I went to Walgreens yesterday. I had 3 OTC items. I take the time to go there. I make sure they are OTC. I get to the register. They say, "No. Payment not accepted." Lol same with customer in front of me. Mind you I have had reward on my card for over 2 years. I'm told, "You can use rewards for anything in Walgreens!" Lol!! Wrong again. When I've tried cashier and manager has no clue what I'm talking about. It's a scam!!!

Their site says member services 7 days a week which is NOT true. It’s Saturday and our active insurance is showing inactive and we can’t get through to anyone. We tried the member services number in back of card, says Mon-Fri so we tried the chat feature, also Mon-Fri. Then I tried instagram messaging as last resort and they gave me a different number to call NOT on our card, we got someone there who said our insurance IS active so they aren’t sure why cvs shows it’s inactive, but then said she couldn’t help and that we have to call back Monday to another different number that’s also NOT on our card. We pay too much for insurance to get zero member services when you need it.

They denied my claim for sleep apnea. They denied my medication for stage 4 esophagitis. You pay them and they don't want to approve your claim when you call them and ask why they denied your claim. They lie and say they did not deny your claim but I have paperwork from my doctor's and pharmacy showing they denied it. They don't care about anyone. All they want is your money. Don't use UnitedHealthCare. They have the highest denial rate out of all insurance companies.

Yesterday I took a closer look at my UHC 2025 Medicare Advantage Plan and others. They seemed to have made a lot of changes. The OTC benefit is gone. Now there is a large deductible on Tier 3. So I decided since it's open enrollment I switched back to Humana. I cannot speak about other states. I feel that their whole company is way off on their 2025 changes and no longer competitive in the marketplace in almost all areas.

Horrific website. Just trying to register my new account. 2 days later no one can understand why I can't gain access or why I can't register. Then they get something called Optum Messenger involved as they will have all the answers. They send a private message that, you guessed it, can't be accessed even after setting up a new account with them, applying several access codes and wasting yet another couple of hours to still have no answers or access. They have really went overboard on the levels of security they require when they themselves can't even get in! Unbelievable!

I had UHC insurance at my last job, thank god I don’t anymore (now I have Cigna, one of the best in my opinion). I would advise anyone if they can, please do not use this insurance. I was falsely charged by a doctor, I had all the proof that it was an annual physical (which is free supposedly by most insurances, including the plan I had at UHC). I sent in a grievances appeal and was STILL denied by the insurance. The doctor charged me under some crazy appointment and gave me all of these tests, EKG, ultrasounds, etc. and then had the nerve to charge me! So I told UHC and they still denied the claim. When I try to call no one answers or you get transferred 10 millions times and then the call disconnects. I am now going to have to get my lawyer involved. For your own sanity, please avoid this insurance like the plague!!!!

Poor marketplace coverage - they paid nothing in 2 years I ‘covered’ my husband. Didn’t cancel the policy after death notification so continued receiving monthly bills. When calling - you speak to automated voice. When you do reach a representative, the noise in the background call center is so loud combined with accent so thick it’s near impossible to understand - told no other representatives are available when requested who speak English as primary language. Wouldn’t recommend.

United Healthcare Community Plan in NJ... Have you ever thought why they don't have an address in NJ? Probably, they don't want all bad reviews to follow them... This is not right. If you google "United Healthcare Community Plan in NJ", you won't be able to find a location on the google map or any other map. They are practicing very bad corporate practices. For more than 10 years they don't accept new insurance providers officially trying to find all the excuses to make the life of their patients more miserable. Patients have to leave this network because they cannot work with providers they chose and the providers are not accepted to the network. I think all providers who have ever experienced United Healthcare bad practices should discuss it and write the collective letter to NJ senator and ask for thorough investigation of what is going on with United Healthcare in New Jersey.

I want to share this positive Review because United Healthcare deserves it. I recently found out a Dr. Matthew ** has left Surgical Clips in my TMJ area and I have been suffering with pain and Chronic Deformity for years. I have continued to go to several Specialist but no one has diagnosed me with these clips that continue to cause infection, swelling, bleeding etc. I learned of the negligence on 9/26/24 and these doctors have known for years but instead they say, "I am Delusional," to prevent me from getting the proper medical care and treatment. Virginia doctors have been caught several times with the mistreatment of patients. I want to thank United Healthcare for their loyal support, care and compassion while trying to find a doctor in another state who morals and ethics have not sunk so low. I pray I get the help needed in time before this severe infection kills me. I want to thank the staff and especially Ms. Crystal T. for the help I received with this matter.

