Both of the drivers were very professional, and knew how to do what they did. They were awesome. The professionalism of the drivers and also that contraption that they used to move the POD was a blessing. The contraption picks up the pod off the truck and sets it down and it is such a wonderful thing. My neighbor was moving at the same time, and he ended up getting a pod from the PACK-RAT, and they didn't have that Spider. So they had to put his in at an angle on top of the grass at this condominium. He had to get approval to put it in. Where PODS came in, the communication was great as far as making sure that the parking space next to it so that you can make sure that it get in.

When it was time to schedule the delivery of our POD back to our house to unload, I called two days before the scheduled date and asked if I could request a delivery time before 1:00 pm, as I was hiring people to unload and carry our items into the house. I was told yes by customer service, and was even sent an email confirmation on a modification to my account. At no time was I told they couldn't honor a scheduled window request.

Booking online was super easy and I was kept well-informed. I got the 18x8x8 container and it was in good condition. The driver was awesome. They were very good at using the Quadzilla, putting it where we needed. They didn't rock it around. It was the same guy who delivered and picked it up in PA. But both drivers were awesome. Everything worked out well and I would use PODS again. It's very affordable. Within the market, it's one of the cheaper options and very user-friendly.

PODS is easy and efficient and I've had it for about two years now. They move it and come pick it up in a timely manner. The drivers are great and super-friendly. They know what they're doing. Where they had to place my POD was a little difficult and yet they were on it. They made it look easy. It's been a wonderful experience.

I got multiple containers from PODS and the sizes were 16-foot and 8-foot. They were clean. There were four different drivers on this recent booking and it was all fine. I had a good experience.

All the drivers were very good. There was one woman in Connecticut who was really exceptional. If this is something you think you can do, then you should investigate it. My wife and I thought we could do a pod. It did not turn out to be appreciably cheaper than the shipping. But we had a lot more control over it because we could do it in stages. My wife says that if we could make one suggestion to the people at PODS, they should have a lot more tiedown's. Inside of the containers, there are little tie-down clips so you can tie down some of your property and there should be more tie-downs available so that you can keep the stuff from moving forward. Also, when you close the door, if all the stuff shifts, it shifts against the door and it's almost impossible to get open. So they should have plenty of tie-downs or some mechanism that, just before you shut the door, you could tie everything down so it cannot rest against the door.

They were excellent and professional. They did a great job and showed up on time. I was very happy with everyone. I also like their price and convenience to load at our own pace and I like that they could get to where I needed to go in a reasonable amount of time. The container was clean and it served its purpose.

They have clean units, professional drivers and prompt delivery, as well. I would use them again.

I got the largest container that PODS had and I moved it across the country and it was an easy move. We needed it at a certain time in Michigan and it arrived and we loaded the thing, and then the next thing we knew, it was in Chandler, Arizona, and we left it in storage for three years. We only went down there a couple of times to get some things or put some of our things in the unit, and that was an easy task. But I didn't like the cost at all. I didn't really like the $300 a month that I was paying for storage. It wasn't the cheapest thing around, but, it was less expensive than hiring a mover to move across country. But overall, I'm pleased with them. This was, by far, the most reasonable and convenient thing we could do. I'd use them again.

We rented out a pod for storage while our house was under construction. I booked online and it was incredibly easy. PODS was very simple to use and the container was perfect. The price was always fair, too.

The drivers were both very nice. They wanted to know specifically where I wanted to drop the pod at when they first delivered it in Oceanside and when they dropped it off here in Texas. They were on time as well. The pod was clean. I was concerned about moisture but when I unloaded it, it was still dry and I was happy with that.

The price was a little high but going with PODS was convenient. The delivery and pickup were good. The drivers were professional and answered questions for me.

I'd recommend PODS. This is the third time I've used their service and for the most part, everything was fine. During the pickup, the driver was very personable. We had a pleasant chat. However, the pod's door was sticky and the latch was difficult to maneuver. I'm in a wheelchair so I can't get the leverage one would need to do certain things. Instead of it sliding easily, I had to exert a lot of effort.

PODS is easy to deal with. I called them and spoke to a gentleman. He set me up and priced everything out. Once I got the okay to close, I called back and spoke to another gentleman. He brought up my file and got the account going. He walked me through the website and made sure I was in and changing things. He also made sure I had moving blankets, bubble wraps, cardboards, and extra locks. It was easy to get through everything, using the online prompts. The pod was clean, very well put together and maintained. I was more worried about my personal belongings getting the pod dirty than the pod causing any damage. Logistically, PODS was the best route to go. I could store things, move things, and get it dropped back off. There was no deadline. It was cheap and convenient to keep the unit for month to month. Everybody was great especially the drivers. They suggested better places to put the pod for long-term positioning at the new property.

PODS' customer service was outstanding. The assistant manager, Rich, was extremely helpful. There were a couple of things that happened and he stepped up. After the pod had been at the house, they moved it to their storage facility in Wethersfield. They loaded it even further afterwards. They would bring it out and I could put more things in it. The driver who did the pickup at the place in Connecticut was very helpful as well. The driver down in Tennessee had to wiggle things a little bit. The driveway was dirt with a little bit of gravel. He positioned the pods that it was right next to the garage entrance where I could move everything right into the house. The cost was expensive, but it was worth it. I could have done it cheaper a different way but the convenience more than made up for it.

Both the move out & into their residence went great. Each time the driver was very helpful. The only hiccup was the folks we spoke with on the phone to set up the return of their items were not on the same page with the company itself. They were unaware of the new rules in place dealing with dropping off the pod. Wasn't a big set back, we didn't get overcharged because the computer recognized the mistake. All this was explained by the driver.

My experience has been great from the time they dropped the pod at my surrey BC address to the time they dropped the pod at my new address in Airdrie, Alberta. Everything has arrived safely. The cost was much less than a moving van. I will be recommending them to everyone who is planning a move.

My Pods experience was very pleasant. When my dates changed, I had no trouble adjusting them at Pods.com. The container was delivered, picked up, transported, delivered and picked up exactly as I had expected. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Pods! Will highly recommend this service.

