The technician used drop clause and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the installation. Originally told her we could not have a keypad on the second floor because of the way the house is but the technician was able to fish through the house and get a hardwired keypad on the second floor. Extremely happy.

My friend has Vector and I fell in love with how the system work and the notifications that comes along with it and also talking with the salesperson, Greg **, I was sold on it. Such a great salesman.

We have been with Vector for 13 years. Anthony was our original installer. He installed our updated system yesterday and was as professional as he was 13 years ago. Knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring explanation of use too. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Chose Vector Security to keep family and house secure. Install went as expected. Jim ** explained everything in full detail and walked me thru everything with the system and the app. There was minimal interruption during the install period and house was cleaned up afterwards. There was an add-on that we wanted and they drove it here to add in on the same day. Very satisfied with service.

Excellent customer service. Have had them for more than 25 yrs. Response time is excellent. I have had them on 3 training centers as well as 2 of my homes. Would recommend and have recommend to others.

We had Vector before and with it being a local company I had no reason to not call when we needed a new system in our new home. The sales Rep was new and we had some details to work out, but overall was pleased with Michelle. When Greg came out to do the installation there were some issues to work out about how this new system would work. he was very knowledgeable and even though we couldn't do everything the way Michelle had implied, Greg knew exactly what to do and how to overcome these issues. I can't wait for spring to get here so that we can do the garage with cameras and security too. Thanks. I highly recommend Greg as installer!

I have a layered security with alarms, cameras and smoke detectors. I had heard good things about Vector from friends. When I worked for GE, I learned of Vector's excellent reputation in the industry. Hence, my decision to use Vector for my residential needs. I have been pleased with the equipment and service and their not trying to squeeze or recommend unnecessary services. The result was I had my daughters' residences equipped with Vector systems and enthusiastically recommend them to friends. The technician for which I am completing this survey, Steve, has been exceptional and comprehensive in addressing my questions.

Experience was great overall! Would highly recommend Vector to all of my friends and family. Service experience was great. Tech was on time. Very helpful in correcting the problem sensored by the company. Tech also advised me of some things that would benefit my business like glass sensors. I am considering these options based on his recommendation.

We have Vector at all of our locations. We have been very happy with the service we receive. Tech called while he was on his way and was on time and able to get the job done in the time we asked. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. He answered all questions and showed us how to use system very well.

I went to call my old company to reinstate my old system and I was told that Vector had bought them. Jeff was great to deal with and Mike and Rich were excellent. The install went smoothly and Mike even suggested upgrading to the Interactive service and he suggested adding two smoke detectors to protect me against fire. Excellent. The technician was pleasant & efficient. He replaced the board in a neat & efficient way. If all works I will be a happy customer. I had problems previously hopefully they are all fixed. I still have billing issues that are not the technician fault.

When we purchased the home Vector was part of the builder package. We like the service and stayed with vector. All of our interactions with staff have been very good. Service is very prompt and responsive.

We chose Vector because I wanted better home security, We use to have Comcast and our system was always having problems and they couldn't get it fixed. Jeff was great to work with and Mike and Rich were good to work with as well. We love the doorbell that we added.

Michelle is the epitome of customer service. She was friendly and explained the options in detail. She is an asset to your company. Dealing with her was a much different experience than dealing with your monitoring center. Their customer service skills, including those of their supervisor are lacking.

I have always had security with Vector. The service has been top of line. My experience and understanding with their train professional, customer services, and every one of there employees are nice. I have been with the company a long time. Your tech was professional and clean cut. He answer all question that I had and I was education an little more on what to do with the system.

My technician was great. He made this new technology very easy and less intimidating. Very professional. Will definitely recommend. Looked very professional. It's been a while since we had Vector Security. My interactions with Vector Security's staff has been excellent. Customer service answers the phone in a timely manner. Technicians are also on time and It is helpful that they call when in route.

Already a customer. Just upgrading system. Doug was terrific and very knowledgeable. He was patient when we had questions and thorough with his explanations. The install was really an upgrade from a wired system to a wireless one. We are satisfied so far. Definitely would recommend Vector.

Yes I chose Vector Security because of my experience with them through work I found them to be very thorough and quick to respond and personable. After having the initial install 78 months ago I had to disconnect one of my garage door sensors to install a new router and failed to reconnect the new router to the system. Called service department yesterday and three hours later I had Steve show up at my door. Had the problem resolved in minutes. Great job!

Tech was very knowledgeable and took care of what we needed fixed. Mike was great in explaining what happened and what needed to be adjusted and he took care of. Great experience. Very much appreciate a very experienced technician taking care of us. Thank you.

