I was in the program for a couple of years, and I upgraded about halfway through the program. They helped me clear up my credit completely. I have great credit now thanks to them. Everybody I spoke to was very professional and helped me. I did most of the communication online, and I always got a very quick response. I liked the website. It was very user-friendly and I was constantly checking it. My cost was great. I paid $50 a month. I referred my son to them, but at that point, they raised their rates and he couldn't afford to do the monthly rate that I had.

Nothing but liars and thieves. Paid a fee for nearly a year with no results. They are cheats and liars and thieves. All they do is drain money from you without results. Their response is, "We're talking with creditors" and showed me no results other than being scammed out money for no reason. All they say is sign for this for money and sign up that service for more money and still did produce results for me. They are thieves, cheats and liars.

Some time ago, because my credit has been stable for some time, I called Lexington Law about them continuously sending Ocwen, my mortgage company at the time, a rebuttal. When I first came to Lexington, I had breast cancer. I had filed a bankruptcy which I was late one mortgage payment. So, they kept going back at the mortgage company. It got to the point that the mortgage company sent me a stack of my payment. And out of all of them, that was the only one that I missed. It got on my nerves so I asked Lexington to stop sending them any inquiries about that. That was something that happened in 2012.
A couple of years ago, when I called to discontinue the service, a representative told me to keep it at the $25 because if I didn't, it would open up a can of worms to my credit, and I would have a virus. Of course, I didn't want that. And this time, I happened to read about Lexington Law firm had been sued. So, I called to take the inquiry about the mortgage company off, we got to talking, and the representative said, “You've been at a good standing,” as far as my credit. I said, “I wanted to take you all off, but a representative told me that it will open up a can of worms.” She said, “No, it won't.” I said, “I wanted to discontinue.” They had an attorney call me, and I told him that I wanted to discontinue services because I was satisfied. That was the only problem that I had. Why would a representative tell me that? That's not right. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service that I got.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for the feedback provided. The situation you’re describing is not how we operate.

Lexington Law seemed to have helped clean up my credit. But the process has changed. When I started this most recent time, it seemed simpler, and they described how they upgraded that process. And they wanted to charge me again because there was some disagreement at some point about the continuation, and they reinstated my thing without charging me. Their bureaucracy can be difficult to deal with sometimes. But mostly, they do things to my liking.
For a year, there wasn't any change in my account. So, I just determined that I wasn't getting anything out of it. They wouldn't say, "There's four different or more levels." They would just tell, "You should start at this." They would not disclose all the information upfront. They would not try to educate me and tell me what my possibilities are. When they started me at the $130 level, and they dropped me down to the $60 level, and they dropped me down to $25 level, all of that was not, "You have all these options upfront." I kept saying, "This is affecting my budget. I have a lot of difficulty. I have to deal with all these issues." They could look at my credit and say, "You have this amount of things you have to deal with. So we recommend this level." Let us make the choice. I'd probably go with that level. It was only after months and months of problems that eventually, someone said something.
Another issue I have about them is their billing. They claim that they're constrained by different things to have to do it a certain way, but they're one of the most inflexible companies. Everyone else, I'm able to pay daily, or in advance, but not Lexington Law. It has to be the way they say and it has to take it from my account the way it wants to. A bunch of times, I had a problem. My payment didn't go through. My bank was short. So, they assessed a fee. They would always reverse the fee, but I've had to learn how to deal with them. And, I've told them that the way they bill everything is not conducive to the way I do my stuff. Their services have got a lot more expensive than they were in the past.
I have to call them and I have to go through this whole thing and the IVR system, which is not the most difficult, but I've spent hours and hours dealing with them. And sometimes, I had to escalate and I wanted an attorney to get back to me. It's a bureaucracy based in Arizona. It being a consumer agency, it's supposed to help consumers. A lot of them are consumers with problems. That's why they go to Lexington Law. But Lexington's approach from a business standpoint is to be aggressive and inflexible, which is ironic. They got me from wherever I was to 90% success, and it slipped back down to 86, and it took a good part of a year to get it back up to 90 again. That's where it has remained. The real changes occurred in the first year, and in the second and third. It was in '21 I started with them and I ended the relationship last month.
The situation you’re describing is not how we operate. We follow all laws regulating the credit repair industry and work hard for all of our clients. The team from Lexington Law was good. I talked to an individual who got things rolling. Once I had the app on the phone, everything as far as communication was remote but they always took care of everything I needed them to take care of. They seem to investigate everything I asked them to do. I've never had an issue with them not doing anything that I wanted them to do. I had two different programs with them. Initially, I paid for their top-level service. They completed every task that needed to be completed within a year and a half. Then they contacted me a few months later and said, "Hey, we've gotten everything resolved. You no longer need to pay for the top-level service." So, they put me on a monitoring service where they monitor my credit and make sure everything's good to go. I have so many credit monitoring programs through various credit cards and banks that it was redundant. So, I canceled all services with them six months ago.

