Didn’t feel like writing letters and going through the process of trying to remove a cellphone bill that had gone to collections. The debt belonged to my deceased father of the same name. The debt was $303, I paid Lexington Law slightly more than that and after getting it removed from two reports it showed up a days after my last payment on another report under a new name but the same debt. Don’t be lazy like I was, take the time and utilize the free resources available.

I've used Lexington Law to help my credit score and eliminate some negligent items. I used their service for 6 months to find out they weren't able to reverse or correct any of the various negative items on my record. About $1000 has been charged for them to continually tell me the disputes have been submitted but no response, which was short of the many insinuations they gave me at the sales pitch. When I reach out to cancel or ask for a refund, they make it extremely difficult to reach a human representative, and even then they still fall short on their promises. Save your money and look for another service provider.

They went above and beyond to repair my credit and in such a short time they have improved my score and removed a lot of negative items. I'm going to continue next month on my service because I can't afford them this month due to emergency financial situation.

I used Lexington Law top premium service for $129 a month for 5 months. I had 8 negative items (3 actual negative items showing as 3 negative items on Bureau X, 3 negative items on Bureau Y, and 2 negative items on Bureau Z. Somehow Bureau Z didn't have one of actual negative item). After using Lexington Law's top service plan for $129 a month for 5 months, I ended up having 9 negative items. Eventually they let the Bureau Z to include missing negative item in their reports. I am a businessman and I am very reasonable and understanding of services or products when they fail, I am patient if they correct their mistakes, but with this company I totally felt the way they do business is really a scam. I felt responsible reporting this companies' scam business model. There are serious other businesses who guarantee or refund policy if they cant do improvement in 3 months.

Before I talked to him I felt like my life was falling apart and there was nothing I could do about it. I felt AJ actually cared and wanted to help me. After talking to him I felt like I was going to be ok.

Lexington Law says they're trying to fix your credit, but all they're doing is withdrawing your payments without any results. When you call and complain they give you $50 off two month payments. Then it's back to months of no results! P.S. can someone allow me to rate ZERO STARS PLS.

Terrible experience, told me I can cancel within 5 days, I called the very next day to cancel, couldn’t get ahold of anybody, I’ve sent emails no response, I even changed /updated my debit card info so they won’t take my money, lady finally called on the 5th day and cancel my plan said I wouldn’t be charged, the next day they went in my account and my old account that I just deleted off the site and took $140 from me, terrible company. Crooks.

I was referred by a friend as my case was very simple. There was a communication error between the car dealership and Hyundai Finance. At the end of the lease, it was the dealer's responsibility to pay the remaining balance. They sent the check late, for which I had falsely become responsible. You were not able to fix this simple problem after such a long time by sending the same documents over and over many times and getting denied. After each rejection, you did the same thing and expected to receive a different result!!! I felt like you intentionally made the same mistake and prolong such a simple case to get your monthly payments from me. Only when I complained, you offered to lower my monthly payment down to ~$25, but when the trust is broken, it is hard to get it back!!!

I needed some help because a Fredrick ** 2-26-1967 stole $17,890.00 from my social security debit card while I was sent to jail! I was found out to be innocent of charges! However, Fredrick ** was found guilty of "Identity theft for profit by 2 West Allis detectives, (Wink & Sterhino)! They had pictures from an atm type machines! However, the crowded Milwaukee county jail is, so they gave him a plea type deal and he is not following the so-called agreement made by Ms. **! F. ** is to pay me $100 a month and have no contact with me what-so-ever! He continues to have people call me, hacks my computer & 3 cell phones that I have by going onto the net which gives out information if you pay them! Fredrick ** has also taken out loans in my name-illegally! Because of his erroneous charge against me, I waited 9 months and 21 days in jail-and I was innocent!