Called Vector Security to take care of a peeping system. The operator walked me through the system, but it continued to peep at night. A technician was sent out, sooner would have better, however the technician was so nice that I forgot how many nights I had to deal with waking up and turning the peep off. All good now.

I used to have another company for a while until they had went out of business. I don't recall how I found out about Vector alarm. It been in the house for a long time. I just got this new design touch alarm last year and it has been great. I like the remote connection where it tell you on your phone when something happens.

Mike arrived on time for our service call this morning and identified himself. He was extremely professional and was able to explain the camera portion of our system to us and fixed our issue with motion recording. While Mike was here he added on an additional SVR service which we feel will be very beneficial to us. We have been very satisfied with all aspects of Vector services.

We are redoing our kitchen and Don was very helpful in helping us to temporarily moving the system so that's we could still have security during the process. Customer service was very helpful when making the appointment. Would highly recommend.

Good reputation. Been a customer for about 10 years. Have found staff is very good. Have alarm-cameras-and remote thermostat controls. Highly recommend the company. Service techs are very thorough when doing calls. Always checking for things other than what they were there to service

We are called on by Vector as a referral from a neighbor that had the service. We have had an old alarm from another company that had been install a long time ago which had not been activated and Vector came right out and reconnected to it and has been truck in ever since then without incident.

Long time customer. Stayed with Vector after I moved. At new house offered a good deal with the coverage I wanted. Had issue with broken equipment and service tech installed a new piece of equipment but I needed him to come back after later discovering the new piece was not functioning correctly. Andrew in customer service was instrumental in helping me get a return visit.

After having ADT for a very long time and not being able to have to ability to remote connect to my alarm. I decided to see what's out on the market since ADT was charging so much to upgrade their own equipment that I PAID for all these years. I saw Vector doing work in the area near where I live and got info from the technician and here I am 4 years later. Still very satisfied.

Great tech and looking forward to great service. Just getting it going but think it will be a great thing to have to give you peace of mind. I plan to use mine every time I come and go. The system seems very user friendly and has a great display keypad that is easy to read. Does not take a lot of tech skills to make it work or change it to conform to your needs.

Numerous Family members have positive experience with Vector, previous customer in Virginia. Josh is extremely professional, personable, positive, informative and responsive. The installation and the review of the new panel was personalized and very user friendly. Josh is a rare find and is excellent in working in homes!

We had another alarm service for a long time and had it shut off after bill kept getting high. When we called to turn it back on they was charging so much that we called some other alarm company. Vector was already doing another house in the area so we called and got ours done too. We like the security service very well.

Vector is with GL. ** was amazing. He is Super smart very patient and helpful. He was able to explain all the equipment make recommendations for what we needed. Explained everything really well for my level. He was the best service guy I ever had.

Vector staff has always been polite and helpful. We experienced the same failure due to electrical issues and Vector staff was knowledgeable on the issue. We hope to have new cellular service soon that will fix all of our issues. If not, I'm sure there will be something that can be done to fix our issues.

I used to babysit for a client that used to work for Power Home Security for many years and when I got my own house I called and got an alarm thru them which later on evolved into Vector Security. Same great service whenever needed. Been happy with the alarm and techs that come out when necessary.

I was able to met up with the installer at 9am. I thank you for working with my schedule. Todd was able to get everything completed for us and completed the work in no time for us. I am very please with the system that was install. It seems to be very easy to use, thanks again!

We had Vector at our previous home thanks to Roger ** so when we were ready we called him back for our new to us home. Today John ** came out to help fix a fault on our Blackfoot. He also helped to clear the confusion on our system sign in issues. So now after 6 months of not being able to use my phone to set my alarm we are finally all set. Thank you for all your help.

Originally Vector Security was installed by the builder. Also, Vector was more responsive than ADT. I have been a customer with Vector now for about seven years. My interaction with Vector's staff has been great. They are very helpful and responsive on the phone and during service appointments.

I chose Vector Security because Vector Security came with the house. I have been a customer with Vector Security for about twenty one years now. I have never had any problems with Vector with the exception of regular alarm system maintenance.

Got Vector alarm because when my mom house got broke into she had ADT and they didn't enough call nobody and she switch to Vector alarm. So when we had moved we got our Vector through her. Everything work good and we is happy with the alarm.

I am a returning customer and have been very satisfied. I moved from a previous house and moved into a new house and didn't want anyone else but Vector. I will recommend Vector to all of my friends and family members in the need of a security system.

