There were no options on the website to prevent continued charges for information I paid for and needed one time, but via the chat feature it was quickly taken care of by George on the customer support team. 0/5 stars for the website, and for automatic billing without any way to cancel easily. 5/5 stars for George.

My experience with Public Records has been both professional and expedient. I would highly recommend them. My only hesitation for anyone looking to use the service is to know that it is a recurring/continuous account that will continue to charge your account even when not being used for additional searches. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with the support I received all around.