What's the point of trained Doctors and health insurance prescription coverage, if the Doctor prescribes a medicine for me and health insurance denies the coverage. It baffles me how they believe they are more competent on choosing what I can and can't take, as opposed to my doctor.

I went to one of the recommended chiropractors from UHC list of providers. To my surprise, I was charged for the consultation, the “exam” and the “treatment“ on top of the copay. I got home and called UHC for an explanation of the chiropractic coverage and what does exactly the copay covers. After more than two hours on the phone, passed around from advocate to supervisors without a clear answer even from the amount of the copay (went from $15 to $50 until finally I was informed it was $20 a visit).
I was then sent out to a person who sells the UHC plans for an explanation. Well, for the copay you get a name. You pay yourself for the consult, the exam and the treatment. What does it cover? Only a manual manipulation of the spine after you paid for the consult, exam and any other “treatment” he does before and after the spinal manual manipulation. I told them I will never use their chiropractors ever again. I am better off just paying the whole thing on my own since many offer free consultation and I could save on the copay.
BTW. My first and last chiropractor visit took less than 15 minutes. I went in at 3 pm and by 3:20 I was in my car. The exam/consultation was a chat of about 5 minutes. He spent 30 seconds rubbing my neck, 15 seconds with a massage vibrator, maybe 10 seconds going over the spine with a little pressure tool and a couple of minutes with a heating pad going in and out of the room to get his tools. When that was done he suggested that I come back again in 3-4 days. That was it! Even worse is that as I left the parking lot the pain returned really strong to a point my friend offered to drive me home. A total waste of time and money!!!!

This Company has denied a service for my child when clearly they have all the notes from all the things she has had done to determine her issue. I called customer service to discuss issue and the person would not discuss anything stating HIPAA policy when child is under age and I'm her guardian/parent. I asked for supervisor and that supervisor told her rep to send me to different supervisor who when I got disconnected called me back with an attitude and refused to give me her name and hung up on me.
The required test has been denied once again although they have all required documents for her to be approved. Apparently this company is clearly refusing services to patients and their staff is needing serious training. My child is suffering for their inaccurate response and lack of due diligence to research and find that clearly they can see all that has been done send this procedure is the next step to figure out her issue. If this is how they conduct service then clearly we need to find another company that cares about their patients and not their pocket.

I would give 0 stars if I could. In fact, negative stars if it was possible. Has really sucked the joy out of my life. I've been paying for my birth control for like a year, when apparently it was supposed to be covered in full this whole time. It was costing me, a broke college student, $60 a month when it was supposed to be free. I call them, ask hey, why can I get this covered? Yes, they say, it can be covered if we get a PA from your doctor's office. My doctors sends it. United Health Care cancels it. I ask them why they cancel. No, they say, it was your doctor. No, actually, it wasn't, my office shows me that it says it was their end. Then United Healthcare says wait, actually it's because they weren't specific that your medication is for contraceptive purposes. Okay, my doctor changes it, is that better, United Healthcare?
No, it's not, we actually need a letter of exemption for you medication to be free. Why would you need a PA? You don't need that. We never said that. Yes, actually, you did, but it's whatever. I call my doctor's office again. They call the number to get the letter of exemption. Hey, this is the doctor's office. My patient said she needs this for her birth control to be covered. Oh, no, she doesn't need anything. You don't need to give us anything. It should just be covered. You don't need to call us. My doctor asks multiple times. They insist they don't need anything from them.
My doctor's office tells me the news. I call United Healthcare. Hey, so this is what my doctor told me, can it be covered now? Hey, so no, you actually need a PA and a letter of exemption. Then why are they telling my doctor's office differently? Why do I get told something different every time I call? You're not. You need a PA and a letter of exemption. Of course, you don't have to do all that if you are just okay continuing to pay.
I gave up. I am about to see if my college can provide me with birth control at a cheaper cost. Will the change probably make my acne come back and make my hormones a disaster for the next few weeks? Yes, probably. But I would rather risk that than have to deal with this pitiful mistake of an insurance company any more. Thanks for wasting my time and money and adding on to my stress, and either lying of just having no clue what you are saying to me or my doctor. Worst health insurance there is.

