    When I've learned about Lexington, it was the first time I've ever heard of anybody doing credit repair. I felt comfortable. Lexington Law was a pretty good company. The application was not too long. I paid $99 to get started and they got all of my removals removed.

    I've gotten a couple of things paid off and satisfied since starting the program. There are some things that Lexington Law is trying to work on because I had co-signed some different car things for my grandchildren. Lexington Law submitted some forms to the companies to try to get it off my credit report now that it was satisfied and to expedite that happening. A couple of them came to pass. But I'm still working on things. Lexington Law has been very helpful to me. They constantly correspond with the creditors and let them know the situation at hand. They are also constantly trying to get the creditors to come alongside and get the things off of your credit history.

    I've been with Lexington Law for 15 years now. When I first heard an advertisement about it, I was having some problems with some fraud with my credit. I got in touch with them, and the application process was easy. They told me what they were about, and I signed up for it. They set me up with an account, got into my files and helped me straighten some things out. They kept me updated through emails and told me where they were at, and they took care of it. It took about a couple of weeks for them to get it all cleared up, and I've been paying my monthly membership fees ever since.

    I looked up Lexington Law on the internet and read about everything they were doing. Then I called and talked to a consultant. I told them I needed them to work on my case and their application process was very easy. I filled out everything and send it back to them. Then I did the e-signing and I was done in about 20 minutes.

    Their reps keep me abreast with what they're doing. They'll email me and send me a text. I can also go to Lexington Law Firm and read everything that they have done. Then I read what they've done and what they've had to charge off the people. I can also send files in.

    Overall, Lexington Law Firm is great and they have cleared out a lot of things for me. There's also a lot of things that they cleared out that I didn't even know about, because I didn't really check my credit history. I got three of my family members to start using Lexington Law as well because they're doing excellent work for me.

    Lexington Law called me because of my credit history. I had made mistakes in my credit and so far, they've been helping me. My credit's been coming back up. They've been handling all the things that I basically let go and stopped paying. I'm down to maybe 11 things that are left to handle. My credit's back up to 600-some, when it was down to around 400. I've talked to my daughter about it and she thought it was a good idea when I had said about it to get hooked up with them. Their pricing was good for me.

    I heard about Lexington Law on the internet and reached out to them for help fixing my credit. I signed up with my information and filled out a form. The process was easy.

    I did receive a check from Lexington Law about a lawsuit. It was a federal government suit, a class action. I didn’t understand it. I’ve always felt they provide good service, so it didn’t make sense to me. As a matter of fact, they helped me clean up my credit report.     My son-in-law was in the military and he told me about Lexington. I had some discrepancies on my credit report that was concerning that's why I reached out to them.

    Everything has to be done by email now. Sometimes when I call them, it takes a while to get to the right person that I need. But for the most part, everything that I've needed, they do fulfill.

    They've done a lot of discrepancies that I had. And one of them happened to be Cage Jewelers that kept telling me I missed a payment, but I didn’t. I make my payments every month, and Lexington had to send them letters to prove it. So far, it's been excellent with Lexington.

    Lexington Law has been fantastic. I got them to remove bad marks on my credit. They helped me fix up my credit about seven years ago. I had really bad credit because of hospital bills that I didn't know I have, because I forget things. But they found them, made a deal to where they would never exist. I paid them off all at once. And the only downside of it, which they didn't tell me is that my credit history would not be as old because it would reset.

    They started giving me options. They started telling me what they would be able to do and how it would be easier for me to pay them to do it themselves than for me to do it myself. All I have to do is pay $30 a month and they will do this to as many creditor companies that I want them to.

    Now I was technically qualified to buy a semi-truck, but I ended up not doing it. I have the credit score. It was all thanks to the fact that Lexington fixed my credit. I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't know rules and regulations.

    One of my friends had a really, really bad credit, worse than mine. I gave him their number and he got it. He paid the membership fee. Everything was going great. And after a little while, when his credit score went back to being decent, and he was starting to build it, he canceled the subscription with Lexington. He said when he dropped the subscription because he didn't have a need for that anymore, somehow he said that his delinquent credit stuff came back onto his credit history. And I find that questionable because I don't know how that works.

    In my case, I haven't cancelled my subscription with Lexington. I just took the lowest one because I keep making purchases that are not the smartest. And I'm afraid that my credit score is gonna drop at some point. And just in case, I have Lexington in my back pocket just ready to unleash on the credit bureau.

    Lexington Law was able to take my credit score from a 497 to a FICO score of 776 in a matter of 12 months, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I was able to see 64 negative times removed from my three credit reports combined. Most of my debt and negative items were older, but some had re-aged themselves, making the debts appear fresh on my report. Lexington Law’s process was able to rid my credit of all of these. My payment history, derogatory, and credit utilization are all now excellent. We were able to refinance the cars at a better rate and we will close on a home our family needs and deserves soon, and it’s all thanks to Lexington Law and the awesome job they do!