I reached out to Lexington Law because I had recently rehabilitated student loans with late payments still showing, and a default status still showing that legitimately should not have been on my credit report. I had documentation, and literally all the work was pretty much done for them. I subscribed to their mid-level package even though it was a little extra with the assurances that I would be receiving extra support.

I called Lexington Law Firm to get some information on the status of my bills and finances. The agent, Rowena, was efficient and knowledgeable and looked at the entire picture instead of giving me information only on the question I asked her about.

First time around they were GREAT. I decided to use them again after my divorce, divorce debt and I was planning on buying my own home. They were HORRIBLE! I was with them for over a year and a half, paying $129/month. In total they got three items removed, not 3 from each report, 3 TOTAL. I began questioning this and told them many times I can't keep paying $129 a month with no movement. I finally got to point where I was calling in to cancel. They offered at least twice to give it to me half off. I agreed two or three times and then cancelled. I tried to speak to managers because it was clear they were not working on my case rather just collecting my money and doing the bare minimum. I got nowhere fast. I switched to Credit Saint. I just started my second cycle. Within the first cycle they got two things removed from one credit report. I will never use Lexington Law again!

I've been with them for 3 yrs now, they take so long getting 2 items off my credit report. But I stay because I was a victim of identity theft. It's exhausting that the government can't help us consumers. The credit bureaus are a trap. They will literally keep stuff on like a punishment for 7 yrs for 1 missed payments. Absolutely horrible. Once I'm finished I'm letting those companies get a pinch because we gotta keep cards open. So thanks but never again. Only birthdays will I use those cards for so 4x a year, nothing over $300.

They helped me years ago to remove items from my credit report, so after disputing another problem on my own with no luck I went back to them. They are polite to me but tough on creditors, So far they have corrected or removed 4 items for me and are working on 2 others. They work through all 3 Credit Bureaus. I will definitely use them after this. They keep you informed as to their progress and you have a website for an account so you can keep tabs in between. Their rates are reasonable also.

Absolutely crazy that I researched this company and still decided to try them for credit repair. You initially sign up for a $129 "work fee". They then charge you the monthly payment of $129 every month after that. I was just about to be charged for my third month, and I look to see what they have done: They sent letters out to my creditors. They received a response back from the creditor October 9th, "still in review". Today is December 8th. When you want to cancel, they make you call. When you call, you get a "Paralegal" salesperson who does not take no for an answer. They proceed to talk to you for 15 minutes trying to get you to stay onboard or they say "we have a package that fits your budget", blah blah. Then, they proceed to tell you you have a final invoice fee which is the same as the monthly payment.

I have been with this company for several years with a messed up credit score due to a divorce and when it was time to purchase my home, within a year's time they had me ready for buying my home. I choose to stay after they got my score to 700 because life happens to the best of us and I never know what can happen and I am so glad I did. My credit was fraudulently attack and the notification and the disputes was able to put me back on track. Since then I have been able to purchase a new vehicle with a credit score of 688 a drop in what I am use to but Lexington Law stays on my case and I love them for it. I know that within a month time that score will be back up to par. Any concerns I have regarding my credit from all 3 credit bureaus, Lexington Law has been on the case. This is an excellent company for all your credit repair needs at an affordable price.

I called the very next day after signing up and realizing this is just another automated format for sending challenge letters. Nothing personalized, I explained I had already gone through 3 rounds of this and uploaded the documents. I called to cancel and was told that the challenges would come from a law firm so it will have more momentum and I would only be charged for the 1st month if I later still decided to cancel. I received copy of the challenge letters and they never were addressed from Lexington Law. The looked like I wrote, them. I reached out to cancel and was told it was. They only canceled one case, I had 2 and I was billed 3 times since. No supervisor will call me back and that is the only way I can request a refund.

