I never had a problem with Esurance, probably because I never had a claim. But when I found much better coverage for over $25/month less, and went to cancel my policy, they charged me a $50 cancelation fee! (After 2 years of being a customer.)

I purchased an auto policy online from ESURANCE. In the coverage options it lists CarMatch Rental Coverage. In the details under the heading “Why do I need it?” It states: “This coverage is particularly helpful for anyone who relies on having a particular size of vehicle (like a pickup truck or a minivan) for their daily routines. So if, say, you have a family of five and two dogs, CarMatch Rental Coverage will make sure you don't end up having to squeeze the whole family into a compact rental car if your everyday vehicle is stolen or in the shop after an accident.” Since I don’t drive a pickup truck or a minivan, I assumed this was not a coverage that I needed.
After a deer did extensive damage to my car, I was informed that I do not have rental reimbursement and that I would have had to opt for CarMatch Rental Coverage to have that. CarMatch Rental Coverage is NOT an upgrade from standard rental coverage. If you don’t choose this option you will not get a rental vehicle while yours is being repaired.

Cancelled insurance policy back in January 2021. High monthly premiums. Switched to another more affordable insurance provider with better services. Meanwhile, Esurance kept deducting monthly payments from my account. Nine months later I receive an email from Esurance stating that I am still an active customer on their account. In shock, I immediately cancelled my policy and expected to get a refund for the past 9 months. Esurance refused to reimburse me due to backlogged information provided by the company. What Esurance did was pure robbery!

I was hit by someone who said they were insured with them. I set up an appointment for the repairs. I needed to get a rental for the the time I would not have a car. I called Deon ** and left FIVE messages over two weeks. No response. I eventually got through their maze of options on the phone. You get the feeling it is intentional so that you don’t get a hold of anyone. Ultimately I got ahold of someone who told me that the individual in question had allowed his insurance to lapse during that time so my claim was being denied. I was told I would get an email saying that. That was 24 hours ago. Still no email stating that. If I ever decided to switch my insurance, then I would not go with them. How long does it take to send an email? Is Deon that overworked? If so, then hire some more people.

A driver with Esurance coverage hit my daughter's car. The other driver was at fault per the police report. Months later they still haven't paid the claim. We called the representative in Phoenix and the phone line was not operating. We called the general number for the Phoenix office and they could not help us. Because they could not connect us to the specific claims representative. It's not a large claim and they are not paying in a timely manner. I should not have to wait like this.

I have been with the Esurance for approximately 8 years - which means I have paid a lot of money into this company. I have full coverage on my newer vehicle and my daughter has liability on hers because her car is old with a very low value; so full coverage is not needed. My daughter's car was hit in a store parking lot last month by another vehicle. We immediately filed a claim with Esurance. Even with video proof showing that the other driver was 100% responsible for the accident, Esurance will not help us go after the other driver's insurance company. This is because my daughter's vehicle only has liability (we were finally told).
What is the sense in paying for car insurance at all? Clearly we are only paying for her liability insurance to satisfy our state law of needing to have it. I have been hit two different times in the past (I wasn't at fault either times), when we were still using Progressive (one of those times I only had liability myself) and Progressive got my car fixed immediately and even offered checks as an alternative; I was able to choose. I realize that Esurance is a humongous company where business is business and it's all about money, but I still feel like a fool and let down for paying so much money into this company for them to not have my back.
The other issue was that I was assigned a claims representative who ended up going on vacation and didn't pass on my claim. Then the second person that had my claim went on vacation and also left my claim with no one to pick it up where she left off. When you try to get a hold of anyone working on your claim, they do not answer the phone and only have an outgoing message, of which you are not able to leave a message on. In more words or less, you can't get a hold of a real person to discuss your claim.
I had been waiting a very long time and very patient in finding out what kind of help Esurance was going to offer us (as paying customers) only to find out that they will be doing nothing because my daughter doesn't have full coverage. The video proof was very difficult to obtain and I was led to believe (by Esurance) that it would be a great help, also only to find out (much later) that Esurance will not help. In fact, I think that they had me go on that quest to obtain the video just to kill time for them not tending to my claim.
-I waited for nearly a month, with a car that cannot be used until it's fixed because it's unsafe.-I was tossed around by multiple claims representatives.
-I was unable to get a hold of an actual person (until I had to play detective and go on a mission to find someone to talk to).
-I was talked into (by the supervisor of the insurance claims department - who in itself was a part-time job trying to track down) to do some footwork such as getting the video and etc (essentially do their job).
-I was led to believe that everything would work out in our favor because the other driver was 100% at fault.
Now we have to go to court with our video because somebody has to be held responsible for the damages to my daughter's car. Esurance did not do their job and we paying customers are not getting provided with the service that we believe we are paying for. I'm going back to Progressive. My sincere advice: Reconsider doing business with Esurance.
I used to always talk so very highly of Esurance when discussing car insurance with family and friends. I have even convinced a couple of people to switch to Esurance in the past, sadly. I haven't had ANY problems with Esurance... until I needed them the most, so I know that they can be very deceiving until then. Other insurance companies, like Progressive, can be a little bit more pricier than Esurance but, from my experience now, it's worth it to pay more because at least you know that in the end, those pricier insurance companies have your back. And that's what we're going to do. Go back to Progressive. *Please note that my daughter and myself have never caused a car accident since we've been with Esurance (ever actually, in our driving history).

By far the WORST customer service I have ever had. I tried using their "Insta chat" while I was on hold. I received a response that the claims representative would reach out to me in one business day, when I asked for a supervisor I was told to continue to hold on the current phone call. When a person is on site at a rental location, one business day is not an acceptable response. When requesting a supervisor, being told to continue to wait on hold is also not acceptable. I am not exaggerating when I say I was there nearly 3 hours trying to get a hold of somebody from Esurance in order to rectify an issue that should have been taken care of along with the damage claims.
The only individual that I was able to actually speak to was a customer service agent from the sales side of the company. Understandably she was unable to actually assist me, but she provided me a number to the ‘rapid’ response team and transferred me to that number. No one ever picked up. I’ve worked in customer service most of my professional career, it takes a great deal for me to be this upset. My interactions with Esurance today is the very definition of lack of professionalism and customer service. Ultimately I had to pay out of pocket and hope that they reimburse me. Note: at the time of this review I have still not been able to get a hold of anyone to speak to regarding this claim.

