Somebody told me about Freeway Insurance and when I signed up with their program, everything was amazing. I love Freeway altogether. It's just that I couldn't keep them. But I’d tell all my friends and people about them.

I used to have insurance with Freeway a long time ago because they were around for a while already. They've always been reasonable for me, but this time around, it was perfect because I needed it. It was an emergency. Their rep made it happen for me. I was lucking out on everywhere else because it was out of my budget. She was the best one that I talked to that whole day. I was getting quotes from others and even with me telling them it was out of my budget, they still couldn't give me what I was looking for. When I called Freeway, the rep helped me and dropped me to like $79 a month. I ended up taking it. I loved it ever since. She even let me do a split payment for my down payment so I can have insurance starting the day that I called her. She made things happen for me that day. So, I appreciate Freeway's business.

Frank was very helpful finding me the best new coverage. He gave me several options to choose from for the coverage I was looking for. He was also able to give me some discount for the length of time I have been with Freeway.

Freeway's customer service representatives were courteous and gave me all the information I needed to know. I even had to switch vehicles in a very short period of time. I didn't have any problems with that. It took a whole five minutes which was very quick. We only have liability coverage, which is satisfactory. I’d tell others that Freeway got cheap prices if they wanna insure their kids' cars.

My previous insurance referred me to Freeway Insurance. My insurance lady had to retire so I had to find somebody else to pick up my insurance. They gave me cheaper than what I paid so I jumped all over it. I've been with a couple of insurance places before, but this is the fastest and the easiest to get insurance. I did it in two days over the phone because I had to text her. She texted me a couple things and gave me her number. I gave my wife's drivers license number and information on the vehicles. It was done deal after that. I haven't got my cards in the mail, but I got my insurance card on my email. I like to have my paper cards in all my vehicles. The rep told me I could go to the Freeway place over on South 1st Street in Temple, and they'll print them out for me. But I'm in no big hurry. I get them through the mail within she said five to seven days. I'm sure they'll be in the mail sometime.

My cousin who is insured with Freeway Insurance got me into it. The rep was perfect. Also, the coverage was good. It was still high up there. But I got a pretty sporty car. Knowing my history, it was very far off. They're +200, and I can't pay that for different car. That's too much. Other than that, Freeway is friendly. They have all the information for you and they help you out to get the best. That's great at the market.

I did my research on a lot of insurance and I'm a person that goes by customer service, price, and detail and Freeway was a plus for all that for me. I moved back to Louisiana a year ago, but when I was in Dallas, I always had Freeway insurance. They had an office near where I live. I walked in and became very familiar with everybody. The customer service was great. They do ask the same questions over to get them correctly, which is a plus. Also, everybody was polite.

I had a great experience with Freeway. Their price is much more affordable compared to my previous insurance. I set it up over the phone and it was really easy. I’ve been with them almost six months now and I would recommend them.

I got set up just last week with Freeway and so far, the process has been great. I originally wanted full coverage, but I'm sticking with liability for now. I'm gonna switch over eventually. I got another truck too, so I was waiting to pay that off so I could just switch up and get full coverage on my Charger. Overall, it has been manageable. I also recommended somebody to them.

I live on a budget, and it's kinda hard out here. I was paying around 200 for my car insurance. The rep at Freeway was real nice and helpful. She sounded professional to me. If she had to check something out, she'll leave me on the line, and she made sure I got the documents and stuff to sign. When I sign them, she'll call or text and let me know that she received them.

It was a pleasant experience with Freeway. They're very nice people and very knowledgeable. The representatives answered everything I asked them. Everything they told me was pretty positive. Freeway is much better than my previous provider. I couldn’t get ahold of them most of the time. I really didn't appreciate those people over there.
My coverage with Freeway is much better than the other ones I had. I couldn't afford a full coverage, but it’s better than liability. I have a middle-of-the-road coverage. I feel much better with this company and recommended my brother and my daughter to Freeway.

I went online and I was just intrigued by the options that Freeway has. I then got a call back from a gentleman named Edgar. I really enjoyed talking to him. He was very helpful and told me everything I needed. It was easy. What I got is probably the best deal. It was the lowest price I have come across.

Freeway Insurance is an affordable insurance with great customer service. Assurance sent me to them when I needed to get insurance. The representative that I talked to was on point. She asked me what I was looking for, why I was changing my insurance company, and I told her that it’s because my husband and I were on a fixed income. And the price for the insurance we were with was going up every six months for no reason.
So, she did a search, and I told her what kind of coverage, and she was able to give us pretty much what we had with the other company for almost a third of what we were paying the other company. And I just set it up on autopay, so making payments is easy.

Everything went well with Freeway Insurance. They made it easy since the beginning. They were friendly and fast. And they got me on autopay, which was a good experience. I've dealt with other insurances, and Freeway was more accessible as far as questions and going quick. It didn't take but 15 to 20 minutes to get it done.
The first time I called the customer service was when I was trying to get a quote on an extra vehicle. I wanted to add it to my policy. The lady I talked to was nice enough to look for a cheaper insurance for me. And I'm paying less with them than with my old insurance.
So, since I got Freeway Insurance on both of my vehicles, it makes it easier for me to move my vehicles around and to get somebody to help me out. I am not worrying about the expense coming up and the monthly payments.

