Even though I used the service only once, money kept being deducted from my account. I contacted live support and didn't have to wait at all. Can I leave ZERO stars for what appears to be a scam and basic theft? In May I discovered $300+ dollars in unauthorized recurring charges had been made to my bank account from this company, for "services" I never requested and never needed. After a lengthy online chat I've received partial refunds but some "glitch" in their system wouldn't let them electronically refund the rest ($127.60). Was supposed to receive a check in about a month. Two months and several emails about "escalation" later, nothing. Have now referred the issue to my state's attorney general.

I chatted with an agent and they promised to refund $30. But not the $31. All I needed was to verify that the condo I purchased was publicly in my name. Very deceptive practices. Only if they were more honest, people would use the service more often.

Chatted to discuss an issue about recurring payments that should not have happened. The agent asked for my account info, I provided it, and within 5 minutes, they notified me the money would be refunded. Should still take about a week to show, but if it does, this will have been the most painless situation to get money refunded that I have ever engaged with.

The agent who assisted me was helpful (hence the 5 stars), however, the website and their practices feel a bit misleading. I initially told the information I needed was $1.00. Then, to receive a PDF of the report, it was an additional $7.00. At some point in the process, I was added to a $30.00/month subscription that I never approved. There was never an offer to refund me the $30, only an option to close my account. Is it possible I approved a subscription? I'm sure anything is possible, but given the typical standards in place today for online purchases and recurring subscriptions, this site falls well short of expected practices.

100% fraud, they illegally continued to charge me two to three times everyday. I only paid and accessed one time yet they continue to falsely charge, I have cancelled them over 11 times yet they continue to falsely charge me. I am filing a police report today and will be filing legal action against them tomorrow. I would not use them. They are stealing monies.

Ok if you're reviewing multiple properties, but cancel the subscription after your done or you'll get charge monthly. Staff was very helpful canceling the subscription and I had no issues canceling. A 4 star rating because the site does what it is supposed to do and I'm happy with the result. Not sure if there was anything extra.

I utilized the Public Records Search to search one property record in April of 2026. The report was thorough and accurate. In July, I noticed that I was being charged monthly. There was no indication during the initial set up that I would continue to be billed. I logged onto the site in July to find out what was going on, and there was no place to cancel or look more closely at my account record. I initiated a live chat. The rep, Ryan, was quick to review my account and issue a refund for the recurring charges and close my account. I appreciated the quick resolution, but was disappointed in the practice of recurring charges without clear opting in.

Customer service was good, but I got charge again without it notifying me it was a continuous service. It originally looked like a $7 fee but then was charged $31. The explanation of fees is not clear and how the service works is poor.

My experience today was fine but I have been charged $10 a month for the last several months without my knowledge which I don’t appreciate. The website does not show this or show how to prevent this which is ridiculous.

I requested documents and they were never sent. Customer service told me to search again or they would enter the request and I had to wait up to a day for results and they were not sure about me getting those results even though I had paid. I had to ask at least 3 times for a refund. I was promised it would come in 3 days. Your website kept looping me to do my search over.

Richard quickly refunded the amount that I did not authorize to be charged. No questions or issues. He immediately refunded it, and I have no reason not to believe that I’ll receive a full refund in 3-5 days. It was upsetting to be notified of two separate charges in the amount of $7.00 (Authorized) and $31.00 (Not Authorized), but I do appreciate that Richard refunded the $31.00 amount with no issues.

I ordered a report. It stated the report was $1.00 for text to phone. I declined the 7.00 PDF report. I was charged $31.00. I immediately contacted customer service who closed my account and resolved the issue. If you use this service confirm the costs first. Mary was great.

I expected a single-use search, which was presented as a $1 cost. As I was completing the transaction, I was told it would be a $30/month charge, so the first charge was $31. After completing the transaction I was told I needed a $7 pdf payment. So my $1 expectation became a $38 expense for information that is available for free for other counties. So I wished to cancel my subscription, there was no obvious way to do that - but there was a chat available and that chat agent solved my need immediately. Good service from the chat agent.

My only goal was to purchase a single report for one home, so I was surprised to see I had been enrolled in something additional without realizing it. While I appreciate the excellent customer service she provided, I do think the sign-up process should be much clearer so customers don't accidentally purchase a subscription or package when they only intend to buy a one-time report.

I only needed to say I wanted to cancel, and her next reply was that it was done. Most places ask for information, make you jump through hoops, and try tricks to keep you paying. Kim did none of these corrupt business practices and immediately produced the desired deliverable. I am impressed and will remember and speak to others highly of such quality.

I ordered from them twice to be sure lien from an unscrupulous contractor was not filed before listing a property for sale. The report they provided did not show the lien was in fact filed in November -- the reports were ordered in November and the following April. Do not use them, the information is not reliable.
