Tyler and Darius installed my door. Their knowledge was so helpful to me. They did a great job from repairing, installing and cleaning up afterwards; but most important they both had such good manners. When they left, it felt like saying goodbye to family.

Robert came to check on the shower head for my new walk-in shower. There was no pressure from any of the settings. The time frame for the appointment was 1-3. He was here at exactly 1:00. Very friendly. Explained what the problem was. Fixed it in 5 minutes. Thank you, Robert for such quick, efficient service.

Guys did a great job removing and replacing my windows. I would very highly recommend West Shore Home to install your windows. The two guys that installed my windows did an awesome job. They cleaned up the old windows and put them where I could re use for the old windows if I need to.

I had already very good experience with West Shore Home. They were professional and installed some quality high end tub, shower, toilet and flooring in both of my bathrooms. I would like to see about getting the quarter round around the bottom of my vanity in the master bathroom though.

Tommy did a great job. He was a very pleasant individual and would recommend him highly. The company was coming back to handle a situation and was honoring their commitment for total customer satisfaction.

Zach and Brayden did a great job. They worked straight through for almost 12 hours to get the job done in 1 day! Through it all they were very transparent about everything being done. We appreciate them being so nice and thorough.

We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower that was installed by Mark and Scott. They arrived on time, were professional, and did a superb job installing the shower. They left our home clean after the install and were careful as they made many trips from our front door to our bathroom. Mark did a good job reviewing the specifications of our bathroom project and providing progress updates.

Joe came to our home and mislead us. I asked him about some kind of discount for those who were Quality Advantage customers. He said: "OH you missed the deadline." At the end of our conversation, he said "You have three days to change your mind". Of course he didn't explain I would have to pay them 35% for a cancellation. A customer service rep told him to give us more discounts and he said no. We paid the 5299.00. I will not ever recommend them. I paid it because after looking at the under handed way Joe explained things, I realized we couldn't trust him. It was a huge price for acting in haste and allowing a shady salesman to mislead us. Please think about it before signing a contract with Westshore Homes. Please avoid Joe...

I recently just had a new shower installed in my bathroom. Curt M and Shaun B were the installers and they were both professional and courteous and answered all questions that I had about my installation.

We were very pleased with West Shore Home. Logan H and Renzo M. were very professional, considerate, and friendly. They completed my bathroom in one day as promised. They reviewed the materials with us to make sure it was correct. They were very knowledgeable of the products. They took time to place the fixtures where I wanted them and explain the shower head to me. They didn't mind me being in the bathroom to see how things were going while they were working. The one door gave them a little trouble, but he was patient, kept working on it until he got it perfect! They were respectful of my house, cleaning up everything and not leaving any mess behind. The lifetime warranty is a big plus, just call them and they will come and fix/replace it!

Tyler and his crew replaced 12 windows in our home in one day! Their work was impeccable, they were courteous, respectful of our home and property. They protected furniture, floors and the kitchen sink with drop cloths, washed all my new windows inside and out and vacuumed up any mess inside. Outside there was no trace of any garbage and our old 90’s windows are hauled off for us! I can sit and enjoy my beautiful East Tennessee view thanks to them. Couldn’t ask for a better crew or experience!

The staff was great. They introduced themselves and asked me if I knew what I was getting. They let me inspect door and they wore booties to keep carpet clean. They cleaned up, explained warranty to me. Great service.

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE! THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR SUPPOSED "WHITE GLOVE" WORK. Broke glass from old windows, did not clean up. Left excrement stain on toilet I told them not to use. Did not inform of cutting out old metal frame and let metal filings fill the air while we were in the area. ​Did not replace window sills back to original state. Took months to replace missing screens. Provided a slider screen that does not perform its purpose as it should. Damaged original outside wooden frame. Communication slow, no sense of urgency.​

Cathy, Aiden and Landon were professional. They arrived on time, explained everything that would be involved in replacing our tub with a walk-in shower. After completion they did a thorough cleanup and explained the correct cleaning methods for our new shower.

We had our bathroom remodeled from a bathtub to walk in shower installation. When our bathtub was removed, there wasn't a floor underneath. Our installation team, Nico and Kenzie did an excellent job from start to finish. They built a new floor, removed old wall tiles and installed a beautiful walk in shower that's also handicapped accessible. The team also cleaned up when they finished. I had my bathroom redone, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The three gentlemen Jamar, Phil and Cam who worked on it were amazing — very polite, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. They paid attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves each day, and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. I highly recommend them!