The policy I got with Freeway is good so far. I just asked for liability, although it would have been nice to know what my option was with full coverage. But I'm happy with it. It’s a paid-for car. And they say full coverage is normally for something that you're leasing. And I just found out I had an accident on my record, so the price was a little high for me.
I also called Progressive and The General. Progressive didn't wanna insure me because I live with multiple people. So, I called Velox. And they just did some shopping around for me to see what was best, and they suggested Freeway.

If I could leave a less star I would. I try to call about a quote.. Received one which I didnt like obviously... Now I'm getting calls every five minutes from them... I answered one and they said they could help lower it... But if all my information was on file why did I have to give it again??? Second the phone number wasn't even close I gave the agent before.. So I called to speak to a manager to see what was going on.. They answered my phone call saying they were calling me in regards to my quote once again.. But this time I called them.. So doesn't make sense.. I wasn't rude just questioning... They both hang up on me after saying I can't talk to anyone higher than them cause I don't have a policy...what is going on?? Don't do it people, it's all a gimmick

This insurance co. app is the worst; I can never be able to make a payment without having to call in. I work long hours and do not have time to call. When you ask, they don't know what I'm talking about and can't help. Can't wait until my last 6 months are over and switch companies.

Freeway’s customer service is good. But I don’t like that the premium went up. I was offered $117, but I was charged $145.

I’ve used Freeway for four years. Before that, I was with USAA but it got too expensive with USAA. At Freeway, I learned it’s best to go in and talk to them personally, which is what I did. They gave me options. In fact, they exceeded my expectation. The manager of the store I went was exceptional, very knowledgeable and helpful for other issues I had.

I had a complicated situation with a new policy that ended up needing to be canceled and refunded, and Israel handled everything quickly and professionally. He took care of the entire process for me, including the cancellation and refund, without me having to make extra calls or chase things down. I needed an SR-22 bond but I don’t have a vehicle. Freeway was one of the ones out of the three that I called. The other two were a little more expensive so I opted out of them. Freeway’s price was to my liking, so that’s the one that I ended up choosing.
The Freeway representative that signed me up was informative and gave me the information I needed. Right after the payment was made, I got all the credentials that I needed from him. So, it was pretty smooth and professional. I have no complaints. I already recommended my aunt and my best friend to them.

I bought a car and needed to get insurance real fast. I was just looking online, and I ended up coming across Freeway. The signup was as all right. My agent was good and making payments is easy.
I’ll be looking for another company because I don’t like the roadside assistance coverage. I used to be with another company, and when we’re on the side of the road, we don’t have to come out of pocket for anything that we need done to our car. If we need to get towed home or whatever we might need, we don’t have to pay. And I just came across a problem the other night and they were trying to charge me $288. They told me that the only thing that Freeway covers is $50 worth of whatever.
Freeway has reasonable rates but I guess it’s third party, so it’s different.

My bestfriend and I both had Key Insurance, but Key doesn't service Nevada anymore. Key also kept changing the payment due dates, so she recommended that I go to Freeway. Signing up was really easy. The rep did everything and explained it all, then I signed a couple of papers. It was quick. Freeway is cheaper than the one I had before and it offers a year of roadside assistance for free. So that was a plus too. No other place would do that.

I had Freeway Insurance last year, and I didn’t have any problems with it, so I was gonna go with Freeway again. The guy I talked to gave me a quote which was gonna be $300- something for liability, and $400-something for full coverage. I was just trying to do liability at the time, and he said he gave me a lower deal of $175. But by the end of it, it went back up to almost $300, which was the original quote, so he basically went back on his word and I ended up going somewhere else.

I signed up with Freeway and it’s set up through USA Insurance. I get all my things every month and I pay them. Freeway is great but my problem is the underwriters. Because now, they don’t wanna acknowledge my insurance.
Every time I called, Freeway reps were AAA and they were always good. When I call, they’re telling me “You didn’t have to provide all that. We’re good with that.” But when I call the underwriters, it gets ridiculous. They just throw you somebody else. I just don’t understand the whole process with insurance and Freeway doesn’t tell you that upfront. They gotta tell people. What Freeway accepts is not what the underwriter accepts.
So I’m over it and I’m about to go to the Better Business Bureau. I’m gonna send all my paperwork to them and I’m going to the insurance with Louisiana and submit a claim to them. Other than that, Freeway customer service is awesome. By them giving me the insurance, I was able to get my truck title and license here. Everything was good until the underwriters stepped in.

I’m happy with Freeway. Nobody wanted to insure me because I got a speeding ticket, until I found Freeway. I called, they gave me a quote and the signup was easy, no problem.

The process of signing up with Freeway was really easy. They told me everything about the policy. I just needed minimum coverage and that's what I got. However, I don't need Freeway anymore and went with another company. But if you need an insurance quickly, Freeway is a great way to go.