Where do I begin? From beginning to end it was a nightmare. We the very beginning we were speaking to people living in other countries who could barely speak English. They somehow had opened several accounts for the same move. They had the wrong passcode and the wrong security word because of the language barrier. They misquoted us on several occasions and we ended up being charged more than the original quote! We scheduled a delivery and it was never entered into their computer and when we called to find out why we had not received a confirmation call they replied it was never entered in. I will NEVER use them again and do NOT recommend to anyone.

The move went well but I couldn't get an answer why my 2nd POD cost more than the first. It appeared to me that I didn't get my military discount on the second. The last person I talked to said she'd call back but didn't bother. I also had trouble understanding her due to her accent. All drivers were very professional and helpful.

I have used Pods twice. The first time I was moving across town in 2004 and PODS were a brand new option. The second was this year moving across the country. They hold so much stuff it amazed me both times. One of the best things about renting a POD is that I didn’t have to drive a 28 foot truck, towing my car, this time. Also, my schedule always seems to have glitches when I’m moving and they were extremely flexible about the drop off, pick up, and delivery schedule. The company was great about working with me which alleviated a lot of the stress involved in my move. I highly recommend using a PODS.

I was moving my family from SoCal to San Francisco and everything was going great until I found out some major issues. At no point was this communicated to me as a possibility, but after the pods were delivered and picked up to move to San Francisco, I received a phone call from the city about our permit for delivery being denied. This error COST ME aound $4,000 DOLLARS I did not budget for. I had 2 pods, and each pod had to be dropped off with a $1,500 fee and a 4 hour window. The driver just sat in the truck while I unloaded. I had to pay a task rabbit to help remove the items, because there was too much for one person to do in a 4 hour window. After everything, It was $3,000 more just for delivery, plus almost $1,000 for the movers to help me load everything in. How can something like this not be communicated while booking the pod that there may be additional fees? How was I supposed to know this.

We had a good experience and partnership with PODs using the first 2 PODs in February. But the experience with the 3rd and final POD was a very different and frustrating experience. We scheduled for the POD to be delivered Monday April 22. All other times the delivery and pickup occurred between 8 and 12:00 in the morning so we were expecting the same time. Long story short the POD did not arrive at our house until after 7:00 PM! And already getting dark outside. Upon looking at the inside of the POD we discovered it had NO hooks to attach our tie downs to in order to keep our stuff. So now we had to wait until the next morning for me to go buy my own hooks to install in your POD.

Delivered on time, exactly as requested. Picked up on time, exactly as requested. Delivered to destination exactly as requested. Exceptional help from all the drivers when picking up and dropping off. I will definitely use this service in the future if needed. The setup process was easy and the payment process was easy.

We were impressed that both drivers were so nice and professional - they maneuvered the POD into a tight place and got it out! The POD was clean and waterproof and held everything we needed while the basement was remodeled. The service was on-time and flawless - we will use them again when we remodel the upstairs!

PODS made my life so much easier! I ended a 12 year chapter in my life and started a new one and PODS helped with my transition and made things so much easier! Not having to worry about moving all of my belongings was a godsend. Once the POD was filled I literally got in my vehicle and started my journey back to Michigan.

Scheduling was done easily over the phone. Container was delivered and picked up on time and efficiently. Visits to my container to load more items or take some out while it was in storage were easy to schedule. Only drawback is not being able to access it on a Sunday. ALL employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The container was clean and secure. All my items were in good condition when the container was delivered to my new house.

My wife and I had a great experience with PODS. Both drivers were very courteous and knowledgeable and all of our items arrived undamaged on a long distance move from Florida to Virginia. I booked the service on-line via PODS' chat and everything was simple and was set up easily and quickly. And, I really appreciated being kept updated through the entire move experience with both emails and texts. Thanks PODS!! :-)

Everything about MyPODS was very easy from setting up the initial account to having my pod picked up. Delivery of the pod was easy, very friendly and professional and clean and upon returning the gentleman was very professional and friendly. The pod was clean with no damage. Thank you my pods.com.

PODS was there when I needed them after Hurricane Ian and set up was easy. However, after a leak in the room destroyed many of my possessions it was VERY hard to contact them regarding the claim. Contacting a living person is nearly impossible. I had to act like I was setting up a new POD to speak with a living person. Their 3 contact numbers are a hamster wheel of options! They claimed that turned down insurance on the POD but could not provide proof and only paid me 1/4 of the value of my possessions.

We had our own loaders and we filled two 16' pods. The PODs were in storage two weeks until our house closed. The PODs were then moved 3,000 miles, delivered as scheduled, with nothing missing or broken. Very efficient. We recommend PODs and would definitely use them again if we ever move again.

We had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend using PODS. Delivery to our home was excellent. The driver put the pod exactly where we needed it. We loaded it and it’s was picked up timely. Delivery to our new location was great. We unloaded it faster than we thought. They adjusted their schedule and picked it up early as requested. Great way to move!

I had a very positive experience using PODS. I was hesitant to use such a large company to transport my items such a long distance, I typically use U-Haul and do things myself, but every step of the process with PODS was smooth, professional, and transparent. The first rep I spoke to to get a quote was friendly and knowledgeable. It was really easy to create an online account to track my invoices and order history. The scheduled drop-offs and pick-ups were always on time. I was very impressed with each of the drivers calling to ask questions in regards to location of the drop-offs as well and providing their estimated arrival times.

I had a very positive experience. It all went as described to me with just one minor glitch. One of the drivers didn't read the notes where the passcode for the gate was to enter my storage facility. Fortunately I was already waiting for him. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and patient. You have an excellent staff.

If you need PODS, use them. They work, and are on time. I was very satisfied.

I had a great experience with PODS. They dropped off the pods when I wanted it and picked them up when I wanted it and got them all the way from Arizona to Florida. It's fast and efficient. They work well.

I'm happy with PODS. They brought the container out. I loaded it up. They came and picked it up. It was set in storage for three years. Then they brought it back out. I unloaded it and they picked it up. I can't be happier. I'll recommend PODS. I'm a Realtor, so I'm happy to tell people about my experience. I'm glad they're there and I'm happy to use them any time.

All three of the PODS reps were great. They helped me out and allowed me to understand everything and how it works. I didn't know the dates and they explained it to me. They give you the date they pick up and what day the pod arrives. They also gave me great military discount. They had the least price that I received. The people who dropped off and delivered gave me the time and told me when they were coming. One guy was coming early and asked me if he could. I was very pleased with them. I still have stuff in New York and might need them again. My cousin did her move three weeks ago from Jersey to Florida. I told her to get PODS and she went for it.

