They know what they're doing and aren't trying to rob you. I have been extremely pleased with the service they provide for credit repair. Never pushy and everything they they said that they would do they have done or are doing.

They convince me to pay one amount they was more than that, also they didn't do the job they told me, bad information, and when I try to cancel they said yes but they did not. Take advantage of people. Keep taking money from my account for 3 month now. It's funny they know their game to take money for little people.

Was actually surprised at how amazing they were and the stuff they had done towards my credit and the price of it. Very well worth every penny. Wished I had more money to continue with their service. Thank you!

I was continually frustrated and angered by the total failure and/or refusal by Lexington staff to respond to my repeated email requests to terminate our contractual agreement; as it continued to collect funds of over $400 from my bank account for three additional months.

I expected the company to know the laws. I asked the paralegal about the uniform commercial code and the United States Code and he seemed to be stumped. UCC 1- 308. How can they represent that they do credit repair without acknowledging who the original creditor is, and what the account the funds originally came from? The definition of credit card, any card… including the original card (Social Security card) is where the credit originated. That’s the Law.

Found the information about how to file a complaint and find past due accounts, I can use the app to send receipts of payments made or any new notices of past due bills. Motivated by a helpful team that helps me not give up in my bad credit situation.

I contacted Lexington Law to help me get three things off my record. What I learned today is that they only send one letter every four months to ONE credit bureau. What this means is that it will take potentially a couple of years to get this resolved. My upset is that they are charging me every month for nothing. At one per four months, what a great deal for them, and a waste of money for me. Additionally, they have telephoned me as early as 6:48am and the call was to upsell me on services. Seriously?! Canceled my account.

I have been using Lexington Law for 4 months. I tell you the truth. They have helped me have a better understanding of my credit and my score is climbing higher. Thank you Lexington Law for Great Customer Service. I highly recommend them!!

The first two months my credit went up 50+ points!! They’ve worked on my accounts every single month since beginning services. I am so very grateful and excited to see where this journey leads my family and I.

I’ve been calling 9 days straight and still no one calls me. I’ve been yelled at and hung up on 3 times. Promised call backs and promised emails. Still here waiting. Best part is we have been customers for a year now, never called before, just now there’s an emergency because we are trying to get a mortgage. Of course when I need to speak to someone other then a unqualified “paralegal” I can’t get even an answer let alone a call back. 9 days straight. That has to be some sort of record. So sorry. 1 person called. It rang once. I called back right away and message board said they’re closed at 4. It was 3:58.

I did not appreciate being told that they would take care of my fraudulent eviction first but worked on other things instead. They chose to work on other things so that I would continue to pay for way longer than necessary.

Well, I figured I’d try this service to get some things on my credit report cleaned up. Months later and hundred of dollars lighter, there haven’t been many results. Two actually (although the way is presented it might look like more, but it’s just 2 items on each credit report). It seems like they take a nice slow approach to keep you paying monthly, and every few months the “surprise“ you with one update. I think I’ll finish the month and try another service that people I know have had success with much quicker, or just do the work myself

They helped me improve my credit score and kept me updated. My score is skyrocketing. I’m glad I chose them to fix my credit. They make it so easy to get better credit scores. I'm not sure how I managed to get started back up with Lexington Law. I don't remember, it started on October 31st 2022. Of course it was on the phone and I was not told anything about a 5-day I guess grace period so you have up to 5 days to close the account but I wasn't told that. They told me I had until the 12th. She decided to cancel the service. So I called today which is the 10th and canceled it. Well they still got me for. I live on a fixed income like a lot of us do and they told me that I had to pay for the first time set up fee which I don't understand that because number one I had to pay for a credit report in the first place which was $4.95. So either way I still got to pay for service that they sent to dispute some items on my credit report which by the way is old stuff. It is not new stuff.

Good job. They removed all negative items from your credit reports with speed. They are very reliable and safe. Your personal information is safe with them and they have good customer service. Very polite and helpful.

I Felt there was no help until I became a customer of Lexington. Lexington has helped my credit at least 50 percent. I always got quality care when I call. I have experienced hardship and Lexington stepped right in to help.

Had a horrible experience with connecting cases on the basis of payments. That attempt was trying to merge payments for both cases initiated the same day. The customer service representative spoke and attempted to but over, demanded compromised, the integrity of the customer regulator and created a hostile, situation, therefore, pushing us as clients a reason for cancellation of service. So this was an attempt to prevent being overcharged or having future problems. The supervisor could not reassure me nor escalate the situation to the premises.

