I dont understand why there was so much difficulty communicating with my adjuster on more than one occasion about the same issue of extended hotel stay. During one of the most difficult times of my life, my insurance screwed me with the added stress of kicking me out of a Hotel.... House got damaged in a natural disaster, and after being in a hotel for 2 months and home still unlivable, the adjuster ghosted me, and they would no longer pay for me to stay.... But I've been paying for a Policy for almost 5 years, and they didn't want to pay for 2 months....

I have experienced one of the worst things in my life! My home was burglarized!!!! And everything was taking, but with the help of Lemonade! And my adjuster Deb, everything is being replaced! I was cut a check for a little over 10k for my loss.. Lemonade is the best and I highly recommend to friends and family.

The process was smooth and it’s cheap and good coverage. I hope that I would never have to experience anything like this again but if so I know that my home is covered by one of the best.

When I first purchased the insurance, I verified via chat if the insurance cover storage claim. The agent said yes. As usual, there is always an exclusion, the insurance only cover partially for storage unit. Quite disappointed there. Luckily, Lauren from Lemonade still did her best to help me claimed what I could. Thank you very much for that.

Zach was very patient and kind while helping me with my claim. He was on top of things but unfortunately he was at the mercy of someone else on my end to provide some additional information that he need. And unfortunately I had a lot of stuff going on and was a tad bit crabby to Zach. He was so amazingly professional as he could sense that I was stressed about the damage as well as other things going on in my world. So he didn't passively wait for what he needed, he did whatever he did to get it ASAP and I was pretty impressed. Then he had to wait on me a bit but once I submitted everything to him he literally started working on my claim immediately. He was clear with his explanations and answers to my questions. He responded to me immediately when I needed something which he did from the very beginning. He told me he would have it done by the end of the week and this was on a Monday so I was expecting by Friday.

I experienced a fairly quick and easy claims process. I was able to do everything on my phone in about 30 minutes. My claim was approved within a few hours. They did a direct deposit to my bank account which is also super convenient.

Lemonade was referred to me by a friend. This is a great company, with strong values. And they are very easy to understand, they reply quickly and they are honest. The app is so easy to use. Unfortunately, my car was broken into last month. I reported my claim to Lemonade, and their app made reporting the incident very easy. I was assigned a personal claim agent, he was super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I was blown away by the customer service I received! 10/10 would recommend.

I’m a mom of five and we had a major water leak in our laundry room resulting in a loss of a bunch of items. I sent the information to Lemonade explaining and provided all info requested. It took a bit of time but I’m just glad I can go and get my kids some of the items that were damaged. I was very pleased with how personable the employees were. You could tell they went above and beyond any other experience you'd ever receive. I understand things are hard with Covid right now but it didn't seem this way for Lemonade insurance. If you don't have lemonade you're doing it wrong. Much easier experience than anticipated and quick approval that was certainly automated likely due to the small amount and having a police report. Only thing I did not like was everything had to be done on the app for a claim and could not do on desktop version where all my PDF reports and pics were located already.

We have Lemonade Renters Insurance and I submitted a claim after our vehicle was broken into on the street and a significant amount of our camping gear was stolen from our trunk. We were so grateful that the process was easy to see if we were covered. The app was a bit hard to add all our info w photos, I’d maybe recommend emailing each receipt. But the process was painless and Claudia was efficient and clear! We were able to get our claim approved and our deductible went up, but didn’t see much of a cost difference so far!

Lemonade, and my agent Laurin, exceeded all my expectations. Lemonade is a great company that not only made purchasing insurance incredibly easy and dare I say enjoyable, but they created a claim process that couldn’t have been easier, especially when supported by individuals like Laurin. My car was broken into and like $1300 of stuff stolen - Lemonade responded immediately and covered my claim in seconds with only a small deductible. Fr i didn't expect to get anything considering the theft was from my car and not my apt but they simply asked what happened and the cost of what was taken and are covering the majority.

Unfortunately I had my backpack, which included my laptop and AirPods, stolen from me. Luckily I had Lemonade Renter's Insurance. I used the app to file a claim, which was super easy and user friendly. Lemonade was prompt in their email communication, getting back to me the next day. They were friendly and personalized, they took the time to express their concern about the situation and they were able to help me pay the deductible and then have money directly deposited into my account so I was able to replace my laptop (and other possessions) the same week! I was impressed and grateful for their service and help.

My experience dealing with Lemonade has been nothing short of amazing. They helped me through resolving a claim for the theft of my bikes. The process was easy, support was timely and the required documentation was reasonable (property manager contact, police report, etc).

My apt was flooded during the ICE storm in Texas the middle of February. I along with several others had to file a claim. The bad news is it took Lemonade quite some time to review, handle and settle the claim but that is because of the large amount of claims they had to deal with. This is positively the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They Expect me to work on their time. They Badger you hoping that you will forget things. Dealing with insurance companies like this you have to just sue them. Social media is such a big influence now you have to put everywhere on social media how bad they are. What tricks they use to try to screw you out of paying their bills.

Someone recommended Lemonade to me when I moved into an apartment after separating from my wife. I didn’t think much of it. It was cheap and easy. Fast forward eight months, and two electronic devices were stolen. I used the app and their virtual assistant (not sure exactly what they call it) to report the claim. It took about five minutes. During a pandemic, a winter storm that caused bursting pipes and the coldest temperatures in decades, I was displaced from my home for quite some time. I made a claim from the app on my phone (super easy) and they had me in a hotel the same day. When we realized that the repair would exceed the amount that I was covered for, my claims agent suggested that they deposit the full amount of my coverage so that I can make decisions without having to send receipts and wait for refunds.
