We should have never disregarded all of the bad reviews we saw on this Company and have learned our lesson the hard way. At their attempt to deliver the POD to our residence, our neighbor's car parked in their own driveway prevented the drop-off. The neighbor was to arrive home in under an hour, but after multiple holds, we were told that they were unwilling to come back later that day or the following morning prior to the movers arriving. We were told that a charge of $109 would be incurred only to see that this morning our bank account was hit with a charge of $301! Two emails have been sent to PODS Customer Service with no responses. This Company is a complete disgrace; I am not sure how they have not been shut down. I do want to mention that UHAUL is the way to go. They came through for us and we are greatly appreciative.

I have some friends who had used PODS and they had been very happy with the whole setup. I booked a 16-foot PODS container over the phone and the rep was great. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. The container was very nice and almost looked brand new. It was clean inside, there were no dents on the outside and the door worked fine. It was enough for the boxes I had since there wasn't any furniture picked up. I moved it from New Haven, Connecticut to Englewood, Florida where I stored it for 10 months and then I was able to move it from there to my final destination which is in Bradenton, Florida. Everything was accessible and easy to get to, and everything was great. Everybody was also really very helpful. My experience was absolutely perfect from day 1 to the final drop-off.

Moving companies only have trucks and I didn’t want to walk up a ramp because I’m 80 years old. With PODS, I didn’t have to do that. I booked them online which was easy to do and then, they called me. I had to call them back and change the pick-up date because they took longer than what I expected. They said they would be here at a certain time and the guy called before he came. I was having my garage floor redone so, I just had PODS set the 16-foot container in my driveway and moved everything out of my garage. Then, they moved everything back in. It was absolutely full and I’m glad they didn’t have a 12-footer since I was going to get that but they didn’t have one to deliver. It wasn’t that expensive and it was exactly what I needed to do what I had to do.They did a good job and I had a great experience with the whole thing.

We did a long-distance move and we rented two 16-foot pods as well as an 8-foot pod, then had them delivered 1400 miles away. Initially, I did a little bit of research then one of our neighbors had used PODS when they moved in to our old neighborhood in Minnesota and spoke highly of their experience. That was a pretty good endorsement and that was the thing that really swayed me to go with PODS.

I was moving from one house to the next and PODS was able to give me the flexibility I needed, because I had to do the move in two stages. I had to move stuff out of the house I was living in and put that in the storage. Then I did some updating and after I had gotten ready to move to the new house, we had gotten a second container to get the stuff there. I had two drivers in Moraga and then two different guys here in Auburn. They were all very professional and knew what they were doing.

We had our stuff in storage for eight months, so it was a long period of service. I booked PODS over the phone and interacting with the rep was all good. We used a size 12 container and we probably should have gotten a bigger one, but we were in-between and it worked out fine. The container was in perfect condition. Also, both the driver that dropped it off and the one that picked it up and redelivered it were good.

I needed both moving and storing services. I booked a pod unit with PODS over the phone. I tried to do it online, but the days I needed weren't available, so I had to call them and that was pleasant. I'm glad I called because, even though the online schedule that I wanted was filled up, the rep told me to call every morning if he got that schedule opened. He had it opened in two days and it worked out perfectly.

We’ve used PODS before for a local move that we needed temporary storage for. We were really happy with the customer service and the quality of the pods that's why we wanted to use PODS again for our move. We rented two pods and had them relocated from New Mexico to Nevada. I booked two 16-foot containers over the phone. The interaction with the rep went very smoothly. Also, the rep and the drivers were very pleasant and professional.

Booking a PODS container online was smooth and easy. The representative was on the money and had told me what it would cost me and how it would be delivered. I requested for the smallest size and I put at least one room in it. The container was clean and it looked like it was new. I had pleasant interactions with the driver who picked up and dropped it off. He told me what he needed, particularly spaces needed to drop it off, and everything went smooth. And where I live, it was easy for me to get up and down the steps and have the pod sitting right there. The whole experience was fine and I have no regrets. Also, I'd recommend PODS to a friend.

We were looking for moving and storage services and since PODS does both and we didn't know what kind of timeframe we were looking at on the closing for the house, we thought that they were the best option. I booked everything over the phone and the rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I got two 16-foot containers but I exchanged one for a 12. Both came in good condition. However, I ended up with a little more leftover than I originally thought. The customer service called in a timely manner, kept me up to date on the dates and everything, and made sure that I didn't have any changes that I need to make. Everything then got to me in time. I've already recommended PODS several times.

PODS seemed like it was the easiest one among a couple of other companies I looked at. Dealing with their reps went well, but they didn’t wanna mess up and were overly thorough. They repeated everything 100 times to make sure it was clear so it almost dragged out and they always read back everything I said. The two 16-foot containers seemed fine, but I could’ve used three. I ended up getting U-Haul to get the whole last load with me, which was fine since I needed the stuff sooner. Everything worked smoothly like it was supposed to and I was satisfied with my experience with PODS, though I wished they were a little cheaper.

PODS' headquarters is close to the house so I went with them for temporary storage as we were renovating the house. I booked them via the internet. The 16-foot box I used was sufficient for what I needed. PODS provided a very good service as well. It was convenient and very practical too. PODS was also very accommodating when I needed to change out the dates for a couple of times and I had to get blankets. And every time I had a conversation with them, they were okay. Both the dropping and picking up drivers were very polite and professional as well.

PODS was great. I moved and I liked the convenience of using them. They could leave the pod while I loaded it. I only had one bad situation when I was scheduling the container to be picked up. When they were coming to pick it up, I had already made an arrangement for the movers to be there, for PODS to pick it up after my movers left. When I got the call of the timeframe that it was gonna be set, it wasn't the right timeframe. When I called, the lady was really rude to me and told me I didn't have any other choice and to deal with it.

PODS was expensive, but it was worth it. We booked them over the phone and had them for two months of storage and moving, and they were very professional. The reps were good and their drivers were very nice. The container was clean and sturdy and we jammed that big container full. It was a wonderful experience and I was very happy.

We had to transport some cabinets and they needed to be stored before because the house was being renovated so we went with PODS. I looked it up online for sizes but they wouldn’t give me prices so I had to call. The reps were good but when we needed to change something, they couldn't accommodate us. The cabinets were not quite ready to be shipped. There were a few items still not done and we requested for them to come and pick it up the next day but they refused. They said they couldn’t do it for another two weeks. But they were good overall. They went through that horrible winter and nothing was damaged. It was really packed nicely and there was no water leakage or anything like that. I would recommend PODS.

PODS guaranteed they could get here faster than the other company. We booked online and their website navigation was good. And when the actual unit arrived, it was very good too. Overall, PODS was easy to use. We also thought the price was fair and everything went according to our plan. We are satisfied with them.

We were moving from our old place of business to the new place. We had a one-month waiting period, so we kept our things in storage for a month. With PODS, it was convenient to be able to have a container delivered, fill it up, then have it redelivered to a new location without having to empty it. It's not like storing in a storage unit where we have to rent a truck, fill the truck, fill the storage unit, remove the stuff from the storage unit, and fill the truck, so it's less manipulation of our furniture and it saves a step.