    I have used them 3 times this time. I was happy with the results but I can’t see what they did with anything I had on my credit report and the payment system is messed up And I did get a notification from someone saying that they owed me money back but I didn’t get the check.

    My ex-husband was using Lexington Law and I've seen what they did for his credit. I knew that it works. And so, after my divorce, I thought I'll give them a try. I was trying to improve my credit and get all the debt from my divorce and people using my name off my credit. It wasn't bad enough to file bankruptcy.

    The process was very simple and didn't take long at all. They update me a lot. Once a month, I get the credit update and they keep me informed of what's happening. That's one thing they do that’s very good. They keep me in the loop. They're also easy to get ahold of, maybe a two-minute wait at the most, and I always get to talk with a paralegal. Very easy. If I cannot pay one month, I can either make half a payment or pause it. It's another good thing about them. And they gave me a free month. They've been so good and they work with me.

    I would recommend Lexington Law because I've seen them work with my own eyes. And if you have somebody sign up, they get a big discount. They don't have to make the $139 payment. I'm out of the "Poor" this month. My credit has been down since September. I just signed up with Lexington Law two months ago, and

    I’m into "Good" now. Almost 600. They've taken off two little things. But now, they're working on the major stuff and when it's done, my credit is supposed to jump 40 points. So, I really won't need them that long. But I'll keep them as they keep doing their job.

    I've been a Lexington Law customer for about 12 years. This is my fourth time signing up with them to clean up some stuff that showed up on my credit. They did a good job helping me the last three times. That’s why I came back.

    This time, I'm not sure what's going on, but it’s been five months and there’s no result yet. I don't know if they changed their policy. The first three times, I had stuff start deleting from my credit within 60 days. I'm hoping they get to work because it's expensive.

    The guidance is good, and they’re on it. However, you can never get ahold of anybody from Lexington Law anymore. Everything is through chat and AI, which is a bummer 'cause I don't know if I’m talking to a human or a computer. I ask one question, but they answer with something that’s not pertaining to my case. They're all general answers. I have sent them an email but it has not been answered yet.

    I wish Lexington Law would go back to the old ways where there's a one-on-one conversation. I could call the paralegal and talk. Maybe that's the reason why there's no result anymore. But I'm not giving up on them yet. They're a good company.

    Some of my family members were going through with Lexington Law, which got me started with them. I've been with them for about a couple of years now and it was an easy process. In the beginning, I saw a lot of work being done. But it has slowed down. I'm trying to stick with the program to see if I'm gonna decide to keep them or not. The customer service is basic and doesn't know too much. You have to talk with one of the lawyers or the ones who actually do the work on your account.     Lexington is awesome. My credit was bad for a while and when I got it, I saw an improvement within three months. I talked to somebody who gave me advice on making payments and they even got my repo off. Right now, I have nothing on my credit to the point where I have to get a credit card to prove that I'm paying something to pay them. Lexington was able to get everything off in under two years. I've had a good experience with and still use them. I pay $25 a month just to make sure everything's good and that all of my new payments are up to date or if something goes into collections. If anything comes up later on, I have that option to talk to them and go from there.

    The Lexington app is cool and lets you know right away what’s going on. I have a car payment now, and it’s in the app once it’s done, so I could see it. The app shows everything that’s going on. Even if you don’t see changes on your report right away, the app tells you what letters are being sent, when there’s a response, and when another response is needed. So you can clearly see that the work is being done. They update more than other companies, where I could see that with other companies, you won't hear from them. Lexington keeps in touch with the app. They are always there for me.

    Even when I was paying a lot, they’d call me and offer to lower my price from $100 down to $75, then $50. A college loan popped up when they were fixing everything, and they may still be working on that. I also had an ex who ruined my credit and Lexington wrote letters and fought for me. When I started, my score was 500 and now, it’s 663. I've recommended them to multiple people and one of my friends is using them now. My friend, who recommended me to Lexington, fixed his credit in a year, which is how I heard about it. His best friend was using Lexington and was working on getting a house, so he was trying to build his credit. And when I was explaining my situation, he told me I need to get on Lexington Law.

    I just saw all the work. I've never heard of anyone who used them and said they haven't seen anything. Lexington impressed me. I was thinking they probably won’t help, but I signed up for five years anyway. Now I tell people, even from New York or Florida, to call Lexington. They’ve got the whole thing figured out.

    I've not one time regretted getting experts in to help me. I was losing the identity theft, credit reports, and money management battles. Raised my score 100+. From their Facebook ads they said they sent out over 70 million disputes. Attorneys in such a more unique practice with the Firm's skill and assets made me comfortable to hire them.     I signed up for Lexington Law credit repair. I found a better company I cancel within two days. They charge $139 and $19.99. They refund back 19.99 but never refund 139. They say they don't have records of that charge. Well I do. They are stealing money from customers.

    I’ve used Lexington Law twice within the past 3-4 yrs. They do remove items off your credit report. It is a bit expensive. I believe it’s went up to $130 a month. My issue is after 6 months or more those items removed are put back on your credit report. I’ve reached out to them to try to understand. I have never received a response.

