Everything's been good in our experience with Invent Help. We're just waiting for the patent work to be finished and the actual product to be sent to us for final inspection. The rep I met was the person at the Post Oak office in Houston and he was helpful. We sat and talked for 45 minutes to an hour. Really personable.

I've been dealing with InventHelp for about three years now. I got sick, and I started dealing with them again. In regards to my invention, it's been kind of expired. I've gotten a loan to pay them but things are going a little slow. But I have to be optimistic about the replies that might come. The service is good. The only thing is that we're supposed to get a website and I've not gotten it yet. I received a letter from them two weeks ago, but they didn't talk about that. They were just talking about the progress of the advertisements. Another thing is that they changed the person that I was dealing with. I wanted to deal with one person. But overall, they're doing a good job. If I have any concerns, I contact them and they've been very, very nice.

Inventhelp has been great. The rep gave me a rundown of how the company started, how everything worked out and how long she's been there and she gave me an outlook on a lot of other inventions and the methods that were used to get the product out there, like trade shows. It was very informative, and everything was simple. Besides the down payment, I just gave Inventhelp my attention. I didn't have to do anything out of the ordinary, and they're good about giving me so much information via documents they mailed to me that I've not even gotten on the website. Everything seems like it's moving along well. I got a letter in the mail a few days ago saying that my product was getting close to being put out for other companies to see, and I'm assuming that the website is gonna be up around the same time. As soon as they get the site set up, they're gonna notify me, and we'll take it from there.

The experience has been very good so far. We've been back and forth on the beginning part of the project, and they've been very attentive. I send the communications, and they get back to me. Some of the submissions are a little weak, but we worked with them and built them up. Right now, I'm on the third phase. I just put my brochure in, and now we go to the website.

Michelle was my sales agent and she did wonderful. She gave me a $2,000 discount right off the bat and it was a further service towards it. I really appreciate that. She helped me out there, and got me up and going. InventHelp feels like family to me that's really gonna help and get this idea presented after. So I can make some return on it. We’re really counting on it. They've hit it on the nail every time I called them. They took my product to their Data Bank and they gave me about 25 Data Bank people that they've laid it out in front of for me. That is so cool. I'm really looking forward to something coming out from that.

From 2015 to 2017, InventHelp states on its website, 6,564 clients have signed agreements, 166 have received license agreements and 49 clients, or 0.7%, have received more money than they paid the company for services. I signed with InventHelp in 2021 and I can't personally say much has changed. Their "database" of businesses they work with are oftentimes not up to date. I understand businesses come and go, but from the list of companies that they sent my idea to, many were out of date for years. A 0.7% success rating is not the mark of a "legitimate" business to me.

InventHelp has been my guiding light in the often complicated world of invention development. From initial concept to prototype, their team demonstrated unparalleled expertise and patience. I've never had any personal contact with their rep but I received lots of emails and instructions on how to get my product, pictures, and prototypes to him so that they can get the ball rolling and set me up on a payment plan to get all the upfront money started. I got a couple of things, including a little plastic prototype miniature of my little invention. They took me to a trade show in Las Vegas a couple weeks ago and they had my presentation on a digital video thing that they played in a kiosk so it's been active.

A bolt of lightning struck me one day and I came up with a pretty cool invention. I started the whole process with InventHelp and it's been easy going. Right now, I'm in the licensing and potential sale of my invention. They're designing a website right now that I can log into and send to people. And I have my brochure which is being marketed and shown to companies. I'm about 30 grand in the hole, so if it pays off, then it'll be awesome. It's a slow process, but there are things that need to take time.

I was notified that everything is over the phone after covid. And most of their locations are shutting down because of it. I gave them $975 for them to research if my invention was patentable and make a book report that they copy and pasted the name of my invention in place… I was told a board of representatives were going to take my invention seriously and handle the research professionally. My invention is for breastfeeding moms. And they hand page after page about birth rates, percentages on how many babies breastfeed…

I was introduced to InventHelp over two years ago. I began with one invention which sparked an idea for a second invention. Being a novice in this area, I received a lot of friendly help from the start by Tim and Angelia. I realized that there were some necessary changes to be made in order to make my invention more: people helpful & useful, easier and cheaper installation, do it yourself project, attractive to the media. I may have taken too much time in making the changes. I lost some of the friendly help I experienced earlier, but the one person who went above and beyond to help me complete my project was Maura from Client Services. Now, a satisfactory invention.
