We had an old bathtub replaced with a walk in shower. Keegan and Rick arrived on time and got right to work The plumbing had been leaking so they had to replace some studs and floor joists. They were very professional and well skilled at their jobs. They took time to answer any questions we had and went through the warranty information as well as the list of all they did. They did it all in one day as promised and we are so pleased with the result! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a bathroom remodeled. They are awesome!

Excellent service! Everyone was friendly and courteous. They did a great job and were very efficient. Everything was finished in about 8 hours. They even cleaned the area and you wouldn't have known they were even here! I am very happy with the service and would like to shout out John, Justin, Corey and Mikey for doing an excellent job.

This review is not for West Shore as a company for my experience has been terrible as we had multiple issues and I would only give it 1 star. I have had several techs come out to fix the problems over a course of several months. This is to let you know that the technician, Jansen B. was very good! He wanted to get every detail correct and paid attention to my needs. He wasn’t leaving my house until I was satisfied. If West Shore had more techs like Jansen B., I wouldn’t have had so many problems.

Tommy ** did an excellent job. He takes in his work and it shows. We love our new walk in shower and appreciate the professionalism in which it was installed. We also enjoyed Tommy **. He was very courteous and respectful.

Baleigh and Riley showed up on time and got straight to work. They were nothing but professional. They wasted no time in getting the old door out and new door in. Would highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

Slade and Tylor arrived on time and completed tear out of old doors and frame work. They installed new inside door and screen door. They went over each step with me and confirmed my order details. Both worked without a break to complete my install. The best part of my install was the cooperation and communication from them to me on each step of this install. They were organized and cleaned the area when done. I would work with West Shore again!

Sam P the salesman is incredible at showing the product, helping design and match colors and an overall kind man! The install team for our windows were just that….a team! Adam P. Swayne V. Bryant B. Matt W. Ian D. Talen Q. They were all respectful and worked so well together. 16 windows installed and outdoor trim wrapped in less than 8 hours. They cleaned up and even wondered the windows! Brian the supervisor came to check job and we appreciated his being here to make sure all was well.

The crew did an amazing job setting up our door. They were punctual, easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. The door looks exactly how we imagined, and their team made the whole process stress-free. Definitely a company you can count on!

The guys did a great job replacing our tub with a new shower. They were courteous and professional. The guys laid out floor coverings to walk on and were careful with removing and installing materials. Did a great cleanup job too. It looks great.

Joe and Trace did a great job on our full bathroom remodel and a tub remodel in another bathroom. They cleaned as they went. They were very professional and careful. They were very polite to all of our guests that were in and out of the house as well. A wrench got thrown in the original plan but they made it work and still got the job done within the 3 days. Drew and Andrew did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and respectable. Very experienced in their work. I had two bathrooms and The other installers were Joe And Trace they had the master bathroom. Each bathroom had two men, and they were very, very efficient and knew their job. I contacted West Shore and requested an estimate and was given an appointment date. Joe ** arrived at the appointment time and began the process. Joe inspected the bathroom and asked a lot of questions regarding what I wanted. The walk in shower is for my 94 year old father and Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting the accessories that would be most important keeping my father safe and comfortable. We were able to come to terms and an installation date was set. Before he departed, Joe told me what I needed to do to prepare for the installation.

Clean up even outside where prep work was done. Explained how everything worked. Went over warranty customer care team phone number and answered any question we had. I had a tub converted into a shower, along with the new floor, toilet, vanity and sink. The installers, Francis ** and Matt ** were great. They were very professional, friendly, thoughtful and tidy. I was told it would be a two day job and they actually finished several hours early. They vacuumed several times each day, left it clean at the end of the day, and spotless at the job's completion. They were considerate in accommodating my disability needs. I couldn't be happier.

Our experience with West Shore Home was outstanding. Our Master Bathroom is Large and had a big bathtub set in a large platform that took up about 1/3 of the bathroom. We wanted to replace the tub/platform with a big walk-in shower, so we called West Shore Home. Jeremy M. came out to help us plan it out and Jon M. and Tyler S. tore out the old shower and tub platform, as well as the vanity and toilet. Then they framed and built the shower, put in new flooring, vanity and toilet. Fantastic Job!! They made the bathroom Exactly like we wanted it. They also Installed a New Tub & shower in our 2nd Bathroom, also fantastic!! They completed all this work in 3 days!! Just Amazing!! They we very professional and pleasant and cleaned up afterward without a trace of construction left.

