I used AmeriSafe Van Lines for my move and honestly had a really good experience. Moving is usually stressful, but they made it a lot easier than I expected. Communication was solid the whole time, they showed up when they said they would, and they handled my stuff carefully. The movers were friendly, worked efficiently, and didn’t rush in a way that felt careless. Everything arrived in good condition and there were no surprise issues or last-minute charges, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m glad I chose AmeriSafe Van Lines and would use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

Awful company. Doesn't do the moving themselves and when I tried to contact them after being set up they were never heard from again. Put me with the sketchiest moving company that was over a week late and lost some of my stuff. Do not trust.

Very quick and professional, Ewad the foreman was very nice and helpful and the other guys who helped him took great care of all of my items. Will definitely contact them again for future moves, especially for long distance moves like the one we're doing right now. I am a pleased customer for sure.

The team did a great job today packing up my large 3,000+ square foot home. They were very diligent to make sure everything was packed with care and meticulous about what went and what stayed. I had a good moving experience! The movers were very nice and accommodating. They were able to move everything out of my apartment in a quick and safe manner. I would also recommend them to any of my friends, coworkers, family members if they asked me who they would need to use if they are moving out of Atlanta.

Do not use them. They asked for the first available day, and when that day came, the truck hadn’t even left the origin. They had picked up our stuff a week before then. Tried calling them and they said they don’t even send the items until the first available day.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but AmeriSafe Moving really earned this one. From the first phone call to the final box being unloaded, everything was straightforward and professional. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled my furniture with care — no rushing, no careless tossing, and no surprise charges at the end.

Mousa and his team were efficient and friendly! They were extremely helpful and accommodating in such a stressful move (especially in New York). Mousa was always there for us and making sure we were updated on any moves. He and his team were beyond awesome and we could not have had a better team!

I have moved from house to house 8 times in my life. I have had just special furniture moved locally from one place to another using multiple movers. However, in all of those moves, I have never experienced the professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and overwhelming desire to go above and beyond what the job required. I would recommend AmeriSafe to anyone I know. Plus, from the beginning, speaking with the person who agreed to do this, was amazing!! I am very grateful!

BEWARE! We had a very serious and distressing experience with this move. Our interstate shipment was significantly delayed well beyond what we were originally told. During that time, communication was inconsistent and delivery timelines kept changing without clear explanations. Price started at $5k then jumped to $11k after we paid the deposit.

Steffen at headquarters is awesome for planning and discussing move logistics. And Faust, Phillipp and Schuster that arrived on moving days were always thorough, gracious, cautious and very helpful. They were friendly with our kids and pets.

Angela, Mario and Petrovic expert with the challenges of moving in a city, parking issues and walk-ups. They were detail accustomed and positioned our items exactly where we required them, which really mitigate stress on us.

I had a fantastic experience with AmeriSafe Van Lines. They are an actual carrier that picked me up on short notice after another company had tried to upcharge me a few days before my move. They picked me my belongings in Maryland and had them dropped off the following day in North Carolina. Sammi and the guys were great and extremely professional. Was pleasantly surprised to not have the price raised as I had on so many of my other moves.

Never use this company ever. They lied about initial quote and then subcontracted to another moving/broker moving company. I even did a detailed video with them and they assured me that the quote was accurate. I also contracted with them to move 2 cars as well. The car movers never showed up and 4 days I was informed that they had never used the car company previously. When I wanted to cancel with them the agent got aggressive and rude. I questioned if the quote to move the furniture was accurate. I spoke with tbe owner and he said I was under quoted and it would cost thousands more.

Vincent, Sandy and Nathaniel has helped me many times as I have moved my way around this area. They all comes ready and pick up each of my belongings with extra care as if belongings were their own. It is shocking how much they can fit in their van.

The “accurate” quote was $4000. The final bill was $10000. The service was terrible. No one would call me back about any of my concerns. They had pictures of everything they were moving, including drawers, cabinets & videos of the entire apartment. I even packed all the fragiles, clothes & kitchen. Be very careful with Amerisafe. FYI They are brokers who receive a fee for hiring other moving companies

Updated on 12/25/2025: To add insult to injury. Amerisafe called me on Christmas Eve to propose that if I changed my negative review of them, they would offer me a $500 credit. Really? Why would I want a credit from a company that stiffed me on a move that they did not complete and kept half of my money? Please I beg of you, do not do business with Amerisafe, they are not worth it!!

