Working with West Shore Homes was a good experience overall. They took the time to complete a quote making sure we understood every aspect of the design. One of the best features of working with them is that that guarantee their work for life and can be passed on to the next owner of my home when the time comes. A great feature for resale of our home. The installers made sure we were satisfied with their work and made sure to keep the home clear of any construction debris from the install.

The initial contact people were very thorough and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to wait long to be scheduled. The work crew completed the shower in one day. It was a three person crew that knew what they were doing. The finished product is great! I highly recommend this company. They have a very attractive financing program.

My new bathroom is beautiful! I’m so happy with West Shore. Charles, Jose and Kelly completed my bathroom in one day and; they did a wonderful job cleaning up. The team took time to answer my questions. I was very pleased with their service.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get the cost where we wanted it. When the installers came they were professional and worked all day to ensure the job was completed. They kept all areas clean and the finished product is beautiful.

The customer service is horrible! I purchased a home that had the product they installed. I called with a year of installation and they said "the owner died and we don't cover anything." Spray water in the handle caps and see what comes out! Disgusting black goop. I suspect it's mold.

West Shore Homes is a scam. We had front door and screen door replaced. The hardware hasn’t worked in a year. We got approximately $2500 in materials but paid $7000. We’re still waiting for them to address our concerns.

From the consultation to the installation, my experience was excellent. Scott addressed all my concerns during the consultation and David and Rob, who worked outside in freezing temperatures were great. All were very customer focused in performing their jobs. My mom loves her new shower.

My in-laws at the time or in their 80s early 80s when they got West Shores to come out and convert their tub over to a shower of course it was supposed to be two people end up being one person took them all day long. They did in one day just took them 14 hours to do it of course my in-laws did not have a shower or a bathroom to use while these people are in their house. This second person was supposed to come out, never showed up because we have well water here a septic tank. We told them multiple times the caulk they use was not gonna work. It will turn yellow because of the hardness of the water, of course they didn’t want to listen and we had a replace.

My new shower installers, Derek G. & Angel A. were on time and very nice young men! They knew what had to be done and ripped out my old shower and threw all the trash into their van. The installation was done very good. I am extremely happy with these two installers from West Shore! They were very courteous and treated me very nice! Wish there could be more good workers like them. I will give both of them an “A++++”.

Did a very good job. Very personable workers. Very competent workers. Used good materials. Cleaned up all work area. Answered all questions. Did not mind my observing. Were very polite. Respected our home.

We love our new shower. It was installed in 3-24. But we now have some leakage on the bottom track where the silicone is leaking, and lt is leaking out onto the bathroom floor. Last night my rug was soaked. I called West Shore this morning and told them what was happening. They will come and replace the silicone but they will also charge me $125.00 to do it. I told them, no we will do it ourselves. We spent over $16,000.00 to have this shower done. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to pay for them to come out and apply some silicone.

West Shore did great work remodeling our shore. Installation was scheduled quickly. Salesman did a great job explaining different options. The only reason we gave a 4 rating is we were promised a hand held shower by the salesman. What was installed was a regular shower head. Tried to contact the salesman but no return call.

I had my bathroom shower and floors replaced after a recent leak. I thought about getting an independent contractor to do the work, but at the last minute, decided to go with Westshore after reading the reviews. It appears, that was a wise decision. The install went great. There were no issues. There were no unexpected surprises, and I love the final results. And key for me is that I can call Westshore if there are any issues and know that it will be resolved timely.

West Shore Home did a wonderful job installing my new windows! The windows look fantastic, all the old windows were taken, and the house clean! The initial salesman was also very helpful. I recommend West Shore Home!

West Shore did a fantastic job on our bathtub to shower conversion. We are really pleased. Our installers did a great job. Derek G and Eduardo were very knowledgeable and open to my questions. Derek walked me through everything I needed to know about the project and what to do if I needed assistance. I would definitely recommend these two.

I was given a quote and even though the project took much longer than anticipated, the quote was firm and the job completed beautifully. Everyone was friendly and polite. Only complaint was my water pressure was lower than before the new shower was installed.

Staff was great. Always available to chat with and never had to wait. Very customer conscientious and felt like I was the only customer. Thanks to Chad (team lead), Damion, and Johnathan for their hard work.

Alyson was able to come out at the start of the month and at the end of the month Hunter and Orlando were able to complete the shower remodel in 2 days. I was always kept in the loop and alerted when anything came up. Would highly recommend West Shore Homes.

