I contacted a number on my information sheet in reference to a problem code on my alarm panel. The only complaint was the wait time I had with contacting that number. The 800 number went to Va. and after waiting on hold for approximately 15 minutes just to be told I had to be transferred to an number in N.C. Upon being transferred they answered quickly, got my information and had a service tech contact me. The service tech (David) verified my information then quickly checked on the problem and the problem was fixed immediately. Very impressive.

Mike showed up on time. He went above and beyond for us today. I upgraded my system from an older system to a new touchscreen system with DOOR Lock. Vector was efficient with the install. Would highly recommend to friends and our family.

Vector Security customer since 2011. Choose Vector based on a neighbor's recommendation. Upgraded to fire alarm and additional motion detectors at that time. Upgraded to electronic door lock in October 2016. Experienced a problem with the function of the door lock. Brandon performed a troubleshoot function and diagnosed the striker issue. He installed a new striker and now it functions as designed.

I have been a customer for a while! My house flooded in August and I needed to put a new system in that had a warranty on it. My installer was very professional and he did not stop until he was finish. He worked from 8:30 until 3:00.

We chose Vector because the people that owned the home before had Vector and had recommended it. Our sales rep was nice but our install technician Greg was excellent. He point out where we're vulnerable and we came up with solutions. We even turned our home into a smart home. He was also very good at explaining the system.

Thankfully the tech arrived earlier than expected. He quickly attacked any and all issues that I was experiencing with my alarm. He also informed me of other services that Vector provides. He was neat, clean and professional. I didn't have any referral that he asked for today, but as soon as I can get a few I will definitely refer them to Vector... Thanks.

My wife spends most days, upstairs working on her quilting business, but can't hear the downstairs detection that a door has opened. We've had Vector Security for several years, and trust their advice and performance. Adding audible detection upstairs. I know Vector can solve the issue for us.

We have used Vector at our home and business and this was an upgrade. We would highly recommend the installer Chris - very pleasant and worked efficiently. Our salesman Jeff ** was very thorough and also pleasant to work with. When we had some changes to be made, (delay timing, etc.) I believe it was Maggie that helped me out and when she was not available, the receptionist helped - all very pleasant. I would recommend Vector to anyone looking for a security company.

Vector has been providing my home security for 20 years. Everytime I have been satisfied with the service and speed of repairs. Todd did a great job. Vector is a great company. Todd was very knowledgeable of the security equipment he installed. He was very cautious as I worked from home and let me know when he was going to run his vacuum and drill so I could take my phone off of speaker. I would recommend Vector Security to anybody interested in a security system.

We had a new system put in and John was great. Once the system was in the smoke detector failed in the kitchen. It kept going off and I called for service in the evening. The tech was supposed to call me back but after 1 1/2 of hearing the system going off I found John cell number and called him. He was great help but the after hours service is bad. You need better response after hours.

We use Vector because they are local. Vector Has been our security and fire provider for close to 20 years. We have been upgraded several times, and the office makes it easy to work with. I requested a payoff so I could pay my balance in full through the remainder of the contract. I sent a letter detailing everything and requested the payoff amount. I received the letter and paid the remaining balance in full through the end of my contract which is Sept 2017, but I am still receiving invoices and can't get my service canceled. I am moving in June 2017 so I started this process in Feb 2017 so there would be nothing left in my name on this account or at this address, but I still cannot get it canceled properly. I was previously happy with the service for over 10 years, but am now completely frustrated. I am moving in June 2017. Can someone please help get this resolved?

Installing a new security system. Peter was a delight. It was the first day in my new home. I was weepy, the cat was hiding under the bed. My husband was back at the old house and along comes this warm, kind and patient man who not only cheered me up, but installed all kinds of bells and whistles throughout the house. And when he had finished, he explained to me, a total tech moron, how to arm, disarm and everything else in a clear and efficient manner. I would not only have him over to install another alarm, but think he would be great company for dinner. Thanks so much for employing this wonderful human being. Oh, did I leave out courteous?

I was trying to get proof that I have my security system with your company for weeks to submit to my insurance company. I had until today to provide them with proof or my rate will be increased. Chose Vector Security because other churches in our association of churches use Vector. Vector recently installed new security, cameras, access system and took over everything, including existing fire system. About 2 weeks ago, we began to have trouble w/ our fire system. Had a few challenges with phone customer service early on (couldn't guarantee sending someone out, service was closed, etc.). But the guys that have come out to our site have been great. Once a diagnosis was made to replace the system, the techs were out faster than expected finished in less time than quoted!

