    Freeway Insurance was good. They replied on time. They weren't forceful to get this insurance that they wanted. They just recommended what was in my best interest since I asked them for the cheapest available option. Their customer service reps told me they would give me a call back. I did everything online, and I got a call back for quotes. I got several offers, and they explained everything to me since my other insurance was charging me way too much. The person that helped me was very helpful and really understanding.

    Freeway provided a monetary quote for insurance but could not or would not provide the terms of the coverage before receiving payment. Additionally, for the initial payment, they wanted to split it into two transactions instead of one. They claimed one transaction would incur an $80 fee but could not tell me what that fee was for. Buyer beware and do your research. Don’t just read Renton paid websites that highlight the good reviews and bury or refuse to publish the bad ones.

    I forgot that the bill was due on the 21st, so I made a payment yesterday to Freeway Insurance. When I went back to look at the Warrior Mobile App, it was telling me that there was a cancellation fee. So, I called customer service yesterday and I talked to this lady who was really nice. She had me send an email then she sent me an email and I sent her a screenshot of the confirmation that I paid my bill. She then told me to call back on Tuesday, the 30th. She said that if it was still showing a cancellation fee, they'd get it taken care of. I checked today, though, and it was taken off. I would recommend Freeway. Their warranty was the best thing that we could honestly get our hands on because money is very tight right now. So, the price was the best.

    I initially came in to to obtain my insurance, I ran into a Brianna **. Her behavior was real friendly in the beginning, but she made sketchy remarks as we said handle the insurance. She wanted to send it to my phone and not print it up and papers. I didn’t understand that, but she gave some weird excuse prior to me giving her all the information she needed to get my policy started at the end, it was like a slip up she said something about and I told her I had prior insurance. She said she spoke to the lady at the insurance company that I ended up with and that they said they couldn’t give me the discount. I’m still sitting in the chair and I haven’t left. I run into another one of Freeway's employees. He let me know that she had not did things in the appropriate way, I submitted documents.

    Long story short she got him fired, sent me one of the most despicable text that anybody trying to run a business could ever send send it. No integrity and I have spoke to people in the upper management so they say freeway and I’ve sent the text message that she sent me that she went in and changed all my insurance papers and I have proof so my rate would be higher than it was supposed to be but no one will give me the number Amber The district. I will be posting another review depending on if I wanna send a letter. I think I will to the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous. I will include her. Text message to me.

    I was ported a price by an agent by the name of Robert **.. I felt like it was a great deal and went with it.. However it was too good to be true.. I was quoted one amount.. Paid extra down to get the lower rate and everything.. Only to find out the amounts he originally gave me was not the amount I was going to be paying.. And an extra down payment was trying to be charged to my account a few days after I had already paid the amount the agent quoted.. The agent's name was Robert **.. He promised to have it fixed.. But that didn’t happen.. I had to cancel the policy.. And was told I had to wait almost 3 weeks for a check to be mailed to me.. Even though they took the payment off of my debit card.. So not only was I lied to.. Now they inconvenience me by making me wait for a check.. Horrible experience!! And the customer service manager Ramon ** Didn’t help either. I also attached a message the agent sent me.

    Freeway is good. When you call them, they're good. They're there to help you out. They don't give you the runaround and have you transfer from other calls. They helped me out. My drive record is good, but I got a ticket just recently that I was paying off and something happened. So, that's why I made my insurance go up so high.

    I called in about an issue with double payment and a request to get a refund and all the agent did was mute the call.     Freeway Insurance has been calling us demanding the deposit. It's a scam. Everybody kept saying I owe this much. All week long, they tried to take out of my card. Yesterday, I spoke to two people and they were very unprofessional. I knew I had the remaining deposit to pay. I spoke with this one person who gave me the policy. When I called back, the guy said, "Just pay 400. That's what you owe, 400." It was so weird. I asked, "Can you tell me what it's for?" And he couldn't give me information. I just hung up. And yesterday, the guy hounded me, saying I owed 200 for a policy. He didn't give me information or what policy and what it was for. So, a different guy called me. I feel like I was scammed. Every time I called, I couldn't get the same person that I got the policy with or promised stuff. I got five different numbers claiming they were from Freeway Insurance. Because I'm in good standing with the actual insurance people. I didn't owe them money.

