We had a new installation for a building we manage. The customer service and response time on all requests, questions, etc. was great. Set up and monitoring of the system seems relatively easy and I believe we will be happy with the system. From our experience up to this point I would highly recommend Vector Security and I believe going forward the service will be just as great.

We chose Vector because it was recommended by the builder. Our experience with your service technicians has always been positive and effectively addressed any problems. They are especially good at explaining how the systems work and how to address issues.

Vector is a must have for security. Has been wonderful since the day it was put in and they are always on top of everything. Couldn't ask for better local people to have my alarm with and anytime you have a question they are happy to help. Great people.

Tech helpful and thorough. Would recommend to another customer. Helped to install a few more items I wanted to add. Made sure I understood how to use the app and use the system. Made a follow up appointment to possibly install a doorbell if I decide I would like one.

Very happy with the service, tech was very nice knew his job. I would recommend Vector to my friends and family. Torrence was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was when he arrived. Tech called en route and also showed it when he arrived.

Motion detector replaced after malfunction. The visit was covered under a service agreement. Would recommend anyone to purchase a service agreement to save money for possible expensive charges later. The service rep was quick and efficient. No problems with the service or rep.

Very proficient tech. Meji the technician came before my arrival time, which never happens when you make an appointment. Normally I would have to wait a whole day. The technician solved the issue that I was having. He also advised that I get my system inspected since I’ve had Vector for several years. Great service today.

I have had Vector for a very long time, at least 15 years. I have it at my old house and my business. So getting it in my new home was a no brainer. Devin was my technician, he arrived on time. He was very prompt and knowledgeable, he installed everything and showed me how to use it.

My insurance company required a certificate of monitoring. I spoke to Delores ** and she promptly e-mailed me the required information. Ms. ** was very friendly and efficient, and it was a pleasure dealing with her, since many times, this is not the case.

Moved in about three months ago. Researched and interviewed a lot of security companies. This has solid reviews. The technical service technicians were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Issue resolved to complete my complete satisfaction. The sensor issues were resolved and explained.

What a great experience. Jim was early and very courteous and knowledgeable. I love the new keypad and fire alarms. App is easy and arming is a breeze. I would highly recommend Jim and Vector. I love the yard sign and stickers for windows. Brent was outstanding and came for installation which was a bonus.

Vector security is very friendly, answered all my questions and at a reasonable price. They also came out quickly got everything installed! The equipment is very easy to use. I love my security system. It helps in so many ways.

Would only use Vector. Love my vector security system and the peace of mind it gives me when I am home or not at home with my kids. Love the personal alerts and knowing what is going on even if I am not home. The only way to go for security.

Technician did an excellent job reconnecting our telephones under the time given after the cable company installed new phone modem and couldn't figure out how to connect alarm and house phones. Would like for Wilkes ** customer service to be more available rather than out of area call center.

It was a pleasure to speak with Agata, she was pleasant and acted quickly to get my insurance co for the alarm discount. She knew exactly what I need. I was very impressed with her. I was very happy with my experience.

Great job, all issues fixed. Great customer service. Fixed cameras, window sensors, and batteries. Called first to give me time to arrive. Courteous and efficient. Offered to replace camera if this fix doesn’t the connectivity issues of the back yard camera. Will refer to neighbors or friends needing security systems.

Vector technician was timely and called in advance of appointment as per expectations set by your service call center. The system is older and I indicated to the technician that I was interested in getting an update to a cellular based system with remote monitoring and video. The technician is setting me up for a call and future appointment. He was very helpful.

Vector had already replaced the radio previously, but I guess the cell signal for Verizon isn't the best here. This time they replaced the radio with an ATT model. This should hopefully resolve all the latency issues I've been experiencing. Service staff was prompt and professional. They worked eagerly to resolve the issue once it was reported. I only hope that they start to monitor registration ping times, so they can spot these issues before a customer alarm doesn't get reported in a timely manner.

The vector alarm is ok. Just want to charge for almost everything and everytime somebody have to come out even for some of the simplest things that should have been or could have been done by over the one service.

Will always use Vector!!! When you call you always get a real person. They are always kind and happy to help with any question. Wonderful customer service to complement great people. They are always timely and let you know when they are coming to address any problem.

