Freeway Insurance was good. They replied on time. They weren't forceful to get this insurance that they wanted. They just recommended what was in my best interest since I asked them for the cheapest available option. Their customer service reps told me they would give me a call back. I did everything online, and I got a call back for quotes. I got several offers, and they explained everything to me since my other insurance was charging me way too much. The person that helped me was very helpful and really understanding.

I signed up on the phone with Freeway and it was cool. I told them when I was gonna have the money to get the insurance and they waited. They really helped and everybody was also friendly.

I got insurance through Freeway when I couldn't find a better quote somewhere else. I'm comfortable with it.

Freeway provided a monetary quote for insurance but could not or would not provide the terms of the coverage before receiving payment. Additionally, for the initial payment, they wanted to split it into two transactions instead of one. They claimed one transaction would incur an $80 fee but could not tell me what that fee was for. Buyer beware and do your research. Don’t just read Renton paid websites that highlight the good reviews and bury or refuse to publish the bad ones.

I forgot that the bill was due on the 21st, so I made a payment yesterday to Freeway Insurance. When I went back to look at the Warrior Mobile App, it was telling me that there was a cancellation fee. So, I called customer service yesterday and I talked to this lady who was really nice. She had me send an email then she sent me an email and I sent her a screenshot of the confirmation that I paid my bill. She then told me to call back on Tuesday, the 30th. She said that if it was still showing a cancellation fee, they'd get it taken care of. I checked today, though, and it was taken off. I would recommend Freeway. Their warranty was the best thing that we could honestly get our hands on because money is very tight right now. So, the price was the best.

My experience with Freeway has been going well so far. They keep me up-to-date with payments and policies, and I love that. The coverage is not bad. The cost is not bad at all either. It's just our price range, and I love that they go to different companies to see what's the best match for me. I would definitely recommend Freeway.

The rep that I talked to was personable and nice. She kept eye contact and made me feel comfortable. Freeways offers a good product for the price.

I initially came in to to obtain my insurance, I ran into a Brianna **. Her behavior was real friendly in the beginning, but she made sketchy remarks as we said handle the insurance. She wanted to send it to my phone and not print it up and papers. I didn’t understand that, but she gave some weird excuse prior to me giving her all the information she needed to get my policy started at the end, it was like a slip up she said something about and I told her I had prior insurance. She said she spoke to the lady at the insurance company that I ended up with and that they said they couldn’t give me the discount. I’m still sitting in the chair and I haven’t left. I run into another one of Freeway's employees. He let me know that she had not did things in the appropriate way, I submitted documents.

I was ported a price by an agent by the name of Robert **.. I felt like it was a great deal and went with it.. However it was too good to be true.. I was quoted one amount.. Paid extra down to get the lower rate and everything.. Only to find out the amounts he originally gave me was not the amount I was going to be paying.. And an extra down payment was trying to be charged to my account a few days after I had already paid the amount the agent quoted.. The agent's name was Robert **.. He promised to have it fixed.. But that didn’t happen.. I had to cancel the policy.. And was told I had to wait almost 3 weeks for a check to be mailed to me.. Even though they took the payment off of my debit card.. So not only was I lied to.. Now they inconvenience me by making me wait for a check.. Horrible experience!! And the customer service manager Ramon ** Didn’t help either. I also attached a message the agent sent me.

Freeway is good. When you call them, they're good. They're there to help you out. They don't give you the runaround and have you transfer from other calls. They helped me out. My drive record is good, but I got a ticket just recently that I was paying off and something happened. So, that's why I made my insurance go up so high.

Freeway walked me through the process clearly. It was awesome. They knew exactly what I was looking for and they helped me through it. Their coverage is at a better rate than most of the other people that I called first. I set it up on autopay which helps a lot. I don't have to strain my brain and remember. Before the autopay, I was wondering when the bill was due. The app is very helpful too. Everything is right in front of you. I don't have to wait for my mail.

Since I got my car financed, I have to get comprehensive. And for the amount I'm paying for comprehensive is not bad. They gave me a good quote and they helped me out pretty quickly. The rep was super helpful in getting everything squared away. When something went wrong, he went ahead and helped me fix it the next morning. It was a good experience.

Freeway offers good prices and fair deals, and while the price could be cheaper, they're a lot cheaper than other companies. Freeway's customer service reps are also quick and polite, and they helped me get what I needed done fast. They did a very good job. When people ask me about where my insurance is from, I recommend Freeway to them.

