I ordered a CD of the bible, I really wanted it. When it arrived, I tried to play it in my CD player and all I get is an ERROR and it pops the CD back out. Now they expect me to pay for something that is defective. And there is no way to complain. I know it is only $26.95, but I am a senior on a fixed budget.

I have tried to register with PCH on several occasions, attempting to correct the spelling of my name and my address. They seem to have no customer support set in place. I would like to have the magazines they want me to buy delivered to me with my name on them properly spelled. All other attempts to contact them have failed. It would be nice to hear a human being explain this.

I sent in a form for a Digital camera to PCH, and I haven't gotten it or any kind of notification. It's been 2 months and my daughter's birthday is this month and I would like to at least have a paper sent to me telling me to pay the rest of the bill. I really want to know what's going on.

They have been sending products to our address that we have not ordered. Then they send us a bill saying we owe them for products we have not ordered. We have been sent three different products.

I have ordered magazines in the past though Publishers Clearing House. I always thought it was against the law to advertise false information. I want to know - has anyone truly won from this company? They always show actors or actresses screaming and crying fake tears... Why do the rich prey on the poor and elderly?

It's a direct mail of very official looking letter mimicking style of government document mailing. Official looking claim stub with specific number was tailored to my name and including local business names to provide credibility. These will be notified when I pick up my Super prize. This is unethical business practice. Less savvy, naive or confused young or elderly clearly have been taken in over the years by this obnoxious firm. Why are they not sued out of business? I am retaining this letter until you tell me what to do with it. Thank you!

I attempted to order money clips from PCH (Publishers Clearing House). They asked for no ship address as any reputable company does. When not asked for shipping address, I attempted to cancel. Try that at Pch.com and you get the biggest runaround ever. The only reason I tried to cancel is I travel extensively; the address they have is my home of record and it is unlikely at that time or any time in the near future that I would be there, which means I will not receive shipment and haven't yet. Yet they are trying to bill me.

No need for a lawyer to call, I just wanted to complain to someone about the new Publishers Clearing House commercial that has a woman screaming at the beginning of the commercial three times. They crank the volume up too and it wakes up my son whenever they play it. They repeat the same crap over and over. Surely there's a law about it. Thanks for listening.

I placed an order with Publishers Clearing House in July 2008 for In Style magazine, Good housekeeping and People magazine. I wrote them a check and mailed it. As of September 9, I hadn't received People or In Style so I called and spoke with Lisa who told me that I would receive in the 2nd week of October. When I hadn't received, I called on 10/22. They told me that the subscriptions had been cancelled and I would receive a check for $63.70 in 6-8 weeks. When I hadn't received the check, I called on 12/1 and spoke with Dane who told me that the check wasn't cashed and but they'd put a stop payment on it and issue me another check.

I received a delinquent notice today from PCH from a Chistopher ** stating that I owe $65.35 to PCH. It listed a melamine bowl set, Halloween floor mat and a rose bell/humming bird. I did order the Halloween mat but not the other things listed and I will not pay for those items. Should they be able to charge someone for items they did not order? This will cost me money I do not have. I have many medical problems now and I will not allow them to add to my stress level. Please close this company so that others will not be taken into this farce.

I keep receiving e-mails for their contest drawings and I read that the 10 mill was suppose to be drawn 2/28 09. Now they changed it to 2/28/12. I just want to know if these clowns are for real? If not, stop wasting everybody's time, all you are trying to do is push your products on people. If you have no intentions of awarding your contests, then disappear.

I ordered several items from them, some of which were very nice. But I have had bad luck with the plants. One time they sent me my flower bulbs in December so they froze in my mailbox. I recently had some bad luck with strawberries and lilacs - they didn't grow. I called them and they said they would credit my account and informed me of my new total, which I sent in. A couple weeks later I had a message on my answering machine to call regarding my account. I got some foreign woman who kept asking me if I had a question on my account. I told her, "no, you called me and told me to call back." I asked her if there was a problem. She told me they don't usually call and tell their customers to call back, but I said they must have because the number I called her on was on my answering machine. She looked up my account and said there was no problem. A month later I had a letter come in the mail from a collection agency saying I hadn't payed. They are definitely going to be hearing from me.

I have been playing and submitting entry forms for a long time. One day received an e-mail, also received by mail that I finished the last round and to wait to hear from them. Well I have not heard a word from them since. My family is also upset about this matter. We shall not let this go by. We will look into this matter further with our advisor.

Was called by someone claiming to be from PCH that I had won $2.5 mil but I needed to pay to have it delivered. Persons I talked to were foreigners. They had thick accents.