We felt very comfortable with the initial salesperson. The installation crew of Ian and Ty were wonderful. They took time to explain what they were going to and then did an overview after. Ian and Ty were wonderful.

The technician was very professional and arrive at the destination on time. I was very pleased with his service. I will suggest WestShore again to all of my friends and neighbors. This remodel job is complete.

The experience with West Shore Home was exactly what we were hoping for. I wish we would have found them sooner! The work we wanted done was to replace a tile shower in a tiny home. Everything went as promised and we love our new shower! The installation team, Kevin and Rigo were diligent, tireless and great at what they do! Lane, the local sales, was also great at communicating with us and responding to customer service concerns! I highly recommend this company for your bathroom remodel needs!

We were very impressed with the installers. They were very efficient, had a great work ethic and knew exactly what they were doing. Gavin and Noah went the extra mile by cleaning up, reviewing the finished product, and making sure we got what we wanted. Our shower looks awesome!

We had West Shore replace all of our windows. From the beginning with Cory in sales to the end of the install with Matt and his crew, all of these guys were a pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly. They worked a really long day and you could tell these guys were trained well and they all worked really well together. They knew their jobs well and did an amazing job protecting our floors from broken glass and picked every shard up outside as well. We will definitely have West Shore back on our next project!

I was pleased by every person I dealt with from Trey ** who helped with my choices and expediting the project to Guilleamo and Jacob they completed my bathroom. They all went above and beyond. They made sure that they left my home clean and were a pleasure to deal with.

The team that did the work over the 2 days were great to work with. They were on time. Left no mess. Cleaned up everything when done. I would use them again. Love the new bathroom. My son who uses it is very happy.

Great crew and did a fantastic job. The bathrooms look just like I would have hoped. The work was done in a quick manner and the materials were top notch. So glad we made this choice with them. We also got a second bathroom for the price of one and the workers were so good to help keep the house as clean as they could. Great guys and a great crew. Will use them again for future projects.

⭐️ 1 Star. I had French doors installed by West Shore Home, and the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After installation, I discovered that half of the required screws were missing from the bolts that secure the doors, which is a serious quality and safety concern. On top of that, the insulation around the doors was poorly done, and the doors began fogging, indicating a seal failure.

Guillermo and Angelo did an amazing job on my tub to shower conversion. Very professional polite and hard and clean installers. I am very happy with the result of the shower. The only disadvantage is I have to wait 24 hours to use it but that's okay.

The three installers (Yosmeld D., Bryan D. And Leo A.) did a great job with my front door installation. They arrived timely, kept me informed on the install process/progress, were polite, kind and left my entry way neat and tidy. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The door looks fantastic too!

West Shore Homes provided excellent service. We had three bathrooms completed in one week. Our crew heads Drew and John completed the job with only a few minor issues related to product defects. They handled the situations calmly and professionally. The company addressed all concerns and efficiently handled each issue. Thank you West Shore for three beautiful bathroom renovations. The favorite part of our master bathroom is the large walk in shower. We chose to not have a door and just use a shower curtain. I’m happy we did. We even recommended West Shore to our neighbor who just had them complete his bathroom bedroom.

Love the installers! Xaviar led the team. David, Eric, and Walter worked together like a well-oiled machine. Each had their own gift. The new shower is great, the seat and grab bars will make staying in our home very accessible.

My husband and I appreciate the work Matt K, Juan, Josh, Luis, and Haden A did on the new flooring. I pointed out some discrepancies and the team immediately took care of my concerns. The work was completed faster than expected without sacrificing quality. The manager arrived onsite to gain feedback on our experience during the process which we also appreciated.

Joey **, Nate ** installed our windows today and I will say each and every one of them was professional, curious and accommodating as much as could be. 85 year old mother in law, not in her best health. We asked that they leave 2 windows in her room ho until about noon to allow her to take care of her usual morning routine. Meds, etc... Both Gina and I are very pleased with the complete job from beginning to end. Great guys and would recommend them to family and friends to do the job needed. Fantastic teamwork on their part. We thank them. Great experience even with the cold today.

We had our main bathroom from tub to shower replaced. Our first installers were Kris S. and Guillermo B. They were neat, clean and thorough in their work. The second day we had (as this was a two day job) Orlando V. and Dayanara H. They finished the final touches and were fantastic!! Their attention to detail was excellent. We would highly recommend Westshore.

