Vector was recommend by friend. The salesperson was great to deal with and very informative. Scheduling install was quick. The gentleman that did my install and was polite, efficient and cleaned up dry wall dust after he completed that install. He also was patient and knowledgeable with teaching my how to operate my system with panel and cell phone app.

The service was very thoroughly explained while being installed. The service tech was knowledgeable and most willing to answer the many questions that we had. We look forward to working with the system and learning more about the system as time goes by. We would recommend this company to others as a company that is easy to work with and prompt in service request.

I have been with Vector since 1994. The updates today went very well. The technicians were very nice and helpful and answered all my questions that I had at the time. Greg was very efficient. I felt comfortable with the work he did.

Vector is our new company and we have been very pleased with their service and if we call they always help us fix any issues we have. Satisfied with the maintenance. They refreshed my stickers and showed up on time. I would refer a friend to them that are looking for service.

Jeff was very prompt. He answered all of my many questions. He was pleasant and very informative. Jeff took his time checking all of my door and motion sensors and replacing all the batteries. Cesar ** is an excellent service person, very through. He discovered that when the system was installed two windows were not done. Very warm and responsible person. He should be commended for his good work and I will always call on him to do my service.

The Vector alarm was in the home at the time the home was purchased. It was already working so we just reused the same alarm. It work like it supposed to. Never had no problems with it. Just turn it on and turn it off every day or night.

Best proposed system based on cost and features. We competitively priced upgraded system and Vector provided the best proposal to consider. Colleen and Howard did a great job in setting us up and completing the work. Outside of waiting for the replacement of the final camera the system is working as well and better than expected.

The Vector technician was very professional and was able to explain in detail what I purchased from vector. Roger is very experienced and knowledgeable about what he is installing. I have had a vector alarm for over 15 years and am happy to have my system upgraded. Vector Security is still a great company to continue home security monitoring for another 17 years.

Vector Security was already installed when we bought our house. We were actually looking for a home security but was happily informed by many coworkers that Vector security is the one better of them all from experience. Mr ** was very professional and informative. Installation of the motion detector was easy and kept informing me of all updates Mr. ** was making. Overall it was a very professional experience and I’m very pleased with the updates of both sensor installations.

Installers did a good job with installing the cameras and not interrupting business. They did a good job putting the cameras in and cleaning up after they were finished. I would recommend your company to any business looking for security cameras.

Vector Security installed our system about nine years ago and we have been very happy with it! They are very responsive when I have a question and I love the ease of use of the app. Our system showed a low battery and Vector came to replace it for free - the battery was the original to the system so it lasted a very long time. Our technician was Allen and he was fantastic!! He was thorough and even serviced the smoke detectors for us while he was here. He also was able to add a couple of new sensors for us. Would ask for him again!

Sharon ** assisted me with information I could relay to a disgruntled customer regarding delinquent billing. She was courteous and efficient and offered to send me an additional format, if I needed it, to present to the customer to save the account. It was a pleasant experience working with her for the first time.

She called to remind me about my bill (I thought I had paid my bill, but because I had surgery, I did not). Very nice. I like my system, but the after hours support is not the greatest. You get transferred; not knowledgeable; borderline rude at times.

We chose Vector because they have multiple offices up the East coast allowing for continuation of service even during bad weather. Methyl ** was our customer service contact and did an excellent jobs and followed up that she had received the cancellation letter.

I have been a Vector Customer for about years since my wife and I moved into our new home. Vector Security has been very responsive to us and we have been very pleased with the service. Recently we needed an upgrade to our system and Vector gave us options which best meet our need. Peter, our installer of our system arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and very efficient.

Vector chose me by acquiring former provider. Vector sent a tech for a complimentary system check and I asked him about updating and upgrading system. He put me in touch with sales rep, who in turn took my order and arranged install.

