We chose PODS so that we didn’t have to unpack once we got to the new location. We wanted to pack and unpack at our convenience versus having the moving truck show up. I booked over the phone and the person was helpful. Once we got the first pod, he gave us the recommendation that the 7-footer was not going to be adequate and that we had to order another 16-footer. We ended up with two 16-footers and they were in good condition. They arrived very quickly and we placed them wherever we wanted. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. They tried to do as much as they could with the space we had. They'd say, “We'll be there between 10:00 and 2:00,” but they were always there at the early end of the timeframe.

We were relocating from South Carolina to Missouri. We knew that there was going to be a minimum of a three months gap before we would need our belongings again because the house was not gonna be ready until then. A moving company just doesn't have that type of capability at this time without having your items unpacked then repacked while you're not present. So with that we got PODS which we have used before. The cost of having a moving company move us would have been almost $10,000. With PODS it was a 10th of the cost.

My experience with PODS was all good and I would tell a friend who might ask about them to just go right ahead. PODS was the first storage or moving company that we thought of and we didn't feel like checking around. I booked them over the phone, but we might have started online and the rep called. My interaction with the PODS rep was very good and I requested a big 16-foot container. The container was clean and although I could see wear and tear, it was fine. And I felt quite comfortable putting my belongings in the storage. The drivers who picked up the container called before he delivered it telling me he was going to deliver it. And then when he dropped it off, he called to say he accidentally put it on the incorrect side. But it was actually better where he put it so it was totally fine. We had the pod for about a month and then they picked it up.

We were doing both the moving and storing services from PODS. We've tried other companies before and I have seen PODS on the internet and it seemed like a better idea to me to try them out. With the storage included and somebody else coming and picking up the storage unit, instead of me having to drive a truck around, it was more appealing to me. I booked with them online and navigating thru their website was easy. It was very user-friendly, easy to get around, and I could book everything there. I didn't have to contact anybody other than talk to the driver. Everything went very smooth, from start to finish. The container was in great condition when it arrived and the drivers were awesome. The experience with PODS was good. I would use them again and would recommend it to friends.

I had a good experience with PODS. I chose them for they had the most convenience over other companies. I started my booking online but I ended up doing it over the phone. Still, the pods were very good. We got two 16 feet containers and it was enough for our accommodation. One of the doors had a little bit of trouble with the lock but once the delivery guy came he was able to get it to close. Their drivers were very communicative and helpful. They've let me know ahead of time when they were going to arrive and when they were coming to pick up. The only thing I would think would just be the delivery time as far as location to location. We were moving and have to wait for a week to get our next one when we were only two hours away. That was kind of funny but all they said was they had to have five business days between pick up and delivery to those locations.

We were moving so we had a storage unit for a couple of months with PODS. We chose them due to their reputation and the convenience of them dropping it off at the house and picking it back up. I booked online then one of their reps reached out via phone. The online experience was easy. They even had a place where I could tell them what direction I wanted the pod facing. The representatives were awesome. We requested for the 16-foot long container and it was a good size. It was packed to the hill, but it was good and we got everything in there. The drivers were awesome as well. They always called in advance and they said they were on their way out here. They always let me know that they got it picked up. Not only was the experience good, but the manager of the local location called me afterwards and checked in. He specifically called me and asked how things went and if they did well. PODS is a 5-star company as far as I’m concerned.

I was fixing the house and I needed some stuff put into a pod. I booked PODS over the phone and my interaction with their rep was fine. The container that I got was fine too.

We were getting our garage fixed up with some additional storage so we needed to clear the garage in order for that construction to happen. We shopped around and PODS was the most economical based on everything that needed to be done. I also looked at PACK-RAT, but there was something that made PODS easier to do than other services. While the cost was comparable, PODS was a little less and a little easier to set up.

I used PODS for storage which I booked online. Their online booking was not difficult. And since it wasn't difficult for me, it would be a piece of cake for everybody else. I had them deliver the pod in my house while I was doing some construction so I could move stuff around in the house and then not have to move everything from the bedrooms out to the dens so that we could still function. I had it at the house for eight months.

Their driver was good but they parked it too close to the house. They said they couldn’t move it because there was a car parked on the side and that they were busy and were shorthanded. Nevertheless, I would recommend PODS.

It wasn’t a long move and I needed the extra time to pack up the house and PODS was recommended to me. I did the reservation online and ended up talking to a customer service rep first since I had to move. The closing was a moving target so I called at one point and I had a very good experience with that person. PODS dropped the container off, I put stuff in, they moved it and I unpacked it. It was a good experience.

I like PODS and I didn't bother looking around. I booked online and over the phone as I called and confirmed things, and they were very receptive and they responded quickly. Their service was nice, clean and impressive. I happened to be there when the drivers picked the containers up and dropped them off. They were polite, professional and did a good job. They lined everything up and put it where I wanted it. However, I had a little glitch as far as understanding the billing and they were supposed to get back to me on that. I was billed for a couple of things that I didn’t order. But overall, I'm very pleased with them. I'd never used this service before but I've already recommended to other people.

I needed the use of a storage container and with PODS, I like the ease of delivery of the pod to my location and their pick-up service when I was done. The process was very well-organized and efficient. I looked online to see how much we should pay. And I spoke to an individual when I was ready to go. He ordered it all up and they delivered it on time, on the day they said they would. When it was time for me to empty the pod out and to arrange for its pick-up once it was empty, that worked like a charm. I ended up having it on my premises for three months and then it disappeared when it was supposed to. It worked perfectly.

We were moving from one location to another and we needed our stuff stored until our house was built. My husband did a little bit of research and decided that PODS' price and service were what we were looking for so he gave them a call. PODS dropped off a pod at our home. Their reps treated us well and we didn't have any issues with them at all. Their delivery people were polite. We walked out to see them and to say hello. The container didn't look dirty to me and we put our own lock on it. We got what we needed from them and everybody was professional. We would recommend PODS and I'd tell my friends to give them a call and see whether or not they're suitable for their needs.

I went online but PODS called to give me a quote for a move from California to Tennessee. The first price they quoted me was about $800 higher than the truck and then I hemmed and hawed about it so they lowered their price about $400. So, it was a good experience and I had no problem with the representatives. They answered all my questions and they told me when they were going to drop it off in my house in California, when they were going to pick it up and when it was going to be delivered to Tennessee. In Tennessee, they delivered it to a holding area and delivered it when I was ready to have it delivered so everything went real well.

I had to move to a new place, and there was a five-day difference between the date we sold the house and the date the new one would be ready. I heard from my friend that with PODS, we could move and could even store for months so that was really good. I did the booking on the phone and got a clean large size pod. I had sold some of my things and the pod's size was enough for whatever things were left. The rep I talked to was very good. Because it was my first time, he explained everything to me very well. We also had no problems after we used the pod. Everything was smooth. I really liked PODS' service. For my first time, I'm satisfied. I've already told my friends about them.

I needed to move from Ohio to Texas and PODS was cheaper than doing it with U-Haul. I booked PODS online but went over the phone so that I could guarantee everything. Their rep was able to answer all my questions. We got the largest container, and I was rushed to get things into it because my husband had already moved down here so I was loading everything by myself. But it was my own fault because I was still trying to live in the house and pack. The drivers were fine. The one when we got in Texas had an easier time with our pod than the guy in Ohio because we were living on a busy street. So traffic was an issue for the guy in Ohio. But with the guy in Texas, we live in a cul-de-sac so it was nothing and everything moved fine.

