Torrence arrived during the agreed upon time. While here, he explained the new items available from Vector. Torrence also gave my wife and I a demo of the new system. Torrence was not aware of any prices and referred us to a salesman. He was very courteous and respectful. My wife tried to give him booties but Torrence provided his own, which we very much appreciated.

Excellent customer service from David! Went above and beyond to address all issues. He even helped out addressing power loss issues. Strongly recommended Vector and David for security needs. Best security company for our neighborhood. Would recommend and customer satisfied with all requests.

Chris did an outstanding job. He was very thorough with his explanation on usage of the system and how to access remotely via. My cellular telephone or tablet device. I viewed him as being very experienced and professional. A true asset to your team.

I have always been satisfied with Vector. They have a great service department. I like the system and how it operates. I like the response time from the monitoring. As a client of Vector, I had given our Palm Beach Sheriff's Office security code TWICE. I was told yet again that our number was wrong. It wasn't wrong, you were using the previous owner's code inspite of being repeatedly told the new code. I called and spoke with Renee ** who was very helpful. Hopefully, she solved this vexing problem for me.

Delesky came today to check out our system. He was on time and very professional. HE addressed all my questions and was very thorough and patient. Additionally, he found some glitches and fixed them right away. I asked several questions about an updated system and he was quite knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. Overall great experience.

Had problems with the alarm going off because of sensors malfunctioning. This has happen several times now. The system was less than a year old. Tim had the request to have all the sensors replace, which we were glad to hear. This is the first time having a security system, hopefully this will fix the problems. LOOKING FORWARD TO A SAFE SYSTEM FOR PEACE OF MIND.

Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions regarding the system and made recommendations we are considering like adding on cameras. We are definitely wanting to add additional cameras - just need to decide where we will place them. We like the option of wireless as well. Jeff was excellent with all the services provided today.

Vector was chosen by our property management company and we were not on site at the time of install. However the technician Jeremy ** left me a detailed hand written note with instructions on how to set up the alarm and add additional codes. That was super helpful. Moving was stressful enough and to not have to worry about figuring out how to set up the alarm or have to call and wait for someone to come out, those notes were great! I really appreciate that he took the time to help us out with that!

Terry called before he came, something I always appreciate. He replaced two batteries at my request although I had initially asked for just one replacement. He also corrected the time in my monitor as I did not even try to do that after an error had occurred a number of months back. Terry also replaced the Security Associates alert signs with Vector signs.

One of my recently installed wireless smoke alarms had gone off at 2:30 a.m.! Anthony ** came here promptly for my appointment; replaced the smoke alarm and also showed me the correct way to use the alarm fob. Most appreciated!

Having the system upgraded with new sensors was a breeze thanks to the technician's knowledge of systems. With the amount of items installed the technician was at house 5 minutes early for the appointment and finished within a few hours. Cleaned up so nothing was left. Vector was the builder recommendation for a new-build townhome. My history was with Brinks/ADT in Fairfax, VA for 20+ years. We wanted to add electronic door locks to two doors and upgrade our alarm panel. Had significant issues setting up the service call originally. Got help with beeping via two different remote calls. At least one service call was missed entirely... Call to say they were going to be late. Came after the 12-4 appointment time. All that said, I gave 5 stars b/c Danielle in the office and Nick who came out to fix the problem were both very helpful and kind. Danielle followed up repeatedly to be sure the problem got fixed and Nick called to ask if he could come early so I did not have to wait around all day. I appreciate the effort made to fix the earlier troubles.

We had ADT for 5 or 6 years, the service was ok until we had issues at our church. We decided to change our home system away from adt, we called Vector Security. Alarm service was actually done by a local sub contractor from the area just down the road as a matter of fact. It was only later on when service was needed for a door switch was needed was when Vector alarm company begin arriving on the scene.

I had my new security system installed today. I went with Vector Security due to a referral from my sister in law. The installer was very nice and courteous. We chose Vector just about 9 years ago and have kept the service since then. Security of the home is something one does not think about until something goes wrong. Otherwise, you assume that it is working without a problem and the system indicates that it is working every time that it is armed when you go out and set it or at night when you set it. When the system has needed service, the service has resolved the problem and the service personnel are effective, efficient and pleasant.

We used to have ADT alarm system in the house. A Vector alarm sales person came by and offered a better deal with more equipment and a fancier alarm box with a little less for the monthly service plan. Happy with the alarm.

New installation with ROD on 3/27/18 was easy and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the system. When I was in need of an alarm certificate, I connected the main office in Ft. Lauderdale and Agata was courteous, helpful and efficient in helping me. She explained that I needed an alarm permit and how to get the permit. Once I had the permit number, Agata was happy to email to me and to my insurance company a copy of the alarm certificate. A delight to deal with such a lovely employee that is pleasant and knows how to handle the questions posed. Thank you.

Wasn't satisfied with security company I was using. Your staff is very professional & respectful. Couldn't ask for more prompt & courteous young men. Would recommend Vector to anyone. The only problem I have is the business office not being able to follow thru on my automatic draft from my bank and is why my account is in the arrear. This was an issue that had never been confronted before and he remained on the job until the situation was corrected and the doors were operating correctly. I have been with Vector Security since 2001 when it was Nightwatch. I have been more than satisfied with the services I have received in the past. Today Chris (technician) arrived on time and has been working on the installation nonstop since his arrival (at 0700). This upgrade required several items to get installed and without difficulty. All items have been installed and are working. He assisted us with the installation of the apps and answered all of our questions. After his instructions we feel more confident to get used to using the Vector Security App and the Alarm.com website. Chris has done an excellent job and I would recommend Vector Security.

Greg did great. I've just been with the skin gray as he has service my home and check my monitor. Everything went well. I enjoy his presence, his company, he was very thorough and I have no problems or complaints along with being with Vector since 2011. It has been a pleasure and especially compared to who I was with before. Very prompt. I've had several of false alarms to go off and trying to take care of them right away before. I got a call that they respond was speedy and on time.

The service provided from the Vector rep Michael was exceptional. Michael’s knowledge of the system and patience level with my mother was definitely commendable.
