I transferred my domain to Go Daddy last September because I was very dissatisfied with NS- Stupid high prices for bad service. After I went through the "Transfer Process" which NS strung out... I finally got a confirmation that the transfer had gone through. I though that was the end. Oh no... that would be too easy. :-) I saw on my bank statement that these guys were still leeching money off me for an e-mail account. I tried in vain to locate the "Delete" button on my Account page, there isn't one. Also - I found out through the Google forums that you have to open a "Ticket" on their support pages to request cancellation of the e-mail account. If you try to find this info on their support/help platform you won't find it. NS are allergic to the help topic: Cancel or Delete E-mail services. They will gladly sign you up online but they don't allow this service to be cancelled online. It is not at all transparent for the customer. Good Ridance NS...

I have been trying to get the authorisation code from Network Solutions to authorise a transfer to another provider. They make it as difficult as possible. I have around 10 domains that were held with various hosts and I am now consolidating with one provider. Network Solutions are the most complicated and difficult to obtain a transfer from, I have had to send them a request for an authorisation code to an email account which they say will take many days to send! I have been with them for about 10 years. Now my website is not working at all.

I ordered a great address the day it was first available, plus a few others, by phone with a human being. All of the others went through immediately, but the great address is stuck in limbo, with no straight answers from anyone including supervisors. Five days later, supervisors, "escalated tickets," and it is all BS. You know the cliche of some call-center "Peggy" in some foreign country? For the premium that Network Solutions charges as compared to all other sites, they could at least give a straight answer.

I have been a loyal customer since 1995, to date probably purchasing hundreds of services from them. All was fine until web.com bought it: items added to shopping cart after it was reviewed and accepted, sneaky add-ons to orders, lousy customer service (not fixing what they said were fixed, etc), and on and on. The latest issue is the new e-mail platform, where I cannot access items moved into individual folders (some of them important for my business). I have lost all trust and confidence on Network Solutions, the once-great company. It's time to fly, and let my customers' services to expire and then take us somewhere else.

I purchased a premium domain name from Network Solutions about a little over a year ago... a ".FM" for my streaming company to be exact. These domains run $75 a year... not to mention my domain name with the ".FM" was extremely hard to find for my company brand. The domain name came up for renewal this year in July so I renewed it Aug 22, 2014. Transaction goes fine and I have been using the domain fine since. How about Dec 3rd my ".FM" domain disappears without a trace. I find out today it was deleted from their system. I ask what for. They do not have a clue... now they say they have escalated my case and should have the domain back in my account in the next couple business days "maybe!"
Maybe is not what you want to hear when it's your company brand and you have customers utilizing your services through that domain and brand. It's also alarming because I had this happen with another radio client I had set up with streaming servers using that similar ".FM" domains. He paid in for 5 (five) years and one day at about 4 (four) years in I go to add subdomains to the account and the domain is gone but is still pointing to our servers so we had no control.
Network Solutions tells us somehow a third party register now was handling "that" domain. We looked everywhere and when we finally found them some months later, they referred us back and forth to Network Solutions. Had so many problems with that domain and Network Solutions that I just advised the client to just allow the domain name to expire and "prayfully" we can pick it up after the 30 day limbo period with another register. It paid off... we bought it for a little less than Network Solutions through a company called DomainsPricedRight. I have never had any problems with their domains dropping like this and I have been using them for over 10 years now. They have had a couple name changes but their service has always been consistently reliable... unlike the godfather of the domain industry Network Solutions. They have been dropping the ball in a lot of other areas as well that I won't go into this thread.

About a month ago I received an email from Network Solutions saying my card was about to expire. I knew my website was on auto renew so I was able to log in and update. I received my credit card statement and saw the charge. I felt it was high, but wanted to see if it was for a two-year term. Could not log on, was able to have them email me my user acct. name but when I asked for a password reset the email would not come thru. The "security questions" I had answered a year ago - were not the same question. I have screen caps of the questions I answered. When I called they said I'd have to retrieve by a fax along with a photo copy of my driver's license. When I read the fax it said it would have to match the address on account. My driver's license is my home address, not my office. Also it auto filled the name on the account as John **? Don't know who he is. So I decided not a good idea to send my license. I called back talked with somebody again and told him none of the security questions matched. He asked me the ones I did fill out and I answered them. But then he said he'd have to call the phone number on account. I never received a call or someone changed the number. The whole thing seems scheme and very, very rude customer service.