I’m a member of United Healthcare for many years. I tried to sign in to my account at UHC Supplement plan N and was asked to enter a code. I received a code over the phone and entered it. The UHC system did not accept it. The representative of Website Technical Support said the system sends a code only as a text to a mobile phone. I’m 81 and I do not have a mobile phone and not going to have it. I can accept a code on my home phone or as email on my PC. Whose “ingenious” idea was to limit old people with use of only mobile phone instead of creating a user-friendly environment? All other companies offer a choice of text, phone call or email. What is the reason to give hard time to people with number of health problems?
Reviewed Jan. 10, 2025
My experience with UHC has been the worst experience I've ever had with customer service. They have several numbers for each department. We applied for a medicare advantage plan on Dec 5 for my M-I-L and when her card did not arrive within 3 weeks we tried calling to see what was going on. Call 1 - (about a week later) I was on the phone for 1 hour an 15 minutes, where I had to conference my MIL in. The agent told us not to worry about the application and that everything should go through and she should be receiving a card soon, and even if the application was not completed, she would still received a card. He also said, check your inbox, you should get an email update. The problem, he told me, was that I should not have applied through Medicare.gov and instead through their website.
Call 2 After roughly another week with no email update, we called again (by this time the enrollment period had ended). After 2 transfers and 1 hour and 5 minutes, they finally found her application. Again I had to conference her in to give permission for us to get a status. They again said it was still in the process and not to worry. They told us a Dr had to certify her condition. They couldn't tell me which doctor they were reaching out to to do that (either her pcp or her specialist). I expressed concern because I didn't remember putting her pcp or specialist on her application. Call 3 (later that week) was 30 minutes, and again with a Sales person, who was unable to help me because they could not find the application, but who also told me not to worry and to call back in a couple of days.
Call 4 (the week of xmas) was over 2 1/2 hours. Still no email update and I was unable to use the software to sign her up for an account (she doesn't have a computer or smart phone). After finding the application and conferencing in my MIL, they were still unable to give me the name of the Dr who they were seeking certification from because in his words "We sent a letter to your mother in law requesting that she get the certification, We don't call doctors, it's her responsibility to provide the certification". This is the first time, I heard that we needed to provide the certification. My MIL received no such letter. We had no idea. She received no email updates. The application process was a black hole. After finally getting this information (what else don't we know), we contacted the Dr. office who then faxed the proof of her condition to UHC (to the fax number they provided me with) on Dec 30.
5th Call (Jan 10) After waiting a little over a weeks (Jan 10) (we expected a delay to holidays) I called UHC to get the status of the application. It had been denied and they could not tell me why despite my Husband being POA. I spent 1 hour and 12 minutes on the phone and was disconnected twice. My husband spent 45 minutes on the phone with them and was disconnected once.
As a result, we will need to go through the application process again which means she does not have drug coverage this month. She is on a tier 3 life saving drugs and we can't afford to wait another month of uncertainty. Do they care that their incompetence is life-threatening? The "don't worry" attitude is really condescending. The mixed messages, lack of clear instruction and changing stories every time we call make me not trust this company at all. As an aside. I get my health insurance through my company. This year they switched from Aetna to UHC. I opted to go onto my husband's health care instead and very glad that I did. I hope I never have to choose UHC in the future because of a job.

I have yet to only have to pay my copay for an appointment with UHC, whether or not the doctor is in network. And in network doctor's appointment that is supposed to cost me $70 has yet to cost me less than 100. And I pay for all of my lab work, which is a lot if you have chronic health issues and need your lab drawn at every appointment. If you call the company themselves, they are no help and honestly, I am not surprised about what happened to the CEO. They run a company based on denying the services that people are paying them to provide and show that they do not care about human lives at all.
Would avoid at all cost. It is literally the worst insurance I’ve ever had in my entire life. Unfortunately it’s also the only insurance my employer provides. I am stuck, knowing that my health issues will eventually kill me because I can’t afford to have them treated and the health insurance that I’m paying thousands of dollars for a year is basically inaccessible to me.