I got a letter, like a post note. On one side it says that I order a manicure set/nail kit!!! Well, don't want IT!! I do not want to pay for it. And plus I order a light house with a phrase on it. You have set three to me. They are always broke.....

I have received PCH mailings telling me I have won anywhere from 1 million to ten million dollars for years and never won a dime. This company is a scam, those on their commercials are actors who are paid to perform on tv to look like they won something. I have never seen where anyone in the local paper has won anything. I got several mailings that state someone in Griffin, GA with initials HG has won our big sweepstakes. I too have been conned and this company needs to be put out of business or we need to file a class action suit against them who have received this mailing. Never have I won anything so why would I pay for their merchandise when they keep scamming me to order their junk only to win nothing but the promises keep on coming and it's getting old.

I got an email from PCH saying that my order was being processed, but the thing is.... I NEVER made any orders with them! Now 10 days later, I got a package from them. I replied to that email as soon as I got the order processing email, telling that I didn't make any orders, but still the package came.

Since ordering a Canadian Gardening subscription from Publishers Clearing House, I have been inundated with Junk mail, all worded to make an unaware subscriber believe they have won something. I'm talking about at least 25 pieces of junk mail. I did receive my subscription for the magazine I ordered but had moved within a month of the first issue. I never received a bill from Canadian Gardening, so e-mailed them of my change of address for billing and subscription delivery. To my surprise, I received an overdue bill notice from PCH which I promptly paid to them (amount $11.53) in the mid part of November. Also informing them of the change of address. Today I received a very rude 2nd notice from PCH. They have no web site for customer service, or at least that they publish on any written material. I am getting fed up with their lack of communication with the businesses they they promote, and their tone is totally unprofessional.

There on Friday, December 19th, opened mailbox and there were magazines from good-housing & better homes and gardens. Saturday I received a bill from publisher clearing house stating 2nd notice for a rosebell with hummingbird. I never order anything without paying at that time. I have never ordered the above product. Looking it up on internet, it is something I would never order. I think that this goes back to they have been marking things on the internet entries that you do not even know so that they can get you to line their pockets. I refuse to pay this bill even though they treated to start legal actions. I never even received this item.

A letter was sent to me, saying I had won 2nd place in the amount of one million dollars. Enclosed was a check to cover any outstanding fees in the amount of $5,890. I was instructed to call 1-866-729-3942 Ext#** and speak to Mr. John ** & I give him an included security code. Check was on First Midwest Bank, Joliet, IL & drawn against La Danse Academie, Joliet, IL. They even included the name Mr. Henry ** an Internal Revenue agent handling my file. The letter was signed by Albert **, Chief Financial Officer.

I feel that PCH is something that is not being run out of the USA. You know those scams you get from other countries saying you won a email generated lottery or inherited money. Well, I read a lot of these problems people are having with PCH and really think how they're ripping people off. Making people pay more money than they owe if they purchase a product, which by the way it looks like Dollar Tree items and Dollar Tree's is actually better, but think about what they are doing, because I get daily scams and every day I get letters from PCH stating that a person with the initials MF which is mine says I have won. No, I didn't win anything.

Please remove me from your mailing list. I don't care to receive anything else. I have return several things now and still receive things from you.

My Father is elderly and he receives anywhere from 5-10 giveaway scams daily. He like others I have read about believes he is going to win the big giveaway from PHC. There is never something for nothing in this world and it is evidenced by companies like PHC, Readers Digest etc who take advantage of people like my Father who believe there is good in everyone. They have sold his name to other scammers and send him items that he never orders.

I had been entering their $5,000 a week for Life contest due to end in Feb. 2009. Last night (12/15/2008), I received another entry letter from them announcing that because I responded in a timely fashion that I was eligible for a prize upgrade to $7,000 a week for Life. Sounded great, until I saw that they moved the expiration date to 02/2012. So this is another way this crooked company can avoid paying out on any grand prize and bilk the public. I would join a class action suit to sue and put this company out of business for their deceptive marketing practices.

I have been answering in a timely manner all items in their $10 million giveaway. Last week I received a notice telling me to respond right away - there will be no more contact. However, there was no entry copy in my mailing. Now with only the last step, I am out of the game because they did not send me what they said was in my mailing.

He is on a fixed income, and is spending his monthly check on items related to Publishers Clearing House. I am constantly being billed for products that I have paid for many months ago. The last letter I received from PCH listed several items that I had bought several years ago, through the current date of the letter, which was the early part of November 2008. For some time, I had several phone calls each month, regarding my bill. Each time, the caller said I owed for items that I had already paid for, but they didn't mention the items that I still owed for.

