The sales pitch was not hard core and I could have taken to take a year to decide and the quote would be good. I elected to go ahead. They help with financing that I was felt comfortable with for starting out. While they may be more expensive than some other places. I recommend you at least get a quote from them.

We had both our tub shower in one bathroom and the shower in the master bathroom redone by West Shore. Each took one full day and turned out very nice with just a few minor hiccups. Somehow the actual style of acrylic walls for the hall bathroom we ordered were not brought with them and we ended up actually preferring what they brought over our pick. But because of that we had to change hardware and the sliding doors had to be backordered so a rod was temporarily put up so we could use the shower.

We are very happy with our new walk in shower installation. After making a call to West Shore that same day, we met Jackie, a wonderful representation of this company. She went over the product and explained installation process, answered all our questions. We have done several updates to our home and it is our feeling after every presentation we wait and talk about it overnight and discuss products etc., we don’t make a quick decision because of the expense we want it right. We contacted Jackie the next day, decided to upgrade to brushed nickel over chrome because everything I have is brushed nickel.

We were in the market to replace our front entrance door with side windows along with replacing our rear door with a sliding glass door. I saw an add in our neighborhood website for West Shore Home that pictured different style entry doors. I called and scheduled an appointment that was made the next day. Daniel Haugh came and went over all the designs and explained the operational features of the material that is used on all door installs. We selected our door and design of the glass and other features. It was a non pressure experience. West Shore called to setup an install date that was to our convenience. Received an email prior to the install date with a 0800 to 1000 arrival time. The installers arrived at 0800.

We were very pleased with our experience with West Shore Homes from start to finish. Ronald L. came out and gave us a free estimate. Gave us a plenty of options and worked with us to get a solution that was within our price range. Fredie came out and got percise measurements, tested for lead paint, and made sure we were all set to have the doors custom fit for the house. James P. and Simmon C. were our installers and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Very professional and respectful of our property, cleaned everything up and took the time to go over everything after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

We had 2 crews doing 2 bathroom showers in 1 day. They were Mitch & Amari and Alex & Franco. Professional, thorough, courteous. Our home as clean when they left as it did when they came. Worked from 8-5 to finish both installations. We were very pleased.

The replacement door looks great and the colors match the house color both inside and outside. The replacement doesn’t leak like the old door. The door is also easier to open. The old door sag and and was too hard to open. Thank You.

Guillermo and Kris were working hard to complete the job. They did a great a job! When finished the installation, cleaned everything. Also, I was explained how to take the shower, and wait at least 24 hours.