In Florida I have a leased auto and an older vehicle. My daughter and her used vehicle are on the policy. I had a fender bender (my fault) and my insurance went up. I had shopped a lot for this lower rate and with the increase I shopped again. The claim was handled quickly and professionally. The new higher rate is still lower than Geico, AAA, State Farm and Allstate (the parent company) and USAA. I would recommend shopping for price but I am very happy with Esurance. Make sure you compare apples to apples. Some companies might give you lower coverage for their lower price.

She should be ashamed of herself by the way she does her job and represents your company!!!! By, blowing me off, making me feel frustrated, very angry, and deserted!!
I will be leaving negative feedback and forwarding this email, and my dissatisfaction for Destiny **, on every feedback site I can!!! I'm dropping Esurance. In the 28 years I've been driving and had auto insurance I have never been treated and ignored this bad!! Last week finally, Pete **, released my claim, after speaking with him, it took Destiny ** 3 days to call me back, only to leave me a voice mail. Since last week I've called about 6 times, and email her at least 4 times!!!! To guess what? No response!!!!
She should be ashamed of herself and the way she so called does her job!!!! I know this is not the way you're supposed to be treated and through the years have dealt with Progressive and Geico, with excellent claims representative, always making me feel welcome and assisting me any way they could!! Esurance is a horrible insurance company. I have an open claim from August 2020 that still has not been resolved, their gap insurance only covers 25% which was not disclosed to me during my purchase. Apparently my original claims adjuster no longer works for the company however I was never assigned a new one and was not aware that she left the company until December 2020. No one ever reached out to me, my vehicle was falsely declared a total loss because they are too cheap to get it repaired.
I was told in October 2020 I constantly reached out to them and was told numerous times that I would receive a call back in 1 business day. It took them today 1/25/2021 to actually get in contact with me. I am still without a vehicle 'til this day, I have racked up thousands of dollars of rental car bills. They were not helpful at all, no one ever answers the phone or has an answer for anything. I will never do business with them again, I do not recommend them to anyone.

I love our Esurance car insurance! My husband and I had Allstate for many, many years. The premiums kept going up and up every 6 month renewal even though we never made an insurance claim. So, I shopped around and found Esurance. Thank goodness I did! I got to customize our policy to meet our needs and I saved so much money. Policy premium is Half of what we used to pay! Paying online is easy, and if you pay 7 days before due date, you even save the $3.00 installment fee. We haven't had to make a claim yet, so I don't know about their handling of claims as of yet.

Now change your payment date a day due to Social Security payment date and they charge a late payment. After all the nonsense I will shop for new auto ins and leave this screwed up company. By far the worst service from any insurance company I have ever had. Screwed me out of my car by totaling out my car which was still drivable after being in an accident and taking my $1,500 deductible that supposed to go towards damages and repairs subtracted from the total value of my car (almost 5,800) in order to not fix my car. The cost of damages was 4,500. Ended up being a difference of $200 all because they deducted $1,500 that supposed to go towards damages and repairs from the value of my car which after subtracting the 1500 is now 4300 value.. then they took forever to let me know how much it cost is going to be and then they tried to say I didn't return the rental car which is crazy because I ended up paying for my own rental after returning the rental car.
They even sent me the receipt confirming that they paid for the rental.. They left me in the hole with $7,500 still owed to my lienholder.. just got off the phone with one of the supervisors because they're trying to charge me for services that I don't even have with them anymore. I already paid them up in full and it happened at the end of my lease so I didn't have to renew my lease. They automatically renewed it for me and tried to charge me for it after they send me a cancellation notice to let me know that my policy was being canceled because I allowed it to end at the end of my policy terms and I didn't renew it... Don't trust Esurance... especially the claims department. They are nothing but Crooks but the regular employees they are nice. The claims department and the supervisors are all Crooks... Again I say stay away from Esurance.

I had been a customer with Esurance both home and auto for 3+ years and had no claims be it either Auto or Home. We live in Mount Juliet, TN and this March 2020 we were unfortunately hit by the tornado that ripped through Nashville, TN all the way to Lebanon, TN. During this our home was also impacted with roof shingles damage at multiple areas on the roof. I had called in Esurance for a review; they came did review (in my opinion was quick and fast; I had to request the person to put a tarp which he was saying that he would not do normally - which again I felt weird; then I asked him to call the adjuster and then he agreed to do it).
The adjuster came back and said looking at the damages, the roof can be repaired, does not require a full replacement; further they gave an estimate of an amount less than my deductible. I agreed to this and took it to a roofer and this person came and verified and said the damage on your roof requires full replacement of shingles and not a repair. I took three other roofer's opinion and all had the same comment of full replacement and not repair.
I was in constant discussion after these with the esurance adjuster and also the manager, further there was another storm in May and this ripped away few more shingles from my roof. So the roofer whom I was working to get my roof fixed, started working with the esurance folks. In a call after the May storm, the adjuster happened to make a statement to roofer that this person is not going to get his roof replaced even before she had her person to come in and review the effect after the May storm. Which was totally biased and with no customer empathy. Additional fact is that there were other neighbors around me, some of them who had comparatively fewer damages than my roof. 3 of them had the roof replaced while this back and forth was happening with esurance.
Having all said and done, esurance stood their ground and did not pay a cent towards the damages on my roof. Given the COVID pandemic situation I did not have enough money to spend to replace the entire roof, as the quote for entire replacement was above $10K. Hence I got my roofer to repair the roof shingles (put new shingles to the places where the shingles got ripped off) and also fix some of the loose shingles. Given that I did not want any leak on my roof because of the ripped of shingles in multiple places and even on the ridge caps.
I am not sure what would be the situation if another storm or tornado were to hit, the money I have spent around $2K would be a waste. I have moved on from esurance (both auto and home to a new insurance company, I did not see any effort or empathy from them to seek and or understand any concern of a customer who has been long standing with them.
I feel bad that they are now a subsidiary of AllState, I have heard AllState has been fairly good. I am sure there reputation is set for a toss. NEVER EVER BUY AN INSURANCE OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM ESURANCE, STAY AWAY FROM SUCH MONEY MONGERS AND FOLKS WHO DO NOT HAVE ANY EMPATHY TO CUSTOMERS.