I needed storage services and PODS' prices were better than other companies, so I booked their services. I tried booking online after I finished over the phone and their claims rep was professional. I got their 12-foot container and it was clean.

We had the storage service from PODS as well as the actual pod. We loaded up the pod and had it stored at their facility for a month. I booked online and then it was verified via phone call. The reps did well. The storage unit was clean and I felt secure that everything was good with it. The people who delivered and picked up the pod were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. So, it certainly helped with the experience. PODS is a safe, secure and convenient storage that makes it easy not to have to rent a truck or to worry about storage facilities. I had used PODS in the past, too, and so I went back to them.

I had used PODS before and it was a pretty good experience then, so it made choosing them over other companies easy. We booked online this time and it was very simple to navigate their website. Also, we needed PODS' storing services and the container size we got worked out perfectly. I had a couple patch-ups on the container, but overall, it was in great condition when it was delivered. The driver was very friendly when he was dropping it off and we worked together on how to get it leveled a little bit. But he was a good guy. He was on time and he did a good job. There was no big deal cleaning the container out and having them pick it up without anybody. PODS was just very convenient. This has been my second time using PODS and both times were very good.

I needed a POD to make a move. I had a girlfriend that had just used them and I had a really small house so PODS seemed like a good answer for us. I booked them over the phone and the rep gave me all the pricing and how it worked and I picked out what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable. I got the largest POD. When I opened the thing up in the overhead door, it was just an empty hardwood floor. The drivers did a really good job of getting it out of here. We were in a really busy street so they had to get two guys out here to do it because someone has to stop the traffic while they back out. PODS called to make sure that everything was ready to pick up and that everything was fine. They were really good.

We went with PODS because of the one-month rental and the flexibility of not having to do things all at once. I tried to book them online and their website was user-friendly, but I had questions so I had to call on the phone and the rep was very polite. I tried to book it before my end month and something happened with the system. The computer didn't book it for that day and I had to have a refund for the recurring charges. But I didn't have to argue over it. It was easy and I got refunded right away. The 16 footer we got was big for what we had and we didn't even fill it, but it looked brand-new. Both of the drivers that picked up and dropped off were very nice. We even had a small chat while they were loading it up. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend PODS.

We needed somewhere to store our goods because we really didn’t know for sure where we were going to when we moved and where our goods were going to go. We booked PODS over the phone and online and their rep was very helpful and our interaction was very positive. The online experience was very straightforward as well. The containers were very clean, in very good shape and watertight. Also, all the drivers were very professional and helpful. The driver that dropped everything off at the final destination was exceptional. We had a series of POD deliveries so we constantly kept requesting him because he was an excellent representative of the company. With PODS, it was everything it was supposed to be and everything worked out fine.

I got PODS for temporary storage. It’s the only one I knew that had container that you could park in the street for temporary storage. I booked the storage over the phone and the reps did what they’re supposed to do. I got the biggest storage and it was clean. Plus both drivers were very nice. When I called to have the pods picked up, the guy had to change the original plan and he did that. And that was fine. We’ve used PODS a couple times and we’ve been happy every time we’ve used them. PODS is a good thing to use. I’ve used them only twice but when I needed them, they were there.

We needed moving and storage services and with PODS, we loaded our stuff as I wanted to load it. I went online and then they contacted me. The representative was great. I liked the way she talked and the way she always responded whenever I had a question. Also, both drivers were informative and they answered anything I asked them. Communication was great with everybody. They explained to me what they were doing.

I was trying to move from my residence to another but I would not be able to move out and move in without having to store something. PODS was portable because it's not locked in place, and it made moving much easier. I don't have to carry the pod over to a storage facility and put it in and then go get it and load it up again and take it to where I need it. I dealt with the PODS rep who was in Florida when I set the account up and then I dealt with the local people from then on. My experience with PODS was good and I would highly recommend them.

We needed a container for moving and storage and we didn't wanna pack the truck twice. We wanted to just pack it once and have it delivered to the new place. My husband booked PODS online. We got a 16-foot and it was absolutely perfect. We fit everything and it was sturdy and clean. The driver was great. It amazed me how he got the pod off the truck but I saw the machine and that was cool. We would recommend PODS although I would like to have the option of adding some straps to strap down a mattress or a dresser.

The worst service I’ve experienced in my 61 years. I scheduled a move from Tulare, CA to Athens, TN. PODS delivered the container to my Calif home as scheduled on 3/16, and picked it up, loaded on 3/23. On 4/4 when I contacted PODS to inquire why I hadn’t been contacted about the TN delivery my loaded POD was still setting in Fresno, CA being stored, it was never a storage agreement. They can now deliver to TN on 4/17, and I will have to have unloaded by 4/20 for no additional storage fees, but I return to Calif on 4/11. PODS had notified me they will review the incident in the next 30 days. I’ve advised POD they will give us until 4/30 with no fees as it will be only my daughter and son-in-law now and he is already working. They should have been gracious enough to offer that without me demanding it. DO NOT USE PODS for a move.

I called PODS to get quotes and then I also did some research online. I also had to call to get my PIN reactivated because I forget or lose it. PODS was able to go where we needed to and they have the best price for an out-of-state move. We went from Maryland to Ohio. The reps who I spoke with were professional. I never had any issues with not getting the information I needed. I had originally requested a smaller container but they're more for an out-of-state move. It's better that I had the big one because I still had to leave stuff behind. The pod I got looked brand new. However, I was a little worried because it didn't seem like there were any straps in there but I was able to make it work. It looks like a spider web of ropes in the house.

I was needing moving and storage services and I saw PODS on Google. So, I called them and told them what I needed. They told me that they had certain sizes. I got three of their biggest containers, 8 x 16, and they were all clean. The drivers were professionals, and their customer service reps were good.

We used the PODS service back in February to temporarily store some things so we could get floors redone. I booked them over the phone. They were pretty polite. PODS was pretty helpful and got what we needed to do out of the way. It was really convenient and if something were to happen, we would use them again.

I got the 16-foot container and it was in a very clean condition when I got it. I wasn't there when the driver picked that up but it was pretty easy. I scheduled it, they came in and was gone. My PODS experience was awesome all the way around from the first time I called them. We were moving out of our house and into a new house which wasn't going to be quite ready, so we had a pod delivered, then stored it on site and then redelivered to our new house. We got the middle-sized pod which we booked online, and their website was definitely good. The container's condition and cleanliness were excellent as well. I saw the PODS drivers three times and they were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was moving and I didn't want to drive because I had to fly over to get stuff packed up. Using PODS was a matter of convenience, so I called them and looked for some direction in terms of how big of a unit I needed. They were helpful with that, but I wish I could have gotten a bigger one. I wasn't there when they delivered the container to Texas but when it arrived, it was on backwards, so their warehouse worker dropped it in the middle of the street, turned it around, picked it up and delivered it. Then, he helped me make sure that I could get the door opened since it was tightly packed.

I needed a storage container for renovation and using PODS was the easiest option. I booked it over the phone and the rep was really nice. She knew what she was talking about. We had a 16-foot pod unit, which was clean inside and out, delivered to our driveway. The drivers were really nice and knowledgeable also. All of our stuff were nice and dry after the rains and they were actually how we put it in there. I would tell my friends to definitely do it with PODS.

PODS was good. I saw a lot of people use it and it was convenient. I needed them for storage and it was in my driveway -- it was the 7-foot one. It was decent, clean, and usable. I booked online and the website was easy to use. I also called them because I did have a question about my address. The person who dropped it off did it really early. He and the other guy were all nice. I also had problems with my HOA and so the PODS people were helpful with that.