I thank the complete team as a helping hand and help provided to my folks during the relocation of our house. We had two full trucks. Alonso, Leo, Gilbert and Gerson were awesome. They did a best job with packing and then loading and unloading of my household goods.

Used Amerisafe/East West Moving Inc for a 1bd move from CT to TX. Overall it’s been super stressful dealing between the two, whether it’s ambiguous info or just horrible customer service. At then end spent 2x the original quote. Too late to cancel as the second quote was a few days before my move out date. Movers showed up 2 weeks later at 8:30 p.m. Did not take any trash and was annoyed when I asked them to put together things they took apart in the initial pack up. Do not EVER USE THEM!!

Liam and Mason are sent by AmeriSafe to help us with our recent move, and they were terribly efficient and very thoughtful about furniture positioning. The move was nimble and everything ended up where it was supposed to be. Also you in truth cannot beat the value.

Evren got back to me quickly about planning, was very communicative about what to hope for, and quoted a fair price with no extra fees. They were not very chatty but the movers interrogated questions about our preferences and got the job done well.

The guys arrived timely and started packing the truck right away. They made sure my fragile items and large furniture pieces were packed and loaded so they would arrive at their destination of almost 2,000 miles away safely. They helped me by taking over the packing I had not finished before their arrival. They did all in their power to reduce my stress and make this daunting task as pleasant and stress free as possible for me. All the guys were super nice, polite, and friendly. They made a stressful move a pleasant experience.

Amerisafe has tried to assist with my losses.

I'm an elderly man and my wife is disabled. AmeriSafe Moving Services took advantage of us along with USA Van Lines. Overcharged us to the tune of about $5,000. It cost us $10,000 to move from Florida to Pennsylvania, and was not aware of the extra $5,000 for USA Van lines until day of move. Then they wanted half of it in cash. At that moment we realized we had to leave all of our furniture behind but the price never changed. They wouldn't take cards or checks. 7 days after the move I called only to find out our stuff was in the warehouse in Florida somewhere still. We didn't get our stuff for about 15 days.

I must say that the service I received by AmeriSafe were excellent. From start to finish all went well. Moving is so stressful but they made progress easy. They called me 48 hours before and met me know they will be picking up. Price didn’t change and this was I worried about so I am very happy I chose them. Highly recommend them to all!!!

I booked Amerisafe in December 2025 for a June 2026 move. I live on SS and I put half down. It turns out I am not going to be able to move and I called the rep that told me even if it was outside the 48 hour window and I had a sufficient reason they would give me my money back. I called today to cancel and they will not refund my money. Only 20%. I spoke to the person that said they would refund and he said, "well I don't have that authority". So I feel like they took advantage of a Senior Citizen. I think it's unconscionable.

Let me start out by saying when I called Amerisafe, I was quoted $2,500 for moving the items I walked around in my garage (from NY to AZ). The salesman said it was my lucky day, he had a truck going to AZ on the Sunday they were scheduled to pick up my belongings. I counted the totes, 2 kayaks, pressure sprayer, a couple monitors, etc.... I gave my deposit in good faith. I left for AZ the day before they were arriving to pick up my belongings. I asked my NY neighbor to open the garage before the movers got there.

I had such a positive experience moving with Amerisafe and VRT LINE. The movers were kind, patient, and very attentive to detail. My experience with AmeriSafe Moving was truly awful. They originally quoted me one price, only to charge me over $10,000 more once my belongings were already in their possession. To make matters worse, they ended up using movers hired through Facebook Marketplace — something I never agreed to and would never expect from a professional company. Many of my items arrived broken or went missing entirely, and the settlement they offered for the damage was insultingly small. I’m now out thousands of dollars. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I absolutely cannot recommend AmeriSafe Moving. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was looking for a long distance mover and Leo decided to call me three times in a row, even after being sent to VM. We then had the following text exchange, screenshots attached, where Leo was very rude and unprofessional. While this was happening, I was also receiving calls from Ashley back to back from the same company. I realize I put out a request for information but that doesn’t mean a company should harass me, and act unprofessionally when I ask them to stop.