I thought like other insurance companies that Esurance actually cared about their customers. I received 10% back because of Covid like everyone else. My 6 month renewal just approached and was notified that my premium would increase over 10.00 a month. What could I do but shake my head. I felt that I should have known that they will get their money back and then some. They could care less about you.
I live less than a mile from work and walk most of the time. Esurance said that did not matter and no discount could be applied. I should probably add that I have never put in a claim with esurance. In fact the last claim I ever put in was 30 years ago with another company for a small fender bender. I should also add that I haven't even had esurance for a full year and they are already raising my rates during this time of crisis. Goodbye Esurance. I am in the process of switching over to Geico.

After that I told them that if they made a mistake, I am fine if they cancel the purchase and refund my money. Their - response? "No refund, just pay us $100 more." This is nothing but a switch and bait and fraud.
I request complete refund and that nobody ever from this company contacts me in the future. I don't do business with defrauders and tricky companies especially when there are thousands of companies online offering similar service with very reasonable pricing. They quote you one price to steal you from competition since know that you will be getting other quotes online, then after you purchase, they want to "add up" on that price otherwise if you cancel, they will extort a cancellation fee. I went to their website to receive an Auto Insurance Quote. I was asked all of the usual things about my vehicle then I choose to build a customized package. When I finished building it, I selected the pay in full option which would give me 6 months of coverage for $644.20. I was very happy with this amount so I decided to purchase it. The next few pages were several policy documents that had to be electronically signed. I read each one ensuring that they stated the coverages I had selected. They did.
Also, I will include that there was a chat agent alongside to answer any questions during the process which I thought to be very good. However, I got to the payment page, which is the final page, & it now says it has updated my policy price to $759. I proceed to ask the chat agent about the issue & the only thing she could tell me was that she didn't see an option at the price I was given. We went round & round for a bit getting absolutely nowhere. So finally I asked her if I were to send her a screenshot of the original price quote, could she then honor the amount I was originally given & fix it? She told me she could not. So now I am frustrated because this was a waste of my time. It was very misleading & it worries me to have people do business with a falsifying company like this. So beware.

It took forever to get a response from the adjuster. They were never in the office. They never respond to emails or anything. Well on on October the 4th I was hit by an uninsured driver and I filed a claim for that accident as well. They of course took their time reaching out again and I had to do all the checking on the car. The app that is suppose to tell the status of your repair doesn’t work.
They had me do a new claim for the claim on Aug 9 to have the rest of my car repaired and I did so and they said this had to be done because they didn’t include it the original report when I first filed it so I again waited for the adjuster to contact and they never did I explained what was going on with my vehicle to the claims adjuster and what I had been told by agents and the original claims adjuster who took the info. Well I did what the new adjuster told. Had the body shop write up the estimate as to what it would cost to get the rest of the damage fixed and he did and they sent back a response to the estimate to the body and after the body already finished the work they say they aren’t pay the claim. Said they told the body shop, but the body shop owner said he knew nothing til he called.

I will NEVER use them again: not because of the raise in rate, but for the $50 cancellation fee.

Filed a claim with Esurance on November 26, 2019. It’s now December 9th and my car is still in the shop because of the pathetic service I’ve received from my insurance provider. They told my mechanic that it would cost them $500 to send someone out to appraise the damage, so they prefer to have photos submitted. As far as I’m concerned they haven’t fixed my car because they’re pinching pennies. Switching providers as soon as this claim is resolved and I suggest staying away from Esurance and their corporate tyranny.

When I called a few weeks later regarding another matter the customer service rep explained my policy had been cancelled. Confused, I explained I had paid the amount and had all the info to confirm receipt of payment. She agreed they showed that they had received that payment, but it was the "final payment" and our policy was cancelled. I had been driving two cars uninsured for half a month! If I had known they were going to cancel my policy I CERTAINLY wouldn't have paid what I thought was the next month's premium. I have no idea what the $136 applied to... This company is a scam. Esurance behaves like your standard cut-rate insurance company without actually being much cheaper. I live in Ohio and we've had several windstorms over the past several months. One of my outbuildings was damaged with missing shingles, being a 2 story Gambrel roof with damage on the top section, the damage went un-noticed until water damage was seen inside. The inspector found 11 damaged shingles on one side and 6 damaged shingles on the other, all allowing water ingress into the residential grade outbuilding.
In the inspector's own words "That'll be enough for any insurance company I ever worked with to replace the roof"... Not Esurance apparently. I have insurance to protect my property in case of damage, not to take the cheapest route possible to avoid going over my deductible. Chris, the adjuster for Esurance, called back after the report and said that they would repair the shingles only, not the decking, not the tar paper, not the water damage, and not replace the roof. Steer clear of Esurance at all costs, I'll be changing as soon as possible and submitting a dispute with Lexis Nexis to get anything about this off my CLUE report.

I have a homeowners policy through Esurance. I bought my house in Sept of 2018. In Jan of 2019, my son was attacked by another dog while taking out the trash, and my dog pushed the gate open and bit the other dog. Those people filed a claim against my dog for injuries to their dog. Esurance paid the claim, but then in July of 2019, I get a letter from them stating that they are dropping me, because I had to file that liability claim, regardless of the amount, and regardless of the situation. I was also informed, that if a homeowner has to file a fire liability claim, then they are dropped as well. The service rep told me that I would have been better off if I would have paid the claim myself, and that I should have filed a claim against the other people first. My son wasn’t hurt, so why would I file? I’m not a sue happy person, and was trying to do the right thing. I argued that why should I have insurance, if I get punished for using it?
Now, I have less than a month to find a different policy...which is proving to be extremely difficult because, you guessed it...I now have a claim on my record. I even had one company ask me if I still had my dog? Of course I still have a my 8 yr old Golden Retriever. She was just doing her job. I would have understood if maybe Esurance would have slightly raised my rate, but dropping me altogether? Ridiculous. My husband and I with 4 children had to find cheaper insurance, living in Michigan we have very high premiums. When receiving quote from Esurance I was actually pleased with quote. We had policy for 3 years when we had to file our 1st and only claim. My husband was in a horrific car accident with a commercial vehicle, my husband was not ticketed. This accident resulted in NUMEROUS herniated disk in his neck along with several lacerations.
After claim was made for first party benefits, work loss benefits and chore benefits we were denied. My husband's short term and long term benefits through his job had a six month waiting period leaving us with one income mine, not enough to run a household. We were treated horrible and denied benefits NUMEROUS amount of times. We have never made a claim with Esurance or any other auto insurance carrier, yet Esurance put CAMERAS in our yard assuming we were trying to make fraudulent claims. My husband was at a complete stop at a traffic light when he was TBONED. Our mortgage company began the foreclosure process. It was light, heat and food or the mortgage payments.
After a year of denials fighting for our benefits we made a complaint to the State of Michigan Insurance Commissioner when then and only then did Esurance have to pay us a year of back benefits. This was a traumatic experience and a warning to future Esurance customers you can choose to not believe or think I'm being dramatic, we must have done something wrong...just no. In the end we were not at fault and won our case with total reimbursement. We should never had to experience what we did. In the end ESURANCE DIDNT HAVE OUR BACK AND WE ALMOST LOST EVERYTHING!!!