After being customers for several years, we needed to have door sensors put back up. Vector was unwilling to do it unless we paid a steep service fee. They instructed us to use double-sided automotive tape to do it ourselves. It did not work. We are cancelling our service with them.

We used have ADT alarm. Got tired of the month fees going up all the time. Start seeing Vector alarm pop up here and there around here so decided to try you out. Everything work like it suppose be. Well please with security alarm.

I have owned my own company for over 32 years. If I ran my company the way you run yours I would have been put of business many years ago. We pay you on a monthly basis for many years. We have one problem and your response was horrible! After waiting for two weeks, with 2 no shows then telling us we canceled our appointment! Good attempt to make it our fault. Finally someone shows up Thursday evening with NO idea what to do! Amazing! We will be leaving your company today and I will make sure I let everyone I know that your company is horrible! Sweet lady that helped troubleshoot my alarm was very patient, kind and understanding. Thank you so much for your help! I had trouble with the signal and she stayed on the line until it was resolved. Great service and very professional.

I had my old system updated and decided to stay with Vector Security. The installation went very smooth and was great. All of the persons I spoke with were kind and cooperative expressing a high degree of patience. The tech cleaned up after the installation and he explained everything.

I have had excellent service with Vector Security. AJ was extremely courteous and helpful. This is his second time visiting and working on my security system. I did have an issue with the amount of time that it took to get serviced. It took almost two weeks since the alarm fault took place. I was unable to get maintenance service for approximately four days (that was the soonest). I had to reschedule because of work. My biggest concern was my line of work and my family being home without proper alarm coverage on that door. Other than time needed for service, I have had excellent service with Vector.

It went great, I plan to stay for many years to come. I love the prompt service when there is a concern or problem. Everyone is very nice and very eager to help. Have been with Vector since 2003. The Tech is very patient when I don't understand something. I feel safe about letting someone in my home from Vector.

Vector Security manages our Alarm & key fob entry and was able to resolve our issues today. Interaction with Vector Security was friendly and productive. They provided the support requested. Vector Security was able to re-install our WinDSX software & recover its data along with the latest version upgrade to its software.

I had Vector in my Northern VA home for a long time and pleased to learn Vector was available at my NC property so I referred myself. Happy with service and sales dept for now as my newest Vector alarm was recently installed in my NC property. Would be best to contact again within 6 months or so with a follow up response.

Vector security is a lot better company than Guardian Security. We had a lot of problems with the old company where they would not come out to service the system. Vector showed up at the door and installed me a new system. I have had a great experience with you and would recommend Vector Security to everyone I know. Overall it's a great company.

The phone support staff namely, Liz ** is above reproach, and Frank my tech. was second to none. This guy was on it as was my rep. Liz. I have two acct.'s and glad I signed up for the second. Our local branch has recently closed and I was skeptical of the future continuity of service. Keeping a county tech. who knows the clientele and possessing the skills that my Liz processes have eased my skepticism. I have been a Vector customer for 20 years, going back to Night Watch days. Have always been happy with my system, although this time a nearly week-long wait for a service technician seemed rather long, with the system beeping every 3-4 hours. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what I had to say.

Ed and Steve follow our rules with using the hepacart. They always work hard for us even when they are here doing an install for cameras they will finish and go work on the door access system to get that working again for us.

Customer service, especially Chris **, has always been helpful, courteous, and prompt. Service techs have also been courteous and seem knowledgeable. Monitoring service seems to be responsive to customers needs.

The tech was great, he was very informative. He called in advance and provided information on doorbell. He also inspected security system and change arteries to all sensors that needed them. The service was phenomenal and would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased my new home and a Vector alarm was already here, so we reactivated the system. It's a very nice system, love the touch screen and it very responsive. Tech was very nice and answered all my question and was a fast worker! He showed me how to work the system and change my codes very well. Also I had the doorbell camera install and that works great. Christopher ** was efficient, and extremely professional. He solved my issue while I was on the phone, after months of trying to get it done with the alarm monitoring dept. I wish you had more people like him. I also appreciated John **'s follow up and support with the issue.

I have been with Vector for many years. I am very pleased with all the staff members with whom I’ve had contact. My concern is with the actual equipment being faulty. I have had smoke detectors, motion detectors, window alarms and now my control panel that were all faulty. This does not leave me feeling secure with my system or the quality of its functioning abilities.

We have Vector Security in our main house and our Beach home as well. We have taken advantage of the other products that can be utilized with this system. Especially the door lock features. It's is very convenient to allow someone access when we are not the such as maintenance for heating and air conditioning systems. And also do not have to maintain keys. Remotely adding codes is much more efficient.