I was satisfied with my Freeway Insurance. I walked in the Freeway here in Marshall at Walmart that morning. That girl was as fast as she could be and got right on top of it, and we got a deal. I like the way I got it set up on my autopay. That way, I don't have to worry about it. I would recommend Freeway. I already have my brother. I told him they seemed good people to work with. When it’s time to renew his insurance, he would talk to them.

I called in about an issue with double payment and a request to get a refund and all the agent did was mute the call. I called the previous day, the agent was talking to someone in the background and just immediately mute my call again. I was there saying hello and she came back on when she felt like. I don't know where they get these agents from (Unprofessional).

My experience with Freeway has been good. They have a good price. It's really cheap. It's the lowest cost I've ever had. Their customer service has also been good and helpful.

I did the walk through with Freeway Insurance over the phone. It was fast and convenient. The cost isn't cheap, but it's a fair amount.

I just had to renew my policy, unfortunately it had lapsed. So my new agent Veronica ** at the E 7th st location in Austin went above & beyond. She jumped though every hoop for me! She was very knowledgeable about each plan, helped me find the lowest price & down payment… I could not have had a better experience. Thank you Veronica!

Freeway Insurance has been calling us demanding the deposit. It's a scam. Everybody kept saying I owe this much. All week long, they tried to take out of my card. Yesterday, I spoke to two people and they were very unprofessional. I knew I had the remaining deposit to pay. I spoke with this one person who gave me the policy. When I called back, the guy said, "Just pay 400. That's what you owe, 400." It was so weird. I asked, "Can you tell me what it's for?" And he couldn't give me information. I just hung up. And yesterday, the guy hounded me, saying I owed 200 for a policy. He didn't give me information or what policy and what it was for. So, a different guy called me. I feel like I was scammed. Every time I called, I couldn't get the same person that I got the policy with or promised stuff. I got five different numbers claiming they were from Freeway Insurance. Because I'm in good standing with the actual insurance people. I didn't owe them money.

When I was signing up with Endurance, there was something they wanted afterwards and I didn't understand why they couldn't do it all at once. So, I had to go back. Also, I signed a piece of paper saying that I was not an Uber driver and I wrote a statement saying that I was. I wanted that included in my record. It was something I missed and I didn't want them to accuse me of not being upfront about what I was doing. When I returned with my sheet of paper, the guy that I had been working with had already gone home on a Friday. So, I had to wait until Monday to do it, because I wanted to give it directly to him. Other than that, things worked out. For the coverage, I wanted to select a few items that I wanted covered and the rep said that it was either everything or just liability. That surprised me but it was still cheaper than what I was paying State Farm.

The rep gave me quotes and set everything up. The amount of coverage was good. I would prefer full coverage right now. But Freeway's full coverage is a little expensive. So I got the mid-coverage.

The people at Freeway were really good with me, and explained to me what is this and what is that. They helped me get the best deal and the best quote possible. I will recommend anybody to Freeway because they're good and the prices are good too.

The insurance lady from Freeway who helps me get my insurance is always there when I need her. I could call her. She helps me pay my bills. She's on time every time. She's very thorough about her job. She knows what she's talking about. Freeway is very thorough about what they do. They're very adamant. I enjoyed that. It lets me know I'm protected. My plan is very affordable.

Freeway is reasonable and my transaction with them was quick and easy. Their reps were asking the pertinent questions and verifying information. The coverage was fair and comparable to every other quote that I got.

When I got there, the reps were nice and tried to find me insurance. But before we proceeded, the rep broke it down, like I know about liability and how you gotta pay insurance. You're paying for money that they give in case you crash another car. They went out their way to make sure I had coverage and I learned about the coverage.

The coverage is feasible for me and it's within my monthly budget with my bill. Also, all my interactions with the reps at Freeway have been very good and thorough. I have medical issues, and sometimes I can't go to an office, so I always call and do everything over the phone. The reps at Freeway have always been prompt, professional, and friendly. Any time I need to call in and make any changes, everybody's always very well-spoken.

I was under the impression that after they did the investigation, I wouldn't have to do a claim because everything would fall in place. But everything went this way and that way. So, I left it alone. Other than that, the customer service was wonderful.

I do have a learning disability, so half the time, I don't understand. I like the coverage. It's not what I was hoping for but it's doable. I'm happy with my plan.