The moving men did a good job loading and packing. Also Kimberly ** was very very helpful any time we had questions or needed help. She is an asset to your office staff. We are getting our delivery of furniture November 22 2025. We hope that the men on delivery are as good as pick up.

Pack out of household goods to move to another state. All packers were very friendly and responded very well as items were added. We are very happy with the packing and wrapping of all the furniture and breakable items. Happy, happy, joy, joy. Tired of typing. Please fix this so customers can write a review and not a novel!

Went well despite being on a holiday. They were able to be flexible. We were late and they were patient with us. Hard job and they did great. Very respectful to us. We needed a second truck so it cost us more. But nice to have 4 people. First ever interstate move.

Terrible, pricing is inaccurate, cost is extremely higher than initial and updated cost. Delivery people were careless and Did not unwrap furniture and place in designated places. One item was mysteriously located after the truck left with a local person who helped with delivery. A claim was filed, motorized as retired but we have never received the return. DO NOT use this untrustworthy company. Very Dissatisfied, horrible experience!

Let me begin by saying that this was the second time in four years that we moved across the country. We used PODs last time, hired helpers to pack, load, and unload, and the only casualty was a wonky mattress after being stored in the container for six months. Due to moving into an apartment complex whose garage couldn’t accommodate a PODs container, we pivoted to Amerisafe, supposedly a highly rated company according to Consumer Affairs. First, there was the hard sell by the dispatcher who claimed that “people are leaving CA in droves” and said that I didn’t have time to get quotes. After I agreed to use them, he was cordial and usually responded to emailed inquiries.

Contract was not honored. They are scammers and hold you (and your “stuff” hostage with more weight(?). Would not unpack From the beginning to the delivery - contact with company was either unsuccessful. Each part of the move was not honored that I paid for. Do not use this company.

I needed an old, 600 lbs. fridge shifted from my kitchen in third floor to the street for disposal. Multiple companies I called and they would not take anything heavier than 350 lbs., but I sent photos and Bonita took the job. Because a truck was not need at all, I saved on the truck fee. I will contact them first for my parents' future move.

0 stars; DO NOT USE. We experienced the move from Hades. Broker: AmeriSafe; Subcontractor: Relo Van Lines. First started out with a fast-talking phone salesman and a small deposit on our credit card asking us, the customer, to tell THEM how many boxes we were going to need. We are not movers, we haven’t moved in 23 years. How would we know that? Over time and numerous phone calls, as we clarified exactly what items we had, the bill went steadily up and our credit card was dinged each time until we had paid as a deposit what we envisioned should have been the entire amount of a move. Neither broker nor subcontractor ever sent a representative to our house to estimate the move. Everyone involved had an extreme sense of both urgency and confusion.

Amerisafe: They are the umbrella company...They contract everything out. Dealing with Amerisafe sucked, but, dealing with our mover, Rushmore Van Lines Inc was great! Initially good customer service with Amerisafe's Brian ** then it went downhill and never returned. Excellent customer service with Rushmore Van Lines Inc. The actual mover, Constantine, did an excellent job and was very considerate.

Both gentlemen were absolutely excellent! Could not have had better service. Handled everything with care. They were super helpful with the process and explaining everything. Will use service again in the future! Cannot say enough nice things about the services! Both we extremely professional and made sure we felt comfortable.

These were awesome, even they arrived late about 7 pm, these 2 strong gentlemen from Rushmore Van Lines could wrap and move extremely quick the whole house with no complaints. Me and my wife talked to Steven at Amerisafe and were told over video chat that the cost would be one price. We made a large down payment for the service. We tried to contact Steven multiple times with no reply. When the time came to finalize the move, he called us and the price went up. He stated that the amount we pay is for more volume that he estimates we are going to have.