Peter ** was an excellent technician. He arrived on time, in fact he arrived a little early. He was professional and friendly and explained the alarm system to us in an intuitive and user friendly manner. My community uses Vector. Our first installer, hooked the phone to the router. Bad job. Second tech redid everything and all phones were then hooked up and he did well. Vector people assisting us on telephone were good. Our community pays residents' vector bills.

We have had Vector Security for many many years. The service has always been excellent. The system is getting old. And as time goes by we have been encountering a few problems. However, each time we call Vector, the technician comes out to repair the system and it works like new for quite a while. When Ricky, the technician came out. He was at first pleasant. However, as the day went on, he seemed rushed and it later showed in the work that was completed. Our day began at 9:30 with his services, by the time he was leaving at 3:30 p.m., several things had taken place. There was a hole in my wall from the drill coming through, this was eventually corrected to our satisfaction. The system was installed but not properly... We will be using another technician today for service because the lamp module is not working correctly - it will not turn off; The lock is not working correctly - sometimes it locks, other times it will not; and the outside camera works sometimes and other times it doesn't.
I would suggest you train your technicians to leave the survey with the customer instead of the technician implying that it has to be completed while he is there so he can return it. What's the purpose of having a "No postage necessary" survey card if he wants to take it with him before leaving. Clearly I could have said no, but at this point I was ready for him to leave, as he had been there since 9:30. I would have not given a satisfactory rating had I known all of these things were not working correctly. These are the things that I am aware of but there could very well be others. This is no way an attack on this young man, however, if he represents your company, this is not a very good representation. I have referred two others, one of which has already gotten her installation, but at this rate, I'm starting to question that decision.

Overall, I have been happy with the service. But, the last two weeks have been a pain in the butt. I had to pay for two service calls within two weeks. I am on a budget, and it is becoming hard. I am not pleased recently, but before these last two weeks I was happy.

Vector Security tricked me into agreeing to a 3 year contract. I signed an initial 2 year contract and completed that contract without issue. In August of 2015 they contacted me and said that due to changes in the AT&T cellular towers they needed to come and make an upgrade to my system. I indicated in the phone conversation that I had no problem with the upgrade if my price stayed the same and there was no contract extension or new contract requirement. They agreed and said they only needed my permission to install the equipment.
After the installation I received a call saying the serviceman had forgotten to have me sign the paperwork. I again said I did not want a new contract and was told I only needed to sign to confirm I had gotten the new equipment. I was send a contract with blank spaces in the areas that would indicate a # of months for service. All of the fine print below was crossed out with a yellow highlighter. I signed and return the contract. I was not sent back a copy at the time. Last month when I sold the house I notified Vector I would need to cancel service. They then said I had 16 months of service left on my contract and have billed me $624. They now point to small print in the contract which says there is an automatic 3 year term (item 4) which was crossed out by highlighter in the copy I signed but not in the scanned copy they have now sent to me upon my request.
I feel the company ran a scam to dupe customers into signing new contracts. And now with the sale of that vacation home they want me to pay for service I could not possible use. Since I knew all along that I would be selling the house in the near future, I would never have knowingly signed a new 3 year contract. They pursued me and lied to me to lock me into this agreement.

We have had you for 5 years or so. When I went to cancel, I was told you crooks automatically renewed my contract for 3 more year a year ago, without asking me if I wanted to renew. You should all wear mask and carry a knife to fit your image.

I took a day off from work (5/10) to have an additional keypad installed and have my alarm system upgraded. After the technician left I had no phone service and no siren, because my salesperson did not add a siren to the work order. One motion detector was labeled as a window, so in "Stay" the motion triggered the alarm. Terron, another technician, came late Friday (5/12) and discovered that only three of the eight zones were labeled correctly. He corrected that issue and reconnected the telephone line. I appreciated his patience and diligence in fixing the problem. While sitting in the family room Friday night, I received a call from the monitoring center. The alarm was going off in "Stay." I called my salesperson who said he would address the issue.
On Saturday, my wife returned home, set the alarm to "Stay" and went upstairs to take a shower. The police were called after we were not reached, because the alarm was going off. At no time did the keypad make any noise to indicate the system had been activated, and we still had no siren. I called my salesperson and told him to have it fixed Monday or I would return the equipment and cancel. On 5/15, I called Vector after not having heard from anyone by 11:00 am. Susan was awesome. She had a supervisor fix the issue with the motion detector in the foyer via Alarm.com. After I checked the motion in the basement, she also had a supervisor address that issue. She arranged for Rick **, another technician to come to my home by noon. He fixed the keypad issue, installed the siren, and tested everything. Rick, along with Terron and Susan should be commended for excellent customer service.
With that having been said, it took four trips by Vector employees to my house, to include the salesman, three calls from the monitoring center, a call to the police, in order for the system to work. The salesperson should have known the old siren was not compatible with the new system. It should not have taken three service technicians to properly install two new keypads and switch the system to wireless. The only reason I did not cancel was the work of the employees yesterday. Your Columbia, MD location is rated 1.6 out of 5 stars on Google and 1 out of 5 stars on Yelp. There is a reason for that.

