I was very impressed with the gentleman I spoke with. We discussed each room, and what was being moved. I won't be going for a few months, but I will absolutely be using AmeriSafe!

Pre pick up I received ample notice and payment instructions. The team was more than willing to explain changes and provided support through the inventory process. Once the team arrived at my home I was walked through the processes and the team was able to communicate throughout the entire process. Any questions they had were asked respectfully and promptly to avoid time delay. Payment was easy and once the team completed the loading process we completed an inventory so I had peace of mind with documentation to back it up. I highly recommend and would absolutely work with them in the future.

Amerisafe Van Lines stepped in to try to correct the issue and issued a partial refund.

Updated on 08/16/2026: We finally got a response from Amerisafe when I submitted my first bad review. A very nice young woman named Alex tried to help. She managed to get most of our belongings delivered 7 days after our requested delivery date. About $3K worth of items wouldn't fit in the truck because someone else's stuff was already in it. So we got those 7 days after that. Almost all of our boxes were damaged. Most of our furniture is nicked and many items were broken. We had paid extra to have them pack the kitchen but the packing looked like a bunch of kids were set loose. Glass items weren't wrapped.

Koka and Arip were able to quickly, diligently, and attentively pack up my apartment in almost no time. I was in a rush to move across the state, and the crew was on it. A big thank you to Rushmore Van Lines, and Koka and Arip — you made my move stress free and smooth, and I couldn’t recommend this crew more.

Constantine and Roman were very attentive to the wrapping and protecting of our furniture. Constantine was patient and verified all estimates prior to finalizing the loading & packing. Both were hard working, polite and professional.

My experience with AmeriSafe has been great! All my questions regarding pricing, moving dates, etc...were answered in my initial conversation. Although I did not know my move date yet; I was offered the option to lock-in rates immediately using a deposit and then would be given priority to schedule my move once I had the date. Unfortunately, we have had to delay our move until later next year. I spoke with Alexa B in customer service who initiated my cancellation and refund. She was helpful and followed through with a quick refund in full. We will be moving in the future and I will definitely reach out to AmeriSafe again. The customer service I received was excellent.

The moving company that we had America Safe. The people that they sent were fantastic and if I had to move again, I would definitely ask them. Moe and his crew were wonderful. They were very efficient and courteous. Jack helped me set up the move and Giovanni helped with the inventory and both gentlemen were very, very nice.

Sultan & his crew were promt, professional & friendly. Sultan was very clear with pricing. They went above & beyond by helping me take something down & move a piece that was not part of the move. Would be happy to recommend.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Amerisafe Van Lines made my move go much smoother than I imagined. The movers were on time, packed everything carefully, and made sure my furniture was protected before loading the truck. They stayed professional the entire day and kept me informed throughout the move. Everything arrived safely, and nothing was damaged. I would definitely use Amerisafe Van Lines again.

I would like to share my experience with this company as it was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. My sister needed a moving company for a few items (maybe two bedrooms worth) from California to Ohio. I called and was given all sorts of promises. I scheduled the pickup for her items on May 1st with the promise that these were going to arrive in Ohio by May 11th, which was when our parents were there to help her get settled in. We kept calling, emailing, texting and nothing. They flat out told me after payment was made that they had her stuff in storage in California still waiting to fill the van/truck with enough product.

Amerisafe Van Lines is the most reliable and trustworthy moving company. They did their job very well, had no complaints. They arrived on time and also was done before the end of the day. If I could rate it over 5 stars, I would rate them a 10-star.

From the person I spoke with initially until the job was completed, My family and I were treated with great customer service and nothing was damaged! Time efficient! Punctual and very nice! Highly recommend to anyone you love. They're in good hands with this company!

Our furniture arrived in Orlando two days later. The driver called ahead and met us at the new place. He helped position the heavy pieces exactly where we wanted. No damage. The price was the same on paper and in practice.

AmeriSafe Van Lines, acting as a moving broker (US DOT 3341650, MC 01066696), provided a binding estimate on 4/14/2026 for our interstate move from Emeryville, CA to Pittsburgh, PA: 801 cubic feet for $11,878.19. Three days before our scheduled 5/31/2026 pickup, on 5/28/2026, AmeriSafe issued a revised binding estimate nearly tripling the cubic footage to 2,200 cf and raising the total to $29,999.01, with the required deposit rising from $5,900.00 to $14,998.88. No physical survey was conducted for either estimate, and we did not add any additional items or services between the two estimates that would justify this increase. This left us with no reasonable opportunity to seek an alternative mover before the scheduled pickup date, consistent with the low-estimate-then-price-increase pattern FMCSA warns consumers about.

AmeriSafe has really helped me when I thought nobody else would. These guys showed up on time and was ready to work. The last crew I hired was almost about to make me not even want to hire anybody else. But these guys sure did come through.

I recently moved from Philadelphia to Queens, NY with a large truck, I have a lot of tech and the packers were fantastic, the gadgets remained in tact. They were also patient enough to move whatever that was not needed into a local storage unit. I have my in laws moving by the end of the summer and will be using Amerisafe again!