I have been receiving a bill for a Video that I purchased. I paid for this item in July of 2008. I sent them the bank statement showing them the check and that it was cashed. I called them and they told me it was for another item that I didn't receive. They keep sending me threatening letters. Once again I am sending them a copy of the bank statement with the check copied.

Years back, Publisher's Clearing House ran what I consider more of a true contest than a sweepstakes. It was called, The Presidential; top prize $100,000. The winner, from Cudahy, WI admitted to me that his entry did not conform to Rule 2 (mailing in a plain white envelope) nor that he came anywhere close to my word count. The contest consisted of a short essay on the best President, seven political questions, and the amount of words from two letters or more that could be found in the word, Presidential. According to Webster's International Dictionary, there were thousands of words, all of which took me weeks to cull. The contest winner offered half my count. The gimmick here (it appears) is that one, the winner was also a consumer of PCH goods (not worth the price) and two, the winner would be chosen by the Supervisor's Office which, I found out later was simply an executive of PCH, who cared little about the rules or efforts of contestants.

I sent in a request to take my mother's name off their list and many others over 6 months ago, but they kept sending my mom mailers. My mother is mentally ill after a 3-year battle with brain cancer. She is impulsive and hopeful. The combination is very difficult to control due to Publisher's Clearinghouse. Over the past 6 months, I would say she thinks she is going to win the sweepstakes weekly and has sent them a lot of money. I just called to make sure her name was on the list and they told me I owed 400 dollars. I told them to take her off their lists and look what happened. They are predators of old people, mentally ill people, and hopeful people. This company should have been shut down long ago.

I came home today, went to my mailbox, there was another box from PCH which contained a teeth whitening system. Little do they know I have no teeth, so why would I order this product. I'm sure that I will be receiving a bill for this product also, which I still refuse to pay, not to mention that I asked over a month ago to take me off their email list after I started to receive bills for things I did not order. Please do not get into this trap/scam!!!!!

I received a bill today which is consider a threat from PHC, stating that my payment was late therefore they were going to bill me an extra $2.50 late fee if I do not pay by 11/20/08. I went online to look up the order number but it said that it did not match any documents, I did printouts copy of both ways I tried. This is a scam, because I have been going online the last few days and have printed out the copies of the submitted forms, but I think I did not get entered because I never ordered anything, and also I would love to know how some company got my credit card number because I never use it unless in person, please help!!!!

I ordered a wooden alphabet train for our granddaughter, three years old. For $26.94 it should have been an educational toy and fun to play with. However, the letters are so badly formed it is hard even for an adult to tell what they are. The train is so light and unbalanced that its length causes it to fall over as soon as it is pulled forward. Our grandchild was very disappointed and we are equally upset and disappointed.

My mother was being extorted by a group from Culpeper, Va for over $30,000, via a token amount of yard work and repeated in person 'collections' from strange men and women with many tattoos. When it was discovered by a neighbor, my mother said to me "Don't worry, I'm a very wealthy woman" and showed me her 'notifications' from Publishers Clearing House and others. Her plan was to just keep paying off the extortionist with her vast wealth due soon from the other low life thieves.

I received my credit card bill on Friday oct 10,2008, and found charges for items that where purchased through my entries to pch.com. I have never given my credit card number to them nor have I ordered the things that are listed. I do not know how they acquired my credit card number for I never order items over the internet for fear that hackers are out there.

I was told I could have a free trial for Ivory White I had to pay $1.00 shipping which they debited my card too. On 9-23-08 I didn't get the Ivory White and they debited my account for another 78.41. I did not authorize this and have filed a complaint with my bank.

I recently entered a Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes online. You supposedly do not have to purchase anything, but there were a few magazines that I found interesting, so I ordered 3. Having had problems in the past with PCH, however (selling of my info, etc.), I decided to list my name as my middle name. I did this to see who PCH was selling my info to.

my friend got a call from a man representing himself a pch employee and that he had won a lot of money, he gave him a telephone to call and give a account number and when he did he was told to wait for a mr. jeff l to cal him back we took note of all the numbers and the time in which all these people call we even called the first number back to verify that it was actually pch the same man answered he also told us the money they wanted us to send was fully refundable.