I’ve used PODS in the past and it was a good, quick service. We were doing a household renovation and I booked with PODS online. I had a 20 foot container put in my front yard and it was in perfect condition. PODS was very responsive and the driver that picked up the container was very friendly and professional. Our experience was fine and I’d use them again.

When it was time to deliver my pod to my location The Delivery Agent was very helpful. My driveway was too steep to deliver the pod so they placed it halfway on the sidewalk and half way on the street. The Delivery Agent was concerned about the local municipalities since we were blocking the street. The movers were late so that Delivery Agent actually helps me unload three quarters of the Pod before the movers arrived. He then waited while the movers finished unloading the Pod and took the pot away so that I could avoid a fine from the local municipality. This isn't the kind of service you get every day. I would definitely recommend PODS to anyone.

I got PODS to store and move my stuff thinking it would be a simpler thing to do than to transport everything into someplace else. I simply booked the service online and requested for the 16-foot container. And it was great. It was slick, clean as a whistle, put right where we could get to it easily, and we packed it pretty good. Also, I was very happy with both the drivers that came to pick up and drop off the container.

My mother's house got flooded last August so we moved what was salvaged out while we remodeled the house. I did a little online research since I wasn't familiar with PODS but I've had friends who used them before so I went with them. I did everything online and the process was simple. You set up an account and put your credit card information in. Then you tell them when, and you can even diagram how the pod is to be positioned and where it's supposed to be positioned. They will then email you with a delivery time.

We had a lot of stuff and we didn’t have a final address for a little while so we needed PODS' storage option. We booked their biggest container over the phone and that process was great. Everything was easy and explained properly. But we didn't have ample room in the pod so we had to rent a moving truck. Other than that, PODS' drivers were professional and courteous. They made a stressful situation very easy-peasy and in the end, everything worked out.

Don't worry about trying anybody else but PODS. I needed to store all I had for a month and move, and PODS was the most affordable. I got a starting quote online by filling in my information then somebody would call me or I'd call them to finish it off. It would be nice if I could get a quote online without having to call somebody. I'm not great on the phone and doing it online would make my life easy instead of having my number out there and having a bunch of people call Nonetheless, the 16-foot container I got was like brand new. Also, my grandmother said that the driver was nice and did a great job. My truck had broken down so I couldn't move it and when the same driver who dropped the container came to pick it up, he only had a slit to work with. But he ended up getting out with no problems. So, everything was smooth.

Everything was excellent with PODS. I needed a container dropped off and picked up, and they did exactly that. I booked it over the phone then monitored it online. I would use PODS again and recommend them.

My friend had used PODS to move and said it was really great, so we decided to use them too. I booked a pod over the phone and the first person I spoke to was pretty bad, seemed really confused, and kept delaying the conversation. He heard the phone ring on my spot and asked if it was his phone ringing or mine, and it was very weird. However, the next person I spoke to was great. She was very helpful. She offered me deals, gave me all the information I needed, and it all worked out. The 16-foot container was perfect and everyone who delivered and picked it up was really nice. They called before they got here and were able to put it exactly where we needed it to be. They were very friendly too.

I had used PACK-RAT coming from Boiling Springs to Garner. They let me down because I had a freezer full of food that I had plugged in, in Boiling Springs. They were supposed to pick it up and deliver it so I could plug the freezer back in. Instead, they took it to the yard and said they'd deliver another day. The freezer was 24-cubic feet and full of food so one can imagine how much money that food was worth.

I booked their biggest container over the phone and we still need a trailer but our house is pretty big. The rep I spoke with was super helpful and nice. However, the interaction I had with him was extremely lengthy which took 40 minutes. He was talking really slow and there were a ton of questions. It was really frustrating. I have small kids and don't have much time. Other than that, I had an excellent dealing with the drivers that dropped off and picked up the pod. We were super pleased with the experience. PODS was convenient and super helpful.

They have a very friendly and easy to do website and it worked great. We had two of the largest PODS and the containers were in good shape and clean. We used the PODS to store furniture and they transported them to us. The drivers who picked up and dropped the containers were super friendly and did their job very well. PODS is a great thing to do but it's overall expensive.

I used PODS for temporary storage for about three days, and it turned out to be a good and real convenient experience. Booking the service online was simple. I just went on there and told them what I needed as far as one or two pods and then the size. And then I scheduled the date and time. However, my schedule changed and I had to make adjustments to my booking but it was difficult for me to figure out how to change my schedule on their webpage. So, I had to call and just do it with them over the phone. And so, that aspect of their web design could be something that they could look at.

We were remodeling our kitchen and our living room so we needed a month-long storage for our furniture. We found PODS online and they were competitively priced in the local out of Ocala in Florida. We booked the service online, which was very easy, and requested for their biggest container that can fit in the driveway. We ended up with the 16-footer and it was probably overkill, but I'd rather have overkill. The guy that dropped it off was fantastic and he knew exactly how to get it where we wanted it and drove it well. The guy who picked it up wasn’t as creative, but we got it. I've recommended PODS around the area for that kind of thing.

PODS could do both the moving and the storage for me and using them would be easier than having to load and unload. So, I decided to hire them. I looked online but I ultimately called someone to get my questions answered. I had an issue in understanding the permits that were needed but other than that, everything went really smoothly. I used two different containers, one was from DC to Denver and the other was from Macon, Georgia to Denver. The one that was going out of state was bigger because they didn't use the smaller ones for that. Both pods ended up at the same place at the same time and the drivers were great. They were very willing to work with whatever situation they happened upon when they came to pick up the pods. If there were curves or trees that I was concerned about, they knew how to work around them. All in all, using PODS is the best way if you need to move and store stuff for a while.

PODS canceled my reservation the day of delivery. I booked it 3 weeks ahead of time and was issued a window for the unit to be delivered. An hour past the window closed I called and was information PODS could not provide a unit because of the Memphis office management. I did not have enough time to find a replacement.

I used PODS five years ago when I moved into my new house, so when I remodeled the house, I called them again. I got the form online first and then booked a pod over the phone. It was so easy. The lady on the other line got all my information, explained to me the dimensions and how and when to drop it, and in one call, everything was set up and ready to go. I got a nice and clean 8-by-16 pod that was a bit skinny but 16-feet long, and I used it for three months. The inconvenience was when it was driven to and dropped at the driveway, the driveway wasn't wide enough, not only for the container but also for the size of the equipment. Also, the driver never dropped it in the place I wanted. Next time, they need to tell the old people that come out with this kind of appointment to drop it, that they need to have this and that dimensions. Other than that, everything was okay.

I got a recommendation for PODS and we thought it might be a good option since I had two weeks to get moved out of the house before we closed. I'm a duty military and I was moving from off-base to on-base. I was gonna use PODS to help move my stuff myself. I went online and then I called as well. I made the final say on everything through the phone. Everything was as advertised. The pod itself was fine when I got it. However, the military ended up covering the move so I had the pod for about a week and then I returned it because I didn't need it. Since I didn't have it for more than a week, they gave me my money back, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a good experience with PODS. I'd recommend them.