I left my info on their site and got a text message within a minute saying they will call. Then they called immediately and the guy on the phone acted as if he was in a race or rushing to get in a restroom with diarrhea. After I asked him a simple question he hung up, I just don’t understand his tactics for selling insurance.

There was a time when I had one who didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and had to transfer him to the girl I enjoyed talking to. But it wasn't horrible. When I first set up my claim, it was about an hour and a half. The coverage was great and the cost was good.

Getting started with Freeway Insurance was easy. I got through immediately. Initially, I went there in person. They were very happy to see me and have me as a customer. They asked for my information. There was a copy machine in there so they did the copies and started my policy there. Everything went through smoothly except the girls also at downtown wanted copies of my driver's license front and back. I asked if I could email it to them. They said they didn't know how to do that. I asked if I could text it to them and they agreed.

With the communication and the way that Freeway works with each individual and tailoring to specific needs, Freeway has the advantage compared to my previous provider. They were really great. I was trying to insure my current vehicle and we were having difficulty finding the VIN number. The rep figured out how to insure the vehicle while they were working on verifying my VIN. I bought the vehicle at a state auction. They don't require them to tag a vehicle. And the way they register is different than the way we register. So, that was the challenge and she worked it out. Really great team you have. I liked her positivity. She was like, "I could make this work for you. Let me get back to you." The coverage provided is also sufficient for my needs. I'm satisfied with everything.

Sold a policy that turned out to be not what was discussed. Wanted ride share insurance and trusting the agent I signed the policy emailed to me which turned out to be an hour long read. Turned right around the next morning and talked to agent about cancelling due to wrong policy, was told, "Oh well you signed so we keep your money." Even though it was their mistake using the you signed excuse. Signed contract at 4:00 pm. Read the fine print later that night taking over 30 min to read called back at 8:00am to cancel due to being wrong. Out 371.00 for their mistake and me trusting agent.

I call Freeway Insurance's rep directly because her customer service is awesome. She wasn't overbearing or demanding like some companies want you to hurry up and take a policy. She was able to give me quotes and gave me time to think about it. She walked me through my policies, made sure that everything was up-to-date and accurate, and found the best discounts and rates available. It's fantastic. I couldn't find better rates anywhere.

Called to get a quote on a new policy and was hung up on Twice and got a callback, I just wanted a quote. I was afraid to give you my information because you hung up on me so I thought you were trying to scam me for my personal information....So my thoughts to your professionalism was not to give you too much of my personal information.

The agent that handled my concerns was horrible, rude, and unprofessional. I was misinformed in order for them to secure an auto insurance policy and when I realized this, I immediately requested to have the policy cancelled. It took multiple attempts and calls before I finally reached a live agent and was ultimately directed to speak with Mr. Mauricio **, I’ve never felt so rudely spoken to by an apparent businessman, he mishandled my concerns with a very poor attitude and when I asked can I please speak with a supervisor, he told me he’s the manager and he has no supervisor and then he hung up in my face. I’m just shocked that this is how you treat your customers when they have a right to relay their concerns. I will never do business with this company again.

My son's insurance dropped him and I spent five weeks trying to find somebody that would insure him. We were searching for hard insurance or hard-to-insure auto drivers and we were turned down so many times. Freeway was willing to insure and we were just glad to get them. Customer service was great. The rep said what he could do and what he couldn't do. It was very expensive, which we were expecting. The rep was upfront about it and said we could try in a couple of months and maybe we can add on. Right now, we only went for what the law required. My son couldn't get liability and I couldn't have him driving around with nothing.

I heard about Freeway Insurance through my friend, Tony, who sold me a used car. They were local here on the island, and through my friend's referral, I went with them and they had great customer service. I don't have my driver's license quite yet. I paid a $700 fee and they were kind with just my ID card to go ahead and insure with liability. I bought a 2006, and I just wanted to get the basics. I didn't ask a lot of questions, but what they quoted me was cool. It was $200 to get the policy started that day, but it's the $97 a month coverage. The lady I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She was speedy with the process and always friendly when I went in there to ask a question. She was one of the managers there who led the guy to the process. She was training the guy and they were both excellent.

I called Freeway before my insurance was gonna lapse. I could at least have them write down that I called before my insurance lapsed to tell them that I didn't have the money to make my payment. I want to get everything in line. If I could at least try to get some half of my bill paid, then I'll be able to make a payment. They said they couldn't do it. It was something they didn't do and I just need to let my insurance lapse. If I came up with the money, then I would have to pay like 190. They were straightforward, but I didn't really get any help.