I had $1400 worth of damage and PODS or Pack & Load who they recommended don’t want to know anything. The $10000 insurance that you say you have is worthless. The packers did a poor job of securing some items and piled heavy items on top of boxes marked fragile. And they claim no responsibility. Total farce. I would not use them again.

This was the third time we had rented from PODS and we were just as pleased with this rental as the others. The delivery and pick up of unit at the former and the new homes were on time, and placed exactly where we wanted them. The text message and email communications were perfect.

This was a horrible experience. They delivered a POD that was in poor condition. It leaked, had numerous patching jobs with tape and staples. In addition it had pungent moth ball smell that cannot be removed. It was not in a condition to be used for storage or shipping without risk of permanent damage to your items. There is clearly no quality control review on the boxes they ship out to be used. PODS still wants to charge you for storage, insurance, etc even though the box is not in usable condition. Their customer service is outsourced and difficult to get issues resolved. You can do better with other companies. I had used them in the past, but they have lost my business for good now.

After a successful move from MD, I decided to go with the same storage transportation company that moved me before. And once again I made a good decision by using PODS. So from MD to AL from AL to GA. Great customer service, very professional and my household goods were taken care of. Thank You once again for a job well done.

All initial contact and arrangements were smooth and easy. Pick-up, the driver was supposed to call 30 minutes ahead of schedule. He called upon arrival, and waited only minutes before leaving as the gate was not opened immediately. This resulted in rescheduling and additional time with the POD in my HOA parking lot.

Pods came to my house during a remodel. They arrived when they said they would. I loaded the pod and they picked it up the next day. Everything came back with no damage. Pod was picked up the next day. The men dropping off the pod and picking it up were very skilled in moving the pod on to and off of our driveway, Everything went as expected..

Everything went well from ordering the pod on the phone to then changing the size on the phone. Pickup and drop off were all punctual. Very happy with the service. The pod was order to ship some furniture and personal items to my daughter. There were a couple of glass items that broke but for the most part all went well.

Clean PODS were delivered and picked up exactly when they said they would be on the move out end and on the move in end of our experience. The drivers were courteous and knowledgeable. Everything we could’ve asked for. We thought we would only need storage for a couple of months, but they were able to keep our belongings for nearly a year while we remodeled our home.

We rented two PODS after Hurricane Ian severely damaged a house we own. The staff from PODS was very professional. The PODS were delivered on the date and time we were given, the billing was always accurate, and the pick up of the PODS was smooth and timely. We also used PODS to pack the household items. They did a good job with the packing.

I had to wait almost 2 weeks for you taking the empty container. This cost me parking, unavailable to enter the garage a lot of inconveniences around. I was told that I'll get a refund. It never happened. Your agent was good when I did the reservation letter on he just didn't answer my calls. The drivers were excellent, very professional.

This move was from Az to Mn. For my mom, so the size of the pod was perfect! The company was great about communication, before they came and setting up a pickup date was very easy as well. Nothing was broken during transport. Would definitely use this company again!

The thing that stood out to me the most was how professional and nice everyone was. I was informed of every aspect of this move. The guys that delivered & picked up the pods were fantastic. If I ever move again which I don’t ever want to do again PODS will be who I call. Thank you for all you do.

Recommend using this service. Drops/picks up on days you requested and around your schedule... weekends included! It was so simple to use. I did have some damage in the last move, (used PODS 2x back to back) but I have had damage when the regular truck movers moved me...again, recommend this service. Cheaper and easier than driving the truck cross country!

Great service and shows up when they say they will. Delivery driver was a great guy. Although this is my second time using Pods I probably won't use them again. They are very expensive for the service they provide. Remember all they provide is a pick up and delivery off a portable storage box. Nothing more.

I was very pleased with the entire POD's process. We were given timely notices frequently and were never concerned with the service. We were especially happy with the wonderful drivers who showed up to drop off, pick up, drop off and pick up again. They were very nice and professional. They deserve raises! They are the backbone of your business.

Rapid service, great prices, love your website (really user friendly and I'm an engineer, understand user interfaces). It was easy to schedule, organize my payments, and when I no longer needed the pod, your folks were quick and professional in picking it up. We have a circular driveway which made it challenging for the drivers but they handled it like champs.

Scheduling was easy. Communication was great. Pricing was competitive. PODS containers were in good shape and clean at delivery. Transportation across country was quick and no damage to contents. Delivery drivers from Austin, TX and from Santa Maria, CA were top notch!! I will do business with PODS in the future due to the delivery drivers alone!

I like the PODS option for moving. It gives me control over how my stuff gets loaded and unloaded by groupings. The delivery and pickup process is smooth and you can unload at your pace. Each customer service representative was friendly and helpful. If you don’t mind doing the work to save some $$ & I would highly recommend.

When Jameson and Dustin showed up they were on time and very courteous and friendly. They very worked hard and very efficiently. They got their job done every quickly and on time. If I were to moving again, I would rehire Monterey Movers to load and unload. They the best And I have moved a lot.

I can honestly say I would never move any other way. My experience with them made this move the easiest move I’ve ever done. And I’ve done many. There was never any pressure and from the wonderful and helpful office people to delivery men, the whole experience was easy. No stress.

We were moving and put our house up for sale so I needed the pod to put our packed boxes in for showings. They gave me a date and time and showed up exactly when they said. Then when I needed them to move the pod to new location they accommodated with the new time and pickup. Everything went as planned. I also needed a pickup time after I unloaded the pod. Called and pickup went as scheduled.

I have used this company for two periods of time while cleaning out and renovating an attached garage. My experience has been nothing short of excellent on both occasions. Their reps I spoke with via the telephone were polite, professional and even made sure I was getting accurate pricing in comparison with the advertised pricing online. Date of delivery, pick-up were always confirmed as was the ability to add an extra month (which I had to do the first time I needed a pod). My only complaint is that we can only get extra time via a full 4-week period and not weekly as that was all I needed the second time, but did not request that time. Also the pricing is a bit higher than your competition, but I can count on clean containers and respect for my driveway when I use your service. Overall i rank them a 9/10 start, only because of the aforementioned issues.