We rented a storage unit before I moved from my old place to our new place. I booked PODS online and their process was straightforward. I requested for a decent sized container and it was big enough for all my needs. The container was fine although I could tell that part of the outside had been used before as there were some dings. PODS gave me the option to have my stuff on the premises of my new house. It was very easy to get a quick quote and book the pod online. The 16-foot container was the perfect size and it worked just right. But I didn't know how watertight it was, so I opened it numerous times to make sure that it was not leaking, but everything was perfectly fine. They delivered the pod to my old house and then they would pass it up and moved it to the new house and left it there until we finished the new house. And then, they came and picked it up when we had it emptied out. And if I needed a service like that again, I would give PODS a call.

I was doing a bit of remodeling in the house and redoing some floors. I needed to put some furniture and stuff in a storage onsite for a couple of months until I got what I needed done. I was looking at PODS and seeing if they were in our town. I didn’t wanna have to haul it toward them. I wanted something definitely onsite. I called PODS and they were very helpful, efficient and I loved the way the whole process works so, I went with them. I got a normal-sized container which was perfect. I fitted everything I could get in there and it was slam-full when I was done. I like the design of it where the top is clear where I could see in as long as the sun was shining.

We used a middle-sized container from PODS a year and a half ago when we moved into the house and didn’t know where we were gonna put some of the stuff. And we kept the container for another month until we found a home. The second time we used PODS was last December for five months of storage because we were remodeling the kitchen and we had to move everything out of the kitchen and the living room. We stored them in a full-size container and we had more than adequate space so I could move around in it if I needed something. However, the containers looked cheesy and I was surprised that they were just plywood with plastic on the outside. But both times, they were weatherproof and there was nothing else I could ask for. The drivers were great, very professional, helpful and answered my questions. I had a positive experience with PODS and they were priced competitively too.

We used PODS about eight years ago when we moved from New York to Florida. It was perfect and it worked out great. Then we moved from Florida to Arizona and we used them again. We booked the pod online and we also spoke with their rep. Their service was great. We got the 16-foot container and we thought that we were gonna have enough room but we didn't. We ended up leaving something behind but it wasn't a big deal.

We were moving from Illinois to Florida and got PODS seeing that their customer service was the absolute best. They're very accommodating. They were supposed to bring both of the containers to Florida, and I ended up changing it. So, they brought one one day and one the next day, and they were completely fine with that. They dropped them off and picked them up in a timely manner. They were awesome. It was a very stressful, last-minute move. We came down here in the beginning of March, my boyfriend had a job interview and he got the job. We had to move within 30 days. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Their customer service is the best customer service I've ever had to deal with. They're all very friendly people and I would hire them again if I need to.

We hired PODS to house our belongings short term while repairs were being done to our home. We were told that the pod would be in a climate controlled warehouse. We purchased the content protection insurance. We requested they return our pod to our driveway after 2 1/2 months. We discovered water in the pod. It ruined our Sleep Number mattress, several boxes of books - moldy, some clothes - moldy. Contacted PODS to report the claim. End result - they could not determine how water got in therefore they would not cover it. The "contents protection insurance" is so filled with loopholes. They don't cover mold and water damage? How did this even happen? DO NOT use this company!

I had a wonderful experience with PODS and I highly recommend their service. There were about three neighbors of mine who have recently moved or are in the process of remodeling that have also rented PODS and we’re all very happy with it. Every aspect of their service is superb, the cost, the ease of doing it, bringing it and taking it away. I had bought another home and it wasn’t ready to have us move in yet because we were having it remodeled so I only moved temporarily and the ability to get into the pod if I had to was also a nice feature. Their website is very good as well.

I had a wonderful experience with PODS. I was having a home built and needed somewhere to store my stuff. I’m single and didn’t have a lot of people to help me move and I went with PODS for the convenience. I booked a pod online and it was easy. I received a phone call and an email for confirmation, and the people were courteous. I had two 16-foot containers that were clean. The one driver that brought and picked them up was very friendly. I’ve already recommended PODS.

PODS was lower to the ground, easier to move into, and they would leave it at my location. I booked them over the phone and their reps were pleasant, answered all the questions, and left me without any wondering. I got everything roughly I needed online. The 16-footer container I rented was clean and was just as I expected it, though I wished it was bigger. I loaded the unit up, and then they moved it to my current location and I stored it for several months and got it unloaded.

We had the PODS unit at our house for nine months, and then they picked up and moved it to our new location. The driver was on time, knowledgeable, respectful and very easy to work with. He called ahead of time before the scheduled pick-up and gave us an hour to 45-minute notice before he arrived. He was very punctual. We got the size 12 container and it was great. It was absolutely clean. It was a great experience.

I would have given them 0 if I could have! First they were supposed to deliver early morning, they didn't, I finally got the pod at 10. 2nd - the largest pod supposedly holds 4 rms, nope not even close. You would be lucky to get three rooms in, I only had a 1 bedroom condo to move! And I couldn't get a coffee table and my bed in. 3rd. They charged me 353. for this plus one month of storage at their facility in Melbourne FL. 4th I went to set up the delivery for my new place in Homosassa (2 hrs) due west of here. I would have to pay a delivery charge of 199.00, ok, fine, and then I would have to pay a transfer fee from their storage facility in Melbourne to the storage facility in Ocala (4 hrs north of here) of 689!

We were moving from one house down the street to another house. We booked with PODS over the phone and had an excellent interaction with the rep. We requested for the 25 foot container which was perfect for our needs. It was at its purest when we got it but the door was very hard to shut as it was bent. I was able to close it eventually, but not totally. The driver was very nice both times when he went and picked up the pod and when he served it. Everything about working with PODS was excellent except for the return which was terrible. We couldn’t find the number and my wife talked to someone before we finally got PODS to come pick up the container. It took several days for them to pick it up but when I ordered it, it was fine.

I'm moving cross-country so I needed some containers from PODS. PODS was convenient for us. We could pack it at our own speed and put things in so that we could assure that they would arrive safely. We didn't have to wait on a driver to pick it up and deliver it across the country. We booked online and was able to speak to the reps. They were great. We had questions and we made some changes to our scheduled appointment and delivery and pick up days and they were easily changed through the reps. Also, the size of the container was perfect. The drivers were also professional, very courteous, respectful of my property and knew exactly what they were doing. They did what they were supposed to do.

We relocated and needed storing services. We had already moved and we couldn't do a lot of consolidating. There was work that still needed to be done to my home where I reside now. I did not want to take the things that I had to another location or have these on hand and have everything be cluttered. We could have storage onsite with PODS and it seemed better or safer to have the pod unit there. This way, I could take out anything that I needed and put it where it needed to be. So, we got in touch with PODS and the reps were very informative and efficient when we booked the pod unit. We requested a 10' x 10' container.