I registered a new domain name about 2 weeks ago and just tried to access my account to set up email addresses. I could get in - it said I had either a wrong ID or a wrong password. So, after trying several attempts to log in -- I contacted network solutions support. After waiting on the phone for maybe 5 to 10 minutes I got a support person that I could barely understand and she just kept reading a script to me and repeating what she had said. After some heated words from me, I answered the security questions and was sent a password reset link. When I clicked on the link it didn't work. The support person told me that the account was locked so I couldn't access it. So, I said "Unlock it." She said she did not have that authority and that I would be notified in 2 to 3 business days about resolving the problem. I said "Impossible, I need to use my new email address starting on December 1," She asked me to hold. She came back and told me that a supervisor will call me in 1 to 2 hours. She asked if she had resolved all my problems. I said "What a ridiculous question. Goodbye." It has not been over an hour and still no call.

I became a customer of Network Solutions in January 2014 with their email, marketing and web hosting services. I had problems from day one. I decided to drop them in July and got with HIBU. The wait time to speak to a customer service agent is at least 20 to 25 minutes and any give time during the day. After several weeks of trying to reach someone, I finally got a real person and he was extremely rude and asked why I was cancelling service. I said their service was horrible and I signed up with HIBU. He hung up on me and I had to start all over again. When I reached another agent they cancelled my web hosting but said I had to call and speak to someone in their marketing and email department to cancel those services. It is Nov 12th and they are still charging my credit card for services I have no access to.

I got a notification that (.attorney) and (.lawyer) extensions were going to become available. I purchased 8 domains and several days after I went back to the netsol.com website and saw the SAME domain names I purchased were still available. I called Network Solutions and they tell me that it is on a first come first serve basis and that in the event my order doesn't go through, I will be refunded the domain name fee BUT NOT the application fee of $9.99. How can a company get away with this? If one domain name can only be registered to one person, why do they keep resellling the same domain over and over again to thousands of people? This is plain and simple fraudulent, unethical and unacceptable. They need to be stopped and fined!!!

An accurate and fair assessment of Network Solutions is that I experienced excellent service and courteous customer support with a minimum of headaches and trouble. They were stellar and I recommended them to everyone -- including all of my clients. Then they were bought out. I got a harassing phone call from an overly aggressive marketer (when I asked the marketer to remove me from his list, he quite rudely argued with me that since NetSols was taken over, I was going to keep receiving phone calls from them). ActiveSynch charges for services that I didn't agree to and that I didn't even know I was being charged for (and that I never used) and endless daily barrage of aggressive email marketing.
GoDaddy offered apparently cheaper rates, but worse support and extra charged for everything that should be included in a subscription for hosting -- looked more like a "bait-and-switch" operations -- not honest enough up front to suit me. Now after many years with Network Solutions, I would give anything to get rid of them (if I could just find anyone that worked for me the way Network Solutions used to be). I love recommending good services to people I know. NetSols used to be very good, but no more. It has been ruined by greed. As soon as I can find a decent replacement for Network Solutions, I will tell everyone I know.

I signed up for 2 domain names a few months apart. A few months later I started to notice monthly fees on my visa from Network Solutions. Then I discovered that I was being charged for 2 separate email service(s) I NEVER KNOWINGLY ordered. This is a fraudulent business practice by Network Solutions and I hope the Attorney General from one of the states starts to examine Network Solutions business practices. When you take money from someone without their permission or knowledge - it's stealing - and I thought that was against the law.

I signed up for Network Solutions domain and hosting. The price they showed was very low $2.95 a month which was a little less than what I was paying at Go Daddy. So I went for it. I looked for the fine print that said this was only an introductory rate and did not state this. I then ordered it and got a confirmation email stating that my recurring charge would be $2.95 a month. Several months later I notice my credit card is being billed for $65.00 A MONTH. WOW huge difference, not even competitive at all with other companies. When I called to complain they offered to cancel my account but refused to refund me the difference. When I said I would forward the email confirming that the "recurring monthly charge" states $2.95 the lady's response was "I don't care what the email says. I am telling you that the $2.95 is a one month introductory charge only." Unbelievable, how do these people stay in business. I canceled and went to get my files and they locked me out from actually downloading my website that was created by someone else. So now I can't even get my files.

