One of our sensors broke and we had some that needed new batteries. He checked everything, replaced what was broken, and even recommended an additional smoke detector which I agree that we need. He was polite, prompt and professional. He even warned us when he would check the alarm so my kids wouldn't be upset at the siren.

I was recommended by my friend to get Vector Security and I think that it was good that I listened to his recommendation. The installation was easy, the person that helping with the installation was very helpful and explain to me carefully about what I need to do in order to make sure that I use the security alarm system properly.

I have always had good service results from Vector. Also I like the peace of mind that comes with a security system and having cameras to check in on the pets and the house. Don ** has always been reliable and knowledgeable and friendly.

Vector has done an excellent job in keeping our security system in good shape. They are very prompt and act in a very professional manner, I would recommend them to other homeowners. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Installation went very well. Matt explained the system very well and made sure that I understood everything about the system. He was very knowledgeable about the other services that are available from Vector. Matt was very well presented and polite.

We have been using Vector Security for our home alarm for the last 5 Year’s. We decided to add cameras and everything went great. Greg my technician and Frank my rep are easy to work with and happy with the product. It also helped that the price for the cameras is more reasonable!

The quality of service is great. Would recommend this service to anyone. The installation didn’t take long, technician was very helpful and answered questions. Showed how to operate the system on phones and panel. Very clean and professional. Put up alarm stickers throughout the home. Didn’t have WiFi to set up the Alexa.

Vector bought original system installed decades ago. The service call was impressively excellent and thorough. I wish it were even less expensive, But still a great value to my house and with the added protection of having my smoke detectors monitored alone is worth it.

Me and my husband got the system when moving to this neighborhood for peace of mind. The service is great at Vector. The guy came today to check my security system. He did a great job. Then he let me know about upgrades that we can make to have a better experience with the system. We went to wireless communications instead of regular phone line. Now I can receive messages about the system and arm the system through the app. Next we will get cameras.

I was able to speak with Danielle in regards to my mother in law's older system. She has been in the hospital and the neighbor, Sarah needed help to disarm the alarm and Danielle and your staff were able to walk her through the process. Now we will be needing to reactivate the system when she returns and I was gathering information for this and if we would be able to install a new keypad. Danielle was very helpful and professional. I would like to continue to work with her in the future.

We moved onto this house that already had an alarm system that we didn't know anything about and hadn't used it. One day we were out in the yard doing lawn work and a salesman from Vector drove up and was talking about their alarm system. At first we wasn't interested and once his points made sense we decided we would gave Vector a try. We have been using this alarm system now for about 5 yrs.

We have had this security system since we moved into our condo twelve years ago. We are snowbirds and are only in Florida from January until the end of May. We always felt secure with Vector Security. They were always reliable and reasonably priced.

Torrence called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He identified himself as a Vector employee and showed me his badge prior to entering the house. Torrence replace the smoke detector, tested the system, and explained everything before and after the installation. Torrence was very profession and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Overall, he did an excellent job.

I chose Vector because of the courteous service from day one. Torrence called almost two hours early to allow me time to arrive home. I had a problem with my smartphone app and the customer service from the Boardman Ohio location was outstanding!!! She made sure that it was up and working properly before she got off the phone. She was also very informative and polite.

Malik did a great job with the install. He explained location of where things would go, how they worked and recommended alternative options for my windows since we do not have WiFi. He was very pleasant and friendly. It was a long install but he worked independently and was respectful of my time and my work (from home).

Chosen to supplement current Vector service. Installers Ian and Ricardo were very efficient and highly professional. They clearly explained everything and were very patient while I asked questions and learned the system. Ian was very helpful with after hour assistance concerning my wife's cell phone app issues after initial installation. They work well together as a very effective team and deserve a bonus. I will recommend Vector and the team of Ian and Ricardo.

My dad had seen Vector signs and window tags around the town and several of our friends already had the Vector service so we called and had our old alarm serviced switched out to Vector alarm also. It's been in for years and only had an issue with a motion sensor that turned out to be defective.

I asked Agata to send me an updated certificate. She did it first thing in the morning. I was able to satisfy the requirement from my insurance company. Excellent turn-around for my request. Agata has been excellent.

Terry called ahead of time to give me a half hour window, which I had requested. Was courteous and on time. He explained how the alarm system works, what to do in the future if the situation occurs again and also explained the window sensors and what to do if I have a problem with them. He replaced a defective fire alarm, rearmed my system and I now feel secure that everything is working properly. He also cleaned up all debris. He was great.

I previously had Comcast in my home and was not pleased with their service. Mike installed a new DSC system in my home with Burglar, Smoke, and carbon monoxide protection. We also had Cameras, thermostats, lock, and a Video Doorbell put in. I am pleased with the service I have received.