    My debt situation got worse, unfortunately. They threw me under the bus and kept charging me to settle with my creditors. Eventually, I wised up and found me a better service. Treeofalpha.01 on Signal app is way better. I got out of debt with a one payment settlement for less deal with Tree's help through Radius Global. Thank God I was able to do this; I finally got debt-free and am now back to an excellent credit rating.

    10+ years ago, I used Lexington Law and saw results each months as progress was made. So, more recently, when I needed help again, naturally I went back. I've been a customer for about 8 months now and only 1 item has been removed. Thing is, that 1 item was removed a couple of months ago, and then re-added the following month, so I'm waiting to see if the same will happen again. The only improvement this time that I've seen has been the results of my own actions. I know credit repair can take time, but I'm seriously reconsidering where to direct my money.

    Especially since Lexington hasn't even been able to get old data off my report that shouldn't be there. And, when I contacted them regarding a question I had about how a particular aspect of credit repair works, they wouldn't answer - literally hung up on me. I would think at the very least a polite reason regarding why such a question couldn't be addressed would have been appropriate. They used to provide far more customer service than they do now. It's really unfortunate to see.

    I have used Lexington in the past and it was helpful however about a year ago I contacted them about a credit issue. I paid them for months and didn’t receive anymore credit letters.     Lexington Law tried for me during my journey to excellent credit rating. It took a while but at least they got one negative item off my report that helped my credit score improve by 22 points. The most was done by the famous credit savvy David at gmail.com. His methods took my score from 562 to 802 within a month. He helped me pay off my debt by settling for less. Now I’m debt free and starting to buy investment properties while maintaining stellar credit score. Value for money! I learned a lot of financial tips and tricks from this guy.

    They fell off in my opinion. Six months with Lexington Law and zero improvement to show for it. I had to start my research all over again. I found help with ** aka ** on IG.     MINUS ZERO STARS. Whoever is giving Lexington Law five star must work for the company. I've been paying Lexington Law for 4 months, my credit score never improved. Waste of money. Lexington Law contacts creditors who don't respond. They keep charging you while you wait for a response. But Lexington Law knows that if the creditors don't respond, more than likely you owe the debt. You continue to pay knowing that you will never get a response from the creditors, But Lexington Law tells you should continue to fight the debt. Don't be misled. $140 is $140.

    This was my first time ever paying for someone to fix my credit. The first month payment was told to be a fee. The second month 5 removals was done that boosted my score up 20 points. The other 6 months nothing has been moved or touched. So when I requested a phone call from a paralegal she stated that she could only see documents I sent in June. I literally upload every credit report and documents every month when requested so you mean to tell me that I'm continuously submitting documents every month even did settlements myself and debt in documents to show for me to be told they are not getting the documents on top of that.

    They are reporting two accounts that I personally got deleted after making settlements. I was then told they have not updated my account to reflect current reports since June. It's is now December going on January. I have spent over $800 for what? 20 points! I do not recommend this company at all. The worse experience ever.

    They continue to charge even though I stopped my account with them the same day it was made. I have contacted them on multiple occasions over the last few months. They have confirmed I did cancel. Yet I continue to have this problem. It's been four months. Each month they charge me $25, $33.57 then twice for $140. I have tried blocking the payments. I have contacted them, as I have said. They refunded me $19 one time. I will be sending out yet another email, calling AGAIN, and contacting the bank. I can't even sign into an account, as it was CANCELED and no longer exists. This was confirmed over the phone and in their chat feature in September TWICE.

I had to talk to multiple people to cancel but it was done. I paid $420, nothing was done.     I'm on my 3rd month at $140 a month, premium tier. They've sent letters in my first month and only sent updates around the end of the month when another payment was close to coming out. The updates are more frequent now, but nothing has changed. I called and they escalated my account. But why do I have to call after 60 days to receive any movement on my account? After paying my 3rd month they sent me a letter for ME to fill out and Notarize, and to have ME send to the creditor? Why am I paying for a service, if I have to do the leg work?

    I could've easily downloaded a sample letter online and sent it on my behalf and saved over $400. I would not recommend this service. The creditor actually responded and the update showed Lexington analyzing the response for 2 months? Going into month 4, pretty sure nothing will change. It will be my final month. Looks like a waste of funds and time. I'll submit the letter they should be submitting on my behalf. And continue to call and follow up with my fingers crossed.

    I hired this company for 3 things on my credit report that should have been handled quickly. One was a false charge/stolen identity. Another was I returned an item to a retailer...has a return receipt and was still billed for the item. And lastly a dentist office billing me for services not received. In a matter of a year I was charged more by Lexington Law than the 3 accounts would have been to pay off and nothing was removed or disputed.

    I regret ever signing up for Lexington Law. They make it very difficult to cancel and it is very difficult to call them directly. They offer a call schedule which is normally 2 weeks out. You can fix your credit score yourself without wasting your money on Lexington Law. I don't see any value in all of the money I spent with Lexington Law.