We had 2 crews doing 2 bathroom showers in 1 day. They were Mitch & Amari and Alex & Franco. Professional, thorough, courteous. Our home as clean when they left as it did when they came. Worked from 8-5 to finish both installations. We were very pleased.

The replacement door looks great and the colors match the house color both inside and outside. The replacement doesn’t leak like the old door. The door is also easier to open. The old door sag and and was too hard to open. Thank You.

Guillermo and Kris were working hard to complete the job. They did a great a job! When finished the installation, cleaned everything. Also, I was explained how to take the shower, and wait at least 24 hours.

We had our front door replaced by West Shore. We are very pleased with the door and the workmanship done by Jamal, Will, Alex and Wesley. The four young men came out and did an excellent job. They were very professional and didn’t waste any time. I would highly recommend West Shore. My only suggestion is that they could come down on the price of the doors. They were pretty pricey. Still glad we had it done tho.

Had an issue with the caulk and called customer service who set up an appointment for someone to take care of it. Jansen B came in, fixed issue, cleaned up and it looks brand new. He was friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure to have him work in our home. West Shore Home you got a good employee in Jansen B.

Scammer company- they do very shotty work for unreal amount of money and cheap materials. They also treat their employees like dirt, buyer beware. This company is the worst company, no customer service, don’t stand behind their product

Found this company and their employees to be very professional. Punctual and very service-oriented. Day of installation was very long. Due to a "mis-hap", my glass shower door broke and had to be installed the next day. Orlando came at 8 am and completed the job (and then some). I am very pleased.

TJ our sales consultant, was great. We told him what we needed and he definately delivered. Install team of Cooper and Shonte were terrific, they worked well together. They explained everything that was going on and included my wife who jas MS, when it came to installing the bench and handrails. Will not use anyone else but WEST SHORE HOME for our next project. AAA+++ service from everyone at WEST SHORE!

From the very first phone conversation to the handshake at the end, it was a wonderful experience. Prior to West Shore Homes, I had spoken with several companies regarding window replacements, and each time I spoke with one, I felt more discouraged and disheartened than the one before. Then I discovered West Shore Homes. From the first phone conversation to the salesperson (Matthew **) and the guys (AJ, Ryan, and Dante) who installed the windows, I couldn’t have been more pleased or happier. Their professionalism, knowledge, skill, and dedication to doing a great job are second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again, and I definitely recommend them to everyone. They exceeded my expectations, and that takes a lot.

Griffin, Tommy and Guillermo did a great job! Professional, quick and knowledgeable. My only complaint, probably not their fault, is the shower head spout isn't aligned perfectly. And the shower head I picked out was a water saving spout. I removed the restrictor to get better pressure.

Tyrone, Joe, Quentin did a awesome job on our shower remodel. They keep the job site clean and neat inside and out. Keep us informed through our the day of what was going on. As they need to shut off the water to install new fixtures. They spent time with use on the finishing touches to make sure we liked there placement. Awesome job from start to finish.

The sales pitch was not hard core and I could have taken to take a year to decide and the quote would be good. I elected to go ahead. They help with financing that I was felt comfortable with for starting out. While they may be more expensive than some other places. I recommend you at least get a quote from them.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the installers, Dustin and Mike. They were prompt, friendly and very professional. The final product is exceptional! We replaced a master bath shower with low entry and grab rails.

Great experience from start to finish. Nate P and Jacob B did an excellent job with installation. They took their time to make sure the windows were a perfect fit. I only needed two windows and thought the installation process would move quickly but I was very pleased that they took their time and did it right. The inspection was done right away as well. Overall a great experience and I would definitely call again with any window needs.

I had a complete bathroom replaced with a walk in shower as the safety improvement and an additional upstairs walk in shower as our bonus. Leon was our salesman and he was very clear yet it took 4 hours. We agreed to the BOGO and were very delighted that the install was in a week. The actual install only took two days for a full bathroom and one day for the shower only upstairs. I will say that Mattie was very nice as he listened to an earful from my husband. He made the upstairs right.

We did our small bathroom first to see how it would go. Overall it was a great experience. The installers were great! DJ, Justin, and Dezmand were very professional and very friendly. They did an unbelievable job. They answered all our questions, kept us updated as the job progressed. Cleaned up very nicely before they left. Finish the job early. We are very pleased. We would definitely recommend them again.