So in 16 months I will have paid off everything Esurance paid then be billed the extra amount in perpetuity. They were unwilling to budge.

I had a 2009 Audi A4 insured for several years with Esurance by ALL STATE. The car was stolen from a mall parking lot in October. I started the claim and was IMMEDIATELY considered a suspect in the theft by the insurance. Not by the police, just the insurance. There was no video available in the Mall parking lot. However I had all the keys to the car, and was 5 hours from home when it happened. It was a huge inconvenience. I had to cancel my trip and take a bus home. I lost a laptop, camera gear and a week's worth of clothing, etc as well as a pricey luggage.
All State is the actual company. They are just using Esurance as a new name to avoid the All State name. I learned after I had to hire an attorney for $5,000 to fight All State that All State had done a major audit and found that the best way to save money was to screw customers out of their losses. So they did this, again and again. So much that a judge on the East Coast actually ordered them to add "By All State" to their name. My lawyer defended a woman who had a $6000 Honda stolen and Esurance by All State and they spent $500,000 in court trying to not pay her. In the end the woman won and All State had to pay her and her attorney $563,000. Who paid for that stupidity? The other clients of Esurance by All State did.
Anyway, it took over a year. I had to rent cars and pay out of pocket nearly $10,000. I had to do depositions and be interrogated and blatantly accused of fraud. Eventually I won. but I didn't win at all. It was a huge waste of time and money. It was terrible. Stay far far away. I will copy this review in case the web masters here decide not to place it. I have had that happen before on Yelp and Google when you go against big, rich, powerful companies.

God help you if you are ever hit by another driver who has Esurance. The associate I have dealt with in the claims department has proven to be an out and out liar. When you bring this to their attention, it is always twisted around that they have acted in such a way as a result of something that was done to them. Do not trust that they will take care of picking up responsibility for a rental car, even after clearly telling you that they will and telling you which location and company to pick it up from. And they will constantly tell you everything they have done for you and that it is all to 'give you peace of mind', all while doing nothing.
And if your car is declared a total loss, be prepared for them to nickel and dime your amount down. Even to the extent of claiming that certain factory installed accoutrements are not on your vehicle (example: privacy glass), when it is beyond obvious that they, in fact, are. Esurance is backed by Allstate. Their saying, 'You're in good hands'. At this point, I would be better off taking a dump in that hand. I would have something more valuable at the end of the day.

All the pumps were occupied, so I put my vehicle in line and waited. To expedite things, I had already popped my fuel lid. When the two vehicles in front of me left the pump, I pulled up to the first pump, put my vehicle in park, turned it off and got out. Stop to door opening time took maybe a minute. When I opened my door... WHAM! A lady passing between the fuel lanes struck my door. At first I thought she was going to drive away and I took out my phone and started taking pictures of her vehicle. She noticed and pulled over. I asked where she came from, because she was not getting fuel at one of the other pumps. She stated she saw me park and waited for me, but then decided I was going to take a long time.
What? I could not have parked and exited much faster! Anyway, she asked if I wanted to settle with cash or use insurance. Indicating to me that she planned on accusing me of causing the collision. When I called eSurance to report the accident, she had long called them and filed a claim. I had checked with Costco to see if they had video of the fuel island. They said they did, but could not release it without a court order. I stated this to eSurance, and they stated they could get the video. I asked that they let me know where this lady came from and if she was driving at a safe speed.
eSurance said to go ahead and take my vehicle to the collision center for estimates. It was a lot worse than I thought. There was damage to the roof, sunroof, frame, the whole driver's door had to be replaced. Then I get an email from eSurance saying they have paid the claimant. I forwarded the email to the claims adjuster and inquired why the other party was being paid for damages. He did not respond. I called the claims number. I was told the claims adjuster was not available all week. Another claims adjuster said the claim stated that I said I caused the collision. That is a lie!
They said, "we have a recording of you saying so." I said that is a lie! Let's listen to the whole recording together. She said that when I park, I have a responsibility to make sure the area is clear before I open my door. I responded that I had, I again repeated that I don't know where the lady came from. I asked, what about the other party's responsibility? The lady said she would have a senior adjuster review the claim. Later I get a voicemail stating the claim was reviewed and their position has not changed. I even have an email that states, “I know this is not the answer you were hoping for nor is this the answer we like to give”.
Is this a joke? I just want an answer to the question I am asking: Why was information provided during the quoting process used later to increase the premium? Not the answer they would like to give? And what answer would that be? What does that even mean? Is there an answer but they don’t want to give it? I have received conflicting information throughout the process as well. Your emails are never answered by the same person and sometimes even feel automated. Total disaster. If this is how they handle a new policy process I’m and terrified to see how they handle a claim.

My 6 month policy auto renewed a month early and over $1000 was taken from my bank. Called customer service to cancel the renewal for a refund and was told it would take 48 hrs to refund the money. Three days later I called to see what was going on and was told that my bank has to verify the payment. Called the bank and was told that the payment cleared. Called Esurance again and was told that it could take 7 to 10 days now. I asked to speak to a supervisor (was actually helpful) and we both three-way called the bank for verification. That went well and the next step was to have billing process the refund. Later told that a manager has to sign off on it first because the refund was so high. Holy hell what a PITA. They will immediately take $ out of my account without notice but make me wait several days to get it back. That kind of money can break your budget so it would be nice to give a little notice in advance.

I scoured through two months of emails to find nothing from them. They couldn't even explain the charge. Basically just told me if I was charged that amount, it must be right. Well, it's been two days with an overdrawn account, so no groceries or gas this week. It's such a shame that policies like this have become the status quo. Just milking their own customers for no apparent reason other than greed. I opened a claim with my bank, but that could take a week. Until then, cautiously hoping to find a provider with some kind of ethics. Ha, good luck, right?