We just had our Master Bath remodeled. This was a two day remodel which was completed on time. The men were so professional, considerate and friendly. The team was knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with us. They also checked in with us on how we desired the fixtures on the shower and the space between the walls. Ryan took the time to explain the shower heads, water temperature controls, and how all the shelves lean in for water drainage. They also allowed us to enter the bathroom anytime during the remodel and took the time to stop and let us enjoy the progress of their work. They were fun to deal with and respectful of the parts of the house they had to use and super clean. Anyone needing a remodel can totally trust the team assigned to them to receive quality work be done. Thank you guys!!

We got windows and a front door with storm door. The installation was completed the first day of two. By their departure, they had completed all the windows but 1 large window that needed outside trim and caulk. They cleaned up outside except a few pieces of metal and 1 nail we have found. They broke the corner of a block topping the wall supporting our driveway and didn't say anything. I am certain the salesman showed us triple pane windows however the installed windows look like double paned. So far, they are performing beautifully by reducing heat generated by sun on the western side of the house. We look forward to reduced electric bills to recoup install cost. It was amazing to watch the manner of installation. Each man working on each window performing their specific task.

Caleb & Jared were professional, skilled and knowledgeable. We had some questions before the installation began and they were considerate and helpful in seeking to make us feel confident in the plans. These two gentlemen vacuumed, swept and left the work site clean both days. The plumbing, accessories and product is great. We are excited about the new shower!

This is my first time utilizing this company for services and I am very satisfied. I had the pleasure of having working with Albert and Jocelyn today and they were amazing, very professional, clean, focused, communicated and were very knowledgeable. My salesman was very thorough in explaining materials and what to expect. I was not pressured which is such a relief. Trying to get a walk in shower before Mom comes home from hospital. I was assured it could be done and it was. I was pleased that all appointments were on time. Jasper and Jay my installers were so polite and careful to keep the noise down as much as possible and left everything so neat.

Very nice quality product. The installation was expertise and fast as promised. We kept it simple and went with the eqrylic style for simplicity and cost. The installers were awesome and answered many questions.

Due to aging parents, it was time to convert from a tub to shower. The process was very easy. They walked us through each step and took their time explaining all the options. The installers were on time and very courteous. They didn't mind my barking dog. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job with clean-up.

Your company sent Chad and Cam ** out the first day. They changed the tub in one bath room to a new tub. Work was excellent. Both were pleasant and worked hard and constant. The second day the tub in second bathroom was changed to a tub. Work ethic the same as first day. Workers second day was Chad and Thomez. West Shore's products are very good. Your plans and specials were good for me. I needed a shower to prevent falls out of the tub. The products are so nice. Wonderful to look at and use. The installers worked steady careful and cleaned up everything. Checked with me, where to put the shelves and grab bars. Gave me guidance, when I was unsure. I am very happy with the over all work provided and how comfortable Chad and Cam made me throughout this whole project as well as thomez.

I was greeted by the installers, Baleigh, Takeshi and Matt. I was kinda surprised that two women were involved with the install, they told me they get that a lot. But after the first hour watching their work, I can tell they were absolutely professional at their job. They did an awesome job and would highly recommend them to anyone. After several close calls from getting in and out of the tub, it was time to do tub-to-shower conversions in both bathrooms. I had seen the West Shore ads on TV for over a year. So I gave them a call. The sales team worked with us for best quality selections, and a price and could afford, since we are retired. Less than a week later, a two smiling faces arrived, on time, to begin our conversations! Very polite and considerate, Derek and Sean prepped the spaces, and laid down protective flooring.

The team did a great job for my Papaw! The showers look crisp and solidly replaced, the quality is well, the work was timely and inspected! The clean up was better than it was before! Cost is a touch on higher side but the work and quality is worth it! We recommend!

The West Shore Home Window Installers, William B. and Luis G. were great! They did a fantastic job installing my new bedroom windows. They worked hard and took great pride in their work. They worked wonderfully as a team and combined their skills to install the best windows I have ever had in my life.

It took over a year to decide what company we wanted to replace all the doors and windows in our home. (14 windows,9 doors.) It was a giant project and these guys knocked it out of the park!! From the beginning, with Matt to the install team, (Tanner, Kadin, William, James and Shawn ), the experience had been great! They instilled trust and confidence. They are hard workers, very knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. Only wish, is that we had not taken so long to decide! Thank all of you!

I am so pleased with the complete remodel of my bathroom. Original cast iron bathtub from 1952 to new walk in shower. In addition I had a new toilet. New sink and new vanity as well as new flooring installed. Fantastic crew and in just two days it was completed.

Samuel was a real workhorse. He worked continuously, efficiently, and quickly to make sure everything was done correctly. He asked me (a vertically challenged person) to come in so the grab bars and the shower slide were mounted at a good height for me. He did the same with the shower curtain rod. He gave us the care instructions before leaving. Rubin came out before to give us an estimate and tell us what options were available to us. He gave an extremely detailed description of each option and let us see pictures of all of them. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly design consultant. We are very happy with our new shower.