They promised to refund me money if I canceled my account within 5 days of opening it. I did cancel the same day I opened my account. They promised me a refund in 3 business days which I never got. I’m never doing business with them ever again

Lexington law has made my credit worse. They did not give me any guidance on how to dispute the discrepancies and they were not helpful at all. After they have made my credit worse they are asking me to pay them for that. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

My credit was pretty messed up but thanks to Lexington Law it looks a lot better. I would suggest Lexington Law to anyone trying to fix how your credit report looks for the better and if You have any goals of purchasing a large item or investment and would like to straighten out your credit let me suggest Lexington Law.

Hey, this company is very understanding, affordable, reliable, and trustworthy. They value a person and their finances the way they are supposed to. They are fast acting and knows what steps to form solutions.

They're amazing. They’ve actually called often to check on me and my credit. And during these phone calls they go over your credit and what is holding it back, any negatives, and any individual or business that looked at your records without consent.

Lexington Law is helpful both through text and phone conversations in repairing my credit. When I told them I could no longer afford their services because of limited income they informed me of a lower price. It would be nice to know this upfront.

They wait months while draining your money before providing any results. Very slow. I just started paying items off instead of paying them any more money. Little to no customer service and minimal results for the $1,400+ paid to them.

Lexington Law is a legal scam. The initial call is lies. What they do is promise the world but min results. There is no incentive for them to move swiftly which means you will pay and pay and pay. You can do the same thing on credit karma for free. Don't listen to their specialists that try to keep you on the hook.

While I am just beginning to work with Lexington Law in repairing my credit, each staff member I have interacted with were positive, supportive, empathetic, patient, friendly and professional. Lexington Law's staff, that I have interacted with thus far, are willing to explain the entire process, provide me with information to make proper decisions for me, and are willing to go the extra steps on research to get more knowledge and answers on any question I ask in how to positively work (on my end) to assist in repairing my credit. The staff remind me if I have any concerns or questions that they are there for me and to provide as much assistance possible.

Great. Lance saw items that were not even mine on my report and sent the escalation after I sent the documents he needed..The company does a great job but I would like calls to keep me informed..great for removing items that are reported wrong and also shows all three bureaus. They show the usage on each card..

With my experience, it's been very effective in rebuilding my credit. I think this will be very helpful for other people. When I first, started dealing with them I thought it would be a scam but results show good standing..

So I took a monthly membership of $139.99 to remove some of the paid off credit cards and a late payment charge on my credit reports. I got the membership 4 months ago I was been told that it will be removed within 90 days but none of them are still removed. Every time I call them all they say is it is under process and you'll be notified once it is removed. I don't even have any debts. All I asked for is to remove the remarks that are already been paid off. They are not good at all. Don't waste your money, all they do is dispute your remarks, you can do it for free from Experian, Credit Karma and other websites. I feel like a fool wasting more than half a grand and got nothing in return. Really very upset with this company. They are fraud!!!

I stayed with them for 4 months and they were unable to remove anything. I lost around $500. Now that I learned how to dispute by myself, I was able to do more than this "clown" company. Please, save yourself time and money. Be aware, most of the five stars reviews are pretty much either paid or bots.

It resolved my credit issues. I will definitely recommend to anyone without a doubt. I had a cell phone collection on my Experian and Equifax credit report, which I had no knowledge of. I was denied a bank loan, I need it removed for approval. This company helped quite a bit, within a matter of weeks, it was gone.

I’ve spent nearly 6 months and nearly a 1/2 grand to have one, very questionable, 30 Day Late notice removed from my credit report. NOTHING has been accomplished so far. The company has several plans of varying prices but it appears it doesn’t matter to what plan you’re on, nothing gets fixed or progresses. The website is colorful and full of colorful language but it’s never clear what had been done, what it currently being done and what Lexington Law intends to do in the future to advocate for their clients. I’ve spoke with customer service 3-4 times in the past 1/2 year and every time I call and state my concerns they ask if me if I want to escalate the engagement to the credit bureaus and bank. Initially this sounds promising but not it’s clear this is just a customer retention tactic because it remains unclear what Lexington Law has done on my behalf and to this date, nothing has successfully been removed from my credit report.

So, far, Lexington Law are allowing the work they do, to speak for them. I am blessed to have chosen them to work on my credit situation, at this time. God bless you and your team, real good! I hope more people will come to you, for help with their credit issues.

Going on 7 months and not a single item has been removed. I was told that I would be giving a refund because it was taking so long but I haven’t seen any refund and I’m running out of time, patience and money!