The tech who was out today was great - very friendly and skilled. The customer service rep I spoke to over the phone yesterday was very good too. My experience with the folks who work at central station has not been great though. I also think the phone system is pretty bad - every time I call in I get transferred multiple times. The customer service at Vector is not as personal as it was with Security Associates.

The Vector Security service person was professional. He was supposed to install the smoke detectors and the new doorbell. He completed the installation for the smoke detectors. He needs to come back to install the doorbell, but he explained that he needs to talk with the electrician first.

The technician was very helpful with my problem. I don't know wasn't working and the technician was able to fix me right up. Technician also walked with me to my house and noticed that we didn't have any monitored smoke detectors. The technician probably offered me five areas where I could use smoke detector but we decide To cover just the upstairs and downstairs.

Don was very friendly and competent. He introduced himself, reviewed the service ticket, diagnosed the problem, and explained what corrective actions were needed. After repairing the system, Don tested it. While he was there, he identified another problem that we were unaware of. He quickly fixed that and adjusted the service invoice. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with any security company. Vector security employees are dishonest and corrupt. I cannot wait until my contract is over so I can change to another company. I have told everyone I can... how bad this company truly is.

One of my colleagues at work, Errol ** referred me to Vector. So far things are fine. This was my first problem. When I called, everyone was courteous. When I stated my problem to the customer service rep, he was great with trying to create some solutions. My problem was the thermostat wasn't working. Turns out it was a simple battery change but I was so happy that someone responded timely.

The new installation to fix my old system went great. My service tech Eric was very professional, on time and knew his stuff. Always keeping me up to date. Vector protects our business with excellent alarm service. The service they provide is indispensable. On one occasion, a technician alerted us that the water company had accidentally turned off fire sprinkler water to our building. Without the thorough fire inspections that Vector technicians provide, this situation could have lead to catastrophic damage to our building or loss of life had a fire occurred.

Technician arrived well within the time allotted. He was well mannered and explained the process so that I understood what happened with the old system and the differences with the new system. I would recommend Vector to anyone who needs a security system.

I got Vector alarm for my house after I had been using another alarm service for years. The previous company was using the phone line and the phone was always having issues so when Vector sales people came in the subdivision we talked to him about the alarm and when he said it don't need a phone line we had the alarm put in.

Met representatives at York Home Show. We were very displeased with prior security system installed by Comcast which could not be used due to constant false alarms. Jenn was very helpful in suggesting alternatives and designing new system. Anthony did a thorough, professional job with installation and addressing additional questions to further customize a system to meet our specific needs.

The rep asked for the business, cold call. Stopped in once, we were not here. Stopped in again, I was here. Received accurate info to review and set up install promptly. If the rep didn't stop by I would have installed my own system and had monitoring done at a cheaper rate but I was happy with Vector's customer service.

When we’ve had issues with the alarm system or when the alarm went off, Vector responded appropriately as we would wish. Excellent service is very important to us!

It was the security system already installed in the home. My interaction was very good. Great Customer Service. I was walked through the system to make sure that I had a complete understanding of all the functions of the system. Because I was a new installation and customer, I feel Vector went above and beyond to make sure that I understand everything.

Technician was polite, congenial, and professional. HE was on time and prompt. The service plan is good. I Get notifications promptly but only issue is with the false alarms on exterior doors when wind blows. Would prefer discounted monthly rate to match competitors.

We continue to receive quality care and support from the technicians that come out to work on our system. We have yet to experience professional or prompt service from the majority of the main offices - in regards to scheduling, and a major lack of communication from them. We had a service tech come out on a service call a few weeks back and made recommendations for us to proceed with. The communication break down was with the individuals who were supposed to call us with price quotes and set up an appointment. Neither of which happened - I had to call... and today two techs showed up today without any prior knowledge of an appointment.

John did a super job. Very thorough and friendly. We appreciate his quality of work. He showed ID upon arriving and although it took a while to diagnose the problem he was successful in resolving all problems. He was also thinking ahead and replaced the 3G modem to save a future service call.

Vector inherited me as a customer from Caine Security. While the initial installation was okay there were problems and another technician was sent out. Tom ** is without a doubt tops in his field. His understanding of the hardware and software is superlative. His ability to "manage" the customer superlative. I have installed "access control" systems in over 30 office buildings. He is the best I have encountered. Now, let's talk about your lack of a user manual. Poor.

Gregory ** was great. He showed up on time and was very personable. He was able to offer some great product deals. He was knowledgeable of all of the products vector offers and was able to walk me through the system easily. He was very patient as we were dealing with movers at the time.

Special offer at Columbus Travel Expo was explained well, and it had a competitive price. Our former service by ADT was disappointing, and Vector seems to be a significant improvement. One suggestion is to remove the old smoke detectors, glass break sensor, second wall unit, and all the adhesive from the old window sensors.