While I am NOT familiar with this company because I just received car insurance for the first time through them, total disclaimer, this review is strictly regarding the agent who assisted me and how she appeared to be at the time (10/2025). Laura H. came across as willing to do what most agents are NOT because she was available to work and help me out on a Saturday. She demonstrated patience, and she appeared to be helpful and straight to the point. All of what I needed and appreciated tremendously! Freeway Insurance is totally reasonable compared to other companies. I got it way cheaper than my friend. He got his beat by $1,000 a year. He's got a new vehicle that's full coverage and then he's got another vehicle he does Uber in and Jen from Freeway beat it by $100 a month. He pretty much got it for $1,200 less a year. I've been telling everybody about Freeway. Jen’s been great, too.

My situation is unique. It's state to state. The initial gal wasn't quite sure. But the second guy I spoke to made it happen and it was easy. He was very quick and helpful. A good portion of it was done through texting. Freeway Insurance gave me the coverage that I needed and got me a better rate than I have been paying in another state. I would recommend them.

I was charged 1200 for insurance for six months and got a quote for 700. Tried to cancel and they said I have to come in person. It’s super inconvenient because I didn’t have to go in person to sign up. I would not refer this company to anyone.

Freeway offers great rates and they do good work. I called to check on a price quote, and she gave me a better deal, and the company I had for eight years never gave me a better price. So, once my old policy finished, I went to one of their offices, they treated me well, and I had no problem. I’ve recommended a couple of people to Freeway.

Freeway is so much cheaper than everything else that I have seen. The amount that I pay balances out with the coverage that's provided. The person who helped me, Chloe, was really helpful and very informative. The app easy to use, but it sometimes kicks me out and tells me to go on to the website. I still recommended them to a friend.

We've been with Freeway for a while. I went to the office there on 7th Street and 37th Avenue and everybody was nice. They're good to get along with. If there’s something that you don't understand, they help you with that and try to get the quote that you need. My daughter is with Freeway also. I would highly recommend them. I reached out to Freeway Insurance. I needed the insurance to transfer the name of my mother to mine. And I called the insurance, but I found out my mother hadn't withdrawn yet and I was waiting and no one called me back. Since I had to fly to New York and only had one day in Florida, I went with a different insurance. Later, the first agent called, but I had to cancel because I already had the new policy.
The representative was very nice, helpful and professional. I told her I didn’t want the other coverage because it’s not worth paying for when I don’t drive the car much. The car is about 20 years old, but it only has 42,000 mileage. I rarely use it, it’s just there for when I’m in Florida. After my mother passed away, I couldn’t keep it in her name, so I had to transfer it.
The point is the higher the level, the more it costs. She was really nice and polite, went through everything, and I explained what I needed. I told her I didn’t want full coverage with all the extras because I don’t really need it. I might not even be back until November.

Freeway has been great. Everything seems to be what they said it was gonna be. Their rep did an excellent job, even though she almost did an automatic draft again. The rate was great as well and was way better than what I’ve been paying. The rep took her time, assessed around, and found me a good one. The whole experience didn't take a long day. She took about an hour to sign everything. The whole process was no more than an hour. I recommend Freeway and I’ll tell others of their good customer service.

Freeway Insurance is as good as anybody else out there. My coverage with them is all right. It's been pretty easy to call Freeway and they answer. I've been trying to get some information from them. It's supposed to say on the insurance card that Avadian is the lien holder but it doesn’t say that. I talked to their rep three times and they still ain't done it.

I opted for Freeway Insurance initially in Arizona, and now they've also provided coverage in my new state. The transition was smooth; I reached out to an agent while setting up my policy here, and they were incredibly helpful. I haven’t filed a claim yet, but overall I’m satisfied with them. While the cost here is slightly higher than before, it aligns with the average rates around this area, so that's acceptable. I'm satisfied with my experience and would rate it highly.

Freeway Insurance was cheaper. It was difficult to get my discount on there, but it finally worked. My stepdad had to go and pay for it. The customer service process was tedious as well, needing to make numerous calls just for somebody to understand the discount to fall through. Freeway should be more understanding about what was going on.
Insurance is confusing, our agents are constantly training so they can provide proper information to all of our customers, especially when all of the service providers have different terms and conditions for their insurance. During the signup process with Freeway, the representative was efficient and facilitated everything quickly, guiding me step by step through the electronic signing. However, it seems there was an oversight, as I've been prompted to sign an additional document to prevent cancellation and avoid an increase in my premium.
Though I was a bit anxious about this missed step, I can't fault the support I received during the initial discussion. The rep proved to be thorough, yet the need for a follow-up does require some attention. As someone who doesn't often file claims and manages a lot of my own repairs, maintaining streamlined processes is crucial.

I found out about Freeway when I drove past one of their offices in Schenectady, New York. When I called, the customer service rep I dealt with was very nice. She called me back when she said she was, and she did everything right. When I signed up, the price given was a little cheaper. I did not realize that the vehicle I was insuring is a high dollar vehicle, an Infiniti QX56. It is 14 years old though, but it is beautiful. I still think the insurance is a lot, but it is okay. Also, they charge $10 to make a payment, and I would like that to go away.

