Ethos Life Insurance

It only took 15 minutes to apply and be approved for life insurance coverage. I have been searching for life insurance for months, and Ethos provided an easy way to get coverage. And the follow up by the corporate folks was admirable.

We are senior citizens who were looking for life insurance without a lot of hassle and taking forever to get signed up. The experience was straightforward. It was very easy to do it online. They also call and ask if you need any help. They have very limited plan options though. They give it to people who are moderately healthy. It was a little surprising that they don't do medical exam and rely on the answer given online. But it's good to know that we can do life insurance online without headaches of meeting agents who try to oversell.

I like the simplicity of Ethos. It's easy to do and being able to answer questions through the website. I looked at the link for the terms and the amount of the insurance. It worked out to be reasonable and fast. I recommend Ethos to anybody, especially the older you get. I'm keeping it.

I did most of it over the phone. Their customer service was really good. They follow up. One time, I wanted to change policies. They had to do a little bit of legwork and within an hour, I had it sorted out. Everything's been great.

He has had every excuse why he's not available. This is not someone I want to work with in the future. If he doesn't have the time to assist me now for general information, I feel as if he wouldn't be reliable when seriously needed. I'm very dissatisfied with my agent.

The customer service was all right and it didn’t seem like it was too much of a hassle to get the policy started. Everybody gets life insurance. Anything can happen and it’s the responsible thing to do.

Ethos’ website was easy, just clicking on everything. I wish I would’ve gotten the insurance a little sooner because it seemed like the premium raised up a little bit, but it was not much.

People should get a policy and if they don’t want an intrusive medical background, they should go to Ethos.

Ethos is a more modern version of a life insurance company and they have products to suit many, but not all. They're very reasonably priced and extremely easy to deal with. Once I did the quote online, they reached out to me as a customer. They did that immediately. And if I don't want to be contacted, I can just tell them that I don't want them to call me anymore.

My experience was all online. I got what I need. It's good that mine was done.