The application process with Lexington Law was amazingly easy. I thought they want you to do a lot of homework for them and dig up some stuff, but it was really easy. They almost single-handedly did my credit. It was 675. It's about 815 now. It's amazing. There were old things on there that were years old and things on there that should have never been on there. When they got the disputes and the letters all sent, it got up to the high sevens. Once we got into eight, they kept it cleaned up and they watch out for it.
Lexington did what they said they would do. It’s one of the very few companies that size where you can call on any day and get a person on the phone. Customer service with most big companies, they don't wanna give you a phone number. The last thing they wanna do is talk to you. They want you to get on their app. They want you to do your part. You can call Lexington any time. They're on the phone and say, “What do you need?” Then they help you. I've referred them several times to several people.

They asked a lot of questions and there were personal questions over the phone but I never knew who I was talking to. They always said that they were representatives of Lexington Law. So I don't know. Paperwork-wise, a lot of the stuff that I gave the rep over the phone was very sensitive stuff. I was very uncomfortable. I would never give stuff like that over the phone. Since I did the program, I still have some stuff on my credit and it looks like I paid a lot more than they knocked off my credit. They always took payment and then I had to wait for the process and they were waiting for a contact letter or I would have to go out of my way to contact whomever they were supposed to contact to get stuff off my credit. I would not recommend them at all.

When I spoke to the customer service rep, I was told that they would have my back and they would do their best to help me. The first fee was affordable, so I went with them. The application process was pretty easy. I called the 1800 number and spoke to a paralegal. We spoke about how much debt I owed and she told me how much it was gonna be, I told her that it was okay, and then I started the process. They reached out to me via email, and they sent mail telling me exactly what they were gonna do and what case they were working on. The app was very easy every time I got approval or they updated it. It was a little pricey, but I did it because I needed to get my stuff down at the end.
I ended my contract this year and I've seen a tremendous improvement. I was able to open up my first credit card after they helped me. It was a great experience. From the person who answered the phone to transfer me to speak to someone, they had great customer service. If it was a little cheaper, I would have stayed with them because I could afford it. But that's a lot of chunk of money coming out with just one paycheck.

The application at Lexington Law is easy. The whole process took 10 minutes. The guidance I received was excellent. Every time I had a question or they were disputing anything, they'd first confirm with me and would say, "We'd send out this letter on your behalf." It was good. They were quick in getting things done. I had a credit score of 400, and within a year, I got it to 650. I bought my house, and then, I got it to almost 800. I had a lot of stuff in my credit history that was impacting me and they were able to remove all the stuff.

I had a great experience with Lexington Law. Their process was slow and time-consuming though. It could be more efficient. It's difficult for me to do anything online and to print stuff out and to mail stuff to forward it on to them. The worst part about it was when they had the wrong address for one of the letters that they sent. They needed me to forward the piece of mail that came back to me, and me being a truck driver and me not going home once every month or two, that is very difficult.

They educated me on the processes and then how my credit is viewed and what to look for, which I really never paid attention to, so it helped me understand that I need to keep credit card balances down really low and a few other things that I do that will help get my credit score up. They removed some stuff for me, addressed some issues that needed to be addressed, and helped me get my credit score back up. Also, I've got the app and it's informative and very useful. I had good experience with Lexington Law. I just had to download the website and give them my name and information. I also had to load the app down, and I found out everything on that. It was easy. They emailed me and have me go over my portal on their website. They would try to encourage me on what I could do to help out to make things better for my credit scores. It made me happy that they were able to clear stuff. I wasn't able to pay the amount that some people have to pay to go faster to get it done. But they could only take one or two that they would work on at a time because I was on a fixed income, so I couldn't pay any more than what I paid. But even though it took a while, they cleared all my stuff off of it. They were good for me.