I registered a domain with Network Solutions in June. JUST THE DOMAIN. When I noticed that some monthly chargeable service were connected, I tried to cancel those services. They charged me last month. I received my notice to myself to cancel the services this month before the charges can go through. So 8/2 I sat trying to log in. I could not log in. I kept sending notices for them to send an email with my LPG I Info. Got that. Sent for an email to change my password. It comes. I clicked the link and it says the link is already expired or has already been used. Most normal sites have several ways for you to obtain your information. Everything was a dead end with them.
So I call. The girl says I was locked out due to too many attempts to log in. OK. She says she can remove the lock. Asks for my phone number. I give it to her. She says she'll call me in one to two minutes. No call. So I call back. Phone mysteriously hangs up. I call back, and then she informs me they couldn't call me back on the number given because it's not the same number on file. Lies. This is my only cell phone. I don't even know my house phone number and never ever give it out to anyone. She says that I don't have secret security questions set up, so I can't have her reset my password over the phone. I can't even add my security questions over the phone. She says I should have added my security questions. I say I thought I would be able to sign back in later, but of course that's not working when I have the user ID and the password written down.
She asks what's the user ID, as if it somehow matters. I tell her, and then she says, "Well the user ID is not case sensitive, but the password is." OK. What was the point in mentioning that? At this point I'm getting aggravated. I say, "Never mind. Thanks for being no help." I will just block Network Solutions from being able to take any more money from me. So I call my bank and have that debit card number shut down, and for them to send me a new card. I'm glad I didn't waste time. It's so unlike me not to Google a company and their scams before I order from them. I have never had this type of problem with registering a domain name in the past. I have learned my lesson.

I wanted to transfer two domains from Network Solutions to a different registrar. The process should normally take up to five working days. With Network solutions it took 5 weeks, endless frustrating and long trans-Atlantic phone calls, each time going over the same ground, multiple attempts by the receiving registrar, and every possible obstacle created by NS - but all done with ultra-pseudo-politeness. At one point my emails failed completely because they deleted the domain on the date of expiry even though I had already begun the transfer process with plenty of time for the transfer to be completed before expiry. Their object is clearly to try and wear the customer down and make it as difficult as absolutely possible in the hope that the customer will just give up. I have since been informed from a number of quarters that they have a reputation for this. It's not an accident or isolated failure in customer service but a carefully calculated company strategy. Caveat emptor!

I tried to renew a hosting package and domain name through the online website. The total charged that showed on the transaction online were $139.50. Then I received a confirmation for a second charge, by email, showing that I had also purchased a "private registration." The private registration is automatically checked with other options shown. You have to uncheck it when placing an order. It does not show up on the renewal charges, but comes separately. This is a sleazy practice... and can easily be corrected by NOT checking a box. Also, if it were ordered, it should have shown up on the "Today's Total invoice that was part of the screen document. When I called to have the additional service stopped, I was told that my request would have to go before a review panel who would need to determine if I would get a refund.

I received an email, not a call, in early morning hours that my website was being suspended immediately and shut down due to high volume of spam. I was in disbelief since I pay them a fee to manage and host my site. I am also a "my time" member and have my AmEx on file for any repairs needed. This resulted in multiple phone calls, being placed on hold while my site is completely shut down. I was forced to buy a captcha product that they put on website for an hourly fee. It took 2 full days! I said no problem whatever it takes my business depends on my site. When it's shut down, means no business. They didn't care. This went on for 2 days, finally they sent me an email letting me know it had been fixed and that my website mail was being directed to an address that was not mine!!!!
It belonged to a computer tech guy that our company fired 4 years ago. He is not authorized or even on our account. They violated my security and uploaded the wrong website, it was an old site filled with errors of 4 years ago (reason the web guy tech was fired) I have spent a lot money, lost a lot business over past few days --none of them take accountability. If you call a customer service person takes the message, sends an email to a tech. Nobody ever calls. I am very upset, and considering taking legal action. They shut me down for some bogus reason to sell me a product. I paid them to do whatever it takes, then they do this? Security breach and wrong site --which is quite humiliating to all my customers.
Why can't I shut them down for violating contract? I should be able to just as they did to me, and I was never in violation. Network Solutions manages hosts my site. To shut it down, without notice just so I can buy hours of my time, (which I did) and result in the biggest disaster ever. Worst is you can't talk to anyone. I have been with them for years. Years ago I had a problem and very good tech emailed me directly fixed my problems, he had a real name and real address. They have changed. Horrible company. Any suggestions attorneys, law firms I may contact?

