Thus far InventHelp has been tremendous professional, diligently educate me throughout the process and has informed me through mail, email or by phone call up-to-date on the status progress of my invention. Overall, I am greatly please with their professionalism and their staff member. Client Jimmy **. Spoke with Myra from client service department February 13, 2025 to inform her. I have received an email from my patent attorney to inform me congratulating on being successful by being granted a patent from the patent office. I heard about InventHelp years ago and I had something in the back of my mind since 2014. It takes money to move things and I didn't have that at the time. But when I went back to work, I said I wanted to give it a try. And I saw George Foreman, the boxer, so many times on television and he said so much positive things about InventHelp.
I called the number, and they were so helpful. They took the idea, told me what I needed, and gave me some pay out options. I took the highest amount because I believed in my product. They said they are here to help but can't guarantee anything at all. And I understood that. It's a gamble putting your cash out there hoping that it'll bring back something good. But they were positive and amazing, and put me in the hands of the right person.
They connected me to an attorney. I would have never known an attorney who would do things like this. The attorney was so amazing, it was almost unreal. He suggested a name change and so, I went along with it. He then went to Virginia, to the patent office, to find anything close to what I invented which was a big step. It was a step in the right direction and made the difference. I couldn't have done it without them. I have to give InventHelp all the credit. And I already received the patent through my attorney.

They’re a top-notch company. Just this past year, I came up with an idea, and InventHelp was the first that came to mind because I remembered seeing their advertisements through the years. I feel I've been led down a good path, where I've had some reservations, but all of those have been answered in a very positive way to help me proceed with my invention. Every time I've needed to get ahold of somebody, they've always been there, and right away. I've been very happy with InventHelp.

I met InventHelp at the licensing expo in Las Vegas in 2023. I met with the team at the booth there. Their current reps are outstanding. There was a rep in the past who wasn't as responsive as I would have hoped. He is no longer with the company, though. My current representative is very responsive. He's innovative. And he's already had an impact.
Talk to InventHelp and see if it could be a good partnership. Tell them about your business and see what you think of them and what they think of you. And it's totally worth talking to them.

I started with InventHelp in 2024. My rep is Tim and he's been very helpful and responsive. He gets my humor. I'm probably not the easiest person to work with, but they did what I asked. It's been a very good experience working with them. Like everything, you have to stay on top of everybody and keep everybody holding hands. So, that's what I've asked of them and they do that. So, it's all good.
For me, having InventHelp is a better way than going in blind. You just have somebody to help guide you through it and see what you need. You'd probably spend more if you try to navigate by yourself.

I was six years old the first time I heard about InventHelp when I saw a commercial on TV. I have all these ideas in my notebook and wanted to try and do something with it. I happened to turn the TV on, and there they were again 30 years later. I reviewed them a little bit to make sure they're still good in business. Then when I called and talked to Karen who is the head in Chicago, she was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She completely wowed me. It made me feel really good about moving forward with InventHelp to help me through this process.
Everybody that I've talked to has been helpful, professional, and courteous. I stay up-to-beat with everything and I was given all the information of who and what department I can reach out to when I have questions. If they don't answer right away, somebody always gets back to me and answers my questions all the time. As of right now, I'm fingers crossed that we can land a deal somewhere, and we all have a better experience out of it. I've been really happy with the work that InventHelp has done, so far. They've kept their word all the way through the whole process. My experience with them and Intromark has been really good so I'm satisfied.

It’s been a very positive experience with InventHelp. Of course, no guarantees, which kind of stinks. But it would be nice. But I understand their point in that. I first got in touch with them in June of last year. The service has been good. I only have one complaint about the whole thing. The people that they put the product out to just don't seem to me to be the best possibilities for selling an idea, at least, in where I was going with mine. If it doesn't work, the price is gonna be too much. But overall, everything's been great.