The unit was easy to load and unload due to the low door sill height. Every interaction with PODS personnel was professional and accommodating. At my origin in South Carolina, the driver (Anthony) who delivered and picked up my PODS unit, was extremely helpful and provided first class expert service in a safe and customer friendly manner.

I was happy that PODS was available to me to safeguard what I had left after Hurricane Ian. The convenience of loading it in the driveway and then moving it into storage was great. This convenience comes at a price. But I am happy with the way PODS conducted business, from the online reservation, access to the pod while it was in storage and the drop-off and pickup was very easy.

We moved from Southern California to Florida and used PODS' rental service of the pod from June to the 1st of January. They have one of the nicer units out there from what competition was. Initially, I inquired by phone then PODS sent me an email following up on my conversation and what the price would be. When I was ready to do it, I called and spoke to a gentleman. I told the gentleman that delivered the pod where I wanted it. The control they have is amazing. It's very well set up to do it correctly.

Generally speaking, my PODS experience was pretty easy. They are not the cheapest game in town, but they worked for what I needed. The problem I have is with extra charges. I was told that I could have my PODS moved across the street (I was buying the house across the street and needed to be able to move the PODS after closing) for no charge. At least two more times I asked to confirm that information was true on subsequent calls. When the time came to actually schedule to have it moved (40 feet across the street) they said it would cost me $350. The best they could do was talk to the supervisor to see if they could give me a discount.

I wanted to make sure that everything we had that got from point A to point B would be protected along the way. And I felt confident with PODS. We see the pods throughout the neighborhood, so I was able to physically see the pods. My pod was the right size. It was clean when it arrived, when we started loading it up, and when it arrived to point B. What was very nice was we made sure that we got the best movers to load the pod. If it was up to me to load the pod, who knows how everything would have arrived? But those guys were such pros.

PODS has the best pricing. We did one of their moving pods. Everything was still in its place when we got the pod. We had a lot of stuff stacked. We got it how we packed it.

My experience with PODS was fine. Everything they said, they did. They had good communication too. The only complaint I would have is I got too many emails.

The reps were very helpful and informative. It was easy to book online, pick a time and get updates. Everything turned out smoothly. Using PODS was convenient. The pod sat right on my driveway. The doors worked fine and were easy to lock. When they picked it up and moved it the first time, the driver was extremely helpful, willing to turn it around and do it in a different direction for me.

The driver delivered the pod and put it right where we wanted it. Then they picked it up while we weren't there, delivered to our new address and again, put it where we wanted it. It was a good experience overall but I don't like how PODS bills for a whole month when we didn't even use it for the full month.

PODS delivered everything that they promised they would and on time. It was an easier way to get proper information from them. Most companies wanted to know when the move was which I didn't know. I had called U-Pack, and this was when we weren't even ready to move. They couldn't give me a price until I gave them a date. PODS was able to give me a price without a date. They gave me ballpark numbers, so I knew what my budget was, and they stayed within those numbers. We got their largest pod and it could have been bigger, but we made it work. There was a driver to drop it off, a driver to pick it up, a driver to drop it off, and a driver to pick it up. All four drivers were exceptional.

I had to rent a couple of pods and store them at their facility in Greensboro for a little while before we moved. I booked with PODS online for the first pod and when I needed a second pod, I booked the second one on the phone. I got a large pod at first and it turned out that I had more stuff than I thought, so I needed to add a medium size pod. But PODS don't do a large and a medium because of moving them from one city to the other because of their way they transport them. They just had to do a large and a small to make one move on one truck. So, I had to get a small one and all my stuff would not fit on that small pod. Then I ended up having to rent a little U-Haul truck for the odds and ends I had left over. When we moved, they had everything there like we had scheduled.

The service I used was where PODS brought the container and set it outside. I used that for a couple of months. It was very easy. I would recommend it.

We rented a pod to transfer my son's belongings from Illinois to Arizona. I spoke to someone and it was very easy. The rep was very helpful. Everything went really well. They were there when they said they were gonna be and picked up when they were supposed to be. I would definitely recommend it. However, it was a little pricey to me, but I had to do what I had to do because it was a last-minute scenario.

The pick up and delivery of the Pod was great, the condition of the Pod was not. After the driver left I tried to open the door and it would only open half way, it was getting jammed. I found that the latch was severely bent it was preventing the door from opening. I bent the hatch some and opened the door. The latch had been bent so much it would not closer enough to lock the pod. I got it straight enough to be able to tap it closed so I could lock it up at night. Will probably look for another company next month for our next renovation project.

Everything worked out nicely in my experience with PODS. They gave me plenty of updates and heads-up that they were coming. They also came when they said they were coming.

I spoke to them over the phone and the experience was very good. They delivered things on time and picked them up on time, and placed them where I asked them to.

It was confusing how big the pods were. It was said that it could fit three rooms, but it clearly could not. I needed a bigger pod but I don't think PODS has something bigger. Also, I couldn't use them for storage as long as I planned to. The pod was supposed to be stored in my yard but it had rained a couple of days and the truck couldn't get it. It was sinking down into the ground and messed up my yard a little bit. Somebody had to come, dig and tow the truck out.

The communication with PODS was really good. I have my things in storage longer than I wanted, but that was not their fault. It was mine. My experience was good.

My experience was so easy. It was unbelievable. We're getting ready to move and we did our garage floor so we had to take everything out. The delivery was seamless and the driver could not have been nicer. I was kind of panicked about it because the pod is a big structure that's gonna be on our property, but it was unobtrusive. They put it right where we wanted it. Then, for the pickup, I watched while they were doing it and they have their act together. There are so many screw-ups in this world. It was kind of nice to deal with them. Also, it's a great product and an unbelievable machine. They're impressive and I would do it all over again.

I used PODS for storage and then for moving and everything ran very smoothly.

The driver that delivered the pod was very helpful and respectful of the property. He placed the pod where we asked him to, and we were able to use it for about a month and a half, while we were getting the interior of our garage done. When PODS sent the team out to collect the thing, it was a very quick inspection and there was no damage. The guy brought his equipment in, and it was very interesting to walk him in with the rig and how he lifted the thing and then brought back upon the truck. Again, he was a very friendly guy. Overall, I would recommend PODS. They were very straightforward and professional. The customer service was excellent, and the driver knew what he was doing and didn’t damage anything.

