My experience with Ethos was good. The only complaint I got was they sent me a referral. I got my wife an insurance policy but I haven't heard anything about that.

I get updates on my account. The process is very easy. I was able to get approval and download all of the terms of my contract in a timely manner. Representatives reach out to you and are available to answer any questions you may have in regards to your account.

I received an email saying my life insurance policy had been canceled, I spent all day yesterday trying to get through to somebody to answer questions as to why or even if?? No one has gotten back to me except late yesterday someone randomly emailed me and said they would get back to me today I still haven't heard a thing. Kind of important to know whether your life insurance is in force or not!!

The entire online process was seamless from beginning to end. Once you enter the requested information, their system recommends a coverage amount for you, so you don't have to figure it out yourself. There's even an option to customize the coverage, either up or down, after their suggested coverage amount! In addition, an agent calls right away to be sure to address any questions or concerns you may have, which was a nice touch!

The process of choosing a plan/limit, applying, and my policy being issued, took about 20 minutes. It was a fast and easy process! I can't imagine the process being any easier! I have wanted to purchase additional life insurance for some time, and have contacted several insurance companies/agencies, but the process was always inconvenient for me. Ethos made it easy on me.

NONE! I left a message, which is ridiculous and no one has bothered to call me. It seems having live people would only benefit the company to help us policy holders feel like there is some level of service. Now I'm just writing to take up space so I can get this message to go through, however it is starting to be a daunting task and I'm thinking is this really worth the effort. It is! My question regarding my policy is very important. To me any way.

The entire process from start to finish was good. They were thorough in explaining why they needed an extra piece of information and I liked the fact that the reps that I was working with had checkpoints throughout the process to make sure I understood what was happening. The final call we had at the end was good where he explained everything.

I pulled over, went to the website, answered some questions and got approved for $500,000 in Life Insurance for 20 years. So much easier than years ago. No nurse visit. No blood and urine test. I went through a couple of other agencies that made the process so difficult, not necessarily getting a policy established but trying to get an appointment to get an exam was an extremely difficult process also. Signing up with Ethos was one of the easiest processes out there.

It is illegal not to list upfront that your policy is a limited benefit policy for two years prior to closing on internet. Dept of insurance is now aware and will take appropriate regulatory action against your company and your internet ads need to be pulled down as they now are.

Make sure you want this insurance before signing up, they say you have 30 days to change your mind but the day after I signed up I called and left call back numbers all day with no return call. Now my only option is to contact my bank and tell them ETHOS are scammers and destroy my debit card and get a new one and I will also be out of the first month premium by having to go this route.

When you first see you’re signing up for a million dollar policy over (10) years. Once you pay, it tricks you and find out you signed up for 21,000. Nobody wants to be fooled like that! REFUND! Why would this company put its future clients and beneficiaries in the predicament!

Due to that condition my application was unable to be approved automatically, however Ethos handled all the follow ups with my doctor and I didn't have to do a thing. I found similar policies with $100,000 additional coverage for $9 less a month, which is significant when we're talking $9 additional dollars every month for 20-30 years.

The rep was great, and the signup was really speedy and straight to the point. The only thing I wish Ethos had in addition to what they provide was disability, in case somebody gets injured while going to work, and they cannot work. That can help out with that as well.

Ethos offered the best rate and it was easy signing up with them. But I didn't think it would take as long for underwriting because that took a few days and that made me nervous. I went through Bestow before, but I couldn't resign up through them, and the whole process was done in one sitting with Bestow. Everything was fine with Ethos after that though.

Ethos met the criteria for what we were looking for. Signing up was easy but I haven't gotten a lot of feedback from them since then. One thing that we would like is a copy of the policy that we can put in our file folder in case something were to happen to one of us or both of us. That way, it would be easily retrievable. If something happened to both of us, some people may not even know where that exists.

The customer service I received from Zach ** was amazing. He answered everyone of my questions (There was many) and made me feel comfortable in my decision to go with company. I would highly recommend Zach and his offerings to anyone I know.

Ethos was the least hassle company to work with. The process of getting a quote was substantially easier (a lot less paperwork involved). I also recently received another quote from a competing, more traditional life insurance company, and the Ethos quote was substantially less. After I completed the online portion of the process, they reached out the next day. I was a little surprised at how quickly someone was getting back to me, but otherwise, it was a knowledgeable person I spoke to.

I was doing a little bit of research online, and Ethos' name came up in a good light. In the web application, the process was pretty streamlined and pain free. The user interface was nice. It kind of holds your hand and doesn't confuse you. The questions are structured in such a way that they’re understandable and easy to work through. They didn't take me too long. It was only about 10 minutes. I looked at a couple other alternatives, and they seem to make it a lot harder to put in an application. So, I appreciated that Ethos made it simple for me. They made it easy to obtain coverage. I feel like understanding the articles that they provided gave me a good sense of what I was applying for and didn't overwhelm me with terminology that I wasn't familiar with. Ethos has provided me with a straightforward platform. The insurance coverage provides me peace of mind.

We are buying a business and we needed to have life insurance. I did not realize this was an AAA company and a graded policy until I received it in the mail. I believed that I was receiving immediate coverage. Changing the name of the company during the application/review process is confusing and disturbing.

I requested a insurance policy and I did not receive any response. So I wanted to cancel my request. I requested that my first payment be returned to my credit card. I would appreciate it if you return my first payment to my credit card account.

I have a guy who was working for us. He found Ethos for us and did all the work. I got called, went over a few things, made the payment and I'm covered. I like that Ethos wasn't making me take blood and urine samples. We were going through a lot of companies, and everybody was insisting, due to COVID, that some stranger come out to our house and poke us with a needle. We're not against doing stuff like that but we had just been to the doctor and had our annual checkup. I didn't feel like a stranger should be coming to my house and I have no knowledge of what kind of medical experience they have poking me. Ethos came through and said, “We don't recommend that,” and that's exactly why we went through them.