My alarm went off when I was away from home. Vector never contacted me, I had to contact them. This was the first time my alarm went off when I was away from home. The alarm went off and the police arrived an hour later. I learned that the alarm does come on but does turn off if no sensor are triggered. The police arrived 1 hour later. Yes there was someone in my house but you don't have to know the password to talk to Vector to disable the alarm. This is a security issue and needs to be fix.

Not happy with this company - partially my fault but still this company offers misleading contract info. Signed up for a three year contract. After three and a half years I decided to switch security providers due to more options I have with another company. When I contacted Vector to discontinue service, rep said no problem. I then received a bill for $250 to satisfy my contract. When I contacted rep I was told that I did not notify them a month before the end of my contract to inform them of my plans to discontinue service so therefore I owed $250 to satisfy my contract. It's **.
Contract was satisfied. If I would have told them month before contract was fulfilled I could have gone month to month but since I did not I went to another year contract and subsequently I owe the outstanding balance. When I spoke with rep she admitted that even though I received no services from them I owed the difference. I asked her to say that again and she said, "Yes. Even though you received no services from us you owe us that money". I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Serviceman came on time to replace batteries quickly and efficiently. Serviceman also made suggestion to add on monitored smoke detectors. I'd been thinking about so that was timely, particularly since they were on sale. Serviceman was very helpful in determining best placement of the smoke detectors.

Really happy with the outcome with this company and the services they've provided. As with any product or service I was skeptical but I did complete some research and know a few people that have had Vector Security. Each of them have indicated that they've had good experiences and they seem to be a good value considering they don't use any subcontractors for monitoring or for install. I like that they have a local office right in Gahanna too. Chris, our rep heavily recommend monitored fire/smoke protection and this made a lot of sense once explained. He also was able to use the existing hardwired door & window contacts so the install was next to nothing. The vector mobile app is awesome to use and Todd their installer was very courteous and thorough.

We had an incident and felt the need for security. I asked for an appointment via their web page and my request was answered very quickly and professionally. From that point forward, the experience has been nothing but great. Within a week of our appointment the system was installed and working. Mary, our Sales Consultant, was professional, well mannered, great personality and most knowledgeable about their systems. There was never any sales pressure, she recommended what we needed and had options, but there was never any pressure.
Andrew, our tech, was awesome. Great personality, well mannered, very professional. From the time Andrew arrived, he never entered different floors or areas of the house without his first acknowledging us. He was very knowledgeable. Once he completed he worked with us on the operations and never showed any frustrations if we answered the same question more than once. I have been a business customer of Vector Security for more than 20 years. About 5 years ago my business partner and I decided to use Vector Security for our homes. We shelled out close to $4000 upfront and agreed to pay for monthly monitoring. Never had a problem with Vector until last Christmas. I got a warning that the backup battery in the control panel was low. I scheduled an appointment to have the battery replaced even though it was not really a good time financially right before Christmas.
Dan (very nice tech) showed up but he didn't have the particular battery with him. I found it strange because that's what the service call was for. I then paid almost $400 to replace every battery on every window, door, and motion detector as I was told they will all go bad one at a time and will have to keep paying for service calls. Just made sense to get this over with while they were at my house anyway.
Dan said he had to come back with a new battery for the control panel. OK, great. Unfortunately I was hospitalized when Vector showed for the appointment and they left the battery on the porch. My wife called Vector and told them what was going on and they instructed her how to install said battery. Still showing low battery which triggers an annoying loud noise followed by repeated robo-calling from Vector Security.
I was just released from a lengthy hospital stay and contacted Vector to make good on the battery. After explaining my situation I was told I have to pay for a new backup battery. After being on hold for a spell the representative could not have someone come out and if I wanted to cancel my monitoring service I could do so but I would have to call back again at a later date to handle that. Really?? They would rather lose a customer than make good on a battery!! Sounds pretty stupid to me as I already paid for the battery. I am friends with Mike ** (technical and account manager) who is no longer with the company and apparently this crap goes on regularly. I never leave negative feedback unless I really think I was treated unfairly and with zero attempt to at least try and make the customer feel happy. Zero effort on Vector's side. I guess I am extremely disappointed in how I was so easily blown off.