Monitoring service in the home are affordable. Vector Security is easy to work with when there has been issues or need services. When we moved the service transfer was very easy to do and the people have always been friendly and helpful.

Always Vector. They are always on top of what's going on even the little things. Also the techs are always telling you extra things you could be doing if you want to. We would never use anyone other than vector.

I have been a Vector customer for quite a long time and have always been completely satisfied with the service I have received. The service technicians have always been on time, extremely competent, and I have never had to call back because of a problem with the service received. The technician today, Torrence, was especially well qualified and did an excellent job, I plan to continue my relationship with Vector for the foreseeable future.

Charle is the most awesome Tech I have ever encountered w Vector Security! She outshines the other Techs by far! She has a superior knowledge of her job and figures the problem out right off. I will always request her as my Tech!! Great job by Charle as always!!

Torrence ** was on time and very efficient. He replaced the panel battery quickly and checked it with the main system. He showed me his ID before entering my house and was very courteous and answered all my questions. He apparently is an asset to your company.

I chose to update my system so that I could disconnect my landline if I so chose to do. Also the old system ‘rang’ with my phone whenever I had an incoming phone call, and I found that annoying. The added feature of accessing the system via iPhone is interesting.

Alan was great. He helped resolve several longstanding issues with my system. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He kept me appraised of his progress getting to the appointment and was on time. We were thrilled with the level of service and we highly recommend Vector if this is what the service is like.

I use Vector since 2015 because I like its products. Mr. ** is a good employee with excellent knowledge of vector products as well as good interpersonal skills. For appointments he will call me and give me an estimate time of arrival which gives me time to run errands.

I chose Vector security because the salesman that came to my house said good things about the system and the price was great. My tech was Devin. He showed up on time and he did great. It was a big job and he made sure everything was working. I’ll definitely recommend to others.

I called because I needed to delete a code and add a new one, and the system was not responding as per the instructions. They went in remotely and took care of the issue and stayed on the phone while I confirmed that the codes were correct. I really appreciate their help!

I called in with an account where the person handling it was no longer in a position to do anything with it and Andrea was fantastic in helping me get everything taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was awesome.

Jeff came out today to reconnect a couple of contacts that were disconnected during a remodeling project. He also checked a malfunctioning motion detector. I found Jeff to be courteous, pleasant and generally knowledgeable about his job. He corrected all my issues quickly and accurately.

We have been customers with Vector for approx 18 years. We like the prompt service and curious service that we have received over the years. The system that we have has been very reliable over the years. Low maintenance and very reliable.

Vector was recommended with the purchase of my home. The service technician Oral ** was very professional and completed the task at hand in an orderly fashion. I have has the Vector service for 3 years now and am truly satisfied. Oral was also able to answer various questions about multiple devices that Vector offers as well.

We have perimeter protection (windows and doors). We also have smoke detectors that connect to the central monitoring system. Our favorite part of having our security system is working with Tim **. I placed a call earlier in the week because our system was randomly beeping and prompted us to press status, when doing so it showed AUX 02 meaning the battery needed replaced. Jeff called when he was on his way. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and answered any questions I may have had. Vector has always been responsive to service calls, quick to set up appointments and fix issues, responsive to my calls to main office and alarm desk, excellent at problem-solving, skilled service technicians, and honest about what services or products are actually needed (rather than focus on sales).

HOA recommendation. Excellent service with a patient, knowledgeable technician. Tech was pleasant, courteous and more than capable. I will definitely recommend Vector to friends and family alike. Ron was a competent, careful and kind technician. We were most pleased with his service and with Vector Security as well.

Vector preventive program is always thorough and efficient. The guys are always professional, educational, and helpful. Every time we have had a problem, it was resolved efficiently and in a reasonable amount of time. We have always been satisfied.

I enjoy Vector security’s services. I have Vector’s alarm system at my home and it works great. I enjoy my cameras and may get more. Needed to upgrade my current alarm at. My restaurant. Reached out to a salesman and switched to a more upgraded system with alarm.com capabilities. Now I can get notifications on my phone regarding my restaurant. And I can control adding and deleting access codes as well. Highly recommend Vector to anyone for their security needs!