They gave me a great estimate in June. They called me back 2 days before the move was scheduled to figure out the total volume of the move. They then proceeded to double the estimate and I was told if I cancel, I would lose my $1800 deposit. I didn't trust them,so I cancelled the move and lost my deposit. Do not use them. They are smooth talkers that are not to be trusted.

The reason for my email is to let you know about the poor treatment I received from this employee at your company: Samuel ** Sr. Moving Coordinator AmeriSafe Van Lines 855-967-0102 Ext. **. The reason for this is that a simple and fair question from my role as a customer caused the price to change from the first estimate to the estimate you sent me today. When I asked him why there was a difference between the discount received on the first estimate, he failed to give me a professional and mature response, which incurred this person's anger and, in the end, he obviously wished me the worst a customer deserves.

AmeriSafe Moving was very good. After I graduated college I called them to move me back home. Customer service was attentive and kind. Professional movers, polite guys, and very hardworking. Totally worth it cause moving is stressful but these guys made it so easy. Would definitely recommend Amerisafe to my friends for their moving needs also.

Wow, I had the best move! I moved from Hallandale Beach FL to New York and my move went phenomenal. The movers were so kind, they showed up on time, they handled all my stuff with care. Hello. I recently hired Amerisafe to do a move for me from my house to a storage across the country. They came in on time and prepared everything for the move. The next day they loaded everything and were on their way to my storage, within a week I was able to receive my items and placed them in storage for me just like I wanted.

The company reached out to rectify the situation and informed me the salesperson I spoke to will be chided accordingly. I appreciate that the company went above and beyond to assist me.

We were moving from Colorado to Texas. AmeriSafe called us to verify our contents. It's a "Bait and Switch" scam and everything negative you're reading here is true, they will underbid to get your business, then call back a two days before your move and jack up the price under the guise of quality assessment. Then they double the original quote and refuse to give you refund based on their refund policy of 72 hours, Really? I try to book movers at least a month in advance. There's no refund to be had and now we are fighting with our credit card company for a charge back.

We had a wonderful experience w Leo and Frank as we planned a quick turnaround move within 8 days. AS accommodated our needs, demonstrated extraordinary professionalism, all w a great price. However my fam decided to use the movers who brought us to Tampa a few weeks ago. Great experience.

After many months of dealing with the subcontractor (Royal Jordan), Kim, a very friendly Amerisafe representative called me and profusely apologized for the entire situation. They have stopped subcontracting to Royal Jordan, which has since gone out of business.

Kim also informed me that Amerisafe agreed to refund not only the $111.60 that Royal Jordan had agreed to but never paid, but an additional $400 to cover the lost items. Although this doesn't make us whole again, it's demonstrative that Amerisafe is willing to take responsibility, even when a subcontractor was the cause of all of the problems.

I say this with the realization that when they subcontract their work, it's often to privately owned businesses that may be new, so it's difficult to determine which are legitimate and which ones are up to no good. Thanks, Amerisafe for working with me to come to a settlement that we're both comfortable with.

They were great, they came right when they said they would, wrapped everything carefully and made sure everything was secure, they were very polite and courteous. I was also having a moving sale at the time and they worked seamlessly around people coming and going.

When I first talked to them, they were sweet and kind and it said they heard everything I said, but then they didn’t add anything. I said they added what they wanted to and then I had to pay an extra $9000 because they didn’t put the 50 boxes that I told him I would have and then things were broken. They weren’t packed correctly. I lost a lot of antique stuff but not enough to get a refund done. They refuse to do it. They are the worst company for moving.

My husband and I have moved many many times. We have done it DIY and we have hired movers. This time we paid for a full service move, with packing, to move approximately a mile because we had to move quickly with very little time off work. It was the worst move ever. The movers came and started off telling me I had not paid for packing. I paid 7000. Dollars. Then they told me their truck was too small. When I called customer service they hung up on me. The guy yelled and said I could either forfeit my 3k deposit or just accept what they said. It was horrible. The movers offered to do it for an extra 1200k or so. So we said OK because we were stuck. They broke sconces, scratched floors, threw everything into boxes with very little wrapping. The list goes on.