I was moving from Pennsylvania to Virginia and I had seen PODS' advertisements. And the concept sounded good for what I was needing to do. I needed something that I could move stuff and load stuff because I didn’t have much help. I needed to set my own pace on that and load the stuff that was not as important plus furniture.

We needed services both for moving and storing and I see PODS everywhere around here. The PODS reps were awesome and the actual movers I have used twice were excellent. I hired movers in order to load up my pod and the pod was then picked up and they kept it at one of their facilities. And when I was ready to move into my new home, they came and dropped it off, and I had movers empty it. The container looked exactly the same as when I stored it. The locks and the tag that they put on it were still intact. I would highly recommend PODS. It's very convenient that they bring the pod to me to load it up and when I'm ready to unload it.

PODS was the only company that I knew of that drops off the storage container. Also, you could just have it as long as you needed it, then store it, then drop it off again. So I got the largest one and had it delivered to Florida and loaded it. I got the largest container but it wasn't big enough. Some of my stuff went to my mom's pod. Nonetheless, it was fine and in good condition. The pod got transported to Tennessee and then we unloaded it. It was stored at Tennessee for about a month.

I had moved and PODS stored the furniture for a couple of months. I figured it was easier to do it myself than pay someone to do it, and then PODS stored my things and just delivered it. Booking with them online and on the phone were both very reasonable and easy to do. I picked the biggest pod they had and I had two of them. They were clean and in good shape. PODS was good and nothing was damaged at all. I’ll tell friends to use them.

We needed onsite storage for a limited time so we booked a container from PODS over the phone. The rep I talked to was nice and it was a really fast interaction. The container's condition was good and we were able to use it just fine. The driver was very cooperative and he let me know if there was anything wrong. Everything went well with my experience with PODS and the only time we had to contact their customer service after using the pod was for pick-up. I'd definitely recommend them.

My mom had passed away so we were getting the things out of her apartment that we wanted to keep and left her things until we had someplace to store everything. I went online and booked a 16-foot container with PODS. Their website was great and the container was fine. It was clean and I didn't have any problems or concerns with it. My husband was curious to see how they loaded and unloaded the pod which was neat. It was very good. They called on their way over and when they were coming to pick it up. We also liked the fact that we can keep the stuff here at home and typically back and forth to a storage unit. And it was a month to where we can get things organized and decide where things are gonna go and that's a good thing. Overall, we've had a great experience with PODS.

We used PODS for storing and moving, and they were great. We weren't sure exactly when we were moving and with PODS, we could pack the pod ourselves then have it shipped when we were ready. I booked over the phone and everybody in their customer service department was very pleasant to speak with, helpful and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and helped with everything. We had four of their large shipping containers and the drivers were really good too. They were very courteous and pleasant. There was one in California that was late but they were very helpful and they did a good job. I'd tell anyone interested to definitely use them.

PODS' website was really easy to use when I made my booking online. The 16-foot pod arrived in good condition and all the PODS guys we interacted with were excellent. The gentleman who dropped the pod off explained how to keep it locked it up and keep it safe, and he told me the best way to pack it. He asked me if I needed any extra supplies and answered any questions that I had. I kept the pod for about three weeks and then we moved. So there was a moving guy who picked it up and dropped it off. He made sure he put it in the right place, double-checked with me and my husband to make sure everything was all right. And then, the final guy who picked up it was awesome. He walked around with my husband, inspected it, picked it up and went on their way. I would recommend PODS.

This company is the worst. They don’t tell you prices in full! They misjudge how much can fit into a container causing you to have to order another one for an additional $1700. They forgot to send my second container and then still charged me for the monthly storage even though it wasn’t even sent. They make NO concessions to their customers and are completely inflexible! It is a FORTUNE! Do not use them!! Ever!

I needed a container picked up, delivered, and stored. My buddy used PODS many years ago and was very happy with them. When I booked with PODS, it was a mix of online and over the phone because the online was a little confusing at that time. So I called them and I got the 16-foot container. It suited our needs just fine. Everything got put in the container and it sealed back up, so it was pretty easy. The customer service reps were great and fantastic. The driver who picked it up was awesome. They called beforehand and told me what time they were dropping it off. They were great to work with and very professional. They worked with me about where we wanted it, and they were prompt and timely.

The drivers were great. I even sat and talked to one driver for quite a while. The pickup was pretty much when they were going to bill me, but when we were able to finally get into the new place, they told me there was a five-day grace period because otherwise, I was going to be scheduled the sooner. But I just left the payment on the same date and they refunded my money right away. I would definitely recommend PODS to anyone.

I like the fact that I could pack by myself so I used PODS for both storage and moving across the country. I booked over the phone and the interaction with the reps was wonderful. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I got the biggest pod, which was the perfect size and it was really clean when I first got it. The driver was a little upset though because I wanted it facing the house instead of facing the garage, but he accommodated it. The only problem was when I moved out to San Diego, there was no place to park the pod so I ended up getting a budget rent a car and emptying the pod at the PODS place. Nevertheless, it was a really good experience.

I was visiting my son in Houston, Texas when my move was confirmed that I would be making it to Colorado. My son recommended PODS and he said that was the way that all of his friends had been going and that I should call. I was really pleased not only with the thoroughness of the phone call, I was also able to do everything over the phone including finding a date for my exact move. The gentleman that I dealt with on the phone said that people usually book these four months out. I called him at the end of January and it was three weeks later that I had a pod delivered to my house in North Carolina so it was very timely. And in my situation that was really great because things like this happen sometimes.

I needed both moving and storage and I went with PODS for the fact that they would go where I needed them to go. Booking over the phone was nice because they could guide me through some of my questions, whereas online, I was having to try to figure the size all by myself. I got two 16s and they were fine and clean. The drivers gave me a half-hour warning and then a few minutes' warning, and it was both by text and by phone. They were great, and they worked with me ‘cause when we went to drop the containers here in Missouri, there wasn’t room for them the way I had ordered them. It was a good experience and I would do it again. PODS was helpful and they're a professional organization.

I liked PODS' price and they had a storage depot down here where I live. I booked them online but then I went over the phone because I had a couple of issues with what I was looking at. The lady on the phone was fantastic. She was direct to the point and had everything upfront about pricing. There were no hidden charges and she was pretty quick with all that stuff. I requested the 16-foot container but I actually thought that I could fit it in the 7, so I used the 7. I had to leave some stuff behind. The 16-footer was too big and I really wanted a 12-foot container, but they wouldn’t ship it across the state.

My PODS experience was wonderful. I started online and I ended up talking with one of their representative from Florida. It was a good interaction. They seemed to be quite up on it. I used a 12 footer container to move. It was well made and the driver made sure that it was level and it was easy to access, to enter and close down. He found me where I was and he found me where I had moved to.

If you need a pickup and storage, use PODS. They’re very good and everything in my experience was positive. I looked online first and then I talked to them on the phone. The representative was pretty good and the cost was reasonable. My experience in the drop-off was good too. The driver put the container where I wanted it. I got the biggest size to use for storage and everything fit.

The mobility part of PODS is pretty cool. I got their 16-foot container for storage at 200 a month. The container looked good and it was clean when I received it. But I wished it was bigger. We set a time and they called prior to the pick up. PODS was helpful and the drivers who picked up the container were nice.

