Ethos Life Insurance gave me quotes online, fast and easy, and it's cheaper than anybody else I found. The agent who reached out to me followed up and took my credit card over the phone. She was very professional. She explained all the details and gave me her direct number to reach out if I have any questions. I'm very satisfied. I have peace of mind that if I die, my daughter is secure financially.

The process was quick and easy. A little too easy. I called the 888 number. Spoke with a representative name David. He was very helpful. Answered all my questions. He made the transaction effortless. I really appreciate the time he spent educating me on my policy and how it works. Great Service, easy process, and I'm covered hassle-free.

I have had a wonderful experience with this journey. I feel very satisfied with the coverage I have and the process it took to get there. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to protect their future and spouse in case of a tragic loss.

Easy and uplifting, wonderful understanding and approved quickly. My heart has been relieved knowing that I have life insurance for my loves, so they don't have a problem with putting me away when it's time. I'm sure they are going to be happy to know this. I can't remember our agent's name, but she was great. She was very informative, she was able to answer all our questions. It was good to talk with someone who was not pushing you to get something you couldn't afford, she listen to you. I would refer her to my friends and family. Because I will know they will be treated very well.

I came across Ethos online and saw what I liked. They fit what I was looking for so I didn't search around for any competition. The sign up process which was also online was straightforward.

I do not find Ethos legitimate. I find their advertising false and misleading. I applied for a policy in March of this year. I went through and abided by their processing and told I was approved. 60 days later and after paying three months of premiums for the policy, I was told by ExamOne that my policy was being audited. I was assured in writing the policy wasn’t undergoing post approval underwriting, and that this was simply a formality. My doctor records were requested, even though I approved their release at approval of the policy. Now, four months later, my policy is being re-underwritten. I have I been told multiple times the policy was approved and asked what was happening. I have had other life insurance policies and this is highly abnormal compared to other life insurance procedures I have experienced.

I did not have a positive experience as I felt misled. After answering a series of health questions, Ethos shared a rate of life insurance. Then after going through additional underwriting, rates came back 10 times higher. I was open and honest from the beginning about my health, and did not appreciate being misled with fake rates. A family member who had a much better experience with Ethos referred me, but I did not have the same experience they did.

I thank and appreciate this company 🙏. They're easy to work with, and very knowledgeable my needs. I would recommend this company to family and friends, They're very helpful, understanding and friendly people to work with.

I got interested in Ethos due to their rate. My experience with their rep was excellent. The signup process was easy and as expected.

Was easy, straightforward to get signed up. Signing up didn’t take forever and questions were what you would expect like if you signed up for a life insurance of any insurance. Questions were easy to answer.

As a diabetic, I was given false information initially, in order to trick me into applying for coverage. The rates given were much lower than what I'd actually receive.

Ethos advertises a good insurance for not a whole lot of money. I signed up and the process was very easy. I had a very nice gentleman call me and spoke with me about the product and answered any questions that I have. He was very courteous, very kind, and very patient, and called me back when he told me he was gonna call me back. Along with the cost of the plan that I purchased, the biggest benefit has to be the customer support. The customer support was excellent through the whole process.

The coverage and the premiums with Ethos are better than the others. When I signed up, everything was very smooth and very good. I phoned through internet, but someone called a couple of times to me, but I decided to do the internet.

As a person that needs to watch out for her family, this was a very simple process for me. Nothing is more important than looking out for your family and their future. I know if anything happens to me, my loved ones will not have to worry about their future like I had to all my life, this will make things a little easier on them. I want them to have the freedom to enjoy life a little to take that family vacation to buy a house one day. To put some away for their family's future.

The enrollment process with Ethos was good. Their rate is better than the other insurance that I was paying for. I like the way they came to me. Everything their rep was telling me was true. I saw advertising for Ethos and it looked very interesting. Signing up was easy. I talked to a representative, and they went down the line of how much coverage and how much the monthly payment is. It was simple and explanatory, and didn’t take long, which I liked. Tanner, the customer service rep, was nice. The coverage was fairly good and the price was reasonable.

I don't know why I waited so long ... It was really letting my family down by not pulling the trigger sooner. But Ethos made it super easy. And it's cheaper than any other company that I can find. Gave me peace of mind knowing my family will be taken care of - No worries about the house or funeral expenses or that they'll not have to worry day to day. Thank you Ethos!

Quick approval it took less than an hour and the paperwork came in via e-mail in the same day. It was very impressive! Thank you so much. However, I do need help from my agent to complete my application because it didn't send the code to my phone after several attempts. The website quite delayed but after I submitted it approved so quick!

It does not make sense to me that it… It does not make sense to me that it asks me about my social security number when I just want to get a quote. It already takes all my information and still does not provide me with the quote. This is another way to get customers data and harass customer with calls and emails.

After looking at other companies and navigating through their online questionnaire, this was by far the easiest and best guided process for obtaining the goal of a life policy. The navigation through the application filing was simple and quick.

I saw an advertisement online for life insurance, and I was hooked up with an Ethos agent, and he helped me pick which life insurance was available to me. He was very good. The sign-up process was very easy.

Not happy with this company at all. Recently got a life insurance policy from them. It has been 3 weeks and still don't know my policy number. I ask them to email me my number and they refuse to do it. I have got all kinds of reasons why I have not got my policy from I did not have the money in my account to it takes 3 weeks from the day they take the money out of my account till they receive it. Now just do you know my money is in my account by the 3rd of every month. They are to take the money out on the 4th of every month which they did. First time I called was on hold for Hour and 56 minutes. Next 2 times I called in was on hold for almost an hour each time. You can't understand what they are saying don't speak good English. I would not be so upset but was sent an email that my policy would be in my hand in 3 to 5 days. Now it's going on 4 weeks and still don't have it or a policy number.

I'm a licensed insurance agent, and I contracted with Ethos, and it was the easiest way for me to secure some additional coverage since I was underinsured. I had about a million and a half in coverage, but based on my income, mortgage, and other income needs for my wife, if I were to pass away, I felt I needed another million dollars.

I just intended to review some insurance companies online and asked what were the best for people over 50. Yours was #1 and I started the process. It was fast, easy, and prices pretty reasonable! I would definitely recommend Ethos to others! I was in the military for 30 years and never felt the need when I was younger to get another policy. That was a huge mistake but I am glad thankful I found you and I have a peace of mind that my family will be financial secure in the event of my death! Thank you!!!

Online application process was efficient and user-friendly. In addition, I called to have a few questions answered and was lucky to speak with Steve ** who answered my questions fully and provided additional information to help me make an informed decision about my life insurance policy.

My experience with Ethos has been great. It was really easy setting it up, and I got it done relatively fast. I'm about to have my third child so I decided to get a life insurance. I had a policy before, but unfortunately, I went through some pretty gnarly life circumstances at the time. That policy lapsed because I totally had forgotten about it and forgotten to pay it. I wanted to get back on track and hopefully use a better company, and I’m happy with Ethos so far.
