West Shore did great work remodeling our shore. Installation was scheduled quickly. Salesman did a great job explaining different options. The only reason we gave a 4 rating is we were promised a hand held shower by the salesman. What was installed was a regular shower head. Tried to contact the salesman but no return call.

I had my bathroom shower and floors replaced after a recent leak. I thought about getting an independent contractor to do the work, but at the last minute, decided to go with Westshore after reading the reviews. It appears, that was a wise decision. The install went great. There were no issues. There were no unexpected surprises, and I love the final results. And key for me is that I can call Westshore if there are any issues and know that it will be resolved timely.

West Shore Home did a wonderful job installing my new windows! The windows look fantastic, all the old windows were taken, and the house clean! The initial salesman was also very helpful. I recommend West Shore Home!

West Shore did a fantastic job on our bathtub to shower conversion. We are really pleased. Our installers did a great job. Derek G and Eduardo were very knowledgeable and open to my questions. Derek walked me through everything I needed to know about the project and what to do if I needed assistance. I would definitely recommend these two.

I was given a quote and even though the project took much longer than anticipated, the quote was firm and the job completed beautifully. Everyone was friendly and polite. Only complaint was my water pressure was lower than before the new shower was installed.

Staff was great. Always available to chat with and never had to wait. Very customer conscientious and felt like I was the only customer. Thanks to Chad (team lead), Damion, and Johnathan for their hard work.

Alyson was able to come out at the start of the month and at the end of the month Hunter and Orlando were able to complete the shower remodel in 2 days. I was always kept in the loop and alerted when anything came up. Would highly recommend West Shore Homes.

We felt very comfortable with the initial salesperson. The installation crew of Ian and Ty were wonderful. They took time to explain what they were going to and then did an overview after. Ian and Ty were wonderful.

The technician was very professional and arrive at the destination on time. I was very pleased with his service. I will suggest WestShore again to all of my friends and neighbors. This remodel job is complete.

The experience with West Shore Home was exactly what we were hoping for. I wish we would have found them sooner! The work we wanted done was to replace a tile shower in a tiny home. Everything went as promised and we love our new shower! The installation team, Kevin and Rigo were diligent, tireless and great at what they do! Lane, the local sales, was also great at communicating with us and responding to customer service concerns! I highly recommend this company for your bathroom remodel needs!

We were very impressed with the installers. They were very efficient, had a great work ethic and knew exactly what they were doing. Gavin and Noah went the extra mile by cleaning up, reviewing the finished product, and making sure we got what we wanted. Our shower looks awesome!

We had West Shore replace all of our windows. From the beginning with Cory in sales to the end of the install with Matt and his crew, all of these guys were a pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly. They worked a really long day and you could tell these guys were trained well and they all worked really well together. They knew their jobs well and did an amazing job protecting our floors from broken glass and picked every shard up outside as well. We will definitely have West Shore back on our next project!

I was pleased by every person I dealt with from Trey ** who helped with my choices and expediting the project to Guilleamo and Jacob they completed my bathroom. They all went above and beyond. They made sure that they left my home clean and were a pleasure to deal with.

The team that did the work over the 2 days were great to work with. They were on time. Left no mess. Cleaned up everything when done. I would use them again. Love the new bathroom. My son who uses it is very happy.

Kyle, Evan, and Raul were very knowledgeable and did a great job. They made sure everything was accurately ordered and installed within the given time frame. Overall, we are very impressed with the results!

Amazing team. Eric N and Tristan V came in on a Saturday for my bathroom remodel and did a fantastic job. Very respectful and hardworking guys. Highly recommend to anyone looking to update their shower. 10 out of 10.

Great crew and did a fantastic job. The bathrooms look just like I would have hoped. The work was done in a quick manner and the materials were top notch. So glad we made this choice with them. We also got a second bathroom for the price of one and the workers were so good to help keep the house as clean as they could. Great guys and a great crew. Will use them again for future projects.

⭐️ 1 Star. I had French doors installed by West Shore Home, and the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After installation, I discovered that half of the required screws were missing from the bolts that secure the doors, which is a serious quality and safety concern. On top of that, the insulation around the doors was poorly done, and the doors began fogging, indicating a seal failure.

Guillermo and Angelo did an amazing job on my tub to shower conversion. Very professional polite and hard and clean installers. I am very happy with the result of the shower. The only disadvantage is I have to wait 24 hours to use it but that's okay.

The three installers (Yosmeld D., Bryan D. And Leo A.) did a great job with my front door installation. They arrived timely, kept me informed on the install process/progress, were polite, kind and left my entry way neat and tidy. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The door looks fantastic too!

West Shore Homes provided excellent service. We had three bathrooms completed in one week. Our crew heads Drew and John completed the job with only a few minor issues related to product defects. They handled the situations calmly and professionally. The company addressed all concerns and efficiently handled each issue. Thank you West Shore for three beautiful bathroom renovations. The favorite part of our master bathroom is the large walk in shower. We chose to not have a door and just use a shower curtain. I’m happy we did. We even recommended West Shore to our neighbor who just had them complete his bathroom bedroom.

Awesome job, from start to finish. Placed floor protective covers from front door to work area. Explained to me exactly what they were going to do step by step, completed the job in time promised. Explained how to use and clean the shower.

Love the installers! Xaviar led the team. David, Eric, and Walter worked together like a well-oiled machine. Each had their own gift. The new shower is great, the seat and grab bars will make staying in our home very accessible.

My husband and I appreciate the work Matt K, Juan, Josh, Luis, and Haden A did on the new flooring. I pointed out some discrepancies and the team immediately took care of my concerns. The work was completed faster than expected without sacrificing quality. The manager arrived onsite to gain feedback on our experience during the process which we also appreciated.

Joey **, Nate ** installed our windows today and I will say each and every one of them was professional, curious and accommodating as much as could be. 85 year old mother in law, not in her best health. We asked that they leave 2 windows in her room ho until about noon to allow her to take care of her usual morning routine. Meds, etc... Both Gina and I are very pleased with the complete job from beginning to end. Great guys and would recommend them to family and friends to do the job needed. Fantastic teamwork on their part. We thank them. Great experience even with the cold today.

We had our main bathroom from tub to shower replaced. Our first installers were Kris S. and Guillermo B. They were neat, clean and thorough in their work. The second day we had (as this was a two day job) Orlando V. and Dayanara H. They finished the final touches and were fantastic!! Their attention to detail was excellent. We would highly recommend Westshore.