Update: So I was contacted by Todd. Todd was very professional and firm, he assured me from the beginning that he will do whatever it takes to get me the missing box. He contacted the carrier and did the necessary arrangements and now the box is on the way to me. Thank you Todd, you’re the man!

Amerisafe Moving Services is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They failed to disclose that they are only a broker and not the actual moving company. Important details like the true total cost and insurance options were never explained to me. Instead, they handed me off to We Haul Moving Services, who completely mishandled my belongings.

The guys from Rushmore Van Lines facilitated our packing and moving that we arranged through Amerisafe. They were extremely polite and thorough. Art and furniture were carefully wrapped and packaged. Items were counted and cross referenced. They communicated well with us throughout the day. Also, they were very careful not to our dog get loose.

Rushmore Van Lines and Amerisafe did great job with my belongings, arrived on time, were extremely gentle and careful, definitely recommend Ilya and his crew. Professional service. Will use again in a year.

Lowball estimates: Customers were allegedly given a low initial estimate to secure their business. The price then dramatically increased at the time of the move, after the movers had already arrived and left the customer with no other options.

Came on time and patient with services. Good communication. The added additional tape with needed and packaged with care. They came in a timely manner and professional. Really appreciate the help. Vrt and Arsen were very helpful. The service was very officiant and professional. I am extremely satisfied with the final result.

We have used them multiple times and their services to move apartments within City. The client service team from the company was very responsive and answered all our query. I esteemed the tracking feature which allowed me to see in real time when the movers were appearing. Their team moved so fast and made sure all my items were carefully moved. They were friendly, well organized and great to work with. They moved many boxes like bed frame, mattress, TV, dresser, lighting within 2 hours total. This was a high value for the level of service I got. This is my 3rd time using a moving company and I can say this service was 100% relaxing and easy compared to the other movers that I have used. First to acknowledge and looked at all my belongings in-person same day. I enjoyed the guy who came. A lady called me subsequently that day with the quote and kept in touch with me up to the time move day. And they also just occurred to be the economical. It sincerely worried me a little. But they crushed it. Packed us so fast on day 1, professionally, but without overusing materials. Day 2 was the move. It took 2 excursions even though the truck was full-size, but we were still done by the afternoon because the guys are quick and they brought an extra guy.

The entire packing and moving team was timely, communicative, and professional. They did a great job packaging up all of our belongings and loading them into the truck for our cross country move! Also worked with us to make sure our toddler and pets were okay during the process. Would happily book with the same team again.

My things was brought from Virginia to North Carolina, just about every box was crushed! My entire bedroom set was missing except the headboard. My dresser, my 2 night tables, four lamps, some tools and most of my clothing did not arrive to the house or to the storage I called Michael several times during the move. He did not return my call, text or voicemail. I called and spoke with Isaiah about this matter. He said he would pass it along. I tried to explain to him that my things were missing period Isaiah said to me. They never went to the warehouse which couldn't be true because when they brought my stuff to me. It was in a totally different truck. They asked for their tip before they finished the job and the next day one one of the guys didn't show up. I paid a great deal for this move and I expected professional movers and that's not what I got. With all that money they charged, this is unacceptable! Do not use them at this moment, they are crooks!

I went online to obtain a moving company who would actually move my belongings. Amerisafe reached out so I thought they was a moving company. I was initially quoted a price of close to $6000 and end up paying close to $10,000. They called a couple of days before I was scheduled to move and said they had to add more to my move because it was going to take 2 days instead of 1 due to the distance and time spent. Once I arrived to North Carolina to purchase my house, the lender sent me a closing disclosure with an interest rate higher than I was informed, so I backed out the contract and called the movers to bring my things to a storage that I rented.

Highly recommend VRT Line moving company! The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great moving company—fast, careful, and reliable. Would absolutely recommend! Arsen and Tair were great and professional. This survey is long delayed. In June, we purchased a home and we were observing for full-service packing and moving, equipment included, of our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment + garage storage to our new home a few miles apart. We had a infant so we genuinely needed the help and as easy an experience as feasible. I was observing for on-site assessments or video estimates and a flat-rate or not-to-exceed estimates. I communicated with 7 companies encompassing Flash, but also the big names. Bids came in from $3000-7000. I was not looking for the inexpensive, but the right mix of value, competence and good vibe.