I received a letter congratulating me on winning $675,000. It also contained a check for $4,317 which had a heading of The Cooper Union For the Advancement of Science and Art, 30 Cooper Square, New York, NY. I called the phone no. above and was told, in detail, as to how I needed to cash the check I received so that the IRS would be paid in advance. Then, they would be allowed to release the huge sum, which would be hand-delivered to my door. The letter also listed a IRS number to be contacted for further validation. I was given a deadline of Sept. 19th to respond. The letter was signed by a Raymond P. The envelope that contained the letter had no return address and had Canadian postage affixed. It was not sent certified or registered mail.

Publisher's clearinghouse keeps e-mailing me to finalize my entry into the most recent contest. They say you don't have to purchase anything,but they keep giving you offers and don't give you a way out of the offers without forfeiting the processing of your entry. I've tried to at least three times to get it processed. It's impossible without purchasing something or joining something. I'm thinking of getting out of my e-mails to them. I've just about had it with them.

I made a purchase 12/17/07. By the time I recieved the bill I had a second purchase on it. I paid $41.99 in full. The next bill I recieved said I only sent $9.99. I was mad. Where did the rest of my money go. I just waited, I thought they would see their mistake and fix it. Purchased a 'one touch' can opener from PCH. Also purchased 2 AA batteries you need to use with it. This product is also sold on 'as seen on tv.com'. No wonder!

I ordered Money Sense magazine for the price of $21.15 thru publishers clearing house. I paid for this amount along with other items I had ordered, by my personal cheque in the amount of $61.85 dated December 04/2007 mailed December 17/2007 and it was cashed December 27/2007. I now continually have a collection agency (North Shore Agency Canada) phoning me and sending me threatening letters saying that I have not paid for $21.15, that my account is delinquent.

I received a Congratulations letter that I had won a consolation prize. I received six credit vouchers for various products. Two of these products were computers. VERY outdated. One even had a floppy drive for disks. The computers were not the latest advances. All other products had no brand names. Vouchers of course didn't come close to the value of the products.

I cannot believe that I fell for it. I never once looked into it as a possible fraud. I have always heard the name PCH and thought they were legit. I have sent i dont know how many forms back to them upon receiving them. And every time they sent me another saying i was on top to win. On July 16, 2008 I placed an order in the amt. of $35.92. With that order I sent a check #131 in that amt. Now I get a bill for the same amt. and the env. says not to send anything in writing. There is no phone number listed. What can I do? This was paid.

I received a phone call from this company stating I had won a diamond watch for being a good customer. I was sick at the time and on heavy medication. Apparently what I had agreed to was a five year subscription to magazines at $75.00 per month for one year. I understood at the time it would be a one time payment of $75.00. Month later received a call from their collection department telling me I was in arrears.

I am so tired of this company, PCH, and their promises and to a person as myself whom is disabled, limited income, I presume it is my fault for belieiving in them to begin with. For a person, such as myself whom is totally in debt and looking at near foreclosure, AND after reading all the above, from other dissatisfied people, once again my faith is gone ... thanks alot for all the daily emails and chances to win money or prizes ... getting a persons hope up AND not to mention the online third parties we as consumers deal with.

i bought a computer for $200.00 and it was supposed to be new. it was supposed to allready have everything downloaded to it. and it was supposed to allready be registered to me.

On May 5,2008, through Moneyline Express Bill Payment I mistakenly hit the wrong button and sent a payment of $79.87 I did not owe to PCH that was intended for Qwest Phone Company. I though that PCH would see this mistake and return the money. I have wrote two times to address I found on their web site, but received no answer. Itried to repoet to the BBB but could not fine what city they are in

For every body that is looking for a way to contact or make some kind of mark against these people....you should try the Better Business Bureau. They have a page with contact numbers and addresses. search that site for www.pch.com

I received a call from the so called PCH telling me that I was the winner of $300,000, plus 3.2 million that would be sent to me via Ceritified Mail. The $300.000 would be delivered via armored truck. For all this to happen, I need to send them $525 for processing fees and other securities. Money is hard to mention, specially when scammers want to mercilessly rob you of your hard earnings. $525 is an amount of money I cannot give away or loose so easily.

I have asked Publishers CLearing House to take me off their call list serveral times. Now on a Sunday three weeks later they are still calling. I asked them again to take me off the list and then I hung up... their operator called me back to call me a #$%@. SHE CALLED ME BACK! Your kidding me!

They just started sening me E-mails telling me I may have allready won Millions of dollars in their sweepstakes. Since I started getting these e-mails I now get over 60+ advertisement e-mails a day, alot of them say they are sponsors of PCH.com I was trying to click on the links that say to remove yourself from this mailing but that just seemed to make the e-mailings come faster and more furios.

