Quick help when I needed to cancel my subscription.

Thank you for your help. My agent came right on. He did everything very quickly. He listened to my questions and he assisted me rapidly and what I was asking for was done quickly. I truly appreciate his help a little bit more. Thank you very much. Also, I used the service but I was looking to see if my own title of my car have been sent but I never got that information online but I did receive it in the mail a couple of days later but anyway, so thank you.

Good afternoon, Nicole was very helpful in assisting me and canceling my subscription.

We had looked up some simple information, were informed about a $7 dollar fee and then got hit with an additional $35 fee twice. When we contacted them, we were informed that they would stop future fees but didn't care about the additional $70 (2 at $35 each) and we would have to eat it. I would never use these thieves again for any reason.

When I initially paid for this service, it was presented as a one-time fee, and I was not clearly informed that I was enrolling in an on-going auto-renewing subscription. I never received notice or a bill about this and there for non-consensual. Once I noticed that today, I reached to you and chatted with Donna whom assisted me better that I assumed. She explained the mix up and took care of my request expeditiously. Thank you, Donna, for brightening my day again.

I did not intend to sign on with this site, and have not used it since January of 2026, and had not noticed all of the charges each month, which I will do that now. My cancellation this morning went well.

Charged me 35 dollars when it said $1.00 charge.

I made a public request thinking it was a one time fee. When I discovered this was a subscription they were quick to refund me the pending charge and remove my subscription. The report I requested was detailed. Excellent customer service.

I was not expecting the $36 charge, and customer service helped me out greatly in canceling my account and refunded my money.

Hidden recurring charge for 10 months till raised concerns. Start from 5 USD recurring for few months, then 207sd monthly. Don't whether that is legal charges. I got no service. Be serious. Personally I feel like scam.