PODS is a good company. Their customer service reps know their job, and they did an excellent job setting it up for that as well as bringing it out and picking it up in a timely fashion and bringing it back when we scheduled to have it redelivered and then picking it up with no damage. It was a good experience. And if I needed to use PODS again, I'd call them because I know the ones that they send out and the folks that do the scheduling know what they're doing.

My house had gotten flooded by somebody so I needed to get whatever I can save out of my house, and PODS brought me what I asked for. The reps did what they had to do because I was not in the right place. The container they brought was able to hold two bedrooms. It was enough for me. I could put mattresses. I could have put a refrigerator if I needed to. So, it had enough room for me to put things in there. The only thing is they should have had a lock on it. You had to buy your own lock to lock down, but the box was clean.

I used PODS to move across the country. Now I'm using them to move back across the country. It's less expensive than hiring a moving company.

Scheduling was okay. We were moving from San Francisco. There were some issues with scheduling. The person I scheduled with didn't understand that there were limitations in San Francisco proper for permitting. I didn't find out until the guy at the warehouse happened to look and called me. On the last day, I could get a permit. We got it sorted out. But because we did that, the timing was all off for when they came versus when the movers came. The people that I ended up talking with were very helpful. The people that did the delivery and the pickup, and the pod itself, were great. So, I was happy.

PODS' reps were very knowledgeable of everything. As far as them coming and pick the pod up, and which way the door of the pod faced in the driveway, everything went smooth. Being our first time, we expected the worst. But it was easy. We filled one completely and the other one was two-thirds full. They all worked out well. Once we got things in the pod and the pods went away, everything was care-free. And when we got down here, PODS delivered everything on time. It made the moving experience a lot easier than what we thought. First time we moved halfway across the country. I'd recommend PODS.

I was looking for storage and my daughter had used PODS before so I went with them as well. Also, I looked at several other companies and different types and they were more in line with what I could afford to pay. PODS was a great company to deal with.

I had my unit stored, and then when I was ready to have it shipped to me, PODS delivered it to the address that was in another state. The biggest hiccup I had with acquiring the initial unit was that whoever took my initial order falsified information about my timeframe for cancellation, and then I was charged a cancellation fee. And they already had my credit card on file. But what ended up happening was I couldn't have the pod unit delivered to the location that I was moving to because it was a historic district and they wouldn't allow those types of items on the street. So, I had to cancel. And when I called back to cancel, they told me that I was outside of the window. I said, "No, that's not what I was advised in the contract." She said, "Oh, no, you can cancel within three days because you're traveling interstate." So, I tried to call back and cancel and reschedule and figure out something different.

I had a fine experience with PODS. They set it up and picked up my pods and then they delivered the pods. The whole experience was very well handled. They didn't have any problems. I didn't have to do anything. They dropped the pods off. I had my movers move all the furniture inside the pods and once I closed them, I called them and they picked the pods up. All the personnel I've dealt with over the phone or whoever dropped off the pods, were very cordial. It worked out well. As far as the price, you pay for what you get. Maybe I could have gotten somewhere else cheaper, but then I don't know where my stuff is at and what other cases may be.

They were very expensive, but my experience was quick. They dropped the PODS off on the date that I requested them and picked them up and same. They were great. I will recommend them.

We had to rent two pods and have them transported to another state when we were moving. The price of PODS is better compared to others and the timeline was good for when we needed to move. We decided quickly to move and they worked out something for us. They had told us it might be a later day, but they finally worked something out where they could get it here sooner, which was good for us because we had people set on this end to unload it on a certain day. The PODS people were really nice in trying to get it where it fit our schedule. The rep I worked with was very nice and helpful. We had a scheduled day for them to come. And they came on the scheduled day. They weren't late. The pod was also sturdy and clean.

I was told that I could get two pods, but then when they came with the second pod, they said they couldn't fit it on my driveway and they weren't allowed to put it on my street. I was very disappointed. But PODS is a good product.

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end with PODS. They brought the pods when they said they were gonna bring them, and I loaded them, and they came and picked them up, and they stored them for us for three or four months. When I called and said I needed them, they came right out with them. I got all three at the same time. They were very easy to work with. Even the guys that they recommended to come and unload the pods for us were top-notch. I'd use those guys again. The guys who picked up the pods with the truck were great. The pick-up and the delivery were fabulous. The pick-up was down in Davenport, Florida, halfway between Tampa and Orlando, and the drop-off was in Tallahassee. They stored them up here in Tallahassee for us. I highly recommend them.

Everything that PODS said they were going to do, they did and it was great. I highly recommend them. I started online, then some rep called me and we finished over the phone. The pod that I got ended up being a little big, but I'd rather it be too big than too small. It was a pretty good deal.

I like that PODS' containers are made out of steel as opposed to plastic or a strong vinyl type. Both drivers on both ends were very friendly and respectful. The only thing is that the consumer needs to read the fine print so there are no misunderstandings. They lay out everything, but you need to read it and be knowledgeable as to what you are paying for and receiving.

There was a little confusion as to which way the door was supposed to go. The basement door is on the other side of the house and to have it open one direction would have meant an unbelievably challenging time to fill it. The driver had called ahead of time to let me know he was coming, give me his time frame and confirm the direction of the door opening. I'm glad he called. PODS delivered the pod very quickly which was essential ‘cause I needed to rip up soaking wet carpeting in my basement. The pick up was seamless. I had to rush to get my husband to hurry up and empty the pod so we didn't have to pay for the next month. I was able to set up the pick-up to that next day, which was perfect. When I called them though, it was glitchy to set everything up and pay it. It would have been better if that was seamless with the person I had originally called. But he called me right back, which was amazing.

We got the 16-foot pod and we could have used a bigger one, but that was the biggest PODS has. Also, they could have communicated better when the driver would be at the house. They told me that they would give me a heads-up when the pod was gonna come.

Everything about the experience of doing business with Pods was 100%. They came on time and picked up my pod on time. The people I worked with from the scheduler to the person who picked up my pod was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who is looking for a safe, easy, fair priced and professional service.