Typical bait and switch. They contracted with 3rd party Top Moving USA, LLC for actual moving at which point they didn’t have any control and did not deliver according to contract. 3rd party company, arrived completely unprepared, no tools to take apart bed frame, no mattress bags, not enough packing material, ran out of tape, language barrier.

Horrible company that is a moving broker. They take no responsibility for their services. They lied to us about the total cost, payment options, and delivery date. Our property arrived smelling like sewage. The delivery driver said all the property at the storage smelled like that. Our property was damaged and we were only able to salvage some of our property by excessive cleaning. Some property had to be thrown away, because we were unable to get rid of the smell. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

AmeriSafe is a company that will provide you with a very low quote, no matter how diligent you are about your inventory, and will then charge you thousands more in the end. The movers that they contracted to do my move were extremely unprofessional and frankly, made me very nervous. They were face timing and watching movies while they packed up my house. The day before pick, up the Amersafe representative,Steven, called and went through the exact same inventory I did with the original quoter Mark. Steven shook me down for an additional $1000.

I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid AmeriSafe at all costs if you’re looking for clear communication and a trustworthy moving experience. My partner and I moved from Washington to Oregon, and from the very beginning, there were major inconsistencies between AmeriSafe and the third-party movers they outsourced. On moving day, the movers were nearly six hours late. During that time, we had to repeatedly contact AmeriSafe for updates and they never once reached out to us proactively.

On 12-23-24, we paid Amerisafe Moving Services $822.00 and $1012 on 12-23-24 to initiate the move from Greenback, TN to Springfield, MO. You subcontracted the move to Perfectly Fast Moving (additional cost). They showed up on 12-29-24 to start the move. We had nothing but issues on the loading, transport to a warehouse in North Carolina and eventually a reload of our items and delivery three + weeks later (delivery on 01-21-25). End result was loss of items due to failure to load some of our items at the warehouse and/or thru theft.

I had a great experience with Amerisafe for my move from Illinois to California. Everything was packed well and arrived safely. The team was quick, friendly, and professional, and they came right on time. Delivery was completed within 10 business days just as promised. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend Amerisafe to anyone planning a move!

Be prepared, they will underbid to get your business, then call back a few days before your move and jack up the price under the guise of "quality assessment". The scam cost me $5000. It's a common issue with movers where they have your stuff, or hit you when you are vulnerable. Well, after sending a deposit. So you really have no recourse but to pay them more than their competition for the move. They are a broker, use shady advertisement tactics, such as online firms that get paid to put them on top of their ranking list. Don't be fooled. Do a simple Google search. Search BBB and you'll see.

The cost was almost twice the quote. They have you over a barrel because you have to get your belongings moved. Lost many boxes and received boxes belonging to others. It was horrible. I read the trouble others had with filing a claim. It was a joke. I also called to report we had extra boxes not belonging to us and never was contacted with a way to return other people's belongings.

After looking for a Moving company, we found the only one that does every aspect of the move is Mayflower, which did not fit our timeline. We went through Amerisafe. They were certainly eager to gain our business. Once we chose them, we had no transparency in regard to who would be moving, where our furniture would be stored, how much it would REALLY cost.. It was a nightmare. Raising prices, holding our furniture hostage until we paid in cash. Frankly if you can't get Mayflower, rent a pod and do it yourself. For a 4 bedroom house, moved 1/2 locally and 1/2 to Nevada. All in it cost us almost $27,000.00. They are slick so be careful.

ZAZA, Davis, Taylor, and Eddie were so incredibly helpful for my move. I requested to be moved from a storage unit into a 3rd floor apartment and they were able to do it in 2.5 hours, even with all of my huge furniture and in Florida. The guys were so friendly and easy to talk to. They also were open and honest about pricing and I believe it was so worth it. I was uncertain to appoint them given they did not do work via email nor provide purchase orders, but the reality that they picked up the phone each time I called and speedily acknowledge to text and video communication made up for it. We relocated a family of four from a 2200 square-foot house to a 350 square-foot house. They arrived on time for both the packing part and the move. We accomplish to three hours for excavating and when they were done with the first project they help out pack supplementary things in the home without twinkling an eye.