I needed verification for our insurance company to continue to give us a discount. Your representatives were helpful and responded immediately. I had what I needed the same day as I made the call. All of our encounters with Vector representatives have been positive.

we met Daniel at the Pontchartrain show and decided to get the system. Daniel had to reschedule the initial consult after I had made arrangements for work to be off. Then when the tech came install the system, he didn't have the carbon monoxide detector. The first technician was great and my wife was very satisfied and since we were adding a door lock lever for the garage door, it was fine that we had to schedule another day to do the detector. Then we had to reschedule to install the additional doorknob twice bc it wasn't in.

I installed Vector because it was recommended by the realtor. I have had Vector for the past 18 years and I have had no major problems. The service representatives were excellent - well versed and friendly. I often recommend Vector. My only problem is the increased cost.

Great Work, very professional, on time and love the call ahead OK. I have lived here for a pair factor for 20 years and I love my cameras and actually I need one more. It will be great if he could reposition the cameras that I do have. I really need that done. Do I have to call someone back to have that done? It would really be nice to get it done now. I guess I'll get done later.

Next door neighbor has the same system like it very much. The technician did an excellent job. He is very knowable about the system and very outgoing person. The technician was on time, and very pleasant. The system seems very good.

Alarm was installed with Vector when house was purchased 11 years ago. Service call was on 5/2/18 went very well. As previously stated the alarm was installed in the home when we purchased the home 11 years ago. Vector has been a good service to us. Service calls are always professional and timely.

Peter with Vector was great for our first time install. Very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a slight mixup in the order when he first arrived, but Peter was able to make it back to my place same day to complete the setup. Was very patient with by dog as well. Would certainly recommend to a friend!

I was referred by a friend. My salesman consistently called about signing on, then does not flow up. The tech comes at different times than schedule and don't bother to call when they are tied up at another location. The 800 numbers to call customer service, well you can't get a person to answer. I've call several, no answer plus I would stay on the line 15 to 30 minutes. They take withdrawal out of your account without installation. Sorry company. Still can't get no one to call me back.

Was at home one day and a sales person was walking around in the neighborhood. He came over to talk about a security alarm for the house. It was a talk to at first and before anybody could say anything like they wanted to sleep on it or not right now or even a simple no one was the alarm boys was already putting in the alarm service. It been in for a few years now.

We are a childcare center and one of the pull stations was accidentally activated this morning (believe it or not, in four years this has never happened here before). We were trying to reset the pull station and could not find the key to open the activated pull station. I was either on the phone or emailing Michelle ** all morning long. She was so pleasant and understood my frustrations through the whole experience. Her customer service went above and beyond today. She made a difference in my life today.

My service representative Michael is just outstanding. He’s very knowledgeable and customer services skills are GREAT! Michael explained the process to me and with confident. He walked me through every step and process to ensure that I understood the functionality of the system. Overall, I will highly recommend Michael to any of my family members and friends. Again, he’s very, very, knowledgeable.

My garage door was not working correctly, the technician corrected the problem with my door very quickly and was very professional and on time. I would highly recommend Vector Security to my friends and family.

I’ve used Vector and the prior company (Cains) for decades. The service personnel are always excellent. They arrive on time and are patient and helpful in explaining the work that needs to be done. I appreciate the care Vector personnel take when I call in with vacation schedule information—I’m always asked for my password and are asked for that when they call us. This type of customer security and care is very important.

Latasha was very helpful. She offered to send me the form to cancel. I called a month ago and was told I had to write a letter. This was so much easier. She was very nice and positive to assist me. Would recommend based on her.

I had a break in and called some friends and they referred two companies. One was Vector Security and the other company never showed up. Teryl ** showed up 10 mins early to the appointment and the whole experience was very satisfying. Even knowing that I had just gotten broken into Mr. ** didn’t take advantage and wasn’t looking just to make a buck. I would refer Vector Security and Teryl ** to my friends.

This was an upgrade to an existing system. Both the salesperson and the installing tech did a fine job. We saved money by cancelling our land telephone line. The new system works well and interfaces with our smartphones.