The date of my exact move wasn't 100%. And with PODS, I could take my time in packing and loading. I called on the phone to book, and the representative at PODS was fine. I requested for a 16-foot container, which I thought was going to be enough because it was the largest size. But it ended not being, so I needed just a little more. I had a shed and then I reordered a small one. I stored them at my house for almost a month. The container was clean on the inside. The top part though had a little poop there. I also got a little worried because we had a little snow in the course of that and a little water got in. I piled four bags of clothes close to the top to pack it as much as I could. And when I unloaded my clothes in the bag, there were three bags that were wet. Other than that, everything worked out as I thought it would. And the driver was very pleasant, too.

We moved from one house to another. I used google and found PODS. They were convenient because the move was going to be done in Hawaii. I called them and their reps were very helpful. We used the medium-sized container, which could fit four beds. I received a call before they came over to deliver it and then when they were coming to pick it up when we were done. In addition, they were nice and kind. PODS met all my needs and I'd tell friends that they should inquire about using the service of PODS.

I did a move for a three to four bedroom house. I like the convenience of PODS and we had people that have done it before so I used them. I booked online and that process was really easy, it didn't take very long. And the pod was in good condition when I received it. I'd tell others to do their move with PODS too.

I got PODS for storage and it was easy to use. But the door of the pod didn't work very well. It wasn't shutting and it was hard to lock. I had to hammer it. But the driver was a good guy and overall I was satisfied with everything.

We were familiar with the name PODS and we rented a pod from them. We went with the big 16-foot, five-room container. We kept it for about three months and then I needed it moved to a new location. I did all the booking online. It was very simple and accurate. They came when they said they would come and they charged me what they said they would charge.

I have a dispute filed against PODS with my bank. There was supposed to be a 10% discount offered when we initiated the contract in January. And at the end, they didn't give it. And I had spoken with many people over many calls and many hours and got a call back in February from a supervisor assuring me the 10% would be applied. And after several calls, and getting the supervisor, another 30 days went by and I still got the full charge, in fact, even higher. So there was no 10% discount. It was really bad.

We rented a POD in Texas and it was delivered there and we overtime, filled it up and moved to Tennessee and unloaded it. PODS had two sizes available and we got the larger one. It was clean and sturdy. The belongings were protected and I didn’t see any evidence of rain or moisture getting in. I was happy with it and the guys were good about being on time on the day they picked it up both in Texas and delivered in Tennessee. It stayed in the Tennessee property for about a month, then they came and got it but they came when we asked them. The interaction with the drivers was good. They called ahead of time and they were there when they said they would be.

I started booking with PODS online and then I did it via phone. They had me accept their terms online and then you can also get in and change pick up and delivery date there. You don't have to be on hold. With PODS, there is the ease of not having to do anything. I rented the unit when moving and we just had to fill it. They did everything as far as dropping it off, picking it up and moving it. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We’re doing a home renovation so I needed a pod for about month. I’m in real estate and a couple of my clients have used PODS and really enjoyed it. So I went with PODS. We got a 16-foot container and it was clean and ready to go. Terry, the gentleman who delivered it was super nice and I really enjoyed speaking with him. We got a storage from PODS to store our household items while we were having our house built. All I had to do is load our stuff once and then PODS would take it away, hold it for us and then bring it back to our residence. That was the easiest and most cost-effective way we could do it. It was so much nicer than having to unload it into a storage and go to your storage and unload it and let it set there for two or three months or how long you need it there and then have to load it back up. Our things were taken care of perfectly by PODS. Nothing was damaged.

It wasn't an issue though because what got damp was something that I could wash and dry. That aside, the drivers were absolutely wonderful. I was amazed at how the pod was off-loaded then loaded on again and driven down to Florida, off-loaded and put exactly where I wanted it. Both of them were friendly and very skilled.

PODS made it easy transitioning from selling a home and buying one, which is always challenging to get done. I liked the convenience and that I could select the date when the pod would be dropped off, picked up, and redelivered to the new house. I booked it over the internet and I had some significant issues with their online platform. Their system wasn’t working so I ended up having to talk to somebody in person. But I also had issues when I talked to them on the phone as somehow the wires got crossed. But when I called them to double check the pick-up date, the lady was told me that it was never scheduled that way.

I used PODS because it's a cute name and I have seen other people using them. They do a good job of making them look nice and they're typically very clean-looking boxes. When it was time, I called and took it from there. We had the pod for 11 months. We moved and we put about half of our stuff in a pod and we took the other half to a place that we rented for 11 months while our new house was being built. And when the house was built and finished, PODS delivered the container to the driveway and we took it from there. The follow-up and timeliness were good. Everything went very smoothly. The container seemed to be very sturdy and very good in all respects.

And so I hired PODS to get the rest of the stuff from my house to move it from Boston to Georgia. The whole process was incredibly simple and easy, and based on what the movers were like, I was worried that the pod thing would go as twirly as the movers did, but it was the exact opposite, so everything was great. When I called PODS to pick the pod up to move it down to Georgia, they were on time and everything was incredibly accurate. Also, when I had questions, I called and spoke to somebody and they were good about calling me back and reminding me of certain things both by e-mail and by a phone call. I really appreciate that because, in the process of moving, we didn’t have internet for a little bit.

The booking process was smooth since I looked it up and followed the instructions when I went online and contacted them. I got a mid-size container, which was enough for about 3 rooms of furniture. Plus we live on top of a hill and they seemed to not have any trouble getting the container up the hill without pulling down our cable wire and the other company had trouble doing that.

I wasn’t happy with any moving company. But with PODS, we put our own lock on it, and we took our own lock off. We booked over the phone and got the largest container, which was a little tight, but we had enough room. The service was on time and I’m very happy with the whole service that was provided. We had a little issue with opening up the door since it was pretty much packed. My wife had called the driver and he said, “Okay, I’ll swing by”, because he was still in the area, and he came and helped us open up the door, which was very nice and very helpful.

It's easy and convenient to move stuff with PODS. You're not really pressed for time and you're not rushing around. You don't have to do any kind of dragging at all. I don't know if it would be considered cheap by all means but you still have the expenditures renting the truck and doing a lot of other things. And one thing they do have which is cool is that they have people that will load that thing up for you and unload it if you won't want to do it. It's a very good concept with PODS. I've moved a few times and doing it with PODS has been the best and the smoothest way.

The absolute worst experience. Do it online and it will not let you complete. You must call. Then anything you had put it somehow becomes more expensive. They do not show you the total because you'd freak out at the final cost. They are also extremely slow.

When I was moving, booking PODS was easier for me compared to other companies. I did it over the phone and dealing with the driver was very good. I got the biggest container and I had it on my property for three weeks. It looked fine but they should have some rods for hanging clothes.

I got the full gamut of storage and moving service from PODS. I like the ease and cost of it. It costs about the same as it was to rent a moving truck to move across the country and they also had the storage built into it. We did have a billing issue because of an issue on the website but the customer service was able to resolve it very quickly. We got the 12-foot container which was substantial and they did a great job telling me how much I needed for how much space I had. The pod was perfect when I received it. It was very clean. And, the driver was good. He put the pod right on the sidewalk right where it needed to be.

I have seen PODS. The type of storage I need was on my property and that’s what they do. I looked online and where the prices had been, and the way it was set up and how it works. And then I called them to set it all up and the representative was knowledgeable and helpful. And in order to not have me wait for them, they had to take that one back and bring another one. The PODS lift system has got everything level on to the truck. I used PODS' service when I did a residential move from Seattle, Washington to Denver, Colorado and also for 2 months of storage. I initially booked online but then I required some phone support as I moved some dates around with my move. I got the biggest container size they had and it was perfect. When they dropped it off, they had mentioned that they had done some structural repairs to it to get it in order for my move. They also put some new door hardware on there, so it was very sturdy and I felt very safe with all the stuff in there.

