Decided to upgraded our alarm System with the newest technology available by Vector Security. Surveillance IP cameras, DVRs with iPad, iPhone accessible. Cellular backup, etc, all kinds of cool toys. The first thing the technician did was covered his boots with disposable covers every time entering our house. THANK YOU. Also was very knowledgeable, polite, explained everything in detail what was going to happen, answer all my questions. This technician never gave up from going up and down our attics outside in the cold winds. He had a great cincy humor. After almost two weeks on the job now complete! Went over everything with us. Very pleased.

I would like to say... Vector is a TOP NOTCH company!!! The men that came to install were very professional and clean-cut gentlemen. They were on time and very helpful in showing us how to use the system! I highly recommend Vector Security for your consideration.

I have had Vector Security for two weeks now and I am very satisfied with my service so far. Their app works great and has awesome features. The representative who installed my system was on time and knowledgeable. He showed me how to use the system, the app, and made sure all the sensors were working accordingly.

I spoke with Autumn ** and she was very helpful and was able to give me the information I needed to obtain an upgrade to my home security system. I have been a Vector Security customer since 2009 and have been very pleased with the level of service I have received. The 5 stars for installation refers to the first installation. I have not yet received the upgrade installation.

Tamper alarm in our living room had sounded twice w/ alarm off. Dell fixed the loop for that window and at my mother-in-law's home next door replaced a smoke alarm battery that had failed in her system.

Our technician was professional and courteous. The new panel is too loud even at the lowest setting. We have turned off a majority of the chimes.

Renaldo was very patient, courteous and able to answer to all of my questions as to the new system. He arrived promptly for his appointment.

Resumed service after 6 months outside of house. Sensors needed to be relocated, panel reinstalled. All done quickly but thoughtfully and to our specifications, and without charge due to service resumption. Thank you.

Oh, how do I love ASAP Security? Let me count the ways. First off, their system is super easy to manage, even for someone like me who's not at all tech-savvy. Secondly, their customer service people are awesome. They are super nice, they know their stuff, and they make you feel that they care about you and your well-being. Finally, their response time is terrific. I set off the alarm by mistake once, and they responded to the alarm almost before I realized what I did.

Good Morning. I've just spoke with Joana which was very nice and polite and if there was a rating score she would be getting a 10 for how well she dealt with me on the phone.

We have been a customer with Vector since our front door was kicked in a few years ago. Last Fall, we had our system upgraded and that included the glass breakage detectors, electronic front door deadbolt, and a light control. Being able to receive email notifications of the system status and having the ability to control the system on-line is wonderful. The Vector salesman (Roger **) is the best. Any Vector technicians we have had at our property are always totally prepared, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you Vector!

Jennifer was very helpful today when I called with questions regarding switching my landline phone from Verizon to Comcast. I was concerned if the switch would affect my security system in any way. I was told exactly what to do when the technician arrives so that the change will not create any problems.

Approximately a week or two ago, I needed to have a technician from Vector to come out and temporarily disconnect an Ansul line for me, as we were having a new sprinkler line installed in our kitchen at school. Mike ** came out and had it disconnected within minutes without any problems. Mike has been servicing our school for years and his loyalty to our school and professionalism are very impressive. Though I have a lot to learn with this position, anything concerning the alarm system, I know Mike will explain it to me. Each time he has come out for one problem or another he is always reliable. I am pleased with the service I receive from Vector. I was happier when it was Cain because the main offices were a block away from me and I enjoyed walking over to pay my bills and pick up batteries. The staff was friendly and professional and very nice to visit. I am sure I would not have chosen Vector. I really liked the fact that the company was in my neighborhood.

My mother is an 84 year old Dementia patient and also seriously ill. After many years with doing business with your company, paying on time through bank draft, she had to stop her service due to the extremely high cost of her meds. I called Vector, explained the problem and they stopped the bank draft and gave instructions for me to follow to stop the service. I followed their instructions verbatim.

I have been for Vector for over 25 years. I wouldn't trust any other company with my business. Highly recommend.

Needed glass break and window break in prevention. My sales person Bob ** was wonderful. He arrived promptly, He was very knowledgeable on the subject of security protection and prevention of intrusion. We had a good report and he made suggestions without being pushy or forceful. Thus after some pondering on my part I have chosen to go for the door deadbolts too! My experience with Bob has been wonderful. He is an asset to your team. I can also say that anytime my alarm has gone off (in error as I have had no issues - yet) the call center for alarms has phoned promptly and everyone has been nice, courteous, and efficient. I have two complaints... 1). The customer service is too good. 2). The system is very easy to use and state of the art. Why are these complaints? Because, I don't appreciate average service as much as I used to before we switched to Georgia Maximum Security (VECTOR SECURITY). I also miss all the quality time my wife and I had discussing if the alarm was set or not. Truthfully, they are wonderful and have always exceeded my expectations.