My alarm from Vector was a replacement of another company. The unit was used for about a year when the alarm crashed on us. The service at Vector came out to look at it and at that time ordered that the whole unit to be replaced. Appointment was set and was replaced at no charge, no hassle and a new upgraded high-speed LTE cell communicator to go along with it.

I originally chose Vector after speaking with several companies. I have been a loyal customer for years with no real problems, until this past December when I had to be away from home more than usual due to several family deaths & the sad problems that follow. My elderly relative living in my basement apt. had some problems learning to use the keypad correctly, setting off the alarm a few times. Since I had a home invasion before installing Vector, I apparently used my cellphone more than usual checking my camera in my basement using up all my "clips" of which I was NEVER told there were only so many I had to use. It cut off any further use. Leaving me very concerned & upset that I could not pull up the picture from the camera to check my home which is the reason I purchased Vector to begin with.
According to the woman I spoke to I could only see those pics by buying more 'clips' for the last 1 1/2 weeks of the month. I had to buy another 1000 clips for 10.00. All the years I've been a customer I had never heard of this. I was then, the following month, charged again & told I had to write a signed letter having the extra $10 removed which I did. I mailed it to Columbia as she told me I couldn't fax it. I was continuously charged for 3 months & told my letter was not received, although my return address was on it! I also had problems with the 2nd camera I purchased but was ignored. After being a very loyal customer all those years I expected better treatment. I'm very dissatisfied with the way I was treated & because the extra $30 charged to me was not credited back I felt all my years with the co. was not appreciated & I felt uneasy about being able to keep tabs on my property. That is the reason I cancelled Vector!

Not only was I impressed with the presentation of the security system but I was thoroughly impressed with how Vector wouldn't sell me unnecessary equipment like other companies had tried to. They didn't bug me incessantly after I spoke with them pressuring me to hurry up and get an install date on the books, they worked around my schedule and made it super easy for me to get all the paperwork signed and submitted. The installation techs were outstanding!! They were EARLY to our appointment, yes I said EARLY! I wasn't even given a time block of 3-7pm or 8am-noon, I was given a specific appointment time and they were early. They were extremely polite, they didn't just walk in and act like they owned the place. They asked me to enter each room, they asked if it would be okay to look in certain places and then they got to work.
They finished in great time and cleaned up after themselves!!! We were in the middle of a big home renovation with a huge mess and they still took the time to clean up what little mess they made. The best part about our installation guys is they sat down on the floor with me crisscross applesauce style and one helped me keep two bored/fussy babies entertained while the other walked me through how to operate my system and how to set up and use my app. They far exceeded my expectations and it was so nice as a mother to have two grown men understand that kids get bored and that sometime mom needs a little help! We love our system, and loved the entire Vector team as a whole. We will recommend Vector to anyone we have the chance to!

Added fencing around our facility, Vector installed that gate intercom control hardware as well as additional cameras to monitor traffic coming in and leaving our facility. Once installed they gave a general overview of the hardware installation and software installation and/or training functionality.

Vector Security was offered to us during the building of our home. We've been very satisfied with the service for the last five years. There have been several occasions of false alarms (all due to my fault and mostly within the middle of the night) and Vector's customer line has always called within 15 seconds. I'm very pleased with the service provided by this company.