    When I was signing up with Endurance, there was something they wanted afterwards and I didn't understand why they couldn't do it all at once. So, I had to go back. Also, I signed a piece of paper saying that I was not an Uber driver and I wrote a statement saying that I was. I wanted that included in my record. It was something I missed and I didn't want them to accuse me of not being upfront about what I was doing. When I returned with my sheet of paper, the guy that I had been working with had already gone home on a Friday. So, I had to wait until Monday to do it, because I wanted to give it directly to him. Other than that, things worked out. For the coverage, I wanted to select a few items that I wanted covered and the rep said that it was either everything or just liability. That surprised me but it was still cheaper than what I was paying State Farm.

Then they called immediately and the guy on the phone acted as if he was in a race or rushing to get in a restroom with diarrhea.     Freeway’s customer service reps were very polite and understanding. There was a time when I had one who didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and had to transfer him to the girl I enjoyed talking to. But it wasn't horrible. When I first set up my claim, it was about an hour and a half. The coverage was great and the cost was good.

    Getting started with Freeway Insurance was easy. I got through immediately. Initially, I went there in person. They were very happy to see me and have me as a customer. They asked for my information. There was a copy machine in there so they did the copies and started my policy there. Everything went through smoothly except the girls also at downtown wanted copies of my driver's license front and back. I asked if I could email it to them. They said they didn't know how to do that. I asked if I could text it to them and they agreed.

    I pay bi-annually and every time it's due every six months, I get something like a threat eight weeks prior to when it's due. When I call the local office, there's no answer. You can't get in touch with them by telephone. So I call the home office and get through right away. When I called the home office, the rep said, "No. You have eight weeks to pay, but you could take another month 'cause there's a grace period. You can wait. Don't worry about it.” They were glad to help me. They're more forthcoming and and very calm. The other girls seem a little threatening.

    With the communication and the way that Freeway works with each individual and tailoring to specific needs, Freeway has the advantage compared to my previous provider. They were really great. I was trying to insure my current vehicle and we were having difficulty finding the VIN number. The rep figured out how to insure the vehicle while they were working on verifying my VIN. I bought the vehicle at a state auction. They don't require them to tag a vehicle. And the way they register is different than the way we register. So, that was the challenge and she worked it out. Really great team you have. I liked her positivity. She was like, "I could make this work for you. Let me get back to you." The coverage provided is also sufficient for my needs.     Sold a policy that turned out to be not what was discussed. Wanted ride share insurance and trusting the agent I signed the policy emailed to me which turned out to be an hour long read. Turned right around the next morning and talked to agent about cancelling due to wrong policy, was told, "Oh well you signed so we keep your money." Even though it was their mistake using the you signed excuse. Signed contract at 4:00 pm. Read the fine print later that night taking over 30 min to read called back at 8:00am to cancel due to being wrong. Out 371.00 for their mistake and me trusting agent.

    The agent that handled my concerns was horrible, rude, and unprofessional. I was misinformed in order for them to secure an auto insurance policy and when I realized this, I immediately requested to have the policy cancelled. It took multiple attempts and calls before I finally reached a live agent and was ultimately directed to speak with Mr. Mauricio **, I’ve never felt so rudely spoken to by an apparent businessman, he mishandled my concerns with a very poor attitude and when I asked can I please speak with a supervisor, he told me he’s the manager and he has no supervisor and then he hung up in my face. I’m just shocked that this is how you treat your customers when they have a right to relay their concerns. I will never do business with this company again.

    My son's insurance dropped him and I spent five weeks trying to find somebody that would insure him. We were searching for hard insurance or hard-to-insure auto drivers and we were turned down so many times. Freeway was willing to insure and we were just glad to get them. Customer service was great. The rep said what he could do and what he couldn't do. It was very expensive, which we were expecting. The rep was upfront about it and said we could try in a couple of months and maybe we can add on. Right now, we only went for what the law required. My son couldn't get liability and I couldn't have him driving around with nothing.