My doorbell hasn't been able to record clips for a few months now. The technician was able to get my doorbell working with just a few phone calls and very little time taking out of my day. I really appreciate Vector sending someone out to help me with this but, it would've been nice not to have to set up a service call for something that could've been handled over the phone.

Brenisha called about a "past due" invoice that we did not receive because it was sent to NY address when we were in Fla at the time (early March). Brenisha was very pleasant, professional and, in fact, charming, to deal with. She was very helpful in having me set up an "online" account in order to pay the invoice immediately by bank account EFT. I have not dealt with anyone else in your office but I would hope that everyone there would be like Brenisha, as you would, thus, have an office that is remarkably functioning and highly attentive to customer service needs. Kudos to Brenisha!!

Arrived on time and was knowledgeable on the work that needed to be done. Went over all locations of devices of where they were going. Clean and nice install of all devices. Cleaned up after they were finished. Was able to answer all questions that was asked. Explained the use of the system in detail. Would recommend to others.

Cameras and video were installed today with good expertise and professional. It was good to have a new recording system which allows us to view or/recent activity which might be suspicious especially around timings when we are not home.

We really like the professionalism of the techs when they come out to do any kind of service on the equipment. They are knowledgeable and informative about the entire process. Great service provided by Meji **. The tech called before arriving. He was able to thoroughly inspect my system and determine the issue that kept arising. Meji was very nice and polite and took his time evaluating everything. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Vector came with our development, but I have zero complaints. The service was great, and the people were fantastic to deal with. I canceled the service due to a move, but I recommended the new owner continue with Vector.

Vector gave my a new alarm system with a new keypad and no more phone line. Anthony was very good and I am happy with Vector. I am coming back. I used to be with Argus. I have given Chad two referrals for the credit toward my account.

I had called a few times about having my windows replaced and needing to have the contacts remounted and each time you guys have helped me with info I needed. Technician came out and remounted the contacts and double checked everything else was ok. Very Much Appreciated.

The home we recently moved into already had a Vector alarm there and there was a recent domestic situation that happened prompted the call to Vector to come out and reactivate the existing alarm equipment. The tech was on time and very friendly and was very patient. Happy with the alarm.

We have used Vector Security for several years but wanted to add new cameras to the system. Chris ** was very responsive in the sales department and install today was excellent. Mike was on time, polite, very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with my lack of technology skills. Excellent experience all around. I have already referred Vector to several friends.

Current Customer. Very satisfied with the customer service and technician. I am getting the cameras as I work from home. I have expensive equipment at home. This equipment belongs to my company. I also have security cameras as I sometimes have people stopping by my house to take care of my pets.

Consistent service. 24 hour monitoring. A lot of awesome technicians at the monitoring center and installers. We've had the service for over ten years and have had zero problems. Most things are covered under our service plan. We found no reason to change. I don't expect to in the future.

Management will not respond to inquiry from customer. Service is excellent but Management is non responsive. I suggest that Management in Richmond go on Service calls. I feel that Management I has a "I don't care" attitude. Remember Customers do judge the management.

Vector was already in use at our new house. Jeff, the technician, was excellent. He not only made sure that our system was in top form but made sure that we understood all the features of the system and informed of of other resources we could use to learn more about it. This is our first new home and we are glad to have a system such as this. Also, from Jeff and everyone I have spoken to at Vector, I am very happy. We are changing homeowner's insurance carriers and the new carrier requires an installation certificate from the company that monitors our security system. We had never heard of this but I called Jackie and she knew exactly what I needed and she sent it to me within 24 hours. She's a star!

I've had Vector Security for over five years. I've lived in my home for over 30 years. I live by myself and I need the alarm because I live by myself and I have the fire alarm for my pets. It was recommended.

The Vector alarm was already installed and working fine when home was purchased from the previous owner. The alarm operation is quite simple and easy to operate. Works as it should only had minor issue with a battery for smoke detector. Other than that all has been great.