Austin -SA-5510987. Verified the problem of plastic on a shower wall. Advised on what he would be doing. Reviewed with me everything when work was completed. Included a hanging reminder to not use shower for 24 hours. Austin was thorough and focused. Austin was customer friendly, considerate, respectful, professional. I reached out for a free quote on 4 windows to be replaced. Someone came to my house that day. One of the windows was very large and I was told it would probably be closer to the 8 week mark before they were able to get it in. They were at my house 4 weeks later. It did take them all day (11 hours), but they finished the job including all clean up in that day. My installers (Ram and Isaiah) were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company for window replacements.

Then followed by floors and windows. I have heard of the company before, but thought they were scammed like all the rest. At the end of the day I felt like we got a great deal. Alex and Cam S worked all day to cone the shower, flooring and toilet in one day. They kept me posted on what was going on and checked in with me when applying the hard ware in the shower. Repaired flooring around toilet that was bad. Very professional in their work.

We loved our experience with West Shore! The in-home free estimate was lengthy but very detailed and personalized. Scheduling was quick and easy. Install day was long due to some unforeseen hiccups, but the team (Gabriel, Ira, and Josh) didn't let it faze them! They were prompt to arrive, polite, and respectful. Our new tub shower is beautiful and exactly what we were expecting and more!

We had the patio door and front windows replaced today. Had a small problem with the tub not completely matching what was ordered but they did a great job catching the problem and fixing it quickly. Dylan and Dakota were both very kind and professional and did great work installing the new tub/shower.

After getting a couple of quotes we are so glad we chose West Shore Homes. The process was so easy…started at 8:45 and done by 5:45. Phil and Dillion were professional, courteous, and cleaned everything just as they found it, maybe better. The tub-to-shower conversion is beautiful and will be so much more functional. We had a little problem. The bathtub drain was completely stopped up. And we had to get that fixed and then we called and got put on the schedule. Mike and Reed came back to do the job. And they did a great job. They made it look great.

Malik & Cam worked 10 hours straight to demo my existing shower & rebuild a new one. They were clean, organized, & considerate. I had neighbors comment to me after they left about how incredible it was to see their set up in the morning & how they left the driveway in pristine condition by 6pm. The shower is excellent. They asked questions and confirmed all of the finishes before installing. During demo we discovered empty beer cans left by the builder in the crawl space behind the shower. They even went in there & collected them for my recycling. Above & beyond!

The crew showed up on time each day. Cleaned up. The crew was polite and professional. This is our second project with West Shore. While not the cheapest option, definitely worth it. I would definitely consider for future projects.

Very disappointed in West Shore! One day installed lasted 4 MONTHS! Management and supervision exhibits a definite lack of communication. Horrendous service after the sale. They do respond, but in a manner that merely adds to the delay. 2 of 24 windows were installed incorrectly. Each person they sent out completely agreed and took pictures. Three times they sent someone only to measure the incorrectly installed windows. Their fix was to glue a piece of glass in place and screw some hideous excuse for trim around it. I’ve had windows replaced in previous homes and from experience I can say going with West Shore was a huge mistake.

Excellent installation. Ryan and Austin kept us informed throughout entire installation. Gave us tips on cleaning. Would recommend West Shore Home for your remodel of bathroom. You will not be sorry. All walk ways were lined with drop cloths. No mess at all left behind. Could not be happier.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I called to set up an appointment for a free estimate. I was able to make the appointment at a time in the day that was convenient for my wife and I. After several grueling estimates we decided to go with Westshore. Salesman and crew are excellent. The installers had to do some plumbing and replace frame work. But they made sure that was all in the initial cost. They removed a tub/shower combo and replaced with a walk shower. Looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Luke C. and Matt K. did a phenomenal job on our new back door. They took out the old trim, frame, and threshold and put in all new materials. The door comes with a slightly angled metal threshold that will allow rain water to drip off, and built-in weather stripping that creates a tight seal. They did great with caulking the trim, no gaps or holes. The door fits perfectly inside the frame, and the trim on the inside has a subtle style to it. There are no gaps around the door itself, and the door glides perfectly over the carpet in my hallway. The outside trim looks nice as well, though it is more flat and plain than the inside, but it covers everything well. They did a good job cleaning up after and making sure everything looked great. I am very pleased with the door and the service. I will definitely use West Shore again when it is time to replace my other two doors. Thank you!

I love the appearance of my new walk in shower. It's clean and bright. Angel M and Daniel G did a great job on the install. They arrived early and worked tirelessly... finished quicker than I thought they would. And they cleaned up very well and took the time to explain all that I should know about the new shower. My installers James and Ben showed up on time and stayed on the job until I had a beautiful new shower. I called them in order to finally upgrade my parents' shower/cast-iron tub from over 100 years ago. They are all exceptionally professional. Work is amazing, looks great. I honestly am super happy and will definitely be recommending and using them again in future. Installation only took a day not even whole day, super clean after. Love it.