I did some shopping around and I heard good things about PODS. I prefer to do things over the phone but after I got everything set up and I had a password, then I did everything pretty much online. There are times when the website is very difficult to use when you want a specific answer. But when you call the service number, they always give you an answer. They're very helpful when you call them, though sometimes you have to wait a long time if they're busy. We moved to a very rural place 17 miles from the nearest city and then a good hour from any place that PODS would come from, and it had very sandy soil. There were very specific things that I needed the driver to know so that they didn't get stuck and there was no way to answer that other than through a person.

I needed storage and moving services, and PODS had competitive prices and services. But in the end, I chose them for their solid metal container. The containers from other companies were a combination of wood and cloth. The U-Haul one was a little bit more fabricated and I was concerned about it 'cause my stuff is heavy. Since this was gonna store more of my valuable stuff, I wanted it to be entirely metal or relatively close to metal. PODS’ container looked very clean and professional. It looked like my stuff would be safe in there.

I needed moving and storage services and I chose PODS because of the convenience and flexibility of the situation I was in. Initially, I booked the pod over the phone, but I booked an additional pod later online. Everything about the online part was great but the response time on their website was very lagging. I requested for three 16 x 8 x 8 containers, although I originally started with two 16 x 8 x 8. I packed one of them too much, so I had to distribute it to another pod. It would have been nice to have a better education on how to pack the pod prior to packing. But the containers were all clean and well-kept.

The house we’re selling was in Connecticut and I'm here in Pittsburgh. I needed a storage so I booked PODS online and they followed up with me over the phone. I had no idea what it was gonna be all about but doing it long distance I had no choice. The guy I dealt with asked me what I needed to put in it and I explained everything. He said that I had the right size of the container. I was scared that the pod wasn't gonna fit in the driveway because it's lined with the Belgian block, like stone on the edges. He went on Google Earth for me, looked and said that it looked fine and it was. He was fantastic and there was plenty of room. The container got delivered and it was in perfect condition and spotless. Then, we had to get our own lock.

The representative was very helpful when I initially booked with PODS over the phone. Then I made the arrangements for the pick-up and delivery service online. I showed the driver where to put the container then he backed right in there and put in down. I got a 16-footer storage container for two or three rooms. But there was no furniture. It was all boxes and equipment. The container was excellent and clean. It looked like it was well-maintained and solid. There were no water leaks either. I had it for a month before moving in. Then we had it moved to the new home and we had it for another twenty-some days after that. PODS has a well-known name and if I had to do it all over again, I’d use them again.

I had to have PODS store my belongings for a while. They had a storage facility which was advertised as climate-controlled and this meant a lot to me because my living room furniture was a bit expensive. I booked them through their 1800 number and speaking with their rep was great. Everybody was really nice and helpful. They asked me what I had to store in order to decide whatever I needed. I ended up getting the largest container. It was adequate for what I needed and I felt satisfied once all my things were in there. I was impressed with their drivers too. They were super good, knew what they were doing and were in and out in a matter of minutes.

There was a minor flood in my house and initially, I got an insurance-paid, large storage pod. Then since the work could not be completed within the time the insurance was done with their efforts, I rented a smaller pod on my own. Both pods were excellent. My interactions with the PODS reps on the telephone were excellent. Also, the gentleman that delivered the second smaller pod was very generous with his time. The pod came delivered backwards and he managed to turn the whole thing around in a small space and put it the way I needed it. I would tell a friend to go for PODS.

PODS is a great service. I was in the midst of moving. I sold my house and needed to store some things until I bought a new house six months later. I got a decent-sized container from PODS where I could fit a bed, a couch and other things. I also had a climate controlled storage unit where I did like beds, but I utliized my pod for furniture and bigger things because the luxury of simply having them delivered right to my door was a nice action, instead of having to repack things and move them. I couldn't pass that up. The reps were great, very easy to talk to, easy to understand and everything got set up. When I got my pod delivered, it was supposed to come with a lock, but it did not. I got charged for a lock and I called and told them that I didn't receive a lock. The charge was taken right off like so, that's great.

I told them I didn’t want to buy the pod. I just wanted to rent it, so they hung up. I compared and knew that PODS had a good reputation, so I went with them. They were very good and followed up quickly via email. When they gave me this wide time frame which didn’t work for me, I called and the rep tightened it up for me which I really appreciated. He and the construction people came all at the same time and the guy delivering the pod stood back and let me do my thing first before taking over. Everything was great. From the gentleman on the phone, to the gentleman that brought the pod there and the gentleman that picked it up, it was perfect. I highly recommend PODS.

I was moving from Virginia to New Mexico but I was pressed for dates and everybody else wanted a two-week lead time. I called PODS and they dropped the pod when I wanted it, picked it up when I needed it and then delivered it when I wanted it at the other end. The driver was great too. I moved into a three-bedroom house and I’ve basically filled out two rooms and a kitchen. But I’m in the military and I had a lot of stuff. I brought all my stuff and some sports stuff, then my family is bringing the rest.

We had a pod for moving as we were building a house so we used the pod while the house is being built. I liked that PODS was gonna be on temperature controlled place and it could be dropped off at our house when we're ready to pack and unpack it. I wasn't able to schedule the drop off when I was ready to get my stuff back online. I couldn't figure it out so that was why I called. They called me and I would call them back. And I had the same driver for both the pick-up and the drop-off. They were very friendly and the price was neat as well. So, it worked out really good.

With PODS, we could pack at home and into a container and it would be stored in a climate-controlled warehouse as opposed to having a moving company come, move it into a warehouse, move it back into a truck, and bringing it back out to the house. I booked PODS online and in about a half hour, they said I could have one in about three weeks because this happened during hurricane Harvey. Then, I got a phone call about 35 minutes later from the local company here in Corpus Christi saying they just happen to have one available and would I like them to bring it up. Both people I spoke to were very knowledgeable about the PODS’ process and what had to be done. They even reminded us that at the place we were moving to, there’s a law in place about how long you can have a pod sitting on the street.

When the containers were unloaded at the house, I was impressed because a guy was sweeping them out. I had brand-new furniture in my kitchen, my dining room, and my living room, and I had a wardrobe. I told them over and over that wardrobe was heavy. But it was so scratched and damaged, and so were my nightstands. My wardrobe was awful and needs to be totally refinished. I had a substantial hole punched in my new leather chair too. I had a new bunk bed and a whole chunk of wood is gone. My furniture was so destroyed.

So all those four times, we weren’t always around when they came but they always called and let us know that they were coming. Everything was good. They didn’t have any problems. I would recommend them. Plus they were very reasonable price-wise.

We had the pod for about a month and then they picked it up.

I needed storing and moving services and to do what we wanted to do, there weren’t many options. We're a bookstore and we had a special event that was not in the store. It was in a square in the city and we had to receive the books inside the pod because there were a ton of them. We've used PODS before and had a good experience with them in the past. They have good rates. The PODS people moved the pod to the square for the event and then back to the store, so we can reconcile. Then we emptied the pod, and then they shipped it back. The event had weird hours, so we booked the pods online a little, then we had to talk to somebody to confirm and go through the channels because we were not in the normal timeframe with deliveries.