I had no idea how anything with inventions worked, and I was able to meet up with InventHelp and get an idea how it's done. I was a little iffy about it only because everything is too expensive. But as I did more research, I found out you're gonna spend a good chunk of money regardless.
All of the people I worked with have been pleasant. Everything was professional and given to me in detail. They answered all my emails in a timely manner. If there was something that I didn't understand, they had no problem taking my calls or following up. There was a little bit of mishap on some of the revisions that I was working on, but I was able to call them and it was clearer that way than through the notes I left when I mailed them back the information. There was also one time where I needed help with the payment. I asked them if they could just help me move one pay day over within the same month, and they were able to help me take care of that to make sure I wasn't late. It’s a good way to just start off on the invent process and simplify it a little bit if you don't understand it. It's been a smooth process so far.

As a child, I heard and saw the InventHelp commercials. They just stood out. I went in knowing the salesman had to pitch but he didn’t sell me a dream. He told me what was going to happen and what my options were. He presented it with each step telling me what could or could not happen. He said, “If you pay for this book, we’ll do all the research and we’ll be able to tell you if your idea is even possible.” He made it very clear that it was on me to decide.
That book was what helped push me towards going further. Because when you’re looking at the numbers and everything behind it, it puts a very real face to the idea and creates that proper expectation of what the end result can look like. It’s not the same as having it in your head. And the fact that it also told me that an idea I had years ago is actually still possible, that I appreciate.
The experience has been great, but I’m a little impatient and so, I get a little antsy when I don’t get the items that I pay for. But that’s just me. And the price is expensive but it doesn’t mean I didn’t like it.

The local people at InventHelp knew what they were talking about. They were professional in that when I arrived for the appointment, they were ready to see me. They described the program thoroughly, gave me some options that I could choose from. The first artist never got the concept, though, and I was so disappointed every time I got some artwork back. I just laid it aside for a year or two and then I picked it back up again. When they gave me a new artist, he was able to capture it just right off the bat. They also recommended a patent company to me and they were excellent. My invention got patented and a marketing firm has it. We're now looking for a manufacturer. Everything has been good. No complaints.

I remembered that caveman with the wheel and a rock commercial from back when I was a kid, so then I did my research about InventHelp and went with them. When I have worked with Michael, things have been going well. He is very knowledgeable, so he was able to guide me into everything that we’ve done so far. The last time I talked with him was maybe back in June or July, so it’s not as often as the first couple of months.
It has been over a year and change since we started this process and we’re just now getting to the point of the patent. This is my first invention. I wish I would’ve explored other ways, one that is a faster process. But so far, everything’s been good. The price is okay, and the things that they do in the background are obviously important.

I used to see commercials for InventHelp when I was a kid, and it has been one of those things that is always in the back of your mind. The biggest commercial that stuck with me over the years was the guy with the wheel. You never forget it. I eventually wanted to try to get my idea out into the world, and I didn’t want to do the necessary process that I would have had to do if I was doing it by myself. I didn’t even know where to start, and I just figured that I’ll just take something great that I have in my mind and take it somewhere where they can make it be a reality for me, and that’s where I started.
The only lady I was talking to there in the beginning was Heidi, and she was absolutely amazing and made the process, from payment to patent, very understandable and smooth. There was no leading on to make you feel like it was something that you should have to do. I really loved how she explained and broke everything down about the process of working with InventHelp.
And she made it very real, because people can talk to you and make you feel like something great is going to come from you doing it, which makes you more inclined to go and spend your money. She never once did that. She just let it be a realism when it came to making the decision that can affect my life, because nothing’s a guarantee and it’s a risk. That’s the whole point of investing, so I really enjoyed the fact of how she explained everything.
So far, it’s been amazing and I’ve been enjoying the process. The payments have been smooth. Receiving my packages and any information have been very efficient. I would totally recommend InventHelp to everybody, and I’ve actually already tried to refer a couple of people during regular conversations when they start asking questions like who I went through, where did I start, and what is it that I am actually doing.
I tell everybody all the time, within the last two years, that InventHelp is great. If you don’t know where to start or don’t have a ton of money to invest into what it is that you are inventing, it is the perfect place to start. It’s something that people need to know because there’s a lot of people that come up with a lot of great things and they don’t take any steps to move forward. It only takes one person to give you enough motivation and feel that the possibility is real for you to take that chance. And InventHelp is that lifeline to have the opportunity to make it and not have to do it by yourself.