Needed an update Alarm Certificate for my Homeowners Insurance company. Agata ** (Administrative Assistant II) provided excellent prompt service. Within a few hours of my request Ms ** had emailed my new Alarm Certificate to me. Ms ** provided excellent customer service & did an outstanding job.

I also have Vector in my Ohio home and like the system so I had my system updated to match what I have up north. John checked out the entire system and all is working well now. Would suggest to others to get this system.

We chose Vector because they are responsive and capable as well as professional. Had another well known company which tried to coerce us into a contract we dont want or need. Vector is much much better. Hopefully this relationship will continue into the future.

Delesky ** did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problems with our system and taking the time to make sure that every problem was addressed and that the system was working in all respects. We appreciate his attention to detail and his diligence in servicing our system.

The power went out a couple of days ago and we had some issues with our cameras. I know how to power cycle them and work out the kinks when the internet goes down or power goes out. I had 1 camera that was blurry after getting them all back up and running. Nothing I did worked. I called and asked for Greg because he knows my system very well. He was here by the end of the day and within minutes had it back in focus! Thank Greg!

Today’s service went very well, Meji ** the tech called before his arrival and even showed ID before entering home. Our system is now up and running. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and it went very smoothly.

The Service to replace our kitchen battery was fine. The Technician was very polite and came to our house within the scheduled timeframe. The service to the kitchen motion detector took about 30 min which was acceptable. We have been Vector clients for approximately 14 years and we are pleased with this alarm system company.

After looking at quality businesses in the area I realized Vector was the way to go and Anthony ** and Kyle were professional, clean and efficient. We are very happy with how everything looks and we feel very comfortable with using our new system. All questions were answered and we feel safe!

I had a service call on 12/19/17 and Jeremy ** called prior to arriving and was extremely professional. He talked about what he was doing and answered all of questions. Refreshing to see that nice people are still around in the service repair fields.

I called for service, the tech arrived on time and solved the problem. VECTOR IS THE BEST COMPANY I KNOW. I have never had to call and complain of anything. Good customer service and monitoring. The only problem I have with Vector is, they always make me happy whenever good customer service. LOL. THANKS VECTOR.

Updated current service. To rate the experience of the current service I rate it a five star. Customer service that Vector Security gives I would rate it five Stars and recommend to a friend. The value was also five stars and the Installation was rated a five star as well.

I choose to upgrade my current security system with Vector to include cameras as there have been some break-ins in the area, but also as my parents are elderly and prone to falling. Greg was on time, super professional and knowledgeable, took the time to make sure I got the best angle needed and that I was happy with the results, I am. Thank you.

Vector Security was picked as a result of the family having Vector Security as their security provider for many years without incident so it only seemed natural to follow suit after I got my own home to have Vector Security as my alarm provider as well.

We did not choose Vector. They acquired our account from Security Associates. It has been non-stop issues ever since, and every request we make is difficult to get results. The employees themselves couldn't be any nicer! Especially the guys on site. But there's a long list of emailed and phoned requests that take way too many tries to resolve. :(

Not sure how the decision to originally start with Vector was made, as I wasn't here at the time. However, we decided to stay with Vector because of the customer service and price. We recently upgraded our service and did a cost comparison with ADT. While ADT upfront cost was cheaper, the monthly service fee was much higher. The Vector sales rep, Colleen **, was great. She worked with us, was responsive to our questions and followed up with the installation teams to ensure everything was completed.

We used to have ADT security service for a long time. It was basically an old alarm system no frills just basic. Vector alarm company happened to show up at a next neighbor's house with nicer newer equipment and I was sold. I called and had a similar alarm install. Happy with alarm and the service.

They showed me where my Alarm and Fire System was lacking and showed me all the correct ways to bring my system up to UL Certification. The work done was all wired correctly and there is not a big rats nest of wires as previous companies left in and around my building. Best of all I don't get 30 calls a year for false alarms.

This is the company contracted by our HOA. We have used them for fifteen years and have been satisfied with our service. The installer was proficient and courteous. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Meji ** tested glass break detectors in kitchen and foyer. Both detectors are functioning well. Keypads were checked, light was turned on in master bedroom pad. They are working fine. My interaction with Meji was very good, he explained everything nicely. I am satisfied with his service.

Vector Security was already the established vendor for our Red Cross Pennsauken & Sewell offices when we merged. We recently contacted Vector for a quote for 2 other offices in NJ on a Brivio cloud based swipe system. Very responsive. When there are issues customer service is very responsive and comes on site quickly to resolve the issue. They also are the monitoring station for the Pennsauken office, staff are very friendly.