We chose PODS so that we didn’t have to unpack once we got to the new location. We wanted to pack and unpack at our convenience versus having the moving truck show up. I booked over the phone and the person was helpful. Once we got the first pod, he gave us the recommendation that the 7-footer was not going to be adequate and that we had to order another 16-footer. We ended up with two 16-footers and they were in good condition. They arrived very quickly and we placed them wherever we wanted. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. They tried to do as much as they could with the space we had. They'd say, “We'll be there between 10:00 and 2:00,” but they were always there at the early end of the timeframe.

Not only was the experience good, but the manager of the local location called me afterwards and checked in. He specifically called me and asked how things went and if they did well. PODS is a 5-star company as far as I’m concerned.

We were getting our garage fixed up with some additional storage so we needed to clear the garage in order for that construction to happen. We shopped around and PODS was the most economical based on everything that needed to be done. I also looked at PACK-RAT, but there was something that made PODS easier to do than other services. While the cost was comparable, PODS was a little less and a little easier to set up.

One of the doors had a little bit of trouble with the lock but once the delivery guy came he was able to get it to close. Their drivers were very communicative and helpful. They've let me know ahead of time when they were going to arrive and when they were coming to pick up. The only thing I would think would just be the delivery time as far as location to location. We were moving and have to wait for a week to get our next one when we were only two hours away. That was kind of funny but all they said was they had to have five business days between pick up and delivery to those locations.

I was billed for a couple of things that I didn’t order. But overall, I'm very pleased with them. I'd never used this service before but I've already recommended to other people.

It wasn’t a long move and I needed the extra time to pack up the house and PODS was recommended to me. I did the reservation online and ended up talking to a customer service rep first since I had to move. The closing was a moving target so I called at one point and I had a very good experience with that person. PODS dropped the container off, I put stuff in, they moved it and I unpacked it. It was a good experience.

I used PODS for storage which I booked online. Their online booking was not difficult. And since it wasn't difficult for me, it would be a piece of cake for everybody else. I had them deliver the pod in my house while I was doing some construction so I could move stuff around in the house and then not have to move everything from the bedrooms out to the dens so that we could still function. I had it at the house for eight months.

Their driver was good but they parked it too close to the house. They said they couldn’t move it because there was a car parked on the side and that they were busy and were shorthanded. Nevertheless, I would recommend PODS.

I needed the use of a storage container and with PODS, I like the ease of delivery of the pod to my location and their pick-up service when I was done. The process was very well-organized and efficient. I looked online to see how much we should pay. And I spoke to an individual when I was ready to go. He ordered it all up and they delivered it on time, on the day they said they would. When it was time for me to empty the pod out and to arrange for its pick-up once it was empty, that worked like a charm. I ended up having it on my premises for three months and then it disappeared when it was supposed to. It worked perfectly.

The one when we got in Texas had an easier time with our pod than the guy in Ohio because we were living on a busy street. So traffic was an issue for the guy in Ohio. But with the guy in Texas, we live in a cul-de-sac so it was nothing and everything moved fine.

I went online but PODS called to give me a quote for a move from California to Tennessee. The first price they quoted me was about $800 higher than the truck and then I hemmed and hawed about it so they lowered their price about $400. So, it was a good experience and I had no problem with the representatives. They answered all my questions and they told me when they were going to drop it off in my house in California, when they were going to pick it up and when it was going to be delivered to Tennessee. In Tennessee, they delivered it to a holding area and delivered it when I was ready to have it delivered so everything went real well.

I had to move to a new place, and there was a five-day difference between the date we sold the house and the date the new one would be ready. I heard from my friend that with PODS, we could move and could even store for months so that was really good. I did the booking on the phone and got a clean large size pod. I had sold some of my things and the pod's size was enough for whatever things were left. The rep I talked to was very good. Because it was my first time, he explained everything to me very well. We also had no problems after we used the pod. Everything was smooth. I really liked PODS' service. For my first time, I'm satisfied. I've already told my friends about them.

My husband did a little bit of research and decided that PODS' price and service were what we were looking for so he gave them a call. PODS dropped off a pod at our home. Their reps treated us well and we didn't have any issues with them at all. Their delivery people were polite. We walked out to see them and to say hello. The container didn't look dirty to me and we put our own lock on it. We got what we needed from them and everybody was professional. We would recommend PODS and I'd tell my friends to give them a call and see whether or not they're suitable for their needs.

I needed a POD to make a move. I had a girlfriend that had just used them and I had a really small house so PODS seemed like a good answer for us. I booked them over the phone and the rep gave me all the pricing and how it worked and I picked out what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable. I got the largest POD. When I opened the thing up in the overhead door, it was just an empty hardwood floor. The drivers did a really good job of getting it out of here. We were in a really busy street so they had to get two guys out here to do it because someone has to stop the traffic while they back out. PODS called to make sure that everything was ready to pick up and that everything was fine. They were really good.

We had the storage service from PODS as well as the actual pod. We loaded up the pod and had it stored at their facility for a month. I booked online and then it was verified via phone call. The reps did well. The storage unit was clean and I felt secure that everything was good with it. The people who delivered and picked up the pod were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. So, it certainly helped with the experience. PODS is a safe, secure and convenient storage that makes it easy not to have to rent a truck or to worry about storage facilities. I had used PODS in the past, too, and so I went back to them.

I had used PODS before and it was a pretty good experience then, so it made choosing them over other companies easy. We booked online this time and it was very simple to navigate their website. Also, we needed PODS' storing services and the container size we got worked out perfectly. I had a couple patch-ups on the container, but overall, it was in great condition when it was delivered. The driver was very friendly when he was dropping it off and we worked together on how to get it leveled a little bit. But he was a good guy. He was on time and he did a good job. There was no big deal cleaning the container out and having them pick it up without anybody. PODS was just very convenient. This has been my second time using PODS and both times were very good.

We went with PODS because of the one-month rental and the flexibility of not having to do things all at once. I tried to book them online and their website was user-friendly, but I had questions so I had to call on the phone and the rep was very polite. I tried to book it before my end month and something happened with the system. The computer didn't book it for that day and I had to have a refund for the recurring charges. But I didn't have to argue over it. It was easy and I got refunded right away. The 16 footer we got was big for what we had and we didn't even fill it, but it looked brand-new. Both of the drivers that picked up and dropped off were very nice. We even had a small chat while they were loading it up. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend PODS.

We had a series of POD deliveries so we constantly kept requesting him because he was an excellent representative of the company. With PODS, it was everything it was supposed to be and everything worked out fine.

We needed a container for moving and storage and we didn't wanna pack the truck twice. We wanted to just pack it once and have it delivered to the new place. My husband booked PODS online. We got a 16-foot and it was absolutely perfect. We fit everything and it was sturdy and clean. The driver was great. It amazed me how he got the pod off the truck but I saw the machine and that was cool. We would recommend PODS although I would like to have the option of adding some straps to strap down a mattress or a dresser.