I did some digging and thought to start with Freeway Insurance. I knew they would give me a lot of options, so I filled out the form online. The agent called me, then she ran down some options with me, and she was very nice. We ended up landing on Aspire Insurance, and she set me up with them really quickly same day. I didn't have to do any extra stuff. I just gave her the same information I already had on hand about my car miles and driver's license, and we were set. They gave me a good price. It was seamless and all I could have hoped for.

Freeway gave me quotes and told me what it would be and the process didn't take very long. It was 15 minutes at the most. I used to have my insurance through Dairyland and when my local insurance agent ran comparables for what I needed, they came up with Freeway Insurance and Freeway beat Dairyland by almost $100. I really like my insurance agent. I like Freeway's app. It was easy to get my ID cards for the insurance cards. It's basically one click and it comes off my printer. It's very functional.

So far, everything's been great with my experience with Freeway. I got it for my 2013 GMC Terrain.

Freeway's website was very easy to use and their reps were great. They answered all the questions that I had. I am very happy with the coverage and they offer higher pay on rentals if it was available. Scammers!! Stay away! They made you believe that you would receive a full refund of unused days for the insurance, but then charged you twice for the cancellation, leaving you with only a 50% refund. They have been ignoring emails and requests for months. Agent Aaron ** sold me the product and lied about the estimated refund. His manager, Delia **, ignored my communication and offered no help. Gustavo ** pretended that he want to help me, but pushing me to call, and ignoring written communication.

My coworker told me that Freeway gave her a good price on her insurance and as soon as she gave me the number, I called them. I told the rep that I needed liability insurance and that I wanted to go with somebody that wasn't too high. The price he first gave me was a little too high so he searched for another company and that price was good for me. He was very nice. Freeway Insurance was good professionally. They did everything that I asked them to do and I would tell people to go there.

I'm very satisfied with Freeway. The representative was very helpful. Reaching out to Freeway as easy. Sometimes, I have to wait but it was just a few minutes, and someone comes on the line.

I had to get my car towed about 15 miles. They did a great job. I had to call the number that I found in the policy and it was a smooth process.

I was moving to Texas and I was looking for an insurance company to insure my truck. I was looking online and saw that Freeway Insurance had a pretty good rating, so I gave them a call. I went into the office and it was real nice. Veronica was friendly and helpful and she took care of me really good. So far, I like Freeway a lot better than my previous provider. They're a lot cheaper. The previous provider was costing me a little over 80 bucks a month and when I switched over to Freeway, it's only $46 a month. The only problem we had was with Progressive. I kept getting emails and stuff from Progressive saying they didn't have a garage address and they needed proof of address. I finally got ahold of Veronica and she said she had sent that in the day I was in there and got insurance. She sent it again and she CC'd me in the email.

I was looking for insurance and Freeway took care of everything while I was shopping at Costco. They were the only company that responded and stayed with me. The coverage provided is just what I needed. Deal with them. They're easy to talk to. You can get a plan over the phone. You don't have to go to the office.

Freeway's customer service rep was really helpful and she worked with me for a few days because it took time for me to get the payment. She did everything she needed to do on her end. She did good service. She wasn't rude. She was a really nice young lady. As far as the cost, it is what it is nowadays. At this point, it doesn't even matter what my age is anymore because no matter what, payments are high. I'm older, but you would think my payments wouldn't be that much, but they are. Still, overall, my experience was nice.

The basic bundle I got for my 2011 Dodge Charger is good for it being how it is. I don't have to pay as much as I would with my other insurance. If you're looking for insurance, Freeway Insurance is pretty reliable. You can save and not spend as much.

Freeway Insurance was awesome. I work late and I’m going 15 hours throughout the day and they were the only insurance place open when I called, which is something. Plus, the guy stayed over after to make sure the job got done. It was already closing time and he stood over 20 minutes and made sure I got everything done right.

I called them after 5:00 and I didn't think they were going to pick up, but they did. Also, the agent put me on with her supervisor and she was able to get a plan for me within 30 minutes. And I was able to drive off the lot fully insured. It was a very easy experience.

The rep was very nice. She was respectful and she helped me out. She understood that I ain't gonna be able to walk about a dealership without insurance. The coverage is a bit pricey but it's alright. It's better than some of the insurance I have.