The broker was super awesome BUT everything was a lie. Guaranteed move to my location by 09/05. Won't be here until at least 09/14. Price for cubic feet was $1500 more than I was told and agreed. The movers they sent were rude. I asked them if we should palletize and the broker AmeriSafe said yes. We ended up having to tear it all off pallets. Ended up cancelling all my other moves with them and buying a semi trailer to load myself.

The crew at iMovers went the extra mile to make sure everything was thoroughly wrapped and protected from damage during transit. They were very courteous and made sure everything was handled with great care. Due to mechanical issues they arrived a little late. Communication with the timing of their arrival could improve some.

Though the sales experience was a bit rough at times the moving guys wanted us happy so we can’t complain. There was miscommunications with whom would be delivering our stuff but we understand they are busy. When we do it again we’ll shop some more but may very well end up with the company.

Never sent someone to estimate quantity of items to be moved. Of course, when they show up, the estimated space is wrong. They then charged over 5000.00 and still did not fit all items in truck. They are a disaster, do not use them.

I highly recommend International Van Lines! Everything was very easy to arrange and the estimate and communication was quick and clear. David was my mover and he was right on time, super friendly and hard working. They took great care of every piece of furniture, disassembled and reassembled several items and handled everything with the utmost professionalism.

I had them encounter me at my storehouse unit. After giving them the code and unloose the unit, they went to work. I was able to drive additional box truck of items to the station and get commenced. There is a unquestionable peace of mind significant that competent workers are handling the largest and most difficult of the work behind the scenes while you Managed multiple tasks elsewhere. When I first spotted the inside of their packed 26' truck, it was majestic. Everything was fasten down, shrink wrapped, padded, and subdivided. I look at my 10' truck pack job and it was marginally better than a immateriality. That alone was previously adding value for the cost. I craved to contribute, so I managed the small truck concurrently. They were strong, quick, and had clever tricks to treating awkward and heavy things that I had not considered.

They hired IMovers llc to do the move and boy they did such great work. Both companies worked together and were able to get everything to me and help me move in.

Upon the pick up guys were very polite, also they were very careful with my furniture and our family heirloom I asked to pack extremely well. All the glass was wrapped in paper and bubble wrap and everything was delivered safely. Also upon the delivery I asked to bring some of the stuff to the storage and and Kelly and John did a great job stacking my boxes right to the ceiling. Extremely satisfied! I’m sorry to write a negative review, but I really don’t have a choice. I’ll try to be concise. In the initial phone call, I was quoted a price considerably lower than any other bid I had received. When I questioned whether the bid could be accurate, I was assured that if it was higher it would only be a minimal increase. I was told that I could be assured of a one day window for the moving truck to arrive.

Absolutely horrible experience. They lowball the prices and severely underestimate the space needed. Leo is just a salesperson who wants you to sign and pay as fast as possible. Once you pay they are done with you and send you to a third party. Ralph said he has 40 years experience and underestimated the space needed by 750 cubic feet. That was double the estimate and at over $4 a cubic foot was $2800 more than initial proposal. Was never able to speak to them after the movers came and items were not dropped off until 17 days later. Was supposed to be 3-5 business days. Items were off loaded and stored, then reloaded and delivered. Absolutely no accountability and are merely a middleman to the third party. Third party is not affiliated so they try to request more money once they arrive.

