I recently engaged with InventHelp's services after considering them in the past but was initially unable to proceed due to financial constraints. My interactions with their representatives have been pleasant so far, and I am currently at the stage where my project is patent pending, awaiting finalization.

I first heard about InventHelp back in 1984 through TV advertisements when I was a child. Despite not having much interaction with them over the years because I hadn't pursued any ideas, they were the first company that came to mind when I finally had a concept to develop this past year.
My experience with InventHelp has been positive. They've guided me well, easing my reservations in a professional and knowledgeable manner. The rep I work with is well-versed in their field, which has reassured me and helped me progress. Having over 30 years of experience in retail management, I can recognize and appreciate when someone displays the skill and expertise that overcome obstacles.
Their availability and professionalism have been exemplary. Whenever I've needed to reach out, they've been there without delays, showcasing top-notch customer service, which I am very satisfied with.

I first encountered Invent Help at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas back in 2023. Upon visiting their booth, I met with their team. Initially, my experience was mixed because the first rep I dealt with was quite nice but not very responsive or effective in advancing my business goals. However, things have significantly improved since Curtis ** took over as my rep. Curtis is outstanding and presents with professionalism and knowledge. He is very responsive and innovative, and he has already made a positive impact on my business. Overall, I would currently rate my experience with Invent Help as excellent. I would highly recommend others to reach out to Invent Help to see if it could be a beneficial partnership for them.

I recently had the opportunity to work with InventHelp and it was a very good experience. I've been communicating with a rep named Tim, who was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. I appreciate that he gets my humor.
From what I've experienced, InventHelp is better than navigating health-related matters alone. They guide you through the process and ensure you get what you need. Although you need to stay on top of things, they meet the expectations I set for them.
I just started doing business with them this year and I'd recommend them to friends or family.

I heard about Invent Help on television back in the 1990s. My experience with their reps has been quite positive overall.
The service has been good, with only one minor concern. The people that they put the product out to don't seem to me to be the best possibilities for selling an idea, at least, where I was going with mine. Despite this, I rate my experience with them as 5 stars based on the quality of customer service and overall satisfaction.

I first discovered InventHelp through a simple search on my phone. Since then, I have been interacting with a representative who has been notably helpful. My main concern, however, is focused on the upcoming payment stage. Currently, everything is progressing according to the schedule that InventHelp provided. Overall, I would rate my experience with InventHelp as a 4 out of 5, because while it's been mostly positive, there have been areas where I hope for improvement in the future.

InventHelp provided a productive experience once the initial hurdles were cleared. I faced some dissatisfaction with the artist assigned to capture my vision for my project. The first artist couldn't quite grasp the concept, which was disappointing. After setting the project aside for a couple of years, I was then assigned a new artist who captured my vision perfectly on the first try. My interactions with InventHelp's local representatives were quite satisfactory. They were well-informed and professional. They scheduled an appointment and were ready to see me promptly upon arrival, clearly explaining their program and the options available to me. I appreciate their thoroughness in providing choices. I also had a positive experience with the patent company recommended by InventHelp, which successfully helped patent my invention. Now, we are actively seeking a manufacturer with the help of a marketing firm.

I first heard about InventHelp from their memorable commercials, which I recall from my childhood. When I decided to explore their services, I conducted some research and opted to engage with them.
My interaction with their rep, Michael, has been positive whenever we've communicated. Overall, I would rate InventHelp a 4 out of 5. As this is my first invention experience, I'm contemplating exploring other options for potentially quicker processes. I've been working with InventHelp for about a year and some change, and we're just now getting to the point of the patent. Nevertheless, my experience has been good so far.
The customer service from Michael has been exceptional, and I'd rate it a 5, as he's knowledgeable and has been guiding me effectively. Regarding pricing, I'd give it a 4 as well, acknowledging the behind-the-scenes work they do.
Finally, although my interaction with their website was minimal, I found it user-friendly and would rate it a 5.

My experience with InventHelp has been amazing. Everything has gone smoothly, from payments to receiving information about events. I've always been aware of InventHealth because of the commercials I saw growing up, which left a lasting impression on me. I decided to take my ideas to InventHealth because I wanted to make them a reality and didn't know where to start on my own.
My interactions with InventHelp representatives have been outstanding, especially with Heidi. She made the process very understandable, explaining each step clearly without making it seem like something I had to do. Heidi was genuine, emphasizing that investing involves risks and that nothing is guaranteed. She was very honest, which I appreciated.
I have already recommended InventHelp to others. I've told many people that InventHelp is a great place to start if you don't know where to begin with your inventions and don't have a lot of money to invest. InventHelp offers the opportunity to move forward and make your ideas a reality without needing to do it alone.