I am very upset with UHC. Received a letter on Jan 3 that was dated Dec 20, 2024. I had enrolled with them 4 years ago when I turned 65. Had the plan for 4 yrs then last year received a letter the plan was discontinued and had to enroll in a new plan. Did so on Oct 16th 2024. Made sure all my doctors and meds were covered and they were. On Jan 3, 2025 received a letter stating my Primary Care Provider in which I have been going to for almost 30 years their current contract will be ending as of Feb 15, 2025. I called them to complain about this and all they wanted to do is give me a new provider. I don't want a new provider I want to stay with who I have. I am comfortable with them they know my history. This is so wrong for them to do this with Seniors.
I guess UHC is not making a good enough profit on them for the CEOs to fill their pockets with more money. This is so wrong. Please renew the contract with Community Care Physicians so I can continue to see my doctors. If I had known they would do this when I first enrolled I would have picked a different insurance. I am hoping they make good on renewing the contract so I can continue to see my doctor and be able to get my monthly meds. How can they be so heartless to seniors enrolled with them. I guess it's not the people only the profit that they are concerned about. This is so wrong. Wealth over Care. So sad.

1) They will require you to get a pre-authorization for many medications (some basic) that have never needed pre-auths under other insurers.
2) They deny almost everything. They wouldn't give me one basic med I'd been on for 15 yrs without getting a pre-auth (Dr was even confused). They also denied my generic maintenance medication I take for a chronic condition that is the standard of care for that disease and is not experimental. Wound up needing to go through a non profit (after 6 months fighting them) to obtain my meds despite paying them twice as much in premiums as other insurers (none of which have ever denied that medication).
3) Everyone I work with has had such a negative experience with United and we all complained to our employer/HR so much that thankfully we won't be using them again this year.
Final thoughts: I've had health insurance with many of the big health insurers and United is by far the most predatory and dangerous. I got lucky, others may not. Stay away!

I’m very dissatisfied with UNITED HEALTHCARE as I have been a member since 2021 as a senior citizen under the Advantage plan. More recently, they have gouged their co-pay amounts to out of proportion. And as a senior citizen cost is of the essence. I disenrolled my plan and went to another carrier effective January this year... However, while I was still under the enrollment with UNITED HEALTHCARE in November, I was given a house-called visit which was told after that visit I would be a given an amount of $75 that could be used through the member I.d card that could be used to make certain purchases at specific locations.
I noticed the member ID card which is referred to as a U card did not have a strip on the back so that it could be used to make purchases. When I brought this to the agent’s attention, she said, just swipe it that it would work. Well, it didn’t. I called and complained and was told that says January 1. I was no longer with UNITED HEALTHCARE that they would not honor the $75 amount that was promised before the transition had been made to the new plan. So needless to say, I am completely dissatisfied, which is why I decided to change medical carriers to begin with. And this situation just adds to it. I would not recommend UNITED HEALTHCARE as they have also received negative feedback in the media. Very poor Customer Service. So my review would actually be a negative -10.

They resubmitted paperwork and UHC denied the claim. I also have wound care on my other foot. They declined wound care supply s after they had been paying for those for the last year.
When you call their customer service they will tell you different things as to what’s covered and what’s not. In other words same conversation upon a callback each one has different results over multiple calls. Beware of the their responses as they change daily. I’ve had multiple issues seems like one after the other. But yet they will call you and tell you what care they think you need! I have had issues with them trying to have cataract surgery over dental cleanings, etc. PEOPLE BEWARE.

I have just received my new card UHC card for 2025. I tried to use the My Healthy Benefits option to purchase OTC products in an approved store. Well, the card was declined and the reason was the transaction was considered invalid. I called to speak to an advocate. I was told to wait until Monday to call back. I pay for this insurance every month. The product scanner on their website doesn't work either. Also, I used to purchase two things online and now they are not available. One was an eye vitamin and the other was a mouth moisturizer. That was what I went to the store for today and my card would not work. The eye vitamins aren't even covered anymore. I'm so frustrated. It's so wrong the way seniors are treated....big Pharma. I'll be changing insurance companies next year....wish I had done it this year. They also deny many insurance claims. I still have an outstanding one from my primary care doctor from eight months ago. I'll never pay it!