After I switched I totaled my car and had small water damage in my basement due to water heater failure. For both claims I dealt with the insurance adjusters and both were reasonable, punctual and efficient. Great company as far as pricing even with a somewhat bad record, and only takes about a half hour to get your car enrolled. After that, however, the customer service pretty much stops. Unless you're late I am assuming, then I am sure they will hit you up. If you get full coverage I am sure they will take care of you, because that is when they care, but if you are going for part coverage like I did, I wish you luck.
I was hit by an irresponsible driver with part coverage and Esurance didn't help me do anything really. My "agent" took the claim then didn't answer calls or emails for weeks, until I wrote in to complain at which point a manager called once, only to never return any calls back. I never did get a single ounce of help with them for the accident. I had to do all the back and forth with the insurance and figure things out for myself. I have been an Esurance customer since 2016. In November 2018 Esurance did not direct debit my monthly payment from my bank account. I called to inquire about this and was told on November 19th that the payment was scheduled to be deducted from my account that day. Two days later I received an email notice saying that my insurance has been cancelled! I call Esurance about this and it turns out they were trying to take the money from a different credit card which had been used previously to make a "one-time only" payment.
The customer service rep even read to me that it was noted in their system that was to be used for a one-time-only payment! I questioned why no-one read that and why they didn't use the default credit card that was on file and had been being used for years to pay the monthly premiums. Needless to say, the customer service rep said she would reinstate the insurance dating it back to November 19th. That way it would show the insurance coverage as uninterrupted. Esurance notified the State of Illinois that my policy was cancelled. No one took the time to notify the State of Illinois that the policy was not cancelled.
On November 30th I call Esurance again when I found out this information about the state of Illinois, and asked why the state had not been notified that my insurance was in fact and effect. The woman on the phone, named Carol, took a considerable amount of time investigating what went on with my policy. Carol said she needed more time to investigate the situation and said that she would call me back because it would take more time for her investigation. She also said if she didn't call me back that day she would call me the next, day which was Saturday December 1st. I have not heard anything back from that person. Esurance bumbled my insurance and they sent out some incorrect information to the state of Illinois along with an incorrect form, which will cause me trouble with the State of Illinois if it is not corrected! I'm really considering dropping this company as my auto insurer.

I have the lowest coverage amounts, but did opt for towing/labor and a $500 deductible on both comprehensive and collision. they told me my monthly premium would be $103 and some change. So I go through the process and all of sudden I am told that I have to pay $354.92 upfront then $186.72 a month! Excuse me, but WHAT?!
When I chatted with a rep they told me they found 2 moving violations on my record that I had not reported; a speeding ticket from 2015 and a minor violation back in May of 2018. Both of these have been dismissed from my record by the DMV. They told me the jump in price was due to these "violations." I'm sorry, but charging a person nearly $200/mo for a single car that is driven less than 3,000 miles a year is highway robbery! The tickets are NOT on my record (I have confirmed this with the DMV), yet the rep from Esurance told me that this still affects the premium (again, I checked with the DMV and this is also false). I'm sorry but no, it does not.
Geico has never raised my rates and even they cannot find these "violations" that Esurance said that I had. I pay around $120/mo for my insurance with Geico and I will NEVER go with this company as they are out to nickel and dime you for stuff that doesn't even exist! DO NOT GO WITH ESURANCE! I can't think of any experience I had with them that was good. When I first got the quote, they were the cheapest. However, when I went to start the policy, they attempted to charge me 600.00 more than what they quoted. When I called, they had no explanation and ultimately removed the 600.00 and went back to the original quote. I only wish the shadiness ended there.
6 months later, when they automatically renewed my policy and charged my card, they added 800.00 to the cost of the policy. Same cars, no claims, same home address. When I called to ask them where the increase came from, the first lady told me it was a result of my teenager (who has never had an accident or made a claim). The supervisor then told me the increase was caused by my zip code (she thought). Nobody could give me a direct answer as to why the price jumped so much. So whatever, the money was already gone, it was clear after three hours on the phone with them that I wasn't getting it back. I made a note to self to switch companies before the next renewal came around. Sadly, the bs didn't stop there.
Fast forward four months and my daughter's 2008 car finally gave up the ghost. Instead of fixing the thing (again) I got her a brand new 2019 for a graduation present. My aging parents are currently staying at my house in Arizona while I'm out of town for work for a few months. So my mom decided she was "helping" and went to add the insurance to my daughter's new car. Somehow her not-so-technologically-inclined self managed to delete the daughter's 2008 car off the policy and also accidentally deleted the restoration project that's sitting in my garage off the policy. I got no email, no notice of cancellation and my mother said she had no idea she had deleted the project car.
8 weeks later, I get a fine from the state of Arizona for no insurance on the project car. I call Esurance and the first person told me there has not been insurance on that car for two months?! I tell them it was a mistake and since the policy was paid for all three cars (mine, the 2008 and the project) in advance for a full 6 months, and we paid the difference between the 2008 and the 2019 when we added it, we should just be able to add the project back on for the remainder of my already paid policy, right? Wrong!! They want an additional 700.00 for the project car to be added back on because removing both the 2008 and the project at the same time eliminated my multi car discount. To which I said "Didn't the 2019 just replace the 2008 on the policy? So don't I still have multiple cars insured?!" That policy should have never just had one car on it. She did not have an explanation.
I asked for a supervisor and told her that if my other two cars haven't been insured for the last two months, then I want my money back that I paid them to insure the cars for the full 6 months. She then told me that wasn't going to happen because when the other two cars came off, the cost of insuring the one remaining car on the policy magically increased to the exact amount that I had prepaid for all three for 6 months.
So when I asked how that was possible that I was basically paying to insure one car with two drivers that have no accidents, tickets, claims, etc. That this one car suddenly cost me almost 2600.00 for 6 months, her only response was "Well, you lost your multi car discount." "Ok... What about the 2019 that was replacing the 2008 that's still insured under that policy, doesn't that give me multiple cars?" And all she said is that it "wasn't set up like that." I told her again that her explanations were not making any sense and I wanted my money back. She said I wasn't going to get it. With no real explanation as to why. We only had 10 days left in our policy at that point so I switched everything back to State Farm that day. I will never go back to Esurance.