Absolute scam. I was flat out lied to several times by two different employees: Leo and Giovani. Leo was the first person I spoke to. He told me my items would be delivered the next day. When I called back for a check in, Giovani told me it was 3-10 days and that Leo doesn’t work there anymore. Leo absolutely still works there, as two different customer service reps told me. My initial estimate was $2800. I did not move a lot of furniture, only a king size mattress, a frame that was taken apart and a few end tables, but I did have a decent amount of boxes and bins. I ended up getting a three seater couch, so I contacted AmeriSafe to let them know. I also realized I hadn’t let them know about a patio chair, a couple folding chairs, a vacuum and mop. It was my first move, and I didn’t realize I had to itemize every single item that wasn’t in a box. Adding those few items and some extra boxes and bins cost me an additional $2,000!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called Amerisafe to help my elderly grandma mid July to move from Colorado to Texas. Every expectation set was not met at all. We paid a deposit the day we booked. They called back a few days later before the arrival to say it was going to be an addition $4,000. We hired them to pack, move, unload, and transport a vehicle. I let them know of everything up front. They didn’t show up to pick up the car on the promised day, so we waited. The movers came and acted like they’ve never packed anything in their lives. They sent two guys for a whole truck load worth, one left at one point during the day to get extra materials and was gone a few hours, and when they finally finished, it was after 10pm.

Amerisafe is very fast to get you a inexpensive quote. However, it was not an accurate quote as we received an upcharge at pick up and at delivery. We started with a quote near $2000 and end result was over $4000. Be very careful if you choose to go with this company. Once we had paid, it was very difficult to get in touch with. We were only able to get in touch with the dispatch who we felt had no control of when the movers would pick up and when we would get delivery. Both had delays, pick up was 5 hours and the delivery was 2 days. A real lack of communication and promises not met.

One or two months back I needed to relocated to Sunnyvale, they gave the best estimate among five other local moving companies I look over, so I progressed with them. On the day it was superb straightforward, I had a lot of objects with me, including furniture and weighty desks. The two nobleman came over right on time, and empty my older apartment located on 4th floor within 1.5 hours, for differentiation I used a different moving service ~3 years ago, and they took ~7 hours of time to empty 2 people goods from a second floor apartment, while I was trying to deconstruct bed, wrap up the cushion and help to move objects.

This is a scam. You have to pay a large fee for them to schedule the move. The movers are independent contractors, some of whom speak very poor English. Several we encountered were from Ukraine and had not been in the US long. Amerisafe does a low ball estimate and says the driver may adjust the estimate as needed. You have to pay the pick up team separately once all your stuff is loaded and they want cash.

Amerisafe Moving reached out and was very instrumental in resolving our misunderstanding to my satisfaction.

VRT line moving did a great job with pickup and loading all of our items. They were very careful and attentive to everything and made sure to wrap items to keep them safe. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you. It was a hot day and they kept working very hard during the heat and remained happy and friendly. Our team was Arsen, Mohammed and Derek.

This move was about as painless as it could get. From the start communication was great. I had packing and moving booked and everyone was on time, and if any delays came about, I was always contacted. Since we were moving into an apartment, we had a short window to get the job done, & they got it done easily. We had zero breakage or damage. AMERISAFE isn't the cheapest option, but they are reasonable enough and you get what you pay for. The only negative that caught us off guard was the "suggested" tip amount: 10% of the total amount PER MOVER, and there were 4! Anyway, we were satisfied and would recommend AMERISAFE!

We were having a hard time finding the perfect company to move our things. I had an appointment set with another company and did not feel very comfortable after booking the appointment and did more research and found AMERISAFE Moving Services. From the moment we called and spoke to the nice lady on the phone to the day they came in the cold snow and moved all of our things we had a FANTASTIC experience. All the movers were great and very good at what they do. We would DEFINITELY hire them again and would recommend them to anyone. Would give them a 15 out of 10 if I could. AMERISAFE MOVING SERVICES!! :)

We had the good fortune to work with ZAZA, Chad, Eslam, and Amer today with our move. These guys went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done professionally. Run away as fast as you can. Unethical company. Will require a deposit based on a quote and then day before scheduled move will call and increase (almost double) the price. Unfortunately, you will be held to the deposit with no refund even though they changed the terms at last minute. They do not own equipment and do not have moving employees. STAY AWAY.

What a wonderful company. We decided on AMERISAFE MOVING SERVICES based on good reviews and they far exceeded our expectations. They were on time, the crew were really nice thoughtful guys, and very careful with our furniture. We used both the online estimation system and over the phone the representative. The actuals came in a bit under the estimate and worth every penny. AMERISAFE prices are competitive for sure. NOTE: Be sure to tip the boys generously. They really do a good job.