    We only did Freeway this month. One of my son's tickets drops off in November. We'll probably stick with Freeway at least until maybe January, give the record a chance to clear, and see what better coverage we can get because it's pretty expensive. Plus it's California, which is harder. His accidents all occurred in Los Angeles.

    I heard about Freeway Insurance through my friend, Tony, who sold me a used car. They were local here on the island, and through my friend's referral, I went with them and they had great customer service. I don't have my driver's license quite yet. I paid a $700 fee and they were kind with just my ID card to go ahead and insure with liability. I bought a 2006, and I just wanted to get the basics. I didn't ask a lot of questions, but what they quoted me was cool. It was $200 to get the policy started that day, but it's the $97 a month coverage. The lady I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She was speedy with the process and always friendly when I went in there to ask a question. She was one of the managers there who led the guy to the process. She was training the guy and they were both excellent.

    I called Freeway before my insurance was gonna lapse. I could at least have them write down that I called before my insurance lapsed to tell them that I didn't have the money to make my payment. I want to get everything in line. If I could at least try to get some half of my bill paid, then I'll be able to make a payment. They said they couldn't do it. It was something they didn't do and I just need to let my insurance lapse. If I came up with the money, then I would have to pay like 190. They were straightforward, but I didn't really get any help.

    I got dropped because I only get paid every month. I'm on social security and I'm on kidney failure. So, I use my card to go to doctor's appointments and dialysis. I was trying to get something inexpensive and I signed up. The next month, I had to pay my rent and my car note, and I didn't have enough to pay my insurance, so it lapsed. Until then, everything was good. I didn't have any problems.

    I would love to be back with Freeway. I would love to resolve the issue. When I first signed up, the agent was like, "Well, we'll work with you as long as you call before it's too late. We'll try to work with you." I called a week or two before I knew that my bill was gonna be up to let them know and I said, "Hey, if you could stick with me, I just definitely need to get rent and get my car note out the way. So I can at least still make my doctor's appointment and go back and forth to dialysis. So, I'll be able to pay you." It didn't go that route.

    I went online trying to look for some cheaper insurances because I had a speeding ticket on my record that AAA was charging me extra for. I did some digging and thought to start with Freeway Insurance. I knew they would give me a lot of options, so I filled out the form online. The agent called me, then she ran down some options with me, and she was very nice. We ended up landing on Aspire Insurance, and she set me up with them really quickly same day. It was seamless and all I could have hoped for.

    The speeding tickets that I've had in the past definitely taught me a lesson and made me be a safer driver. In turn, that also helped me. I have liability insurance with Aspire now, and it's definitely more than enough for me to have peace of mind that I'm getting a good price as well as good coverage considering how much other companies are charging me.

They do mainly a lot of their services to customers through chat. It feels a lot more personal through Freeway Insurance, and I know that I would get more affordable insurance with the same benefits. With AAA, I was able to pick what coverage I thought was best, and I was overcharged at times just because I was paying for more coverage than I would have ever needed.

    Scammers!! Stay away! They made you believe that you would receive a full refund of unused days for the insurance, but then charged you twice for the cancellation, leaving you with only a 50% refund. They have been ignoring emails and requests for months. Agent Aaron ** sold me the product and lied about the estimated refund. His manager, Delia **, ignored my communication and offered no help. Gustavo ** pretended that he want to help me, but pushing me to call, and ignoring written communication.