Installer was very helpful and know how interact with customer. I am very please with his work. Oftentimes service technicians are late but Peter ** came very early which I greatly appreciated. I didn't have to wait all day. Peter was very knowledgeable and experienced at his job. He is definitely an asset to the company. Next time I need service I will definitely request for Peter. Vector was chosen by the builder of my home. We haven't used our system very much and over the years I have felt we didn't know what our system was doing and did not use it. I called because of a system failure and the tech who came out gave me the name of a wonderful person to deal with, Cleo **. We were going to change companies but decided to stay at this point due to her. Serviceman showed up on time, efficient and it seems to be in working order. Helped me with passwords.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service that I have received over the last few years with my business and rental properties that have been secured by Vector. I finally decided to secure my personal home and there was no question on who to call. Tonii was efficient with getting me quoted and on the book to be installed. And my fiancé was thrilled with the system and how it all came together. I love the fact that my home and business are integrated and the ease of use is great. We own the Vector Security system over 20 years. The monitoring station always called when alarm was triggered. Today we got upgrade of the CPU computer and panel. Service guy was working efficiently and checked entire system. I was very pleased with the service.

I have worked closely with Dottie for the past year. She is very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating. In the past I had issues that were given to Dottie on the very short notice, and she never disappointed! The technicians always show up on the time scheduled. Never had an issue with installation. Overall we are very pleased with Vector Security.

I called in to pay a bill, I have had this company since 2004. I was switch to several people just to pay a bill. I finally was switched to this lady by the name Leaundra. She apologize for the mix up and said that she would make sure that I do not have to be switched again. She was very polite and took her time to answer all my questions. I have been a Vector Customer since 2007 and have had beyond excellent support from Frank ** and the technical team. My children were 10 and 6 when we had a break-in attempt at my home. This was a terrifying experience for a single mom. Frank set me up with a home security system that allowed my children to grow up with confidence that our home was secure from break-ins and fire. I moved the system to a new home in 2009. I cannot say enough about Frank's professionalism and his personal approach to designing a home security system specific to a family's need. After my father passed, Frank setup my mother with a similar system which makes me feel much better about her living alone. My children have grown and moved out, I have sold my home and no longer have need for this system, but I am sad to leave the Vector family and will definitely contact Frank for future security needs. Darren came to do the annual inspection on our carbon monoxide detector. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He told us that they had placed the detector too high to be effective and talked with me about where best to move it to protect us. He also took the time to show me how to check the battery level in all of our sensors. Finally, I asked him about a video doorbell and he showed what was available and how it worked. So he did what he came to do and much more. I would strongly recommend Vector because of service people like Darren who go above and beyond.

We chose Vector because we were with Comcast and their equipment did not meet the expectations we were promised. Mike showed up promptly. He was efficient on the install. He fully explained everything to do with the system. Helped us get the system onto our phones. He made himself accessible to us for future needs. I didn't feel like he was just trying to get in and get out and never see him again.

Vector was very clean and neat. They fixed my service issue and also told me about other services that they provide. The technician make sure that my cat didn't get out and I really appreciated that he wore shoe covers to make sure that he didn't get anything on my floor or carpet. Love Vector! Stone was amazing, took his time to answer our questions and he was very honest on what we needed and what wasn't. He wasn't trying to 'up-sell' crazy features or equipment, instead he kept it simplified and efficient. I'm really impressed by their technology, the new thermostat is working like a charm and much more efficient at cooling our home. The cameras are crystal clear, apps easy to use. Happy with my overall experience with this company. Sales process was pleasant – Chris seemed experienced & intelligent about the different variations of a home security setup as well as addressing the monitored smoke/fire issue... which I believe is equally as important! Builder was in area and seem to be great company and sales rep informed me there was no smoke detector near electrical box. Was a great idea so had him install one. My husband and I were in the market for a reliable and safe security system and decided to give Vector Security a call! Stone ** came out and discussed the many options that Vector Security had to offer and we immediately knew that we had chosen the right company to go with. Stone was very professional and answered all the questions that we could ever have. We immediately set up an install date and excitedly waited for that day. That day came and we were blown away once again by the professionalism of the installers. They installed inside cameras, outside cameras, doorbell cameras, and the actual alarm panel. We have used multiple security companies in Tallahassee. Vector is by far the best both in customer service and product. I've had to call a few times with glitches (new built home so expected some issues, and once because of the dog) and they are always taken care of right away, and professionally. The battery kept issuing a low battery alarm. We had changed the battery twice so this was not the problem. Chris the technician was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. He had all the parts needed to repair our system. He promptly re-set the whole system and got us up and running very quickly. We have been with Vector for 5 years and are very happy with the service we receive. I do wish the monthly charges were less though - I have thought about switching to some of the less expensive such as Ackerman but I don't want to go through the hassle of changing system.

