How does OzarksGo work?
OzarksGo delivers internet, phone and TV over a 100% fiber-optic network. Unlike cable, fiber uses light to transmit data through thin glass strands, allowing for faster, more reliable service. All internet plans include equal upload and download speeds.
Most installations happen within a few weeks of sign-up, depending on location. After confirming service availability and choosing a plan, a technician runs a fiber line directly to your home and sets up a managed wireless router. In most areas, the fiber is buried underground for better durability and long-term performance.
OzarksGo also includes built-in security protections. Because fiber is less prone to interference than cable or DSL, it offers a more consistent and private connection.
Here’s how installation works:
- Check availability by entering your address on the OzarksGo website
- Choose the internet, phone or TV plan that fits your needs
- Schedule your installation online or by phone
- A technician installs the fiber line and sets up equipment inside your home