    I very much appreciate the credit repair service through Lexington Law. This is the 2nd time I have used this service to clean up my credit report. Working with creditors and credit bureaus can seem daunting and time consuming. Lexington Law challenges creditors to accurately repot to credit bureau's, and may challenge the credit bureau's to expedite removal of events. My credit report score increased with the work they have done.     These people are awful and ineffective. Most of the reviews on here look fake. I hired them and after paying a few months of their service they did absolutely nothing, I called a few times and complained about the lack of results and then they fired me as a customer and refused to give me a refund. So overall, I paid them money, they wasted my time and then got rude and abusive instead of helping as they promised. For the first call, they had someone in the US, onshore, with good manners etc, then it's India all the way, and you have to deal with people that have little training and they repeat scripts without listening. Stay away!

    They aren’t worth the waste of time and money. We had two timeshare collections that we needed to remove in order to qualify for a home loan. They promised to achieve this goal but failed. Refund was not made. I could have saved money if I heard about the new credit h4cker guy named h4xcreditsolutions on IG. He removed both collections within 2 weeks. Results on my credit report was outstanding.

    I am FAR FROM getting the results I was hoping for. The Customer Service is lackluster, at best. The creditors STILL CALL and bother you. If this is truly a Legal Firm, they would advise creditors that harassment by phone call or email, is prohibited while your case is being handled, legally. That obviously never took place. My credit report is just inching along when they claim to get dramatic results within 30 days. It's been 120 days...They take their $$...but, no measurable results. Try another way to repair your credit...This isn't the best..!!

    In years past, I sought to better my credit score while serving actively in the armed forces. During my time with Lexington back then, I had a wonderful experience which not only boosted my confidence, but my credit score as well.     The application process with Lexington Law was easy. The experience was all right, but it was slow. And any time I had talked to somebody, they kept trying to sell me more. I did not like that. That was another reason why we got rid of them. They wanted me to keep sticking around and keep buying more services. It got annoying. Customer support was also annoying. I had to go through a text message process first. Calling was impossible. I'd rather talk to a human than a text message. There were a couple of times I couldn't afford to pay them because they were expensive. They would offer a fee just to stop it. Then I would have to pay a monthly fee, and then I could start it back up whenever, if I wanted, unless I wanted to completely get rid of them. I did completely get rid of them.

    Other than that, once I did get to talk to a human, they were very friendly. The program is very easy, and they did exactly what they said that they were gonna do. I just had to be patient. As far as the outcome, my credit score is up about 120 points. That took about two and a half years, but they really helped out. I went through a divorce and these credit bureaus were attacking me for my ex-husband's things and he was dead. These things were still hitting my credit after seven and a half years, so they took care of that and it was wonderful.

    I am having trouble because the cost was expensive. I noticed in the beginning how they were quick about getting certain things taken care of for me. My credit didn't need much help. It was to remove certain few negative things that could easily be removed. I didn't have any delinquent stuff. But they were able to get a lot of it done quickly.

    There were three things pending. But those same three things have been pending for the entire time that I had been with Lexington. And after everything else was taken care of, they still told me they're still pending. I said, “You got all this other stuff done so quickly. Why is it these three things are taking so long? You guys keep telling me you're gonna fix this. It's something simple. You guys took care of a little more difficult things, and now these things are taking well over six months.”

    I thought I was being taken for a ride after a while. What they are trying to fix is a lot easier than what they fixed before. It went well in the past six months, and after a while, they took off the discounts. It went back up to 179 monthly, and nothing was getting fixed. So, I paid and paid. After a while, I was, “I think now you're just taking my money.” I wish they were faster about fixing the littlest things instead of stringing me along.

So, my days and nights run together, and there were times that I needed to speak with somebody and I forgot, "Oh, it's Saturday or Sunday."     I stopped the service with Lexington Law about three months ago. From the beginning, my fee was way too high and I didn't need all the services that they got me in for. But after a while, I called and then they lowered the fee to where I was still getting everything and didn't have to pay twice as much. When I talked to the representatives from Lexington Law, most of them were very ignorant of the basics of credit. So, it was like 1 out of 10 knew something about the credit bureaus. It was really frustrating. What I got from them was I got to see my credit score for all that money I was spending. They claimed they were writing letters to the credit bureau, but nothing ever helped. So, I finally had to disengage from them.

    When I was with them for the first 30 days, I saw my credit report coming from Equifax, and they totally taken off everything. But when I would ask Lexington Law, they said, “Oh, we don't know why it happened.” So, I assumed that it was some previous letters from another company that I used right before them. But my reports in TransUnion and Experian stayed the same. Lexington Law could help depending on what's wrong with your credit report. They just couldn't help mine because it had some bankruptcies. They don't specialize in that. But if they knew they couldn't remove or help a bankruptcy, then they should let you know upfront.