Vector is the vendor of choice of our HOA and they include basic service as part of our HOA dues. Frank was very patient, as he was able to use the existing keypad to use our with our upgraded system, even though he had to go back to his location to get the equipment to make this work. I have had nothing but trouble and non-responsiveness for the past year but then I got Danielle ** on the phone today. She was patient, understanding, and so helpful. She listened and provided answers that I have been trying to get for months. She then followed up (first person to do this!) with relevant info. She should be cloned and everyone else should be replaced. She is the one and only reason I will keep my account open.

To streamline our security system it was recommended to go with this installation by our phone people. We have had Rick previously to come out and he is always professional when he is here and does a thorough job in my opinion.

I emailed Agata **, Administrative Assistant II, to send me our Alarm Monitoring Certificate for a discount on our homeowners' insurance. She contacted me immediately and asked for our permit # with Palm Beach County which I provided to her. She then emailed me the certificate right away. It was easy dealing with her.

I chose Vector in our new home because of a neighbor recommendation. The majority of the development has Vector service. Everyone has great things to say about the company. I’ve been pretty happy with the exception of a recent experience with customer service. Outside of that service has been good.

Professional service provided. Very pleased with the service and the technician sent to replace smoke detector battery and install additional window sensor. Tech relocated smoke detectors as well as original locations were not really in the best places. Based upon his suggestion we moved them. Overall great service.

Best security at the beach... Always responsive to any issues, so value for service is a plus. The support staff has always been reactive and going analog to digital was a plus. I had issues when I was with ADT, so I called Vector Security, signed up with them and I've been happy with them ever since. I've had them for over 10 years. I haven't had any problems with the customer service or the technicians that have serviced my alarm system. They've always been very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

We did not choose Vector Security. Our account was sold to them 1 year ago. Since we have been with Vector, we have had multiple false alarms. On each occasion, when calling your office to tell you it was false and not to send the police, we were told you had no record of our alarm going off. We believe our premises have not been monitored at all for the entire year. No one ever offered to come out and check the system even when we told them we wanted to upgrade.

I decided to get Vector Security because a friend referred me and I also saw good reviews on the internet. I decided I wanted to get a key fob added to my system and Devin was my install tech, he showed up on time, he was fast and he also showed me how to use my system better and put signs in my yard that I didn’t receive during the original install.

I’ve been having the same service for 15 years and when I built my new house I used Vector. Had a few problems after install but my technician Anthony was able to fix it quickly and professionally. I would recommend vector to friends and family.

I have been a Vector Security Customer for about 8 years and the service has been very good. I decided to add a couple security cameras to my security system. Rick came out and went my options and we decided to do the cameras and add Glassbreak detection to the system as well. The Installation went very smoothly and Greg did a very thorough job. We have had Vector for 30 years. It used to be Cain Security. They have been extremely responsive and professional. The service techs are polite and experienced and also very professional. They answer our calls quickly and are very nice over the phones. Haven’t had any issues with the company and will continue to use them and recommend them when asked.

Josh, the Vector technician, came out and did a great job in helping us out. Our house alarm wasn't setting for a little over a week. After multiple calls, Josh came out and fixed the problem along with ensuring that the others were in good working order. A Vector residential customer by way of Vector's purchase of Penguin Alarm Systems, they have done a good job for us.

I've been with Vector 10 years plus. They are very professional. I like the fact if my alarm goes off they will ask for my password and then ask me if I'm ok. I feel safe knowing the Vector has my back.

The alarm work like it suppose to and we use everyday. Not had many trouble with it except for when the battery run down. Don't like this here 25 dollars travel to house charge Vector is putting on the bill. Need to change that or you will lose some customer.

From the phone call to the company KC answered all my questions in a polite and friendly way and seemed very knowledgeable of the equipment, to Albert who came to my house and reviewed everything that came with the package in a language I could understand, to finally Stephen who was punctual, quick and efficient and explained everything to a T. This trio is a wonderful example of good customer service. Stephen even let my son play with some spare wires from his toolbox! Overall I am very pleased with the service I have received and feel very safe in my house!

Todd came to our home on Friday the 7th at 8 am to do our upgrade on our system. He found out he did not have all the parts he needed to do the upgrade to finish the job. Something overlooked by the salesman. Todd was able to return later that evening and finished the job for us and he also added three smoke alarms for us. We are very pleased.

