How does West Shore Home work?
First, you submit an online form. A representative will immediately call to ask a few questions about the project. Windows

The windows are energy-rated, double-paned and vinyl framed. In certain locations, West Shore Homes also offers triple-pane glass.
Doors
West Shore Homes will replace, install or fix any door that is an entry to the house, including front, back, side, patio and a door that leads from the garage to the interior. It does not fix interior doors, such as to the bedroom or kitchen, or garage doors. In some states, it can install pet doors. Although made from fiberglass or steel, doors can be made to look like wood.
Bathrooms
Bathrooms are West Shore Home’s specialty. The company can replace toilets, remodel bathtubs or showers or provide full remodeling of the entire room, including sinks, vanities and flooring. It offers design software so customers can input their ideas or provide templates.
West Shore Home also offers walk-in tub installation in over 20 states. Those with limited mobility can upgrade their bathroom to include a walk-in tub with low-threshold entry and exit, grab bars and built-in seating.

West Shore Home installed new windows to my home today. They team of installers arrived on time as scheduled. The installers led by Keifer (unsure if spelled correctly) were great - respectful, efficient and completed the installation in a timely manner. The windows - an updated version from the original looked really beautiful with the black trim that stand out perfectly. I am thankful for my decision to sign up with WestShore instead of the other window company I originally thought of making business with. A couple of things that were not completed though - snap trims to the upper section of the 2 front windows and the inability to replace the window coverings. Overall, my experience with WestShoreHome was above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend WestShore Home to others for their excellent customer service and workmanship.

Working with Westshore Homes on our bathroom remodel was a great experience. They were very responsive from the moment we first reached out through completion of the project. We received a quote and financing approval on the same day, and the work was completed within 2 weeks from when we first contacted them. Cody and Mickey were very professional, did great work, and left the space cleaner than they found it.

After arriving on time as scheduled, team lead Adrian verified work to be done with me which was replacement of three 2nd floor windows. While we talked, Ethan and Mike went to work setting up to begin. All three were professional and courteous and willing to answer any questions I had. When finished, they reviewed proper care and operation of the windows. All work was excellent and room was clean. I was very happy and impressed. Thank you all for a job well done. I would recommend West Shore to anyone asking.

Joel D. came to our house and explained price and time to complete the job and date the team would start working. We had our old garden tub and small walk in shower removed. We were surprised that it would all be completed one day. Team showed up on time and got right to work. The team explained and answered all of our questions as they did the work. The whole team was very courteous. The job was completed in six hours. The team did an outstanding job cleaning up. Cleaned the countertops and sweep the floor and picked up the carpet runners and vacuumed the carpet. We were briefed not to use the shower for 24 hours. The team did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the work that West Shore Homes accomplished.

Today I had a new front door and a storm door installed by Taylan J & Ty B. They were the nicest, friendliest and most professional installers I have ever had. They ensured that everything was done correctly down to every last little detail. They cleaned up after they finished, took every bit of scrap and my old doors away. I am so pleased at the way the new doors look on my house, and I have already received compliments on it! Thank you Taylan & Ty and Westshore.
Yesterday Shay & Seth started on my master bath renovation. They carried everything in (it was a lot!) and started on the demolition. They took everything old out and cleaned up. The new plumbing and shower walls were completed by the end of the day. They returned the next day (same day as the new doors) on time and ready to work. The communication, professionalism, positive attitude and friendliness was top notch. I was asked where I wanted things installed in the shower. I couldn’t ask for 2 better bath installers than what I had. They actually cared about their work and making sure I loved my new bath! Thank you Shay & Seth for being the best of the best! Needed a repair done. Guillermo and Jacob came in to repair 2 wing walls. Now the bathroom is all finished. They did a good detailed job... Everything was perfectly cleaned up. They were both very polite and on time. It is a beautiful finished bathroom now.

The first salesman had absolutely no idea what he was talking about when it came to windows, it was apparent that he was just trying to make a sale. Luckily, another guy stepped in and was able to help. The real problem was during the installation. While removing one of the old windows, they destroyed my wall. They offered a $200 discount, which is pitiful for the damage they did. They also knew the house was supposed to be listed on the market within a few days and were unwilling to have someone fix it on short notice.

I was looking for a walk in tub, and West Shore Home advertised often on the local station. A salesman came right out. He spent over 2 hours measuring everything and going over options. The 1st quote was $52,000! I said what for--it's a bathtub!!! The next quote was $42,000--good for 3 day! Then the same day quote was $37,000, sign today. I got a quote from another company which was $23,000. I believe West Shore Home's HIGH PRICES are to pay for their advertising. Walk in tubs costs shouldn't be more than $15,000 -- especially if you are just replacing a existing tub with a walk in tub. BUYER BEWARE!!