Lexington Law was able to help facilitate and clear up certain things. I saw the changes in the derogatory marks or incorrect information that we placed within the first three months. They were good for what I needed. If I were to do it again, Lexington Law is the only company that I would use. I did the upper tier at one price. The only issue that I came across was a letter was sent to one of the companies and it cascaded to other cards that I had that were still active that I was still using.     I don't like Lexington Law because something got done for the first month but the rest of the two years, I feel like I got robbed. It took so long to get something off. If I'm paying Lexington Law two years' worth of payment, and I don't have that much stuff on my credit to get removed or handled, I feel like it was a waste of my money. I'm paying 100 and some dollars a month for two years for not even 10 items that was on my credit. I called. They were like, "Well, we handle the best way we handle, step by step." I'd tell others not to use it. They might as well use their money for their credit. I know a line of credit stuff now I'm on. Some of the same items I removed myself. So I'd tell them not to use it. It's a waste of time and money.

    I canceled with Lexington Law. I tried a few times and they would go down on the price. But then I check back the next month on my bank statements and they'll be back up to the higher price. I'd have to call and tell them I can't afford it, then they somehow talk me into just doing the cheaper plan and dragged it out for three years.     Applying with Lexington Law was easy and when they discussed the options, they were pretty thorough. They asked me what I was looking to do, then they figured out the right package for me. Once I achieved a certain amount of goals and removed a certain amount of negative items off of my record, we bumped the amount down accordingly to what it needed to be. Getting in contact with their reps was also fairly easy and they knew their stuff. They removed all of my negative items and I'd tell my friends to try them out. I would also tell them not to get discouraged if they don't see something right away. It takes time.

    It wasn't a horrible experience, but I expected more about the few things to take care of. It was all right for the dime. Lexington Law was helpful in some matters. They have a lot of sub lines under their fine details where it's not listed out. So, there are extra charges involved. People would not realize it. A lot of things they said were removed, were put back on my credit report and never taken off. So, they acted as if they removed a larger percentage but they did not. You'd have to follow up all the time because everyone would say they would do something but they wouldn't. That's why I called back several times to get them to do it.

    I’ve used them before. They helped out some older things that were rightfully be able to take it off. I could have done that myself. But I wouldn't file all the crap and would follow through it and do it over and over. It's helpful to have someone able to do that. But would I use them again? Probably not. I'm set with life after a few things. And I just was trying to see if they get a few things. But I'll just take care of that on my own legal matters and courts.

    The application with Lexington Law was about 30 minutes of speaking to someone on the phone. Because of their lack of communication, I'm no longer with Lexington Law. It started out fine. They would let me know each month what's going on. I was with them for almost two years. After the first year, it started to go every two months, three months, and then I wouldn't hear from them at all until I call in. I was like, "Are you guys even doing anything?" They just said, "Well, we could do some type of report to try to basically force the creditor to..." They're just trying to keep me on. I got tired of paying the money because I felt like it wasn't going anywhere. My credit boost is because of myself. They removed a couple things within the first seven months, but other than that, my credit has only been raised because of myself.

    I have some credit items I wanted Lexington Law to review or have a good look at that I didn't know how to approach and it was a simple process. They assigned somebody and then they would give you updates via email every 45 days. The only downside is it's pricey. But they removed some things that should have been removed and they were able to get them out. Because some of them were past the time frame is what they told me. Some things didn't come off of the reporting. It was a lot of older stuff when I was younger. So it boosted the score to where I needed to be. It’s good.

    I was satisfied with Lexington Law. My experience with them was good. The customer service was awesome. I knew what the service was for. They did their job. The only thing was it became redundant. So, I stopped my subscription with them because I couldn't afford the 24. I didn't see the point of paying that monthly fee for them just to send letters out. I will tell my friends that if they have the money to get them to do what they need, then Lexington Law will be the ideal place but if they were like me, and it was like pension money together, then I wouldn't recommend doing it. The price is okay for somebody that could afford it. I was just in a place where I couldn't afford it.

    Lexington Law was pretty helpful. Things went along good, then everything got to stagnant there for a while because anything that I had that I had paid for and should be closed was still showing as pending and I was having trouble getting a few things done. I told them that I spent all this money and my credit score was not coming up any. They said they'd look into that and next thing I know, they dug in a little deeper than what they were doing and things started coming around. There was also one hang up when they got busy and asked me to get some documents. But I told them that that was what I was paying them to do. Other than that, everything ran smoothly.

    I kept paying every month and they kept doing this, then they’d send me the notifications and I'd read them. Working with them took care of a lot of things that I didn't know how to do or have the time to spend to try to find out what to do. Because if you don't know something, you got to ask somebody or you got to fix that for yourself. And I didn't really have time for either one. In 2023, I bought a truck and I finally was able to get a loan. I paid on that a little bit and got it right for the first year. That was when I thought that I've got this and I didn't need their service anymore. Since then, I've bought a piece of land, I made me a purchase to build me a shop house, got a credit card and a bunch of other stuff. So I'm doing very well.