I was very happy with the entire experience working with PODS. I had a leak in the pipes in my kitchen wall. The water filled up inside the wall to approximately 5 feet. Then it started leaking out into my living room and I noticed the water. I had to have the wall removed. PODS worked with me on getting the PODS delivered. I had 2 a 16 foot and a 12 foot. One was delivered the 3 days after I ordered it. They also gave me companies they could recommend for labor assistants to help pack the PODS. It was a very smooth process. I arranged it all in one day. We filled the 16 foot POD and I called to have it taken to storage and they delivered the second POD (12 foot), the same day in the afternoon. I would recommend PODS to anyone needing to temporarily store their household contents like I did. They make it simple, easy and done in a professional manner.

If I can give PODS -5 stars I would. Do not do not do not use PODS for moving!!! I got screwed today. My pod was supposed to be delivered today and it never arrived. I'm moving out of state and closing on my home and got screwed!!! I called today to find out what time they are arriving and they said they don't deliver to my area except for Tues and Thurs. They were fast to take my money and screwed me over for delivery. I have no other options at this point and I'm sitting in the dark trying to figure out how I'm supposed to move out of my house which is now sold. Customer service was horrible and they weren't able to do anything!!!! They said they were supposed to contact me about not delivering on a Thurs and no one did. supervisor Michael ** did absolutely nothing for me!!!! Please don't use this company!!!!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used POD. 2 of my own moves and 1 for a family member. I think it is the easiest way to move! It’s simple, easy to communicate, and fast. From start to finish, it made our move so easy.

PODS was understanding about the unique circumstances that faced me during this move and I appreciate their willingness to help me. The move itself was uneventful and PODS employees both in Maryland and in Nevada provided much assistance to me, as did the PODS team at their headquarters in Florida. Overall, a positive experience.

When we moved from Alabama to New Jersey for work, we used a Pod so we could move at our own pace. We were buying our first home, and I scheduled the pod to meet us there a few days after we drove north. However, the day before we left, there was a hiccup in the sale, and we had to delay closing for a month. Pods held our belongings safe and sound as we hopped from hotel to hotel - the only sure thing in a time of chaos. Thanks for allowing us the flexibility we so badly needed!

I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The contact and set up for delivery was easy to do. I was apprehensive because I knew the truck would have to back down my driveway to deliver and pick up the POD. That was no problem for their experienced drivers. Both drivers in NC were delightful and very accommodating. Everything went off without a hitch and once packed, the POD was delivered to Massachusetts. Every item within the POD arrived safely and without any injury. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve used PODS twice & been impressed both times. The drivers are very helpful at both ends of the trip. I highly recommend them! They arrived on time & kept me updated throughout the trip with texts. Moving is challenging enough so having pleasant people to work with you is so important.

PODS provided a great service. So convenient and more affordable than typical storage fees. Having the storage container dropped off to fill, picked up for storage (about 4 years), and delivered to empty made my moves very easy. Staff was always friendly and went out of their way to please me as a customer. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

I used two PODS 16' Pods containers to store and move some of our items from our old house to our new house. I had to have the containers relocated at the new location to accommodate some new construction, and that went fairly well. When we were finally unload the containers, we found that a table leaf had fallen out and the top surface was damaged. I called the local PODS dealer, and they came and picked up the damaged item. When they returned it, there was still damage on the top surface. I returned it to PODS, and I've been unsuccessful in contacting John, the supervisor at the local facility. I'm disappointed that this matter remains unresolved.

We were very pleased with the ease and convenience Pods offered us. They saved us so much time as we could load directly from our house to the pod. It was the same when we finally got into the new house. We had unlimited time to unload. The drivers were always very skilled and very professional.

I saw an advertisement for Pods on the television and around the neighborhood I drive through to get home. The person on the phone was very helpful and accommodating with the schedule that I needed to clear up the yard for a paving project. They showed up when they said they would and were very friendly and considerate when I asked them to place in the street. They were good as gold when they came to pick up the pod even though my workers had the palets of pavers too close to the pod. I will definitely use this company again when I am ready for another project or I have to move. I will also suggest to my family and friends to use this company when they also have a need for storage or moving.

Everything about the PODS experience was good. Dropping it off, picking it up AND especially the packing. Not one thing moved on the trip and the last part of the trip was over a very hilly and bumpy dirt road. I would never use anyone else if I move again.

I had a major flood in my basement during unprecedented rains in July 2023. I booked a Pod. Excellent service, drop off and pickup. On time when delivered and set where we chose. Very clean unit. Once we called to have the POD picked up, they again were on time as quoted. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very impressive. I would highly recommend them.

Happy with the experience...Was late delivering the pod...Was supposed to get a credit... NEVER DID, contact customer service several times with responses that I would receive a credit, after several attempts and speaking to customer service I just gave up!!!! Didn't know what else to do without calling customer service again and again without any result.

We leased a POD for a job site in Indiana and the address was at the corner of two roads, but no real "address". Delivery driver James was a peach to talk to when explaining WHERE to deliver the unit. Talked to Jose when ready for unit to be picked up and he too was great to work with. Would definitely lease again from PODS!!

Had I know how much stress using PODS eliminated from my move. Had I know how easy it was I would’ve used them in all of my previous moves. The communication and service was top notch from start to finish. The delivery crew went above and beyond. No complaints here.

We stored our belongings in California for two years and then had the pod moved to Hawaii. In every step of the way customer service was exceptional. They took time to explain everything and storage and delivery went without any problems and exactly according to what we were told. Very impressive - we recommend PODS to friends and family.

My home flooded, so I got a pod to temporarily hold some valuables. Schedule for the pod delivery change last minute by a few hours, and the pod came earlier. Because of the situation, pod could not be place where I wanted it. So instead of the back of the driveway where it's out of sight out of mind, now it's towards the road. Since the situation changed the driver could've asked if I wanted it in the same direction, since it's closer to the road. And when I called customer service, they said they couldn't do anything about. So they're sending a drive back out and I'm getting charged again.

Poor handling of my account from beginning to end. Account was to be set as a long distance, the agent couldn’t find r resolve my new address and created my account as local. When it was time to relocate my unit, the agents, were not willing to schedule the relocation because they said there were no site to service my location. But there was one agent who was able to get my unit relocated at a discounted rated due to the run around I was getting. When I scheduled the relocated I got a different quote from the discounted quote. When I asked the agent to review the notes they saw the discounted rate, why don’t the agents read the notes before we get on the call? Wait there’s more.