I moved from a previous home to this new home. I enjoy Vector’s alarm systems, camera systems, response when my alarm goes off, pricing, and all around customer service. Vector Security was recommended to me by my parents (who are also customers). Recently, I received a text from the system regarding a problem with the second level smoke detector. Today's service call to resolve that issue along with some Lamp issues went very smoothly! The only request would be to have more weekend hours for service calls... or a narrower window for the calls.

I chose Vector security in 1995, I have been satisfied with the service for over 30 years. My service technician was Devin **, he came out to check my smoke detector. It had went off due to a low battery. Devin went above and beyond and replaced all of my wireless sensor batteries, which was over 30. He did very well, and I would recommend him to everyone.

The wait time on hold needs to be addressed called for service personnel - two calls had to be made which are 20 min hold times. Had to just hang up since the call was made during my work schedule. Called a second time and made another 20 hold time before getting answered to set up service appointment. The alarm system has been great. Just needs to work on the service hold times.

Motion detector malfunction - System was already installed in the home and the previous owner had been happy with Vector so I decided to stay with the company. Was a little disappointed when I first called and was told I would be called back and then never got a call. I had to call back in and then was told next available appointment not for another week. Technician arrived promptly and figured out the issue right away.

Existing customer and in need of upgrading the system. The install went flawlessly and we were provided great instruction on how to use the new system. We were also provided great instruction on downloading and using the Vector Security App from the Apple App Store for future use.

Great experience! Constant explanation as to what was being done. Always asked if I was okay with what they were doing and placement of equipment. Was explained how to use the system, key fob, and app, which seems very easy. Overall, the technicians were professional, kind, and knowledgeable.

Josh came out to do a name change on my alarm system and he changed out all my batteries in my devices and also adjusted the sensitivity on my Glassbreak. When we get internet in we will probably be installing cameras which will be convenient when I'm at work.

We have had Vector security for over six years. We haven’t had any problems at all. They are very dependable. We had Devin as our installation tech today, he installed a new thermostat for us. I don't even know where to begin. This company is a joke! First they trick you into a 5 yr contract by telling you if you are dissatisfied you can cancel at any time which is false! Then when you have a problem with your system it takes them weeks to get someone out to see you after you wait an hour on hold to even speak to anyone only to be told to call back Monday! The service Tech they sent out looked to be all of 16 yrs old and knew absolutely nothing about what the problem was. The company should also look into a personal hygiene policy for all their employees because isn't nothing nastier than an employee with very bad body odor representing your company.

I've had this system since 2012 and have been satisfied. It was time for an upgrade. I have told many people about Vector and will continue to do so. I like the reliable service and the ease in which to use the system.

Brad and Todd were our installers for today, they showed up on time for us this morning and walked through the job with us. They added the cameras we asked for and adjusted some of our previously installed cameras. We were very pleased with the work the guys did for us. Thank you.

Our current experience with the security system upgrade touches the extreme ends of customer satisfaction. The system upgrade and design effort by Ben ** was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The initial installation of August 10 and 13 by your service tech named Chuck created an atmosphere where we seriously considered terminating all business dealing with Vector Security. These numerous issues have been previously identified in emails to your operations personnel and therefore will not be reiterated here.

Josh came out to upgrade our old system and put in a new touchscreen with a new smoke detector. He recommended a Keyless Doorlock for our front door so that we don't need to use our keys all the time and it can disarm the systems when a code is entered.

We have had multiple appointments dating back almost a year ago and the promises keep coming and our last appointment was to follow prompt service to get our system completed for what we decided on. Once again, it’s now has been over a month and have not heard a word! I am over the right hand not knowing what the left is doing!

Metty ** handled my issue and was excellent!!! She offered an extension of service in our new home and continued service at our new home when completed. Our new home won’t be completed until December and our old home sold in September. She offered a three month extension until our new home was completed. I stated that we were not sure on the exact completion date and would reach Back out to her.

Josh came out to install a new alarm system that was referred by my Mom and Dad. Josh installed 3 doors and 1 motion detector. Then Josh came back out to install a smoke detector in the hallway and also install a smoke detector at my mom and dads house. We are satisfied with the alarm and what it can do for us.

This was part of my HOA. I had no experience with Vector prior to this but the salesman was very helpful and the technician was great as well. They were on time and very thorough. I would definitely recommend Vector to someone looking for a security company.