    I've been working with Lexington Law for over 10 years. I worked with them and I closed that file. I opened them again about between four and five years ago. I opened up another case so they could help me figure out what was going on. And they have me on a $25 premium payment every month. A year and a half ago, somebody called me and said, "We need to charge you 50." But I said, "Okay. Well, what are we doing?"

    I emailed Lexington Law two months ago and no one has called me. It's only through the site. No one calls me and talks to me about anything, and it's very frustrating. I work 10 to 12 hours a day. It's hard for me to respond or answer the phone calls or anything. But they know that I have an account and I have the app. And when I look at the app, there are no messages. There are no emails saying, "Hey, you got a message. Hey, this and that." There are alerts.

    I've been paying $25 and it went up to $50. I don't hear from nobody. So, I'm having a horrible experience. They said that there was something sent out on my behalf for whatever cases that I have. But nothing's getting anywhere. And there is still something registering on my credit file that may or may not even belong to me because I was a victim of identity theft. So, I feel like I'm just paying $50 for nothing. I sent a request to have my account terminated because they charged me one more time. And no one has responded to me.

    Lexington Law assists me with creditors that have either turned it into collections or trying to figure out how to get my credit away from the collections. They helped me out. They got 17 items removed. So, it's not like they haven't done over the years. But this is taking too long now. I'm paying out too much. If all I'm doing is paying $50 a month, for 12 months, that's $600, I should have just paid the guys off.

    I had to pay a certain amount of money before I could do it with Lexington Law. It was 100 and some dollars at that time when I first did it. They told me how the process was gonna work from A to Z. Every now and then, they took things off my credit. But I left because it was still lots of things that they couldn't get off. They would make the calls to try to get it off, but the other people would go back, use another name, and keep it on my name so I could never get them off my name. Lexington Law did what they had to do to keep me satisfied. But I still had to wait. They could do better on keeping in contact with the people after they paid off. They could also let them know what they could do to help them get that off their name.

    Over the years I had a fairly good relationship with Lexington Law. However, one department that Lexington Law has is a joke and that is their Escalation Department. I was signed up in their department and sent a letter to have it notarized. They sent the letter by an encrypted letter. I emailed them and told them I am having difficulty setting up an account. Do you think they care? NO! I even sent a letter of my own to look it over and get back to me. No response. This is what I call, PCS - Poor Customer Service! I asked to have the letter sent by Priority mail or Express mail and I would prepay for the service. Still no response.

    Lexington Law is amazing. I was using a more private company and initially, I felt it was gonna be a rough time to get started with Lexington Law, but it wasn't. It was really easy and they helped me out a lot. They did everything to get my credit back on track, but I had an issue towards the end of my time with them. By the time I got to August, I didn't need their service to do anything anymore, because they didn't have any more removals. I said, "Okay, cool. Can you guys change my fee just in case anything does come up?" They said, "Yeah, we're gonna change your fee instead of you having to pay 109.95 for our monthly window, you only have to pay 24.95", which I did.

    In May, my credit score was where I wanted it to be, and they changed the fee going back to May, so from May to August, they were only charging the $25. However, it went back to $109 in August. Something happened where my contract changed again, and they couldn't even explain it to me. They thought they needed to bill me 109.95, so suddenly, I was getting charged $109 every month as opposed to $25. I didn't notice that they changed my contract fee, but it was easy for me to call them. Still, it was a little alarming that that happened, and I kept on having to call. I said, "Guys, no one called me. No one let me know that you guys are doing this. So here we are. Can you please make these changes?" They ended up having to modify and they sent me a check in the mail.

    Their customer service was decent. When I was trying to get the money back, I would talk to one person, then that person wouldn't put a note in. When the next person would get on, they'd say, "What, this happened to you? Okay, we'll put a note in." I started calling them in August and I finally got my money back in December. Because they knew they made an error, they didn't fight me, but it took five months to get my money back.

    One of the things with Lexington Law is, I wish that there was more of a personalized involvement with them, but for the most part, they were good. They did what their service purports they do, which is minimizing a person's credit. People just have to stay on top of them about their fees and rates. Other than that, I have no complaints. I was thankful for what they did to help my credit grow and get better.

Their response is, "We're talking with creditors" and showed me no results other than being scammed out money for no reason. All they say is sign for this for money and sign up that service for more money and still did produce results for me. They are thieves, cheats and liars.

    Some time ago, because my credit has been stable for some time, I called Lexington Law about them continuously sending Ocwen, my mortgage company at the time, a rebuttal. When I first came to Lexington, I had breast cancer. I had filed a bankruptcy which I was late one mortgage payment. So, they kept going back at the mortgage company. It got to the point that the mortgage company sent me a stack of my payment. And out of all of them, that was the only one that I missed. It got on my nerves so I asked Lexington to stop sending them any inquiries about that. That was something that happened in 2012.