I got PODS for temporary storage. It’s the only one I knew that had container that you could park in the street for temporary storage. I booked the storage over the phone and the reps did what they’re supposed to do. I got the biggest storage and it was clean. Plus both drivers were very nice. When I called to have the pods picked up, the guy had to change the original plan and he did that. And that was fine. We’ve used PODS a couple times and we’ve been happy every time we’ve used them. PODS is a good thing to use. I’ve used them only twice but when I needed them, they were there.

PODS was portable because it's not locked in place, and it made moving much easier. I don't have to carry the pod over to a storage facility and put it in and then go get it and load it up again and take it to where I need it. The worst service I’ve experienced in my 61 years. I scheduled a move from Tulare, CA to Athens, TN. PODS delivered the container to my Calif home as scheduled on 3/16, and picked it up, loaded on 3/23. On 4/4 when I contacted PODS to inquire why I hadn’t been contacted about the TN delivery my loaded POD was still setting in Fresno, CA being stored, it was never a storage agreement. They can now deliver to TN on 4/17, and I will have to have unloaded by 4/20 for no additional storage fees, but I return to Calif on 4/11. PODS had notified me they will review the incident in the next 30 days. I’ve advised POD they will give us until 4/30 with no fees as it will be only my daughter and son-in-law now and he is already working. They should have been gracious enough to offer that without me demanding it. DO NOT USE PODS for a move.

I got the 16-foot container and it was in a very clean condition when I got it. I wasn't there when the driver picked that up but it was pretty easy. I scheduled it, they came in and was gone. They absolutely met the expected timeframe. I'd recommend PODS.

I called PODS to get quotes and then I also did some research online. I also had to call to get my PIN reactivated because I forget or lose it. PODS was able to go where we needed to and they have the best price for an out-of-state move. We went from Maryland to Ohio. The reps who I spoke with were professional. I never had any issues with not getting the information I needed. I had originally requested a smaller container but they're more for an out-of-state move. It's better that I had the big one because I still had to leave stuff behind. The pod I got looked brand new. However, I was a little worried because it didn't seem like there were any straps in there but I was able to make it work. It looks like a spider web of ropes in the house.

I got three of their biggest containers, 8 x 16, and they were all clean. The drivers were professionals, and their customer service reps were good.

We needed services both for moving and storing and I see PODS everywhere around here. The PODS reps were awesome and the actual movers I have used twice were excellent. I hired movers in order to load up my pod and the pod was then picked up and they kept it at one of their facilities. And when I was ready to move into my new home, they came and dropped it off, and I had movers empty it. The container looked exactly the same as when I stored it. The locks and the tag that they put on it were still intact. I would highly recommend PODS. It's very convenient that they bring the pod to me to load it up and when I'm ready to unload it.

I was moving and I didn't want to drive because I had to fly over to get stuff packed up. Using PODS was a matter of convenience, so I called them and looked for some direction in terms of how big of a unit I needed. They were helpful with that, but I wish I could have gotten a bigger one. I wasn't there when they delivered the container to Texas but when it arrived, it was on backwards, so their warehouse worker dropped it in the middle of the street, turned it around, picked it up and delivered it. Then, he helped me make sure that I could get the door opened since it was tightly packed.

PODS was the only company that I knew of that drops off the storage container. Also, you could just have it as long as you needed it, then store it, then drop it off again. So I got the largest one and had it delivered to Florida and loaded it. I got the largest container but it wasn't big enough. Some of my stuff went to my mom's pod. Nonetheless, it was fine and in good condition. The pod got transported to Tennessee and then we unloaded it. It was stored at Tennessee for about a month.

PODS was good. I saw a lot of people use it and it was convenient. I needed them for storage and it was in my driveway -- it was the 7-foot one. It was decent, clean, and usable. I booked online and the website was easy to use. I also called them because I did have a question about my address. The person who dropped it off did it really early. He and the other guy were all nice. I also had problems with my HOA and so the PODS people were helpful with that.

And it was a month to where we can get things organized and decide where things are gonna go and that's a good thing. Overall, we've had a great experience with PODS.

PODS' website was really easy to use when I made my booking online. The 16-foot pod arrived in good condition and all the PODS guys we interacted with were excellent. The gentleman who dropped the pod off explained how to keep it locked it up and keep it safe, and he told me the best way to pack it. He asked me if I needed any extra supplies and answered any questions that I had. I kept the pod for about three weeks and then we moved. So there was a moving guy who picked it up and dropped it off. He made sure he put it in the right place, double-checked with me and my husband to make sure everything was all right. And then, the final guy who picked up it was awesome. He walked around with my husband, inspected it, picked it up and went on their way. I would recommend PODS.

We needed onsite storage for a limited time so we booked a container from PODS over the phone. The rep I talked to was nice and it was a really fast interaction. The container's condition was good and we were able to use it just fine. The driver was very cooperative and he let me know if there was anything wrong. Everything went well with my experience with PODS and the only time we had to contact their customer service after using the pod was for pick-up. I'd definitely recommend them.

I had moved and PODS stored the furniture for a couple of months. I figured it was easier to do it myself than pay someone to do it, and then PODS stored my things and just delivered it. Booking with them online and on the phone were both very reasonable and easy to do. I picked the biggest pod they had and I had two of them. They were clean and in good shape. PODS was good and nothing was damaged at all. I’ll tell friends to use them.

We used PODS for storing and moving, and they were great. We weren't sure exactly when we were moving and with PODS, we could pack the pod ourselves then have it shipped when we were ready. I booked over the phone and everybody in their customer service department was very pleasant to speak with, helpful and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and helped with everything. We had four of their large shipping containers and the drivers were really good too. They were very courteous and pleasant. There was one in California that was late but they were very helpful and they did a good job. I'd tell anyone interested to definitely use them.

This company is the worst. They don’t tell you prices in full! They misjudge how much can fit into a container causing you to have to order another one for an additional $1700. They forgot to send my second container and then still charged me for the monthly storage even though it wasn’t even sent. They make NO concessions to their customers and are completely inflexible! It is a FORTUNE! Do not use them!! Ever!

I needed a container picked up, delivered, and stored. My buddy used PODS many years ago and was very happy with them. When I booked with PODS, it was a mix of online and over the phone because the online was a little confusing at that time. So I called them and I got the 16-foot container. It suited our needs just fine. Everything got put in the container and it sealed back up, so it was pretty easy. The customer service reps were great and fantastic. The driver who picked it up was awesome. They called beforehand and told me what time they were dropping it off. They were great to work with and very professional. They worked with me about where we wanted it, and they were prompt and timely.

The drivers were great. I even sat and talked to one driver for quite a while. The pickup was pretty much when they were going to bill me, but when we were able to finally get into the new place, they told me there was a five-day grace period because otherwise, I was going to be scheduled the sooner. But I just left the payment on the same date and they refunded my money right away. I would definitely recommend PODS to anyone.

I liked PODS' price and they had a storage depot down here where I live. I booked them online but then I went over the phone because I had a couple of issues with what I was looking at. The lady on the phone was fantastic. She was direct to the point and had everything upfront about pricing. There were no hidden charges and she was pretty quick with all that stuff. I requested the 16-foot container but I actually thought that I could fit it in the 7, so I used the 7. I had to leave some stuff behind. The 16-footer was too big and I really wanted a 12-foot container, but they wouldn’t ship it across the state.