I chose Vector because I used them in the past with great satisfaction. This was a new installation for a new address and it went great. The only problem I had was with the sensor. A sensor was to be placed on a side window but instead went to a front window. My mind was not on that when I was asked about the sensors by the technician, so now I will have to purchase another sensor. I feel like that information should have been accessible to the technician from the person who wrote the order. The technician and sales person were super nice though.

We have had an unacceptable time trying to either get satisfactory service (that doesn't work) and we have sent two certified receipt letters since November 2016, requesting a disconnect. Even though they sign for the receipt of the disconnect request, they just ignore it and keep sending bills. I have had a couple of folks call to try to get me to pay. I tell them the SAGA and they are embarrassed and say they will pass along my reasonable request to disconnect. I'm still getting bills. I would recommend that no one signs a contract with these folks. Ignoring terrible service and repeated disconnect request is one way to keep subscriber counts high. This is an UNACCEPTABLE way to run a company.

Todd ** was very knowledgeable of equipment and was very patient with me on educating me of my first alarm system. He cleaned up after his work which I appreciate very much. Chris ** was also very patient during the sales presentation with my busy work schedule. I recommend Vector Security to anybody interested in a security system.

Reputation A+, easy to communication with, and reliable. Also feel home and person secure when using the system. Price versus value is also comparable. Technicians always on time and polite. When we move to another location, we plan to use the system if and when we retire and move from this area.

I've had the alarm for more than a year and have had no problems with it at all. When I lost power the lady talked me through stopping the beeping. The gentleman came out to change batteries in my lock and did a check over of the system. Very happy.

Tommy is a great technician. He is prompt and very knowledgeable concerning the cameras and the system work required should you need an answer. I always receive quick response times from Vector. Cameras are very clear and placement coverage of the cameras is terrific.

I installed Vector Security when this house was built (2005) and the initial installer, Joe **, was great. Until recently, I have only needed service for light switches installed by Vector and connected to the alarm system. Each time they came out, were polite, then told me they were not able to perform the service since they were not electricians. This is even though the company installed what was there. So I stopped calling Vector and considered switching my monitoring company. After all why pay for service halfway.
Then some magnets went bad and Don ** was dispatched to correct the issue. He arrived late on a Friday after calling to let me know he was delayed on the previous appointment. He was polite and professional, and immediately addressed the issue. He took extra time, on a Friday night when I am sure he was eager to be home, to show me features of my system and to answer my questions.
Since then, I have needed service on at least two instances with magnets, switches, and alarms. I have specifically requested Don ** each time. He is experienced and an electrician who is obviously expert in what he does. I trust him and am impressed with his professionalism, politeness, and especially his pride in his work. I wish all professional trade people were like Don **. I hope you appreciate what a treasure and asset he is to your company.

Micky ** was very professional and well spoken. He answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge and was very patient with us as a first time customer. He was so generous to meet me and help me on a Saturday at my earliest convenience. Helped me plan my scheduling around moving to our new home and spent an extensive amount of time making sure we had all of our concerns met. Micky also made as many suggestions for our new home as he could mentioning the layout of the home and making sure we have adequate security. Vector Security gave me a timely service appointment. They were right there at 8am at the beginning of the service time window indicated. Service was friendly, professional and efficient. Prior to coming they had diagnosed the problem (low battery issue) and reported it to me while on vacation. They followed up until they reached me and I scheduled a service call to fix the problem. We purchased the house new with Vector Security was already installed. We have had very few problems. Two backup batteries have gone bad in 19 years. Your system gives peace of mind. Technician is very professional and friendly. In the future I may consider a camera or two.

I have been a Vector Security customer for about 24 years. Rick ** has been my salesman for the last 19 years. He has always returned my calls promptly and has given great customer service. His technical knowledge of the security system is way above what the normal salesman knows. He always has time to troubleshoot any problems that occasionally occur with a security system. This is not to say that my security system is always acting up. Like I said before, I've been a customer for 24 years and I can count on one hand the number of issues that I've had. I'm very glad that I have such a reliable security system. I would give Vector Security and Rick ** 5 stars for their customer service and reliability.

Was dissatisfied with other security company and by chance your door to door crew showed up the day after a bad conversation with other company. Their jackets had patches for Honeywell equipment and it hooked me. Most of my family from Grandma to me worked for or retired from Honeywell. Excellent service. Tech arrived promptly and replaced a defective sensor, which solved the problem. He also checked the batteries in the other sensors and replaced old ones.
