Amazing crew. Justin, Jeeves, Jamal, Paul, Jon, Wesley, Diego, Juan, Carlos this crew was fast, efficient, polite, and very helpful when asked questions on the work. Any future projects, I’m requesting this crew and this company, our sales rep Alondra was amazing. Thank you West Shore family. I have already recommended this company to my family and friends.

The consultation was great and the team that arrived to do my floors really nailed the job. They quoted two days and they got it all done exactly as promised.

West Shore Home did an amazing job on our bathroom shower. Tomek and Kyle showed up ready to work and very efficient. We will be using them for more repairs at our home. Appreciate the team and look forward to more projects.

I meet with the consultant back in February and it was a great meeting and I chose them over 4 others. We did the credit check and scheduled with their team for the measurements of my windows. He came out and was very nice but as he was measuring my windows there were red flags as he kept complaining about not sure they could do them as a previous contractor had messed them up significantly including the frames. Told me his supervisor would be in touch with me and would schedule another meeting for measurements. About 2 weeks go by I hear nothing so I call in and I finally get a call back.

Joel D. came to our house and explained price and time to complete the job and date the team would start working. We had our old garden tub and small walk in shower removed. We were surprised that it would all be completed one day. Team showed up on time and got right to work. The team explained and answered all of our questions as they did the work. The whole team was very courteous. The job was completed in six hours. The team did an outstanding job cleaning up. Cleaned the countertops and sweep the floor and picked up the carpet runners and vacuumed the carpet. We were briefed not to use the shower for 24 hours. The team did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the work that West Shore Homes accomplished.

I had a bathroom remodel to the tune of $21,000.00 for a partial remodel. I felt I was bamboozled but went for it anyway. After the work was done, I decided to replace the register which left a 1/8” gap between the floor tile and the the bottom part of the register. I asked West Shore for help in filling in that gap, and they refused, saying it was done post installation. I need 1 piece of tile to make it right, which I can only get from them to match the rest of the floor. They need to come to address another issue under the warranty, but refuse to help me with the floor, after giving me a1/2 bathroom for $21,000 which leaves us to complete the rest. It’s another case of buyer be aware. I will not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor customer service!

The entire crew was courteous, professional, and technically proficient in their duties and work! It was a job well-done! The crew cleaned up after themselves and explained the warranty as well as left a copy of the warranty. They also ensured I had copies of the energy efficiency labelings for the tax man. A complete job!

Today I had a new front door and a storm door installed by Taylan J & Ty B. They were the nicest, friendliest and most professional installers I have ever had. They ensured that everything was done correctly down to every last little detail. They cleaned up after they finished, took every bit of scrap and my old doors away. I am so pleased at the way the new doors look on my house, and I have already received compliments on it! Thank you Taylan & Ty and Westshore.

We are so happy with the final results. All the gentlemen that came were very nice and cleaned up everything after they were done. Also they explained everything they were doing!! Was an excellent experience.

Cameron F, Cameron W. and Yusmel D. Installed 2 beautiful steel doors. They were very detail oriented and really pleasant with us and each other. I am very happy with the results. They made sure the fit was superb, no light around the door at all.

The installation was done in 1 day which was the only good thing about this. I have had to have someone come out and replace the caulking MULTIPLE TIMES because of black spots that keep showing up, dripping from the terrible quality hand rails. The employee who serviced my shower told me that this is an issue and they got new material. It has since happened and actually has gotten worse. I could have paid less to get my entire bathroom remodeled than I did for this shower alone.

Alex and Alexander did a superb job of installing and clean up. They made sure that the new door fit perfectly and that I was informed of the warranty. Great job

West Shore Home did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. We cannot speak highly enough about Jason's and Dan's professionalism, craftsmanship and expertise. Our bathroom was done in a day and a half and couldn't be happier.

We had the most wonderful experience with West Shore, Brandy, Bryon C, Eric O and Randall. They are so polite and friendly. I felt completely safe and cared for. They always arrived on time, explained the plan and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you so much for the most wonderful experience. My new floors are beautiful.