You can very seldom get anyone that knows what they are doing - unless you buy one of their services. They sabotage websites in order to get their customers to let them redesign their websites.
NS customers recently had their e-mails blocked by SPAMCOP which was a problem with NS servers and systems. I would not suggest using their services to anyone. To cut the story short. I encounter similar issue over my domain transfer as many folks here had. They delayed my request for transfer, and then quietly billed me for USD110.97 as renewal fee without my consent. I emailed to protest, and they said they will look into it. They never responded and never return my money. So, I took it as renewed for one year at that exorbitant USD110.97!
A year later they did the same. Sending me renewal notice just before expiry. When contacted they pretended to allow my transfer, and then locked up my domain again in the process, and offered to renew at >USD150 and ignored all my emails of protest, until expiry. Finally they sold my domain, and soon a company contacted to sell me my domain for several hundred dollars. I think a class action against NS is appropriate. I wonder why despite so many complaints the relevant authority still takes no action against them?

My client has an account with Network Solutions where one of their domains was registered. I am the web developer for the domain, and I am also (or thought I was!) the administrative contact and technical contact. The store owner (and domain owner) is also listed as a contact on the account. We had the domain set to automatically renew, using my PayPal account. Well, much to my surprise, I discovered by chance when I was going through my periodic SEO review of this site, that the domain had expired! Neither I nor the owner had received ANY notice from Network Solutions that there was a problem with the billing account. (In fact I seriously doubt there WAS a problem - my PayPal account has been around a long time, and works just fine elsewhere).
That was the beginning of the nightmare. Network Solutions wanted $200(!!!) to renew the domain for 5 years. GoDaddy wanted $45. So we started the process to transfer the domain. The next obstacle was they wouldn't put the transfer through because it was expired! So I asked them to let us just buy it, but they said they couldn't do that (its EXPIRED, that is a complete lie - they can legally transfer/sell a domain to ANYONE once its expired). They did say they could temporarily lift the lock on it for 15 days, but they couldn't make the change for me or the owner, because we weren't "primary" on the account. It turns out, the original web developer put the account in HER name. So we started the process of changing the primary to the actual owner.
We followed the N.S. process exactly. The owner sent in all of the proof of ID, etc. Then they put a 30-day hold on the account because of the change! They said this was to "protect us" from domain hijackers. So then we went through the process to have this "hold" lifted. Which they did, and they said there would be a 3-day wait period, then we could start the domain transfer. Which we did. It failed again. They told us we had to "unlock" the domain, which we did. Started the transfer AGAIN on January 24. Four days later, we received our transfer code, 2 days after they sold the domain to New Venture Services!
To me this looks like a deliberate attempt to stall, thwart, and delay our efforts to complete a successful transfer. I feel they were trying to blackmail us into renewing instead of transferring. When you call customer service they say there is nothing they can do, the system is automated, and the computer does what it does automatically. I asked them why they bothered to hire any people if the computers just do everything automatically and they have no control over them.
So if you have a domain registered with Network Solutions - BEWARE! They are the craftiest domain hijackers out there - that whole spiel about "We do this for your protection" is a complete lie, what they really are running is a "Protection Racket", pay us or we'll sell your domain to a company that will ransom it for a minimum of $125. I tried to find out more about who New Venture Services is, but their published number goes to a law firm. I would bet they DO have some kind of relationship with Network Solutions, but I can't prove it. I have seen MANY stories similar to this on Google - it sounds like this might be a good candidate for a class action lawsuit.

Just had a long talk with the unfair practice called Network Solutions. I have over a hundred domains, some are spontaneous purchases and I do not plan to renew, I note that during the registration process. The auto renew feature is turned back on again, not the first time this has happened. Sometimes I have gone into each account individually and turned them off and here it is, January 2014 and they are all back on again. I have called and had them turn off auto renew on all domains and remove my credit card information. By law, they have to give you notice 45 days in advance, which they do; if you notice, they will send you multiple messages to prompt you to renew the domain.
THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY... Downside is I enter CC info each time for a purchase, but makes you think twice before buying if you speculate. Obviously, they should know to include sufficient settings in what they package and sell - rather than do an after-the-fact bait-and-switch to pay them $59.95 to make this simple tweak to THEIR package. There were no options originally offered me to specify a different memory. How many other customers are they ripping off with this $59.95 fee?