We were in the market to replace our front entrance door with side windows along with replacing our rear door with a sliding glass door. I saw an add in our neighborhood website for West Shore Home that pictured different style entry doors. I called and scheduled an appointment that was made the next day. Daniel Haugh came and went over all the designs and explained the operational features of the material that is used on all door installs. We selected our door and design of the glass and other features. It was a non pressure experience. West Shore called to setup an install date that was to our convenience. Received an email prior to the install date with a 0800 to 1000 arrival time. The installers arrived at 0800.

Dennis and Kevin were great and took their time and did an outstanding job on my bathroom. They were professional and kept things very clean regardless of the amount of debris caused by tearing out my old worn out bath. Looks new and untouched after many years of it being ran down.

We were very pleased with our experience with West Shore Homes from start to finish. Ronald L. came out and gave us a free estimate. Gave us a plenty of options and worked with us to get a solution that was within our price range. Fredie came out and got percise measurements, tested for lead paint, and made sure we were all set to have the doors custom fit for the house. James P. and Simmon C. were our installers and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Very professional and respectful of our property, cleaned everything up and took the time to go over everything after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

I purchased 17 windows from this business. The sales person and the job superintendent both measured my windows. Come install day, the guys showed up on time and did an outstanding job. The problem is the windows themselves and the poor customer service afterwards. While putting my room back together, I realized that my 3 window air conditioners would not go back in the new windows. I needed 13” heighth for them to go. The sash only raised up to 11”. I informed the lead installer who called the superintendent. The superintendent told me it was what it was and let it go at that. He stated that the contract doesn’t guarantee their windows will be exactly like what was removed from the house. I made his boss call me. A few minutes later, she called and basically said the same thing.

Shady and deceptive practices. Breach of contract. The week before my installation date' I called them and was told that the products for my installation was used on another job. I was also told they didn't have another product in stock to complete my installation by the promised due date. When I threatened to cancel the job if installation was not done on or before my due date, they claimed they found the replacement. However, they changed my large shower into a stall. I made several calls and letters to no avail. Sales and Installation department never responded. Neither myself or my husband can used it because it is too small. Now we struggle stepping into the guest bathroom's tub that has a shower. Their installation was a ripoff and definitely not worth the Expense. Paid in full on April 30, 2025, shown on my bank statement and credit report. I don't have the technology to download a copy, but will provide in person upon request.

This is very reputable company. All of the employees work for the company. None of them are sub contractors. The company has great ratings on other review sites as well with locations all over the country.

Do not trust West Shore Home. They are a scam company and will do and say anything to get you to sign a contract. I never knew or was explained what I was signing. They will lie to you and do whatever for your signature. Thankfully I caught onto them and canceled the contract that they tricked me into signing,

I signed a contract with WEST SHORE and unfortunately I was taken advantage of. I having my bathrooms properly done. There was mold because the first technician installed something in the drain wrong and it leaked. WEST SHORE did not take accountability in anything except letting me know that I am left to pay for the poor quality product in the in my yard. When the tub was removed it broke into about 5 or 6 pieces. I could lift it with one hand. The product used felt like homemade clay. It was the thickness of a quarter, I will give it 2 quarters (coins). I am so disappointed with WEST SHORE and their predatory tactics. This is a $16,000.00 lesson. All I received was a bathtub. Do yourself a favor and find a company that will at least use quality product and not a bunch of what looks like Elmer's glue (but not as strong) and a bunch foamy stuff.

What a wonderful experience. From Jerrell (with the review and sales) to Brady and Francis (tear out and installation) everything went like clockwork. Yes, it was a long day for the one-day installation but the craftsmanship and attention to detail was wonderful. Thanks to you all!

Avoid this slimeball company. Their obnoxious advertising on tv is intentionally marketed to elderly people. The salesman will be syrupy sweet in person, acting like your grandson or the boy next door, but it's all a facade. They put on an act, like you're getting a great deal, but you're getting scammed. Expect the quote they give you to be no less than $12,000 for a basic shower install.

If I could give zero stars, I would. West Shore Home's poor workmanship and customer service caused water damage under our new door, ruined floors, and left us ghosted after false promises. Avoid them!

I contracted with West Shore Home for a complete bathroom makeover. After waiting weeks, the process began. The first group of installers did such a poor job that the second group had to come out and redo most of their work. Now I'm being promised, for the third time, that the best team will be coming out to totally redo the flooring, baseboards, entry door replacement, and patch the holes going through the wall. I do not trust this company.