My husband deposited the check into a brand new account. My husband called back and didn't get in touch with him but left a message stating that he had deposited the check but he was not going to transfer or give any funds until the truck pulled up. The funny thing is, John R. never called back and my husband has put in several calls to him. I did some research on this and came across this site. This is a very bad scam. It messes with peoples emotions. Do not trust any letter you receive from PCH. We even contacted someone from PCH that deals with scams from the PCH Internet site. He said it seemed to be real but he couldn't say for sure. Everyone please be aware!!

Received a letter in the mail and a check. The check was for $5889.00, the letter stated I had won $1,000,000 from Publishers Clearing House in a contest sponsored by Martha Stewart Living. If I had not done my research or been aware of scams I could have deposited this and been out almost $6,000.00. This needs to be investigated so someone does not fall for this SCAM.

Recieved sweepstakes letter stating I was a third place winner $1,00000.00 and a check for $5779.00. called number and talked to a Mrs Kathrine Hill, she stated she was from publishers clearinghouse and that I should cash the check and send a money gram $4,000.00 to a Mrs Joyce Wedlow in Alberta Canada and then call her back.

Pch is asking for birth date and mothers madien name. Looks like phishing to me.

Ordered binoculars. Were shipped defective .. each lense was out of focus at different magnifications. Returned by mail. They now continue to bill me, and threaten that my credit will be damaged if I don't pay the bill in full (plus a late fee!) immediately.

First we were sent an e-mail saying we owed for a subscription to popular mechanics magazine, which we never ordered. We e-mailed back to them to cancel the order since we didn't order it. Then we received a bill in the mail saying we must pay or be sent to collections. We mailed the card back with 'cancel' all over it and that we did not order this. Then we just received two copies of popular mechanics magazine, and of course now we're expecting the next threatening bill to follow. Is there anything we can do now to stop this, since they don't take no for an answer in e-mail form or in writing by mail. With times the way they are right now, I surely cannot afford extras I didn't order in the first place. Can anyone help with this.

From February 2008 until Present Time, PCH have tried to double bill this consumer. I have sent all requested double billing back to PCH with the 2 money orders, copies from the month prior and the present month. PCH tried to be very sneaky, and bill me for a true example, the first time for $21.82 and would bill me the following month for $24.32 - $2.50 = $21.82 all this time, their advertised motto is,that you are allowed to pay the amount of sale back in 4 increments. Which is a bogus move and false advertising of Payback in 4 Increments.

I ordered a magazine in Jan. 2008 and paid the $9.95 on 2/29/08 with Bank of America check number 3999 and it cleared the bank meaning it was cashed by Publisher's Clearing House. I have since received a monthly statement from PCH which I have ignored because I had already paid the bill.

Last year she spent $25 on a cake because "they" assured her they were coming to her house on August 18 to deliver her prize money. What may be fun for some is unnecessary emotional exertion for the unfortunate. Taking advantage of the latter is a moral tragedy that the recipient and family must manage. My mother-in-law stresses daily over the piles she makes of each multi-faceted mailing she receives and is confused about the wording. She goes from emotional high to emotional low each day when we have to tell her that it is trickery and deception for those who can not understand.

i ordered a subscription to tv guide magazine and cancelled it two weeks later because i found it to be much cheaper elsewhere. i am still recieving a bill for it. i think companies like this should be outlawed for scamming people into believing they could win money. when all they are doing is trying to get people to order their products. and they are allowed to advertise this scam on national television? this is ridiculous! what has this country come to? allowing me to believe that i could win lot of money and get out of debt.

I would like to return a product that i purchased. it is a battery powerd tooth brush. it is very cheap product and the end that holds the batterys falls off and well not stay in place so it will not work !

we were sent a ck for $5889.00 & a letter from pch. we called the bank in taft texas, it as a legitmate account on a small business in spring texas there wa a # for a representative also for the irs. my husband talked to a lady she told him he had better have $5000.00 in our bank because she could call the irs & ck. whe he asked if she was sending us money why did we need to send her money. she hung up on him we stil have ck & letter. we have received these cks before but believed they were scams so we shredded the letters & cks thank you

We are receiving letters from Publishers Clearing House that are scams. We called & checked on them.

I love magazines and have been ordering them from PCH for the past 15 years because they are cheaper from them. I have recieved every magazine that I have ever ordered, I also pay as soon as I get the invoice. I have never recieved anything that I did not order. I do not order other things because the postage is sometimes as much as the item ordered. When I do have to call them for some reason, I have been treated with much courtesy and respect.

