Handled my concern with urgency and was able to correct the situation.

A bit of a process to get what you are looking for and was set up for recurring charges which I did not realize but had very speedy help in getting the issue sorted and account closed.

Checking on reported value of my home. There was a discrepancy in the amount charged and Steven was very helpful and accommodating in resolving the issue. However I will say the report contained a lot of erroneous info. I have owned my home for 35 years and the report listed a dozen other people as having lived here within that time frame.

I needed a report on my current property and paid a fee to do so. I did not realize that is was a monthly recurring fee and when I got charged again I got hold of the team on Chat to question the charge. They issued me a refund and I will confirm receipt in 2-3 business days. If you use this service, it is very detailed but you will have to close out your account after the data has been downloaded to avoid monthly charges.

This marks my second interaction with Daniel, and his assistance has been exceptionally valuable.
