    A little over 3 years ago I got into a contract with your company. The sale rep told me I could cancel within 6 months and I would be in a 3 year contract. When I tried to cancel at 5 months I was told I could not and I signed a 5 year contract. I was medically retired from the army in September and had to move for my social support for my conditions. I sent in my retirement orders and a letter to cancel service. A month later I received a bill for a cancellation fee of 1300 dollars. This is not military friendly. I was told by customer service the only way I would not have to pay this fee was to either sale my home (it has been on the market for 6 months) or have renters take over the rest of my contract. I refuse to force anyone into a contract with Vector after the treatment I have received from sales all the way through customer service. I would not and will not recommend this company to anyone.