The application process with Lexington was simple for the most part. When I signed up, they had an initial application fee of 100 bucks and then on a monthly basis, it was around $50. That was towards one of the higher classes. I had in mind to use my credit to start applying for loans and credit. But other than that, throughout the year, Lexington had the better promotions. So, as far as challenging different credit agencies or old collections, it was very straightforward. The outcome was good and I would work with Lexington again but it won't probably be for another year. It was easy to speak to the reps when I had questions. There were hold times with everything but it was very good customer service overall.

The application process was simple, but Lexington Law needs to have people that clients can communicate with. The only way I could do anything was just to send a note via the message system and the online platform. That wasn't getting me anywhere, then I would talk to somebody who didn't understand what I was saying. So I canceled. I would have kept them and paid them monthly for the service if I could have gotten some help to keep an eye on my stuff and take care of it if anything happens.
Another problem I had with Lexington Law is they did stuff, but it took two years. If they just contracted with somebody to say, "We'll do this for you and we're gonna charge you this amount of money," I would have paid it. However, they took their time and did everything so slowly that, however much money they got for me, I would have paid them upfront if they just got it done. For me, the cost wasn't that big of a deal, but for somebody else, it might be. It was worth it to me.

However, I no longer continued with Lexington because I didn't know if they were continuing to challenge some of the things that may not be able to fall off, like a Chapter 13. I don't think that's gonna come off until it reaches the maximum time, which is 7 to 10 years.
I got all my credit stuff together, but I kept seeing the same amount remaining. I had things that were still under there that wasn't being taken off, and I said I'd just work on it by paying things off. Overall, Lexington Law helped build my score up, and if I ever need to rebuild or work on my credit score again, I'll definitely give them a call.

Lexington Law did some work for me and they were getting paid every month. There was money coming out of my account, but I eventually canceled their services because they were taking way too long. They recently charged me, which I was pissed about. Nevertheless, instead of sending all of my disputes at once, they did two or three and it seemed to take forever. I'm not saying that they do bad work or that they don't do results, but it took a long time and I think that that was done on purpose to get more money from me. I can't prove it, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out when you know the time limits of doing disputes with creditors and having them research things. Things could have been done quicker. I expected six months to a year, but when I was with them for well over a year and things weren't even half done, then I had this feeling.

10 Years ago I was forced into bankruptcy when the markets turned. My score went all the way to the Bottom of the chart. A couple of years ago I engaged Lexington Law to help me get negative Items off my credit report as soon as I could. They have a dogged approach and do not give up on any accounts. I also had to do my part and follow their guidance. 23 Items have been removed across three credit agencies. One missed payment from Citizens Bank, from several years ago is all that remains. They are stubbornly hanging on to my ONE missed payment.
Now my score is back up to 775. YAY! I also had Identity theft protection. I have downgraded my coverage to a small monthly maintenance fee of $24.95 to keep my continuous I.D. Theft protection of 1 Million Dollars. I feel I have a good safety net. We can keep checking back on the one account left. Someday they will forgive me! I recommend Lexington Law to everyone I know who wants to improve their credit, and protect themselves from ID Theft.

Jesus was my contact in customer service. He went above and beyond and showed compassion and empathy during a trying time in my life. He made it a pleasant experience. Lexington Law found more issues with my credit than I ever knew existed. They uncovered some interesting and bizarre issues and got right to work on it. They were able to improve my score more than they had originally suggested and it was them who reminded me to stay up to date. I received updates regularly and they were at work diligently. I would receive monthly, if not more often, informational updates always with positive news.
They helped me feel human and released me from being trapped under incorrect bad credit and penalties. They made all my worries far less overwhelming and I am now on an even playing field when it comes to credit and financially dependent aspects in my life. What a blessing to have found them. And they were far more affordable than I ever thought possible!!! I recommend them to anyone I know in my situation.

I came to Lexington Law several years ago with some credit issues. They were good in researching, reviewing, and helping get things removed I had failed at previously - and I'm pretty solid at following directions. They also have tools available to deal with other things like inquiries which I have used periodically. They fixed my problems inside of 4 months but I have kept a minimal subscription membership going because you never know what can happen and I didn't want to start over from scratch.
Lexington Law is the only company I recommend and despite the legal issues in August, I am still keeping them - what they faced in my estimation was very minor. I was advised up front about up front money due and I was fine with that - the faster I can get the money paid and the engine going the better. I had no issue with the billing practices and there's never been an issue EVER. Credit is a LIFELONG thing and I'm glad I can log in to Lexington any time to look, grab some inquiry tools (because not EVERYONE discloses or gets your consent to run your credit!) and know they are available if I need assistance. The peace of mind I feel with that is beyond incredible.