Overall, my experience with their service has been good. They provided a timetable for when I should receive the materials promised to me, which I find satisfactory. However, one area I believe could be improved is their pricing. Paying monthly would be more manageable if the costs were more affordable. This company blows my mind, they have a team of high pressure salesman working for them to push you into signing an EXTREMELY over priced contract to “help” you with your invention. They sell you on a 3D printout of your invention, a 3D rendering, a website as well as sending your invention out to well established companies to sell your idea. Meanwhile the 3D printout you can get for 30-50 bucks on Fiverr, the 3D rendering they made for me was so bad my friend and I looked at it and laughed.
It looked like they used technology from the 70s to create my rendering, it was so old looking and poor quality not showing how my product functions whatsoever. Completely pointless rendering, it’s merely something they whipped up to just not get sued by you and come to court claiming they did their job and they’re sorry for the quality wasn’t up to your standards but you signed the contract.
I emailed their support line that they told me to contact because they told me there’s nobody to talk to one on one there lol, all changes and problems they told me to submit through email. I submitted them an email in July the day my 3D rendering arrived, I told them to not proceed any further with the website because I wasn’t happy with the quality of the rendering. I got zero response, so I called and they told me to just wait for a response by email they’ll get back to me. This was July 2024, I get a email from them telling me they completed my website and the job is done.
I feel like I’m in the twilight zone with this company, I’m completely dumbfounded. Why would you proceed with my website when I told you not to? I’ll tell you why, to secure the money I agreed to on the contract and move on to the next scam like it never happened. Also the website looked like garbage, something you can do yourself or pay some guy from a third world country to whip up for 40 bucks. I called them and told them that I even purchased the website for my product and not to purchase the website like it was obligated for them to do in our contract, another detail completely ignored and they purchased a website with a name I didn’t even approve of.
They didn’t ask me if I liked the name or website design before proceeding because they knew I was a client about to cancel, everything points to they rushed everything out to collect my money and protect their ass in court. Luckily I have my emails saved, I will be suing this company in court for my contract cost and more. Who creates a website and creates your website name before contacting the client first and seeing if they like the name they found for you or the website design format? A professional chooses a random name for you and puts the design they want and charges you $7500 and says here you go we did our job thank you? Completely ridiculous. I’m going to enjoy going to court against your scam of a company, I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure these people don’t prey on another poor individual again.

In January 2024, this complainant contracted with us to provide him with various tools to assist in independently showcasing his invention. He also requested a referral to an independent patent attorney for the preparation of a patent application for the invention. Our records indicate the services are being provided in accordance with the contract.
This complainant’s accusations are unfounded and untrue. We reached out to the complainant on several occasions to discuss his concerns regarding the invention materials and website; however, he was simply uncooperative, and at times has been downright abusive to our staff. We are, and continue to be, willing to work with him.
We have been transparent and upfront with this complainant, as we are with all of our clients, regarding the services which this complainant agreed to at the time he contracted.

Nothing short of calling it a scam, it is definitely a rip-off company. Promising pipe dreams and delivering on NOTHING. They will upsell you on their Inventhelp packages, but actually getting results and getting your invention marketed and/or creating any prototype never comes to fruition. Don’t waste your money and just read up on how to file a patent yourself, as using InventHelp is just flushing money down the toilet!

Updated on 9/16/2024: This is in response to Inventhelp response to my 9/05/24, review. I did receive a call from a Rep. from InventHelp. Her name was Angelia ** on 09/11/24. Our conversation included issues of why I was unsatisfied with Inventhelp's services up to this point and, why were the agreed upon services have not been completed as of yet. I mentioned to her that earlier this year I called the Pittsburgh office to ask them about the website. They said it should be up in a few weeks. Over nine months later it's not up and running, it is parked for free on GoDaddy.com. She mentioned to me that I signed a contract for two years, and I understand that. But my complaints, one being the, password protected website not being completed according to their "Timetable of Submission Services". Even though it says that this is an approximate timetable, I have read some conflicting information provided to me by Inventhelp.
In the submission agreement, Paragraph L. Inventhelp will create, develop, and test a secure password-protected website featuring your invention....We will secure your URL with a 3rd party web hosting service provider and provide hosting services for three years. So, the question is, when does the three years begin?, How come I'm into my second year and still do not have a working website. This is a fact, not unfounded accusations. I was promised by Ms. **, That the website would be up in a week, also the animation would be done as well. There was no apology, no real concern about my dissatisfaction with Inventhelp. She kept reminding me about the two year contract that I signed, and that their was no option for a partial refund.
Now, moving on to the "Company Submission Report" I received only one report as of this date with six different companies some were not inline with my product a couple of them seemed like they were not in business. When I mentioned that to the rep. She said she would like to see the companies that I am alleging is not in business or correlate with my invention. So now after this unfruitful conversation with the rep, I now have to do their work for them.
First on the list is Allstar Products group, can't reach them, submitted a request to speak to someone, the request does not go thru, also this company has been in legal jeopardy in 2020 & 2021. Second on the list is CTM International, to me this company doesn't seem to fit the bill, they deal with gardening and christmas ornaments. Third, Integrated Merchandise Group, This is a possibility, Fourth, Jarjour, this is a marketing publishing company, I'm not publishing a book at least not yet. Fifth,Lot 'OFun Marketing, this Business is tied into CTM International. Lastly Ontel, they deal with many "As seen On TV" products. a good candidate, but they didn't bite. So just to be clear, I do understand the contract is for two years, but I expected the progress should be in line with what was promised, and that is what I'm not satisfied with. There you have it the "FACTS".
Original review: I've paid first $900, then $14,700. This so called legitimate company, can take your money with little results. I haven't heard from them in over 9 months. The list of companies they sent me was a joke, some were no longer in business. Other were not in field that dealt with my type of invention. The website that was promised, is now parked on Godaddy.com, it's not up and running, and it's been that way for months. I would like InventHelp to cancel my contract, refund me for a year of service, because they are not measuring up to what was promised. I really thought this was an opportunity to move on with my life especially since the death of my wife and son four months apart. I'm asking for a remedy to this situation, I don't have money to give away.

