The customer service at Freeway Insurance was great and helpful and the rep gave me all the information I needed. The process was fast, and there were no hassles. The policy is good compared to the one I had. I'll most likely recommend Freeway. They have good service and the prices they give you are the prices they put down, so you can rely on them. It’s easy to make payments. They just take it out of my account.

I liked that Freeway works with you. They work with your income. I spoke to them first on the phone, and then I went in the office. The office looks nice. Everyone was nice. I worked with Anthony. He was good at his job. I got the basic coverage. Overall, it was easy to sign up, they were very helpful, and they work with you.

I also want to thank Naketia for her customer insurance representative ability to ensure if I needed any answers to any questions she would do so. Last but not Naketias knowledge of the type of insurance that fits me was extremely helpful. I like the representative from Freeway. She's very informative, she asked questions, and she listened. She's an active listener and whatever questions I had, she knew how to direct those questions and she was educated on what the product was. She told me a lot about the policy. She offered it as an addable. It was, honestly, according to what I really wanted at the time. She was friendly and had great customer service. My experience signing up was good.

I'm thankful I have Freeway Insurance but one thing I’m concerned about is the pricing. When I went to Northern California, I saw a $400 insurance policy for a year, and I don’t know how they’re able to give people in Northern California more affordable insurance than in Southern California. But I'm happy I have Freeway Insurance. I had one interaction with customer service, and the rep was nice, even though it was late at night.

I recently signed up through Freeway insurance less than 2 weeks ago. They failed to inform me of any brokers fee to sign you up with a different company through them. READ carefully before they rush you to sign and don’t get fooled like I did. They make you seem like you’re getting a great deal but they fail to be honest with their customers, had I known this I would of gone with a different company and this is only for liability insurance. Be careful!!

I have had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at Freeway Insurance. I attempted to file a complaint about a customer service agent who disrespected me during a recorded call. Instead of helping me, every representative I spoke with told me that only the district manager could identify the agent and handle the complaint. I called multiple times, and each time I was told that an email would be sent to the district manager asking them to contact me. Despite all these promises, no one has ever reached out. It feels impossible to file a simple complaint, and the lack of accountability is extremely disappointing.

Freeway's customer service representatives have always been good. They did everything they’re supposed to. I was impressed with their help once I got through to them. They were really nice. My coverage is good, too. It was better than what I had. I’d tell others to get Freeway, too.

I love Freeway insurance. Before Freeway, I had another insurance, but someone else told me about Freeway, so I decided to switch to them. They got cheaper price. The customer service representatives at Freeway have been excellent. The coverage I have is good. I like it.

I thought Freeway was just progressive, but this young lady would sit there and she would get seven insurance companies that would be right for you. She actually took her time with explaining things to me. Now me and my family and friends will be getting Freeway insurance from now on. Sign a customer for life.

Weeks after Hurricane Harvey, everything went up so high on Farmers and I decided to change. I was looking for a better price and at least the same service, and the rep explained that there were other companies she could look through and see if there was anything that might interest me with regard to price or coverage. It took us 30 minutes to do everything, but Freeway Insurance should cover everything. She was nice and tried to do her job to the best of her ability. She did the quote and I was happy with what she did. I have older model vehicles and I’m not looking for full coverage because it's not worth it. But eventually, I'll get newer vehicles and different coverage, maybe a full one.

My son has had a Progressive policy for three years. The original time we called to get insurance, it was Vern Fonk and somehow it changed to Freeway. My son's policy came due and I needed to have it reestablished. I had Progressive's number and I got an email from somebody, then I called that number. It was easy to communicate with Freeway and they got done what I needed to get done. I'd tell people to give them a try.

Freeway Insurance had the best prices with the best deals, and the coverage is perfect. The rep called to tell me that she was gonna be sending me an email, and when she did, I signed the documents. My experience was good. It would be a good idea to go with Freeway.

It's a plus to have my car insured, especially by Freeway Insurance. They are the best insurance out there with a good coverage at a low rate. Freeway was very kind and helpful with providing me with the best services. I walked in, and the rep was able to give me a quote. We scheduled an appointment on that same day, just a different time period. She was helpful, so I appreciate her and her customer service. The coverage provided for my car should be good enough for what I was looking for. I'm gonna recommend a couple of people over to Freeway. They are a great source of insurance. I do not hesitate to be on the road.

I was trying to get some insurance when I first got my car. I’ve pretty much been dealing with a guy by the name of Christopher at the location on 10th and Shadeland. But I had come to the location on Keystone and sat out there and waited. They were supposed to open up at 9:00. I ended up going back to 10th and Shadeland and I switched over to Freeway from who I was with when I originally got the car ‘cause the quote was so high.

The customer service reps at Freeway were very helpful, kind and professional. The coverage is good as well. It's what I needed. I'd recommend Freeway.

I needed an SR-22 and Freeway Insurance was a local place. I had a couple other texts come in, but they just stood out. I didn't buy the insurance on the day I talked to them. I waited a couple of days and they were extremely helpful. I got the minimum coverage, so I'm sure that it's adequate. And I don't have a car right now, but my license is insured. I'm happy to be legal again and that I got no insurance tickets. All in all Freeway Insurance took care of me and they did a good job. I'd recommend them.

I had a different insurance provider before and Freeway is better in terms of customer service. I like it. I contacted someone and they transferred me to another lady and both of them were really good. I like the coverage as well.

I was looking for insurance and saw Freeway's ad. We called, talked to one of the representatives, and liked the price that he quoted. Everything sounded good the way he explained it as well. The very next day, we went in in person and got the insurance through them. Signup was very easy, and the package was decent. The representative explained everything as he was going along. He was very professional and he addressed our concerns with great detail. I'd tell friends and relatives to check Freeway out and see if they can get a better deal than what they have with whoever they're insured with right now. If someone wants good insurance and none of the hassle of the representatives trying to get them to get all kinds of other stuff that they're not looking for, then I would go with Freeway Insurance.

Freeway Insurance is good insurance. I had viewed many options with other insurance companies, and Frewway's rate seemed the best option for me to go with. I spoke with them through the phone and it was easy, very respectful and understandable. It was a quick with a good outcome. For the rate that it is and the coverage that I have, I couldn't ask for better. I recommend them to a friend.

Freeway's reps explained to me how to do things with their company and it was very clear.