I like the fact that I could pack by myself so I used PODS for both storage and moving across the country. I booked over the phone and the interaction with the reps was wonderful. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I got the biggest pod, which was the perfect size and it was really clean when I first got it. The driver was a little upset though because I wanted it facing the house instead of facing the garage, but he accommodated it. I was visiting my son in Houston, Texas when my move was confirmed that I would be making it to Colorado. My son recommended PODS and he said that was the way that all of his friends had been going and that I should call. I was really pleased not only with the thoroughness of the phone call, I was also able to do everything over the phone including finding a date for my exact move. The gentleman that I dealt with on the phone said that people usually book these four months out. I called him at the end of January and it was three weeks later that I had a pod delivered to my house in North Carolina so it was very timely. And in my situation that was really great because things like this happen sometimes.

I needed both moving and storage and I went with PODS for the fact that they would go where I needed them to go. Booking over the phone was nice because they could guide me through some of my questions, whereas online, I was having to try to figure the size all by myself. I got two 16s and they were fine and clean. The drivers gave me a half-hour warning and then a few minutes' warning, and it was both by text and by phone. They were great, and they worked with me ‘cause when we went to drop the containers here in Missouri, there wasn’t room for them the way I had ordered them. It was a good experience and I would do it again. PODS was helpful and they're a professional organization.

My PODS experience was wonderful. I started online and I ended up talking with one of their representative from Florida. It was a good interaction. They seemed to be quite up on it. I used a 12 footer container to move. It was well made and the driver made sure that it was level and it was easy to access, to enter and close down. He found me where I was and he found me where I had moved to.

The representative was pretty good and the cost was reasonable. My experience in the drop-off was good too. The driver put the container where I wanted it. We used the medium-sized container, which could fit four beds. I received a call before they came over to deliver it and then when they were coming to pick it up when we were done. In addition, they were nice and kind. PODS met all my needs and I'd tell friends that they should inquire about using the service of PODS.

The mobility part of PODS is pretty cool. I got their 16-foot container for storage at 200 a month. The container looked good and it was clean when I received it. But I wished it was bigger. We set a time and they called prior to the pick up. PODS was helpful and the drivers who picked up the container were nice.

The date of my exact move wasn't 100%. And with PODS, I could take my time in packing and loading. I called on the phone to book, and the representative at PODS was fine. I requested for a 16-foot container, which I thought was going to be enough because it was the largest size. But it ended not being, so I needed just a little more. I had a shed and then I reordered a small one. I stored them at my house for almost a month. The container was clean on the inside. The top part though had a little poop there. I also got a little worried because we had a little snow in the course of that and a little water got in. I piled four bags of clothes close to the top to pack it as much as I could. And when I unloaded my clothes in the bag, there were three bags that were wet. Other than that, everything worked out as I thought it would. And the driver was very pleasant, too.

I did a move for a three to four bedroom house. I like the convenience of PODS and we had people that have done it before so I used them. I booked online and that process was really easy, it didn't take very long. And the pod was in good condition when I received it. I'd tell others to do their move with PODS too.

We were familiar with the name PODS and we rented a pod from them. We went with the big 16-foot, five-room container. We kept it for about three months and then I needed it moved to a new location. I did all the booking online. It was very simple and accurate. They came when they said they would come and they charged me what they said they would charge.

I got PODS for storage and it was easy to use. But the door of the pod didn't work very well. It wasn't shutting and it was hard to lock. I had to hammer it. But the driver was a good guy and overall I was satisfied with everything.

We rented a POD in Texas and it was delivered there and we overtime, filled it up and moved to Tennessee and unloaded it. PODS had two sizes available and we got the larger one. It was clean and sturdy. The belongings were protected and I didn’t see any evidence of rain or moisture getting in. I was happy with it and the guys were good about being on time on the day they picked it up both in Texas and delivered in Tennessee. It stayed in the Tennessee property for about a month, then they came and got it but they came when we asked them. The interaction with the drivers was good. They called ahead of time and they were there when they said they would be.

I have a dispute filed against PODS with my bank. There was supposed to be a 10% discount offered when we initiated the contract in January. And at the end, they didn't give it. And I had spoken with many people over many calls and many hours and got a call back in February from a supervisor assuring me the 10% would be applied. And after several calls, and getting the supervisor, another 30 days went by and I still got the full charge, in fact, even higher. So there was no 10% discount. It was really bad.

I started booking with PODS online and then I did it via phone. They had me accept their terms online and then you can also get in and change pick up and delivery date there. You don't have to be on hold. With PODS, there is the ease of not having to do anything. I rented the unit when moving and we just had to fill it. They did everything as far as dropping it off, picking it up and moving it. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I had such a wonderful experience with PODS. I was having some work done on my home and I wanted the convenience of the pod being dropped off at my house and keeping everything close in my driveway. I booked this 12-foot pod online and it was extremely easy. I was provided a quote beforehand so I knew exactly how much the cost associated was gonna be with the delivery and then monthly. Everything was laid out and very easy to follow.

We used PODS before and we were happy with their service. We used them again when we were moving and I booked the pod online. There were a couple things that were a little confusing like how to do the placement and move that around. I thought I could drag it and click but it wasn’t like that. I just had to pick one of the three. Other than that, everything was fine. They were very user friendly and we really appreciated their service.

He was awesome and easy going and we talked about other stuff as well. I would definitely use PODS again. They met their timelines when they were gonna deliver and pick up.

We looked up PODS on the internet and it had some really good reviews so we booked for both moving and storage. I could not book online the date that I wanted it in Boise, so I had to call the 800 number. They said at that time there was something wrong with the website. A PODS rep was able to help and they took care of it. They asked me when I wanted the pod moved to Boise and I gave them a date, and everything was great. And when the pod was delivered, I had somebody call me and say that they're an hour away and they wanted to let me know that they were going to be dropping off. The pod was there a day before my husband and I got there the last time.

When I needed to move, PODS came in with a good recommendation. A friend of ours used PODS two years ago and didn’t have any problems. I went online and booked a 16-foot container and we had it while we moved from Pennsylvania down to South-West Florida. It was the perfect size for us and it was clean. It also looked watertight and there was nothing to indicate that it was going to leak rain. The driver did a great job. He was very cautious, thorough and very concerned about how he was going to bring the container in and where he was going to drop it. It was excellent dealing with him. Plus, everything was right on schedule. We drove down and it was in the driveway when we got there, exactly when it was supposed to be. Nothing inside was damaged in the least. Everything worked out perfectly.

We went with PODS for the convenience and we did both storage and moving with them. I started the booking process online and then, when I needed to make some changes to our scheduling, I did that over the phone. The reps that I spoke with were great and we got two of their biggest-size containers. We did not fill up the second one completely, so we probably could have saved down on that. But the containers were good and fairly clean. One was a little cleaner than the other but they were both satisfactory. The drivers were great and very professional and they would always call and make sure that we knew that they were on their way. Everything was good and we had no problems whatsoever. I would recommend PODS.