Not an Esurance customer, but was sideswiped by their insured. The Esurance rep called me to take my statement... And then I didn't hear from her for a month. Despite numerous phone calls to her and her supervisor and emails asking for an update on liability. My insurance company found me to be at 0% fault. Then I filed a complaint against Esurance with the California Department of Insurance and sent her an email I had done so. Well guess what people? I finally got a response from her! The claims process is still ongoing, moving into its second month and it is SO PAINFULLY SLOW. But if anyone is struggling to get a response I suggest filing a complaint with your state insurance department and let Esurance know you have done so.

You should be aware- it's easy to get with Esurance online, and easy to pay- however when you actually NEED to use the insurance, Esurance will drag, and drag, and drag with no callbacks to your claim for over 30 days- to the point, you are potentially going to be sued by the other driver. My claim has been open since 5/16. It's 7/24, no resolution- and no callbacks, assistance, answers to emails... Beware, they will take your money and leave you dry for the wolves.

Got into an accident towards the beginning of this year. Some guy turned down a street as I was waiting at the stop sign, and, realizing his truck was too wide with both cars on the street, he decided to slide against my car instead of driving into a ditch in his boss's new work truck. We exchanged information and we were all very civil and kind, and I thought this claim would be open and shut. But oh boy, did the Esurance representatives have something else in mind.
Everything seemed fine at first. They called me and questioned me to get my side of the incident and see if they lined up, and was told to follow up with an estimate, or if I wanted to I could take pictures of the damage. I'd decided I'd definitely wanted to get an estimate from a professional, so I brought it into my local body shop within the week and had an official paper.
This is where it got difficult. My representative started dodging my calls, and would not respond to my voicemails. She said she was out of the office after 4, but I ALWAYS had a hard time getting a hold of her, especially any time in the afternoon. Several times she emailed me asking for the pictures of the car, and when I asked how they could take my estimate from the body shop, got completely ignored and she again told me just to send the pictures of the damage.
Not that they don't do this for a living, but I'd trust a body shop's estimate more than theirs, especially if they're basing their estimate on pictures sent through the app and nothing more. I got a bad feeling about them only wanting to appraise the damage through pictures, so I refused to send them in. Asked again in emails a few more times about what I should do with my estimate and yet again they completely ignored me and told me to send the pictures. When I called them out on not even trying to listen to me and asked if they had even read my email before responding, they just stopped replying.
So I've been sitting around with an open claim for the past 6 months, nothing to show for the accident that was caused by the other guy, no response from my representative, no anything, except anxiety that this thing has been open for so long. I'm just going to take the pictures soon and let them rip me off with what they want to give me for repairs because I don't want this hanging over my head.
The kicker? We both had Esurance, and his representative talked to me more than mine did. His representative was the one that took down my statement and made any attempt to talk to me. But after I gave my statement, I was told everything else would have to go through my representative, who actively ignored everything I said or did. I wonder if they didn't want the settlement to be in the favor of the owner of the truck, since maybe she was a customer for longer, or had a higher premium because the vehicle insured was used as part of a business. I cannot prove this though, maybe it is sheer incompetence. Go with almost any other insurance company. I'm sure the only way you could do any worse is if you signed up for The General or something. But I can't speak from experience, so maybe The General would be better. I'd try it over this place anytime.

I was on the Loop 820 in TX, when changing lanes in a very poorly lit part of the highway. There was a black object on the ground. I'm going to guess it was truck tire. It matched the tar on the road and it didn't look raised until I was way too close. I was forced to drive over it causing damage to my wheel well and cracked a hinge on my bumper. Esurance said it was my fault. Like I put black blown out tire in the middle of the road and ran over it purposely. I don't understand why I was paying so much in comprehensive insurance if they were going to process a comprehensive claim as a liability claim. I kept the damage and dealt with it myself. Furthermore, when I didn't renew with Esurance, because I saved $600 for the year with a competing company. They acted rude and upset as if the phone agent owned the company and sarcastically asked me if the competing company considered my credit. I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND ESURANCE.

Terrible service on when you actually have the nerve to file a claim! The adjusters low-ball everything. Trying to cut corners and hopefully find the repairs less than your deductible. I experienced a hate crime of graffiti and vandalism to both my automobile and house while I was sleeping. It was very frightening and you would have thought my property claims representatives would have been more empathetic, but no.
Christopher **, for my home, kept insisting on a recorded statement (3 days after I filed the claim) once he found out the police were involved. Even after I had already emailed him photos and a police report with my statement. Treating me like some criminal. Then the adjuster came out and wrote a repair estimate that was so low and left off damage needing to be repaired. When I spoke with Christopher about it he stated they were closing the claim. No ifs or buts about it then hung up on me. Did I mention my home was built in 1915 with its original windows?
Now Jamie **, for my auto, I think is 25 going on 2. She actually stopped me when I asked her a question and said, "I have a dog that hasn't been out all day! I have to go!". Hmmmm, sounds like a true professional working on my claim. It took 3 days and 3 missed appointments to get my car towed to the auto garage. I had to go ahead of my representative to get this handled. My adjuster also low-balled this claim and thank God the auto shop did a good job of reviewing my car. The actual cost to repair my car went from $2700 to $5700. This is the first claim I have ever filed with my insurance company for auto and home EVER. Not too happy so far with Esurance.

They said that $270.11 was for insuring me for 1 month not the start of the 6 month premium. Lies. I'm sure the only reason anyone has this poor excuse for an insurance is because of their prices. But when it comes to handling their insurers' poor judgment and false claims, they're sure good at that. I was turned into and hit on my driver side by the boyfriend of one of their insurers on 2/25/18. So long story short, my 3 month old car was damaged at the hands of their insurer's boyfriend when I was already going through a GREEN LIGHT and they decided that they would turn into me when their lane was a straight ONLY. Stupidity at its finest.
And Esurance isn't any better. :) From the get go, I had a terrible experience with the insurance adjuster on my claim, LaToya **. She only called me ONCE to talk about the accident and get my information. I had to go get my own estimate and send her the information. After that, I never heard from her again. She decided to take her insurer's side when her and her boyfriend's statements clearly contradicted themselves because they were LYING. Their insurer says she was driving at the time, when it was clearly her boyfriend who hit me and he is not on her policy AT ALL. LaToya never asked about the children that were in the car with me or asked to get my fiance's statement. After her shady, poor and unprofessional behavior, my insurance, Progressive, had to take my claim into their own hands. Even then, my claims adjuster through my insurance even had a hard time getting through to LaToya because she never answers her phone or gets back to you.
Because they decided to believe their insurer's lies, my car is still damaged due to my insurance, not being able to get any kind of payment through them because they refuse. Someone really needs to look into this faulty and shady business, because clearly these claims adjusters do not care to do their job properly or about the TRUTH. They don't care that their careless insurers damage other people's property or about paying them back when they are clearly at fault. END ESURANCE!!