My move from Michigan to Georgia was complicated, during all the preparations my spouse passed away, PODS was ready and very willing to help in any way possible. The pods were clean, sturdy, and I had to keep them for a long time. The drivers were very professional and understanding. I will and would highly recommend PODS as an excellent company.

This is the worst moving company I have ever used in my life. I have moved several times for different jobs, and PODS has the worst communication and customer support I have ever seen in a company. When they dropped my POD off at the destination, they parked the POD in a different location than what we agreed upon. They put it in a public parking lot across the street from my apartment. I emptied my things within 2 hours because I was stressed out that it might get towed because it was not supposed to be there. I called as soon as I finished unloading and asked them to come pick it up (this was Tuesday). They told me the earliest they can get it is Thursday. I tried to tell them I don’t think it is supposed to be there and that they need to pick it up ASAP. They insisted the earliest they can get it is Thursday and that it “probably” won’t get towed.

After picking the wrong-sized POD everyone helped me get the correct one, in a timely fashion, and it was effortless to change pick-up and drop-off dates. Staff was always friendly and accommodating, all my stuff was in perfect condition. The delivery driver helped me open the roll-up door after noticing that one of my boxes had lodged against it and preventing me from opening it all the way. Wow! I would use PODS again if I had to move!

I had a good experience with PODS from start to finish. It was easy to order the POD over the phone. I had a helpful and thorough customer service person assist me. The POD was a competitive price, it arrived on time, it was perfect for our needs, it was easy to extend our rental period from one month to two, and it was picked up promptly when requested.

I’m super impressed with PODS! I moved down the east coast 1,000 miles and PODS was such a tremendous help. It really kept my experience stress-free. I highly recommend using this service. They have clear communication and make everything easy with the online account. The PODZILLA delivery and pick up was fun to watch, as it was operated by the woman who drove the delivery truck! My initial contact with PODS never returned my calls. Once I was placed in contact with a representative, everything went smoothly. Their Representative gave me the absolute best treatment above and way beyond my expectations. Everything from the POD delivery, to the drop off, and the movers PODS provided was exceptional.

I have been too busy to put in a claim for missing items and damage; but there were quite a few. Also missing items that I keep noticing. In addition, when they delivered the POD to my storage bin, he wouldn't even park it close to the storage unit. I spent an entire day moving my items a long distance to the unit. I'm 80 years old and that was a long, tedious task.

PODS is a convenient storage. They delivered quickly and picked up when they were supposed to. Everything went smoothly. The pod was clean.

We used PODS twice to relocate. First move required the 16ft and second time was 8 ft. Customer Service Reps were helpful in choosing the correct container. Both times we were completely satisfied with timely drop off and pick up. Containers were clean and our contents arrived in great condition. I would definitely recommend using PODS.

Ordering my storage unit while I build a new addition from PODS. Not only was the ordering easy--the communication swift and knowledgeable--- the "POD" was better than I expected. The care in delivery and pick up regarding our property and the delivery back to us was perfect. The driver was friendly and courteous. This will be the only group I will use on any and all storage needs in the future. YES-- I recommend PODS!!!

PODS delivered quickly, in good and clean condition. Install and removal was fast and efficient. Two items for improvement. - Doors are pretty hard to lift and latch on one hard to engage. - Pickup guy (and I) didn't realize a ceramic pot was close to rear of pod and it was nudged and broke.

Being fed up with California after 70 years, I decided to leave the state and pack up my 2000 sq.ft. home. The pod price and length of time to load it was very reasonable, the drivers careful and respectful of my property during transfer, the container was clean & sturdy and I felt safe in leaving my belongings in it for weeks while I packed it. They delivered it to my new home in another state on the date agreed on, and upon opening the pod, my belongings were still packed in there the same way I left it.... You need to use this service if you're moving, and value your stuff!

My wife and I moved back to California from Texas and the entire process from beginning to end was incredible. Very friendly staff over the phone and in person. The contents of my pod were well taken care of and handled in a professional manner throughout the entire trip. Highly recommend using this service rather than using a rental truck to do it yourself!

I was remodeling my house and needed to store furniture on-site while the work was done. PODS arrived on time, put the container in a good place, and when they picked it up, it was when they said they would. The container was clean, secure, and watertight. There was no mold or dust on my furniture when I was ready to put it back in the house. I would recommend this to a friend.

I used PODS for a 500 mile move. Everything went exactly as planned from start to finish. The driver delivering the two containers took the time to position them where I wanted. They were picked up on schedule and held at my destination until the new home was ready. A couple of schedule changes were accommodated easily, and the delivery was on time. There was zero damage to my belongings and the empty containers were picked up as soon as requested. I had been quoted around $15K for a full service mover. PODS was less than half of that amount. I would recommend PODS to anyone.

My experience with PODS was very positive. The agent that took my information and did the setup was very knowledge, helpful and courteous. The pods were delivered on time. The units were as described. They worked with me as it relates to the pickup of the units (I had to extend the original date). I highly recommend them.

This company did a fine job on packing, moving, and unpacking at my destination. The only negative was the scratches that appeared on different pieces of furniture and lamps. Nothing broken or unusable on 100 year old furniture. Delivery schedule was as promised. Good job unloading to second floor apartment.

I highly recommend it. It has very flexible moving options. The company is very reliable in terms of timing (pick up and delivery) and pricing. I was very impressed and I am a very picky consumer. The only limitation is that PODS are not recommended for cities like Manhattan, New York.

I rented two PODS and I went with the largest they had. I called them and they brought them out. The reps were very good. I put a lot of stuff in one and kept it on the property and on the other one, the natural stuff and the furniture, I put it in their storage and climate controlled. The capacity was really good. PODS was easy to use. I had a good experience with it.

I like the convenience of the pod being at my location I was staying in transition. Also, the PODS reps were timely with the responses, knowledgeable, and assisted me with the setup and changing dates when I needed to change dates about the pickups. All the drivers were professional, quick, in and out. Also, the container was in good condition.