It's been awful with BAH Logistics. They failed to wrap half of the furniture they delivered and multiple pieces were damaged. They put just one little blanket around the television and it came in busted. I'm fighting to get compensation to replace that. They also didn’t wrap the chest of drawers that they busted. It was hand-built and purchased in Italy in 1962 and they're asking me for proof of purchase. The problem is Shipley, not just BAH Logistics. I almost feel like it's a scam. My goods did get from house to house, but they absolutely didn’t take any responsibility whatsoever about the quality of what happened and the damage. They're doing everything in their power for me not to be able to claim my insurance and get compensation for these damaged goods.
I have emailed Shipley and BAH Logistics multiple times. BAH Logistics said, "To access your insurance, you have to submit a request in the bill of lading.“ I never got a bill of lading, so I can't submit a request for one because they didn't give me any documentation at all. When they delivered the goods to my house, they did it in a day. I thought there was gonna be more time involved. I did not have time to get down from Virginia here to meet the goods. I had my 90-year-old mother meet them and they had her sign something. She asked to try to see it but its on this tiny phone, and the guy said, "It doesn't matter. We just need your signature." If you sign the document, you're saying that it's all good. They didn't tell her what she was signing for or to verify if everything was in good condition. They never gave me a copy of it, either. They've been disreputable.
I hold Shipley accountable. I'm dealing with them as well and they go back and forth every fourth day they respond to me. I got the most recent response yesterday, but it's always the same, that they are currently reviewing our claim, and they want the purchase receipt showing the item details, seller and buyer information for the TV. The TV was bought five years ago. All my receipts are in storage and I don't have five-year old receipts at my ready. What else can I say other than I had ownership of it in my home? I don't have intentional photos, but I do have pictures of the items. I sent them pictures of the television. All the drawers worked before they picked them up, but now they don't.
I've moved five times in the last 10 years and I'm appalled at this process. I had damages in my last move from Kingston Springs, Tennessee to Nashville. I got people over immediately and sent somebody in to repair it. They were legitimate moving companies that did the right thing. They sent experts to my house to look at the damage and they repaired the things that they broke. It was the right thing to do. This time, I've been scammed other than the fact that my products got here, but not in usable condition. It's been the most frustrating experience.

I had coverage with AIS before and I feel like Freeway is better. I originally set everything up online and then I had a phone call from Freeway. From start to finish, including paperwork, it took about 45 minutes and I was able to get full coverage.

I had a different insurance provider before I had Freeway. Freeway is a lot better, a lot cheaper, and their products are better. I Googled them and looked at the reviews. Their customer service rep was really nice. I was at work when I got my insurance and I had to get on and get off the phone. Britney called me back. She had answered every question I had, and she was really polite. I knew everything I needed to know. She’s excellent and she deserves a raise.
Another thing I liked about them was they sent me an email where I can put my insurance card on my wallet. 100%, definitely go with them.

Freeway was cheaper than my previous insurance and my interaction with their customer service was quite pleasant. She was handled everything smoothly and provided me with the price quote. She was also considerate about the time differences, as she was on the west coast and I'm on the east coast. After I sorted out some details on my end, she helped me set up my insurance. I needed the insurance binder sent to the car dealership, and she handled that efficiently. Plus, she guided me through downloading the app and sent over my insurance card. If a friend ever asks about my experience, I’d say it was uncomplicated and it wasn’t long before I was all set up.
Insurance is confusing, our agents are constantly training so they can provide proper information to all of our customers, especially when all of the service providers have different terms and conditions for their insurance. I haven’t faced any significant issues with Freeway Insurance, just some minor matters pending, but overall they've been quite professional. The customer service, especially from a representative named Lydia, has been remarkable. She was very attentive and responsive, which I really valued given my situation.
Most interactions were smooth, even though once I was put on hold by someone at a call center, and the call dropped. However, Lydia provided her direct contact information then through email, which made it simpler to follow up with documents and inquiries. This information was particularly helpful since there was a slight delay in receiving some paperwork on my end, but things worked out well.
I wholeheartedly recommend Freeway Insurance based on my experience. It's been an overall positive journey with them, and I appreciate their reliable support on the insurance front.

I heard about Freeway through a friend of mine. It was a easy process. It wasn't a whole bunch of red tape. It took 10 to 15 minutes. The representative I dealt with in Montgomery, Alabama was top-notch, although I don't recall her name, she made the experience very positive. I'm pleased with the policy I obtained, finding it even better than what I had with State Farm.

The person who assisted me with purchasing my new car recommended Progressive, so I went with them. Initially, this seemed promising as I had never owned a new car before. However, after an unexpected snag with Progressive regarding my home ownership status, I had to cancel and look for an alternative, which led me to explore Freeway Insurance. The route to Freeway wasn't entirely smooth. Despite being told my cheapest option was still with Progressive, some confusion arose during the payment process. I was asked to pay more than necessary, allegedly because the individual who set up my insurance charged additional fees. When I reached out to Progressive, they informed me that I should have only made a single down payment.

Everything is going well with my Freeway insurance. They have good rates and are very nice people to work with. My agent was really good and kept me well-informed. She called and checked on me about a week ago. They send every document to make sure everything is fine and paperwork is properly filled out. They go over everything with you to make sure everything was submitted just fine. Then you wait for your insurance card to come in the mail. Mine came after two days which was really quick. They also do a follow-up to make sure the insurance is going well and ask if there is anything they need to assist you with.

