a new house and we rented the largest pod from PODS and had it moved from our house, where we put all our belongings then, and they stored it and they moved it to our new house. The biggest pod was the right one. We came very close in completely filling it up, which we squeezed every little square foot that we possibly could in there. It definitely provided the right amount of space and it was clean.

I needed a container for home personal use to store my furniture and belongings while I did construction in my house. I've seen PODS before in my development because others used their containers that said PODS.com. I read up on them and found that they were going to deliver door-to-door. That's the most convenient thing for me so I chose to use their services. When I called customer service on how to have an appointment, purchase and have delivered a pod, the explanation was I had to speak to someone first and give all my financial information, then I got to go to their website and do all my transactions through it. I know everything is on the web today but I'm more of a people person. As a consumer, I feel more comfortable with a person than always going through a website and being a little bit hesitant of pushing the wrong button on a computer screen.