Professional customer service from Anthony ** and Wendy **. They explained the system to me and took care of all my issues. Very pleased with the service and like my new system. Spent a lot of time taking care of my issues and setting up my new system.

Chose Vector after studying features of system. I have never had any problem with the system and if I do, Vector call and send out someone to fix immediately. The technician was on time, he called 30 mins before he gets here and also show me how to chime and off chime the system and other things that I didn't before. I spoke with Shannon. She was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with my concerns. She told how to log on into my account and how to update and add users/codes. I enjoyed talking to her. She also informed me on how to reset my password and locate my id.

Came to disarm a sensor and tech was on time and very professional. He made sure all of the areas on our alarm worked before leaving. Explained everything to me that he did to fix our system. I’m pleased with my service.

We started at with an alarm through a local company which later went out of business. Vector sales team were coming through the neighborhood and we decided on using the alarm service and have been using for the last few years. Happy with everything.

After a year of hassle with my phone through the cable company I decided to call Vector to see what we could do to get my system reporting again. MY SYSTEM HAD A LOW BATTERY ALERT IN THE UPSTAIRS HALLWAY SMOKE DETECTOR. The technician replaced the batteries, tested all three smoke detectors and did a system status check to ensure no other low batteries.

I love Vector Security! The smartphone app is extremely beneficial to my family. We especially like the Z wave door lock. The picture quality on the CCTV system we purchased is amazing! Tech made a few adjustment. He also explained how we were doing the changes wrong. We should be OK going forward with some tech assistance. Wish the install would have had more detail instructions. System has not worked as expected since the install, maybe now it will.

A little over 3 years ago I got into a contract with your company. The sale rep told me I could cancel within 6 months and I would be in a 3 year contract. When I tried to cancel at 5 months I was told I could not and I signed a 5 year contract. I was medically retired from the army in September and had to move for my social support for my conditions. I sent in my retirement orders and a letter to cancel service. A month later I received a bill for a cancellation fee of 1300 dollars. This is not military friendly. I was told by customer service the only way I would not have to pay this fee was to either sale my home (it has been on the market for 6 months) or have renters take over the rest of my contract. I refuse to force anyone into a contract with Vector after the treatment I have received from sales all the way through customer service. I would not and will not recommend this company to anyone.

The house got rob and my job got me with you all to help me out. Thank you all. The experience with Monte was great and with the cops actually being here he was helpful in getting the alarm account setup. Then Josh came out and installed our system and also added a camera.

Ultimately, he wasn't just out for a sale. You could tell he wanted to do what was best for me and to make me feel safe. The local office can’t seem to fix issues. The cameras and doorbell don’t operate as they should. They’ve been out to fix numerous times. This is an annoyance that I need to keep calling and an annoyance that I need to schedule around them stopping back several times. Please escalate this. I need a refund for the months it hasn’t worked and fixed.

They are a local company with great customer service. The staff and technicians have always been very helpful. We are having a issue with our gates but they have installed and serviced all of our systems for several years now and hope to be working with them for years to come.

Several years ago we had more sensors and another zone and everything went well as far as I know. I don't have anything further to add at this time. Andrew in service has been wonderful. Some other information I have gotten from your service department has not been as accurate... I was given incorrect information on the life expectancy for my batteries... Surely the batteries do not last for 10 years?

At first I went with Vector Security because they was the only company willing to travel and meet with me. Unlike the other companies that just wanted to do business over the phone. Patrick was late to the installation appointment but was able to make me feel more secured in my own home.

The tech today was great. He showed upon on time and was ready to get to work. The work environment was cramped at best but Jon was able to maneuver into cabinet to get to panel and add radio to communicate signals. He also tightened up some hanging wires in one of the cabinets. Great customer service. Thank you.

I was having problems with my doorbell camera so I called Vector and they set up appointment fast! My tech called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was so polite and nice. When they went out of business we were told to contact Vector since they had good monthly rates which happen to be lower than most other dealers and most people that have dealing with Vector have been happy as have I. While there are many other services available in the market, it was Rick who swayed us to choose Vector. It is rare to find someone with the customer service, customer sensitivity, product knowledge that Rick brings to the table. For the past 13-14 years, there has never been a time that Rick was not been immediately reactive to our needs in a more than timely fashion. Rick may have our business, but HE CONTINUES TO EARN IT WITH EVERY CALL. We would consider another company only if Rick was not with Vector.