Thank you for contacting Lexington Law Firm. Occasionally, a creditor may re-report an item that has been previously deleted by the credit bureaus. This generally happens if a creditor or debt collector fails to verify the information being challenged within the 30- to 45-day time frame that credit bureaus have to conduct their investigation of a consumer dispute, which in our experience often applies to requests for validation. If the creditor fails to verify within this period, sometimes the creditor will remove the negative item, then report it again once it is verified. In the event that negative information is re-reported, you may re-challenge the item. Lexington has additional methods for re-challenging specific negative items known as escalation letters. Please contact us with any further questions or concerns that you may have regarding re-challenging a specific negative item.

I started out interested in this service because of 4 negative accounts I had. I wanted to see if they could help with anything to try and get the negative remarks off my credit. On the initial call I got all my questions answered and ended up signing up for a 6 month service. I specified I only needed a short timeframe due to the little bit of work I needed done.
After signing up they told me they sent multiple letters to credit bureaus and creditors. After 3 months of waiting and nothing happening I decided to just take matters into my own hands and work things out to get my credit fixed. I was able to get a couple things fixed and Lexington Law claims they did it. I never once saw any pieces of mail that they sent. Not one of the creditors they sent mail to sent me or them any info about the legal obligations they had to make sure info is accurate.
I ended up talking with someone and expressed my frustrations with the whole process. That was right before the 6 months was up and I never heard from them again. Fast forward 2 years and come to find out they have been charging me $150 a month for months and months without my knowledge or permission. I have called multiple times and I am always told that someone will be reaching out to me. It has been over 2 months since I have tried to get this fixed. This last time I called I was informed my account was blocked now and they can’t see anything. Sounds fishy. The rep then proceeds to give me a phone number to call and I repeat the number verbatim and confirmed. Then I dial and it says not a valid number.
Stay away from these crooks. They are not ‘for the people’ type of business. They are just in it to make money off unfortunate people in bad situations. I also was bombarded with Voicemails begging me to sign an agreement that they legally were supposed to have signed but oopsies, they never had me sign anything initially. Then offering me services for $100 off a month. I’m sure they can find my calls.

Of the 11 hacks, 10 companies were cooperative working with me. Lexington Law records at their end do not match the edits I made as I went along that I see on my account webpage. I have called just about every month to make the edits AGAIN, and this morning the rep read back information directing LL to not do anything on several cases which is opposite AGAIN to what I was reading.
In particular, one matter where the credit company refused to address their computer error (documented cause), LL has not acted on for a year. Documentation and email history has been provided but nothing has been done. Today I have been cut off by both computer and humans, gotten to a human who supposed made the change to what their files should read, but I cannot get confirmation. Bear in mind I have tried to make corrections for the past year. I asked to escalate, and was told no one was available and I could not get a contact number or email. This has been over 3 hours. I am writing this while on hold, again. Total waste of time and money.

Updated on 06/10/2023: I received an email today June 10, 2023, that Lexington Law Firm has filed a Chapter 11. So correct me if I am wrong. Shouldn't I receive a refund for their bad practices. As a Paralegal myself this company has frauded people to pay for their bad practices and debt. Whoever contracted this Law Firm should be compensated for every dime that was on autopay with this Law Firm. Please stand with me to complain and put them out of business. They should not be allowed to practice this unethical behavior for a Law Firm. They are hired to help repair your credit as their contract says and not to take your money without making any changes to your credit report.
Original: Before covid my credit score was over 650, my credit score was very good. I had used Lexington Law in the past and decided to use them again even though they were not helping to raise my credit score in the past, I wanted to see if anything about the company had changed. Recently, I decided to give them another try, only to figure out they made my credit score worst. My credit score did not improve. It stayed in the 400-500 as before when I used them in the past. My credit score never went up past 525, just like years ago things stayed on my credit report to the point of filing bankruptcy in 2009. The things on my credit report that Lexington Law should have been trying to remove were bills that were more than 10 yrs old. As of today June 2023, all they have done was to continue to charge my bank card or charge my bank card late when it was set up on autopay.
In the month of March, the payment never came out so I waited. In April of 2023, the payment came out plus a late fee. I canceled on April 25, 2023, due to the inconsistency of charging me for their error. So on June 4, 2023, they charged me again after sending multiple emails that the autopay was canceled and no payment was going to come out due to speaking with a representative at the Lexington Law. I sent several emails regarding this conversation only to get a response that they would not refund me because they had been working on my credit repair. I canceled due to their error and not helping improve my credit score. As a matter of fact, my credit score went down as they were doing what they were doing.
I would encourage you not to use Lexington Law for any credit repair because they do not help. As for the people who said Lexington Law helped them I truly don't believe that because I have dealt with them more than once time. If you need credit repair just do it yourself. Contact the creditors and make your own arrangements to settle the bill but don't use them. They like to take your payments and not help to change anything about your credit. Also the things on my credit report are still there and no dispute was done to reflect they did anything at all. Good luck if you think they can help, I will never use them again.
Thank you for sharing your frustrations with us. We follow all laws regulating the credit repair industry and work hard for our clients.