I went to their chat box and was told my copay would be $2000 for the non generic drugs and 0$ for the generic. I've had United Healthcare for three years. It was a great plan until September 2024. At that time, United Healthcare hired Optum to be a third party to deny services. In my case, I need ongoing physical therapy because a health condition. My providers have attempted to get prior approvals, which was not required before September, but have had a horrible time wading through the process. I have had a horrendous time trying to get medically necessary care.
I have contacted United Healthcare advocates, the majority are very wonderful - and yes, I have heard the stories of the recordings of advocates hanging up and laughing for people asking for help. I have appealed and have denials overturned - and yes, it is a battle of attrition, as only 10% of people will appeal the first denial, I've had to do multiple appeals to get a denial overturned.
And now, I not only have to appeal with United Healthcare, going through their medical board, having denial overturned, then the information is not communicated to Optum, but on the slimmest of chances - and I mean really slim chance, then the prior authorization is denied by Optum's medical board or possibly AI. The link is broken. How many medical providers, how many appeals? $60 BILLION in profits last year - really? Sicker quicker? $60 BILLION PROFIT LAST YEAR?

Spent hours on phone trying speak to an agent because my benefit card was not accepted to pay my electric phone nor gasoline plus the card has a different exoneration date than what uhc told me and neither worked on auto machine to pay bills.
So far I got 2 agents speaking foreign language and was very hard to understand then one hours of being redirected trying speak to a person. She took my info to pay my electric bill but said it take 10 days which is later than bill's due date. I was given no help to get into website that was Supposed to work after the first time I had problems and it is not working again so I was told I need no expectation date from my card to pay bills and yet my phone asks for it. If not I can’t pay bill then I was told to wait 2 hours for their activating process to begin on card and then maybe a next business day as it was New Year’s Day but my Aetna card worked on holidays and paid for gasoline but so far just got new uhc card and I have absolutely no access on app nor website and no one takes my card numbers or exp. date as shown on card. All I get is endless hours of calling uhc and get machines instead and hour waits for call back.
A person finally answers, redirects and then disconnected or given no help or a foreigner who can’t speak English for info no help whatsoever. What good is benefits if you can’t use them? Or even access thru website? I see I made a mistake switching to their insurance. I was promised hundred dollars more and now no the new card is useless and declined everywhere and I’m spending out of pocket with bills due in 3 days. At least with Aetna I could use the app to shop and pay my bills with cards exoneration date on card. UHC card got a exp. date on card that is not accepted and I was given no date to use and told I don’t need it - unreal and Aetna dropped my benefits down by hundred dollars with first year so that’s why I chose uhc. I hope the card starts to work because I got high bills and need access to my benefits which I am not getting. Sorry I switched ins. already.

I just recently changed my insurance to United Healthcare. Because my husband had United healthcare and didn’t have issues besides co-pays being expensive I only chose them because it said that they could fill all my medications that I had. For a whole week I battled between OptumRx, which is under United healthcare and my doctor's office. My doctor kept trying to send United healthcare a script and United healthcare kept giving them issues Saying their electronic way of receiving scripts was not working. Tells us at the last minute we can fax the script.
After faxing the script they say, "OK. Great. We will start working on your medication." Something told me to give them a call the next day and while calling I’m asking them. Why can’t I see my order being processed. They proceeded to tell me that the medication that I had been trying to get them to fill for a whole week hasn’t been in stock for a while. So they knew I was trying to fill this medication. They even spoke to my doctor and said everything was good to go and then tell me only by me calling them that they don’t know when they’re going to be receiving the medication I need so immediately I switched back to my old insurance and my warning is don’t wait on your insurance company or their pharmacy partners to tell you something is wrong. Always call and check up on whatever it is that you are doing because they were not gonna tell me.