I had a awesome team come do a full bath in just one day! Vinnie S., Quan, Marvin, Sam and Anthony were fabulous! They were so careful in my home and some there are small children, they would've come tell us before every loud noise, so not to startle the kids. I was so impressed by their focus and hard work. We required minor adjustments to our shower installation. Tommy was the technician who arrived for our service. He arrived early & was ready to go. Tommy was knowledgeable, friendly, & fixed our issue.

The guys were friendly and very personable, professional, and clean. They were here from 8:30 till 6:00 without a break. To me, that is dedication. I have arthritis and they made sure the grab bars were where I needed them.

The team (Alex, Derek, Robert, & Trace) renovated two bathrooms in our townhouse. We have one shower and one tub, and they replaced both in two days. Our old tub had tile that had broken and grout that was tough to keep clean. Now we have a large single sheet of material for each wall, so a bead of caulk in each corner, and the rest is flat and almost cleans itself. The simulated marble design is much nicer than the simple tiles we had. This is a wonderful update with minimal impact to our lives. Thanks, team!

Omg Ben and his crew were awesome. When I need my last 11 windows done I want the team. Install and clean up was outstanding. Gentlemen were very polite and fun to work with. Answered all questions. Thank for being a great team and easy experience.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. All I wanted to do was redo my bathroom and they tried to charge me $27,000 after the salesperson told me he would match it to the other bids of 18-20,000. All I wanted was my shower redone and my tub taken out. I didn’t want a new floor or a new toilet however in order to get this project done the salesperson told me that I had to remove the flooring and in order to do this because they couldn’t warranty the project without ripping up the floor. The flooring, again there was a catch. If you wanted the floor you had to buy a toilet, which I didn’t need. There was nothing wrong with my toilet. They don’t carry Black vanities so I had to buy my own vanity and I was told that I had to tear out my own vanity. That they couldn’t do it.

Derek G. and Sean C. were very professional, on time and efficient and hardworking. They completed hall bath in one day and master in 2 days. Looks great and great quality of work. NOTE; West Shore had limited options for cabinet heights and does not replace mirrors, drywall or paint as part of renovations. So not really a full renovation per se. Cost seemed about 10% higher than some competition. Very happy with results.

Excellent service and clear explanations about everything in this process. Scott explained step by step what would happen on installation day. The shower looks like it was installed with the house originally. Chad, Michael, and Eduardo were professional throughout the whole process from taking out the old shower and cleaning up afterwards. They answered all our questions and reviewed with us how to take good care of it.

Very professional and friendly, arrived on time, cleaned up after job was finished in a timely manner both days and Dezman was very courteous, was easy to communicate when it came to the option installation.

We had two teams come to our home: Chad & Mike did our new master bath and Angel and Thomaz did our hall bath. Both teams were very respectful of our new carpet and laid out the proper protective fabric for the flooring. The installations happened from 9am - 5pm and no mess was left behind. We appreciated them being patient with how we wanted the hardware placed and the timeliness of the project!

I was satisfied by the shower upgrade that was done by Willie and Chase. They were prompt and professional. West Shore should be proud of these employees. They worked together smoothly as a team and appeared to enjoy what they were doing. It was a refreshing experience.

We had such a great experience with our window installation! Adrieris B., Osmany S., and Oscar were absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and so careful with every detail. They made sure each window fit perfectly and left everything spotless. It’s rare to find a team that works this hard and treats your home with such respect. Kendrick was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Ryan S , Luis, and Kendrick were all very courteous, they took excellent care in doing all of the things they needed to do. They left the house in great condition. No mess for me to clean up! They were all very kind and polite and the best manners.

I wish I could give a 5-star glowing review, but there’s no way. Ageism may be a thing, but from my seat (the one paying for COMPLETE and great work) I can’t say anything except Westshore brand is fortunate to have Tommy. First crew came out to install last week and broke the tile wall on the corner. They apparently tried to kick it in place, or hammer it in. Either way, it broke. Needed another tile wall and there was nine to be found around the area. John Prescott was understanding of the predicament, and while he agreed I should hold up some of the final payment, I imagine he was hoping just as much as me that today would be the final day, and it would be done.

Crew was fast and efficient. Luckily, I had a four person crew with an on-site supervisor. Believe me he watched the process like a hawk. The installation material looked top rate. At firstI rated 4 stars because a ceramic tile towel holder was not bonded back into position, but I changed it to 5 because I was so overjoyed with the finished product that I did not notice the mistake unti after the team left. So I used a bonding agent to secure it. They cleaned the yard and down stares carpet leading to the stairs. One team, all in-house specialist. Mission accomplished.