The representative I had was very nice. She had a lot of information, told me exactly what I wanted, and answered my questions. She was very friendly but professional. InventHelp gave me a timetable as to when I could get whatever I’m supposed to get but gave no guarantee that it’s going to be profitable. The price could be a little more affordable. I’m going to pay it monthly, but it would be good if they can cut down a bit on their costs.

My first contact from InventHelp was informative, very professional, and met my expectations. I did take them up on their offer and I’ve been working with them for probably six months or so. I have a private number and a line that I call for correspondence that pertains to my particular case.
I’m an engineer, so I have pretty high expectations, and I was impressed with them. It’s pricey, but if you have something that you believe in, the price is well worth it. I believe in what I was offering to them and that my concept was worthy of paying the money.

This company blows my mind, they have a team of high pressure salesman working for them to push you into signing an EXTREMELY over priced contract to “help” you with your invention. They sell you on a 3D printout of your invention, a 3D rendering, a website as well as sending your invention out to well established companies to sell your idea. Meanwhile the 3D printout you can get for 30-50 bucks on Fiverr, the 3D rendering they made for me was so bad my friend and I looked at it and laughed.
It looked like they used technology from the 70s to create my rendering, it was so old looking and poor quality not showing how my product functions whatsoever. Completely pointless rendering, it’s merely something they whipped up to just not get sued by you and come to court claiming they did their job and they’re sorry for the quality wasn’t up to your standards but you signed the contract.
I emailed their support line that they told me to contact because they told me there’s nobody to talk to one on one there lol, all changes and problems they told me to submit through email. I submitted them an email in July the day my 3D rendering arrived, I told them to not proceed any further with the website because I wasn’t happy with the quality of the rendering. I got zero response, so I called and they told me to just wait for a response by email they’ll get back to me. This was July 2024, I get a email from them telling me they completed my website and the job is done.
I feel like I’m in the twilight zone with this company, I’m completely dumbfounded. Why would you proceed with my website when I told you not to? I’ll tell you why, to secure the money I agreed to on the contract and move on to the next scam like it never happened. Also the website looked like garbage, something you can do yourself or pay some guy from a third world country to whip up for 40 bucks. I called them and told them that I even purchased the website for my product and not to purchase the website like it was obligated for them to do in our contract, another detail completely ignored and they purchased a website with a name I didn’t even approve of.
They didn’t ask me if I liked the name or website design before proceeding because they knew I was a client about to cancel, everything points to they rushed everything out to collect my money and protect their ass in court. Luckily I have my emails saved, I will be suing this company in court for my contract cost and more. Who creates a website and creates your website name before contacting the client first and seeing if they like the name they found for you or the website design format? A professional chooses a random name for you and puts the design they want and charges you $7500 and says here you go we did our job thank you? Completely ridiculous. I’m going to enjoy going to court against your scam of a company, I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure these people don’t prey on another poor individual again.

In January 2024, this complainant contracted with us to provide him with various tools to assist in independently showcasing his invention. He also requested a referral to an independent patent attorney for the preparation of a patent application for the invention. Our records indicate the services are being provided in accordance with the contract.
This complainant’s accusations are unfounded and untrue. We reached out to the complainant on several occasions to discuss his concerns regarding the invention materials and website; however, he was simply uncooperative, and at times has been downright abusive to our staff. We are, and continue to be, willing to work with him.
We have been transparent and upfront with this complainant, as we are with all of our clients, regarding the services which this complainant agreed to at the time he contracted.

Nothing short of calling it a scam, it is definitely a rip-off company. Promising pipe dreams and delivering on NOTHING. They will upsell you on their Inventhelp packages, but actually getting results and getting your invention marketed and/or creating any prototype never comes to fruition. Don’t waste your money and just read up on how to file a patent yourself, as using InventHelp is just flushing money down the toilet!