Crew showed up on time. They worked 11 hours straight through. They found a cracked piece and instead of trying to fix it, drove back to the shop and replaced it. The crew was extremely polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow! What a great experience in purchasing and installing both a door and storm door. Today Simon C. And Andrew P. Came for the installation and what a fine job they did. Tim and Ben were our installers, and they did an absolutely amazing job. Very professional. Could not have asked for a better experience. They protected the floor, and cleaned up perfectly. The doors were installed 2 weeks earlier than originally planned, which was a great surprise. Our salesman also did a great job. The only disappointment, which was not his fault, was that we thought our doors would be raised panels under the glass windows. A few weeks after ordering, he called to say they either had to be all glass, or plain on the bottom. Again very happy with West Shore Home, and especially our installation! Will definitely recommend.

Trent & George were very professional. This was a jet tub to shower conversion, which required plumbing (update to code) and electrical work. Work conducted was prompt with minimal disturbance without any left over mess or issues. This update alone transformed this bathroom for aging in place. Lifetime warranty.

I was skeptical about the advertising on TV, a complete shower makeover in 1 day. Well Westshore delivered, Brian J, Leon J, Zach S, those guys were amazing, kind, polite and respectful. Nate L. And Tommy W. Did a fantastic job. The job was done professionally and quickly. No corners were cut and the door they installed looks great. I would recommend these two as well as West Shore. They also cleaned everything up before leaving.

We had both our tub shower in one bathroom and the shower in the master bathroom redone by West Shore. Each took one full day and turned out very nice with just a few minor hiccups. Somehow the actual style of acrylic walls for the hall bathroom we ordered were not brought with them and we ended up actually preferring what they brought over our pick. But because of that we had to change hardware and the sliding doors had to be backordered so a rod was temporarily put up so we could use the shower.

We are very happy with our new walk in shower installation. After making a call to West Shore that same day, we met Jackie, a wonderful representation of this company. She went over the product and explained installation process, answered all our questions. We have done several updates to our home and it is our feeling after every presentation we wait and talk about it overnight and discuss products etc., we don’t make a quick decision because of the expense we want it right. We contacted Jackie the next day, decided to upgrade to brushed nickel over chrome because everything I have is brushed nickel.

My family was so glad when Gabriel and Damien ** came into my home. We love the outcome of the shower. Gabriel gave a lot of information about how to take care of the shower. I was amazed of what these young men did and the respect they gave to my home. Thank you for awesome job. We would like for any project in the future. Replaced the entire frame and door entry from garage. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything they were going to do. Cleaned up as well. West Shore Home helped us install the new windows even though the existing jambs were rotted. This resulted in a much better installation. The installation crew communicated well what they saw and included us in any decisions.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I purchased 2 sets of double doors. One for my basement and one for the back door. Besides the fact that it took 4 months to get them installed, which I was told it would only take a couple of weeks by the salesman. I was also told that I would get 12 months no interest if I paid the balance off within that time period. This was a BIG LIE. I have a great credit score so I believed him. Today I received my 2nd statement and guess what, I had a finance charge on it! When I called the bank they said West Shore requested I get the 6.5 percent rate. I don't believe I was told the truth about anything. So I paid the doors off and cancelled the account. Never again will I waste my time with this company. And I need windows! Time to go shopping somewhere else!

Jake, Brett, Travis and Brett did a fantastic job replacing my old tub with a walk-in shower. They were very polite. They explained everything to me in the beginning and explained how to clean the shower. They cleaned up all the mess. I am so happy with the finished product.

Shane and Mike were amazing. I wanted to save the inside door trim in my 1939 house because it matched all the window and door trim throughout the entire house. They made it work seamlessly. I couldn't be happier. They were amazing. They even didn't mind the dog barking.

Very friendly. Explained what the problem was. Fixed it in 5 minutes. Thank you, Robert for such quick, efficient service.