First of all, they picked up the pod from one location, took it to another one, and get a third one, and then they moved my stuff from South Carolina to Colorado, where it was in the pod storage for probably two months, at least, and then they delivered the pod to my present location. PODS was recommended by friends and it was the best solution for my problem. I booked over the phone and the representatives were always very pleasant and cooperative. The service was fabulous and they were always accommodating for anything I needed, like cancel one thing and book another.

I had a friend that a few years back had used the pod and really liked it. When I needed one for moving, I remember that, went in, checked it out and scheduled it. I started booking online and then it went to over the phone because they were very gracious. They also called me like they said they would to confirm the time that they were going to do and just confirm what they were going to do, and they were very pleasant. I started out with the small container but I ended up with the 16. The size was correct, with a little extra space. It was in a very good condition, and what I really like about it was that it had a lot of hooks all over the place.

We had used PODS with our last move and we liked the flexibility of not having to load everything into a truck or have everything loaded in one day. So, we were able to take our time with packing and unpacking. This time, we had the largest pod, a 16-foot dropped off at our house for moving. We loaded it up and then had it moved to our new house. We initially booked over the phone and then we changed our date of pickup online. Once we got it set up, we were able to log in and make adjustments if needed.

My daughter was moving to Texas from California and we looked at the possibility of renting a truck, driving it and what that would involve. A regular moving company was out of the question but the price for PODS and the convenience of it was perfect for us. I initially did an online quote and then got phone calls and was able to do the booking over the phone. The price was a lot but at the same time, it was fair when we compared it to other options.

PODS was recommended to us by a family member and we booked them for temporary storage. The rep that we dealt with was very helpful. She gave us options in terms of what they offered and the rates and fees. We ended up getting the smallest square container and it was clean and in good condition. The drivers that did the pick up were very polite and on time. They called before they got here and it was very nice. PODS then sent an email saying everything was taken care of and the fees that would be charged.

We were in the middle of the move and I figured PODS would be the best one to use. We rented the smallest unit for 30 days from them. We probably could have crammed some more in the container but we didn't. The container was fine and clean. There wasn't any damage too. We had a good experience with PODS. I booked with them over the phone and they were helpful and knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I was talking about and what we needed. They explained everything. The driver came to the house. We talked and he was fine. I did mostly everything online after that point. But we kept changing the date. Everything was fine.

I needed both storage and transport of goods, and I liked that PODS' containers were constructed out of metal instead of wood. Their prices were pretty good and they have very good reviews as well. I booked over the phone and my experience with the representative was very positive, polite and easy. They only have two sizes for the container so I got the 16-foot one and I wish it had been a foot longer. We packed every inch of it but nothing's quite big enough when you need a tiny bit more space but not enough for a second pod. That aside, it was very well-constructed and clean.

I had a relative who had a good experience with PODS. And I’ve used them before. I used their storage and moving services again, and I did the booking over the phone. I just gave their representative the dates and got things lined up. I got a 16-foot container and it was in good shape. The drivers who picked it up were on time, kept it out, made sure it was all right and put it on the truck and then they were gone. PODS is a good service.

We liked PODS' price so we used them to move from Illinois to Ohio and as storage too. Our stuff was picked up mid-October and was delivered in January. My wife booked them over the phone and we chose three 8 x 8 x 16 container. They were clean and easy to work with. One of them had a door issue but other than that, it was okay. However, every truck that showed up at our previous house and our Ohio house had hydraulic leaking on my driveway. PODS sent somebody out to reimburse us some cash money to clean up the hydraulic fluid on the home that we sold because the new owner complained about it. They gave us $25 to clean it up. And then our new house in Ohio had a brand new country concrete driveway and they sent somebody out to steam clean it off.

We had an excellent experience with PODS. We had suggestions from two or three different people that had good experiences with them, and they were a bit less in cost. I looked it up and then called and talked to someone in person. The reps were very friendly and they told me exactly what the cost was, and they were very good online as well. I have an account with them and so I always knew what was going to be charged. They would give me invoices to show all the charges. And then when it got here, it had to be stored for two months until the house was ready. They stored it in an environmentally-controlled warehouse in Depew, New York and that was nice because we had some nice furniture and other things that could be damaged by the extreme cold.

I sold my house and I stored my belongings in a POD. My daughter recommended PODS, and she booked the container for me. She did it online and it was easy because she did it before. We got one of their second to the biggest container and it was clean and in good condition. The driver was great at how he handled the whole setting down. And he didn't have a hard time. He used the remote control to pick the container off the truck and put it in the yard and it was just like a matter of minutes. It was perfect. PODS' interaction was great, and I had a good experience.

My mom and I moved to Florida last year in May. We used PODS to get all our stuff over there and their service was phenomenal. So, when I decided to move back because it wasn't working out, I decided to go with PODS again. I called them and spoke to someone on the phone. Their rep was perfect and I got their smallest container. It was very clean and almost looked like it was brand new. The driver was also good. I was very satisfied with my experience and I would tell my friends that they should use PODS, too.

I have used PODs some years ago, at a time they were one of the newer companies that were offering the kind of services that they offered, and I had a good experience with them. So, when it was time to use them again, I returned. This time, I spoke with someone to confirm the booking, but I initially did it online. The interaction was good. I got the 16 feet container, which is the largest they offer. I needed more room, so there might be a consideration for a larger size, or for them to offer half the price for two pods. Nonetheless, the drivers were both nice. The one who dropped the container off called ahead of time. I have recommended this company.

We had a hurricane and I didn’t know what I was going to do with the few things that we had. I needed storage. I saw a lot of PODS units around and that was great for what I needed. I booked with PODS online and I ended up speaking with a young rep. But we didn’t get to speak for long because he was also having a hurricane in Florida. I got a seven-feet container. The drop was fantastic. I was a little hurried and I even had a headache, and the driver certainly was great. He was so accommodating and he put the container just where I needed it to be put it because of the HOA regulation, and I was very pleased. We were out of our home six months and the day I called PODS and told them to pick the pods unit up, they were here on that day and everything was good. PODS provided a great service and they were everywhere at that time. It was crazy then, but I was very satisfied with PODS.

I easily booked a pod online and I got POD's largest container. It was clean and the driver who picked it up was very courteous. I would recommend them. PODS is a good outfit.

I used PODS before and stayed using them. It was easy to book online and the pod looks good and clean. Everything was good.

PODS was the easiest to find information for. Their website was very informative and elaborate on what they do and offer and then being able to price it out. And everybody I have spoken with over the phone was very helpful and friendly. I had a POD delivered and then moved to a new house. I booked it online but I had some issues with scheduling dates, so I had to follow up with a phone call, but as soon as I have started speaking with somebody, they were able to take care of me immediately.

I love PODS and they have such a wonderful office. The last pod I got was for my house as I was remodeling and painting my house. I had to get it out of the way and so I wrote their local office and Robert has always accommodated us. They get pods to me as quick as they can, but I understand sometimes it takes a couple of days. We are on a contract with PODS. We do fire and water restoration, and when there is a flood, "Send me a pod now". I have used them for years. The drivers have been great, accommodating and respectful, too.