My son-in-law had an experience with PODS when he moved into the same area that I was moving into. I also went online, checked out some services, and I decided that PODS was who I wanted to go with. I called them and everything was explained very nicely. I booked a large pod and it was in great condition when I got it. It stayed that way even through the storage and when I had them move it about three or four times so I could get things out of it as I moved into an apartment temporarily.

PODS had the best price and it was very easy booking the moving and storage services online. I got the biggest container but I underestimated the things I have and I could have used two. When they picked the container up, they called to tell me they were coming. Then during the delivery, the driver called me to ask if he could put the container somewhere else because he was afraid he'd hurt the newly poured driveway, which was nice. PODS made the experience quick and easy and it's well worth a couple of extra bucks to only have to move stuff once as opposed to multiple times.

We've used PODS for storage. I’ve seen them multiple times in my area so I felt comfortable with them. Moreover, I've never heard anything negative about them. I booked over the phone and the rep was really good. We stored three rooms: a living room, a dining room, and a family room. Based on what I needed, she recommended a container and it was the perfect size. Moreover, it was clean. I was very particular and it didn't bug me looking at it in my driveway for a few months. It was a smooth transaction after the pickup. The rep prorated it. We turned it in two days into the next billing thing, and they didn't make us pay for that month. I would encourage friends to use PODS.

We got a storage from PODS to store our household items while we were having our house built. All I had to do is load our stuff once and then PODS would take it away, hold it for us and then bring it back to our residence. That was the easiest and most cost-effective way we could do it. It was so much nicer than having to unload it into a storage and go to your storage and unload it and let it set there for two or three months or how long you need it there and then have to load it back up. Our things were taken care of perfectly by PODS. Nothing was damaged.

I went with PODS for the convenience of their delivery and the fact that they could store it at the final destination. I started online and then they called me on the phone to confirm everything. The rep was wonderful and very helpful. We got their largest size container and though we needed something bigger, it was good. The driver that dropped it off was really nice. He explained everything and told me about the video on how to secure all of the packages inside. He was very pleasant to work with.

I needed storage then moving services and somebody said, "Oh, you're gonna need a pod." That was what I did and I was lucky to get PODS. My experience was very good and I would recommend them. I looked them up online initially and then I called the number. My interactions with their representatives were very good, easy and friendly. They were also very thorough. They told me how I could do it and what to expect, and it went away they said. The 16-foot pod was big enough but I found a little leak in the back corner on the left when it rained. It wasn't an issue though because what got damp was something that I could wash and dry. That aside, the drivers were absolutely wonderful. I was amazed at how the pod was off-loaded then loaded on again and driven down to Florida, off-loaded and put exactly where I wanted it. Both of them were friendly and very skilled.

PODS brought the container and put it where we wanted and leveled it up and then, they came and got it when we were finished with it. We had two different guys and they were both knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They operated the equipment very well and took it away. We got the 16-foot container, and we filled it up. It didn’t leak and it was clean. We had a great experience with PODS. They’re reliable. And I'd tell my friends to call them.

The quotes that we received from PODS were very reasonable and the communication was excellent and we really appreciated that. We had a single container and it looks great. The drivers were very courteous and sweet. We have two young girls and one of them especially was very interested and the drivers let us stand back and watch. They did a good job. They treated us like people and that was really important and we’re grateful for them for doing that.

I moved my mother into assisted living after she had some medical issues and mental problems. I needed her in some place where she was taken care of because she wasn't eating, getting up, getting dressed or bathing. At that time, I needed something to put all the things she didn't want to get rid of. My mom's condo had been sold so I emptied a lot of her stuff into my garage as there was no other place in my home. PODS was the first company that came to mind. A friend of mine had used a pod to move from Baltimore to Seattle a number of years ago and she was very pleased with the company.

PODS made it easy transitioning from selling a home and buying one, which is always challenging to get done. I liked the convenience and that I could select the date when the pod would be dropped off, picked up, and redelivered to the new house. I booked it over the internet and I had some significant issues with their online platform. Their system wasn’t working so I ended up having to talk to somebody in person. But I also had issues when I talked to them on the phone as somehow the wires got crossed. The pod was set to be dropped off and picked up a couple days after I booked it since we were in escrow and we had to move out of our home. But when I called them to double check the pick-up date, the lady was told me that it was never scheduled that way.

We got one of PODS’ storage boxes to move from State to State. I liked the convenience of it so I booked online and the process was easy. I got the biggest container and it was clean. Everything was good.

I used PODS because it's a cute name and I have seen other people using them. They do a good job of making them look nice and they're typically very clean-looking boxes. When it was time, I called and took it from there. We had the pod for 11 months. We moved and we put about half of our stuff in a pod and we took the other half to a place that we rented for 11 months while our new house was being built. And when the house was built and finished, PODS delivered the container to the driveway and we took it from there. The follow-up and timeliness were good. Everything went very smoothly. The container seemed to be very sturdy and very good in all respects.

We were moving a long distance and I had hired movers but they weren’t able to get everything that I needed to move. They were bad movers. And so I hired PODS to get the rest of the stuff from my house to move it from Boston to Georgia. The whole process was incredibly simple and easy, and based on what the movers were like, I was worried that the pod thing would go as twirly as the movers did, but it was the exact opposite, so everything was great. When I called PODS to pick the pod up to move it down to Georgia, they were on time and everything was incredibly accurate. The people I dealt with and talked to were incredibly professional and very nice. Also, when I had questions, I called and spoke to somebody and they were good about calling me back and reminding me of certain things both by e-mail and by a phone call. I really appreciate that because, in the process of moving, we didn’t have internet for a little bit.

We needed to put items in storage for a couple of months while we planned our move and Herman booked PODS online. He ended up speaking to a rep but it was fine. We used a large and a small container but we should have used two large ones instead as we ran out of space. I didn't know they were going to be stacking the items, but the moving company explained that it was supposed to be that way. We were concerned about things getting damaged on the move, but we only had some minor things that were damaged. We followed up with the customer service for the second container and they accommodated us the best they could. Overall, we had a good experience with PODS. If we have to do it again, we probably would and I would tell friends that using PODS is a good idea.

I did some home renovation and someone recommended PODS to me. I needed them to bring me a storage container to store in things after I booked it online. The booking process was smooth since I looked it up and followed the instructions when I went online and contacted them. I got a mid-size container, which was enough for about 3 rooms of furniture. That was great. After they had come and I have finished using the container, I called them to pick it up and the customer service was all right. The drivers who came out and picked it were nice and very proficient. However, PODS was supposed to send me some refund but they have not followed-up on what they said. So, other than tracking them and keeping up with what they say because it may not necessarily be true, PODS was good in taking care of my needs.

I needed to do both moving and storage and PODS seemed to have a better reputation. I did everything online and the process seemed pretty streamlined. It wasn't anything too difficult to navigate, and it was user-friendly and intuitive. We requested the three to four room sized container and it was perfect. It was also in great condition. The drivers were both very nice, courteous, kind and personable. Overall, it was a great experience and it made our move incredibly efficient and simplified.