Guys did a great job removing and replacing my windows. I would very highly recommend West Shore Home to install your windows. The two guys that installed my windows did an awesome job. They cleaned up the old windows and put them where I could re use for the old windows if I need to.

I had already very good experience with West Shore Home. They were professional and installed some quality high end tub, shower, toilet and flooring in both of my bathrooms. I would like to see about getting the quarter round around the bottom of my vanity in the master bathroom though.

Tommy did a great job. He was a very pleasant individual and would recommend him highly. The company was coming back to handle a situation and was honoring their commitment for total customer satisfaction.

Zach and Brayden did a great job. They worked straight through for almost 12 hours to get the job done in 1 day! Through it all they were very transparent about everything being done. We appreciate them being so nice and thorough.

We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower that was installed by Mark and Scott. They arrived on time, were professional, and did a superb job installing the shower. They left our home clean after the install and were careful as they made many trips from our front door to our bathroom. Mark did a good job reviewing the specifications of our bathroom project and providing progress updates.

Joe came to our home and mislead us. I asked him about some kind of discount for those who were Quality Advantage customers. He said: "OH you missed the deadline." At the end of our conversation, he said "You have three days to change your mind". Of course he didn't explain I would have to pay them 35% for a cancellation. A customer service rep told him to give us more discounts and he said no. We paid the 5299.00. I will not ever recommend them. I paid it because after looking at the under handed way Joe explained things, I realized we couldn't trust him. It was a huge price for acting in haste and allowing a shady salesman to mislead us. Please think about it before signing a contract with Westshore Homes. Please avoid Joe...

I recently just had a new shower installed in my bathroom. Curt M and Shaun B were the installers and they were both professional and courteous and answered all questions that I had about my installation.

We were very pleased with West Shore Home. Logan H and Renzo M. were very professional, considerate, and friendly. They completed my bathroom in one day as promised. They reviewed the materials with us to make sure it was correct. They were very knowledgeable of the products. They took time to place the fixtures where I wanted them and explain the shower head to me. They didn't mind me being in the bathroom to see how things were going while they were working. The one door gave them a little trouble, but he was patient, kept working on it until he got it perfect! They were respectful of my house, cleaning up everything and not leaving any mess behind. The lifetime warranty is a big plus, just call them and they will come and fix/replace it!

Tyler and his crew replaced 12 windows in our home in one day! Their work was impeccable, they were courteous, respectful of our home and property. They protected furniture, floors and the kitchen sink with drop cloths, washed all my new windows inside and out and vacuumed up any mess inside. Outside there was no trace of any garbage and our old 90’s windows are hauled off for us! I can sit and enjoy my beautiful East Tennessee view thanks to them. Couldn’t ask for a better crew or experience!

The staff was great. They introduced themselves and asked me if I knew what I was getting. They let me inspect door and they wore booties to keep carpet clean. They cleaned up, explained warranty to me. Great service.

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE! THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR SUPPOSED "WHITE GLOVE" WORK. Broke glass from old windows, did not clean up. Left excrement stain on toilet I told them not to use. Did not inform of cutting out old metal frame and let metal filings fill the air while we were in the area. ​Did not replace window sills back to original state. Took months to replace missing screens. Provided a slider screen that does not perform its purpose as it should. Damaged original outside wooden frame. Communication slow, no sense of urgency.​

We had our bathroom remodeled from a bathtub to walk in shower installation. When our bathtub was removed, there wasn't a floor underneath. Our installation team, Nico and Kenzie did an excellent job from start to finish. They built a new floor, removed old wall tiles and installed a beautiful walk in shower that's also handicapped accessible. The team also cleaned up when they finished. We just had our Master Bath remodeled. This was a two day remodel which was completed on time. The men were so professional, considerate and friendly. The team was knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with us. They also checked in with us on how we desired the fixtures on the shower and the space between the walls. Ryan took the time to explain the shower heads, water temperature controls, and how all the shelves lean in for water drainage. They also allowed us to enter the bathroom anytime during the remodel and took the time to stop and let us enjoy the progress of their work. They were fun to deal with and respectful of the parts of the house they had to use and super clean. Anyone needing a remodel can totally trust the team assigned to them to receive quality work be done. Thank you guys!!