I think if you want your credit repaired and you can do it yourself, this is a good company. I'm having financial problems, been sick with Lupus and sarcoidosis and other health problems, and many deaths in my family. I was going to suspend my services but a young lady called me today and gave me a choice. I can keep my services and choose a cheaper plan or I could leave them. I wanted to repair my credit so I took the cheaper plan instead of stopping the services altogether. After I chose to get a cheaper plan and she found out what my bank account haff in it, she gave me a small refund to keep me from going into overdraft. Lexington Law was doing a pretty good job but it took a very long time and after awhile it started to get expensive. I’ve never been a fan of the subscription model which is exactly what Lexington Law uses. I mean think about it, what incentive do they have to get done fast…hello then they can’t bill you anymore. After awhile I got tired of being billed by them every single month with no end in sight. I ended up canceling with them and was later referred to and ended up using a company called Phoenix Group Credit Services. I liked them a lot because they do the opposite. I liked how they tell you the exact total cost up front before you make your decision. They’ll even let you break it down and be on a pay plan if you need to. They did a great job with my credit and I just got approved for the loan to buy my dream house!

Please do not be influenced by the large amounts of positive reviews online for Lexington Law. They have a C rating with the BBB. I spent half a year and almost $1000 in legal fees with them and they removed one derogatory remark from JUST my Trans Union report. Upon further research I discovered it is a common occurrence for them to take your business and send a single dispute letter to the credit unions. Then they bill you for months while they wait for a reply that may never come. If you're reading this please don't throw your money away like I did.

I am a new Client of Lexington's, but so far I am extremely pleased with the level of their services. One of the services I was most concerned with, was them staying in touch with me as to what was happening and the prognosis of each account. That is being done in a timely manner, therefore I am pleased.

The only service Lexington Law actually does is submit challenge letters to the credit bureaus on your behalf. These letters require that the original creditors respond and provide proof of the debt owed. In the case where the credit has a valid claim (meaning you did/do in fact owe them), these letters are liking poking a sleeping bear. For example, I had an account with Bank of America that was charged off and 6 years old, and was about to expire in one year. Lexington woke up the angry bear. BOA did what Lexington asked and provided proof of the debt in the form of reporting it to the credit bureaus. As you can imagine, my credit score instantly dropped by 54 points.

I've been with Lexington for quite a while and they have done a lot for over years. Good work pays off so if your credit is low I mean very low they will help you build your credit score back up so you can get to your financial goals.

This place is a scheme! I have been with LexingtonLaw for over 5 months and they managed not to delete a single item off my credit. At some point I decided to just pay off my collections. Some I were able to do a pay for delete and some I was not. I called and spoke with them and they proceeded to tell me how they got some items deleted. All the ones I did a pay for delete of course. I explained to them that that was all my doing. I decided to keep them a little longer to help me delete the items I paid off but could not do a pay for delete. I provided them with paid in full receipts and they managed to still not help in any way. I wish I could of found this site before I began so I could see that this place is a scheme. Please learn the easy way and not the hard way that I did! THIS PLACE IS A SCHEME!!!

On July 20, 2021 I was solicited by Lexington Law to provide credit repair services. They asked for a credit card to run a soft credit pull for $4.95. They told me that there were a few issues that they might be able to help remove from the 3 bureaus. They sent me a text while driving and I was unable to read the "fine print". Their service was $130/mo and could be cancelled any time. They told me they not charge me anything until August 1, 2021. After thinking about it, I decide not to continue, so I sent an email on July 26, 2021 and received only an advertisement in response. So, I decide to call on July 27, to confirm my cancellation. The girl told me that I was past my "5 day grace period" so I couldn't cancel. I told her I didn't want the service and I wanted to cancel, then she hung up on me and immediately charged my credit card for $129.95 anyway on July 27, 2021. Naturally, I would never recommend hiring this company.

Yes I decided to give Lexington a call and I did their initial dollar to process to make sure my account was good and all that and then today I go to pay my rent. Can't do it because Lexington law went ahead and took over $150 from me without even me signing a contract. I'd be wary if I were you. They are scammers. Yeah they may fix your credit but along the room they're taking double what they're supposed to be so user beware.