Ridiculous premiums. I got into an accident last year, which hiked my auto insurance rate with them. My vehicle was parked and powered off when I was backed into, and no claim was filed with my insurance company — everything was filed on the other driver’s end. I tried escalating the issue to explain my situation and allow them to remedy my problem. After being asked to provide a “claims letter of experience”, I provided a letter documenting what happened when I got into the accident. After looking over my report, I was still told that although I wasn’t at fault (and PARKED!), my premium was still affected. I will be switching insurance companies after this pay period is up. I can say that customer service was great, but the policy they have in place just doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s a shame that I will be leaving.

When looking for my home insurance policy I got some reasonable rates quoted by Esurance, but when trying to dig into these a bit more I hit a wall. It was hard enough to get someone to explain the "Welcome Home discount" (10% for the first year, 5% for the second year), but when trying to understand other discounts, like the "advance purchase" or "New Home" discounts that would apply to the policy, no customer service representative could give me any idea of what these were. They just said they would expire after 2 or 5 years. They could see the total amount of the discounts applied, but not a breakdown - anywhere in the system. So, after 2 years, do premiums go up by $50 or $500? Who knows! Not Esurance or its reps.
And when I was still interested in purchasing a policy, their system wouldn't allow me to access my previous quotes because of an error in their system. Now, this likely happened because I tried to get comparison quotes on nearby properties and demystify some of these discounts, but Esurance could do absolutely nothing to unlock my previous quote or even let me start over using their online quote tool. I literally could not request an insurance quote for the address of my new house because something retained in their system was corrupted or invalid. And after going through the painstaking process of getting a quote with an agent over the phone, the price jumped significantly with identical coverage (even slightly lower dwelling coverage on the agent quote). They could tell me over the phone that all of the details were the same, as they could view the settings for my now-lost original quote. Nobody could explain the price difference to me.
The new quoted price was still okay, but I ended up walking away because I was seriously concerned by this company not seeming to understand its own pricing or technology. I literally wrote to customer support begging them to just let me give them my money; nobody could help me or make an effort to escalate the complaint to someone who could. This was an incredibly frustrating experience.

Though I am not an Esurance customer, I unfortunately was hit by a driver with their coverage. To put it simply, it was a nightmare dealing with this company. They refused to authorize OEM parts (despite my request in advance) and instead insisted that recycled/salvage/aftermarket parts were all they would pay for. Despite my vehicle being in excellent condition prior to being hit (which was not my fault) the use of poor quality, non-OEM lead to poor fitting parts and cosmetic defects. I would highly recommend you find an alternative if you are considering using this insurance company!! While you may see savings on your premiums, as the old saying goes “you get what you pay for”. Esurance is an inferior provider who will take any shortcut possible to save a buck at your expense.

Make it easier to contact an actual human being though. Sometimes one just needs to talk to a person. Also as with any insurance, I don't like the cost of the insurance premiums, but since it's required, I don't have much of a choice!

My daughter was stopped at a left turn only lane. The only signal that prompts you to move is a protected green arrow (which lasts for over 17 seconds when cars are detected by the motion sensor) and if you don’t go - traffic behind you will honk. An oncoming car ran the red light and totaled the car. The other driver was nervous and seemed to be on drugs. A witness stated that he saw the red light runners’ light, after he watched the very visual accident. With the witness’ statement Esurance took 70% fault & states that my daughters (both saw the light & they were at the front of the line) “don’t recall” what part of the light sequence it was. I think my girls are smart enough to remember what happened a minute before they were almost killed by this lady. ESURANCE IS A MONEY MAKER. They are not there to support you even if the facts outweigh fiction.
I have installed dash cams on mine and my mother’s vehicles because if I can be accused to be at fault when the only light you can get is a green protected arrow, think about how they will treat you! I have hired an attorney since the truth doesn’t make any difference to this company. Join a smaller company that wants to satisfy their customers. ESURANCE SUCKS... ESURANCE DOESN'T HAVE YOUR BACK... ESURANCE IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! The good reviews for this company are about the price... I like the Esurance smartphone app on my Android because I can access my ID card and call for assistance without looking up numbers. In addition, customer service representatives have been very helpful and supportive with claims, both on the phone and via email. However, I think my rate is too high, but maybe I'm unrealistic about what rates are, especially for electric vehicles. I also liked the fact that I can use the website or call customer service to speak about any issues I may have now or in the future. I get that everything is just about paperless but it would still be nice to receive some things through regular mail instead of only email. For instance, it would be nice to receive your entire policy via regular mail with FAQs and everything that is covered in your policy on paper instead of just email and then having to print it out or go to the website.
There could have been a more detailed explanation of some of the benefits that a consumer wouldn't necessarily think of when purchasing insurance. The agents left some services out that I would have liked to know if I was covered for or not and I did not have the knowledge on hand to think of some of these services. It was cheap, quick and easy to pay. I liked that I could pay online and that if I happened to be a little late they wouldn't cancel my policy right away. The lady I spoke with made everything easy and I answered all the questions on the phone and emailed her everything else she needed without having to leave my house. However, not enough features like towing and roadside assistance. I also wish they allowed me to bundle with Renters Insurance like some of the other companies offered me.

It has low cost. The people are also very nice and easy to deal with. When I have had a claim to file they have shown that they care about me as a person and not just as a file number. They have been very concerned for me and have made it fast and easy. It's nice when they actually care about you. I pretty much like everything about the company because it hasn't let me down to this day. I also like the fact that they are much less expensive than companies like State Farm and Allstate.

I purchased my policy online and it was very easy to do. All I had to do was input my VIN number of my vehicle and they computed all my information based off that info and I was able to just sign up online using my credit card to pay for first month's insurance. They had great coverage and they have great customer service representatives that are always there 24/7 to answer all my questions and to help with any policy questions. However, the price was a little high and I just wish they added roadside assistance in with the policy instead of adding more money to the policy. Overall was good experience.