We got windows and a front door with storm door. The installation was completed the first day of two. By their departure, they had completed all the windows but 1 large window that needed outside trim and caulk. They cleaned up outside except a few pieces of metal and 1 nail we have found. They broke the corner of a block topping the wall supporting our driveway and didn't say anything. I am certain the salesman showed us triple pane windows however the installed windows look like double paned. So far, they are performing beautifully by reducing heat generated by sun on the western side of the house. We look forward to reduced electric bills to recoup install cost. It was amazing to watch the manner of installation. Each man working on each window performing their specific task.

Caleb & Jared were professional, skilled and knowledgeable. We had some questions before the installation began and they were considerate and helpful in seeking to make us feel confident in the plans. These two gentlemen vacuumed, swept and left the work site clean both days. The plumbing, accessories and product is great. We are excited about the new shower!

This is my first time utilizing this company for services and I am very satisfied. I had the pleasure of having working with Albert and Jocelyn today and they were amazing, very professional, clean, focused, communicated and were very knowledgeable. My salesman was very thorough in explaining materials and what to expect. I was not pressured which is such a relief. Trying to get a walk in shower before Mom comes home from hospital. I was assured it could be done and it was. I was pleased that all appointments were on time. Jasper and Jay my installers were so polite and careful to keep the noise down as much as possible and left everything so neat.

Due to aging parents, it was time to convert from a tub to shower. The process was very easy. They walked us through each step and took their time explaining all the options. The installers were on time and very courteous. They didn't mind my barking dog. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job with clean-up.

Your company sent Chad and Cam ** out the first day. They changed the tub in one bath room to a new tub. Work was excellent. Both were pleasant and worked hard and constant. The second day the tub in second bathroom was changed to a tub. Work ethic the same as first day. Workers second day was Chad and Thomez. West Shore's products are very good. Your plans and specials were good for me. I needed a shower to prevent falls out of the tub. The products are so nice. Wonderful to look at and use. The installers worked steady careful and cleaned up everything. Checked with me, where to put the shelves and grab bars. Gave me guidance, when I was unsure. I am very happy with the over all work provided and how comfortable Chad and Cam made me throughout this whole project as well as thomez.

After several close calls from getting in and out of the tub, it was time to do tub-to-shower conversions in both bathrooms. I had seen the West Shore ads on TV for over a year. So I gave them a call. The sales team worked with us for best quality selections, and a price and could afford, since we are retired. Less than a week later, a two smiling faces arrived, on time, to begin our conversations! Very polite and considerate, Derek and Sean prepped the spaces, and laid down protective flooring.

The team did a great job for my Papaw! The showers look crisp and solidly replaced, the quality is well, the work was timely and inspected! The clean up was better than it was before! Cost is a touch on higher side but the work and quality is worth it! We recommend!

It took over a year to decide what company we wanted to replace all the doors and windows in our home. (14 windows,9 doors.) It was a giant project and these guys knocked it out of the park!! From the beginning, with Matt to the install team, (Tanner, Kadin, William, James and Shawn ), the experience had been great! They instilled trust and confidence. I am so pleased with the complete remodel of my bathroom. Original cast iron bathtub from 1952 to new walk in shower. In addition I had a new toilet. New sink and new vanity as well as new flooring installed. Fantastic crew and in just two days it was completed.

Samuel was a real workhorse. He worked continuously, efficiently, and quickly to make sure everything was done correctly. He asked me (a vertically challenged person) to come in so the grab bars and the shower slide were mounted at a good height for me. He did the same with the shower curtain rod. He gave us the care instructions before leaving. Rubin came out before to give us an estimate and tell us what options were available to us. He gave an extremely detailed description of each option and let us see pictures of all of them. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly design consultant. We are very happy with our new shower.

I reached out for a free quote on 4 windows to be replaced. Someone came to my house that day. One of the windows was very large and I was told it would probably be closer to the 8 week mark before they were able to get it in. They were at my house 4 weeks later. It did take them all day (11 hours), but they finished the job including all clean up in that day. My installers (Ram and Isaiah) were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company for window replacements.

We had a little problem. The bathtub drain was completely stopped up. And we had to get that fixed and then we called and got put on the schedule. Mike and Reed came back to do the job. And they did a great job. They made it look great.