I had a flooding in my basement and the water restoration service suggested PODS to store my furniture while they continue to work in the basement. I called PODS and the rep that I talked to was professional. She knew a lot. She was knowledgeable of the services she helped me. They put it down that I wanted to park the pod in front of the house. But when the man came, he told me that he couldn't put it down because it snowed that day. I was also told that the city probably wouldn't approve it. But it was inconvenient for me to have the pod parked in my driveway and they couldn't park it on the street. Due to that, my car was stolen.

Their website is easy to use. I used them seven years ago for the same purpose. They stored my equipment outside of my business. I scheduled the pod for a week and we ended up using it for five days. Everyone that I spoke with was fantastic. The delivery guys were amazing, very professional and also very kind.

We used PODS for storage. We booked online and it was easy. The pods that we got sturdy and clean, and I liked their pickup and delivery service. They were easy to work with and the price was fair.

I was totally satisfied. The cost was reasonable and I always spoke to a human being when I wanted to. Otherwise, I could do everything else online easily. The first pod was a 16-foot which traveled across country. It was not any fault of PODS, but the people who I had pack it for me didn't do the best job packing it so I had several broken items. It also seemed it was very dirty in there but it was in storage for a couple of years. For the second pod, I also had that in storage for three years and had it moved to me locally. There was no damage to that at all.

Your services were beyond expectations. They were as advertised and more. All contacts were timely and staff was professional; polite, knew their jobs and worked diligently! Available storage between moves gave us options. Quick delivery upon request. Careful handling of antiques. Ready response to requests for placement of furniture!

PODS as a company did well with the move of my property, it arrived on time. I only had problem with two of the drivers, one delivered the pod facing the wrong direction, and even after I showed him it was wrong in the paperwork he refused to correct it and dropped it and left. The other driver hinted around for a tip for several minutes after the delivery and when he didn't get one, made a additional charge for an unpaved area, when the area clearly was on a paved driveway. PODs did refund the money for the unpaved nonsense when I showed them pictures, but it took time out of my day to get the refund. Overall PODS did well, but their employees leave a lot to be desired!

Order Number: **. When it came time to pay the final amount, I was charged a higher amount. I would never use them again. The representative said he could see the amount I stated, but the computer states a different amount. They are very dishonest. I only picked them because I thought I would not have any problems. However, I was wrong, although it was a small amount overcharged, I was still overcharged.

Super awesome experience with PODS. Great price for us to load at our leisure. Pod arrived on time, driver was fantastic and explained everything. Picked up on time and shipped to our destination on time. We had plenty of time to unload and they picked up the next day from when we called. All and all definitely recommend and will use again if we need those services.

PODS worked well except we ordered it online and somehow didn’t see which way the door was going to open in our driveway and when it arrived the door was going to be up against the fence. The driver was nice enough to find an empty lot and switch the direction of the door. Be careful when ordering online. No one calls to confirm your order.

Our move from California to Maine was better than I could have imagined it could be. From my first encounter as I made the initial arrangements to the pick up of our empty POD every contact, encounter along the way was easy and reassuring. Communication was timely and precise. People friendly and professional. We used a recommended company for loading which worked out well. Our possessions made it across country in perfect condition. We wholeheartedly recommend PODS for moving with ease.

We were renting the storage unit for a nonprofit and PODS has a very good policy in terms of nonprofits. The pod was easy to load in terms of how low it was to the ground, and it seemed quite sufficient. They picked it up on time. PODS was always very helpful. The person who arranged the pickups and drop-offs, and we had several, was always very accommodating. We appreciated their service.

They tell you one price when you sign the contract, then when you want them to deliver your stuff, they ask you to pay 4 times more than what you were supposed to pay. They just hold your belongings as hostage. Run from them. Do yourself a fever and never hire them. They are running a fraud.

Omg it was so quick and easy! They picked up at the old house, stored my things, and brought to the new, no fuss, no muss! Picked up the container when done! I’m not moving for a while, hopefully, never moving again, but if I would, I would definitely use you guys again. I do have some friends that are moving and I will definitely recommend.

The whole experience was was beautiful, right on time picked up on time, delivered on time and satisfied with all the operations of this job. If there was anything I needed just call the operators and it was there to answer any questions I had and also to change times for me when things didn’t work out on my end so I was very pleased with this company. If I have to recommend any moving service, it would definitely be PODS. Very happy with their service, if I had any questions I called back and there was always three different people I talk to and each and everyone was very pleasant. Yes, this is a company I would highly recommend not only for their services, but also for their personal attitude and company attitude.

JUST THE SIMPLE TRUTH! PODS was the first place I called when we were downsizing and moving an hour away. After using a company affiliated with them to load it due to my disability and move it to the new location where it was unloaded onsite by family we had the container about two weeks. There was an issue with getting it delivered to the new place at the time we needed it to be so it would be placed in the right location. It was just dropped at an inconvenient place which caused a major dispute. In addition all-in-all it cost us around $2,000 by PODS.

My POD has been picked up in FL so it hasn’t been delivered to its destination yet. I will be able to make a better assessment when it arrives. But, so far, all is well. The last time we used PODS we had a good experience with the exception of having a table ruined.

The booking process with PODS was okay, but it was a little difficult getting through to them at times. We had to reach out to them when we needed to settle it up and have them deliver it finally. We were in storage for about 15 months. The 16 feet container we got met our needs. We stored household goods. We were having a house built and it wasn't gonna be ready for a while. Cost was a little high. We had to pay $375 a month to store it and it was $6,000 to move it. We paid them a fair sum of money. The driver was great both during pick up and delivery. They showed up when they said they were going to. They delivered on time. They put it where we needed it. The driver even made sure that we get the door open before he left.

Every facet of the experience was wonderful except one. We even told neighbors what a pleasant experience it was and recommended PODS to our friends and neighbors. However when it came to honoring the price we were quoted, you told us we were misquoted...which cost us an extra $800. Not even a mention of discounts. We will never use PODs again.

I had 3 containers delivered and picked up all on different days. I had an overall good experience with the quality of containers. They did drop a really old one off that was made of wood and just had screw in eye bolts for tie downs. After a phone call I was able to get it switched out for one of the steel and fiberglass ones. Minor inconvenience but ended well.

My daughter moved from St Petersburg, FL to San Rafael, CA and everything went very smoothly and as planned. Excellent communication and punctuality. The only surprise was that delivery days in San Rafael were not 5 days/week so we had to rent the POD for another month because delivery was not available on the move in date at the rental home.