I called United HealthCare on two different nights, talked to two different employees, and got two totally different answers. I was told the "window" to file my claims was 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. Which is it? There is no reason for United Healthcare to be so picky. Then, I'm told that I have to call the Radiologist and ask them to re-submit my two claims. Why can't one of the employees do this? The website is outdated, for heaven's sake update it already! Both the Radiology, and United Healthcare need to do much better. I've paid my premiums for years, and these claims should have been paid. I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with United Healthcare. They have failed to do the bare minimum - covering my annual preventive physical as required. Despite having a plan that explicitly states 100% coverage for preventive services, my claim was outrageously denied, leaving me stuck with an unjust bill for services that should have been fully covered. This is nothing short of a scam. Annual physicals are a basic, routine part of healthcare, and United Healthcare’s refusal to honor their commitment is not only unethical but also infuriating. What’s the point of paying exorbitant premiums if they can’t even get the most straightforward claims right?
I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with their customer service team, only to be given the runaround with empty promises and no actual resolution. Their representatives either lack knowledge or simply don’t care about their customers. Each call is more frustrating than the last, and I’ve gotten nowhere despite months of trying to resolve this issue. United Healthcare’s inability to honor its policies has not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary stress and financial strain. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to prioritize customer care. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid United Healthcare at all costs. If you are trying to get medical insurance under California Cobra, I do not recommend United Health Care. My Federal Cobra coverage with United Health Care expired on June 30, 2024 and I transferred from Federal to California Cobra on July 1, 2024, again with United Health Care. The transition process was difficult because no one seemed to know anything about California Cobra. I immediately started paying my monthly fees. Despite this, in August 2024, my mammogram was cancelled because I "did not have medical insurance". I called United Health Care and, after a long call, got everything straightened out. The service representative said I was never denied service, which is incorrect. My mammogram was cancelled.
Then in November 2024, I tried to get a Covid vaccination. My pharmacy told me my pharmacy coverage had ended on June 30, 2024 and I would have to pay $200 for the vaccine. I called United Health Care and was bounced between United Health Care, Express Scripts, and Optum Rx. The United Health Care app said I had been switched to Optum Rx but the United Health Care representative said I was still with Express Scripts. United Health Care opened a ticket for me and said they would email me back. They did not.
I called them. First they told me everything was fine and I would be with Express Scripts. Then they told me that because of the law code, United Health Care would not cover my pharmacy needs because I was under California Cobra. They would only cover my medical needs, which apparently did not include pharmacy needs. I would have to find a plan with Express Scripts myself. So far I have tried Express Scripts and Optum Rx and have been unsuccessful. I will try again tomorrow.

Updated on 06/09/2025: At this moment, I cannot begin to describe the feeling of disappointment that I have in United Healthcare’s “so called health insurance system.” I have been a member since 2011 that is the crazy thing about this situation. That was the first time I was diagnosed with cancer, renal to be exact. I lost a kidney and a rib. My life changed drastically, but I was told UHC was the premier insurance to follow my care, so I went w UHC. Unbeknownst to me I have Cowden’s Syndrome; which is basically “an inherited cancer gene,” that causes one to fall victim to an array of basically any other cancer, which I did.
Present day, I have had both breast and thyroid cancer surgery Summer 2024,then extensive radiation until 10/24 followed by radioactive iodine 12/01-12/01-12/24. All while have a complete hysterectomy w ovaries removed. UHC instructed me that they would provide me transportation as they did in 2024 and when and or if my rides were to run out, all I needed to was to apply for an extension as what was done in 2023. I did so from the dermatologist office when a biopsy was performed on my foot because of suspicious moles that were found. Now, I am denied because of trivial reasons.
The case manager from the cancer center has reached out to UHC to no avail. Now thanks to UHC’s blatant incompetence and inconsiderate treatment, I have been dropped from 2 of my primary established doctors. Dr. Hari ** and Dr. Robert **.. Why? Because I could not afford to pay $ 15 -$ 20 each way to get to the appointments!! So as of right now I no longer have a nephrologist or urologist thanks to the poor excuse for a insurance company. To think, I recommended not only my mother but my daughter to sign up for United and now the only thing my daughter says is “Really Ma??” Oh yeah, under normal circumstances one might think that I am being messy by airing out UHC’s pathetic customer service process, but I just called the 1-866-244-3123 trying to find out the status of my rides and the young lady left me on the phone for 23:17 minutes. That’s ridiculous by any standards.
Original Review: On November 24, 2024, I contacted the transportation line to schedule a ride to go and purchase items for a “diet restriction“ that I was to start per my endocrinologist; due to the fact, that I am a thyroid and breast cancer patient who just finished 38 rounds of radiation for my breast and will be starting “radioactive iodine“ treatment for my thyroid. Upon calling, the representative Deashia was very kind and polite. It was not until when my ride had to be signed by a “tier 2” representative it turned upside down. Apparently tier 2 was not available so the young lady went to a tier 3 manager, someone named Lisa. So this Lisa person decided that despite me needing this for medical reasons, I was not in a life or death position so she rudely refused. What?
Now, I am supposed to start this meal before I start the radiation because I am to have surgery a week afterwards. What was the purpose of approving my rides if you have morons playing GOD as to when a person is ill enough to be permitted to use their rides? I will be sure to let medicare know how terrible you treat cancer patients, and I guarantee that I will not recommend not another person to united, especially if you all can treat a person who has been with your company for as long as I have! Over a decade!!!