Credit scores are constantly changing because they are made up of five main factors: (1) payment history, (2) amounts owed, (3) length of credit history, (4) types of credit in use and (5) new credit. If any of these factors change (examples are paying off a credit card, getting a new negative item, applying for a new line of credit or adding a new positive line of credit) this can affect your credit score.

Wow - this is the first time I've legitimately felt scammed by a business. All they do is send the 'challenges'. You yourself have to respond to any inquiries from banks and agencies. For $139 a month, you would expect a little more hand-holding. They have paralegals available on weekdays - who are nice people - but are trained moreso to keep you on the subscription service rather than actually resolve your issue. What put me over the edge is after I expressed my displeasure, they said they would keep me on a reduced rate of $25/month since I only had 1 negative mark. Instead, I was charged $114 which is a $25 discount. WOW totally **. STAY AWAY!!!

There is a misrepresentation of what can be accomplished, the timeline, and the cost. There are hidden costs and also no real communication except standard generalized emails. There is a recurring cost so please keep close eye and do what is necessary to speak to an actual person. Once they get your attention even if overpromising, they don't really care because by the time you realize they can't really help you they would have gotten multiple installment payments and then the value you get is nonexistent.

I monitored them and that’s said they were starting a resolution and it stayed the same way for 6 months, nothing was done at all. I took pictures every month on the status and it stayed the same. Always said in progress and that was it. I had only 1 derogatory mark on my credit and it was from when I was in a car wreck and I sued the company that hit me and they never paid for the hospital bill. This bill was the responsibility of the company that hit my truck and they never paid it.
So I use Lexington to repair or dispute this but they kept taking my money every month and never did a damn thing. That’s not the worst of it. I canceled today, it’s not even April yet, today is 3-31-23 and they are still charging me for April and still have not done a damn thing. They are a rip-off, stay away. They will not give a damn about you and just take your money like they did me. I’m going to call another attorney on Monday to see if I can do something about this, they provide no service whatsoever and never got a damn email telling me what they were doing for my case. If you read my previous reviews on different companies, you'll only find high-rating praising reviews, mostly aimed at commending an individual's performance within that company. I don't even bother to review products. I only review people--to help the people getting reviewed. In this case, though, I need to write a negative report--in order to help people. Not the ones being reviewed--but the unsuspecting ones who may get eventually confused & tricked.
I'm a licensed attorney in good standing--although working in a different state outside the law field. I signed up with Lexington Law in order to correct some inaccurate info on two former accounts. When I opened the credit report they'd prepared, or rather concocted, for me, I got appalled: My score was one point lower than the lowest of all three of my scores on that date. And it showed privately settled accounts with no court involvement at all as "public records". Is that how they do their job--by removing so-called "public records" that never existed in the first place? Still I don't know how they'll respond tomorrow, Monday, 03/13/23. I'm not posting this out of disgruntlement. I'd rather move on--but I wouldn't feel at peace with my conscience if I didn't warn others.

First, I think they charge too much to REALLY HELP YOU. I agreed to sign up end of January I believe. I tried setting up my account via the link I was given, and it kept failing. I reached out, via email, to the woman I originally spoke with, Melanie, and she ignored me. I tried contacting her more than once. She no longer had an interest. In my opinion, her only concern was signing someone up. As I type, she still never has responded. NEVER. I received a response from a Christine B. on February 6th saying it would be canceled. She said I'd be charged for any work done. In a week??? Lol. They've done nothing for me. I can't even get anyone there to respond to me and they hang up on me. Also my phone wouldn't stop ringing. Every time I actually answered, they'd hang up on me. So I stopped answering. Should have ended there and my account canceled.
My experience: Lexington Law would call me. When I picked up, I was hung up on. They don't answer emails. They try to find something to justify keeping money or to charge you. I'm not sure if this is why... but I had really aggressive cancer. After years in the HR field I had to go on disability. Big difference in income. I feel I wasn't a priory client bc I wanted the least expensive plan. I have been made to feel that I'm treated worse bc of this. Had I chosen a more expensive plan, MAYBE they'd treat me better? That's how I feel I've been treated.