    A couple of years ago, when I called to discontinue the service, a representative told me to keep it at the $25 because if I didn't, it would open up a can of worms to my credit, and I would have a virus. Of course, I didn't want that. And this time, I happened to read about Lexington Law firm had been sued. So, I called to take the inquiry about the mortgage company off, we got to talking, and the representative said, “You've been at a good standing,” as far as my credit. I said, “I wanted to take you all off, but a representative told me that it will open up a can of worms.” She said, “No, it won't.” I said, “I wanted to discontinue.” They had an attorney call me, and I told him that I wanted to discontinue services because I was satisfied. That was the only problem that I had. Why would a representative tell me that? That's not right. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service that I got.

    Lexington Law seemed to have helped clean up my credit. But the process has changed. When I started this most recent time, it seemed simpler, and they described how they upgraded that process. And they wanted to charge me again because there was some disagreement at some point about the continuation, and they reinstated my thing without charging me. Their bureaucracy can be difficult to deal with sometimes. But mostly, they do things to my liking.

    For a year, there wasn't any change in my account. So, I just determined that I wasn't getting anything out of it. They wouldn't say, "There's four different or more levels." They would just tell, "You should start at this." They would not disclose all the information upfront. They would not try to educate me and tell me what my possibilities are. When they started me at the $130 level, and they dropped me down to the $60 level, and they dropped me down to $25 level, all of that was not, "You have all these options upfront." I kept saying, "This is affecting my budget. I have a lot of difficulty. I have to deal with all these issues." They could look at my credit and say, "You have this amount of things you have to deal with. So we recommend this level." Let us make the choice. I'd probably go with that level. It was only after months and months of problems that eventually, someone said something.

    Another issue I have about them is their billing. They claim that they're constrained by different things to have to do it a certain way, but they're one of the most inflexible companies. Everyone else, I'm able to pay daily, or in advance, but not Lexington Law. It has to be the way they say and it has to take it from my account the way it wants to. A bunch of times, I had a problem. My payment didn't go through. My bank was short. So, they assessed a fee. They would always reverse the fee, but I've had to learn how to deal with them. And, I've told them that the way they bill everything is not conducive to the way I do my stuff. Their services have got a lot more expensive than they were in the past.

    I have to call them and I have to go through this whole thing and the IVR system, which is not the most difficult, but I've spent hours and hours dealing with them. And sometimes, I had to escalate and I wanted an attorney to get back to me. It's a bureaucracy based in Arizona. It being a consumer agency, it's supposed to help consumers. A lot of them are consumers with problems. That's why they go to Lexington Law. But Lexington's approach from a business standpoint is to be aggressive and inflexible, which is ironic. They got me from wherever I was to 90% success, and it slipped back down to 86, and it took a good part of a year to get it back up to 90 again. That's where it has remained. The real changes occurred in the first year, and in the second and third. It was in '21 I started with them and I ended the relationship last month.

    The team from Lexington Law was good. I talked to an individual who got things rolling. Once I had the app on the phone, everything as far as communication was remote but they always took care of everything I needed them to take care of. They seem to investigate everything I asked them to do. I've never had an issue with them not doing anything that I wanted them to do. I had two different programs with them. Initially, I paid for their top-level service. They completed every task that needed to be completed within a year and a half. Then they contacted me a few months later and said, "Hey, we've gotten everything resolved. You no longer need to pay for the top-level service." So, they put me on a monitoring service where they monitor my credit and make sure everything's good to go. I have so many credit monitoring programs through various credit cards and banks that it was redundant. So, I canceled all services with them six months ago.

    The application process with Lexington Law was amazingly easy. I thought they want you to do a lot of homework for them and dig up some stuff, but it was really easy. They almost single-handedly did my credit. It was 675. It's about 815 now. It's amazing. There were old things on there that were years old and things on there that should have never been on there. When they got the disputes and the letters all sent, it got up to the high sevens. Once we got into eight, they kept it cleaned up and they watch out for it.

    Lexington did what they said they would do. It’s one of the very few companies that size where you can call on any day and get a person on the phone. Customer service with most big companies, they don't wanna give you a phone number. The last thing they wanna do is talk to you. They want you to get on their app. They want you to do your part. You can call Lexington any time. They're on the phone and say, “What do you need?” Then they help you. I've referred them several times to several people.

    They asked a lot of questions and there were personal questions over the phone but I never knew who I was talking to. They always said that they were representatives of Lexington Law. So I don't know. Paperwork-wise, a lot of the stuff that I gave the rep over the phone was very sensitive stuff. I was very uncomfortable. I would never give stuff like that over the phone. Since I did the program, I still have some stuff on my credit and it looks like I paid a lot more than they knocked off my credit. They always took payment and then I had to wait for the process and they were waiting for a contact letter or I would have to go out of my way to contact whomever they were supposed to contact to get stuff off my credit. I would not recommend them at all.

    When I spoke to the customer service rep, I was told that they would have my back and they would do their best to help me. The first fee was affordable, so I went with them. The application process was pretty easy. I called the 1800 number and spoke to a paralegal. We spoke about how much debt I owed and she told me how much it was gonna be, I told her that it was okay, and then I started the process. They reached out to me via email, and they sent mail telling me exactly what they were gonna do and what case they were working on. The app was very easy every time I got approval or they updated it. It was a little pricey, but I did it because I needed to get my stuff down at the end.

