Had my patio door installed today and the work was incredible, even after they ran into a few issues once the door was removed. The techs were so nice and I’ll be using them again in the future without a doubt.

I’m very happy with the bathroom remodel, and even more thrilled that I was able to get the bath in my second bathroom replaced included. But undoubtedly the best part of the experience were the people. Calvin is more than a sales rep, he is a super supportive point of contact. Greyson, Brad, Ben, James, Nate, Hunter and Landon were fast, professional and friendly. Greyson is a phenomenal team leader. The work was done so well and so quickly that I was astonished. Truly worth the investment.

My experience with West Shore Homes was unacceptable. They installed a shower that is effectively unusable, as the hot water lasts no more than ten minutes. This issue did not exist prior to the installation, and there have been no changes to any other hot water sources in my home. Although a technician was sent to address the issue, the problem was not resolved. I was also required to pay a $125 labor fee, which was not refunded despite the lack of resolution. I was subsequently informed that West Shore Homes’ purported “master plumbers” were unable to correct the issue and was referred to an outside plumber at my own expense.

Guillermo & Maliki were great. They knew how to do the job and did it in a professional manner. Great work. The young men were very good at their jobs. We are very satisfied with the end result. Very respectful and professional, responsible for their work.

Everyone wants you to write a review after they complete your bathroom. Yes, you're excited to have something new and it does look beautiful at first. Well I like to wait a minute to see and get a good c perspective of it all. August 2024 I had my Small bathroom redone. Now, I have mold all around my shower and drain (caulking). I have to clean it every day. It's slippery as heck when I clean it and almost fell a few times even with the mat (so I don't). Cheap materials.

Working with West Shore Homes was a good experience overall. They took the time to complete a quote making sure we understood every aspect of the design. One of the best features of working with them is that that guarantee their work for life and can be passed on to the next owner of my home when the time comes. A great feature for resale of our home. The installers made sure we were satisfied with their work and made sure to keep the home clear of any construction debris from the install.

The initial contact people were very thorough and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to wait long to be scheduled. The work crew completed the shower in one day. It was a three person crew that knew what they were doing. The finished product is great! I highly recommend this company. They have a very attractive financing program.

My new bathroom is beautiful! I’m so happy with West Shore. Charles, Jose and Kelly completed my bathroom in one day and; they did a wonderful job cleaning up. The team took time to answer my questions. I was very pleased with their service.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get the cost where we wanted it. When the installers came they were professional and worked all day to ensure the job was completed. They kept all areas clean and the finished product is beautiful.

The customer service is horrible! I purchased a home that had the product they installed. I called with a year of installation and they said "the owner died and we don't cover anything." Spray water in the handle caps and see what comes out! Disgusting black goop. I suspect it's mold.

West Shore Homes is a scam. We had front door and screen door replaced. The hardware hasn’t worked in a year. We got approximately $2500 in materials but paid $7000. We’re still waiting for them to address our concerns.

From the consultation to the installation, my experience was excellent. Scott addressed all my concerns during the consultation and David and Rob, who worked outside in freezing temperatures were great. All were very customer focused in performing their jobs. My mom loves her new shower.

My in-laws at the time or in their 80s early 80s when they got West Shores to come out and convert their tub over to a shower of course it was supposed to be two people end up being one person took them all day long. They did in one day just took them 14 hours to do it of course my in-laws did not have a shower or a bathroom to use while these people are in their house. This second person was supposed to come out, never showed up because we have well water here a septic tank. We told them multiple times the caulk they use was not gonna work. It will turn yellow because of the hardness of the water, of course they didn’t want to listen and we had a replace.

My new shower installers, Derek G. & Angel A. were on time and very nice young men! They knew what had to be done and ripped out my old shower and threw all the trash into their van. The installation was done very good. I am extremely happy with these two installers from West Shore! They were very courteous and treated me very nice! Wish there could be more good workers like them. I will give both of them an “A++++”.

Did a very good job. Very personable workers. Very competent workers. Used good materials. Cleaned up all work area. Answered all questions. Did not mind my observing. Were very polite. Respected our home.

We love our new shower. It was installed in 3-24. But we now have some leakage on the bottom track where the silicone is leaking, and lt is leaking out onto the bathroom floor. Last night my rug was soaked. I called West Shore this morning and told them what was happening. They will come and replace the silicone but they will also charge me $125.00 to do it. I told them, no we will do it ourselves. We spent over $16,000.00 to have this shower done. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to pay for them to come out and apply some silicone.

West Shore did great work remodeling our shore. Installation was scheduled quickly. Salesman did a great job explaining different options. The only reason we gave a 4 rating is we were promised a hand held shower by the salesman. What was installed was a regular shower head. Tried to contact the salesman but no return call.

I had my bathroom shower and floors replaced after a recent leak. I thought about getting an independent contractor to do the work, but at the last minute, decided to go with Westshore after reading the reviews. It appears, that was a wise decision. The install went great. There were no issues. There were no unexpected surprises, and I love the final results. And key for me is that I can call Westshore if there are any issues and know that it will be resolved timely.

West Shore Home did a wonderful job installing my new windows! The windows look fantastic, all the old windows were taken, and the house clean! The initial salesman was also very helpful. I recommend West Shore Home!

West Shore did a fantastic job on our bathtub to shower conversion. We are really pleased. Our installers did a great job. Derek G and Eduardo were very knowledgeable and open to my questions. Derek walked me through everything I needed to know about the project and what to do if I needed assistance. I would definitely recommend these two.

I was given a quote and even though the project took much longer than anticipated, the quote was firm and the job completed beautifully. Everyone was friendly and polite. Only complaint was my water pressure was lower than before the new shower was installed.

Staff was great. Always available to chat with and never had to wait. Very customer conscientious and felt like I was the only customer. Thanks to Chad (team lead), Damion, and Johnathan for their hard work.

Alyson was able to come out at the start of the month and at the end of the month Hunter and Orlando were able to complete the shower remodel in 2 days. I was always kept in the loop and alerted when anything came up. Would highly recommend West Shore Homes.

We felt very comfortable with the initial salesperson. The installation crew of Ian and Ty were wonderful. They took time to explain what they were going to and then did an overview after. Ian and Ty were wonderful.

The technician was very professional and arrive at the destination on time. I was very pleased with his service. I will suggest WestShore again to all of my friends and neighbors. This remodel job is complete.

The experience with West Shore Home was exactly what we were hoping for. I wish we would have found them sooner! The work we wanted done was to replace a tile shower in a tiny home. Everything went as promised and we love our new shower! The installation team, Kevin and Rigo were diligent, tireless and great at what they do! Lane, the local sales, was also great at communicating with us and responding to customer service concerns! I highly recommend this company for your bathroom remodel needs!

We were very impressed with the installers. They were very efficient, had a great work ethic and knew exactly what they were doing. Gavin and Noah went the extra mile by cleaning up, reviewing the finished product, and making sure we got what we wanted. Our shower looks awesome!

We had West Shore replace all of our windows. From the beginning with Cory in sales to the end of the install with Matt and his crew, all of these guys were a pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly. They worked a really long day and you could tell these guys were trained well and they all worked really well together. They knew their jobs well and did an amazing job protecting our floors from broken glass and picked every shard up outside as well. We will definitely have West Shore back on our next project!