Over the last several months I have ordered MANY (over 100) bulbs and plants from yur sweepstakes entry packages. They are unique and beautiful. Out of all the sky bllue lilly's I ordered, I didn't get ONE that actually grew. The pink lily of the valley arrived totally smashed to the point that there was nothing recognizable in the bag.

I paid for an item ordered from PCH ON TIME on June 22, 2008 for the sum $26.95 This was for the purchase of Mighty Putty TM I have just received a Delinquency Notice for the same item and an additional charge for Late Fee making the total I should pay AGAIN as $29.45 I will NOT pay this sum again and wish to protest this notice with a certain amount of anger in my words. I will NEVER deal with this organization again!!! All further mail that is sent to me by Publishers Clearing House will be immediately thrown away!

I have entered the PCH contest regularly for the past 10 years. I have complied with all their rules, and never have I won anything. I do this just to poove this is a scam. In 57 years, I've never met anyone who actually won anything from PCH.

My 87 year old Mother entered their sweepstakes and then received two plastic model cars in the mail along with a bill for them. She has been receiving account over bills as they said she would have to pay the postage to return them....at least the post office is making money off their scam. I have called them and asked them to remove her from their mailing list.

By signing up with PCH I became innundated with spam emails that never end. Is there anything I can do abuout it?

i think between january and febuary i ordered some bulbs that are supose to daisey i soked them for 24 hours and then planted them and they haven't bloomed to this day i'm very dissapointed with my purchase, and i was to recive 200 bulbs but only got 100 hundred i'm very disapointed would like my money back or send me more of the same product thank you tammy

I'm glad i read the complaints, because I was about to start ordering Items hoping to win money, but it looks like there winning the money by people buying items, they wont get my money so they can keep showing those fake commercials and I'll watch them while watching a good movie or the news (smile).

Several months ago, while entering one of your contests, I ordered a high reach cleaning kit (made in China). I had not used it until today and I find it completely unsatisfactory. I might add that in all of my years of ordering items and entering your contests, dating back to the 1970s, I have never had an item that required a complain.

In the past year I have ordered some items from this merchant. When I receive the order/invoice I have paid the amount in full using my Wachovia banking. They received the payments and compiled the orders and managed to get the amounts all mixed up and don't have a clue what I've paid for and are sending me consolidated bills for items that are paid in full. I have called them and sent them copies of my payments but they are harrassing me. I have paid for everything in full but they do nothing when I send them copies of my bank statements proving that I have paid them. They are driving me crazy. They need to be stopped.

I ordered two pocket books from PCH and to date have not received them. I searched for days trying to find an email address for PCH and finally found one buried on one of the hundreds of pages I had to go through. It asked for an order number. They never send me one. They sent me an email saying what I ordered and next to ORDER:...there was nothing. PCH is a rip off....they prey on people, take their money, and give nothing in return.

Their cruel and offensive ad asking one to shoot the duck to receive a prize. i wasn't even on their web site and there they are appealing to our lower selves.

My mother, 77 year old elerly Missouri senior citizen, received a possible scam letter telling her she won, $500.000 USD. Check enclosed for $4713.00, from the LandStar Title Company, Ofallon, Ill. Person to contact in letter was a Mr. Thomas G. Letter asked that she contact to confirm her claim number. Envlope did not have a return address, stamp was posted from Canada. Letter and check can be forwared upon your request. No contact was made to these people. She had been scammed by someone in Canada before, and I would like to pass this info along to keep it from happening to someone's elderly parents.

When I sent in a prize entry form, I did NOT order anything but, I was asked to place a stamp on an item that I would order IF I was ordering. I did and I received it in the mail as if I had actually ordered it. I am going to return it: Item # 5424E6 light bulbs.

They call asking for my mother-in-law claiming they are from PCH and it is very important that she return their call. They need to discuss her winnings.

I was sent a bill for a magazine that i did not order when i called the lady assures me that it was taken care of any future bills to ignore now after all this time i get a letter from Penn Credit Corporation stating that i owe PCH $13.95 the lady completely ignores me while i am trying to dispute this with her so i asked for a number for PCH and she said i would have to call information!

Recieved an email that I had won a prize in the PCH International Giveaway London, sponsered by Publishers Clearing House International Promotions. Also made reference to a Mr. Harry Johnson who is affiliated with the Allied Bank PLC of London and Allied Financial. They are now requesting that I establish an account at their bank in order to transfer funds. But in order to open this account I have an option of 3 different costs to choose from.