This complainant contracted for our services in September 2023 for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review.
After receiving this complaint, we reached out to the complainant to discuss his concerns. He was unable to provide any specifics regarding the companies which he stated were no longer in business. Nevertheless, we reviewed the companies selected for his submission services and decidedly do not agree with him. We asked the complainant to provide us with more specific information so that we can investigate further and have not hear back from him.
The pursuit of an invention is often a difficult and high-risk endeavor. We go above and beyond to inform our inventor-clients that we provide invention services with no guarantees of the outcome. We go so far as to have our clients sign that they understand this prior to becoming a client. It is unfair that this complainant is now blaming our services and making unsubstantiated claims for the lack of results for which he had hoped.
We are doing our part by providing the agreed upon services. Of course, should he wish to call us back, we would be happy to try to resolve this matter with him.

I sign up with InventHelp 3 years ago and I regret it. I paid 15k to them and they promised me good services. I paid for research, they answer me is not similar invention like mine, so I can start the patent application. After 3 years my project was refused by examiner because with 8 years ago, someone from Germany did something similar like my idea, I send a lot of money to them for nothing. If invent help was doing good research, I should knew about ** patent and I could start different patent application. I don't recommend to no one. Invent help, is not helpful.

Nearly 3 years ago, this complainant contracted for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the services were provided in accordance with the agreement. Nevertheless, we would be happy to discuss this matter in more detail in an effort to reach an amicable resolution.
This complainant also contracted for Patent Application Referral Services in which we refer our clients to an independent patent attorney for the preparation of a patent application. Our records indicate that we referred this client to a patent attorney in January 2022 and any activity and/or questions surrounding the patent process should be directed to the patent attorney. While we understand the frustration, it is unfortunate that neither InventHelp nor a patent attorney can promise or guarantee that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will issue a patent and that a patent can be denied at any time during the pendency period.
We encourage our client to call us.

InventHelp's rep answered some questions. But there were a couple of things that she should have told me. I didn't know that my patent only protected me in the United States. So, if someone liked my idea, they could run to China and just make it over there, and my patent here wouldn't mean crap. It was expensive to do this. If I knew that, I might have not done it. Once the process was done and they sent me paperwork, it was listed in there that that could happen. They told me about that immediately after I've signed everything and paid stuff. Everybody should know that first.
Other than that, InventHelp is with me the whole way through it. They do all the legwork to show how my invention works. And that's super nice. It's professional. They bring my stuff to shows and show people my invention. They also made me a website. The rep followed up and always had an open-door policy if I had to call or come up with something. They would send me what they would send out and I would have to approve it first or make changes, which I did. Because I didn't like how they worded the one thing. I wanted to add something in there. So, they wouldn't put it out until I 100% said okay.

The experience with InventHelp has been good so far. In the beginning stages, the guy that I spoke with was Sean. He was a big help. He paid attention to detail. He was able to tell me if the idea was a good one. He sent the right paperwork and explained it to me so that I could understand it. He was good at updating me on the next steps as well. When it was time for the transition for me to go to customer affairs for my work, it was straightforward. Whenever I called and needed an update, they gave me a good update. I've received my virtual brochure, and that's looking good. Right now, they're working on my website. The communication is great. InventHelp is a trustworthy company and would recommend them to a friend.
If someone has a patent and they wanna get a patent attorney versus going outside of it, the only thing that I would recommend is having a payment plan for things like that. For the patent attorney, you have to pay the money straightforward. If there was a payment plan like InventHelp has with all the other steps, that would be helpful. Sometimes when you go to other lawyers, they charge up the wall, $5,000 to $10,000 for the patent. For InventHelp, it's $1,825.

My experience is good. I'm waiting to get my invention picked up. I'm in the stage of we're just now getting it marketed out to different companies. It was a big impact on my life. There's a time frame for what they have from start to finish of developing the product. I'm down towards where we're marketing now, but I haven't really gotten any information on how much time it would take because that's really up to the companies looking at the product.