Consistently good customer service.

We have been very happy with our Vector Security service since installing it several years ago. It gives us peace of mind when we're away from the house, but it also makes us feel more secure and comfortable when we are at home. The agents, when we have spoken with them, have been polite, courteous, and extremely efficient. We had a very minor issue with a sensor recently, and it was addressed quickly and very much to our satisfaction. During that process, the agents kept in constant contact with us to ensure that our security needs were being met. I cannot say enough good things about their product and service!

We called in to get help with adding a user to the online website, and downloading the app. Emily was patient, and courteous and everything a representative should be. She explained everything in great detail and answered any and all questions. Great Job!

We had an expired credit card and an incorrect address so we did not get the notice about non-payment to the expire date. She was very helpful and everything is in tiptop shape now.

I love my Vector Security Alarm system! Every time my kids get home from school I get a text with a video clip attached so I can see if anyone is in the house with them! Sometimes my spouse forgets to turn the system on. I love being able to arm or disarm the system almost from anywhere! GREAT COMPANY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been a Vector customer for 7 years and it's been a great experience. The sales manager even came out to my house to make sure the installation went smooth. He still calls me from time to time to see how everything is going. That's something you don't get at the other companies.

Our installation was great. Service has been good. The only thing we have had issues with is our cat setting off the motion sensors so we don't use them at this point. Hopefully there will be a fix to this in the future. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I upgraded my security panel because I no longer have a land line at my home so Vector offered to upgrade panel and monitor via cellular for only $5 additional monthly.

System was using telephone to call monitoring system and now no longer works with my voice over Internet system. I am having a new system installed that does not require the phone service. I am receiving some extra new parts for the same money, so I am very pleased with my service.

I have had Vector as my home security for about 6 years now. I'm very pleased with their service. I haven't had any issues so far. They are diligent in everything they do. Very professional and courteous at all times. I have even upgraded my account with them and I have nothing but praises for them. They have resolved any minor issues with billing we had without any problems. I recommend Vector to all my friends and family.

The customer service rep did not tell the technician to take enough sensors so that all could be replaced. The technician had just one working replacement sensor with him. He stated that the other two existing sensors of the same age as the failed one needed to be replaced ASAP. I called immediately to schedule a return visit. To my dismay the customer service rep insisted that she could not schedule a visit unless the other sensors already had failed. I was irritated and said that all should've been replaced. She reluctantly went ahead and scheduled another visit. And GUESS WHAT HAPPENED at 2:00 AM this morning??! Sure enough, one of the two remaining old sensors triggered the alarm. I had a similar experience with Vector over battery replacement several years ago. Vector needs to focus more on prevention/avoidance rather than fixing-after-the fact. This is not acceptable customer service!

Technician (Wayne **) arrived on time, and requested that I describe the nature of the problem. Subsequently he examined the system and diagnosed the reason for the malfunction. He then fixed it promptly, tested the performance, and explained to me patiently what caused the problem and what had been done to correct it. I am favorably impressed with the professionalism and conduct of Vector technicians.

I've had Vector alarm service ever since I moved into my home in the Vine Ingle area in Macon. The service is great and very quick to respond. If there is ever an issue or question the local Vector representative is always there to assist. Being a new dad I feel very safe having Vector security alarm service. I highly recommend Vector for your security needs.

Sales and installation no issues. Customer service was ok - the process to get a service appointment was slow the first call I made so much so I had to abandon the call. The process of changing what's on the service ticket after you've got a ticket in process shouldn't take so long. From a value proposition, at 50 a month in monitoring fees, and a prospective service plan cost of 180 a year additional is excessive.

I would like to thank Alissa (**) for all she has done in the past 4/5 months that we have been trying to upgrade my system to be able to monitor my home from my phone. We have not been able to find an internet service that has upload speed of 50 mbps since I am in a rural area. If you are able to upload cameras to the phone for less than 1 mbps, please let me know so we can see if it may work for me. Alissa has bent over backwards to try to find a way for the system to work. She has called me and talked, she has been there when I needed a friend for my stressful moments, always had a smile in her voice. I feel we have made friends and I would love for her to get any promotions you can give her. She is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you all for your help with our system.

I have been very pleased with Vector Security. I like the fact that motion detectors and sensors are wireless. I also enjoy the convenience of setting the alarm from my cellphone. Whenever I had a problem the staff on the phone were courteous and polite.