I have about 60 domains and sometimes I forget to renew them on time. All registrars by law now give you a 45 days period before deleting the domain. If you renew your domain within this period, they charge you just the normal price of renewal. Network Solutions, apart from charging the highest price for .com domains at $37.99, is now charging a reinstatement fee of $25.99 if you are late even by one day! So if you forget even for one day to renew your domain, you are looking at the outrageous amount of $63.98. After this gun-in-the-head renewal, I am transferring all my domains to other registrars that have the normal price and no reinstatement fees.

I found that a domain had auto renewed without my opting in to this service. I called and got this cleared up (I hope). But this is an end to a long relationship with that company, around 15 years of being their customer. It looks as if auto-renew is their new normal, a great way to bill customers for domains they are no longer using and have left to die. I will be moving my domains and those of my clients to another provider. I have also raised prices and made discounts almost a thing of the past.

I received an e-mail from the company thanking me for renewing my hosting services with them (four months before they are set to expire). Problem is I did not renew my services with them. In fact, I was planning to migrate my account to another provider with better service. I challenged the charge over the phone. You can select "auto renewal services" online, but you have to call to turn it off. By the way, I never selected auto renewal! They took my card on file and just charged it.
Now they say it is their "policy" to not refund hosting fees once they are charged. So am I out $180.00? No. You see, American Express is a company that understood my issue and blocked the charge. I dare them to try to sue me. We will go to a jury. The only breach of contract here is theirs. By the way, I manage 57 websites with Network Solutions. As difficult and time-consuming as it will be, I am migrating all of them to another provider. I encourage everyone to take a stand with this sort of practice. Vote with your feet.

I chose Network Solutions a couple years ago after having issues with 1 and 1. (They deleted my files when moving from one server to another.) I was on an auto renew and the only way to get off auto renew is to call them. You cannot do it online. The card I had listed on auto renew had expired (card was good, expiration date bad). After calling and getting off auto renew (and receiving an email saying they did so), they charged my card. So I called and asked for a refund. Five days later, I got the refund. Then a day later (yup!), they charge me again! So another call. Each time the call being about 20-30 minutes in length, through prompting, holds, and after putting all valid info in, voila! Wrong department! Useless. All calls go to the Philippines, which I do not remember being the case when you sign up. It's like talk to an American to get your contract, then afterwards your bottom of the barrel speaking to a far away place while getting poor service, wrong information, and just overall awful. They charged a $25 reinstatement fee (you know it's hard for them to keep track of all the money they're collecting) and $37 for one year. That's more than triple of what I had paid. Now that I've renewed with them, I will be certain to transfer the domain name to Hostgator where, next year, they will charge only $15 for one year. I received the instructions but I also received an e-mail from "risk management" canceling my purchase and suspending my account as well as my credit card and e-mail address.
They listed my domain name as available but only on their site. I checked and could not buy it through another site. I tried to repurchase it on their site but they prevented it by blocking access, my e-mail address and credit card inside their system. I called them and attempted to buy the name again and when it came to the e-mail I provided I was told that it was blocked and the credit card was rejected. I checked with my bank and they assured me that there was no block on the card.
I had incorporated my business after the purchase of the matching domain name. It took Network Solutions five days before suspending my account and stealing my domain. During those five days, I ordered several hundred business cards, a web page, obtained an EIN and opened a bank account matching the domain name.
The domain name is still for sale on their web page and I am attempting to get someone else to buy it so I don't lose my business branding. This sucks!

I filled out this form and mailed it in. A couple of months went by, and I received an email from Register.com about renewing my domain names. I didn't recall the amount having been charged to the credit card I used on the form, so I assumed that it was lost and renewed my domain names with Register.com online on June 15, 2002.
That's it--no indication as to what the account was or that I had been switched from Register.com. Within a few hours of receiving that email, my website went down and my email stopped working.
After a day and a half of dealing with my DSL provider and checking my server, I determined that the problem was that my domain name was no longer found. I called Register.com and found out that I had been switched to Network Solutions.
I called Network Solutions and was informed that my domain names--which are paid for--had been turned off "for some reason." Initially, I was told that it would take 5 to 8 business days to turn them on again. After I protested (this is a business website/email account), I was transferred to thier "Tier 2" customer support.
The Tier 2 agent informed me that:--it will take 48 hours for them to turn my domain name back on.
--the "renewal" notice I sent in several months ago was actually a change of register agreement that they just finally got around to processing.
--that I could NOT change back to Register.com for 60 days.
I asked the support person what I was supposed to do about my the time and business lost from what is now 2.5 days without email or a website. His response: "That's something your attorney will have to take up with our attorneys."

