I like the quote Freeway Insurance gave me for the insurance on my vehicle. They are prompt. When I call, I'm put on hold for a few minutes which is not long. They come on and find out what I need. I couldn't ask for better service.

Everything is really good with Freeway Insurance as of now. The girl there that was attending me was very helpful and kind. She did her best and gave me the best price out there. But I didn't like that I had to pay a fee to start up then in another couple of weeks pay another 100.

The rep with Freeway was very engaging. She made sure that all my needs were satisfied. If I feel the need to add something else, then I'll call and add. What I hate the most is waste my time on the phone trying to get things done. But in this case, it was different. The experience was quick.

They sent my information to my email. But I would like to stop in one of the closest Freeway to me and have an insurance card. I don't want to keep going through my email and looking at my phone for it. I want to be able to have it in my possession. But so far, so good.

The insurance agent was nice. He made it where it was cheaper than it was supposed to be originally.

SCAM. RUN!!! If I could give them a 0 I would. All I can say is run. They ask for your credit card to give you a quote. They start a policy without my permission. I never ask for a policy with this company. My sale rep was Oliver **. He is a scam. The insurance companies they use or scam working with them. I would never use them on their insurance companies “Gainsco” because they would not pay for your claims..

I transacted with a rep from Freeway Insurance over the phone. It was good and quick. The cost is also very good.

Freeway has met my standard. The guy who helped me was very helpful and respectful. He did his thing and gave me the price I was looking for. I definitely want to do business with him later on in the future if I had more vehicles with Freeway.

Freeway is $8 cheaper that my previous insurance. However, I sold my place so I don't have a place. We're staying at hotels or at friends' or at my sister's. They said they were gonna cancel. When they let me know, they were nice. My insurance is good till the 20th. I need to come up with an address. I got my sister's address so I can stay there and get my mail there.

It was really comfortable the way they treated me, and I got the insurance that I needed. The policy is better than what I was paying before. So it was real good.

The lady that I talked to to activate my account with Freeway and sign me up was amazing. She went over and beyond. When I called back, the gentleman that answered said they were busy and would call me back. Two hours went by and I never got a callback. I ended up calling back and that guy said, "Hold on." I ended up wondering, "If I'm supposed to pay my insurance, why aren't you calling me?" After those two men, they finally got me with someone and that guy was amazing. He took my insurance and went over and beyond. The guy that I paid my insurance to last month was amazing too.

I had an outstanding experience with Freeway. They were very friendly and understanding. If you don't have all of your money, they make arrangements for you to pay the rest. Their coverage is also very reasonable. I started my daughter on this insurance.
