Noticed an charge on my bank account going back to the beginning of this year. I went straight to the chat box to asked for assistance, they were quick to verify me and after explaining were able to help sort it out. Very appreciative of the whole situation.

I asked to cancel the subscription and give me a refund for the recent charge. I had been trying to cancel for a while now but nowhere on the site to cancel. The chat box person did it quick and I am happy.

I contacted this company re: some credit card charges that were in error and Rachel credited my account immediately. It did not take months of repeated requests or haggling disputes. This was amazing and awesome customer service! Sadly, this wonderful customer service is lacking in so many businesses in today's business world.

I initially hoped PublicRecords.us had the information I needed and noticed they charged $1. I made the purchase and was not able to find what was needed but realized I was charged $31. After speaking with Sandra in customer service she helped receive a refund and canceled my account. It was very smooth and they have phenomenal customer service so I highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service.

Although I feel liked they pulled the wool over my eyes a little with how they charge your card. I will say they made things right without an argument and I feel they were fair with me when I brought up the discrepancy. All in all I would possibly use this site again.

The AI assist was helpful for resolving our issue. However, we had to dispute reoccurring monthly charges. They we're not conspicuously disclosed at the time of purchase. We thought we were paying for a 'one-time' property search. This seems to be all an too familiar occurrence when enter credit card info on-line for payment.

I hate using chat screens because I don't type properly. What takes the normal person a few seconds to type takes me several minutes. However, my issues were quickly and completely taken care of using this chat line,... Giving me time, not to rush my typing. Thank You!

This subscription was great, but I did not need it for a long period of time. When I had any problem, customer service was quick, easy, efficient, and understanding. I was able to get all the information that I needed. Once I did not need the service any longer, I thought I canceled but maybe there was some technical issue or I did not do it correctly. I was charged and they understood that I didn't need the service any longer and helped me cancel it gave a refund. It was the quickest resolution I've dealt with and everything was great!

I had been receiving monthly withdrawals for a subscription I did not sign up for, so I reached out to customer service via chat, requested a full reimbursement except for the month where I intentionally purchased records, and will be receiving a refund. Thank you!

Cancelled account and request a refund, was told same day refund was sent. They DEBITED my bank account NOT refunded it and keep telling me to "call my bank." My bank sat on the phone with them for over 30 mins and explained what the bank showed and the "Andy **" STILL keeps sending The same response OVER AND OVER telling me to contact my bank, they send me the same response each time I ask for an update that "account was closed and refunded" it was NOT. Account was sent for supervisor review and have heard NOTHING and when I email or call I'm told to "contact my bank." I will...to file a dispute for fraudulent charges since this company has done NOTHING to help!!!