I recently switched from Geico to Freeway Insurance because of the lower rates they offered. My initial interaction with their customer service was positive; the rep provided me with a quote I was satisfied with. However, that rep left the company, leading to mixed experiences with subsequent customer service contacts. One person told me I would need to pay $200 to reapply for insurance just to switch insured vehicles, which I found unreasonable as I had already made a significant down payment. On another call, a different rep informed me that there would be a $90 transfer fee, but advised visiting a physical location for potentially better options. I appreciated this honesty and found that visiting a branch in person allowed me to transfer my insurance for free.
The coverage I receive from Freeway Insurance meets my needs, although my overall satisfaction is mixed. The pricing is excellent, the best I could find, so I rate that a 5. However, the inconsistency in customer service brings my overall rating down to a 3 since it largely depends on the representative you interact with.

It has been a pretty good experience with Freeway Insurance. The customer service has been good, and the agent who helped me made sure that my bill would be paid on time. The price is fair overall at around $170 because I tend to deal with old vehicles. I believe the cost is mainly due to the market rather than Freeway itself.

I first noticed Freeway Insurance because it's conveniently located next to the DMV I frequent. My experience with their customer service was excellent when getting a quote; it was a perfect 10 in my book. While I wish the coverage cost was lower, as many people do, I understand the pricing and think it's quite reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied with everything. The first person I talked to was Jeffrey, who was really understanding. He explained everything. We just had one hiccup with the due date, which we figured out and I'm over it. He was really nice. He called me back in a good timely manner, except for when he was busy with other people. I also talked to a lady and she was really nice and understanding. I kind of got irritable because of the due date and the insurance place that I went to. But everything is fine now. Everybody I talked to was really nice, trying to give me the information I needed. So it was a pretty smooth experience. Working with Freeway saved me money and gave me less stress.

My experience hasn't been too great with Freeway Insurance. I specifically signed up with limited liability and that's the only service I wanted. But when the rep sent the documents, I wasn't aware that she slipped additional service product in it and they took an additional $120 from my account. But on the recording, it specifically states limited liability. They're supposed to be refunding me $120. I called them that Monday and they said I will receive it on Thursday but I never did. I called the following week on Tuesday and they said, "Well, you'll receive it Thursday." I had to call my bank and my bank granted me temporary credit and saying to have the return actually reversed. Also, when I was calling Freeway, the rep kept hanging up when I tried to explain the situation. It took about five days and on the fifth day, a different rep answered the phone.

My grandma stays in Chicago and she has Freeway Insurance. She told me it's a great insurance agency, so I called them and got a good quote. It's very efficient and I can easily go online and make the payment without phone call hassles. The rep who signed me up was very nice and she helped me all the way through. She told me my dates that I have to be paying each month and helped me get my plates unsuspended. She had good knowledge of what she was doing and I was on the phone for at least 30 minutes. All in all, Freeway Insurance is very helpful. They get you the quotes that you're looking for, plus they're very patient and willing to work with you.

I did a simple Google search and selected Freeway out of four companies because their prices were the most affordable. The representative I had was amazing. She definitely went above and beyond to find a quote that matched my budget. She was very reassuring, available and knowledgeable. She knew all the products and exactly what I needed. As soon as I emailed her the information that she requested, she was on top of everything. The calls and emails were very prompt. The representative took care of me right there the day that I needed the insurance so I can have my vehicle and drive. I have two small kids and I need to be able to get them to school and to work.

I applied for a quote online, then a young lady reached out and talked to me over the phone. She gave me a price and I asked if I could give her a call back within a certain amount of time. I didn't have all the money and she really helped me out because I didn't even know that Freeway takes half of the payment, then I paid the remainder, $155, for the startup cost. Most companies don't let people do that. They make them pay everything upfront.
It's so crazy nowadays how everything is just all about money and the prices are skyrocketing. I had Allstate and paid $752 for six months, which was more than my $250 car note. With Freeway, my insurance dropped by $300. Now, I'm paying 458. All in all, Freeway's customer service was excellent and while the coverage is totally different, I do not regret that I went with them. I would really recommend Freeway to anybody.

Where I got my vehicle from suggested me to try Freeway Insurance because they were better. I went along and tried Freeway, and it's been very good. They are treating me very well. I looked Freeway up and they were the only ones open on Christmas Eve. I had Esurance and I was unaware that they dropped me. So, I was desperate. So, that was why I went to Freeway. It's also cheaper than Esurance. The guys in there on Christmas Eve were excellent. They were really helpful and they said if I have any questions, I can give them a call any time. Overall, Freeway is really easy to deal with. I got my insurance in less than an hour. I got all the paperwork and everything taken care of.

Using Freeway is much cheaper, I got the same coverage, and they caught some errors on my history. There was another driver and I'm the only driver in my home. Also, someone else was using this address. The rep I dealt with was very knowledgeable because she's the one who asked me more than one time, "Was there multiple drivers?" At first, I tried to do it online. I couldn't get it online. I talked to one of the representatives and he said, "Well, I'm gonna send you to a local branch.” He connected me to the lady and that was when she determined that it was someone else.
She said, “Did you have an accident on this date, this date?" I was like, "No. I had to pause for one year. I don't even remember what year it was. But no, ‘cause I'm the only driver." She explained to me everything about the policy and when it would be in effect. Since having Freeway Insurance, it's amazing to know that I'm safe now. I had no idea that that's what I was up against with the higher prices. I'd tell others to check them out. They have very good comparable prices with the same high coverage.