Loved the way my new shower and toilet look. I know my floor is so much better now that Drew repaired all the damaged wood. Aman did an awesome job as well. Those two work well together. My family loves the colors we picked out. We couldn’t have done that without John. These people are very professional from beginning to end. If you want a remodel or help with other stuff in your home call them. They will get the job done and done right.

West Shore Home did renovations on 2 of our bathrooms. We are very happy! The team was professional, courteous, timely and friendly. They answered all of our questions respectfully. I would highly recommend West Shore Home for a renovation. I also would like to give a huge thank you to the team! Gavin, Kyle, Eric in the upstairs and Justin, Alvaro and Blake in the downstairs! Gabriel E and Amari arrived when expected, worked quietly and diligently to tear out our old tile shower, do repairs and install a new custom acrylic shower. They cleaned up and gave clear instructions before leaving.

Very punctual and the nicest guys. Jimmy, Aaron and Raul were so polite and did a great job on new shower install. They cleaned up everything and left my room better than they found it. I would recommend them to anyone. They finished in 7 1/2 hours. My shower is beautiful.

I wouldn’t use this place again. We spent $10,000, and are very unhappy. We had new exterior doors installed. They brought out the wrong front screen door, and the rear door was installed wrong. They came out for a total of 3 times. The asst manager was supposed to call me and never did. The front door still pops when opening and closing. The rear door has cold air blowing through it. I wish we had never called them. After a couple months the manager still has not reached out to me. If you use them, I wish you luck.

Pleased with an amazing install by team (Steven & Rishard) that was completed 1/29/26. It was a full 2-day install done with skill, precision and care to re-do a custom shower with cultured marble. The team was considerate of my home and the existing contents surrounding their work area. They cared & listened to my concerns/needs. Also, Steven & Rishard executed an immaculate clean-up afterwards. I would welcome this team into my home again for other projects. Cost is higher than average and it's not easy to receive a detailed receipt of the cost breakdown of the project justifying the total.

Ben and Andrew installed three windows at my house. They did an excellent job inside and out! They also covered up flooring and counters next to the windows they replaced. Great job cleaning up after windows were installed. Also, West Shore Home managers stopped by during the installation process to make sure everything was going well. That made me feel like my job being only three windows was important to them. Very satisfied!

West Shore Home did an amazing job on our bathroom and shower remodel. The technicians showed up on time and did their work with precision. They were very personable and everything went by the numbers. We’re very pleased with the outcome and are excited to do our other bathroom with West Shore next year! Five stars all around.

Had my patio door installed today and the work was incredible, even after they ran into a few issues once the door was removed. The techs were so nice and I’ll be using them again in the future without a doubt.

I’m very happy with the bathroom remodel, and even more thrilled that I was able to get the bath in my second bathroom replaced included. But undoubtedly the best part of the experience were the people. Calvin is more than a sales rep, he is a super supportive point of contact. Greyson, Brad, Ben, James, Nate, Hunter and Landon were fast, professional and friendly. Greyson is a phenomenal team leader. The work was done so well and so quickly that I was astonished. Truly worth the investment.

My experience with West Shore Homes was unacceptable. They installed a shower that is effectively unusable, as the hot water lasts no more than ten minutes. This issue did not exist prior to the installation, and there have been no changes to any other hot water sources in my home. Although a technician was sent to address the issue, the problem was not resolved. I was also required to pay a $125 labor fee, which was not refunded despite the lack of resolution. I was subsequently informed that West Shore Homes’ purported “master plumbers” were unable to correct the issue and was referred to an outside plumber at my own expense.

Guillermo & Maliki were great. They knew how to do the job and did it in a professional manner. Great work. The young men were very good at their jobs. We are very satisfied with the end result. Very respectful and professional, responsible for their work.

Everyone wants you to write a review after they complete your bathroom. Yes, you're excited to have something new and it does look beautiful at first. Well I like to wait a minute to see and get a good c perspective of it all. August 2024 I had my Small bathroom redone. Now, I have mold all around my shower and drain (caulking). I have to clean it every day. It's slippery as heck when I clean it and almost fell a few times even with the mat (so I don't). Cheap materials.