I had good and bad experiences with PODS. When they came to get the furniture my experience was excellent. But when they brought back the pod they brought me back an empty pod instead of my furniture. I feel like that driver that had made a mistake because once he read his piece of paper, he realized that he wasn't supposed to give me an empty container. He blamed it on where it was at on the piece of paper and he said he'd be back in an hour. And I said, "I don't think so because you're going to have to go to Earth City." And he says, "Well, I'll take care of it." And I could handle the mistake but it was five hours before somebody told me, for sure, that they were going to deliver my pod.

I needed a pod and I've had a previous experience with PODS. I found another one that was way less than PODS but I got a little nervous at the end and I thought I’m just going to stick with the company that I had a good experience with the first time. Their rep did a great job and gave me great information. The PODS representative that I talked to was going to talk to the local person to try to match the price but that didn't happen so I never got feedback from PODS. But I don't blame it on the local person. He handled himself very well, was very professional, very nice and very courteous.

I needed moving and storage and I figured it would be easier and more convenient if I used pods. I scheduled the move online but I did it wrong and so I had to call and fix it. Their representatives were very helpful and made a couple of adjustments for me. Thereafter, their movers dropped off the container. I filled the container up and then PODS' drivers picked it up and they brought the container to where I needed it moved to. However, I wish they had a bigger pod. Because the one I got wasn't big enough, I had to rent. Still, I've recommended PODS and told my friends how convenient and cost-effective it was. I also showed them pictures. I think PODS is neat and that whoever created it is smart.

We got PODS for moving and storage. I was selling my house and doing a trial run to a different state. I had a leave of absence from my job in Tennessee and came out to take care of my grandson for three months. I didn't want to have to go back to move if I had decided to stay in Texas, and I did decide to stay. So, it worked out well. The very first call that I made with PODS, they gave me one way move for one pod and I needed two pods. And so, I was under the understanding that it was gonna cost me about half of what it ended up doing. When I called back when it was time to do the ordering, I was a surprised and frustrated because doubling the moving cost was really not in my budget. But I did understand that it might have been just a misunderstanding or miscommunication to that person. But for some reason, when I was gathering information, that first quote was totally incorrect.

We were remodeling and we got PODS for storage. I wanted to ask some questions so I booked the pod over the phone. The rep that I spoke with was very pleasant. We got the large pod but it turned out that we just needed the little one. We thought we were gonna take more out than we did because the people who were doing the job was able to move the furniture without taking it outside. They just put it one side of the room and then moved it back. We thought we were going to have the whole house put out there, but they didn’t need it. The driver who brought the pod and the one who picked it up were both wonderful. I was quite pleased with our experience and they were most helpful all the way through it. I’d use PODS again if we have to.

We stored furniture from one house, put it in storage for six months and then brought it to the new house and unloaded it through PODS. I booked it over the phone and it was convenient. They answered any questions I had and got it set up easy. And the container was in good shape. They always called and let us know they were on their way. We dealt with quite a few people as I had to reschedule because of weather, and everybody was able to help me along the way. I got the smallest container and its condition as well as cleanliness were excellent. I used it for moving and the drivers were so helpful. After loading it, they gave us tips on how to open it when we arrived to our destination. They also gave tips dealing with what type of lock to get and navigating, pick up and delivery. It was a surprisingly perfect experience from start to finish. I recommend completing the reservation on the phone and not to be scared to ask any questions. You'll get full clarity, there's no hidden charges, and everything's very upfront.

PODS stored my household stuff for a couple of months while we moved. I booked two 16-foot pods online and a 12-foot pod over the phone. Booking online was really easy and straightforward. I didn't have to have all the information to book the pods. The rep that I talked to was really helpful and explained the delivery times and the charges really well. The pods were all in really good shape and I was really pleased. I had a really good experience with PODS and I'll probably used them if I will move again.

We needed to move our personal belongings from Long Island to New York in one container. I was looking to use U-Haul but when I spoke to someone at PODS, they told me some stuff about U-Haul and I thought it would be great and convenient to use PODS instead. I booked over the phone and their rep was fantastic. PODS was totally fantastic from beginning to end, it was extremely useful. I told a lot of people that PODS is really a good way to move if it's not a lot of stuff. And, they have very pleasant employees, delivery, pickup and drop off. The whole experience with all the employees was great. They were very, very helpful in knowing how to place the items and where not to place it, how to load it and how to unload it. It was just a great experience. PODS is a great company. People who live in town have seen PODS commercials on television because I was talking about it.

I was moving my mother to New Jersey, and I liked the idea that with PODS, we can handle our stuff and pack them the way we want to. The reps were helpful. I started booking online and then finished it over the phone. I requested a 7 x 8 container that was put at an assisted living by a driver that was wonderful. It came on time, was clean and in great shape. That's a big thing as my mother has very nice things and some trucks are dirty. We quite filled the container up but it was a good size, and everything was exactly where I left it. It was great. Customer service called me the day after we got it all, to ask if everything went okay and that they were going to come and pick the container up. PODS was terrific and I have already recommended them.

I got the pod that fits three to four rooms and I just had it at the house and then we moved it to the new location. It was very easy booking the pod online. The driver was very nice and everything was great. It was a flawless move.

I was in the process of moving so I used one of PODS' container to store my stuff. I've heard good things about them. I had researched them online and I ended up calling and booking with them on the phone. That was back in August or September. I actually called a couple of different times and I got to extend a couple of different times. And every time I talk to any individual they were very professional and helpful. I had a great experience. I requested the largest thing they had available which was a 16 x 10 or 16 x 8. It was in a great condition. Had they offered a larger size, I'd probably would have gotten that. But it ended up working out.

I have a lease for temporary storage of a container located in California. My monthly billing statement contains a line item for "Tax". The tax is computed at about 8%. I am not purchasing the container nor the site of its storage. During the past 3 years I have been charged, and have paid, over Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in tax. According to the CA Board of Equalization, the company is precluded from charging and collecting such a tax under my lease in accordance with CalBOE Regulation 1660, Article 15. PODS has refused to return my money; and has encouraged me to file a complaint with the CalBOE.

It was easy to go to the PODS website and get a quote. I went on it and then I called, and the price was right. I got a 16 feet container which worked for my situation. Both drivers called and were right on time. It was a convenient and hassle-free experience.

I used PODS about a month and a half ago. We had them provide an empty pod for a month while we were doing some interior work on our home. Then the pod remained in our driveway. I booked online and it was a straightforward process. When we opened and rolled the door up the container was clean and dry which were my two main concerns. I like the translucency of the side panels and the roof. And the weather was cold but I felt secure that the contents which was mostly furniture would be dry and safe.

I shopped around to see all the options for storage or moving companies and I was driving back from Wickenburg when I saw a couple of POD trucks along the road. So, I called 'em up to see what they could do for me and they were in the ballpark price-wise. They are also able to deliver quickly. I gave them a shot with the first one and then went back for a second, and now, I'm on the third. I booked the first pod online while I did the other two over the phone. The representatives on the phone were courteous, friendly, helpful, and answered every question that I had. They were somewhat funny, which I enjoyed. All three containers are 16-footers.

PODS very much ripoff. I've been paying auto payments for months. I paid for full month but only used PODS for 11 days so they have charged 178 for 11 days plus 83 dollars for delivery. Warning do not use PODS if you value money.

I looked up PODS online and I filled out the zip code, how long I wanted to keep the container and the size to get a quote. And then I called them and reserved a 16-foot container. The rep had the information I needed and she was very clear about when it would be delivered and how it would be delivered to make sure the driveway was clear. It was a good experience. The container was clean inside and it was in great shape. The driver was very nice as well. It fit our need perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using PODS' service.