When they called me for the third time to ask why I cancelled, I told them the same thing I told the others. My score went up because of me, not you. I was paying off cards and my score went up. That's how it works. I called the creditors to make sure the report was removed, not LL. The last guy cut me off and said, "well your score still went up regardless." Then had the audacity to try and see if I would like to come back. I laughed to myself. Anyway, I'm sure this will get a response like, "every case is different", or, "Please contact whoever." Why? You have my money. Just go away now.

Waste of money. They haven't done nothing. Going on 6 months now. They will drag out long as possible. I'm about to post on every social media post and credit repair forum I can find. Rip off, That's as real as it gets. They get the simple accounts off that are considered to be ireliviate. Go ahead, waste your money.

I was very impressed to find out things I didn't know about my credit score and the 3 agencies. Old debts, questionable debt, etc. The gentleman was professional and to the point! He understood my circumstances and assured me he was able to help. Thank you.
We appreciate you sharing your experience so far. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please let us know.

Months later. Nothing done. 1 account removed. Nothing special. Could of done myself. They drag out as long as possible. And don't wanna close case when you communicate with them. You might as well just give your money away, 'cause that's all you're doing. Promise! Take my for it, or don't. Real as gets!

My wife and I had the same, simple credit issue--a mistake by a 3rd party that caused our credit to fall from the 800s down to the 600s. After more than 2 years Lexington Law (LL) totally failed in their meager attempts to correct our credit. LL sends out request letters to the offending party then the offending party sends out the same form letter saying "They don't have enough information." We've gotten dozens of the same form letter yet LL sends out their same request letter. It's "Groundhog Day." Isn't the definition of crazy if one does the same thing over and over expecting a different result? LL needs to come up with a different plan, yet they don't. We CANNOT recommend Lexington Law to anyone.

I’ve already recommended at least 4-5 family members to Lexington Law. My score was at 400 due to bills and collections I was in at the start of 18 years old. I was never truly taught about credit scores. My friend did his research and found Lexington law. When I hired Lexington law it was the best decision I could’ve made. Their customer service is spectacular. They were so patient, understanding and really well trained in communicating with their customers. They explained so much to me and helped me understand everything. The actual person who worked my case was amazing as well. In the end they gave me advice and my score went from 400 to 730.. I am currently at 730 something and it’s ALL thanks to Lexington law. If your credit is bad and you need to fix it and don’t know where to start. Lexington law is the place to go. I will continue to tell anyone and everyone who has bad credit to go here.

Lexington Law contacted my mother, who is bi-polar and has frequent episodes. Despite how very obvious it is when speaking to her, they opened an account for her for a subscription cost of $139.95 per month. She has no memory of opening the account. She didn't complete the paperwork for the account and they still continue to bill her. I have aided her in closing the account but they refuse to refund any of the fees collected for their unethical business practices. Clearly, they do not have anyone's best interests in mind, except their own.
Thanks for reaching out. If you have power of attorney on her account or can be available when communicating with us, we would be happy to look in to the account further. If you would like to DM us your contact information, we can have a representative reach out.

After months of paying, I haven’t seen any changes in repair of credit. Nothing has been removed or changed. My score went up because I paid my existing credit cards off or down. If I see any credit repair I will update this review.

Very much a sales operation, no real engagement with your case or customer service. There's nothing they do you can't do on your own. And when you try to cancel for lack of progress or activity or updates, they kick the can and tell you to just be patient, keep renewing. Feels like they're bilking an already-vulnerable population.

They are a for profit business. They will take their time and do things extremely slowly to take advantage of the people who need their services the most. People with bad, low, fair credit will try and use this service but don’t expect many results as they will keep leading you on.

Great credit repair team worth the money. They did what they said they were going to do and still is. I thought at first it was a rip-off, I was so surprised that it wasn't because most of the time they are but Lexington law is legit.
Thank you for your positive words—we really appreciate the time you took to write such a detailed review.

They charged people for nothing. You will not see any improvement on your credit. I got this service for four months. Nothing happened to my credit report. They charged me every month for nothing. I don't like it at all. It is waste of money.