Zero stars. When I canceled my policy with Freeway, they failed to tell/follow up with the financier and I got charged additional funds. They do not care about you. Patricia ** is unprofessional, here is an email she wrote to me when it was their fault this was happening. "I just emailed to Craig TODAY!!! You HAVE TO GIVE HIM A CHANCE TO CANCEL. He does not have a direct line." Find a better outlet Patricia I had to do your job for you.

Freeway Insurance's reps have always been nice. I've had one issue out of Marble Falls but he is no longer employed there. Freeway saved me 100 bucks a month. So, there's a lot to go around.

On the initial call, Freeway screens everyone, finds out what they want then pops them over to somebody who’ll close the deal. The rep they sent me to was wonderful. They were both patient. I had to have answers repeated because I was not grasping things like I used to. I was also shocked that the insurance was that cheap.
I'm a little disappointed though. When the phone rings, whoever's got us has their chance to close the deal before they have to get back in line to wait for the next step. Apparently, I had to go through a different department to get my traveling trailer insurance. They kept wanting to find out what it was that I needed. I had already told them I got an email that said their rep, Maya, has my quote ready. She did all the leg work and I asked for her. I asked her to leave a message for her to call me back, but that message never got to her, or she would have. I wish I had a little more interest in me closing the trailer deal.

When I switched to Freeway because they had better rates, they handled everything very professionally. I also liked everything that they had in the package. Price-wise, Freeway seems to be pretty similar but a little bit cheaper rates compared to other companies. With Freeway, I ended up doing full coverage, because it's a requirement for the car that I got versus my other one where I just had liability. Freeway costs about $50 more per payment but I've been very pleased with the representative who's been helping me. So, I just went to that one agent when I had questions. She was very patient with me and she walked me through the process of all the requirements that they asked for while I was being interviewed to see if I qualified. Then she gave me her personal contact information in case I had any questions after that call. She also followed up with me shortly after a couple of days to see if I had any questions after I signed up on one of the plans.

They were helpful. I really needed some help and they were like, "No problem. We could help you. There's no problem." They were great. I feel much safer driving. I don't get too worried if I get in a crash. It's a little pricey, though.

I was trying to renew with Geico online but something happened with the app. It kept glitching when it was time to pay the money. I had to call a number and the number was a dead end. I got frustrated, so I switched insurance providers. I went with Freeway because the agents that are in there have more knowledge and know what they're doing more. Otherwise, if I go online and try to do it myself, I'm just guessing. It's better to have the expertise of the agent there at Freeway.
I'm happy that I could go in person and get an insurance policy. Since everyone is doing it online now, when I went into Freeway, it was not packed full of people and I didn't have to wait. I like the convenience of it. It's good. I specifically asked the agent for specific types of coverage because that's what I wanted. She was able to find a product that fit my specific needs, and she did it very fast. She had confidence and she was able to do it. She met my needs, and that's what I liked. She let me know the options there and I chose what I wanted. I was happy with that. I wasn't pressured to do something that I didn't wanna do.

I've had Freeway for a while. I have a friend who was an insurance agent and she recommended that they were a really good and reasonably priced company, and that they were good people. Freeway gave me exactly what I asked for with my coverage. I asked for certain specific things, and they were right on the money with it. I'm satisfied and I haven't had any problems. I've been 100% satisfied every time I talk to the customer service people as well.

I'll be eventually changing my insurance because there was a lot of things that wasn't explained to me before I got it. I paid for my insurance on the 23rd and then it was due again on the 10th. I'm used to paying my insurance on the 23rd and then it's due again on the 23rd. I didn't know that that turnaround was so quick to pay it. Also, I still don't know the grace period. I talked to somebody yesterday. One person told me 10 and another person told me 12. I'm just using the insurance right now because it fits me but I will be changing it.

Freeway Insurance is low on cost and with them, it's easier for me to make my payments on time. They gave me more months on my plan and they covered collision and roadside assistance which were not covered by my previous insurance. Their reps were very professional and I'd recommend them to anybody. It was very relaxing to deal with them and they should keep up the good customer service.

This person was a guy. Was very bad customer service into Spanish. Didn't want to give his name. Was in a rush. Talking to me fast and impolite in his answers and hung up the phone when I ask him for his name. Then I called back and diff person assist me. I'm very disappointed. He should not be there.

It's my second month with Freeway and they're a great insurance company so far. Their rep was trying to help me find the lowest rate possible and that was a good thing. I had to pay a separate package for the towing and rental thing but I haven't got that yet. Other than that, everything else seem like it's working out okay. They have great pricing, too.