We were doing our house renovation and I got storing services from PODS online. I got them for the convenience of not having to pack and unpack. It was nice that my things could go in a POD and that we did not have to load and unload into a storage unit. I requested for their 16 foot container which was the largest they had. Their drivers were nice and helpful and showed up in the correct timeframe. Overall, storing my things through PODS was easy and convenient.

PODS works well for us. For a moving and storage situation, they're a great way to go. There was a month in-between our move and moving in, so we had to store. I booked with PODS over the phone. The representatives were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and it all went very smoothly. I requested for the 8x16. It was the largest. I think I got one of the older ones the driver was saying, and the door was very hard to latch. But it wasn’t like it couldn't be done, so I didn't ask for another one. Overall though, it was sound and clean. And all the drivers were fine.

PODS provided short-term storage for us. They had the product that we needed during construction in our house. We needed to get furniture out of the house and out of our garage and it was great that we didn't have to go to a storage facility. I went online and figured out what size would be the best that would fit in my driveway. We went with the 12' container and it worked for what we needed it for. They did a good job and it was very seamless. If people have that situation, then PODS is a great solution.

I needed to move a five-bedroom house and I didn’t want to hire movers. With PODS, I could stage the move and I didn’t have to do it all at once with a big truck from U-Haul or something like that. I booked over the phone and then I modified my booking online. We had two pods delivered to our house in Pennsylvania at separate times. We loaded them up and put them into storage. And then. we brought them down to Tennessee, unloaded them and they picked them up. Their rep was very informative. We worked on all of the dates for pick up, delivery and he was very friendly and courteous. Every driver that I met was awesome. Every person that I met and dealt with even when I had a concern about my one billing cycle was really polite and super helpful. My experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend PODS to anybody.

A friend of ours moved a month before us and and another the month after us and they had used PODS. They were raving about them so we used them and sure enough, they were right. Our experience was absolutely nothing but positive and fantastic. I booked over the phone and the PODS representative I dealt with was excellent and answered all my questions. We were going to have the movers do our main furniture, but we wanted to put all the extra boxes and things with the pod. We got a 16 x 9 pod, which was absolutely perfect and just the right size. The containers are used frequently, but I was amazed quite frankly with how good a shape they’re in. So, we were very pleased with that.

I moved from Kansas City to Raleigh and my new house wasn’t picked out yet so I had to use PODS' storage near Raleigh at least for a couple of months. I like the size of their POD. They had a bigger POD option and I got the 16 foot one. I felt horrible because I called originally and there were some discrepancies with what my order was. I ordered one originally, called back and got a second one. And then, I ended up canceling that and I went back online to place an order. I could have packed the POD a little better and got a smaller one but what I got was the right size. The POD had a typical wear and tear for moves and storing a bunch of different people’s things but, it wasn’t bad.

I order pods for the company that I work for and PODS has them delivered to the site. It's easier to get trucks in and out on some of the spaces where we need the pod delivered instead of having a truck back up and slide it all the way back off the bed of the truck. Pods have a better maneuverability in a parking lot. When I order, I call Travis and I send him an email with the location, delivery date and a placement map. He then does it all from there. Everything has been working out really great and I have no complaints with them. I'm not there for the pickup and the delivery but when the drivers call for directions, I talk to them. They've been nice. PODS is great and others should use them.

Everything went smoothly with PODS. The only problem we had was that they mislabeled our pod unit's number initially when they moved it into storage and it was marked as being in the wrong storage facility. So, that was a headache for several months. Every time I called to access my pod unit, they had to locate it and it was a real pain in the neck because I knew where it was. It was located where it was supposed to be, but their records showed that it was in another town. I kept asking for the record to be remedied and they kept saying that they would fix that mislabeling in their records. They eventually fixed it, but it was at least six months before it got fixed. The pod unit itself was kept in a facility that kept everything in good condition. So, when we finally got it delivered, our stuff was not damaged. There was a little bit of dirt and dust because it had been in there so long, but overall everything was in good shape.

I was very satisfied with PODS when I used their moving and storage services. I booked a small container with them because it was convenient and the reps I talked to were very professional and very good. I told their driver where to park the pod and he parked it right where I wanted it. Everything was fine and I'd tell my friends to use them.

I rented from PODS a couple of units for about six months when I did a remodel on our house. The units were big ones, the largest ones they had. They were 16 by eight. I got two of them. PODS is the only one I’m familiar with and the only one that came to my mind when I thought about bringing containers out to my house. It was great with the representatives and I'd go back in a heartbeat. We changed some things around based on where we had them spotted and the drivers were perfect. It was absolutely a perfect experience.

We had an 8x16 container for two months while we were doing renovations. We saw a couple of it in my neighborhood a few months before, and my wife suggested it. I tried booking online but I wasn’t sure so I ended picking up the phone instead. The rep I talked to was excellent. He was very courteous and very equipped. The container was dropped off and picked up while we were absent, but it was in good condition, and the size was adequate for our needs. The inside was clean and empty, and it was sturdy, too. I called before Christmas, before my return date since I wanted to book to return it before January 3rd, but they were only open on January 4th and they did not charge me the extra month. There was a shutdown period between Christmas and New Year. PODS is very punctual.

We moved from Tennessee to Florida and we used two pods for that. They were clean inside when we got them and the drivers who picked up and delivered them were very good. Also, when we had problems closing on the house and we had to schedule for pick up then we had to get it rescheduled, PODS' reps took care of it for us.

I booked with PODS over the phone for moving and storage. I got two of the bigger containers and the size was enough but one leaked and it ruined a lot of my furniture. But I didn’t bother to make a claim because we had them here for like a year and a half and I just figured overtime that it leaked on the back half of it. But one of them was fine. When the carrier driver picked them up to take them from us, they just picked them up and left. The one guy that picked them up to move on the very first time, I felt he was kind of rush with it because it leaned towards one end. When he lifted that one container it shifted everything to the front and probably did damage through the roof.

Everything was great with PODS. We were recommended by a family member then we booked with them over the phone. They were very responsive, helpful, explained everything clearly. We had two 16 footers and we were able to get everything we needed inside it. They were also nice and clean when we got them. And when they were delivered, they were swept out after they were set up. The drivers who picked up and delivered them were very friendly, helpful, and tried to place the pods right where we wanted them.

I got one of the big containers to ship out my things from the natural disaster I was in. I heard good things about PODS and I've always seen them. So I booked a pod online which was very easy to do. I went on their website, picked what I wanted, then told them where and when I wanted it. PODS brought the container out and left it in my house. I had all my stuff that I had left over from the flood in there. Then I had to have the pod removed because it was in the way when I had my house torn down. I had to have it moved from where I had put it and PODS came out that week that I called them. They moved it for me and it was all good. I don't ever want to use a container again for something like that, but if I did, I’d be sure to call PODS and have them come do it.

I needed someone who could do the move and do the storage for me while I was moving so I hired PODS. They held my stuff for almost two weeks for me and they did an excellent job. I booked over the phone and the rep was perfect. He told us everything that would happen and it happened the day that he said it would. They dropped the PODS where they needed to drop them and everything was perfect. I told my friends to use PODS if they need them because it’s worth it.

I had three containers from PODS. They went over the top for me every single time. Couples of drivers were not as good as others, but it's really great. They were always really friendly and they tried to position it where I wanted. The placement of them was really important to me. When a neighbor witnessed the driver leave the pod and I was in Mexico, the driver called me five times. And then, the manager also called me to accommodate me. They went over the top to get them and pick them up and not have them here because I didn't want them here. They tried to get it down the driveway at my house and kept it side by side for me and out of my way.