    After I told them that I am now abroad, they switched from their slow email communication to phone calls and continued to ask me to call them, even though I have said that I prefer written communication. Even though I asked to keep communication in writing, they simply realized that phone communication was not a convenient option for me, and started asking me to call them. What a rude strategy!     I was moving to Texas and I was looking for an insurance company to insure my truck. I was looking online and saw that Freeway Insurance had a pretty good rating, so I gave them a call. I went into the office and it was real nice. Veronica was friendly and helpful and she took care of me really good. So far, I like Freeway a lot better than my previous provider. They're a lot cheaper. The previous provider was costing me a little over 80 bucks a month and when I switched over to Freeway, it's only $46 a month. The only problem we had was with Progressive. I kept getting emails and stuff from Progressive saying they didn't have a garage address and they needed proof of address. We went through what needed to be said and I was capable of understanding them, more or less. It was self-explanatory and it all went pretty well. The basic bundle I got for my 2011 Dodge Charger is good for it being how it is. I don't have to pay as much as I would with my other insurance.     I like Freeway Insurance. They are dependable and I get a good deal with them. I always come to them. All of them are always nice. They're always there to help me with whatever I need. Whenever I need to talk to them about anything with the policy, right away, they answer my questions. There were a few times where I needed my policy for the car. They sent it to me as soon as possible. I didn’t have to wait long. However, they didn't let me get full coverage. They told me that California is not giving out full coverage right now due to covid and too many accidents. They're just giving out basic insurance. That's the only bad part about it.     I had Freeway Insurance for my daughter, and I liked the services, so when we needed insurance, I reached back out to them.     I told them that while I was traveling out of town, my hood flipped up and cracked the windshield. I called them to put a claim in but they never called me back. This has been almost going on two weeks. Also, when I was in an accident and I called for roadside assistance, they couldn't even send anybody to get me. I sat there and had to turn around. I work out of state and the sheriff gave me a pass to drive the car back to Vegas. Also, that's 200-some dollars that I'm paying and the warranty doesn't even cover a rental car. I also have a $500 deductible. If I'm gonna be paying a $500 deductible, I need an insurance company that would cover rental.

    Even when I called to get my windshield fixed, the shop has never heard of this insurance company. They say, "We only affiliate with the ones that we know, like State Farm, USAA, and all of them type of people.” I don't want this insurance anymore. I'm gonna try to find something different before I have to make another payment.

    They were pretty nice to us. They got us the same day insurance and they started us with Progressive. So, we've been pretty happy. The only problem I had with the customer service part was that I didn't realize they had different offices everywhere. So I kept getting a call from each office saying that I didn't finish the application. I said, “Look, I just got done talking to this lady. And I did already. We already got the insurance.” But they said, “No, no, no. Our records show you don't.” Then I told them that we already did. But everything else was pretty fine.

    In order to get my license out of suspension, Freeway Insurance was the only one who could come through for me. This is a one year thing I've been going through. Freeway worked with me and I know I was a headache. I was to the point of cursing people. I was done. But they held their patience with me and they worked with me.

    Barbara researched, checked and worked with me. We had to go back and forth. Virginia was rejecting my insurance, and she would go in and redo it. It would be rejected again and she would go in and up it more. I had to wind up getting 50,000, 100,000, $25,000 coverage. And she started me at the basic. She tried, but they didn't expect it. So, we worked stuff until she gave me an insurance that they had no problem accepting, and it was a journey. Freeway backed my declaration paid to DMV. They just notified me that everything was good. Freeway came through. I’ve been grateful.

    I was told that I can not pay in advance, make double payments, use auto pay or anything to make this a bit more convenient. She actually told me that if the rates are raised mid month my policy would be cancelled affecting the sr22 filing. What kind of silliness is that. I called a week in advance to pay the second month and was told I had to wait until it's just 2 or 3 days before it is due. It just seems like the way this is run they call themselves running a tight ship but I find it feels like a slipshod barely staying afloat kind of business. No confidence in this business AT ALL.

    I work in Cove and there’s a place right up the road where I go to every time to pay the insurance. It’s not even five minutes up the road from when I get off work. There’s also been a few times when I called a number and paid it. The bill would come in the mail and there’s a number on there. I can call it with a debit card, but they charge a bit more. I've had no issues with each one of the ladies that I go to to pay the insurance, or even when I call the number and pay it. The only bad thing about Freeway Insurance is if I go to add something on and I get a quote, I need to do it that day. It’s crazy.

    Three days before I got my new pickup, I got a quote of how much it would be to add the insurance on and take the other one off another truck that I sold and traded in. Three days later, I went in, thinking it was the same amount, and it was close to $50 more. I was told that it fluctuates every day. Today, I can call them, get a quote, give them a VIN number and say, “Okay, this is what I bought, and I want to add it. But I’m not gonna add it until tomorrow. I need a quote of what it’s gonna be.” They’ll give me a quote and say, “Okay, it’s gonna be this much. But tomorrow, it could change.” The amount may be lower or higher, and it makes no sense.