I'll never buy insurance in this process through an agency that seeks other insurance companies for a coverage of a vehicle. It started out with one of the agents in Long Beach. I didn't realize the mess that you need to go through in order to get through and find something. What they're doing is they look at a list of people that they associate with to provide insurances for people that call them needing insurances.
When I called, the rep said they have it. I gave him the specifics about the liability on that particular coverage 'cause I didn't want anything too low, but I didn't want anything too high that would allow them to charge me an exorbitant amount of premium fees every month. He got one and sent it to me but that was not the liability coverage that I wanted. He wrote another one and that one was a little better. But there is still one section of the liability that was a little high. I told him to adjust it according to what I have been experiencing from my last insurance and he did. But he didn't change the one that I also pointed needed to be adjusted as well.
Now, I have two policies. He said, "We'll cancel the first one that we wrote," and gave me a number. He lied 'cause my daughter called them and checked with them. He said, "Your dad said he was gonna call to cancel that first insurance coverage." I did not say that at all. This is all over through the computer and when I checked, I still had that insurance. My bank account showed that there was a deduction of two insurance policies. What do I need two insurance policies for the same vehicle?
Finally, the actual agency that issued out the insurance policy sent me one and it was closed. The only difference was that one item on liability was not changed still. But at that point, I was not gonna argue. We called back to whatever that agency is in Long Beach. They said, "Don't call us. You've been calling every day and we're not getting anywhere." Eventually, the other insurance company sent me by mail the policy that supposedly he was supposed to have done but it's still the same one that didn't get that one final correction. Then the company that sent me what I think will now be my insurance coverage sent me another one, but it's back to the liability that was initially started on the first application. It's still 200,000 to 300,000 on personal liability and for actual accidents, from 250,000 to 200,000. I told them I wanted 50 on that. I got a letter again that verifies that I now have the other.
I called that company and told them to cancel that out. I included my daughter who is the executor of my will so she is able to respond to any legal type of situations that would come up. But that company emailed me saying they could not accept her. My daughter emailed me the documents that they were referring to then I used my email, copied them, and sent them over to the actual insurance company that now is covering me. This process of trying to get insurances through computers and email is crazy because everything is supposedly legal even without my signature. It's a mess and I still don't know. My daughter is coming Saturday, we'll review the whole thing and we'll send back again to the current insurance company what will be the correct coverage and the monthly payments that I need to make.
Freeway Insurance, the other people that responded and directed me back to the agent that initially wrote the first and the second policies, did a polite response and gave me, at least, the intent that they would direct it to the person that's supposed to be responsible for the writing of the insurance policy. Normally, I go to the agency here in town and deal directly with the agent who writes out the policy. Computers tend to get back and forth trying to get cleared and another problem is some of them speak in a manner that is very difficult to understand.

These people should be forced to go out of business. After paying and signing up for auto insurance and paying a brokerage fee after two months they dropped my policy with no explanation. After calling time after time and getting transferred from one bumbling idiot after another they finally admitted it was their fault and had not sent the signed documents to the underwriter and I was told it was taken care of and I would receive a call .... No one ever called and after 3 weeks on the phone with moron after moron I just took my business somewhere else. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 63 years!

The rep that I spoke with was very, very nice. She was very polite, informative and helpful. She gave me great quotes. Her informative information that she was able to provide and how nice and patient she was stood out for me. She wanted to make sure that you understood the policies and the quotes that she was giving you. I qualified for more coverage, but I took what was able to be acceptable for me at the moment and everything was still perfect for me. Overall, the quotes and the plans were great, and I have no complaints.

The rep was very knowledgeable. He gave me some good feedback. The policy was for my daughter and my son. It was two separate policies. They were costing me too much, so I had to get them off my policy. I shopped around looking for policies, and Freeway came up with some decent prices for them, with their driving record. Because they're off my policy, it's better because I am saving quite a bit of money. However, the amount of money that they charge to process everything is too much.

Freeway offers great coverage, and their customer service is a little better compared to the another insurance I had with my other vehicle. Freeway went over everything thoroughly with me, and their attitude was great. Any questions or concerns I had, the rep was able to answer them. She went into detail about it and explained everything and broke it down to me, and it answered another question that I had on my mind. So I didn't have to ask that many questions. It was like she knew what I was gonna ask next.

I got on the internet and started looking through for insurance companies. I saw Freeway and the reviews and decided to give them a call. I was a little concerned about getting insurance. I had never heard of the company before, but Shannon, the rep, was extremely nice. She talked me through everything and gave me every everything that I needed to know. Every question that I had, she was able to answer it right away, and I was very happy with the service. She explained the kind of the coverage I needed in full detail, and even sent me an email so that I could have it for my records as well. She got right back to me with a quote too. It was very nice to see somebody so polite in the insurance business. She took care of everything accordingly, and she was very efficient with it. All in all, Freeway is very good, and I haven't had any issues with the company at all. I'm very satisfied.

Everything went through smoothly, and I was definitely very happy with the customer service with Freeway. I didn't have a need for anything else other than the peace of mind of having a coverage, and over the weekend, I was calling to see if I was able to set up an autopay for Thursday to keep my service, but their office was closed.

I had Freeway Insurance a long time ago and went with them again because I needed quick insurance. The signup was good. The only thing I had a problem with was that I get paid on Fridays and I asked the rep if she could move my due date so I could pay it but she said they don't do that. That's the only thing I didn't like. Other than that, they're easy to deal with.