    I ended my contract this year and I've seen a tremendous improvement. I was able to open up my first credit card after they helped me. It was a great experience. From the person who answered the phone to transfer me to speak to someone, they had great customer service. If it was a little cheaper, I would have stayed with them because I could afford it. But that's a lot of chunk of money coming out with just one paycheck.

It's difficult for me to do anything online and to print stuff out and to mail stuff to forward it on to them. The worst part about it was when they had the wrong address for one of the letters that they sent. They needed me to forward the piece of mail that came back to me, and me being a truck driver and me not going home once every month or two, that is very difficult.

    The application process with Lexington was simple for the most part. When I signed up, they had an initial application fee of 100 bucks and then on a monthly basis, it was around $50. That was towards one of the higher classes. I had in mind to use my credit to start applying for loans and credit. But other than that, throughout the year, Lexington had the better promotions. So, as far as challenging different credit agencies or old collections, it was very straightforward. The outcome was good and I would work with Lexington again but it won't probably be for another year. It was easy to speak to the reps when I had questions.     The application process was simple, but Lexington Law needs to have people that clients can communicate with. The only way I could do anything was just to send a note via the message system and the online platform. That wasn't getting me anywhere, then I would talk to somebody who didn't understand what I was saying. So I canceled. I would have kept them and paid them monthly for the service if I could have gotten some help to keep an eye on my stuff and take care of it if anything happens.

    Another problem I had with Lexington Law is they did stuff, but it took two years. If they just contracted with somebody to say, "We'll do this for you and we're gonna charge you this amount of money," I would have paid it. However, they took their time and did everything so slowly that, however much money they got for me, I would have paid them upfront if they just got it done. For me, the cost wasn't that big of a deal, but for somebody else, it might be. It was worth it to me.

    The application process was professional, and the reps answered all the questions thoroughly. However, I no longer continued with Lexington because I didn't know if they were continuing to challenge some of the things that may not be able to fall off, like a Chapter 13. I don't think that's gonna come off until it reaches the maximum time, which is 7 to 10 years.

    I got all my credit stuff together, but I kept seeing the same amount remaining. I had things that were still under there that wasn't being taken off, and I said I'd just work on it by paying things off. Overall, Lexington Law helped build my score up, and if I ever need to rebuild or work on my credit score again, I'll definitely give them a call.

    Lexington Law did some work for me and they were getting paid every month. There was money coming out of my account, but I eventually canceled their services because they were taking way too long. They recently charged me, which I was pissed about. Nevertheless, instead of sending all of my disputes at once, they did two or three and it seemed to take forever. I'm not saying that they do bad work or that they don't do results, but it took a long time and I think that that was done on purpose to get more money from me. I can't prove it, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out when you know the time limits of doing disputes with creditors and having them research things. Things could have been done quicker. I expected six months to a year, but when I was with them for well over a year and things weren't even half done, then I had this feeling.

    Signing up with Lexington Law was easy. There was no hassle. When I had to contact customer support, whatever I call for was always taken care of. The only time I talked to somebody is when it was time to renew my stuff because they said the state recommends that they contact me before they go ahead and renew it.     I reached out to Lexington Law to see if they could assist with getting late payment removed from my credit reports as I wasn't successful myself. After 6 months of paid service, there has not been any movement. I tried for 2 years, so I am not surprised. I had an urgent matter with a Collection appearing for an account and company I have never heard of while my home loan is in underwriting. I was hoping that someone from Lexington Law would jump in and help me get this resolved ASAP before I risk my funding going away. I was told that my account only allowed them to contact a single credit bureau every 4 months. I tried to impress upon the representative how urgent this was considering my upcoming closing in February. The staff is pleasant, but for me, it just doesn't seem to have a good ROI.

    I have been with Lexington Law since March 2022 and it's been over 1.5 years, still I don't see any progress on my report. I still have 20 negative items. I am really disappointed that I have taken their service and spent over $1500 to work my credit report. They just send emails and simply sit, that's it, no guidance nothing from their end.     Helped me keep track of my credit score and alerted me to all activity. Also kept track of anything that could negatively affect me. My credit is clean and I continue to have a high score. I definitely recommend anyone who cares about their credit to use Lexington Law.

    No matter how complicated your situation is they will do whatever it takes. If you have a problem they will keep you up to date on everything. If you have a dispute on your credit report they will fight to get it fixed.

    After going through a bankruptcy, loss of employment and health problems. I thought my credit was shot beyond repair. But I took a chance on an internet search and ran into these guys. I am now happy to say that my credit score closer to 850 than it was when it was in the mid 600s to start with. Credit repair = Lexington Law.

    I spent over 1000$ for them to do nothing. I should have just paid off the debt I was put in. If you owe only up to 2k, just pay 200 a month towards that instead of them! They send mail and that’s all.
