Was told I was purchasing a 14 white gold necklace. 8 months later it's turning black. Returned to confront and I was told it needed to be sent to cleaners. I told her I wanted it exchanged. She said it would be sent first and if it could not be cleaned it would be exchanged. Well 2 weeks later it was never sent and now no one will exchange my necklace. I was told it was a gift that came with the pendant.

I bought a $2,200 bracelet on credit still paying $270 a month and still owe $1700 to find out the chain isn’t 14K but it is 10K and actual value is around $350 and that’s only due to the fact that gold is at its highest right now. So sad and so disappointed. One of the biggest mistakes in my life without a doubt. Never again.

I bought a gold chain which I thought it was $500 and when I back they told me if wanted anything else they talk me to buying a pair of gold earring which I bought for $599. When she put them on her ears turn black so we took them back and exchange them for another pairs. When my wife put them on they turn her ears black again. So when told the manager about she it wasn't the earring that it was wife health condition which is **. So I bought a pair of wedding rings. So I added all my payments which total of $2,005.

I missed a payment for the rings so they been calling my wife. Bugging her about the rings but we are no longer together. We keep in contact so she told me that Don Roberto Jewelers been calling to get a hold of me. So I told my ex that if they call again to them I will return the rings and close my account. They said to return the rings to check what condition the rings and that I'll still have a balance on my gold chain? WTF really on my gold chain so what told my ex next time they call to tell them to take my court which did and the manger was speechless. They are a RIP OFF and the rings were $1300 and it show a balance of $2,282.00 and what I paid already $2,005.00. That will be total of $4,287.00 really for a thin gold chain and a pair of gold earring that turn my ex ears black. WARNING - DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR OVER PRICE. HUNTINGTON PARK, CA.

My wife bought two white gold wedding bands there. She had to get hers a size bigger. The extra that they added was completely fake, her finger turned green and the ring was also chipping from the inside. They told her that it was a small incident, that it had happen to another customer as well. They told her she could change it for something else and they were going to prove to her the ring was gold. So they did the test and when they wipe the ring the paper towel turned blue. She asked "why did it turn blue" and the employees said "because of the chemical that they put". But the chemical was clear so one of the employees told her "Okay bring me your husband's ring and we will cancel your account".

She went for my ring and took it back. They told her she was not getting her $150 dollars she left as part of the down payment. And since she was not cooperating with them in getting something else of the same value they were going to report it on her credit as a repo. Can you believe that. Now she is left with a green finger and a repo on her credit. So watch out when you buy from them. Don't get robbed from them like my wife and I were.

3 months ago I brought in my Bulova Perceptionist $500 wrath which I paid in full 9 months after I agreed to the credit contract. 4 years later my watch stopped working so I returned to Don Roberto's (Palm Desert) to have repaired. One month later I called to check on status and was told, "nothing yet". Month and half later was told was shipped out to Temecula, CA to be checked out. I called back 3 months later and STEPHANY said, "about your watch we are keeping watch because you're late on this necklace you purchased (4 YEARS LATER!!!). I will be filing separate class action lawsuits against STEPHANY/JULIO/DENISE/and Corporation itself! Look out. You messed with the senator's SON!!! I will promise all of you more discovery than 5 attorneys can handle. Mark our words DON. :-)

I purchased a diamond engagement ring from Don Roberto Jewelers, the ring needed to be resized. They did not add metal to the band to enlarge it, rather they cut off the entire band from the setting, and replaced the entire band with cheap fake metal. This means they kept the metal I paid for, and gave me back fake gold metal. I discovered this when we took the ring to a local high end jeweler in PA to have it resized once again, this time to a smaller size, when I was informed that the metal was not real gold, and the entire band was made of fake cheap metal, less for the setting, which is the only part that was kept as purchased.

I will be seeking legal counsel and taking the case as far as possible. I see this as a potential class action case, for it is highly likely that all resizes done to rings over 2 sizes up from standard have been replaced with fake gold. I also filled out their insurance forms on 3 separate occasion, twice in store, one from my new home in PA after losing my job. These insurance documents were never filed, meaning they never applied the insurance payments to my account, and my account then went to collections after charge off. After speaking with their corporate office about this matter, I was told to file a lawsuit. I believe this company is one to avoid at all cost, and I am indeed seeking the lawsuit.

Have had my account in good standings for 6 years. The day before my anniversary they close my account for no reason and docked my credit over 100 points and they call before your bill is even due but they cut your account with no notice.

I took my Seiko watch for band adjustment and new battery. They did not reseal my waterproof Seiko watch right. I can't even read the time due to moisture. Went back to tell them and show it, and they told me it's not their fault, that they send it out to a jewelers off site. I asked they should reseal and clean it, they said yes but would have charge me. After I paid $80 to them for the adjustment and battery it's completely them at fault.

This is my second time purchasing from their store in Lynnwood. I purchased a necklace and a bracelet and got insurance for both. I took my necklace in March 30th to get fixed. They told me it will take up to 10 days. I had called couple of times to ask if they have received it yet and said no. I still called them on Sunday April 19th and they said "Oh well. Call you tomorrow. We still don't have it." So I called the April 23. Of course I was upset. They state it takes 10 days but yet it took them almost a month.

The worst part was that when I called April 23 they said "Oh it's here, it's ready." So when I went to pick it up the lady said they had called me on April 6. I told her I never received a call and that I can get my phone records to prove it. She didn't seem to care. I told her "When you guys need a payment you even call the reference numbers but for this I didn't even get a voicemail if it is true I was called." They always leave mails. Why was this the exemption?

I just purchased a watch from them, which come to find out, they marked it up 250 more than Kay Jewelers! I mailed in my payment to them and on my banks side they have processed my payment. They have continually been harassing me with phone calls. I told them once my bank gives me the information I will contact them. I am not going to make a payment to them until they figure out where my last payment went. All they do is harass you. They should be figuring out how a payment is missing... Maybe an employee?? Very rude!!