For the last 20 years, I've had just what the law requires ‘cause I'm not planning to get in a major accident. I just don't wanna pay more. I had Geico at one time, then I had 21st Century before I got Freeway Insurance. Initially, I was trying to get a quote, and I shopped around. State Farm said that I have to wait 14 days and I said, "I'm sorry, it doesn't make sense to wait 14 days." So, I went through Freeway Insurance ‘cause they offered it the same day. I just had to make two payments, and so far, everything's okay. I have to pay my bills.

The customer service rep was very helpful. She broke everything down and explained everything. The only thing I have a question about is the fact that I was quoted one price for a monthly, but when they took out the first payment, it ended up being another price. I called the number that I have, but I couldn't reach anyone. What happened or what caused the increase in pricing versus what they originally quoted me? Freeway has a cheaper deposit, and I haven't had to use the service yet, but I don't appreciate having additional funds come out of my account compared to what I expect.

Freeway had a better price and the reps were pleasant to talk to. They did very good with the claims. They explained it and set what they were supposed to set. I wasn't left on hold forever and the girl I talked to knew what she was talking about and got me the quote as fast as she could. Things went very smoothly. I used State Farm before but Freeway is 100% better in terms of their price. It saved me about five grand a year. They're also easy to deal with and the rep who helped me was great. She answered any questions I had, helped me out where she could, and was straightforward with me. I'm pretty happy with this company and I've told people that I had an excellent experience with them.

I'm writing to talk about my experience so I was rear ended almost 3 months ago. It took almost 2 months to be told that after the accident that (was not at my fault) that my car was not worth enough to be fixed....The only thing wrong with the car is the trunk don't fully close any more. I explained it's my only car and how am I to work. I was told I could get 1000 and a car rental for a few days. I don't understand the point of an insurance company if it's not gonna help with anything. 1000 don't get you a car. 1000 doesn't get me to and from work everyday until I can get another car. I would not advise working with this company at all.... P.S. To even put this in you have to consent to marketing advertisement....Why????

The person I spoke to in May was great but the first time I took Freeway in December, the communication with the person was very poor. Even when I went to them for renewal and I was trying to reach out, she never responded to my calls. I didn’t like the treatment. She didn’t respond to my text message and just said she would call me back. I never heard back from her up to this day. So, I decided to go somewhere else. I prefer in person so I went to the one near me. The person who helped me was a very nice young man. That’s just how he is and how he treats his clients. He was very kind and courteous. He showed interest in my concern, got me a good quote and explained everything to me. Freeway Insurance is good and I would send people to the location that I went to.

Selena, the rep, didn't just stop at the first number that she was able to get for me. She was able to keep looking and give me the best deal. I was just looking for liability and she found me something that didn't cost much more where they cover you when you get an accident. So, she was able to go the extra mile. She also helped me when it came to fixing the situation where Freeway was raising my insurance after a month of being in. We had very good interactions.

The reps explained the coverage but I was able to customize it. It’s a little pricey but that’s okay. But Freeway switched me offices and I didn't know that until I went to the local office. Before, I was able to just call the local number and somebody in the local office would pick up. But now, if I call the number that I used before, it rings to their main office in California. If the local people are busy, it rings over there. Then, I was also told that each local office has an extension. So, it has not been a great experience and it's time-consuming. Now, if I try calling the local office again, I'm gonna be routed to California. So, I have to go to the office.

Freeway was the cheapest that I could find. Everybody else was just outrageous. Some companies even wanted me to pay for the whole year at one time instead of making monthly payments on it, and there was no way I could afford to do that. The agent that I talked to was very nice. He helped me in every way that there was to find the cheapest payment that he could get for me. When I had to renew it, the lady that I spoke to on the phone was excellent too. She was very, very helpful. But the insurance has went up so much since I had it in 2018. I couldn't believe the prices of insurance. Everybody is paying high insurance prices right now. But other than that, I'm totally satisfied with Freeway.

I had Freeway in the past and this time, when I purchased another vehicle, I used them again. The sales rep was very knowledgeable of all Freeway has to offer. I told her what I wanted in insurance for my vehicle and we were able to go from there. It worked out perfectly and I am satisfied with my coverage. Also, the payment is pretty affordable. I drive with a smile because I know that I'm insured.

Freeway Insurance stole my money. They charged me for insurance every month since 2012. In 2022 during a renewal they put the wrong VIN. Ultimately the OMV said I didn't have insurance for 2 years and that I had to pay over 1300 to reinstate. I called freeway almost every day starting April 3. They kept giving me the runaround telling me they corrected it and they never did... Finally after a month the manager tells me they cannot and will not correct their mistake and that it was my fault for giving them the wrong vin number which is impossible because they never asked for it in the last 6-7 years. I definitely told them I had the same vehicle they have covered since 2014. So at that point I went looking for a new provider, only to find out that I was overpaying for years. I was ripped off and duped. I'm still paying 60 a month for the next 2 years. They follow me on reviews to say, "Call us. We gonna make it right..." It's a lie for show. They did nothing.

I had good experience with the Freeway Insurance rep. They walked me right through it and they were very knowledgeable. I was looking for liability insurance to get my car registered and they gave me everything I was looking for. I'd tell others that if they're looking for an insurance, this would be the best place to go.