I have been with Lexington Law Firm for almost 2 years. Over the 2 years, they continuously charged my account of the $129.95 every month. However, over the past year, they have yet to contact me as I HAD REQUESTED BY PHONE — AN ATTORNEY MONITORING MY CASE — NOT A PARALEGAL. On every request, they REFUSED. Over the two [2] years, I have paid approximately over $3,000.00, and was unable to get the results in those 2 years that I expected per my initial consultation. My credit situation was NOT complex, nor difficult. However, apparently, it must have been for the “paralegals!?!” Especially when you outsource your “paralegals” to India, Pakistan, or overseas and NOT in the U.S. Go figure?? And when you request to speak or be transferred to a “paralegal” in the U.S., they REFUSE or will not transfer the call accordingly.

The last 2 representatives I spoke with were super helpful and they went above and beyond to help me. I had to get paperwork for my recent small promotion with my employer and they help me as much as they could in a timely manner.

I started with Lexington Law back in 2015 and did not really pay much attention to the services I was receiving and paying for until a phone call from Cyan. She explained the importance of managing my credit and dealing with payers that even though my account is closed the negative report at the time still reflects on my credit score. No one contacted me as promised by Lexington Law. The charges were removed. I had disputed the charges with my credit card company. Lexington Law said that I would receive a credit after I send correspondence proving I requested to have the service canceled in May. I don’t know if my credit card company is responsible for the removal of the charges or Lexington Law. I will be marking this matter resolved.

The customer service associate was very informative, and he was very considerate. He explained things I didn’t know. He was also very patient. This was a great experience. They will help you. Try Lexington Law. This company will definitely give you what you are looking for with honesty.

I have been with the company for 5 months. Only two items have been removed. I honestly feel like I'm being robbed paying $139.95 per month. It's obvious that longer you stay in the company the more money they are going to make off of clients a month. That's what I think they are doing with me taking my money monthly. I have some account that are already paid off in full and they are telling me I need to provide proof. At this moment I am one unhappy customer with this company.

My credit score has never gone up. It has gone down every time. I feel like it's a waste of my money. They lack communication and help. I thought it would be nice to put my credit up higher. Because of my credit score dropping even more I'm finding it hard to get ahead.

Some companies are greedy and won’t tell you “Hey you do not need the high package, this cheaper package is perfect for your situation.” The team wasted no time addressing my credit repair needs. I’m just praying that LexingtonLaw does not intentionally drag out dispute process to get more payments unnecessarily. That is the issue I’ve had with a different company. So far so good. I’ve used credit repair companies before so I know the drill. This time, in preparation for a home purchase, I decided on the most expensive service available- LexingtonLaw. After four months they removed ZERO negative entries on my credit and REDUCED my FICO by 30 points. The companies they sent letters to said that their letters were so broad, obtuse, and general that they had no idea how to respond. Not a single letter was personally written on my account. This was an expensive delay by a company with no morals whatsoever. Pick a lesser expensive service as you’ll get more done on far less money and in a more timely manner. Take it from someone who has used these services at least three times.

I came to Lexington Law because I wanted to rent an apartment and I had a negative item on my credit report, I needed to have this negative item dealt with before I could move into a new apartment, Lexington Law did not hesitate to help me and they had the negative item removed from my credit report within a week. This firm is the best, they are very diligent with getting your negative items removed. Follow their lead, communicate and your credit will improve tremendously. They were able to remove 52 negative items from my credit report and restore my credit for the purchase of my home.

After a denial for credit, I received a call from Lexington Law and was told I had 5 days to change my mind. After 3 days I sent a message to terminate my contract, which they ignored and charged me for a month of service. After a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (a total waste of time), they still act like I want the service they provide. They will not take no for an answer. I can provide screenshots of all communications minus the first phone call if you would like.

It is not worth the amount of money they charge you. I had been working on my own to repair my credit and was doing a better job for free. I pay $135 to them and my credit starts going down. I need my credit to go up, but I do not have money to waste.

Lexington Law does an excellent job in terms of accessibility and customer service. The app could use some improvements, but it never shut down or lagged so that's a plus. When it comes to the actual credit repair process you are better off doing as many disputes as possible on your own and putting a freeze on your information.

The process is very slow and costly. There is very little communication on what’s taking place to repair your credit. So far it’s been three months and only 1 item removed. When signing up they made it seem like this would be a quick and easy process and that I would see major results after three months.

They will help you and work thing out with guys. I’m glad I choose them. The law and help with guys credit. You should call this company. They are best at what they do a lot stuff. I got them help with credit and get home.