I received a letter, and the envelope did not have a return address. The letter claims I am the second place winner of the 10 Million Dollars grand prize draw, sponsored by Oprah Winfrey O Magazine. Enclosed was a certified check to cover outstanding fees. The amount of the check was $5,895.00. When I called he said to deposit it in my account.

I do not know how to get ahold of anyone to complain. I ordered a yellow rose bush from them and planted it and it is now blooming and its red. I would just like to know how to contact them.

Three magazines subscriptions were ordered in October of 2007. The issues that were sent were outdated, already circulated issues. When I contacted PCH via email, they apologized and said they would add on issues to the end of my subscription. Subsequently, I stopped receiving issues of all three magazines that I ordered. When asked about this, PCH apologized and at this point I cancelled the subscription. I was told the refund credit could not be issued back to my credit card (originally paid for) and that the refund was "in the mail".

My mother recently broke her hip and I was preparing the house for her arrival, I stumbled on many boxes of merchandise - some opened - some not... of PCH merchandise and collectibles. My parents are in their 80's, are hard of hearing, and are kind hearted. They have been the victim of this company selling them stuff they do not want or need. Unfortunately, my mother has paid for most of it.

My Mother is 87 years old and has memory problems. She has been tricked into buying over 200.00 in junk that she has no need of. I try to tell her not to respond to this stuff but she forgets. She does not understand how they trick people into buying.

Publisher's Clearing House billed me an item I did not order. It was for a CD called Silly Songs fdor children. I don't even have any young children and none in my home. My husband and I are retired senior citizens with fixed incomes. I tried to reach them, but they give out an on line address that is bogus. I also order bulbs from them and I am being double billed for the same items, even for the ones I have paid up in full. They keep billing, and billnig. I have paid some items twice, even just to stop the billings. Hardly any of the plants ever grew to top it off.

I received a bill in the mail for $34.93. I never requested or ordered these magazines, Sports Illustrated and Rolling Stone. I do not want any of these magazines sent to my address.

Recieved email from: Publishers Clearing House United Kingdom (PCH) Publishers Clearing House Lottery Program. He requested I remit $920 US Dollars as the Cheque (sic) has already been made out in my name. I mailed him back stating if he would send the (cheque) I would immediately remit the $920 US dollars to him via Weatern Union Money Gram. Lets see what his response will be. I'm betting he will not respond.

Received a call from a person who said that he was with Publishers Clearing House and that I was the winner of a Mercedez and a check for $540,000 which they wanted to deliver to me. I asked him his name he said it was David S. From his accent he sounded like he may have been from India or somewhere in that part of the country. I asked him where he was located and he said New York. From the best of my knowledge PCH is not in New York. I started questioning him further and he said he was forwarding the call to his supervisor. He did not identify himself but that he wanted to deliver car and check to me. At this point I told him this did not sound legitimate and hung up

i ordered blue and black roses and received pink ones when they bloomed i payed extra money for rare roses and got everydayones not what i wanted at all!!!

I ordered 2 pieces of merchandise in January. A purse and a multi band radio. Radio arrived in February 2008 purse will arive in 2 weeks. the invoice had no remit address. Waited for purse. never came. Received a late notice with address on March 4th 2008. with a late charge of 2.50 Sent check less the late charge. (cannot pay with no address!)

When I entered Publishers Claearing House contest in 01-2008 I did so in good faith. I have from that time until the present recieved nearly 1200 junk emails, many misleading, others plain dis honest. I am disgusted, fed up to say the least, I will never again enter any type of contest and especially not one of Publishers Clearing House!

On January 3, 2008 I purchased through Publishers Clearing House a One Touch jar opener. I e-mailed the One Touch company and they said I should get in touch with PCH. I got along fine with it until a couple weeks ago, when I tried to open a jar of pickled beets. One of the jaws that clasp the lid as it is going around broke off in the process. The item was paid in full on Feb. 1, 2008. Will you replace the jar opener for me?

I was sent e-mail to pay for my subscription for Better Homes & Garden. I paid $22.00 for magazines thru Publishers Clearing House. This was done quite some time ago. I paid with a Visa card on line.. I have not rec. any magazines. I no longer trust Publishers Clearing House.

I now receive 30 to 60 unwanted emails and even phone calls every day so I must now spend an hour or more every morning unsubscribing or opting out of these offers. This has continued for more than three weeks with no end in sight although I have complained to PCH. If you enter their contest the chances of winning are so remote as to be beyond consideration. However you can depend on your email and other personal information being broadcast to spammers and scammers.

twice now i have recieved a email from them stating that i have purcahesed items and subscriptions i did not ordered. i have emailed them back with no response. i did not know that they even sold jewelry. let alone that i ordered any.