Updated on 9/16/2024: This is in response to Inventhelp response to my 9/05/24, review. I did receive a call from a Rep. from InventHelp. Her name was Angelia ** on 09/11/24. Our conversation included issues of why I was unsatisfied with Inventhelp's services up to this point and, why were the agreed upon services have not been completed as of yet. I mentioned to her that earlier this year I called the Pittsburgh office to ask them about the website. They said it should be up in a few weeks. Over nine months later it's not up and running, it is parked for free on GoDaddy.com. She mentioned to me that I signed a contract for two years, and I understand that. But my complaints, one being the, password protected website not being completed according to their "Timetable of Submission Services". Even though it says that this is an approximate timetable, I have read some conflicting information provided to me by Inventhelp.
In the submission agreement, Paragraph L. Inventhelp will create, develop, and test a secure password-protected website featuring your invention....We will secure your URL with a 3rd party web hosting service provider and provide hosting services for three years. So, the question is, when does the three years begin?, How come I'm into my second year and still do not have a working website. This is a fact, not unfounded accusations. I was promised by Ms. **, That the website would be up in a week, also the animation would be done as well. There was no apology, no real concern about my dissatisfaction with Inventhelp. She kept reminding me about the two year contract that I signed, and that their was no option for a partial refund.
Now, moving on to the "Company Submission Report" I received only one report as of this date with six different companies some were not inline with my product a couple of them seemed like they were not in business. When I mentioned that to the rep. She said she would like to see the companies that I am alleging is not in business or correlate with my invention. So now after this unfruitful conversation with the rep, I now have to do their work for them.
First on the list is Allstar Products group, can't reach them, submitted a request to speak to someone, the request does not go thru, also this company has been in legal jeopardy in 2020 & 2021. Second on the list is CTM International, to me this company doesn't seem to fit the bill, they deal with gardening and christmas ornaments. Third, Integrated Merchandise Group, This is a possibility, Fourth, Jarjour, this is a marketing publishing company, I'm not publishing a book at least not yet. Fifth,Lot 'OFun Marketing, this Business is tied into CTM International. Lastly Ontel, they deal with many "As seen On TV" products. a good candidate, but they didn't bite. So just to be clear, I do understand the contract is for two years, but I expected the progress should be in line with what was promised, and that is what I'm not satisfied with. There you have it the "FACTS".
Original review: I've paid first $900, then $14,700. This so called legitimate company, can take your money with little results. I haven't heard from them in over 9 months. The list of companies they sent me was a joke, some were no longer in business. Other were not in field that dealt with my type of invention. The website that was promised, is now parked on Godaddy.com, it's not up and running, and it's been that way for months. I would like InventHelp to cancel my contract, refund me for a year of service, because they are not measuring up to what was promised. I really thought this was an opportunity to move on with my life especially since the death of my wife and son four months apart. I'm asking for a remedy to this situation, I don't have money to give away.
This complainant contracted for our services in September 2023 for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review.
After receiving this complaint, we reached out to the complainant to discuss his concerns. He was unable to provide any specifics regarding the companies which he stated were no longer in business. Nevertheless, we reviewed the companies selected for his submission services and decidedly do not agree with him. We asked the complainant to provide us with more specific information so that we can investigate further and have not hear back from him.
The pursuit of an invention is often a difficult and high-risk endeavor. We go above and beyond to inform our inventor-clients that we provide invention services with no guarantees of the outcome. We go so far as to have our clients sign that they understand this prior to becoming a client. It is unfair that this complainant is now blaming our services and making unsubstantiated claims for the lack of results for which he had hoped.
We are doing our part by providing the agreed upon services. Of course, should he wish to call us back, we would be happy to try to resolve this matter with him.

I paid for research, they answer me is not similar invention like mine, so I can start the patent application. After 3 years my project was refused by examiner because with 8 years ago, someone from Germany did something similar like my idea, I send a lot of money to them for nothing. If invent help was doing good research, I should knew about ** patent and I could start different patent application. I don't recommend to no one. Invent help, is not helpful.
Nearly 3 years ago, this complainant contracted for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the services were provided in accordance with the agreement. Nevertheless, we would be happy to discuss this matter in more detail in an effort to reach an amicable resolution.
This complainant also contracted for Patent Application Referral Services in which we refer our clients to an independent patent attorney for the preparation of a patent application. Our records indicate that we referred this client to a patent attorney in January 2022 and any activity and/or questions surrounding the patent process should be directed to the patent attorney.