Lexington Law delivered detailed attention to my credit score. The firm’s ability to achieve an impressive improvement in my credit score is great. My record included a bankruptcy with multiple creditors.

Representatives were well-mannered and courteous but there were things that were vague or not clearly explained about the process. Especially as it pertained to the cancelation process. I would ask more questions if I were to do it again.

Lexington Law firm is by far one of the greatest companies to repair your credit. I have work with them for over 2 yrs and they took my credit score from the four hundreds to the seven hundreds. Their prices are very affordable and they will keep updated on your progress daily. Yes it takes time to repair credit but in the end you will be glad you took that step to repair your credit, I know I am overwhelmed with happiness and Lexington Law deserves all the credit.

Didn’t feel like writing letters and going through the process of trying to remove a cellphone bill that had gone to collections. The debt belonged to my deceased father of the same name. The debt was $303, I paid Lexington Law slightly more than that and after getting it removed from two reports it showed up a days after my last payment on another report under a new name but the same debt. Don’t be lazy like I was, take the time and utilize the free resources available.

I've used Lexington Law to help my credit score and eliminate some negligent items. I used their service for 6 months to find out they weren't able to reverse or correct any of the various negative items on my record. About $1000 has been charged for them to continually tell me the disputes have been submitted but no response, which was short of the many insinuations they gave me at the sales pitch. When I reach out to cancel or ask for a refund, they make it extremely difficult to reach a human representative, and even then they still fall short on their promises. Save your money and look for another service provider.

They went above and beyond to repair my credit and in such a short time they have improved my score and removed a lot of negative items. I'm going to continue next month on my service because I can't afford them this month due to emergency financial situation.

I had 8 negative items (3 actual negative items showing as 3 negative items on Bureau X, 3 negative items on Bureau Y, and 2 negative items on Bureau Z. Somehow Bureau Z didn't have one of actual negative item). After using Lexington Law's top service plan for $129 a month for 5 months, I ended up having 9 negative items. Eventually they let the Bureau Z to include missing negative item in their reports. I am a businessman and I am very reasonable and understanding of services or products when they fail, I am patient if they correct their mistakes, but with this company I totally felt the way they do business is really a scam. I felt responsible reporting this companies' scam business model. There are serious other businesses who guarantee or refund policy if they cant do improvement in 3 months.

Before I talked to him I felt like my life was falling apart and there was nothing I could do about it. I felt AJ actually cared and wanted to help me. After talking to him I felt like I was going to be ok.

Lexington Law says they're trying to fix your credit, but all they're doing is withdrawing your payments without any results. When you call and complain they give you $50 off two month payments. Then it's back to months of no results! P.S. can someone allow me to rate ZERO STARS PLS.

Terrible experience, told me I can cancel within 5 days, I called the very next day to cancel, couldn’t get ahold of anybody, I’ve sent emails no response, I even changed /updated my debit card info so they won’t take my money, lady finally called on the 5th day and cancel my plan said I wouldn’t be charged, the next day they went in my account and my old account that I just deleted off the site and took $140 from me, terrible company. Crooks.

I was referred by a friend as my case was very simple. There was a communication error between the car dealership and Hyundai Finance. At the end of the lease, it was the dealer's responsibility to pay the remaining balance. They sent the check late, for which I had falsely become responsible. You were not able to fix this simple problem after such a long time by sending the same documents over and over many times and getting denied. After each rejection, you did the same thing and expected to receive a different result!!! I felt like you intentionally made the same mistake and prolong such a simple case to get your monthly payments from me. Only when I complained, you offered to lower my monthly payment down to ~$25, but when the trust is broken, it is hard to get it back!!!

However, Fredrick ** was found guilty of "Identity theft for profit by 2 West Allis detectives, (Wink & Sterhino)! They had pictures from an atm type machines! However, the crowded Milwaukee county jail is, so they gave him a plea type deal and he is not following the so-called agreement made by Ms. **! F. ** is to pay me $100 a month and have no contact with me what-so-ever! He continues to have people call me, hacks my computer & 3 cell phones that I have by going onto the net which gives out information if you pay them! Fredrick ** has also taken out loans in my name-illegally! Because of his erroneous charge against me, I waited 9 months and 21 days in jail-and I was innocent!

I reached out to Lexington Law because I had recently rehabilitated student loans with late payments still showing, and a default status still showing that legitimately should not have been on my credit report. I had documentation, and literally all the work was pretty much done for them. I subscribed to their mid-level package even though it was a little extra with the assurances that I would be receiving extra support.