On January 9, 2002, the new registrar informed me that Network Solutions had an invalid email address listed for my domain name and that I should contact Network Solutions.com. I did so first by going online to the Network Solutions website. I could not access the account for this domain name as I had forgotten my password. I then called Network Solutions (hereinafter referred to as NSI.)
The woman with whom I spoke (no name) told me that I needed to send a fax and gave me the specifics for doing so. I sent the fax, outlining the problem, requesting a change of password and a change of email address. I received no response.
I emailed NSI many times after that. Responses received were all the same....telling me to either call them or log onto the NSI website to change my account info. Since I had already called, I knew this to be futile. Since I did not have a password, I could not access the account online. I again sent a fax to NSI on January 19, 2002...again with no response from same.
Today, January 27, 2002, after all efforts to do otherwise proved to be futile, I decided to renew my domain name through NSI, in order to protect my interest (thinking that I would then transfer the name to the company that I wanted as my new registrar.)
When I attempted to renew, I discovered that I also had to renew a website that I had purchased with the original purchase of the domain name. I could not merely renew the domain name..(I could, if I went online and changed my account info, telling NSI that I did not want to renew the website, but with no password....ad infinitum...
I also realized that in order to renew, I had to agree to the "terms of service" which in part provided that "I could not transfer my domain name to a new server for a period of 60 days." I did sign this (under duress, of course) in order to effect this transfer and protect my domain name rights.

We faxed that invoice to meet the bill with the address that they have on file for this account, his driver's license, signed letters generated from their "fax letter section" with my clients letterhead signed and dated.
In the last attempt we faxed two letters (with company letterhead), one requesting a modification to his personal information, and the second asking to modify the registration record. Both of them clearly referenced the domain name and tracking number per their request, but in the last response they replied "The authorization letter did not reference a NIC-tracking number and/or a domain name." Both letters in fax did reference a domain name and a tracking number. They have no phone number that "customers" can call, so how does someone get a hold of them?

This started as a simple mistake that continues to snowball. Here's part of my letter to NSI: "Late last year (1999) I decided to setup a business domain through Sprint's business services. Note that I already had been using them for my dial-up connection and personal web page.
Part of the process meant registering my domain name, for which Earthlink recommended NSI. I had heard and read some pretty scary things about NSI's poor service record, but decided to give Earthlink the benefit of the doubt (a mistake on my part in hindsight). When I registered my domain on your site, I entered my current physical address (this is key) as my business address, as one would reasonably expect [note: at this time I did not know NSI had my old home address in their database, related to my email address.
After registering, I was informed by Earthlink that NSI would send me a bill for $70 for registration to my home address. I had already known of this, and planned to pay by check. Not long after registering igeon, I received an email from NSI regarding paying online via credit card. As I would be paying by check, I disregarded that email. Note: after that I received NO further communications from NSI-- email, physical bill, warnings or otherwise (again, that is key). I just assumed it would take a while for me to receive the bill.
However, a few weeks ago customers informed me they could not access my site. I had noticed the same thing but attributed it to server problems at the location I was accessing the site from. I contacted Earthlink, where I was informed that NSI had put a HOLD on my account. I asked why; they said for non-payment. When I explained that I had received NO bill, the Earthlink rep was surprised, and said I should have gotten not only a bill but also TWO warnings before the domain was deactivated. When I said I'd never got a warning, he suggested contacting NSI.
There began a series of fruitless attempts to explain the situation to you folks. Not ONE of my phone calls has been answered, despite my camping out on the phone for 20 minutes or more at times. Most of my emails have received nothing more than automatic replies, and the ones that DID garner a human reply demonstrated that no one I have contacted is reading the emails. If you look at the example I am faxing, that fact should become obvious. I have stated NUMEROUS times that I never got a bill at all, nor any warnings, and that my domain needs to be reactivated, my address corrected and a CORRECT bill sent to my address. At the very least, email warnings should have been sent along with snailmail warnings. I can't understand why that did not occur. Do you have any explanation?
As far as I can tell, somehow my old address was retained in your records, and you billed to that address instead of the one I used during registration. At that time I was unaware you even HAD my address in your system! Regardless, the current address entered during registration was the PROPER one to use for billing, not a place I lived at almost 2 years ago! That's just common sense!