Westshore Service and installation of our new bathroom was beyond exceptional. From Brandon, our sales agent, to Greg and Cole, our installers, we were extremely pleased. Excellent performance...quality craftsmanship and incredible results. Greg and Cole kept us updated on all points of installation and offered suggestions when we had questions. Great workmanship and much appreciated their continued updates. Have already welcomed neighbors in to view their installation. All have been impressed. Ben and Tim were so professional and polite. The only reason they got a 5 star rating is because a 10 star was not available. They honestly should get a raise regardless of what they are being paid. I would recommend them to anyone. Their work is top tier.

Matt W. came out and was very personable, efficient and made sure that I was satisfied before he left. He cleaned up after and left my house looking like he never came and installed windows! I’ve never had this great of service before from other companies. Matt had pride in his workmanship and in this day and time that is hard to find. We had a new double door (French door or patio door) installed. Brian C. and Erick O. were very professional and did an excellent job, they were an excellent team, they bounced ideas between them and clean the work area after they were done.

This was the fourth project we’ve had done by West Shore by this time. The experience has been good and confidence-building each time. We’ve had the same sales/technical rep (William **) for all projects and he is engaging, VERY thorough, and extremely patient with all our questions and uncertainties. I won’t lie… the price tag has made me gulp a couple of times, but in the end, we have been thrilled with the end result. Extreme quality of the product, with fit and finish meeting the highest standards.

Shelica came to house and we had a great and honest conversation (not my first renovation quote), offered me financing, scheduled the installation for the very next week and it was totally painless and easy. Very professional and friendly. Great people to work with. Even though it took most of the day - a sliding glass door is not a "drop-in" job, the final result was excellent. I am a little disappointed with your company because we had a quote for window replacement done a couple weeks in Beverly Hills and we came up with an agreement. The total was $9511 with a loan through Green Sky. After going over the paperwork and seeing the interest at 24.9 % for the length of the loan putting the interest collected at 14,000, even though the payments were deferred for 18 months, the interest is still incurring. So I tried calling the rep that came out, I believe it was Jason or Josh, but he never called back, so I called your company and again no called back. So I contacted Green Sky and cancelled the loan. I called your company again and got through to tell you we cancelled the loan, but want to pay cash. I have called and left several messages. Not sure why you aren't calling back, but I am saying that is no way to treat a customer that likes your product, but you don't want to pick up the phone and make a call

They completed two bathrooms in four days! They asked questions instead of just going on with the job. Everything was finished just how we wanted it. They cleaned up after themselves making minimal dust and dirt. They put down tarps to walk on. The workers were courteous and friendly. When they arrived (on time) they started the job immediately and maybe took a break during the day and continued until they left. Four days to completely do two bathrooms! They both look beautiful and well constructed.

What a nightmare, the project started on Aug 4, and just finished today after all the issues from the ** team that did our main bathroom. We were pleased with Nathan ** the salesman. He was amazing. The main bathroom shower was not sealed with calk, so water just pour out, leaking pipes under the sink, the baseboards were only partially replaced with new even though he had enough to do the complete room, very lazy, left several times, was here 10 plus hours each time and still did a terrible job.

We love our new door! 3 technicians came out and they were so pleasant and professional- they were Thomas **, Abryon ** and Stephen **. They worked all day and the attention to detail was fantastic. You could tell they cared about their job. The cost was a little on the high side but well worth it…I would recommend!

Be careful when dealing with West Shore bath remodeling. After reading the contract I decided to cancel the contract within the three day revocation. A few days later I received a threatening phone call from a West Shore rep stating that if I thought this was over, I was wrong. I received another call stating the product manager had started to prepare for the bathroom remodel. I informed this rep that I canceled the contract. While on vacation I received email notice I was being charged a fee because I didn’t cancel within the contractual time. Fortunately, a company spokesperson received and reviewed my email notifications and corrected this mistake. Read, read and read the entire document before signing a West Shore contract. It could be a costly mistake otherwise.

We had an old bathtub replaced with a walk in shower. Keegan and Rick arrived on time and got right to work The plumbing had been leaking so they had to replace some studs and floor joists. They were very professional and well skilled at their jobs. They took time to answer any questions we had and went through the warranty information as well as the list of all they did. They did it all in one day as promised and we are so pleased with the result! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a bathroom remodeled. They are awesome!