I’ve been with Lexington Law for five years now. When I first came on board, I had thirty three negatives on my credit report. Thanks to my patience and their hard work, I now have only four more things to come off.

In July 16, they charged me $5.36 to register. And was told on July 21, is when they will charge me 103 after discount. And that I did not have to pay upfront til I see any results. I decided to close my account on July 19, because in due honestly, it feels like I'm actually paying upfront due to the fact that I won't see any results in just a short time but til after. I called to cancel my account but only to state that they can assist me on moving the first payment of 103 until August 15, I told her I wasn't interested in your product because I won't see any results but after August 15. It takes time to send letters and receiving a response and doing any investigation on my behalf, so technically I'll won't see any results. For that reason, I choose to cancel my membership and immediately cancel my debit card to get a new one so Lexington Law won't be sneaky on charging my card without my authorization.

I was recently trying to find a temporary place to stay and apparently clicked on a "rent to own" scam without knowing it in my search. In the 4 months since that time, I have been barraged with 5-12 every single day by "Hello, this is Krystal....." The whole spiel is to get your credit repaired enough to buy a house. Well, I need no help since my credit score is already plenty high. I answered her prerecorded messages in several places to please stop and remove me from their list, and that I have been on the national Do Not Call list (with renewals) for at least 3 years; all to no avail.

I read the positive reviews and was impress with their success stories. The truth is Lexington Law does not negotiate outstanding debts but send letters to the debtors for billing information and support to substantiate their debts. LVNV responded and there was no response from Lexington Law. I called Lexington got "paralegals" from the Philippines. I wrote a letter to the founder and owner of Lexington about my finding and specifically informed him that this was unacceptable to have people outside of USA to handle proprietary information. I have never received a response to my letters. I paid $129.95 per month 7 months and had a difficult time to end my service. LVNV responded but there is no next step. Lexington letters to all debtors exacerbated the problem. This is my personal experience and not for those who claimed to have excellent results.

Initially was reluctant to use Lexington Law... because of the negative remarks I heard about the company. I should have followed my instincts. Nothing and I mean nothing was done or changed in reference to my account. I was billed and lead on with call after call made by me. Giving them every opportunity to do something to deserve my hard earned money and yet nothing was done. Just a lot of empty unresolved conversations and lies. After seeing reviews and understanding how Lexington Law influences what reviews are posted I strongly urge to stay away from this business. I will continue to leave my truthful and disappointing experience to prevent others from having the same negative results... of spending money and getting NOTHING in return.

I believe this company could help with credit repair, but I don't work with dishonest company or people. PLease listen very carefully before giving your card out and signing agreement, I was told about a initially fee of 4.95 and also heard if I was satisfied the fee would be 29.00. Well look on my bank account and it was 129.00 and it was the PREMIER account fee, I never heard of any other fees or programs. They have 3 other programs so when I called about it they told me about another program that's 59.00 a month if I didn't want to be charge 129.00 month. I told them I will eat the 129.00 and Cancel my contract so I gave Lexington 129.00 for Nothing. You would think they would have offered half of my money back or All of it. I will Never stay with a company that have to trick me to have their Services so I Hope they get Rich off my 129.00.

I have been with them for more than two years, no progress, just taking money every month and doing nothing, they keep sending the same letter to all of my creditors saying the same matter every time, it is like beating a bush, I am the one who is settling my creditors with a lower amount and that is removing my negative items and they are taking the credit, it is just a hopeless company, seems like a fraud and scam to me, all they want their money, that is all the interest they have.

And in this day and age, that's really rare to find a legitimate company! My score isn't where I want it to be yet, but they're definitely helping me get there. Their sales team mislead me twice: (1) After about a year I told them I was going to cancel because nothing was getting done, they lowered my monthly fee from$100 to $60, again they sent letters out and again nothing was accomplished. After several phone calls and emails I finally talked with someone who gave me the runaround.