It was a great experience. It was easy and quick to get the insurance up and running. It did not take long in the office to do either. I like that every six months you get it as a free month so that's great news to help people out who really need that extra help and then they could use that extra money from that free month to use for something else that may need paid on or bought. However, to make the insurance cheaper would be better. But still, this is a good company to get insurance from. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was desperate to find the best insurance money could buy and that I could afford as a single mom. When I first heard by a trusted friend, of Esurance I was a little nervous because I had never heard about it. The customer service is amazing. They really work with you not like other insurance companies I have had in the past. I was with Progressive but they kept raising my insurance at each renewal drastically. I needed insurance for myself and my teenage children. It is so difficult to find affordable insurance but I was determined to find exactIy what I was searching for. I did a lot of comparative shopping and this was the best and lowest price I could find with the same coverage you need at the most affordable price. I am very satisfied. But lower payments would definitely help. I also recommend Esurance to lots of friends and a few of them switched to Esurance insurance. I will stay with Esurance definitely.

Ease of purchase was my favorite thing about this company. I like that I was able to sign up online, did not have to deal with an agent, and have immediate coverage. Esurance had a simple sign-up process and I appreciated that my information was pulled forward from a previous search. Also, I was pleased with the price I got and I like the ability to compare rates of other companies. Most affordable of the companies I compared. However, they could possibly have had more communication about things like discounts or tips for keeping my rates low. I would like to have had a roadside service plan that was included free of charge. Also, I couldn't get a discount for combined home and auto so that is why I switched.

It was easy to do online and the cheapest insurance policy I have found. You can do it all online and don't have to go over the phone. I'm very pleased with my insurance company, although I guess it could always be cheaper.

I obtained my policy online through an AD I saw. The process was fairly simple and basic and I did everything through my cell phone. I like how they incorporate technology. And I love the ease of functionality. Also, Esurance is backed by a larger corporation/company. Even though I can do everything online, it can be frustrating when I need to speak to someone but I get transferred a lot or when different people tell me different things. It makes it confusing and I'm not sure who to believe.

I love this company. Cannot praise them enough. It's so crazy super easy to use and always always always accessible! All I have to do is pick up the phone! I love the digital ID cards! So easy and quick to find if I have an emergency need for the insurance. But the High prices kind of stink and I do not understand why. I'm a single parent and three hundred dollars is a lot of money every month especially for minimum coverage. I think they could be more affordable. But it was so easy to purchase, just a phone call away and only took a few minutes, I was very happy.

It is easy to change coverage online and set up automatic payments. Overall it has been a breeze getting a hold of representatives by phone when needed. However, it would be nice to have more formal paperwork when a claim is processing with what steps to take/what to expect and information on when your vehicle is totaled.

To start with, they were the cheapest we could find. But even after no accidents, prices still went way up, and we had to change to Geico. The prices could be cheaper than what they are though. Better customer service would be a nice thing to have too. When you call, you wait forever, going through automated menus. It can be pretty frustrating.

I have an open claim with Esurance (reported a full week ago on 4/24/18) and have had a very humiliating experience to date and nothing has been done or resolved yet. My claim number is ** and I have received several calls from several different people who have bounced me around by switching my claim from person to person. At this point, I'm completely frustrated. The "investigator" assigned to my claim: Stuart ** is a very rude man. He raised his voice at me a number of times today and made threats to end conversations with me, which I did not appreciate. I am an investigator too (my career of more than 10 years) and in as much as I deal with criminals, I still treat those "under my investigation" with respect!! It's the right thing to do.
I did not understand Stuart's reasoning for digging into my personal life and asking me very intrusive questions about my life, my family and children, solely for a comprehensive insurance claim. I voiced my concerns to him and he never (not once) attempted to explain the reason for being intrusive or the purpose for them. I have rights and I know EVERY one of them. Stuart's horrible attitude/personality/behavior is keeping my claim further delayed as I drive around in a damaged vehicle. I cannot describe my frustration. The person handling my claim (besides the investigator) is a rep by the name of Sami **. He also raised his voice at me when I initially complained about how badly Stuart treated me.
I have been driving for over 16 years and I have never been this humiliated by an insurance company where I am insured and pay my premium. There's more to say and e-mail exchanges alongside phone conversations to share. I am not interested in a back & forth with anyone or Esurance! I have a family, a career, and small children to care for. I just need my car fixed and then go about my merry way. I have begun sharing my bad experience with family & friends & colleagues and being disappointed is a mere understatement.

I love that everyone you talk to truly understands your needs and that they're willing to create a policy that is specifically designed for your needs. However, I wish there were more ways that I could save money on my policy. There should be better discounts for students. The mobile app for this insurance company wasn't very reliable too. It was the least expensive option at the time of purchase and we were able to purchase the policy online without any issues. However, the claims customer service is very poor. When we needed to get a hold of them after an accident, it felt impossible. We were very frustrated that it took us so long to get a hold of someone at such a critical time. And it wasn't like a normal call center, it was like "you need to speak to this person, and we don't know when they will be here." I also liked that whenever I did have to speak with someone they were usually polite. But I was always on hold for long periods of time and then whenever I actually got to speak with someone they could not help me. They lack training. I had to be transferred to this person and then that person. It was very exhausting.
But my overall experience with Esurance was very good. I am no longer with them and it was really amazing that whenever I did close my account with them to switch to another company they actually gave me a rebate and no mention of a rebate was in the process of me purchasing my insurance so that was very exciting to get some money back even though I cancelled with them.

I liked that the representative would communicate with you and would be very attentive. They would honor their word to return phone calls and answer questions momentarily. If the representative doesn't have the answer to your question, then he or she will return your phone call with the answer. However, I did not like that there were not a lot of choices when it comes to coverage. I dislike the fact that the coverages that they had was very vague and I would never get a clear understanding.
Even though, this company is under Allstate, but it seem like the coverages was not nearly close or remotely having the same coverage as Allstate. For example the good driver's discount, would be a major deal of deciding on keeping this particular insurance. Also, sometimes, your online services would not be as easy as what was said. And sometimes, it would be so frustrating following the representative procedure, but it would be so scrambled, that you would have to start over and then your information would freeze and you would have to start over, which would cause you to be angry.
Sometimes the policy cost changed significantly. I would hate that with the different discounts that is provided, the discounts varied or it is not available and because of the state in which you live, you can not get that discount which turn your life upside down and then you find yourself either confused or angry. You can't live your life angry due to your own business.
