    We have been trying to replace two fobs for a month. We have the fobs but they are not programmed, so they are useless. Your billing does not acknowledge the two checks I have sent and that have cleared our bank. Your billing includes a service call we never got.     Today we had a visit from Chris and Dave. They were here to do a check up on the system in the building. We have police, fire and even a carbon monoxide detector that I never knew was here. They explained what it sounds like and how the pad will beep if we are in danger (nice to know). They were professional and very thorough in doing the job and let us know what to expect during the testing. The fire things were very loud. I never heard them before. Thank you to the company and Dave and Chris for doing a great job! We here at Craig Thomas protect home and property it's nice to deal with a company that does the same thing.

Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and help me solve a current situation that I'm having with my system and talk to me a little bit about cameras. The technician also explain to me what he did to update my system in detail. He was also very careful to clean his mess up and keep my floor clean.     Alarm system would not reset and repeatedly beeped between time intervals after a modem failure due to Tower Signal disruption? This is the second episode within 1-2 months in which I had to call Tech support to reset the system---the first time the alarm system failed, it was 1-2 am in the morning.     To begin, the Mansfield, Ohio office was great throughout my service. Thank you to the Steve's for their work. Other than that my experience with Vector corporate is laughable at best. I was relocated for my job out of state (not military related but I did that for a long time too). Vector doesn't cover my new location so I can't continue my service. So instead of doing "good business" they are holding me to the remaining 24 months of the contract AND taking the equipment out of the house that I've recently sold. So I'm paying for nothing for 24 months! If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. Avoid Vector Security at all costs if you are a young family that may have to move, may have a life change unexpectedly, or want to have a flexible security company that will work with your needs. Just call ADT like everyone else, next time I will.

    My mother has a system with Vector. I wanted to get some more protection for her home so I made a call. Darren was my technician today. He called to let me know when he was on the way. He was very friendly and efficient. He added some sensors and turned the volume up on the system so we could hear it better. He also turned on the voice so we would know which door was opened.     Service was extra prompt and thorough. Concord panel can't program an extended exit delay override for garage door. We did a workaround that is ok. Blah blah blah. The tech remounted door sensors, replaced batteries in the smoke detector and verified signals to central station.

    The alarm was beeping because the smoke detector battery needed to be changed. When I remove the detector an alarm was sent. I was called Alaina with both my contacts. I could not provide my password. Not because I didn't know it but because it was enter incorrectly in your system. Once that was resolved I was told to call back when I obtained a replacement battery. When I did I was transferred several times and then told that it was after 3:00 and would have to wait until the next day. I don't consider this great customer service.