Our business currently uses Vector Security's services at five different locations. Their staff in the Geneva location is always very helpful. Whether it is a simple call to run a fire drill or a call to contact service or to report an issue Vector of Geneva is always willing to listen and help correct the issue if not over the phone then a technician will come out on site in a reasonable time. The only issue I have is during off hours calling into the Pittsburgh office - there seems to be a gap where I have to wait to talk to someone which may take up to 5 minutes. Their staff is always upbeat and polite and willing to lend a helping hand.

Had problems updating browser per your email and establishing my Vector security account.

Our home alarm system was installed seamlessly and it was a good experience beginning with our sales rep through the installer. The system has worked well and the monitoring people are very friendly and competent. My only complaint is that the billing department seems to be clueless, but other than that, it's been a good experience that I can comfortably refer.

The fire alarm would go off for no reason. Called monitoring and they entered service request for me. Very helpful. The technician, Delesky **, was prompt, and very helpful. The problem was fixed in 30 minutes.

The technician was on time, professional, courteous, and knew his work. He consulted with me on location of new smoke detectors and placement of motion detector. Kept me informed on progress and completion time. He left the work space clean and tidy. He answered all of my questions on the new access pad. Very pleased with the service.

My only problem is arming away when you are home at night with the family. One can't move freely to the basement because of the motion detector. If you forget to disarm before coming down from living room to the basement the alarm go off.

We recently installed an alarm system after a break-in. Chris was very patient in answering all my questions and being sure I was comfortable with everything. He even stopped by after the installation to make sure I understood how to operate the system. I like how easy it is to operate. I am technology challenged and I haven't had an issue.

I was contacted today to let me know that my smoke detector battery was signaling that it is low. I was very pleased to see that the battery was being monitored. I called and spoke to Malik who set up an appointment for the battery to be replaced. He was friendly and pleasant to talk with. I enjoyed the experience.

I have truly been amazed with the level of service provided by Vector. The z wave lights are a nice addition. Now when we go out of town they will turn on and off at a time we decided upon. My family and I finally feel safe and protected in our home. We know we have made the right choice. I personally think, also, that Chris deserves a raise! When he came to our home he went over EVERY detail and quoted us on our 'dream' system that we wanted and then explained what was truly needed.

Motion sensor was indicating a low battery even after the batteries had been changed.

We are completely upgrading the home security system for the entire residence. It is a very thorough and extensive job. Our sales consultant, Jeffrey **, was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and insightful. The first part of the installation will be tomorrow which is two days after the sales consultation. That is excellent customer service.

Earlier today one of my window alarms was sending a tamper signal for no apparent reason, and the system wasn't letting me silence the alarm. I received a call from Vector regarding the problem. The person I spoke with was very professional and helpful. I explained the situation, making sure she knew there was no problem and the alarm had been doing that over the weekend too. The technician will be checking the connections within the week. I would and will tell anyone needing a security system to use Vector.

My experience with my alarm installation, has been a stress relief. Knowing my home and personal belonging are safe and secure. The installer was very professional and knowledgeable of the system and products he installed.

Support was extremely responsive during a recent service issue. I was corresponding via email and received quick and helpful responses each time. Turned out to be a user error in the end but support was extremely patient and led me to a resolution in the end.

Inspected and replaced defective window sensor. Also inspected front door dead bolt and explained how it can jam. Tested sensors at panel. Very courteous and professional. Job done quickly in an hour.

Our services has been very good. Jade has stayed in touch throughout the process of the sale and installation of our system. My only negative statement is with the billing dept. system's inability to provide e-bills/statements and confirmation of auto payment. Auto payment on a credit card is doable, but to confirm that it's been charged is not doable. In this day and age, most vendors are able to generate an e-statement and confirmation of payments electronically. We try to be very "green" in all of our dealings.

Vector provided an on-site inspection but also listened to what I, the customer, wanted/needed. I was not pressured into anything more than I felt I needed. The tech installed is impressive with its ability to use smartphones and PDAs allowing for anytime arming/disarming. Furthermore, the system is wireless making it all the neater.

We have been using cameras at the three locations they were installed on a daily basis. Cameras on my property actually assisted police to identify a theft at neighbor property about 500' away. High quality installation.

We lost connection when cable company changed modems and we upgraded and relocated router at the same time. After several unsuccessful attempts to regain remote surveillance, we successfully regained the capability. As a result of the many service attempts, the branch manager invited us to review the entire experience for the purpose to improve both Vector procedures and recommendations to eliminate and/or improve the timeliness of response. One recommendation (key factor in this experience) was to recommend the requirement of a CRT installation along with the DVR as part of the camera installation.