We moved from South Florida to Illinois, then back to Illinois. We were snowbirds in Florida, but we sold our house. So we had to empty it out and we thought we'd call PODS. The rep we talked to was very good and knowledgeable. She asked us what we were going to put in the pod and helped us decide what size to get. We didn’t have any furniture and we had a lot of boxes, so she told us what size to get the 16 foot pod because that would hold what we had. It was so nice for us to put all our stuff in the container the way we wanted it and locked it up. Then they picked it up and brought it here. Nobody else bothered our stuff then they delivered the pod here very nicely and nothing was broken. It was a great experience and we would do it again. We would also recommend them. In fact, we recommended PODS to two friends who are moving.

Worst company to work with by far. Completely rude and dishonest. Overpriced and not professional. They could care less about their customer. They broke the driveway on the house I was selling so that had to be fixed. Then they double charged me for something I didn't order. Then they lied to me about the cost of the delivery. On top of all that they charged me for half a month when I used it for 72 hours. Worst company ever. So completely disappointed in their attempt of customer service. If you're moving steer clear. Just get a U-Haul and a storage unit.

PODS is convenient and easy to deal with. We didn't have a lot of stuff to move so it was easier for us to get a pod. We booked PODS over the phone. Their reps were very knowledgeable and were honest about the size part I needed once I told them what I had. They didn't try to upsell something that I didn't need. We got the medium size one and we even had room to play with. It was very clean and it just suited our purpose. Both drivers were great. They called before they came out and they did everything for me. I moved everything in the pod and they moved it for me. My experience was great. I would do it again.

I like the concept that the pods sat on the ground. There are folks that offered me a trailer. I didn’t have to lift stuff. In my first call with PODS, the consultant that I talked to was really pleasant and thorough so I just said, “Let’s do this.” Plus, I have a referral. My son’s company moved in and he used PODS and said it was a good experience, too. I used two 16-foot pods to move from North Carolina to Maryland, but I needed a third one. That was one problem I had because when I talked to the consultant, she said, “You’ll need a 16 and an eight.” And when I started packing I said, “This ain't going to work” so I ordered a second, opted to a 16 and then, in the end, I just have too much stuff. I ended up using two U-Haul trailers too so I needed another container, but that’s my problem that I just did not know how to estimate it well.

When we needed pods at different times, we used PODS' 16-foot containers for storage for a few months while we were showing our house and getting ready to move in to the next house. We chose them over other companies because of the size of their containers and then we used them for delivery as well. I booked them online and then I had to call to complete it. And when we rented the second container, I just called them and I had very good interactions with their rep.

After I did some research PODS was my best bet. I had great interactions with their reps and the container was fit. The drivers were very pleasant and professional. It all went really smooth. I would surely recommend them.

I used PODS over a different storage or moving company for the convenience and the service went very well. I had very good interactions with the PODS representatives and the drivers were very professional. Also, the container itself was clean and secure. We'll definitely do it again with PODS and I'd recommend them.

I've used PODS through work where we have moved buildings and using them seems to be the easiest and most efficient way to move. So I used them when I need a moving a service and they were great. They dropped the pod off, came back and picked it up after I had it loaded, then delivered it to the new home like they said they would do. The representatives were great to work with and while I never had any contact with the drivers, they called to drop it off. It was nice to have a notification. The process was smooth and everything is fine with no damaged property. I would refer PODS and we already referred them to my brother-in-law and sister-in-law.

We booked with PODS over the phone and the rep answered all of my questions exactly how I wanted them answered like a lot of guys didn’t really work to get me the best deal that he could. We were out of the house and the POD was in the driveway. We loaded up the POD and it was super easy. The next morning they came and picked it up. The POD was just a little smaller when we got the largest one so they need larger PODS. But my experience besides the size, was excellent. I didn’t have to worry about where my POD was, where my stuff was at any time.

I liked that PODS was handy. I booked their service online and I called during the process. Everybody that I talked to was very nice and very helpful. We got it, we used it, we sent it back, and that's it. However, I paid for January and we moved and they picked up the pod on the third or fourth. But I called them and they were able to reimburse it. I got a partial refund for January. I was glad that they came and we got it done. I would certainly recommend PODS to somebody else.

I have used PODS before and we got a good experience with them, so I used them again for storage. I booked online and I never got a confirmation so I got confused and ended up making a phone call. The rep said, "Okay, we got your order. It is confirmed". I got the next size to the smallest, a 12-foot container, and it was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained. The driver was very nice, and dealing with him was very easy. My husband also commented on how funny he was. He put it exactly where we wanted and did his thing, and then off he went. They come, put it in. You call, they come pick it up. It's super easy, so I recommend them to everybody.

I was moving from Illinois to Idaho and considering the convenience and the price, I used PODS for moving and storage. I got the 8 x 16 container and it was almost new. Plus the drivers were all very helpful. The process spanned 6 months and everything was wonderful. PODS is the best option if you’re doing things yourself.

The pricing of PODS made me go with them. I booked on the phone for a 7-foot container for moving, and every encounter I had with the rep was very good. They were very accommodating, professional, considerate, kind, and thorough. That was one thing I really liked because I had to move dates around a lot and they were always willing to help me. The drivers always called me when they were coming ahead of time and did what they said they were going to do. I was crazy on time and I could have used a little bigger container but then I was wondering how packed it would have been. Some of the stuff I could not bring anyway. I couldn’t bring stuff that was dangerous like the air compressor and gasoline. I had a lot of pictures that I left on the wall and some industrial sized shelves. Nevertheless, it was okay because I left those stuff with my son who was buying the house. So, it still worked for me.

I like the convenience of using PODS. It was easy for them to pick the pod in storage and take it to my new place when I needed it. Their drivers were really professional. As a matter of fact, one of the drivers told me the fastest way to offload and he did everything. When I put my online request, I have the pods facing the wrong way. So he did the right thing and when we got to the house, he explained to me why he did it that way. They were great. They sat down and explained how they did things because I’ve never seen them done it before. They took their time to show us how easy it works. My experience was great. They told me where they were going to deliver them and they did. They came and picked them up with no problem. And when I told them I needed them delivered, they came and they told me when and it was there. My neighbors across the street, once they saw I had them, went and got some pods too.

I was moving and was trying to do an auction in my house, so I kept the things that I wanted and sold those that I didn’t. I had to keep them separate and I remembered that I've used PODS before. I liked their process then so I booked with them again online. It was easy and their website showed where I wanted to go. Then I made sure that I was there when the pod was being delivered to make sure that everybody was on the right page. We got the 16-feet container exactly where I wanted it. I filled it up and everything came through. The only thing I would recommend as far as doing it again is that they have to make sure that they have plenty of help because if they don't, I would make sure they would hire the help they offer because I found out that they need a lot of help at the start.

It was an unusual situation and there was so much to move at once that I needed to get a whole bunch of stuff packed ahead of time. So, I decided to utilize PODS' product -- everybody knows about them. I'm still moving today but it worked great for me best. I got a brand new single car garage, a 10x12. I could have used two or three of them since I felt like our stuff were forced. The driver was outstanding on both occasions. PODS is convenient. Don’t waste your time. Avail it now.

We needed to move out of state. A few of our friends used PODS, so we decided to use them instead of a moving company. I tried booking two times and I changed my mind on one of them and I only got one pod. Then I realized I needed two. I called back and they said, “Okay. No problem.” We got the two pods and it worked out great. The containers were perfect. They arrived like I wanted and everything was nice.