Received a phone call, Saturday April 05, 2008, approx 1: 00 PM, a female claiming to represent Publisher's Clearing House. Claimed I was one of the top 500 winners for top prizes. Had me select my first & second choices. Said I had already won 48 months of free magazine subscriptions, all I had to do was pay $3.95 per subscription. When I clearly stated that I WOULD NOT PAY ANYTHING, the phone line went dead. I tried to call the return number several times, but the line was always busy. The caller was always pleasant, friendly, had my name, address, asked my age & occupation. Obviously, when I clearly stated that I would not pay anything, she ended the call and moved on to the next name on her list.

I have been a customer for many years. Have been entering their sweepstakes all along. My problem has happen twice. Once last year and now this year. Alot of sweepstake state that the rules for entering have to be follow exactly. One this sweepstake,Super Pick Millions, It states that in order to validate the entry I have to transfer the Authorization Stamp. The problem is that there is no such stamp in the package. They make you look through all kinds of flyers that are selling something. Yet there is no stamp.

Way back in early January 2008, I ordered a cooking microwave set, item #541L41 at a cost of $24.45. I was told this item would be shipped within 2-4 weeks. On Feb. 14, 2008 I received a bill for this item and I paid this bill but still had not received the item. It is now March 26, 2008 and I still have not received the item I ordered. I realize this is not that much money, but isn't there a law that says when a company sells a product to a customer, they must produce that product? I have been waiting over 2 months and have not heard anything from this company and have received nothing from them except more flyers trying to sell me more of their products. I want either what I ordered, or a full refund for the amount I paid along with an apology from Publishers Clearing House.

I got sent to this collection agency after paying my bill to publishers clearing house. There is no one available to speak to in person either here or at PCH.

I feel like I have been taken advantage of by this company. I truly believed the more I brought, the better chances I had of winning. The PCH is banking (literally) on individuals who buy from their ads. You never win anything, and I believe this is nothing but a scam. I have never seen packages come so fast. I live on a fixed income and never thought for a minute how was I going to pay for these items. I thought they would be great christmas gifts. My son made me send packages back to the company. But I did pay for a few and I have the cheques they cashed. Also I have a list of all the items I sent back to the company in 2006 and a list, cheque numbers for the things I did buy, plus the ads of things.

I recently submittd my name, address, etc. to the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes. I have already submitted a complaint against a company called Ivory White, one of PCH's advertisers for advertising a free trial of their product, then billing me for it. Now I am being inundated with magazine subscriptions and being billed for them, even though I've never ordered them and never heard of a couple of them.

This is a joke-- They keep emailing me to be sure to enter my chance to win but you can never just simply enter!!!! You go through all these ads and never get entered. Its a BIG JOKE! This is not the same Publishers Clearing House my folks used to enjoy.

A Sgt. Hagen called and asked if I remembered filling out a form for Publishers Clearing House in September. After telling him that I wasn't sure I did, he indicated that I had won $600,000, and he would need it to be verified with the Port St Lucie police department before going any further with me. Then he would need insurance money to send the check. The local police department did call and indicate they were investigating this.

I called to cancel a subscription to Soap Opera Digest (which someone in the Publisher's Clearing House company sold to my mother, who is 82, a 5 year subscription). My mother sent a check in for over $200.00. That I find appalling, who sells a senior citizen who lives on a Social Security check a magazine for 5 Yrs? I called and spoke with a Dawn who would not give me her last name. I WANT TO TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR! I canceled the magazine and I would like my mother's money refunded. I will not wait 6 - 8 weeks. You didn't wait 6 - 8 weeks for my mother's money. Please have someone with authority contact me.

I bought the English leather waist bag. I am using one of them and the zipper on one pouch gets caught and has ripped the plastic inside and continues to get caught.

I signed up for the weekly millions and I signed for a Diabetic Cooking Magazine. They sent me an invoice and after a month sent me a magazine. I tried and tried to contact Publishers at no avail till their Customer Service sent me an email. I sent a cancellation notice to that address numerous times and was to get trough since mailer returns my mail as going to a non-existing address. I cannot find any phone number to contact them in person. They do not have any number on their web page. Please help me. They have ignored my request. I have a history of dated e-mails.

March 7, 2008 Received this date a box with 2 rollout gardens costs 52.41 This person has no record of such an order and other than mail cannot contact publishers house or return the product. We do not want the product.

I just want to know why you send so many letters stating that you need to send them in and when I order something it takes monthes to obtain.