I lived in my home 18 years. I'm not sure which company was here first. After eating crabs one night someone through big rocks through my windows and the alarm did not go off. We upgraded the system with Vector. I've always like having the alarm as I live here by myself.

Wanted to thank you to Jackie ** for a quick turnaround in sending an alarm certificate to me through a request of a mutual customer. State Farm requires the updated certificate to keep our discount alive and she responded to the request and stayed true to her word and sent it as promised and when promised. Great Job and a special thank you to her.

I wanted to move service and requested a copy of my contract to ensure that I was only fulfilling the term of my contract, not signing up for another half decade. Customer service refused to cooperate. I needed service at the new address so I finally went with another company. Even upgraded my service! Vector effectively denied me service for almost a year now and refused to provide me with the information I needed to send notice to end my contract. I finally received that today without the game of “you have to talk to someone in our retention dept”. Who calls back days later while I am at work. Totally dishonest company!

We've had Vector Security for years and have had wonderful and prompt service whenever we call. The response time when we have an issue is always timely. The service technicians are courteous and efficient and friendly.We recommend them to others whenever we have the opportunity.

We originally had Vector when our house was built. We also have family in Cleveland that have your service. We've been really happy with the service provided by the technicians. The only problem we've had has been customer care not understanding our troubles. Leaving us without service for periods of time.

Vector is the contracted security company. Your service person is exceptional, but I am frustrated at the number of service calls that we have had to schedule for repeated issues with batteries and sensors over the 3 life of the system.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff on April 25th and 26th of 2018. He worked at my home to upgrade our current and outdated system. Not only did he deal with my three crazy dogs, he was extremely friendly, helpful and did not leave until I understood every aspect of my new system. Todd came out to show me how to operate the Vector system. In process he showed me the camera system. I think bought it was a good thing to put in our house. The prompt response to my customer service request in acquiring my security monitoring certificate for proof of coverage. I needed this form for my homeowners insurance policy. Agata was very quick to provide it. Agata also made sure if if needed any further assistance I could contact him back and he would assist.

After a roof leak one of the smoke detectors was malfunctioning and the staff at Vector was prompt in offering advice and service--additionally they were very patient in answering all of my questions about expanding coverage with cameras and other updates.

Originally chose this company because of a referral from a friend. Salesperson person said free installation for security system and cameras and $80 a month for service and said only out of pocket charge would be $120. I am using this service more for an overwatch system for my disabled daughter rather than a security system. Once contract was signed we were told charges would be $455 for the cameras and then $27 a month for a service plan on those cameras that we cannot cancel.

I signed up with Action Alarms, which is an Authorized dealer for Vector Security. I had a break-in and I called them to add security. The alarm system has been good since then, and I have not had any problems. The service has been good and if I had a problem, it was resolved promptly by the service department. I would recommend Vector to other people in the area if they would ask.

We currently have Vector Home Security Service. This call was to install wireless alarm system for the home. In addition, tech looked at existing intercom system that vector home security had installed in my home in 2004. Unfortunately, system could not be fixed and there is no current service plan for intercom. I will contact vector sales to see about price for a new intercom system.

We have used Vector for a long time and have always been satisfied with the service. The new installation went very well and I am very satisfied with the job that Nick did. He was very thorough and listened to all my requests and was very professional and on time. I am very satisfied and would recommend Vector Security.

I had been thinking about getting a Security system for awhile and then several houses in my neighborhood were broken into. Vector Security was recommended by a neighbor. It is also used by our church. We enjoyed both the salesman and the installer... Only issue so far has been multiple text messages for motion... first due to wasps flying near camera and several times for moving shadows on a windy late afternoon.

I have been a customer with Vector Security for About twenty years. Overall, I am happy, except for the video doorbell. I haven't received any updates on the status of the replacement video doorbell unless I call in myself. I haven't had any bad experiences except with the doorbell.