I like Freeway Insurance. They are dependable and I get a good deal with them. I always come to them. All of them are always nice. They're always there to help me with whatever I need. Whenever I need to talk to them about anything with the policy, right away, they answer my questions. There were a few times where I needed my policy for the car. They sent it to me as soon as possible. I didn’t have to wait long. However, they didn't let me get full coverage. They told me that California is not giving out full coverage right now due to covid and too many accidents. They're just giving out basic insurance. That's the only bad part about it. I have two cars, and I couldn't get them both insured right at that time. I have one car that's not insured right now. The rep told me to have to wait a month then go back and do another policy.

Freeway Insurance is competitive. They had a quick response when I was at the dealership and stayed open late while I was creating my policy. I appreciated that. So, I made the right choice. My agent originally was a gentleman named Angel and he helped me a lot. He sent everything over to the car salesman and made everything a lot easier. There are a few things I wanna add to the plan but at this point, I'm happy. I didn’t have coverage specifically for windshields and I wanted to do that. Freeway Insurance saved me with a dead battery while it was raining and the reps came fast for where I was. So, their website has worked out good. People should call Freeway and see if it's the right company for them because it was for me.

The customer service reps have all been really friendly. We were very pleased with Freeway. Insurance is always a very unpleasant thing for us and this time, it was a pretty good experience.

I had Freeway Insurance for my daughter, and I liked the services, so when we needed insurance, I reached back out to them. We also wanted to shave off some costs and get the same experience and the same coverage we had before. Our vehicle had a previous insurance provider but it was very expensive. I just wanted liability, and the Freeway rep broke down what liabilities they had and the difference between them, then she helped me decide which one was the best option for my needs. It was inexpensive, and I never had any issues.

Freeway is good. I haven't had any bad experience. The reps were wonderful. I was looking for liability insurance at the time, and they told me I can call back and go up on the rate or to full coverage if I need to. However, I'm okay with liability insurance right now and I won't get full coverage until I get my new vehicle. That way, if any damage happens to this, it'll be covered. This is just how I get from A to B and around the city.

The Freeway rep that helped me was awesome and she got me a good price. The only thing was she didn't say that it was gonna be a different name when I got the card. She told me she was in Sacramento. When I got the paper, it said something about Huntington Beach, so I'm like, “What the heck?” The papers say Aspire too. I haven't had time to call to see why it’s all different. I hope this is not a scam as they already took the money for me.

I had a wonderful experience with Freeway Insurance. They really helped me out and got me free roadside assistance with the Premium and I'm happy with it. They're also cheaper than others. They explained to me the different rates, told me what came with the rates and gave me the best options. The customer service was excellent.

Freeway Insurance has the full coverage for my vehicle. It has the same deductible. Which surprised me, because the price dropped almost three times. The rep was nice, helped me out, explained everything. So, I'm happy. Freeway said they would mail me the physical card, policy IDs to have in my car. Those are the only things I haven't received. Other than that, I have the emailed one.

Freeway is in the class of their own because the guy that helped me did so much to make sure that I got the best possible rates. And I really appreciate it that he took his time. He was really professional and he helped me understand things that I didn't. I liked how the conversation started off and how he was so eager to help. He gave me more than one avenue to go down and a lot of insurance companies don't do that. He was checking it and checking it twice to make sure that he didn't miss anything to make sure that he helped me.

I also have a $500 deductible. If I'm gonna be paying a $500 deductible, I need an insurance company that would cover rental.

Freeway Insurance has good service and does a good job. Regular insurance covers the best it could. Last month I spoke to some lady when I was trying to get my insurance back. She was nice, but the phone got disconnected so I went to the office. And I did paperwork there. I would tell some of my friends to go there to get insurance.

I'm gonna refer Freeway Insurance. They are the most understanding, very cool like people who actually want to help you get to understand everything and what you're going through that way you can do it, and it's fast. I got this quote from this girl and I had $20 more from another person, but I didn't bother with it. Four months went by and I called her, and she said that the quote was still available. So, I went ahead and got it. She was awesome. I got my license back. It's a lot easier. And knowing that it's an easy payment I could make every month, I could get a car to get myself back to work.

The lady who I was directly referred to from Vern did a very effective and efficient job telling me I could not get a broad form insurance and that Nevada law changed for name policies, and we figured out doing the liability. She was very helpful and the process for sending and doing the signature was very efficient. I was very surprised by that. I haven't actually had that efficiency in insurance ever. So, I'm very happy.
